Hey there! I'm Ashish Yadav from Mumbai I'm an engineering student from mumbai university

I'm passionate about technology I love the world of Android the first time when

I saw the Android phone I was curious about how the applications work

how things work behind I always wanted to design an Android App

I wanted to be an Android developer so I when I was admitted to my engineering I

started learning Java and exploring the world of Android this leads me to the

Udacity platform I came to know about the nanodegree program then I applied for the

Google india scholarship for Android and hopefully on the seventh feb I received

email from University taht hey Ashish You have been selected for the program and I

was so happy I was excited about the program the program started in midth of the

feb they teach us many things like working on the background task and Async

task and they introduced us to the new technologies like firebase and many

things the udacity forums they are really helpful where the you can take your very

solve or you can solve another way help you really alone and the slack is also

one of the very very useful tool where being used in many activities like a AMA

sessions collaborative project and we organized meetups for who live nearby

and so in this way we explore our idea and we bring new innovation the program is

really very fun and when we can learn many things

you can improve your skills out of thousand students one fifty are to be

selected I'll be happy if I get a chance

In this video, I will talk about. How to make face me person, or tree from photo in google sketch up.

Download a photo that you will use, check the image size and its square ratio.

Use rectangular tool to draw square 2m, 2m

Be sure to Import the photo and use image as texture is selected.

Use move tool to get the image down to the ground.

Select all and make component. Be sure that always face camera and shadows face sun options are selected.

Set component axes. Then click create.

Go to view and select shadow.

Cut white color space surround the photo to prevent its shadows. Before using freehand tool lift click 3 times onthe component to select it.

Highlight the outside area and delete it.

Still you have white area to get rid of this. You have to change the type of image in Photoshop to support transparent.

Go to Photoshop and remove the white color and save the image in PNG format instead of JPG format.

In Sketch Up go to material windows.

Edit and in model material change the photo with the PNG format.

What is Google Chromecast Audio and How Does Google Chromecast Audio Work? - Duration: 5:15.

So I get a number of questions about the Chromecast series in general, and what I

wanted to do today was actually answer: What is Google Chromecast Audio, and how

does that work? So if you're looking for a little bit of

information. You've seen this device in stores or online, and you want to

understand those things, then let's get going.

So the first question "What is Google Chromecast Audio?" is relatively easy to

answer. This is what you'd call a dongle device, or just a very small device that

you plug into the wall via a USB cable, that then goes into a USB power port, and then

is powered through that. Then from there, you have a 3.5 millimeter speaker

connector on the Chromecast Audio dongle itself, and then that 3.5 millimeter

speaker cable goes into any speaker with a 3.5 millimeter input. Now obviously you

could take that 3.5 millimeter speaker connector you have here, and then you

could convert it using a number of, just either Y type connectors, or

stereo to RCA, or whatever you have for a speaker. So you could do that and it

would actually pump in the sound into whatever type of speaker you wanted.

Now that's what the Chromecast Audio physically is. How does it work is a bit

more of an interesting discussion. what you'll essentially need is the Google

Home application, an account with Google, and once you have those two things on,

say an iPhone or an Android device, (you can use a tablet whatever you want)

really once you have that application, you're going to be able to cast

different sources of audio to the speaker that is

connected. So you will essentially be able to, through Wi-Fi in your home,

connect any speaker to your Wi-Fi, and therefore all of these different sources

of either music or podcasts or whatever you'd like to listen to. Going a little

deeper into how it works. It's essentially going to connect to wifi, the device

itself has a little wireless transmitter and receiver. It's going to receive

information through your internet at home, so you will need Wi-Fi, and then

from there it's going to transmit the audio signal it's pulling through

whatever Google Home service or Google Play service. Such as Spotify or any of the different

music services you can push through your Google Home application. It's going to

receive it onto the dongle, and then push

it through the 3.5 millimeter speaker cable out to your speaker. So it really

just allows you to create multi-room audio.

Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to give you a demonstration next to a

number of Google Home devices that I have. I'm going to use Google Play Music

to control all three of these speakers and I've actually placed my Chromecast

Audio into a group so that all three will play at the same time. This is how

the device works, and obviously if you need a demo and you want to see how it works I

have another video for that and I'll put it up in the top right, right now, for you

to go ahead click on and go watch how to set it up.

Google Sheets - Pivot Table Summarize by Year, Month, Quarter or Week - Duration: 2:38.

If you have a table of data in Google Sheets and you want to look at it

by a certain type of date, let's say if you want to look at it by month or you

want to look at it by week, the first thing that you want to do is create a

Pivot Table. You'll notice that I've selected a cell within this table of

data that I want. The table goes down but Google sheets will figure out that

you want the whole thing as long as you're inside of it. Make sure you

don't have any blank rows. Do Data, Pivot table and this is going to

summarize the data that's on Sheet1 but it creates it on a new worksheet.

What we want to do is we want to start out with having the dates down the

left-hand side and then we're going to group the dates look at them in

different ways. We want the rows to be dates so do add date and, when I look

back at my table, this is a lot easier if you have descriptive headers. Each

one of these is telling me exactly what's in the column. I have my dates on

the left-hand side and then I want to do it by item in each column. Let's add

items to the columns. Then, Sheets wants to know what to put in here so I'm

going to tell it to put the sum of the amount for each day in here cuz I'm

gonna look at the sales. For the values, add amount and it's smart enough

to assume that you probably want the sum. If you don't want these grand totals

on here, you just take this check mark off to not show totals. We're going to leave

them on for what we're doing, but they're easy to customize. We're going to do

months but it's going to work the same way as if you do weeks. Come over to the

column that has the days on it. Select any one of the days. Right click

and do create pivot date group. It doesn't matter what day you pick. It's

going to do this for all of them. You can do this by week, by month, you can

even do it by day of the week. But, just to keep things easy, we'll do month.

It summarizes all of the data from Sheet1 into each month. It will only work if

you have them as valid dates. If you have things in this column

that aren't working right, go back to your data and make sure

that these are valid. There's several different ways to get valid dates and to

check and make sure that they're working. I'll put a little link in the upper

right hand corner here. So that's mostly it. We've summarized this data by month

with just a few clicks. If you like that tutorial, there's a lot of others

right-click

Now to share the file, right click again,

of the person you want to share the file with,

add a message,

and click "Send".

Now, the person you want to share the file with,

can find the link in their inbox.

to view the file.
