Youtube daily US Feb 26 2018

hi welcome back to our Channel please like this video and subscribe to our

channel thank you everyone we are so so excited that so many people entered into

our $200 cash giveaway video sometimes it was so much fun

we're just excited we appreciate everyone who entered everyone who

participated and definitely everyone who took the time to also watch our help us

reach 4,000 hours playlist and you know a lot of you watched it meant so much to

us unfortunately we did get fired from YouTube it's kind of really hard time as

a glass know so we got fired me it's not funny it's not fired from YouTube uh you

okay it's people singing will be easier than I am I don't think that's funny

just because it sucks yeah and you've had this channel and he was monetized

for five years and it's like you know no issues no copyright knows nothing no

strikes no nothing so I was super super bummed about it as chipper upset how do

you say that really hurt my feelings in Spanish me middle Neil you could say

maybe a little mentally ill mucho yeah that and that just means I get hurt a

lot it hurt a lot I'm not gonna try to say that cuz you use fear we use big

words and I don't know I'm not gonna try but it really hurt my soul hurt her

feelings but it's okay I understand it's a

business I get it it just I wish I would have had more time than a 30 day notice

and I probably would have planned out the friendly because I had consistently

the Minuteman Stephen started putting videos up together we start consistently

posting and then I said you know what it's Christmas times over the holidays

it was really important to me for Stephen and I to spend the holidays with

his family just because we are newlyweds and he is in the army I wanted to kind

of take that time to revamp our channel you know you know study get research

done for good content and I would I would have found some more

time to post if I wouldn't know that was coming because we would have

consistently posted that wouldn't have been an issue the four thousand hours

and twelve months yeah but I get it again

still thinks a little unfair sorry I am troubling a little bit it looks okay

what's super lame is all the big youtubers who made videos basically

making fun of it or others being lame and you can all that Club eight and it's

just like okay you're many people like three grand by giving their videos four

million views basically making fun of small youtubers it's so stupid

yeah any boo but we're over here in our little corner of love

yeah it is a Steven and Frances Channel and Fort Campbell Kentucky yeah I'm

living Our Lives so that is enough of that

positivity always always the whole plan I'm saying that as I appreciate all you

guys that try to help us yeah well is I'm insane you didn't have to do that

and did a lot I appreciate is it when I what did you guys know what you can

expect in the future yeah for me you can expect one we're

getting a new intro it kind of even have an intro right now no we're gonna have a

new intro I'm just getting worked on for our channel on we are actually working

with a really dope artists out of Britain England specifically who is

gonna be redoing all of our thumbnails so I'm really excited about and you can

expect just more videos more content for me basically on my experience as a

military spouse and on finance videos I really really really really really want

to help as many people as I can be stay and remain deck 322 still live a good

filling life with money and access income regardless of your salary or

which you have right now that's not what you'd expect for me and I'm gonna be

doing more videos on the army things I wish I'd known things that I recent

learn stuff that I think could help when you're preparing to go to the army or

things you're preparing to do in the army or all sorts of stuff a basin arm

stuff yeah army stuff I'm also gonna be working on providing more content in

Spanish that means the closed captioning making sure that it's all translated

correctly and even making sure that my videos I do personally I also have

Spanish in them right it's like there's one video you have that's an army gear

video an army gear video that is in English rather than once he's finished

with it it immediately picks up in Spanish and it gives the same content in

the same information in both languages I am not fluent in Spanish Wow I do

understand a lot of it and I can read it I can't speak it and I don't want and it

would be counterproductive but again Stevens gonna try to work on putting

closed captions in Spanish and in English on our videos right so more

people can get information out of it yeah yeah so we're really excited about

that's my prize from the future we're gonna get down a posting schedule we

don't have one yet but once we get kind of more of a

routine down which is a little bit tough to do with begin the military lifestyle

and then also us both working we'll figure it out but for now you can

definitely expect more giveaways you just definitely spend more videos and

you can definitely expect to see more visually appealing this from our channel

yeah we're super excited oh yeah so I'm it is

before they went up every Wednesday I would like to say this person won I'm so

excited for them however eight other people actually won before them they

just didn't follow the rules so please follow the rules regardless of what it

is it'll never be anything crazy I mean we're talking about subscribes liking

commenting follows not anything too difficult

so I'm excited for this person but I also just want to like remind you please

make sure you follow the rules for a giveaway and because I would really be

terrible if he won and then you didn't get it just because you didn't fall over

so this person won fair and square I'm very excited mom I appreciate

everyone's patience and I'm just really excited I'm really excited so the one up

is I soaked my papers I want to say right

Kristin's chaotic life yeah okay we need to see it together you need more um from

you okay okay on three one two three Christian's get

out of live congratulations um she's actually a youtuber I'm based

out of Oregon she is a mother she does cleaning videos lifestyle videos cooking

videos I will have a link to her channel Instagram and Twitter in the description

below she's very awesome she seems like a very

nice person I don't know her personally but I have in the last you know 10 to 12

hours that I've no choose the winner I've been looking at her video she's

very good content out there and I mean she's like an amazing mother for once I

mean her family is adorable so definitely check out her channel and

again I'm very sorry for everyone who didn't win I feel very bad about that

that was probably the only low point of this whole

experience was that I everyone didn't win right but the more we grow the more

exposure the more resources the more income our channel generates the more

giveaways we'll have right now that's a little bit on stance so because we just

lost on monetization so again I'll link help us reach our 4,000 hours in the

description click on that let it play like engage and so we can keep doing

this we're very excited we're very blessed and happy going on we just want

you all to know that we do this because it's fun and it continent for me kind of

eases the my loneliness that comes with living away from your family and not

really having very many friends yeah both of us have I mean I mean I think we

can each counter friends on one hand and we both kind of grew up in the same area

like he grew up in Phoenix I grew up in the DC area and you go flow there pretty

much all of our childhood yeah and so now that we live in Kentucky we have no

base and it's been really fun and really just fun experience I'm posting on

YouTube if you're thinking about making a

YouTube channel do it but I will say you will get more support when your channel

has zero subscribers then when you are creeping out those to the hundreds and

you will get your first dislike when you're creepin up for whatever reason it

is so easy to get people to watch your video when you have no one watching and

once you start to get something all the naysayers start to come out so oh no no

no I'm so sick and tired of seeing all these videos they're like don't start a

YouTube channel on 2018 you know what everyone started singing to us our new

YouTube channel do it right baby yeah do it go for it but you have nothing to

lose yeah don't listen to the naysayers and

say like don't start now because it's harder do it or it's too late it's not

too late no just go for it there isn't fair zoom off there is a

moth we live in Kentucky in the the mobile forest I feel like they found

a farz I decided to put Fort Campbell in the middle of it because yeah

anyway if you're thinking about starting a YouTube channel do it um if you know

someone that has a YouTube channel watch your channel if you if you can if their

content doesn't offend you is it feels so good to know someone out there is

watching me or they're getting something out of it yeah but for me it just really

helps to just curb that kind of loneliness from being away from family

and friends I have no base here in Kentucky and a

lot of the things that people gather and the military community it are very

limited to your experience is with your children and we don't have children you

know so that these kind of isolates I felt a little bit isolated and YouTube

has really helped me find another community within this community I don't

get me wrong there's so many people out there that are amazing

but even if you watch army wife youtubers most of them have children you

know they just do and I do so just to work full time plus not have

babies you miss a lot of that bonding experience you miss a lot of those

activities that they did they do host so this has been a very good for me this

has been very good for us and when Steven is away it's so fun watching some

of our adventures and just us together here his voice is many so that's why we

doing it we love it come back soon subscribe so I'm yeah breath came and

talking about I need some of my team subscribe you Jim

like the video subscribe and we'll be back very very shortly with another one

and you don't take care in it congratulations again can you see if

they have a son Steven yes - Kristen's chaotic life congratulations yes we'll

be in touch um DM me on Instagram or Twitter or you can send me an email so I

can get your information and get you your winnings yeah we good

night everyone or good morning order everyone or good

everything

THE U.S. NATIONAL ANTHEM:

Oh, say! can you see by the dawn's early light What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's

last gleaming; Whose broad stripes and bright stars, through

the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly

streaming?

And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,

Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there:

Oh, say! does that star-spangled banner yet wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

On the shore, dimly seen through the mists of the deep,

Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes,

What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,

As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?

Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,

In fully glory reflected now shines in the stream:

'Tis the star-spangled banner! Oh, long may it wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

And where is that band who so vauntingly swore That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion

A home and a country should leave us no more? Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps'

pollution! No refuge could save the hireling and slave

From the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave:

And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Oh, thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand Between their loved home and the war's desolation!

Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n-rescued land

Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation!

Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,

And this be our motto: "In God is our trust": And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall

wave O'er the land of the free and the home of

the brave.

Forgiveness: Sin, Jesus' love for us, and a clean slate (1/3) [Interview] - Duration: 7:32.

Here at ActiveChristianity we've been thinking a lot recently about forgiveness.

To take a look at some of the aspects of forgiveness that we don't always talk about,

we sat down for a conversation with our editor, Milenko.

To start with we asked him why we need forgiveness in the first place.

Well, as human beings, we've all committed sin.

Sin is actually a separation from God. As it says in Romans 6, the wages of sin is death.

So, to restore that relationship, to be able to get redemption,

we have to start off with getting committed sins forgiven. That is, wiped out.

Because we have all sinned.

Yes, we have actually all sinned, we are all sinners.

So, what is sin actually? What does it mean that we have all sinned?

Having committed sin, doing sin, that means that we have actually trespassed against God's will.

We've gone against what He wants, and what He's placed in our hearts.

You can say that another word for sin is egotism.

It's all about me, doing what I want.

You can see that with the first fall, Adam and Eve, that they committed sin by disobeying God,

doing what they wanted, rather than what God said.

And that sin that they committed, actually came down into us.

So we can say that we have sin inside us. That's what we feel that we're tempted to.

But that's not the same as committing sin. Committing sin is living according to that desire.

That's actually consciously going against what I know is right,

what God has told me is right, through my conscience for example.

So, the intention was to sin?

We knew that there was a choice between right and wrong, and we chose to sin?

Yes. And I make that choice, that I want to do my will.

It can be a split second decision, but it's there.

I have made that decision. And it is egotism.

So, before Jesus came, in the time known as the Old Covenant,

they also had forgiveness of sins, and they had that through sacrificing animals.

So how can you compare the forgiveness we have now in the New Covenant, through Jesus death,

to what they had in the Old Covenant?

That's actually a really good question,

because you can wonder, why couldn't we just continue sacrificing animals?

The problem with that was that they had to keep doing it.

They had to come back again and again, because they kept sinning. It didn't help them.

And the intention that God wanted for them was that they should stop sinning,

that they should do His will. That's why He gave them the law.

But they couldn't do that, it was impossible for them.

So God had to come with a new solution,

and what He did was send His own Son, Jesus, as a human being.

And what Jesus did was that He sacrificed His own will,

so He never had to bring a sacrifice to pay for His sins that He'd committed,

because He didn't commit sin.

He was tempted to them, but He didn't do them.

By doing that He actually sacrificed His own life, and He was blameless.

You see in the Old Covenant, they had to bring a lamb that was without blemish;

it had to be completely whole; it had to be perfect.

And Jesus, in the New Covenant, was that perfect sacrifice,

because He never actually committed sin.

So when He was crucified as a criminal,

someone who could be blamed for something, when He was actually blameless,

He was actually taking upon Himself those wages of sin which is death.

He who had never sinned took upon Himself those wages.

And who was to blame?

That was us, we who are sinners.

He was actually paying for the sins that we committed.

And that is the difference in the New Covenant.

Because Jesus never sinned, even though He was a human being, He opened a way for us.

Not only does He forgive us,

but He has given us a possibility to actually stop sinning,

by showing us the way to go.

And He came voluntarily.

Yes, that's really the great thing about this, that Jesus, He voluntarily became a human being.

We can read in Philippians that He was equal with God,

that He was in heaven with God, and He emptied Himself

and took upon Himself the form of a servant.

Which means He became a human being just like you and me.

And He actually received that human nature where He was tempted in all points as we are,

without sinning. Imagine taking that risk!

That He had the possibility to sin.

And if He'd done that, not only would He Himself have been lost,

but all of humankind would have lost salvation.

But He did that for our sake. That He voluntarily came,

that He received a nature like ours, was tempted like we are, and was faithful all His life without sinning.

So that when He was crucified as a criminal,

He was actually a blameless sacrifice that could pay for our sins.

Why would He do that for us?

What would inspire, or what would motivate Him to do that for us?

There's only one thing. That's love.

And that's the love that God has for us, that He sent His Son,

See what great love He had, that He sent His only begotten Son!

And Jesus, who loved us so much that He was willing to do it.

It was only for that reason: that He loves us.

What He gives us now is a free gift, because He loves us.

And that's why we can receive that.

We don't deserve it, but He does it because He loves us.

So the fact remains though, that we have all sinned.

So how does Jesus not having sinned apply to us?

Yes, that's the fact, we have sinned.

And as it says in Romans 6 that the wages of sin is death, so that's actually what we deserve.

That's what Satan, who's called the accuser, goes to God with. He says,

"This person has sinned, give him to me."

He's got this, as it says in Colossians, handwriting of requirements against us.

And he's right. When we've sinned, that's what we deserve.

The thing is that now Jesus, who never sinned,

took upon Himself that punishment, you can say, when He was crucified, and He died.

He even experienced the spiritual death of separation from God.

He cried out, "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" He even experienced that.

He paid the price. And He now is our advocate.

So when Satan then comes with this claim against us, he's got this letter against us,

Jesus our advocate steps in and says,

"Wait a minute! I've paid this price."

"I have actually paid the price for this person. He's not yours, He's mine!"

That's incredible. Think about that!

We've got an advocate in heaven who's actually paid the price for what we've done!

So, how do we receive that? Do we just believe it and it's ours? Or how do we receive it for ourselves?

It's important to realize that we don't deserve it, we can't do anything to "earn" forgiveness.

It is a free gift, it always will be; it's by grace alone.

We just have to accept that. And, those who believe in Him, can receive that.

#Eakinomics: Does the U.S. Government Have a Budget? - Duration: 1:31.

I'm Doug Holtz-Eakin, president of the American Action Forum.

When President Trump released his budget on February 8th, most of the attention

focused on the 7 trillion dollars in deficit over the next 10 years, but that

should have come as no surprise. After all, the taxes were locked in by the tax

reform bill signed in December, and spending for the next two years was

negotiated with Congress in a bipartisan Budget Act that was signed in 2018. So

there really were no surprises in the budget, but the real reason we have the

deficits is the large and growing entitlement spending programs. Those are

the same spending programs that caused President Obama to leave behind a

deficit of 10 trillion dollars over the next 10 years. Now you might think the

problem is: we've got these special agreements and not the normal budget process.

What would the normal budget process do? Well the President would make

some suggestions. Congress would pass a budget resolution in the House,

maybe in the Senate, maybe in both, and then committees would go off and do

whatever they wanted with taxes – do what they want with spending. But nowhere, ever,

would there be an agreement on the taxes and the spending that added up to a

coherent budget. The U.S. doesn't have a budget. It has budgetary outcomes

– usually bad. We have to get a grip on our deficits, and we need a better process to do it.

The Warriors needed to flex on the Thunder to remind us of their dominance - Duration: 2:08.

The Warriors needed to flex on the Thunder to remind us of their dominance

The moment the Warriors got their groove back happened late in the second quarter against the Thunder.

That was when Carmelo Anthony tangled arms with Kevin Durant while setting a screen

As the two jawed at each other, Durant pulled Anthony forcefully out of frustration.

Or maybe It happened a minute later, when Draymond Green was called for a foul when trying to block a layup

Green bellowed toward the Oracle crowd, who responded in kind.

Either way, it didn't matter that Green was called for a foul in a tight game, and it didn't matter that referees wrongly assessed

Green a technical because they believed he was taunting the player he fouled

It also didn't matter that Durant also got a technical on the play before.

What mattered was they were asserting their team's dominance the way the Warriors always do at their best:

by riling the crowd up in a frenzy. That's when Oracle Arena turns hostile toward the opposition

which not only motivates the Warriors to play their best ball, but also causes their opponents to make sillier and sillier mistakes.

often we say to ourselves: I would like to be annuitant

So if you have any advice to be annuitant we are taker

U: we do not mind

David never made watercolors and as you know I started recently

D: the pianist's fingers of course

U: if you want we can use the pencil before if you want to make a drawing?

D: No, no, no, no pencil

U: David hates pencil noise on paper

D: the sound of the pencil when the pencil is not cut

It's pretty horrible

U: but you know that even when it is cut it makes noise

D: I have fancies like a little old man, it's pretty horrible

U: That's right. That is true.

D: That's why you love me. It's why you married me, so ...

U: Certainly

D: So the water, the pictorial material and I do what I want

U: Have you done painting when you were little?

D: No, I was very bad at drawing

the drawing classes was pretty awful for me

U: You were not interested in that?

D: yeah and there was no perspective.

I quickly knew that was not for me at all

very quickly I turned to the sport: swimming rollerblades, basketball

basketball at that time I was confident that I was going to be recruited by the nba and then after

I realized that I did not have the physical abilities to

You wanted it, you wished it, you anticipated it

This is the moment of the musical break. First sound: an Australian beatmaker called

Maxxwl and who recently released a funk album anyway rather

funk moods and the album is very very good and I listen to it very often

I will make you listen to a song called: "Palm trees" very beautiful song

D: That's not what I would have done but

You see this woman, this woman who is my wife and who

suddenly strikes a little drawing

U: excuse me I try to improve it

D: I had done something a bit aesthetic

forward thinking

U: to you! I feel like playing cards. pickaxe

D: Kems

D: I am very very very very very very very very very very very very very very

soundcloud

U: that's a lot of "very" and that's a lot of features on the drawing too

D: of course I took green because that green we like that

the color of hope. No ? Yes ?

U: Yeah, that's what they say.

D: It's very pretty what you do.

U: Thank you. In fact I color what you do

D: which is pretty good

U: that way we're complementary

D: It's true that It was not very colorful

a singer who comes from columbia I believe

in the united states but now he's in los angeles

and who sings who has a divine voice: Brent Faiyaz

U: Super beautiful!

U & D: laughs

U: It takes shape!

D: I have the impression that you do not think it at all

In the comments note this performance of Ursula

Do you think she is sincere?

Do you think it's a very good actress?

D: Can we sign it after?

U: Of course

D: this mythical work. U & D or UD

U: laughs

U: there is DU especially

I think it looks a bit like a fish

D: laughs

U: You did it really well

with the mouth and everything

D: and J. Robb an American beatmaker as well as I like

that you like

U: Yeah. I know him

D: I think a two year old can do better but I do not know

I may be too harsh on my work, our work

U: But no, you are difficult with yourself.

D: afterwards it must be said that Ursula does much better things and that there

she is at my level. It's not easy

U: no I'm trying to adapt to the drawing in fact

D: No, but you fits very well to my nullity

U: Wait frankly for the first time it's really good

U & D: laughs

D: it shows that I paid her just before

U: No, I think you're having fun

D: then after the next sound it's not at all

to say that I make sound

because people are like : yes he makes listen to what he does

and yes

U & D: laughs

U: And yeah that's exactly right

D: I do what I want

I'm kidding, not at all

finally Yes

D: In the movies where we see a psychologist and his patient

and the psychologist shows images a little like that

and the patient says: I see I see

a fly that catches and in fact not at all

I tried to be funny, it does not work, it's ok

So do not do what I do

in schools it's not what is taught

I like things serpentine even though I hate snakes

U: it makes me think of the game where everyone writes a word on a piece of paper

we fold the paper as we go and at the end you read the sentence

and that does not mean anything

D: You're saying that everything I do ...

U: no, no, I try to make sense but it's hard

D: I'm trying to make sense after you

it's not so obvious

U: it's mega hard

At least, that's good, we stayed in the same colors

We did not go on too much colors

D: I think we have about the same tastes in terms of color

Can you draw a bull?

U: So there ... not at all! Absolutely not !

U: Private joke

D: Private joke you know

I'm doing a little tree

U: You're so cute when you're focused

D: That's nice, huh?

U: Yes

D: It's not easy, huh

U & D: laughs

D: I do not know where I want to go

U & D: laughs

U: that's our work, piece of art, our drawing of the day

our watercolor of the day

D: It was a nice try after but ... I think in my case

U: you must start again, do not stop there

D: it's not a vocation

U: no it's just a beginning

D: I put reservations

as to this drawing

U: I like colors, after I have a hard time making sense

overall so it disturbs me

D: So Do you want to make sense?

U: yes because there is none

D: but it's good to do stuff a little...

U: insane

D: Yeah to let yourself be carried away by ...

U: Tell us what you think in comments

D: or not

U: Yes it is not necessary

Tell us if you liked this video, if you liked the concept

we invented today

We tried to be creative

D: Hum, tried, really tried

U: Thanks for your discoveries, for the sound, the music

You're welcome

U: thanks for being here in this video today

Tell us in comment if you would like us to make other videos

together maybe. what you would like us to do?

If you have had a good time, if you have discovered sound too

D: Yeah, very important. Besides, do not hesitate

to make us discover others

U: yeah tell us what are you listening to right now

D: always a very good question

U: Sunday or not necessarily?

D: Sunday and all other days

U: If you liked it, make sure to like it as usual, share

D: Share, but yes, that's it

U: We send you kisses and see you soon

D: See you soon

How Can We Fix The U.S. When Money Corrupts Absolutely? - Duration: 3:58.

Our next question comes from Matthew Jacobson who asks, "The Republican Party and Democratic

Party are done and corrupted, how can we fix the U.S.?

How do change the economy so it actually works?

Because the path we are on isn't sustainable?"

The answer to that question, actually both of those questions, is the same.

We can't do anything about the corruption in the Republican part and the Democratic

party, or the economy, or fix the United States, until we get money out of politics.

Plain and simple, that's the answer.

Get rid of the Citizens United decision, get rid of the super PACs, get rid of these massive

fundraisers that both parties like to hold with their wealthy donors and hobnob with

them and they write massive checks.

Get rid of it all, and then we can have some real change in here.

The Democratic party, and this is a story I love to tell.

Prior to Citizens United the two groups that gave the most money to the Democratic part

were unions and trial lawyers.

Two groups that work on behalf of the American public against major corporations, unions

and trial lawyers.

After Citizens United, guess who took over as the number one donor for the Democratic

party?

Wall Street, the big banks, the hedge fund managers.

And what happened around that time too?

We started to see the Democratic mantra kind of change a little bit.

That, no, no we're not going to rein in the big banks as much, we'll do Dodd Frank but

we let the lobbyists water it down so much it's not really going to do anything.

When they pushed out, or when the money from the unions and the trial lawyers wasn't enough

to match the money coming from corporations like big banks, the priority shifted.

They started going in favor of the banks.

They started going in favor of the corporations.

That was only eight years ago, so the party in my opinion is not too far gone yet.

I'm not one of those people that's willing to just give up on the Democratic party.

I strongly believe we need very strong, very active third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh

parties in the United States to better represent the American public.

But me personally, I'm not done with the Democrats.

I want to change them.

I want to fix them.

I want to make it better.

I want to bring it back to the party of FDR.

I'm not willing to write them off yet.

Am I happy with them right now?

No, and nobody should be.

The establishment types, you know, the ... We know who they are basically, but no.

We've got to get back to people like Randy Bryce, working class folks.

We have to get the money out of politics.

We have to get a party that once again works for the American public, that works for the

consumers, that works for the workers.

We had that.

We had that not that long ago.

And that's the thing, it hasn't been that long, but if you want to fix the Democrats,

you want to fix the Republicans, you can't do that if we don't get the money out of politics.

I mean think about it this way, what would happen to the Republican party's stance on

gun control if you didn't have the NRA pumping $50 million into their party every election

cycle?

I know, they still would try to pander to their base on the issue, but at the end of

the day they'd know it wouldn't matter because those people aren't suddenly going to become

Democrats because the Democrats want even tighter gun control than Republicans could

possibly do.

But what it could do is it could get some common sense reforms put in place that we

desperately need as a country.

Hateful US Skier Blames Ivanka For Ruining His Olympics After Not Getting Medal, Then Gets... - Duration: 5:11.

Hateful US Skier Blames Ivanka For Ruining His Olympics After Not Getting Medal, Then

Gets More Bad News The Olympic Games are coming to an end.

As such, the Vice President has already returned to the United States while First Daughter

Ivanka Trump went to conduct political business with South Korea's leaders as well as lead

the American Olympic delegation home.

However, one Olympic athlete, in particular, was not too pleased with this.

The Huffington Post reported,

"U.S. Olympian Gus Kenworthy on Sunday issued a dig at Ivanka Trump colder than snow on

which he skied during the Winter Games.

"So proud of all these people," he tweeted as Team USA prepared to participate in the

closing ceremony for the 2018 Olympics Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Kenworthy, who came in 12th place in the slopestyle final, noted that "everyone has worked so

hard to make it to the Olympics."

"Well … Everyone except Ivanka," he quipped.

"Honestly, tf is she doing here?"

The first daughter traveled to South Korea to head the U.S. delegation during the closing

ceremony.

She met and dined with South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Friday and greeted athletes

from Team USA earlier on Sunday.

Trump has faced backlash over her presence at the event, as did Vice President Mike Pence,

who led the delegation who led the delegation during the games' opening ceremony."Dan

Calabrese had a particularly interesting opinion on Kenworthy's comments,

"OK, fine, you don't like her politically and you think she doesn't support your agenda.

I'm not actually sure that's true where Ivanka is concerned, but whatever.

She's Trump's daughter and you're politically anti-Trump.

OK.

Got it.

Why exactly does that necessitate this?

For those not up to speed on current online lingo, "tf" means "the f***".

I suppose we can't ignore this 800-pound gorilla: Kenworthy, like Adam Rippon, is gay

and is being hailed as a gay rights ambassador by those enthralled with that movement.

Also like Rippon, he apparently feels the need to go off on anyone connected to the

Trump Administration who shows up at the Olympics in support of the U.S. team, regardless of

whether the administration member being attacked has said or done anything averse to him.

What is Ivanka doing there?

She's doing what presidents always send representatives to do, which is providing

the Olympic team with the imprimatur of the head of state's support and leadership.

Every country at the Olympics will have someone there from its government serving as a titular

figurehead of the team.

To not do that would be to disrespect the Olympic team in a way that would surely set

Twitter alight all its own.

Two questions: 1.

Can you imagine Mike Eruzione, or Dorothy Hamill, or Mark Spitz, or Michael Jordan,

or, er . . . Caitlin Jenner . . . taking an unprovoked shot at a president's son or

daughter, regardless of their politics, just because they showed up at the Olympics?

And if they did, can you imagine leading cultural voices hailing such behavior as brave and

courageous?

2.

Both Kenworthy and Rippon are being lauded for the way they're representing the gay

community.

Isn't it a stereotype of gay men that they tend to be catty?

Isn't that exactly what their respective unprovoked attacks on Mike Pence and Ivanka

Trump are, by definition?"

US Weekly also reported more about the backstory,

"Trump traveled to PyeongChang to support the U.S. delegation during the Closing Ceremony.

She landed in the country on Friday, February 23, and spent time with President Moon Jae-in

before greeting the athletes on Sunday.

Kenworthy also spoke out against Vice President Mike Pence's trip to the country two weeks

earlier when the conservative politician cheered on Team USA at the Opening Ceremony.

"Our country is a patchwork nation, so I want to make sure people remember that,"

the openly gay athlete previously told Us Weekly.

"The LGBT community has been so marginalized and underrepresented in so many ways that

it's more important than ever to stand up and be proud at these games.

Mike Pence may say he's an ally, but he has previously pushed agendas that have not

been supportive, so that's why I want to use my voice."

Ivanka Trump was representing the United States because President Trump and Vice President

Pence had to go back to the states to do work.

She is a well-known member of the Trump administration and thus is a good representative.

It is completely normal for her to be there.

For anyone to take issue with that is simply strange.

Kenworthy did not even medal at the Olympics and perhaps if he had worried less about politics

and who was attending the Olympics from the administration he would have actually succeeded

and received a medal.

But instead, he chose to focus on superfluous nonsense that did not really matter.

U.S "will see" if North Korea's willingness for talks is commitment to denuclearize - Duration: 1:47.

Let's begin with the post-Olympics diplomacy between the U.S. and North Korea that's being

meditated by South Korea.

Pyongyang claims it's up for talks,... but Washington insists a meeting can only happen

when the North makes a solid commitment to abandon its nuclear weapons program.

Lee Seung-jae starts us off.

It's seems the United States and North Korea are inching toward direct talks,... but only

under one condition.

The White House released a statement on Sunday saying the U.S. "will see" if North Korea's

willingness for talks is a commitment to denuclearize.

It added that the U.S. and the world must continue to make clear that Pyongyang's nuclear

and missile programs are a dead end.

However, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Pyongyang's willingness to talk

is a "first step" along the path to denuclearization.

This comes as South Korea's presidential office released a statement earlier in the day,...

stating that Kim Yong-chol expressed North Korea's willingness to begin dialogue with

the U.S. when he met with President Moon Jae-in shortly before the closing ceremony for the

PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

According to a spokesman for the Blue House,...

President Moon pointed out that U.S.-North Korea dialogue must take place in order to

improve relations between the two Koreas and to find a fundamental solution to issues on

the Korean Peninsula.

The spokesman added the North Korean delegates agreed that inter-Korean ties and relations

between the North and the U.S. should develop simultaneously.

Dubbed the 'Peace Olympics',... there's hope the PyeongChang Winter Games have opened doors

for a more peaceful Peninsula,... and could potentially be the catalyst that brings the

U.S. and North Korea back to talks.

North Korea expresses willingness to hold talks with United States - Duration: 2:12.

Our top story this morning...

The 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games came to a close on Sunday night in the same

place they burst open slightly over two weeks ago.

While there was plenty of focus on the ceremony itself and the various performances,... political

watchers were keeping a close eye on President Moon Jae-in, and his guests: U.S.

First Daughter Ivanka Trump,... and high-ranking North Korean general Kim Yong-chol.

President Moon Jae-in and his guests of honor,... the U.S.

N. Korea 'willing to talk' with U.S. despite Pres. Moon's mention of nuclear program - Duration: 2:24.

North Korea's Kim Yong-chol... was known to have told President Moon Jae-in the regime

is willing to talk with Washington.

What's most surprising is that the comment came despite the liberal leader's direct mention

of Pyongyang's denuclearization.

Oh Jung-hee has the full story.

We now know that North Korea said it's willing to talk with the United States... even though

South Korea spoke directly of denuclearization.

The leader of North Korea's high-level delegation, Kim Yong-chol, met with South Korean President

Moon Jae-in on Sunday... shortly before the closing ceremony of the Olympics.

Kim said Pyongyang is willing to talk with Washington... but the initial response from

the White House was simply "we'll see," and that talks would depend on a commitment to

denuclearize.

On Monday,... it turned out... that President Moon, in his meeting with the North Korean

general, actually brought up the need for denuclearization.

President Moon is reported to have said that if North Korea halts its nuclear and missile

provocations and returns to the path of dialogue,... then the international community will cooperate

on related measures.

It's reported that the North Korean delegates listened to President Moon but showed no particular

reaction.

Sunday's meeting was the first time North Korea has openly and clearly mentioned its

willingless to sit down with the U.S.

Before and during the Olympics, Pyongyang was reluctant to speak with U.S. delegates,...

saying it wouldn't use the Olympics as a political opportunity.

And just last week, the North's state-run news agency reported... that the target of

the regime's nuclear arms is the United States.

But whether the North is really ready to discuss denuclearization with the U.S. in earnest

is still up for debate.

"Kim Yong-chol apparently did not mention the word denuclearization of nuclear weapons

yet, so we don't know whether North Korea's willingness to talk with the United States

is about nuclear weapons of North Korea,... or as it has pursued before, any talks is

possible if nuclear weapons is not the agenda of the talks with the United States."

South Korea's been keen to keep up the dialogue momentum with North Korea and eventually have

that lead to talks between Washington and Pyongyang.

But whether the North is actually willing to meet Washington's condition and discuss

its nuclear program... remains to be seen.

Oh Jung-hee, Arirang News.
