How can having MS change my sex life? - Duration: 2:01.

How can having MS change my sex life?

Yeah, good question.

For some people with MS it's not going to change their sex life at all.

Okay.

For other people, they're going to maybe have intermittent problems.

For some, more troublesome problems that can be more permanent.

Okay.

It's probably easier to divide it into different categories.

So first of all, what are the direct effects that the disease can have upon your sex life?

So, for some it can reduce their sexual desire, their libido.

For others, it may affect their ability to have an orgasm.

And for men, it can affect their ability to get an erection.

Then there are symptoms, obviously, of MS that can affect your sexual response, and

let's face it, you're not going to feel very sexy if you feel incredibly fatigued.

So that is something to bear in mind as well.

Okay.

And symptoms such as incontinence can also affect your ability to have sex.

And then of course, there's that huge area of psychological issues, perhaps feeling anxious,

feeling depressed, having financial problems, that can affect you too.

The other thing to remember is that some of your medications that you're on can affect

you sexually, and so it's really important that you discuss your problems with your MS

nurse or your consultant or your GP.

Wonderful, that's great.

And with relation to, obviously you're saying the psychological and physical side effects

of things, where would you kind of advise people where to go and turn to for help or

assistance in relation to those two separate kind of matters or issues?

Well, there are solutions to the majority of issues that people are going to face, so

it's important that you go and see your MS nurse.

She's got an abundance of experience in dealing with sexual difficulties.

So talk to your MS nurse, if she doesn't know the answer, she'll know a man who can.

Wonderful, that's great.

Thank you very much, that's really helpful.

We can do more to stop sexual harassment - Duration: 9:40.

It is with mixed feelings that I stand to speak in the House today.

On the one hand, I am deeply grieved that we even have to have this conversation right

now with regard to this topic of sexual harassment.

On the other hand, I am glad that we are having this conversation to bring attention to a

very important matter, and my hope is that we are able to do something about it going

forward.

All parties in this place agree that there is zero tolerance for sexual harassment, but

if we were to pick up a newspaper or watch the newscasts at night, or if we were to read

through the comments staffers from the Hill have posted to social media, we would see

that there are far too many stories with regard to sexual harassment taking place in the workplace.

The issue before the House is not a partisan issue, and we must begin by agreeing not to

make it so.

This is an issue of power and the balance of power between an employee and an employer.

When it comes time to hire or fire, members of Parliament have complete control over this

process and the staff in their offices.

For every paid staffer, it is important to understand that there are a dozen interns

hoping to take that job.

This places employees in an extremely precarious position and makes them very vulnerable.

Add to this the lack of an independent process for handling harassment allegations and it

is no wonder employees can quickly find themselves in a position where they feel that they have

no option but to keep silent and hope not to rock the boat.

For those reasons, I welcome the initiative of the government to implement a more formal

structure for preventing and responding to sexual harassment in the public workplace.

I believe it is very important for this bill to make it to committee as soon as possible,

where it can be further assessed.

At that stage, legislators would have the opportunity to examine it closely and make

the necessary changes to strengthen it going forward.

To serve all employees and all employers well, sexual harassment must be clearly defined.

That said, we must discuss whether it is better to define sexual harassment through legislation

or to allow cabinet to define it through what is called regulation.

Traditionally, sexual harassment has been defined in part III of the Canada Labour Code.

However, clause 16 of the bill before this House would delete the legislated definition

of sexual harassment from the code.

In its place, the Liberals would give authority to cabinet members to define sexual harassment

through part II of the Labour Code.

This means that the government of the day would be empowered to define what sexual harassment

is in both the House of Commons and all federally regulated workplaces, with zero input from

this place, Parliament.

As a general principle, important changes like this should be enshrined within legislation.

[The Assistant Deputy Speaker]I hate to interrupt, but I just want to remind the hon. members

that debate is taking place, and I am kind of having a hard time.

Maybe it is my age.

My hearing is not as good as it used to be.

I am having a hard time hearing the hon. member for Lethbridge.

The hon. member for Lethbridge.

The rest of the members could maybe whisper a bit more softly or take the discussion into

the lobby.

[Rachael Harder] Mr. Speaker, as a general principle, important changes like this should

be enshrined in legislation.

Now, it stands to reason that most Canadians, including the employers bound by the Canada

Labour Code, believe that the definition of sexual harassment is something worth preserving

in law and that it is the process we should be going through.

The second thing that will need to be examined by the committee is how we ensure that all

employees, including those who work for government members, enjoy the full protection of this

legislation.

The House of Commons is not like other federal government workplaces.

This place, by design, is meant to be partisan.

Democracy is best served by the official opposition skilfully testing the government's policies

and bringing them to the Canadian public's attention.

The ability of the opposition to do its job without fear of reprisal or retribution by

the Prime Minister, or any member on that side of the House, is foundational to our

democracy, which is why I am a little concerned about how this legislation would actually

be applied to the House of Commons.

The bill before us would bring members of Parliament and their staff under the authority

of part II of the Canada Labour Code.

It is important, then, to understand how this code uniquely empowers the Liberal Minister

of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour to personally initiate investigations and

make compliance orders under the act.

Upon receiving a complaint from an employee or employer, it is the Minister of Employment,

Workforce Development and Labour who would be authorized to conduct an investigation.

Once an investigation was conducted, it would also be the Minister of Employment, Workforce

Development and Labour who was authorized to issue compliance orders.

This would be done, of course, through the Member of Parliament who was brought forward

through a complaint.

The minister also has the power to issue emergency directives to an employer and to make those

orders public.

We can see how devastating this could potentially be to a member's career if, in fact, a complaint

was found not to hold water.

For those watching from their homes and workplaces today, let me take a moment to quickly outline

the implications.

An employee would have the opportunity to make a complaint directly to the Minister

of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour.

At this point, the minister could decide not to investigate if she felt that the complaint

was vexatious or made in bad faith.

Right away, this should raise some red flags, given the circumstances.

The question we must ask is whether Canadians can have complete confidence that the minister,

behind closed doors, would impartially judge complaints when she had the power to protect

her Liberal colleagues from allegations that could potentially end their careers.

What also worries me is that there would be no appeal process.

Once the minister made her ruling, the complaint would simply go away.

On the other hand, if the minister decided to launch an investigation, she would then

have the power to enter the workplace to compel the production of documents and to force testimony

from staff.

Let me be clear on this point.

This legislation, as it is worded now, would grant a Liberal minister the legal right to

enter an opposition MP's office to compel the office to turn over any record she deemed

necessary for the investigation.

This could include emails, private or personal calendar pages, social media accounts, text

messages, etc.

The minister and her staff could be entitled to snoop through the member's data and records,

which would then give them access to a ton of politically sensitive information, information

that may or may not find its way into the hands of, let us say, a journalist.

I am sure all members are able to see how this could be used for partisan gain.

Of course, we hope not, but nevertheless, I must highlight the potential.

Even if the minister delegated the initial decision to investigate and also delegated

the actual investigation, the minister would still need to sign off at the end.

There would be no way for the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour

to completely excuse herself from the process.

The question then becomes this: Could Canadians rightfully expect that the Liberal minister

would treat a Conservative MP and a Liberal MP the exact same way?

Furthermore, the minister would also determine whether an order had been complied with.

If, in the minister's opinion, an order was not observed, a subjective determination,

I might add, she would have the power to table the order in Parliament publicly, thus shaming

the member.

Finally, the minister would have the authority at any point after a complaint was made to

issue an emergency compliance directive if she believed that the health of an employee

was at risk.

Emergency orders would be immediately tabled in the House of Commons, and made publicly

known, announcing that an investigation was under way, before any facts of the situation

had actually been determined.

It is hard to imagine that the minister would not be tempted to perhaps use this provision

by announcing an investigation into an opposition MP, perhaps as soon as possible or when it

seemed necessary or to the advantage of the party in power.

If we are serious about providing equal protection for employees of members of the government

and members of the opposition and about ensuring the non-partisan application of this law,

then we need to ensure that there is an arm's-length, neutral, third-party regulator put in place

who will make decisions about whether a complaint is valid and about how to conduct the investigation.

One may think that no one would seriously consider using something such as sexual harassment

as a tool for political advantage.

I would certainly hope not, but I believe we must do everything in our power to ensure

the safety of employees without risking the potential of partisan gamesmanship.

We owe it to every current and future employee of this House to get this right, including

the staff of the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, who, let us be really

honest, is quite unlikely to investigate and prosecute herself should a complaint be made.

This begs the question: Where do her employees go?

I urge my hon. colleagues to send this bill to committee, where its members can work with

expert advisers to figure out how to ensure that the integrity and impartiality of this

process is upheld.

We owe it to the staff of the House of Commons.

We owe it to the members in this place.

We must address this issue with regard to sexual harassment and create a safe and secure

work environment for all.

INFJ Career Advice - Can I Be Good at Sales or Promotion?! - Duration: 5:38.

Hey Dan here and we have a question from an infj about having to sell yourself

and should you basically enter a career or build a business where you have to

sell or promote yourself and the short answer is yes but I'm gonna explain why

you should and how you should do it I am an infj all my life I've been very

active through dancing and the arts I've always had an interest for health and

wellness and have been contemplating a career change to personal training I'm

not sure about it sometimes because I tend to come off as very soft-spoken but

I believe I'm good at connecting with people one on one I know as a trainer

you have to sell yourself to build clients what are your thoughts on this

as a career okay this is a great question because I think a lot of people

hold themselves back from pursuing the career or business they really want

because they're worried about one small aspect of that and one of the most

common if not the most common aspect of that is having to sell yourself first of

all I have a great I like to think great twenty minute video on selling as an

introvert or someone who doesn't like to pressure others and I would HIGHLY

encourage you to watch that video I walk you through the actual strategy of

selling if you don't want a hard sell and it's actually more effective than

hard selling and that brings me to my point here is that your traditional

image of like a personal trainer or gym salesman like hey bro 20 sessions 20

sessions two-year contract I'll give you a good price that doesn't well it does

work but that is not the best way to sell it is not the most effective way

and more and more is it's becoming like dated and people are very aware of that

and so if you think of the traditional salesperson like the the gym owner or

the used-car salesman or whatever that is not what good sales is good sales is

about connecting with people it's about perhaps being quiet soft-spoken

listening to them learning about your client and figuring out how you can help

them with that really good connection and so the way that would work as like a

personal trainer is you organize meetings with people you know

however they come to whether it's through a gym through your website

something like that and you would ask some questions about their goals you

would learn about what they're trying to achieve you might occasionally share

stories of your past clients or offer a little insight but primarily you would

just listen to them and take notes learn about what they're trying to do and then

from there you would eventually put forward like a proposal or your thoughts

on working together and that is going to be a lot more effective than putting

pressure on someone imagine this right you are your own future client right so

you're going and looking at gyms and personal trainers and you go to a place

and they come up to you and they're just like hey you're trying to get you're

trying to get buff right okay cool let me tell you about the weight and the

truth is you're not trying to get buff you have some back pain and you've been

trying to learn about flexibility and all that not build muscle but they don't

listen right this help they show you all the weights they show you all the

equipment they tell you about like how late they're open but you don't really

care because you're an early morning person and that and then at the end of

this conversation they just say alright here's like a 12 month contract sign

here like let's do it how keen are you gonna be on that right

now some people will join because they wanted a gym anyhow or they just don't

like saying no they have trouble with pressure right unfortunately but that's

your first experience now imagine you going another gym and they sit down and

they say hey like when are you thinking of working out what are the best hours

for you and they you know you tell the mornings and they say great you know

we're open at this time in the morning blah blah blah what are you trying to

achieve why are you coming here and you tell them about your back and then they

show you the stretching area and they talk about their own experience you know

stretching and the different exercises you do working together with them as

your trainer and all this what person are you more likely to sign up with

right of course it's the person who listens to you who gets to know you that

you're going to actually want to work with and so all that is my way of saying

do not let sales or promotion hold you back in terms of a business there are

many different strategies in my free free

a program we teach three different marketing techniques or like big picture

strategies each of those have like a dozen strategies in them but three

different approaches that involve no promotion basically in terms of

old-fashioned hard promotion and the selling technique that I mentioned I go

through in the other video requires very little if any kind of pushy or

aggressive sales it's all about listening and asking questions and then

occasionally like at the end you do have to say hey so do you want to hire me but

that's not too hard to do at that point right I'm sure you can manage that

so definitely pursue this career if you have an interest in the topic and you

think you'd be great at it do not worry about the sales aspect that will be no

problem at all thanks for watching this if you have your own question you want

to send in head over to Dreams around the world and click on the ask Dan

button and you can send a question into that way thanks for watching catch you

in another video soon [Music]

BREAKING NEWS !! Liverpool will try to sign Kerem Demirbay for Emre Can replacement - Duration: 2:39.

Liverpool are lining up a move for highly rated midfielder carand Amir Bey

as per reports the mere base performances have attracted interest

from clubs across Europe this season with the 24 year old impressing in his

time at Hockenheim according to tribuna the German is represented by the same

agency as both say do mainland Nabi Keita and that could see Liverpool have

an upper hand over other clubs trying to sign the player who has a 32 million

euro release clause another reason for the Reds to pursue a deal for Damir Bay

is that the club are yet to reach an agreement with midfielder American Ken

who scored last night in the 3-0 win against Huddersfield Town has only six

months left on his current contract which expires in the summer

this means that he would be a free agent in the summer and Jurgen Klopp could

lose the midfielder for absolutely nothing should the club fail to come to

an agreement on a new deal given that Ken is out of contract at the end of the

season Juventus are reportedly keeping tabs on the player and are firmed

favorites to take him to Turin on a free transfer

maybe Keita is set to join Liverpool in the summer but it can decides to leave

it would create a big hole in the midfield and clock would then have to

search for her replacement if that's the case Damir bey emerges as an option to

replace his fellow countryman although the 24 year old has failed to live up to

the standards he had set last season he has scored two goals and provided an

assist in 14 appearances in all competitions this season despite being a

box-to-box midfielder like an Damir bae is technically gifted and lacks the

aggressive presence of his compatriot no doubting the hoffenheim man's talent but

there are chances that he could struggle in the Premier League on the hold

if club decides to replace Kim with Damir Bey I feel it won't be a good

decision

How to make an Soda Can Alcohol Stove, survival, ultra lite, backpacker Penny Stove ultra light DIY - Duration: 6:47.

This is Brother Mo today my daughter is gonna

take you through building an alcohol stove as a class project in her Wildlife Resources class

So stick around and she takes you through the steps

The first thing she does is take her razor blade and secure it to the top of a box or book

something about a inch and a half tall and

And score her can all the way around

Be sure to score the can as deeply as possible

Using a new razor blade will make this process much cleaner

Once you have your cans scored, if you'll take your thumb and press around that mark the cans should begin to separate

For each alcohol stove you wish to make you will need the bottom of two cans

Hannah is gonna make two alcohol stoves, so she only has three more to cut

Stay with us, and we'll see if we can't speed things up a bit

Look at her Go!!!

Now that we have our final can cut they'll begin to look a little more like an alcohol stove here shortly

She starts by taking a pencil or a marker and dividing the can into quarters (1/4)

Again since she is building two alcohol stoves. She would do this to the bottom of two of the cans that she has cut

After she gets her can marked she takes a nail, places right at the bottom of the rim, on her mark

And drives her nail through the can

After she divides her can into quarters she divides those in half and then in half again

Leaving her with 16 marks approximately a half inch apart

Okay, let's move things along a bit

Man she is FAST!!

Now she is putting a hole in the center of the stove to allow the stove to be filled with fuel

She makes a series of holes in the center of the stove

Then she uses the end of her pliers to widen out the hole

After she gets all the holes in the top of her alcohol stove, she then begins to put the stove together

By crimping the bottom portions of the stove

Skipping this step could result in splitting your stove up the side

After you get the bottom portion of your stove crimped now it's time

to mate the top with the bottom by just simply inserting the bottom into the top

and firmly pressing the two together

Slowly, but firmly press the two together until they match up

Being careful not to cut your hand on the sharp edges of the can

Once you have the top and the bottom of the stove firmly seated you can burnish the edges of the stove

To do away with that sharp edge

Burnishing the edges has a nice finished look and it holds the top and the bottom of stove firmly together

These alcohol stoves are also called penny stoves for obvious reasons...

Make sure your penny however, is at least in 1982 or older

After 1982 the pennies were no longer copper

Here's some footage of Hannah cooking Ramen noodles over the alcohol stove

We hope you like this video, please feel free to comment below

How Can Breathing Relieve Shoulder Pain? - Duration: 7:18.

Would you believe that your shoulder pain may be related to your breathing and your

gut?

We're going to look at how.

If you watched my blog last week, I talked about kind of modern pain science, and discussing

the idea that many different inputs into the central nervous system, if your brain thinks

they are a problem, can eventually create pain.

Now I'm going to talk about one of my favorite ones when it comes to the shoulders today.

This is stuff that I looked at many, many years ago when I was in school.

It's been well known for probably the last hundred years or so, but very few people actually

talk about it, so I want to just discuss it with you really quickly, and the simple idea

here is that issues within the diaphragm and the abdominal wall, and the abdomen itself

can actually create shoulder pain.

In medicine, we talk about what are called head zones.

These are called, basically, reflex zones, where problems in the liver, or the stomach,

or the gall bladder et cetera can create recurrent pains in different areas of the musculoskeletal

system.

Now, physicians are very familiar with this, but a lot of people haven't heard about it,

and so often people come to us, they go, "Hey, I have this kind of chronic right-shoulder

pain, or left-shoulder pain.

It comes and goes, and I have a really hard time getting rid of it, and I've done every

exercise under the sun, and it never seems to fix it."

Well, there may be a reason for that.

So let me explain to you, really quickly, how to, first of all, decide if what we're

about to go through may help you.

All right?

Whenever we see pain, particularly in the shoulders and neck region, so traps and shoulder,

that are primarily have a history pattern that sounds like this: They say, "You know,

I have this kind of recurrent shoulder pain," and if you ask them about it, they'll say,

"Well it's kind of deep.

It's achy."

And if you ask them, "Where do you feel it the most," they'll do this.

They'll go, "Well, it's kind of in this area right here."

All right?

So whenever we talk about deep, diffuse, achy pain, very often that is synonymous with referred

pain from somewhere else.

You want to compare that to, if you've ever had a bad fall or a sprain, you know that

when someone asks you to move your shoulder, if you've ever really hurt it in a fall, you

can go, "It hurts right here."

So the difference that you want to first ask yourself is when you have your shoulder issues,

would you describe it as, "It's kind of here," or would you put your finger on it?

If you say, "It's here," then the exercises we're about to do, particularly focused on

the abdomen, may be really beneficial for you.

All right?

So the concept here, like I said, is that irritation, and I'm not saying there's a disease

process, I'm just saying that irritation in the diaphragm, liver, gallbladder area, stomach

on the opposite side, can cause chronically referred pain into the shoulders.

For the right shoulder, we're usually interested in the right side of the diaphragm, the liver,

and the gallbladder.

Now people that have had issues here, they will complain of diffuse right-shoulder pain.

They'll often also complain of pain right beside the inside border of the shoulder blade.

It feels like a rib constantly goes out.

They'll say things like that all the time.

So if you have, again, this kind of presentation that I'm talking about, one way to work on

testing this is to see whether good diaphragmatic breathing on that side actually changes the

pain pattern.

All right?

We're just going to use the right side as an example.

This is very, very easy.

If you have right-shoulder pain, then we're going to work on right-side breathing.

If you have left-shoulder pain, we're going to work on left-side breathing.

No more complicated than that.

So simple thing that we're going to do first is we're going to test your shoulder.

Go ahead and test different ranges of motion that are potentially problematic for you.

If you have problems with internal rotation, external rotation, abduction, flexion, extension,

it doesn't matter.

I just want you to see how your shoulder feels.

Notice how tight it is.

Notice how far you can move it in different ranges and also what level of pain you're

experiencing.

Let's say, for me, let's say I'm imaginary and have this problem, and I have pain here,

and it's a level four, and in this motion this is as far as I can move.

All right?

So that would be my test.

What we're going to do next is we're going to go do a little breathing exercise.

As soon as we've completed the breathing exercise we're going to come back and retest the shoulder.

Very simple idea to see if the breathing exercise actually impacts on your shoulder motion.

The breathing exercise that we're going to do is called stair step breathing.

All right?

Super-simple idea.

And what I'm going to do, again, because we're imagining that I have right-shoulder issues,

so we're going to focus on breathing on the right side of my abdomen.

Good abdominal breathing, what we want to do, is we want to imagine that there is a

belt, or maybe a weight sitting on the right side of my abdomen.

As I take a breath in, I want to expand my lower ribcage and abdomen against that pressure.

Now what we like to do is bias the body in order to really target that area, so I'm going

to come over here, and you can do this with a door frame or anything else.

I'm going to come over here and as long as it is comfortable, I'm going to reach up over

my head with my right arm.

I'm going to left-side bend my body.

I'm going to bend my trunk to the left, rest my arm on something, my right arm up high,

and now I'm going to start by bending my knees, and I'm going to take a deep breath in with

a whole goal of being able to feel a stretch and a filling in my lower abdomen and lower

ribcage.

All right?

And then I'll breathe out.

Breathe in again, and breathe out.

Don't really care how many seconds you're breathing in, breathing out right now.

This is more a mechanical motion than anything else, so try to, again, imagine creating a

three-dimensional, front-to-back, and side-to-side expansion in your lower ribcage as you breathe

in and out.

Expand and contract.

All right?

You do that maybe three to five breaths, relax, stand back up, and then all that you have

to do is retest your shoulder again.

Again, in my imaginary example I was a 4 out of 10 pain here.

Maybe now I'm a 1 out of 10 and I can go further.

I was stuck here.

Maybe now I can go into a full internal rotation.

Again, the idea is to look at your history.

Meaning when you have pain, do you feel it all over, or is it one spot?

And then two, test an input, an input focused on areas that we know reflexively cause problems

in the right shoulder to see if some good, basic, breathing exercises change your pain,

change your range of motion.

A very, very simple concept.

Now, remember this, right shoulder, breathe on the right side.

Left shoulder, breathe on the left side.

That's all that you need to focus on.

This is a very, very powerful intervention for a lot of people.

Breathing by itself takes care of a lot of issues in the neck and shoulder when done

well, so spend a little bit of time with this.

If it works well for you, aim for somewhere between three and five sessions a day, three

to five breaths, nice and easy, or any time you start to feel that pain creeping in.

Give this a shot.

If you have any questions about it, let us know, otherwise good luck.

Thanks.

Job Interview Advice: How to Answer the Question What Can You Do For Us - Duration: 3:54.

<font color="#000000">One of my most popular video series is</font>

actually a video series of five videos

fifteen minutes each where it's an

actual webinar where I talk about the

five questions that you need to be able

to answer in order to go into an

<font color="#000000">interview highly prepared, alright? So</font>

what I've decided to do is break up

these five questions into five different

<font color="#000000">videos, and I'm setting myself a goal of</font>

making them five minutes or less for

<font color="#000000">each one. So in today's video, we're going</font>

<font color="#000000">to talk about question number two, which</font>

<font color="#000000">is what can you do for us. What can you</font>

<font color="#000000">do for us. The way you answer that is</font>

whether they ask it or not you have to

<font color="#000000">be prepared for this question because</font>

<font color="#000000">this is what they want to know. You want</font>

<font color="#000000">to be able to tell them what you have</font>

<font color="#000000">done in the past for your current or</font>

<font color="#000000">past employers. In other words you want</font>

<font color="#000000">to have stories. That is going to be the</font>

<font color="#000000">most impressive thing that you can give</font>

<font color="#000000">them. So when you answer a question that</font>

<font color="#000000">ends in a story, you want to start</font>

<font color="#000000">general, like, "Oh wow I actually did that</font>

<font color="#000000">on a daily basis in my last job," and then</font>

<font color="#000000">you go into specifics, For example, "There</font>

<font color="#000000">was one time that I..." and then you go into</font>

<font color="#000000">the specific answer, and you want to tell a</font>

<font color="#000000">story with a beginning middle and end</font>

<font color="#000000">that sets up the situation, explains the</font>

<font color="#000000">opportunity that it presented to you, the</font>

<font color="#000000">action that you took, so you give the</font>

<font color="#000000">actions that you were able to take in</font>

<font color="#000000">this specific story, so this story needs</font>

<font color="#000000">to start with, "One time I..." and then</font>

finally you end it with the quantifiable

<font color="#000000">result. It is very important that you</font>

<font color="#000000">have a number at the end, because people</font>

<font color="#000000">are attracted to numbers, and you'll</font>

<font color="#000000">actually find in a face-to-face</font>

<font color="#000000">interview that they will write down that</font>

<font color="#000000">number when you you give them the</font>

<font color="#000000">end result -- the number. So when when they</font>

<font color="#000000">ask you, "What can you do for us?" or you</font>

<font color="#000000">know something of that effect, even if</font>

<font color="#000000">they don't ask you, what they're really</font>

<font color="#000000">wanting to know is, more than anything,</font>

<font color="#000000">it's, "What can you do for our company?</font>

<font color="#000000">What can you do for MY</font>

<font color="#000000">team? What can you do for our</font>

<font color="#000000">department or division? What can you do</font>

<font color="#000000">for our company?" All right? And so the way</font>

<font color="#000000">that you want to be able to answer that</font>

<font color="#000000">in stories, is to make yourself relevant</font>

<font color="#000000">to their needs and their aspirations. Now</font>

<font color="#000000">you'll find another video in another</font>

<font color="#000000">playlist, actually the interviewing</font>

<font color="#000000">playlist, that talks about how to how to</font>

<font color="#000000">do a questioning strategy, and there are</font>

<font color="#000000">two videos about that. And so, you really</font>

<font color="#000000">want to read through those questions, and</font>

<font color="#000000">find out what questions you can ask in</font>

<font color="#000000">order to make yourself relevant to their</font>

<font color="#000000">needs and their aspirations, all right?</font>

<font color="#000000">And so, I'm going to keep it under</font>

<font color="#000000">five minutes, and this is the number two,</font>

<font color="#000000">which is, "What can you do for us?" and it</font>

is based upon the stories of what you've

been able to do for companies in the

<font color="#000000">past. You want to be specific, so that you</font>

<font color="#000000">can start general, and end in a specific</font>

<font color="#000000">answer, all right?</font>

<font color="#000000">I'm Tammy Kabell with Career Resume</font>

<font color="#000000">our information is coming up on the next</font>

HoneyWorks -『聞こえますか』歌ってみた【魚沫 -あわ-】Can You Hear Me / Kikoemasuka【Awa Cover】 (Eng Subbed | 中文字幕) - Duration: 2:54.

I'm about to cry

Today again,

I've failed at something

At a moment like this

"If you were here..."

Hey...

I can't stop thinking like this

My beloved one...

Where are you now?

Can you hear me?

The one who I can't meet again...

I want to touch your smiling face in my memory

If we become adults,

will we be able to even forget the feelings of loneliness?

What words should I say...

...so you can be mad at me again?

My beloved one...

Where are you now?

Can you hear me?

The one who I can't meet again...

I want to touch your smiling face in my memory

My beloved one...

I've found a person important to me too

Can you hear me?

Although she is not good at expressing herself,

she is a very kind-hearted person

My beloved one...

Please look at me...
