How To Use Forgiveness As A Tool To Heal Yourself And Others

by Derek Kato,

The outer world is a reflection of the inner world.

Everything we experience is a reflection of our thoughts.

This means that every negative situation or negative person we encounter is a reflection

of our own thoughts!

We need to try to love everyone and everything in our life, just like we love ourselves.

The very moment that we interpret something/someone in our life to be negative, we have the power

to fix it immediately through forgiveness.

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful healing tools that we have.

When you forgive someone, you not only heal yourself, but you heal the person you forgive

as well!

The beautiful thing about forgiveness is that you dont have to ask permission from anyone

to forgive them.

You dont even have to tell them if you dont want too, but your forgiveness will

still heal them, by releasing the negative energy between you both.

An important lesson to understand is that there really is no good or bad,

there just IS.

Anything you interpret to be bad can be transformed before your eyes as you forgive

it and release any negative energy you feel towards that thing!

This is especially important in relation to people that we view to be evil.

If we think negative thoughts about these people, we send them negative energy that

actually feeds their evil and makes them even darker.

The people we interpret to be evil are simply without light in their lives.

These are the ones that need light the most!

If we can forgive these people and even send them light, this can speed up the entire ascension

process exponentially as these people are often in positions to create great change

if only they could heal and see the light!

Blessings!

At least 125 killed as dust storms batter India - Duration: 1:42.

Now for a look at stories making headlines around the world and we start in India…

Powerful dust storms have wreaked havoc across the country, leaving at least 125 people dead

and more than 200 others injured.

For more on this and other international news we turn to our Ro Aram…

Aram… terrifying scenes out of India… what's the latest?

Well Semin… the fierce dust storms started on Wednesday hitting the northern Indian states

of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Punjab.

They were accompanied by severe winds and rapid-fire lightning strikes, which have left

a trail of destruction.

Disaster officials in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh said the region was hammered

by more than 41,000 lightning strikes on Wednesday.

The extent of the damage, however, was most noticeable the day after, with houses flattened,

power lines brought down and trees uprooted.

Livestock in the hardest hit areas were almost completely wiped out and schools and businesses

were closed.

Many of the deaths happened while people were sleeping, being crushed by toppling roofs

and collapsing walls.

Rescuers are still scouring the rubble to search for any survivors.

However, the worst is far from over as residents are bracing for another storm, which weather

authorities warn could come in the next few days over a wider area.

Similar storms claim many lives each year in India, but officials say this one was the

most severe in recent decades, mostly due to the falling debris.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued a statement Thursday expressing his condolences and urged

state governments to provide assistance to those who need it.
