IT'S OFFICIAL!

Liberals Just Made It A LAW – TRUMP Is PISSED!

Ever since President Trump was elected, the left has been doing their best to thwart his

America first agenda.

Instead of these "open-minded" individuals accepting President Trump and his plans to

put the country back on the right track they are still kicking and screaming like toddlers

being refused a toy.

That has been evident in the way that the left has been doing all they can to destroy

Trump and his plan to make America great again.

If they are not accusing Trump and his team of racism and bigotry, they are spreading

lies about Russian collusion and pushing for his impeachment without any real crime committed.

And, now these vengeful liberals have taken their contempt for Trump one step further

with a series of laws passed meant to tick off the commander-in-chief.

We all know the left would not slink away quietly after the election but would do their

best to try and destroy the nation with their liberal policies.

One state in the union that is dead set on returning to conservative principals is the

state of California which was evident in the new laws rolled out on January 1, 2018.

Just yesterday, California implemented more changes in their already socialist state that

would make Karl Marx proud.

In a snub to President Trump, the predominantly blue state has decided to ignore immigration

laws, increased the minimum wage, is allowing made up genders on documents, and has declared

that schools cannot determine if they will be gun-free zones or not.

Here is more from Daily Wire:

Schools will no longer be allowed to decide whether or not they're "gun-free zones":

Because the legislature has decided for them.

AB 424 says school administrators can no longer permit employees with concealed carry permits

to conceal and carry firearms on campus.

Which means the only people with guns on campus will be criminals and campus police, who more

often than not can only respond to shootings, not prevent them.

Not only has the state of California attacked the right of the people to protect themselves

on school property, but they have also made it illegal to have gun ammo shipped directly

to residents in the blue state.

A new law passed states that if a resident in California purchases ammo, it must be sent

to an approved firearms dealer with a federal firearms license, and the purchaser must pick

it up in person.

Then, beginning in 2019, that law expands to the purchaser submitting to a background

check for the ammo before being able to bring it home.

Here is more from The Daily Caller:

California's new restrictions on ammunition are set to take effect in January, making

it harder to purchase, sell and transport bullets.

Proposition 63 was passed in 2016 and makes it illegal to sell ammunition without a license

from the Department of Justice, NBC news reports.

Any ammo purchased over the internet would also be required to be sold through a licensed

dealer, who would then deliver it directly to the buyer.

The measure also prohibits driving ammunition across state lines and institutes background

checks for anyone looking to purchase bullets.

The law requires sellers to track ammo sales electronically and submit records to the DOJ

to be stored in the "Ammunition Purchase Records File."

Ammunition is defined by the law as "one or more loaded cartridges consisting of a

primed case, propellant, and with one or more projectiles," according to NBC News.

Exceptions to the law are granted for peace officers, licensed dealers, and collectors.

State gun owners must also now report any stolen firearms within five days or face a

fine from the state.

The National Rifle Association sent a letter to California Attorney General Xavier Becerra

and the California Department of Justice last week asking for a stay of the law, citing

"serious concerns" over "procedure."

The letter argues a delay in the law's implementation would not be unprecedented and claims it would

be "impossible" for every California ammunition vendor to comply with the new regulations

in time for the Jan. 1 deadline.

The left is doing all that they can to water down our Second Amendment rights and will

not stop till they disarm the country.

For the state to prevent gun owners from protecting themselves and the ones they love on school

property is a clear violation of our right to bear arms, and it needs to stop.

However, the issue is that the people in the state of California voted for these laws,

and now it will take a miracle for them not to be enacted.

Of course, President Trump can speak out against these atrocious acts, but until the people

of California get sick of it they will continue, and, if we are not careful, it will spread

to the rest of the country.

What do you think about this?

JBL Link 500 - Is It Better Than The Google Home Max?? - Duration: 7:17.

When the google home max was released, JBL quietly released their JBL Link 500 smart

speaker.

And basically the Link 500 does the same thing as the google home Max, its a smart speaker

thats all about sound.

So if you're thinking about getting a powerful smart speaker for your home are you better

off with Google's offering or something from a third party?

Lets find out.

JBL's link series line up now consists of 4 different speakers.

Theres the Link 10 and Link 20 which are kind of like voice assistant enabled JBL Flip 4's

which also have built in batteries, and theres the link 300 and link 500 which don't have

built in batteries.

And just like the Google home Max, the Link 500 currently costs $400.

But I wouldn't be surprised if it goes on a sale here and there.

Design wise, the JBL link 500 is slightly larger than the google home max.

It also has the same fabric outer shell thats pretty synonymous with other JBL speakers

and it comes in two colors, black or white.

Unlike the Google Home Max which has a touch sensitive touch bar on the top which only

allows you to adjust your volume and play and pause your music, the Link 500 has a few

more buttons on the top and allow you to do a little more than the max.

More importantly, it has a dedicated button so you can activate google assistant, something

that I don't understand why the max dosnt have.

And if you double press the play pause button you can skip a track directly from the speaker.

Something that again the max cant do, even though its pretty simple.

The Link 500 also has a dedicated bluetooth pairing button which does come in handy if

the Link 500 isn't connected to wifi and if you want to use a bluetooth connection

instead.

And finally theres a mic mute button.

On the front of the speaker you will also find the white led notification lights that

light up when google is listening to you just like the Max.

And on the bottom you will also find a wifi indicator light, and like I mentioned in my

link 10 and link 20 video, I feel this light is completely unnecessary… unless theres

a problem with the wifi connection theres no need to constantly keep this light on.

Even the google home max doesn't have this useless and annoying light.

Another thing I also don't like about the Link 500 is the lack of ports.

Theres no Aux jack and theres no USB type c port like the max.

For me it would have been a no brainer to include these ports on the Link 500.

And something I really want to point out is the weight differences.

The Link 500 weighs in at 7.7 ponds while the Google Home Max weighs in at 12 pounds.

But aside that, google assistant performance on the Link 500 is just as accurate and as

fast as any other google home speaker.

The Link 500 picks up your voice up from various distances just as well and inquiries are processed

just as fast.

Ok, now

lets talk about what really matters, sound.

You may know by know that the google home max is rocking dual 4.5 inch woofers and dual

.7 inch tweeters.

Where as the JBL Link 500 has dual 3.5 inch woofers, dual .8 inch tweeters and it has

an exposed passive radiator on the back that really moves when the bass really gets going.

First off, the google home max gets slightly louder than the jbl link 500 at max volume.

But only by a few decibels.

At max volume both of these speakers live in the low 80's decibel range and they both

suffer relatively the same amount of distortion.

So if loudness is your main priority then both of these speakers perform relatively

the same.

When it come to sound quality, like I've said in past videos… the max has a V shaped

sound signature.

Theres a lot of emphasis on the bass and the highs but the vocals and mids are a little

pushed back.

Where as the link 500 has an even sound signature but with an emphasis on the vocals.

It also has a good amount of bass, but the bass is not as punchy as the max and lows

don't resonate as much as the max either.

Although both of these speakers do sound really good, the sound on the max is much fuller.

You can literally feel the music with the max and as a result its more fun to listen

to.

But the google home max is definitely geared towards people how listen to pop, hip hop,

dance, R&B, or rap with its strong emphasis on the bass.

If you're somebody that loves bass then the max is great, but if you're someone

who likes a flatter sound signature then you'll be better off with the Link 500.

But if you're building out a smart home with google assistant in mind it is a great

thing to have options when it comes to hardware.

But keep in mind, 3rd party hardware might mean delays when it comes to the newest features.

First off, with JBL smart speakers you cant make phone calls like you would with either

of the google home smart speakers.

You also cant use the broadcast feature.

And the JBL link 500 also doesn't allow you to adjust the EQ like you can on the Max.

Hopefully JBL smart speakers and all other 3rd party google assistant smart speakers

will add new google home features shortly after google releases them, because I would

hate to see the same type of fragmentation android suffered when it was first released.

Although I do like the JBL link 10 and Link 20 because they sound much better than the

google home, if you're trying to decided between the Google Home Max and JBL Link 500

it think youre much better off with the Google Home Max unless you're not a fan of the

v shaped sound signature it has to offer.

I Personally think it looks better than the JBL link 500 and using Google's own hardware

means you'll have access to the newest features as soon as they drop.

But like I said in my initial review, I would like to see google add some extra tap functionally

to the max so you can control your music playback and tap to activate google assistant.

Is that so much to ask for?

BREAKING!! Trump Is FINALLY DOING IT!!

He's PARDONING HIM!

It has now been confirmed that Crooked Hilary Clinton stooge and right-hand woman, Huma

Abedin actually forwarded sensitive State Department emails.

Some of which included passwords to government systems via her personal Yahoo email account

right before every single Yahoo account was hacked and sold on the Dark Web.

Abedin regularly forwarded work emails to her personal accounts.

The three email accounts Abedin used were abedinh@state.gov, huma@clintonemail.com,

and humamabedin@yahoo.com.

Anyone who has worked for any kind of corporation should know very well this isn't a great

idea, although it makes you wonder why she wanted a copy of some emails in her own accounts.

Maybe life insurance?

If you can recall, this is the same hack where the United States government later had to

charge a Russian intelligence agent named, Igor Sushchin, with hacking 500 million Yahoo

email accounts.

The initial hack happened in 2014 and allowed his associates to access accounts well into

2015 and 2016 by using forged cookies.

Sushchin also worked for the Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, which interestingly

enough paid the former President and rapist Bill Clinton half a million dollars to give

a June 2010 speech in Moscow.

Trump is actually considering pardoning the sailor, Kristian Saucier, who was jailed for

taking pictures of classified sections of a nuclear submarine.

Via Daily Mail:

Trump was asked a week after taking office in 2017 whether or not he would consider pardoning

Saucier, who admitted snapping photos of the USS Alexandria so he could show his children

someday where he had served his country.

'I'm actually looking at it right now,' Trump told Fox News at the time.

'I think it's very unfair in light of what's happened with other people.'

The photos showed the nuclear reactor compartment, the auxiliary steam propulsion panel and the

maneuvering compartment, prosecutors said.

Saucier denied sharing his pictures with anyone who was unauthorized to see them, and his

lawyers raised the case of Hillary Clinton's classified email scandal as a more damning

parallel.

The Democratic then-presidential candidate had been 'engaging in acts similar to Mr.

Saucier' with information of much higher classification, they said, claiming it would

be 'unjust and unfair for Mr. Saucier to receive any sentence other than probation

for a crime those more powerful than him will likely avoid.'

would have bet their right arms that people were so happy with their lies and lawlessness

that they would never lose.

Are These 10 Things Actually Possible - Part 2 - Duration: 11:42.

We may be living in the age of information, and the internet has almost everything at

our fingertips, but sometimes finding the answers to our most burning questions can

be harder than a simple Google search would first seem.

We have trawled through the internet and found the answers to some of the most common questions

where people wonder… is it possible?

Can you actually cry blood?

Is it possible to catch up on sleep?

Join us below as we answer these and other questions that the internet has been wondering

about.

10.

Is it Possible to be Addicted to Weed?

This is a tricky question, as there have not been many studies yet on marijuana and its

effects in terms of addiction, partially because the illegality has made it difficult for researchers

to do much of any testing whatsoever.

However, what we do know is that a good 30% of people who try marijuana end up with marijuana

use disorder.

This disorder is characterized by symptoms where the individual can have lack of desire

to eat, loss of sleep, irritability and other symptoms, which reach their worst after being

off the drug for a week, and usually start to fall off after two weeks.

Now, this doesn't necessarily mean that these people are addicted, though.

To meet the requirements for addiction, you have to be more than dependent on the drug.

Those who are addicted to drugs are dependent on them, but not all people who are dependent

on drugs are addicted.

A much smaller portion of people with marijuana use disorder are addicted, but it can occur,

and you can be addicted even to eating chocolate.

While it is not common, addiction to marijuana occurs when someone is so dependent on it

that they simply cannot get through their day without it, and cannot manage to function

as a normal member of society without their drug.

Like any addiction, it comes down to whether the individual can manage to live their life

without the drug ruining it.

While some may think marijuana is not dangerous, you can become dependent on, or become addicted

to, literally almost anything.

Is it Possible to Change Your Eye Color?

Have you ever wished you could change your eye color?

Then you may be in luck!

That is, if you have brown eyes, and you wish them to be blue.

A company called Stroma Medical has developed a procedure to turn brown eyes permanently

blue.

This may seem like an oddly specific procedure, but there is an explanation for all of it.

To begin with, blue eyes are the most sought after in the world.

Despite only 17% of the population of the world having blue eyes, many people consider

them to most attractive eye color, and prize them above all.

The procedure only works to turn brown eyes blue, because of the strange way it works.

Essentially every brown eye has the potential to be a blue eye; it just comes down to how

light enters and reflects off of it.

In a brown eye, there is a brown melanin pigment that ensures the eye will be seen as brown.

The procedure designed by Stroma Medical uses very low power lasers in order to disperse

the brown pigment, dissolving it so it will eventually drain out of the eye and leave

behind a permanently blue eye.

However, clinical trials are not finished in the United States, so the procedure is

not yet available here.

Also, some ophthalmologists are concerned that since the pigment particles are only

dissolved, and not removed, that there could be potential drainage issues that could lead

to glaucoma over time.

While Stroma Medical insists their procedure is perfectly safe, it will be several years

before we know if it will pass the regulatory authorities in the United States of America.

8.

Is it Possible to Cry Blood?

We have seen it in horror movies, and it haunts many of our imaginings in the darkest hours

of the night.

Can people actually be in such bad straits that they can actually cry tears of blood?

The answers is yes; however, it is generally nothing at all to actually be alarmed about,

despite the fact that blood is literally pouring out of someone's eyes.

The condition is known as haemolacria and has been reported as far back as the 16th

century, where doctors first noted the condition in young women who were menstruating.

In general, studies have shown that most of the time, people who have haemolacria are

menstruating women, and it usually goes away after a period of time.

It also tends to exhibit itself less in people as they get older and older, and mostly starts

affecting people when they are young.

However, while doctors believe most cases are caused by hormones due to menstruation,

men can also get the condition, and sometimes there is no explanation at all.

In several cases in the last few years, there has been no explanation doctors can come up

with, and several of these cases occurred in Tennessee.

No one has yet figured out why Tennessee has been such a hotspot for unexplained cases

of haemolacria — perhaps it is something in the water.

7.

Is it Possible to Drink Too Much Water?

Speaking of water, one of the most common things that people ask when they are feeling

particularly curious is, apart from drowning, can you actually have too much water?

When most people ask this they think they are joking, and most consider it to be a very,

very silly question.

Very few people Google this with any kind of serious expectation of danger, or they

think you would have to have an incredible amount of water that most people couldn't

manage to consume in a short enough amount of time to be dangerous.

However, while most people dismiss this as nonsense, it is actually quite easy to have

too much water, and make yourself sick or even die.

Especially during the summer, or even if you perform a lot of strenuous activity the rest

of the year, guzzling too much water can put you in danger.

The problem is that when you are active and hot, you sweat and you lose salt.

When you lose too much salt while already drinking water you lose salt even more rapidly.

This loss of electrolytes can lead to seizures and even brain death, so it is best to drink

sports drinks, and eat foods that keep up your electrolyte balance.

6.

Is it Possible to Improve Memory?

Some people complain that they do not have very good memories to start with.

Perhaps they struggle with names, faces, dates or any number of other things.

Many have wondered if there is a way to improve your memory over time, so you won't have

these problems to such a degree anymore.

The good news is that there are tricks to improve your memory in almost every way.

Memory tricks are known as mnemonics and there are tricks for any type of learning style.

Some memory tricks are better for those who learn visually, or by reading, or any other

method.

On top of that, you can not only teach yourself to be better at remembering things, but you

can also permanently improve the power and functioning of your brain.

Research has shown that due to something called neuroplasticity, our brains actually create

new neural pathways and strengthen old ones when we make our brains work, especially when

we deliberately put them through mental exercises.

If you use mnemonics to help you remember, you are not only improving your short term

memory, you are permanently increasing your brainpower.

5.

Is it Possible to Overdose on Vitamin C?

Vitamin C is one of the things that most people consider better for you than almost anything

else.

Despite it making no sense, and there being literally zero evidence for it — and plenty

against — many people start guzzling Vitamin C-containing products whenever the first sign

of a cold appears.

Doctors have told people this doesn't really do anything, but many people persist in downing

massive amounts of Vitamin C if they feel sick.

Many people, when confronted with the evidence that it isn't doing much to help, will argue

that it at least doesn't cause them any harm — it's just vitamins, and vitamins

are good for you.

However, the truth is that you can have too much of almost anything.

If you have way too much Vitamin C in the short term, it won't kill you, but it can

make you feel sick, giving you symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, bloating, cramps, heartburn

and other digestive issues.

However, if you have too much over time, you can put yourself at risk for much more serious

issues.

Taking too much Vitamin C over time has been linked to the formation of kidney stones.

4.

Is it Possible to Quit the Army?

Joining the army is seen as a way out for many people, whether it is a way out of a

bad situation, or a way to get a good paying job with employment opportunities when you

feel you don't have a lot of other options.

After you get out of the army, you can use the GI Bill to go back to school, so there

are certainly many advantages to joining.

However, some recruiters can be shady and tell interested young men and women almost

anything to get them to join, so some people are confused about whether you can leave the

army (or the military in general) once you have already signed up.

And generally, the answer is going to be a solid no.

When you sign up for the military, you sign an employment contract, for several years

at a time — higher ranks tend to have longer contracts when they sign to stay on for longer.

Once you have signed this contract, you have to see it through until the end.

When it comes to civilian employment contracts, if you renege your employer can only take

civil action against you and ruin your reputation.

If you try to leave the military before the end of your contract, you will be thrown in

jail.

Your only way out is if you get discharged for medical reasons of some kind, but that

is always decided by your superiors for serious reasons — you cannot just say you are sick

or mentally unhealthy and then leave.

3.

Is it Possible to Swallow Your Tongue?

One of the most recurring myths involving people who have epilepsy is what you need

to do when they are having a seizure.

Some people get confused and think they need CPR, but some well-meaning people get even

more confused and think the individual is at risk of swallowing their own tongue while

going through a seizure.

This has led people to stick objects in the mouth of someone suffering an epileptic attack,

which can actually make things much worse.

The truth is that these well-meaning individuals could be putting the person with epilepsy

in danger, because they are putting objects in the mouth of someone who is thrashing around.

They could get cut on the object in their mouth, or even choke on it.

On the other hand, you cannot swallow your tongue, and doctors say it is not possible

for an epileptic to bite off their own tongue during a seizure in the first place.

The best thing you can do if someone is having a seizure is to guide them gently to the floor,

and give them room if possible — if you can, turn them on their side, but don't

do so if you are worried you will have to manhandle them to do it.

2.

Is it Possible to Text 9-1-1?

This is something you see asked more and more these days online — it is the age of hyper

fast communication, and basically everyone can text, so people naturally wonder if emergency

services have managed to evolve their methods to this new technology.

It seems like it would be simple enough — text your emergency, which can be safer in some

situations, and the first responders will be there in no time.

However, the problem is that for this to work, you need emergency numbers set up to receive

texts, and then people trained and paid to receive and respond to those messages.

This is quite an expense that most departments simply have not had the time or money to implement.

However, this does not mean that the service does not exist at all.

There are some localities within the United States who do have the required infrastructure

to take 9-1-1 messages through text.

This does not mean you should take it for granted though, as far fewer places can take

text messages than can't.

If you are interested in being able to text 9-1-1 in an emergency, you should call up

your local police non-emergency hotline and find out first if they have the service.

If you are not 100% sure the service is provided in your area, you should always err on the

side of caution in an emergency and just call 9-1-1 directly, as long as it is safe to do

so.

1.

Is it Possible to Catch Up On Sleep?

We've all been there at one point in our life or another.

Whether it's a student trying to work a full time job while studying full time, a

single parent working multiple jobs, or whatever the situation, many Americans find themselves

chronically deprived of sleep.

To make matters worse, some people get into situations where they feel like they will

never have a chance to properly catch up.

For this reason, on the weekends, or when they find a moment, these people try to binge

on sleep and catch up on all they have lost.

The question becomes, is it even possible to catch up so quickly on lost sleep, and

get ourselves back to a state of natural equilibrium?

Unfortunately, the answer is a little complicated, and like many things involving your health,

if you want to make a difference, you will have to make a change to your long-term habits.

Scientists who study sleep have advised that trying to binge on a bunch of sleep at once,

or on the weekend, is not going to properly catch you up.

Rather, the best way to catch up on sleep is to add a little more sleep per night, every

night, until your body starts to recover and you start to realize you need to sleep less.

Eventually you can repay your sleep debt, and go back to sleeping a regular amount of

hours every night.

James Comey's Testimony on Huma Abedin Forwarding Emails Was Inaccurate

The FBI hasn't decided how to correct the director's false claim that she forwarded

thousands of Clinton emails to the laptop computer of her husband, former Congressman

Anthony Weiner.

Update, May 9, 2017: On Tuesday, the FBI sent a letter to Congress correcting inaccurate

congressional testimony by Director James Comey, six days after he mischaracterized

what the FBI discovered on Anthony Weiner's laptop.

The bureau addressed the matter in a two-page letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee from

its congressional liaison, explaining that it was "intended to supplement" Comey's

testimony, by providing "the full context of what was reviewed and found on the laptop."

In it, the FBI acknowledged that only a "small number" of more than 49,000 "potentially

relevant" emails found on Weiner's laptop had been forwarded from Clinton deputy Huma

Abedin to Weiner, her husband, not hundreds or thousands as Comey had stated.

The FBI said just two of those messages contained classified information.

The letter was issued shortly before Donald Trump issued his own letter firing Comey,

accompanied by a Justice Department memo detailing the FBI director's "serious mistakes"

in handling the Clinton email investigation.

FBI director James Comey generated national headlines last week with his dramatic testimony

to the Senate Judiciary Committee, explaining his "incredibly painful" decision to go

public about the Hillary Clinton emails found on Anthony Weiner's laptop.

Perhaps Comey's most surprising revelation was that Huma Abedin — Weiner's wife and

a top Clinton deputy — had made "a regular practice" of forwarding "hundreds and

thousands" of Clinton messages to her husband, "some of which contain classified information."

Comey testified that Abedin had done this so that the disgraced former congressman could

print them out for her boss.

(Weiner's laptop was seized after he came under criminal investigation for sex crimes,

following a media report about his online relationship with a teenager.)

The New York Post plastered its story on the front page with a photo of an underwear-clad

Weiner and the headline: "HARD COPY: Huma sent Weiner classified Hillary emails to print

out."

The Daily News went with a similar front-page screamer: "HUMA ERROR: Sent classified emails

to sext maniac Weiner."

The problem: Much of what Comey said about this was inaccurate.

Now the FBI is trying to figure out what to do about it.

FBI officials have privately acknowledged that Comey misstated what Abedin did and what

the FBI investigators found.

On Monday, the FBI was said to be preparing to correct the record by sending a letter

to Congress later this week.

But that plan now appears on hold, with the bureau undecided about what to do.

ProPublica is reporting a story on the FBI's handling of the Clinton emails and raised

questions with government officials last week about possible inaccuracies in Comey's statements

about Abedin.

It could not be learned how the mistake occurred.

The FBI and Abedin declined ProPublica's requests for comment on the director's misstatements.

How We're Learning To Do Journalism Differently in the Age of Trump

Here are four ideas we've used to guide our Trump administration coverage.

According to two sources familiar with the matter — including one in law enforcement

— Abedin forwarded only a handful of Clinton emails to her husband for printing — not

the "hundreds and thousands" cited by Comey.

It does not appear Abedin made "a regular practice" of doing so.

Other officials said it was likely that most of the emails got onto the computer as a result

of backups of her BlackBerry.

It was not clear how many, if any, of the forwarded emails were among the 12 "classified"

emails Comey said had been found on Weiner's laptop.

None of the messages carried classified markings at the time they were sent.

Comey's Senate testimony about Abedin came as he offered his first public explanation

for his decision to reveal the existence of the emails on Oct. 28, days ahead of the 2016

election and before FBI agents had examined them.

When agents obtained a search warrant that allowed them to read the messages, they turned

out to be mostly duplicates of emails the bureau had obtained earlier in the investigation.

Comey announced just before Election Day that nothing had changed in the Clinton case, which

had been closed four months earlier without criminal charges.

During his testimony, Comey said that part of the reason for revealing the existence

of the messages was that some appeared to fill an eight-week gap in records from early

in Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State.

Comey said the FBI viewed them as "the golden missing emails that would change this case"

because they might provide insights into Clinton's intent when she set up her private server.

Comey testified that investigators searching Weiner's laptop in the days before the election

also found that "somehow, her emails are being forwarded to Anthony Weiner, including

classified information, by [Clinton's] assistant, Huma Abedin."

Abedin, he later testified, "appears to have had a regular practice of forwarding

emails to him, for him I think to print out for her so she could then deliver them to

the Secretary of State."

After Comey painted this troubling picture, Republican Sen. Ted Cruz demanded to know

why Abedin and Weiner hadn't been charged with mishandling classified information, calling

the failure to do so "puzzling."

"You said Ms. Abedin forwarded hundreds or thousands of classified emails to her husband

on a non-government, non-classified computer," said Cruz.

"How is — how does that conduct not directly violate the statute?"

Comey offered a partial clarification, telling the Texas senator: "…if I said that, I

misspoke.

She forwarded hundreds and thousands of emails, some of which contain classified information."

Comey agreed both Abedin and Weiner "potentially" might have committed a crime, but said the

FBI found no basis for concluding either had acted with criminal intent.

Comey said the FBI had been unable to discuss the matter with Weiner "because he has pending

criminal problems of other sorts."

Abedin's lawyer issued a statement after Comey's Oct. 28 letter, saying Abedin had

no idea how her exchanges with Clinton got on Weiner's laptop, and no idea that they

were there.

So apparently, even Comey lied when it came to Huma's emails according to the above

article!

Was everyone in the government above the law during the Barack Hussein Obama presidency?

Apparently so.

These people were so arrogant that they actually thought they would never lose another election.

They would have bet their right arms that people were so happy with their lies and lawlessness

that they would never lose

Batteriser / Batteroo Unboxing & Tests Is it a SCAM? PART 1 - Duration: 31:19.

today we'll be unboxing and reviewing the banner room boost what is a battery

room boost you might be asking well it is a special little stainless steel

sleeve that fits over a standard battery and what it does is as your battery

starts dying or running out of power basically the voltage drops let the

battery room better room back back to room excuse me well hard getting that

off the tongue does is it boosts the voltage of the battery so that way your

device will continue operating either at its peak or able to withdraw more power

from the battery until the battery is fully exhausted now you see a regular

1.5 volt on a regular to say double-a battery operates new and about 1.5 volts

but as that battery starts to die so you start up here at 1.5 volt and as it runs

out of power that voltage declines well as that voltage declines something like

say a flashlight that's a more of a passive load will start to dim oh and

something that's active load such as a digital camera once that voltage level

it's the cut off it'll just fail to operate all together and that's when

usually you'd say okay battery's dead and you get a new battery

well the idea behind this is is your pulse fully dead but um the idea behind

this is you say that digital camera might cut off right here at save point 8

volts well there still may be potentially 50% of the energy left in

the battery it's just you can't access it because the voltage is too low or

your digital key I say your flashlight which is a passive

load might be too dim to be worthwhile at that point so then again you'd say

that battery would be dead so the

batterbatter room takes that say and we're going to use just point eight

volts as an example that battery takes at 0.8 volts and steps it up to 1.5 now

even though the battery is half you know just for example half dead the bad room

will provide that voltage needed to keep it functional and I'll do so until that

battery is as exhausted as possible which in some cases I mean if we're just

going by by my chart here that could almost double the life or double the

amount of energy you can get out of your battery so we're going to do a few

different things here I have three three devices and I have the battery I have

two different sizes but we're just going to do the double aids for today I also

have the triple-a version and the cost was this for this we're ten dollars per

for bad aru's which is if you think about it's a little high but on a deeper

level if you can double the life of your batteries I mean Duras cells are

expensive this hex I personally stick with the dollar store

and Harbor Freight batteries I get a 24 pack off guard with Freight batteries

for free with any other purchase or you get 10 of the Dollar Tree Universe

electronics down a tree yeah 10 of the Dollar Tree double-a batteries for a

buck I mean you can't beat that yeah they don't last as long as the

alkaline is but for the price I mean you're still getting about two-thirds

better that when I go shipping packages the pack and ship place where I dropped

my stuff off usually has a big bin full of double-a batteries that they have to

take out a remotes when they ship back places so you you're welcome to

take those at free of charge I grab I always grab these suckers and they might

they might only be used a little bit but if I can if I can use this to suck a lot

more power up great right so we're gonna try it in three different devices and

then we're also gonna for different devices okay

I have my computer mouse here we're also going to check fitment because something

that I was concerned about was once you put this on the battery the battery is

slightly larger even though the sleeve itself paper-thin on the sides there's

some microcircuitry up here which is a DC to DC converter or buck boost

converter is what what boosts that voltage up to be able to provide that

1.5 volts so it's with wise or circumference wise it's it's really

negligible but lengthwise they're a little longer which is what's concerning

me so let's give it a try first let's let's check some let's let's try voltage

boosting I know that's what the main idea is here so you can see my

multimeter there at the leads just so you can see that yes I don't have too

much room it is all connected so we'll check I saved these for the purpose of

actually testing in this video this is a n'doul we made in China

heavy duty carbon zinc battery it's 100 1.2 2 volts thought one was lower here

this one is 0.72 so we've got a 0.72 and a 1.2 - now these are just starting to

leak but I wanted to use these because these are pretty drained just as an

example to see let's see how much it would boost

so remember okay let's start with this one here

ok now it's 1 1 volt alright now with the booster that's

weird it's lower with the booster 0.67 and

without the booster point maybe this one is too far going it's kind of leak in

there let's do a different one let's do this one in dolly battery ok 1.2 to pop

it in point 6 7 I'm not looking too good for the batter

rule

let's try a different battery see if maybe it's a defective one

that 12.5 - volts that is curious

voltage is going lower let's see and I had high hopes okay

that's all that one's at 1.8 rolls good tie that was new that's that's fine one

that's down just a little bit here

that's gonna meet her acting weird

sorry for the video cut my multimeter actually ran out of battery the battery

died my multimeters so we are back so let's give this a try here so we have

two batteries that will no longer power my my mouse I go through I spend a lot

of time on the computer while editing video so I go through a lot of batteries

let's see what this one's still good and this one's actually a used alkaline one

point three seven volts on the rayovac one point three seven seven the

heavy-duty nickel to the carbon zinc Harbor Freight and one point three six

for the Dollar Tree as long as we're at it let's do another Harbor Freight at

one point two eight volts so the three Mouse batteries are pretty close in

voltage so once again I'm going to go ahead one point three seven six put that

into your we got coming out

with the battery we're at one point four eight one all right let's try the Harbor

Freight mouse battery alright out once again now it's reading one point three

five and then with the battery one point four six nine so it is it's boosting the

voltage this one was about the same to begin with one point four six nine

it's boosting about the same each one

one point four four that was lower

let's try one that is we're really dead this one's leaking they're just about

you can start seeing the real label bubbling I'm not holding my breath on

this one this one's one point one three four let's see if this one has any

improvement although given this condition I don't think it'll be too

well this one's actually went down in voltage so this one's pretty much shot

of course I don't recommend using the leaking batteries at all so that is

interesting alright since we're doing Mouse

batteries let's see if this fits in my mouth which is actually one of the main

reasons I bought this is what I go through so many mice bad or mouse

batteries okay so my fears were correct the room is too big to fit in the mouse

it's too long slightly not much just slightly but it is too big let's try

this way it looks like I could force it in there

but how much damage would that cause on the batter room so unfortunately I will

not be able to use the battery on my mouse at least not without modifying the

mouse lightly grinding off some of this plastic in here which I mean it's it's

an option now let's see one thing I had been noticing is these old carbon zinc

style batteries seem to be a little shorter then the alkaline so let's see

if the carbon zinc will fit no once again I could force it but then all

chances are I'm going to end up breaking into the bedroom and at two dollars and

fifty cents each plus shipping with a pack of four costs $10 to two dollars

and fifty cents each and then these shipping charges I want these two lastly

so look couple of uses alright so given up on the mouse let's

see what else do we got flashlight let's see how it does in my flashlight this is

a 3 watt LED let's try let's try the Sun beam Dollar Tree Dollar Tree battery one

thing I also know this is it doesn't seem to matter which battery you use

they're pretty loose in there but you got to bend this a little tab over help

get it to stay on the battery and the problem with that is you're bending the

metal and then over time you'll get that metal fatigue Thank You Elon you stop

tweeting me

okay so that's with the batter roof

that's without can't see too much of a difference there and I can tell you this

one does dim quite a bit as batteries run low let's try the harbor frieght

without

with yeah I can't see too much difference maybe it's gonna you know

they'll do the better runtime before it's completely dead then it will do for

brightness and I'm noticing something here the top of the PCB is actually

starting to bend up as if the positive terminal is actually starting to push it

out so I was really having high hopes for this product but it's so far it's

not really holding up let's see let's try Gino's helicopter which is pretty

much dead at this point

yeah pull those out let's see what these batteries have left in them

one point one volts one point zero five and 0.8 let's start with that point

eight now are these carbon are these alkaline super heavy-duty so that means

these are carbon zinc all right this is the point eight see what it boosts it to

its lower so it looks like we might be he'll feel below the voltage that the

van riru will function at let's try these two

point three six so that one's boosted

nothing on this one

1.12 without the batter rule and

let's see within the banner room that's by passive the voltage reading yeah

that's even worse yet so we got one pass in to fail so we're not even gonna be

able to use these no let's see what these do these do anything in the

flashlights without the banner room see how if if they're really that shot or if

the battery rooms just failing that much well it's brightness is pretty good

that's the one volt 1 this is the 0.81 yep that's what this one does quite a

bit dimmer the cameras actually and enhancing the light a bit but still

functional in the flashlight well let's try that one bit the bedroom the

flashlight

nothing absolutely nothing let's try the one good one the better in the

flashlight yeah it's pretty good

just to rule out maybe a faulty battery let's try the one that we just verified

good nope the voltage is dropping with the better room on these all right well

that stinks but well means I'm gonna have to put new batteries in here

anyways but at least let's try fitment so let's take the one that was still

good and see if that even fit in this device I already did not fit in my mouse

let's try

yeah fit alright one fit just for giggles let's try to I'm just gonna use

three junk batteries are low batteries but ones that we knew worked still can't

power the motor although it could be a failed motor huh saw a little wiggle out

of it alright and as a control let's put in three brand new batteries in the

package one two three

okay well bedroo didn't do anything for that okay let's see next little Vinnie's

crab little Vinny's crap is heavily dependent on battery voltage and as the

batteries die it gets a little creepy so perform surgery here we have two

alkaline batteries

these are Roundy's brand grow so around these grocery store made in USA huh look

remarkably like reversed Dara cells so let's see what voltage in these little

buggers are it let's see if we can boost them with the better rule we have one

point one eight and one point two two alright let's grab a couple banner rooms

there we go what was that no idea what that beeping was pulling the tablecloth

off so we have with the batter ooh nothing and nothing what is going on

here oh the positive terminal on these batteries are too short to reach the

beta runes contact points crap well I kind of feeling that was gonna happen so

I actually have a few pieces of aluminum foil to act as a little spacer so I'm

gonna put that between so we can have contact

oh yes there's a timer in there it shuts off after a while

this just isn't too logical here but I want to keep using the same batteries to

show them before and after let's see did that work

one point for - so we got a voltage boost all right let's do it with the

other one

1.43 so yeah we got our voltage boost all right let's see if they'll fit into

mr. Crabb and no shit fell apart no let's try the other one

not only is it too long it is way too long now let's go back to the carbon

zinc once again the carbons inks are shorter and they make up for it with a

longer terminal so let's ditch the outlines that were in crabs let's put

let's put these to Harbor Freight soon hear how they sound

a little better but still rather creepy let's see if these shorter cells will

work with the banner room

yeah and it's in but it's been to the living crap out of the tabs on the

batter room now they use like a little chrome tabs you know sticking up and are

like grippy instead of having something

that's rounded if was round it wouldn't have that grabbing problem got one in

this one oh my god they're steel casing it's just bending to help I hate the

state because I really really wanted this to work I mean seriously I mean

that but it's just that's maybe if I put the batter ruin first let's try that

bedroom first mend the battery

it's in but so far these batteries are not worth the hassle

well it's definitely better let's keep this guy's singing let's see what the

voltage is on there alone here point six

and 1.33 so it feels like it's working on one but not the other and that

voltage goes right back up when I shut it off

see if we can get them out without breaking them you put batteries first

Bente to living crap been to living crap well Vinny I'll just give three of you

two new batteries again all right so we have failed fitment on the mouse failed

fitment on the crab very difficult fitment on the chopper and no actual

function and no noticeable difference on the flashlight for brightness

you

Gillian Anderson Confirms 'X-Files' Season 11 Is Her Last - Duration: 1:28.

Gillian Anderson Confirms 'X-Files' Season 11 Is Her Last, "I've said from the beginning

this is it for me," Anderson told TV Insider.

"I was a bit surprised by people's [shocked] reaction to my announcement…because my understanding

was that this was a single season."

Anderson said "I think this will be it for me" during New York Comic Con in October.

"It felt like it wasn't over," Anderson said of her decision to return for The X-Files

season 10.

"It didn't feel like we necessarily delivered everything the fans were expecting of us last

time, and so it was that."

The actress, who plays FBI Agent Dana Scully, appears in nearly every episode of the sci-fi

drama.

Fox revived the series in early 2016 in lieu of a pending third X-Files movie 14 years

after the show left the air.

ComicBook recently compiled the best moments of the oft-skeptical Scully ahead of season

11's release.

Despite Anderson's apparent retirement from the role, series creator Chris Carter told

TV Insider "There are a lot more X-Files stories to tell."

"Whether we get to tell them is a question mark," Carter said.

"The truth is out there."

The X-Files returns to Fox with its season 11 premiere Wednesday, January 3 at 8 p.m.

ET.

Is it true that the US never lost a major ground war battle during the Vietnam war?

Nothing major that is.

Skirmishes were lost and missions could be called failures, but no serious groupings of US forces were really ever beaten.Why?.

The US forces in Vietnam were extremely mobile and had tremendous fire support.

Any time Vietnamese communists mustered major forces for a pitched battle the US could easily reposition similar forces and rush them to the battle zone using choppers and armored vehicles.

It could also assemble formidable fire support from its scattered artillery firebases and from TAC air support.

That white plane in the bottom picture was a vital piece of the puzzle.

The OV 10 Bronco was a spotter plane that could coordinate air strikes and artillery bombardments.

They were kept in the air constantly and were easy to reach via radio.

When a US formation would get itself into trouble they were on the radio calling up help and the Bronco was a big part of that.

Once you had a Bronco on station the proverbial "cavalry" had arrived.

The Bronco would then summon support and direct it.

It also helped that all US field forces could directly talk to artillery and air units too.

Combine the Bronco with ground spotters and you have the ability to bring in unbelievable amounts of firepower.

America's ability to quickly reinforce a threatened unit and provide it with lightning fast fire support means that you have a force that is extremely hard to beat.

The VC themselves just couldn't match that ability to mass combat power.

All NVA/VC field forces were light infantry and sappers/commandos.

They only had the fire support that they could carry which at best was mortars and rockets.

They did have artillery in Laos and Cambodia and along their border but these guns just didn't have the reach to support operations away from the border.

They could, and did, carefully plan operations and prepositioned assets to support their forces on the battlefield.

However once the bullets started flying they just didn't have the ability to reposition forces and supply the necessary support needed to win big actions against the US or US supported forces (ARVN, Australian, South Korean, Philippine, etc).

More often than not the Vietnamese communist would break off actions early just to avoid the hurt that they knew was coming.

This put a definite time limit on what they could do which was frequently to kick off an ambush, inflict some casualties, and then break off contact.

At that point the hunter became the hunted and the chase was on to see if US forces could crush the communist force before it could reach sanctuary bases across the border or in the deep mountains or forests where contact could be broken.

There were times when the VC could and would stand and fight, but usually those were areas beyond where the US artillery could reach.

Generally these places were bunker complexes that were hard to spot from both the air and the ground.

In locations like this the enemy could stand and fight, for a time.

However at some point the US would bring up enough support and force the VC to retreat.

It was a simple numbers, mobility, and firepower game.

The US had it and the VC didn't.

American mobility and firepower made it almost impossible for the VC to fight true conventional battles and they lost those actions when they did.

The Army's first serious clash at Ia Drang (The We Were Soldiers Once action) examined below is a classic example of the US using its advantage in numbers, mobility, and firepower to avoid a serious tactical defeat and inflict a drubbing instead on the communists.

The VC tried a major, set-piece action in 1968 during the Tet Offensive and it failed miserably.

Granted, it won them a huge propaganda win (it proved that they weren't quite on the ropes yet as the US was saying), but it cost them dearly.

The Viet Cong movement (these are the southern Vietnamese communists) was basically destroyed and was more and more replaced by personnel from the north.

The communists wouldn't try another serious offensive until 1972 when major US forces were withdrawn.

After that the communists were able to stay and fight on the battlefield as they faced just ARVN on the battlefield.

The Army of the Republic of Vietnam just didn't have the numbers or firepower that the US could bring to bear on any given battlefield.

At that point the VC moved from being a guerilla light infantry force and began to field conventional forces that could fight and win against their foes on the battlefield.

That was when the VC really started winning the war.
