Youtube daily how Jan 2 2018

sitting for brief periods can help us recover from stress and relax ourselves

and nowadays our lifestyles make us sit mode then we move around and our bodies

aren't built for such a sedentary existence and in fact human body is made

to move and our blood depends on us moving around to be able to circulate

properly so every inch of the body is ready and waiting for you to move so

what happens when you don't move let's start with your backbone your

spine is a long structure made of bones and cartilage discs and when you sit

with a curved position it puts uneven pressure on your spine and neck and

overtime it causes wear and tear in your spinal discs sitting in this position

also shrinks your chest cavity and as a result your lungs have less space to

expand and it temporarily limits the amount of oxygen that fills your lungs

so sitting for 3 hours straight will result in 50% decrease in blood flow and if you

consistently sit for longer then it will result in increase in bad cholesterol

and other fatty acids which are highly responsible for your weight gain

excessive sitting also tends to cause numbness and swelling in your limbs

because of lack of blood flow and in the long run sitting has diverse effects a

study showed their sitting increases the risk of certain types of cancer and

heart disease and can contribute to diabetes kidney and liver problems

which can result in premature death but luckily the solution to this mounting

threat are simple and intuitive when you have no choice but to sit try sitting

straight and set a reminder to yourself to get up every half hour and walk

around for a minute or two try to stand up when talking on phone and don't

forget to do a minimum of 30 minutes of daily exercise in fact when the video is

almost over why not stand up and stretch right now so I hope you found this video

useful and if you do then let me tell you I have more such informative videos

coming up and if you don't want to miss those then subscribe to this channel

Holistic House 4: AIR POLLUTANTS in the HOME - What are they/ how to get rid of them - Duration: 3:49.

Good Morning - today I just wanted to touch briefly on a subject near and dear to my heart

indoor air pollution. I'm just going to tell you what it is where it comes from

and a few simple things you can do about it

indoor air pollution is when contaminants both synthetic and natural

build up inside your home and adversely affect your health. Now the contaminants

can either be chemical, natural, energy or noise.

So another contaminant commonly found in homes is smoke. It comes for cigarette

smoke cooking smoke and sometimes people who have fireplaces especially if it's

not a sealed fireplace that will have more particulate in their home. These

little particles of smoke can get into your respiratory system and cause damage

such as lung cancer bronchitis and other respiratory problems. VOCs - "volatile

organic compounds" - are emitted by solids and gases throughout your home they

include cleaners furniture new carpeting paint pesticides almost everything

synthetic in your home will emit VOCs mold is a contaminant commonly found in

homes it can cause respiratory problems

allergenic reactions and often will lead to long term respiratory diseases. One

easy way to control mold is simply to turn on any humidifier to keep your

humidity level in your home or at around 50% and to well ventilate the rooms.

Ozone is created by an interaction of ultraviolet light and

electricity. It's commonly found outdoors but it can also accumulate indoors in

high concentrations. It can cause asthma attacks and shortness of breath

but the most important fact about ozone is that it interacts with the other

chemicals found in your house to create toxic compounds such as formaldehyde.

So, ventilation is key to keeping your indoor air quality clean and healthy - one

way you can do that is to use an HRV system also known as an ERV system it's

a heat recovery ventilator. It goes into your furnace and just brings in fresh

air and moves out stale air - but really the most effective way of getting fresh

air into your house is to open up the windows even for a couple of minutes

every day. According to NASA one of the key things that you could do to improve

your indoor air quality is to have indoor tropical plants - they are

fantastic for air exchange and do take a lot of the contaminants out of the air

for you. Microbial contamination is also found in our homes in the form of

viruses bacteria molds and fungus. This is easy to combat just using an

antimicrobial essential oil diffused into your air and using antimicrobial

essential oils in your cleaning products. One thing to remember is when you're

diffusing antimicrobial essential oils they are most effective in the first 30

to 60 minutes of being diffused.

What Is A Bitcoin Wallet And How Does It Work? - Duration: 7:15.

Hey guys and girls!

Welcome back to the Bitcoin series where we try to find a way to make a passive income

through digital currency mining.

In this episode, we ask the question "What Is A Bitcoin Wallet And How Does It Work?"

to give you guys a better understanding of where to put your precious coins when you

buy them.

My name is Jake Owens and this is Millionaire Mindset Hub.

Alright, let's get into it.

If you have a credit card or use cash in the real world then you probably own a wallet.

They're traditionally leather which you flip open to reveal pockets to hold your credit

and identification cards, maybe keys and a space to hold your cash or other long and

thin paper items.

So, you already know what a wallet is an essentially what a Bitcoin wallet is, sometimes referred

to as a digital wallet is because it's the exact same concept.

However, instead of being a physical product that you keep in your pocket, it's a very

sophisticated software that stores your cryptocurrency virtually.

Now, before we delve into the various wallet types, it's important to tell you guys what

a public and private key are as this can determine what wallet you choose.

A public key is in the name, it's an alphanumeric address that you provide to the public which

they can use to send you coins.

Whereas a private key is the opposite, it's the key which you need to keep safe and secure

as it's the alphanumeric code which allows you to send coins to other people.

So if someone else gets their hands on it they could send themselves all of your coins.

To own Bitcoins, or any cryptocurrency you need a digital wallet.

Which there are five types to choose from.

A desktop wallet, a mobile wallet, a web wallet, a hardware wallet and a cold wallet.

Desktop wallets as you'd imagine are installed on a desktop computer giving you, the user,

the ability of complete control over that wallet enabling you to create a Bitcoin address

for sending and receiving cryptocurrencies.

Mobile wallets can be seen as a step up from desktop wallets in the fact that they aren't

fixed to a single location.

So unless you're one of those people in the habit of carrying their desktop around everywhere

they go, a mobile wallet allows you to send and receive Bitcoins and other digital currencies

anywhere you are in the world as long as you have an internet connection.

Once you get the wallet app working on your phone properly it works just the same as the

desktop wallet where you're able to comepletely control that wallet and all of your coins

inside.

The mobile wallet also allows for a touch to pay payment method by scanning a QR code

which allows you to pay for things similarly to 'Apple Pay'.

Then there are web wallets.

These are online wallets you access through a desktop or mobile on a browser like Chrome,

Firefox or Safari.

These are the same as a mobile or desktop wallet where you have control over your coins

and can send or receive money at any time and from anywhere as long as you're logged

into your account using that same QR code or through account transactions.

Then there are hardware wallets.

These are basically devices that can hold private keys electronically and create payments

but are still in the development phase and have not been released just yet.

And lastly, there is cold storage.

Which essentially is an offline method of safeguarding your coins.

This is where your coins are on a platform that is never connected to the internet, protecting

it from unauthorised access, cyberattacks and other abilities that come with online

access.

These could be things like a USB stick that is never connected to a computer that is online

or it could be a piece of paper.

The desktop and mobile wallets are relatively safe since the key is stored on the actual

device.

So someone would have to physically steal your computer or phone to have access to that

private key.

Cold storage is a method allowing you to keep your private key completely offline so there's

no chance or ability for outsiders to remotely access your private key.

They would have to physically take the device where the key is stored.

Even on desktop and mobile, there are threats of hackers being able to log into your computer

or mobile remotely and have access to your wallet that way.

You can do cold storage by filing your private key on a USD stick, CD, Hard Drive, Paper

or a computer that never goes online.

Because the key would never have access to the internet, your key would therefore be

100% safe unless someone physically stole that device that you had your private key

on.

And the least secure way to store your private key is using an online wallet because anyone

in the world is able to gain access to your wallet souley through a username and password.

So taking all factors into consideration, what I would recommend, is using a mobile

wallet if you're intending to spend your coins.

But if you're not it's best to use a cold storage method for maximum security.

Even having a piece of paper and filing it away into a bank vault could be your best

option.

So, taking all factors into consideration what I would recommend is using a mobile wallet

if you're intending to spend your coins, if you're not it's best to use a cold storage

method for maximum security.

Even having a piece of paper and filing it away into a bank vault could be your best

option.

So in conclusion, when you have a wallet you have two keys, a public key and a private

key.

A public key is the key you give people so that they can send you money, whereas a private

key is your key you use to send other people money.

There are multiple ways to store your keys, you can use a desktop wallet, a mobile wallet,

a web based wallet, a hardware wallet and finally cold storage.

Cold storage is the most secure way to store your currency from hackers as your wallet

never touches the internet.

The web based wallet is the least secure method as it can be quite easy to figure out someones

username and password.

So I would suggest something in the middle, like a mobile wallet so it gives you the freedom

to be able to make transactions from anywhere in the world that you have an internet connection.

and the eggshell is winning... just look at it! I think I'd have more luck trying to

catch a fish! I get so close...so so close and yet

I'm so so so incredibly far. however I have this amazing, magic, best in a world

solution to this little problem...

And...so here we go! Let's try it... what's gonna happen now? ... And just like that, the

problem is solved! I can hardly believe it's actually happening this easily, and

yet it is!!! Has anyone tried this method before, do you already all know it? maybe I'm the

last person to learn about it... and my son here, is trying to make a contribution to

this video... and here we go: " Ta-Da!' I love it! Now, how's this for the best

Vlog 23 - How to become more disciplined - Làm thế nào để có kỷ luật hơn - Thầy giáo Sắp Đẹp Trai - Duration: 2:23.

Have you ever struggled to be more disciplined? If you could go back in time

would you do something different to make your life right now easier? I bet the

answer is absolutely YES and today I'm gonna tell you a secret about it

First of all, you'd better find strong reasons why you need to discipline

yourself because you cannot imagine how awesome you are with real life purpose

Just think about your family your mom your dad and your kids or even what you

can do to your country, to your people if you don't know how to motivate yourself

please check my vlog number 12 and you can understand all about it. One of the

most effective techniques to be more disciplined is to visualize your dreams

come true. I'd have to say that I do it every day and I believe in myself I can

make anything happen. For example a few years ago I imagined that one day I will

speak English fluently and you can see me now. So confident, right? Not so many

people have a specific plan for each day and if you want to be special to do more

and get more you have to make a to-do list and make a commitment to finish

everything in it. Do something that a lot of people are afraid to do and you will

get what they just dream of. The last one is about learning to make discipline joyful

don't be stressed about it and make yourself uncomfortable if you've finally

achieved something that you've been doing for so long. You need to take some time

to go out with your friends and family just to talk about the process, how it

felt to finally complete this incredible thing. Well, you know, If we're

never celebrating, we're never going to develop real discipline. So that's it for

today, hope you like it and don't forget to leave a comment, subcribe

and share it to everyone Thank you, bye for now

How to fake a Carbon Fibre iPhone X Case - Duration: 3:06.

So you got an iPhone X for christmas, and you want to make your own case for it?

Let's do that then.

3D Printing with Martin.

What's up guys, how are you all doing, hope you are all well.

And had a great Christmas.

If some of you have been nice this year, Santa may have given you an iPhone X.

But you don't neccesaryly get a case with your iPhone these days.

I had to purchase the case separately when I got mine back in November, and thing is

glass on one side and a rather expesive OLED display or Super Retina Display as Apple would

like to call it, and it is very expensive to fix.

I don't know if you have seen some of the cases that are out for it, there really expensive.

It's £49 for a slicon case, but if you want a leather one instead it's another £10 so

that's £59 for a case, and if you want a flap on that like what I have it's £99, which

is very expensive.

Now don't get me wrong the iPhone is a great phone and your getting the proper iPhone accessories.

But what if you want a Carbon Fibre one.

Apple don't sell a carbon fibre one, and I looked online and the best one I found was

this one.

It is $59 and it's on Pre-order (when making this video).

So what if I could make my own, using my 3D printer.

Let's Print it then....

Now this looks fine, but we need some Carbon Fibre wrap to finish it off.

How do insecticides kill cockroaches? - Duration: 2:43.

Cockroaches are more than just a nuisance pest they are dangerous to live with since

they act as vectors for disease.

We often joke about the fact that a cockroach can survive a nuclear blast.

But they are no match for a small spray of insecticide.

Have you ever wondered how insecticides affect cockroaches?

Let's find out!

Meet Joey the cockroach.

He is luckier than many other insects, as he is being granted his very own suit of armour,

an exoskeleton.

He is very proud of it.

But just like any other armour,it can't offer perfect protection.

Although this armour can help him withstand more force and survive longer, it doesn't

protect him from the instant death that comes from exposure to insecticide.

Small pores and spiracles allow some of the harmful material to enter his system.

For the insecticide, entering Joey's system is just the beginning.

It has the potential to kill him in an instant, thanks to lethal compounds like Pyrethrins

and Pyrethroids.

To understand why these compounds are toxic to Joey, you need to understand how the neurons

normally function.

Suppose Joey's brain asks his legs to start scurrying around, in order to freak out some

humans.

This message would travel as an impulse from his brain to the legs, via axons in the many

neurons along the path.

As the ions move through the axons, their charge gradually weakens, and this is no good,

because this means the message from the brain won't reach Joey's legs.

If the message never arrives, he can't scurry around.

To overcome this problem, there are 'Voltage-gated Sodium channels' along the membrane that can

allow positive ions or sodium ions to enter and maintain the strength of the impulse.

Since they are voltage-gated, they open like doors, in the presence of ions around them.

In this case, when a weakened impulse reaches such a channel, they are triggered to open,

allowing positive ions to enter and subsequently increase the impulse strength back to its

original condition.

This allows the impulse to maintain strength until it reaches its intended destination.

That's how it normally should function.

But when exposed to an insecticide, after it breaches the imperfect armour, the harmful

compounds will disrupt this critical system.

What exactly do these compounds mess with?

The doors.

These compounds prevent the Sodium channels from closing.

They keep the doors open.

Which means the sodium ions keep entering through the membrane, and it becomes depolarized.

Since the axon is depolarized, the nerve impulses cannot propagate, and hence, the brain cannot

tell the rest of the body to do anything.

Joey is instantly paralyzed, and await death likely by starvation.

Congratulations you now know how insecticides work!

And as for poor Joey, well he will be missed.

How to edit Facebook notification settings 2018 - Duration: 3:50.

Hi Paul here from PRwilson Media.

Now it's nice to get little pop up notifications, little red number.

But sometimes you don't really want to see the information that's shown so you get the

chance to, within your Facebook notifications settings to control exactly what you see.

So here's how it's done.

So you are logged in to Facebook as your personal profile , you click here on the top right

hand corner and select settings.

Now you click here on notifications.

And it's the top one we are going to look at, which is the Facebook notifications.

So these kind of ones you'll see while you are logged in.

And just click edit.

The first thing is do you want a sound , I would certainly turn those off ,I don't want

bongs and bings everywhere on my phone or on my PC so I'll turn those to off.

Obviously the other option is on.

And what do you get notified about.

Any activity that involves you - that basically is a given, you can't really control those

notifications.

But you can for a lot of these other ones.

So birthdays , do I want to know if other people have got birthdays coming up , you

can turn that on or off.

On this day which is a reflection on what you were doing a year ago , things to look

back on, you can see all memories , highlights or none.

Activity of close friends, sometimes you want to get notifications of that so you can say

both on Facebook and on email, just on Facebook or off.

Tags, so that's basically when you are tagged by anybody if you are tagged by anyone , friends

of friends or just when you are tagged by friends.

Any pages you manage , group activity.

Now that could be quite involved , as you'll see from mine there's quite a number of pages

so you can go through each individual one and select whether you get just a digest,

on or off.

In terms of updates with groups you can again get highlights , all posts , just posts from

friends in those groups or off.

And basically then there's app requests , I generally set them to only me.

So you've got apps that you install and use for services you can have them turned on or

off . Any live videos that are out there.

So that if someone does go live you'll be told about it.

Fundraisers , let me edit that , that's probably a new feature so I'm going to turn these off

for the two that I've got connections for.

Any new local pages If you are in a local area, maybe could be potential business contacts

and the market place.

I think I've got most of these turned off anyway.

OK so you can see a lot of different places to set but once they are done then you'll

receive the updates you want to receive.

So in the next video we'll look at the email notifications and that's a really straight

forward change as well.

So that's it from me, I'm Paul from PRwilson Media your social media personal trainer.

Cheers.

How come marijuana is not legal in United States POV point of view - Duration: 19:24.

hey YouTube hey Internet hello warriors good evening good morning good night

good afternoon thank you for joining me now happy new year but this is the

question how come fireworks are legal in Georgia at marijuana is prohibited in

Georgia how stupid is the state of Georgia so if I truly have a freedom to

choose why is marijuana illegal why is marijuana prohibited in the state of

Georgia so that's what I want to know why is it illegal why is marijuana

illegal and it's not legal across the whole state across the whole country

Congrats to California for legalizing it you know I guess I didn't understand a

lot of the things that were going on and me maybe a lot of other people didn't

understand the magnitude of things were going on things that were going on -

maybe some did maybe some didn't I don't know and I put where's my freedom of

choice to use marijuana in Georgia that's what I want to know my freedom to

choose to use those my freedom to choose to use marijuana is being violated by

the state of Georgia my freedom to choose these marijuana is being violated

by the federal laws in the United States of America why is marijuana prohibited

that's what I want to know and so yeah I mean I didn't I guess I just didn't

understand all this stuff when I was like I wasn't even when I was first on

the internet it was like YouTube and Google+ and all that some of the things

I just didn't understand and and it's because of the just because of my family

upbringing and shit like that probably being around the military and shit like

that too

yeah and then of course the military has had ties closely related to the medical

industry you know because they like to experiment on the soldiers and things

like that and the family members and so yeah so marijuana should be illegal in

the United States of America all across the whole country yeah I just think

that's it should because it's just this is just getting old where our freedom

our freedoms of choice are taken away but yet the medical companies can say

well we have a freedom to choose to use their services yet their services are

too expensive because it would cost us eighteen thousand dollars for insurance

and better they call it and better and then it would be an additional ten

thousand dollars of a deductible plus the copay so it would be thirty thousand

dollars before we even got to use the insurance even to go to the hospital so

technically they're violating our rights to choose services you know drugs which

includes marijuana they're prohibiting us from using it because of the laws

that they have in place that's all I see so marijuana should be fully fully

legalized across the United States ASAP that's my opinion yeah so yeah I

just wish I would have understand this sooner but I guess it's one of those

things like Maya Angelou said we know better you do better so yeah I just

wanted to say that legalize fully legalized marijuana across the United

States fully legalized marijuana across the United States fully legalized

marijuana across the United States it's on the federal level fully

legalized marijuana across the United States on the federal level fully

legalized marijuana across the United States on the federal level fully

legalized marijuana across the United States on the federal level fully

legalized marijuana across the United States on the federal level fully

legalized marijuana across the United States on the federal level fully

legalized marijuana weed maryjane whatever you want to call it fully

legalized it yeah so and fully legalize it on YouTube too so yeah I guess I had

to learn some things how my rights were being violated and how I believed

something that because that I was born into so yes well I smoked marijuana when

I was a kid you know so and I would have been smoking it the

whole time well not smoking I had a problem and how to use it differently

because I've heard you don't have to smoke it but yeah I'm not buying into

the rhetoric bullshit anymore put out by the activism other fake companies donate

to us oh it's just so nauseating to see it it's you know oh don't eat to help us

raise money for this cause and for that cause donate to this and donate to that

and you know and and and their political action committees you know it's like now

I appreciate donations if people want to donate to me just because they want to

donate something I appreciate that but the thing is the critical thinking of me

kicks in and it's like those have to be separated

because there's real people who are being hurt by all of this you know so

you've real people are being used by all of this real people suffer the

consequences you real people have been made homeless because a lot of this crap

too and I don't know maybe the maybe the people that are part of it the secret

societies who are voting against marijuana I've always voted for it I

think when I was when I was out you know it's like but some of the issues when

they put them on the ballots they don't make them they don't put him in such a

way for for you to actually understand them and that was one of the things I

noticed when they talked about the extension that Jimmy deloach extension

from here into Savannah they called it an extension but actually it's a levee

so it being a levee is actually means that somebody else is going to flood

because I made this really really tall hill this big mound of dirt and they

made this really tall hill and so they flood other people out you know and so

that's when when they put some of those propositions and things on they were

them in such a way so people will be confused on purpose you know that's the

same thing when they charge us with like fees and taxes millage rates oh my gosh

let's see th e that there's a thesaurus and I'm gonna put in I'm gonna put this

in and show you guys I'm gonna put in tax and then you guys and I'm gonna show

you guys okay so a tax so here's all the ways that they charge you I mean

this is all the different things that words readings that they used to get us

to pay my contribution cost and duty expense fine levy price rate tariff

assessment vite brokerage capitulation custom dues excise give away the

position in past tributes so that so they use all kinds of different words

and things like that I'm gonna type fee in there because fee is another one that

my media company uses my internet company internet service provider uses

it and so you know fee is really similar to and they've added like ten different

fees on so I end up paying more and more account bill Commission compensation

cost cut expense pay payment price reward salary oh and one of the things

they use is rebate so the politicians are slick they'll use the word rebate

well we're gonna charge you this and then we're going to rebate you but

really when they say that that just simply means that that's a way that they

get you to pay for more see right now we're paying for a fire or paying a fire

tax with our property taxes plus we're paying a fire fee now so we're paying

double it's double taxation is what it is here's more a consideration and

emolument and end gravy okay that's funny

handle higher honorum house juice percentage piece rake off we come to the

contents remuneration a slice a take off take in and toll and so all they're

doing is changing the wording to tax us more and more and more because it's just

a bunch of word semantics and wordplay as well other all the politicians are

doing but a lot of these politicians I don't even think are real people so I

think right now it's kind of like we have a bunch of fake people who are

actors anyway that all paid sponsors so that's why people

ask to see their tax returns you got to ask to see their tax returns so yeah I'm

going to share this with you guys because it's just stuff I figured out on

my own and I'm going to share it with you guys I mean that that's I know it's

a little bit confusing but it's a little bit shitty too because a lot of people

like I said I end up in situations and things and they end up hurt and that's

not what I'm for I wanted affordable health care for everyone and and that's

the funny thing it's like they're the people who voted against it they just

really didn't ever understand that because that's all I ever wanted was

what a universal health care system but yet we have the oh I call it the echo

chamber the the paid product placement that's been around for decades as part

of the traditional media and they're they're part of the activism in our

communities and things like that so I don't know I don't know what a good word

is I like to call them the echo chamber but they're on somebody's payroll and

they're under a nondisclosure agreement there may be a lot of them and some of

them are kind of jerky like those videos that I've showed you guys about the the

women's rights they want to say that they have a right to take their kids

wherever they want to in the Centers but then if you curse then they then they

want to do that thing like oh don't curse you can't curse in here and and

then like the lady called the police so on it's like wait a minute that's a

double standard and they're hiding behind their kids that's what they're

doing they're hiding behind their kids and so there are a bunch of cowards

hiding behind their kids because they don't have the balls to just stand up

for something by their so they want to say oh I've got my kids with me but then

I was thinking what about the oh you know how there's a

kids being used as actors you know oh the child labor laws that's what it is a

child labor laws so if they're being paid are they abusing the child labor

laws so if they're if they're working for an activism group or a media agency

are they violating the child labor laws so that's something I'll have to go into

in another video and I will because I'm I'm going to be vlogging on this channel

this is my Teresa Richardson I'm gonna be vlogging on this channel so I hope

you guys will ask your friends to watch everybody to watch and you can agree

disagree whatever you want to do because you know the thing is through the

disagreements I've learned a lot you guys have taught me a lot somebody did

somebody taught me a lot and it's it's a really sick system that we have right

now it's based on deceit and lies and that's the sad part about it because

people end up hurt and it didn't have to be this way

it just didn't but I guess like my husband said we understand now

why women you know a lot of women are progressive a lot of them are and you

know it's one thing like if you have an interest in something you decide to go

on your own but then if there's women who are under something else or

incentivized in some way then that's a different matter so they become the

deplorable you know so I mean and and it's like to

think you know it's like okay a lot of us have been supportive we've always

been supportive of a lot of issues I've always been supportive of equality for

people

but yet what was it about 500,000 why is it the 500,000 people get on airplanes

and go to Washington DC after Donald Trump lost that's kind of strange that

that never really made sense to me how why five hundred thousand women would

just go somebody had to pay for it because it's like okay I really wasn't

interested in going in the cold but now if somebody paid for me for a trip to go

there I suppose I might go you know or if you know if it was a free trip I

suppose I might go so that is yeah this is making sense a lot of sense now so

people have been incentivized and those are the ones who have health care

they're the ones who have benefits they're the ones who are being taken

care of and but yet they very well may be playing a role they're on the payroll

of someone but yet whatever it is that they're doing they're taking care of

that everybody else isn't taken care of which is in turn they vote against their

own interest they vote against our interest and so then eventually the shit

rolls downhill to the point that they end up hurting their self you know so

yeah I kind of see how that works now but marijuana should be fully legalized

and you know I mean I don't care what people do in their bedroom I never did I

you know I was always like heck we had you know we had talked of gay people

back when I was in high school even and it's like I didn't care who if somebody

was gay I really didn't I didn't care and that was like in the 80s the late

70s and 80s I knew what gay was and I didn't care if somebody was gay but I

kept it to myself you know so but it's kind of like but yet the true me I never

let the true me out I wanted marijuana legal back in the 70s

myself I really did but it was something I had to hide and keep to myself

yeah but thank you thank you viewer for coming in so I hope more you guys will

come in I'm gonna I think I'm gonna I you know what I'm working on is not

being so oh I'm a big schedule and doing things precise and perfect that's what

I'm sticking to a routine and so I'm doing random uploads at any time so I

want you guys to come and look and watch at any time I don't want to be on a

clock I don't want to be on a schedule you know so yeah if you guys want shout

outs or anything like that and do things you know so yeah we're critically

thinking through this so thank you guys what's another word for oh you guys are

awesome you're awesome and yeah you're stars

you guys are stars you're the stars you guys my viewers are the stars so I'll

see you soon

Emotional Baggage | How To Release Relationship Baggage - Duration: 7:35.

Heather: In this video, we're going to teach you how to recognize emotional baggage in

your relationship.

Stay to the end for a secret weapon.

David: To help you release that relationship baggage.

Heather: Yes.

Subscribe to our channel.

David: And click the bell to turn notifications on.

Heather: So you're the first to know.

David: When we drop a video.

Heather: Or go live.

I'm Heather.

David: And I'm David.

Heather: From Zenrosegarden.

David: Dot com.

Heather: Yes.

David: Helping people create.

Heather: Bad ass lives.

David: Let's get started.

Heather: We're going to give you three tips.

David: Bam.

On letting go of emotional baggage.

Heather: Let it go.

David: Tip number one.

Heather: Discover your survival identity.

Before you can figure out how to stop bringing baggage in to a new relationship-

David: You've got to figure out where it came from.

Heather: We create our relationship patterns based on the relationships that we saw other

people having, growing up.

David: We create our survival identity based on the role that we played in childhood.

Heather: If we had a dysfunctional family relationship somewhere in our family dynamic.

We created a survival identity; a role that we could play within that family that kept

us safe.

Chances are, you took that identity with you into your relationship.

Were you the one that always tried to make peace between two parents that were always

fighting?

David: Were you the kind of a person that sought attention by being the bad kid?

Heather: Did you try to be really, really obedient so you wouldn't make waves.

Tip number two.

David: Discover your fear triggers.

Heather: Signs of emotional baggage come up when we get triggered.

David: Something pushes your buttons, that's a very good indicator that you might have

some emotional baggage.

Heather: What emotions are coming up for you?

Chances are it's one of three.

David: We call this, the triad of fear.

Heather: The triad of fear.

David: Rejection.

Heather: Abandonment.

David: Or judgment.

Heather: Caring what other people think of you.

David: Whenever you have your buttons pushed or whenever you get triggered, that's a great

time for you to start working on unpacking that baggage.

Heather: Tip number three.

David: Unpack your bags together.

Heather: Together.

The most perfect relationship is not one where you come into the relationship with absolutely

no emotional baggage.

David: The perfect relationship is when you have a partner with whom you can unpack your

bags together.

It's not what kind of baggage you bring, it whether or not you have somebody who can help

you unpack.

Heather: Yes.

So if you want to stop carrying emotional baggage from one relationship to another,

how do you start to unpack together?

David: Safe, open and honest communication with your partner.

If you don't feel safe enough, you're not going to open up with your partner to the

point where you can share and build that foundation of trust.

Heather: Foundation of trust.

David: Truth bomb that.

Heather: That sounds like a secret- David: Underground lair.

Heather: Spy society or something.

Ask your partner to help you understand why you're feeling this way, why you're feeling

vulnerable.

Why you're suddenly feeling freaked out.

It might not even have to do with your partner, it probably has to do with some deeper trigger

within you.

David: It has to do with your old baggage.

By helping your partner unpack their baggage and asking your partner for help when it's

time to unpack your baggage, takes away the attack and defense mode, and puts you in to

the mode of helping and being helped.

Heather: You want to get out of fight or flight when you're having a situation with your partner

and your emotional relationship baggage is like, you're throwing suitcases at each other.

Decide what you guys want your behaviors to be with each other, when emotions get triggered

and stuff gets hot and heavy.

David: Hot and heavy.

Heather: Hot and heavy.

And make some decisions together.

David: When things come up, how do you want to show up to that conversation?

Heather: So when you're deciding what your ideal behaviors are together when you have

a conflict, it shouldn't be one person dictating how the other person should act.

David: Right.

Heather: It's okay if you ask your partner, I would feel really safe if you acted this

way towards me.

It's okay to do that but when you start dictating how your partner is supposed to act and what

you expect, then it becomes a little unbalanced.

It should be both of you together deciding what you want as a couple.

How you want to behave.

How you want to react and how you want to work through your problems.

The best relationships are ones where we help each other heal.

David: By allowing yourself the freedom to be vulnerable, strengthens the bond between

two people.

Heather: Let vulnerability be the glue that bonds you together.

David: Stronger than Crazy Glue.

Heather: It is.

David: Crazy is not a good foundation for a relationship.

Heather: Now it's time- David: For the bonus tip.

Heather: The bonus tip.

David: Be the unicorn.

Heather: Be the unicorn.

David: Be the unicorn.

Be the unicorn...

Heather: Wanting to avoid the emotional pain- David: Of dating someone with emotional baggage-

Heather: So badly, people will seek the unicorn relationship.

Without becoming the unicorn themselves.

David: Finding this perfect person, this unicorn, will somehow miraculously wipe our emotional

baggage slate clean.

Heather: To attract that unicorn, you've got to cultivate the characteristics of the specific

unicorn that you want.

You can't get a unicorn if you aren't a unicorn.

Stop trying to seek the unicorn if your unicorneess is not unicorney enough.

To attract the one that you want, you've got to become the one that you want.

You can't attract a unicorn if you're showing up like this.

You're going to scare your unicorn away.

Or you're going to eat your unicorn accidentally for lunch.

David: Don't be the T-Rex.

Heather: Be the unicorn.

David: You just learned how to release baggage from past relationships.

Heather: You wanted to know about dealing with emotional baggage.

David: And we showed you that healing emotional pain is much easier when you show up with

authenticity and allow your partner to support you in unpacking your baggage.

Heather: Yes.

Now it's time for that secret weapon.

David: We created a special bonus meditation to help you unpack your relationship baggage.

Heather: Click the link in the description to get it.

David: Get it.

Heather: It's truth bomb time.

David: If you're ready to start unpacking that emotional baggage, hit that like button.

Heather: And drop a truth bomb in the comments.

David: Leave your truth bomb moments and any questions you have in the comments below.

How to Fatbike - Duration: 4:25.

number one high high pressure! As high pressure as you can get you really want

to rip through that trail. Tip number two wait till it's warm and sunny and then

go ride so that you're sure to slop up the trail as much as possible. Tip number

three when you're done riding go back and walk the trail

hello race fans! Brian Davis, Brian Davis Races today I'm gonna give you three

tips on how to fat bike I get this question a lot. I even

got it when I bought my first fat bike. I really didn't know I was doing I tried

it a few times and I thought it was terrible. now I absolutely love it and

there are a couple things that I screwed up right in the beginning. Tip number one

ride a groomed trail. you see an example today I snowshoed that trail it took a

minute or two of work but imagine that for miles and miles that's a lot of work

find a groomed trail. I'll post one in the comments or you'll see one in the video

but I'll post one in the description but find an area where you know people ride

bikes don't just ride anywhere. Tip number 2. Air pressure is kin! So

there's a couple things with air pressure one because the tires are so

volumous - big. they're just big. I use a little battery-powered compressor

that saves me a lot of effort and then this is the secret ingredient to

enjoying fat biking a proper analog gauge. analog gauges don't freeze so

they're my preferred method and you want to be shooting for like six to eight PSI

it depends on the temperature the Sun the type of snow the temperature leading

up to the day that you're riding all kinds of different things

- tubeless / non-tubeless but air pressure is absolutely the most important thing to

get right with fat biking and the best way to do that is to experiment and have

some fun with it. Tip number three is actually two things studs and tubeless

if you get your tires set up tubeless you can run a much lower pressure and

get much better control on the snow the other thing is studs you can see in this

wheel this particular tire I should say this tire allows me to add or subtract

studs as I see fit so kind of customize it this is a dillinger four was a very

popular tire from a few years ago but I would just go with studs right off the

bat I don't see too many downsides to studs and

if you're commuting on your bike it's very noisy but if you're gonna be on trails

just do studs right away don't even don't even bother not doing studs. All

right let's do this little experiment on riding groomed - okay significantly

harder not being on the groomed section we don't have a ton of snow right now so it

wasn't wildly different but trust me on a groomed trail versus just riding in

the middle of nowhere on Powder. that's why most people don't enjoy fat biking

the first time they go out you think you can go anywhere but that's miserable

find a groomed trail! Speaking of a groomed trail here's a quick video of a

ride that happened this weekend with a bunch of great guys we had a lot of fun

here's how much fun fat biking can be if you follow the tips!

thanks for checking out the channel Brian Davis brain Davis Races if you

like what I had to say hit me up with that thumb give me a comment give me

your tips and if you don't like what I had to say Buh Bye!
