How to prevent stretch marks while working out 2018 - Duration: 2:49.How to prevent stretch marks while working out 2018?
This dermatologist will tell you all about that.
If this is your first time on my channel,
and you want more information and motivation on lifting and nutrition,
start now by subscribing and clicking the bell, so you don't miss anything.
And don't forget to watch the entire video, because I will provide you the latest tips
on how exactly to prevent stretch marks while working out in 2018.
Alright.
As we explained in a previous video, stretch marks occur when the dermis has no time to
adapt to rapid weight gain, whether this comes from getting fatter, pregnancy,
growth during puberty or lifting weights.
When you work out, there are several things you can do to prevent stretch marks.
First of all, avoid the use of steroids.
This can really prevent stretch marks, because anabolic steroids will make you gain weight
unnaturally fast, so the skin won't be able to keep up.
The worst stretch marks are found in people that tend to train all in one area.
They're biceps-chest guys.
You're stressing the skin right above your armpits, stretching one way with biceps exercises
and the other way with chest exercises, so it takes a toll.
So, break your workouts up so you're honing in on all your muscle groups.
And put some time between your upper body workouts.
It'll relieve some strain on your skin, and muscles.
From a dietary standpoint, eat enough food to fuel your workouts,
but do not go overboard while bulking.
Too much of a calorie surplus will not only make you gain too much fat,
fast weight gain overall contributes to stretch marks.
Drink plenty of water during the day, helping keep the skin cells hydrated and supple.
If these cells are dehydrated,
your skin will be more susceptible to developing stretch marks.
Keep your skin soft by adding moisturizing creams.
This will keep your skin elastic and soft which can help
prevent stretch marks from appearing.
Eat unprocessed foods, that contain a lot of vitamins and minerals.
There are several vitamins and nutrients that can promote skin health and elasticity.
Some of these include vitamin A, E, C, zinc and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Do not smoke.
Tobacco is known to cause skin to lose its elasticity.
As health conscious bodybuilders, you shouldn't be doing that anyways.
I hope you enjoyed this video.

The Dish | How is the All of Us Research Program unique? - Duration: 3:08.We've had the great opportunity to learn from some giants in the large cohort research programs
which is kind of what the All of Us Research Program is as well, but I'm hoping that we're
gonna give back to that community as well because we are trying some bold new things
that quite frankly are kind of unprecedented at the scale and diversity of things we're
aiming for the fences in with this study.
There's kind of four areas, I mean people ask me how are you kind of unique, and I said
the first is really the diversity of people
that we're trying to bring into this large cohort program.
Getting geographic diversity, people from all walks of life,
all around the country is fundamental to the science that we want to be able to do.
As is, people with a mix of health status, so not too many people of one disease versus another,
but a real wide range of people, including many of people who are healthy, as well as
demographics, right, we are focused on under represented in biomedical research.
Those age groups, those people living in rural communities,
most races and ethnicities who have been kind
of left behind from traditional biomedical research, pulling them in so we have new scientific
data and understanding.
And learning how to do a diverse cohort like that will be a learning not just for us, but
all of our partners, and future partners that you can imagine.
The second is really participant centeredness, and this has been done on many smaller scale studies,
but never at the scale of one million people.
We are inviting participants to sit on our governance and help decide
which direction should we go in.
Participate, and brainstorm about the science and the health conditions
that matter to their communities that they want this resource to help facilitate.
Not only that but we are committed to giving information back to participants, very few
studies do this because it's hard, it's expensive, it's ethically challenging,
but it's the right thing to do.
You deserve the data that we capture about you.
You deserve information about your own health.
The other pieces of this are like innovation of very new things that haven't been done
at this large before.
One of those is whole genome sequencing.
There are many studies starting to do whole genome sequencing,
but putting in and saying "Hey, we're gonna do this for a million people."
Just the data size of this creates enormous cost and challenges
just to store your data in a secure and safe place.
The others are kind of like,
"Hey, there's all these mobile phones out there,
we're starting to use them in some scientific studies."
"There's all of these apps and things."
"Is the data coming from your fitness wearable really useful for research?"
We're tackling that problem head on and the learnings that
we have will help many of those who come after us.
And the last piece of this is our accessibility as a program to researchers.
We are making an open resource available to everyone.
All kinds of researchers from citizen scientists to the top academic schools that you see
sometimes winning Nobel Prizes.
We want everybody. The more sort of brain power per problem that scientists
can bring to this, the better.
And opening up that data, and really making it easy
for lots of people to use,
I believe will help accelerate the science and the breakthroughs that we as patients
are all desperately waiting for.

How Does Chiropractic Work? - Duration: 5:01.How does chiropractic work? Coming right up.
Hey I'm Dr. Ekberg with Wellness For Life and if you'd like to truly master
health by understanding how the body really works make sure that you
subscribe and hit that notification bell so that you don't miss anything. So just
in case you're wondering what this is if you happen to see it throughout the
video this is called poison ivy it's the end stages and I can't recommend it so
stay away from poison ivy so how does chiropractic really work so often people
tell me that oh I believe in chiropractic or I don't believe in
chiropractic but it's not whether you believe it or not it's do you understand
how it works it's simple physiology it's simple neurophysiology so first of all
the brain controls everything about you it controls your blood pressure your
digestion your hormone regulation your ph balance it controls your thoughts and
it controls the posture and the muscle tone and everything about how your body
behaves in gravity and the way that the brain can do that is because it receives
feedback from the body that's called proprioception and the brain receives
somewhere on the order of a billion bits of information of proprioception every
second and the brain turns things on and off in response to that proprioception
and the sum total is called regulation and it allows the body to return to
homeostasis and to proper posture so chiropractic is not about moving the
bone it's what happens in the brain as a result of moving the bone how does the
adjustment affect proprioception how does the adjustment improve
proprioception see if the world looks like this but the brain is told it looks
like that then the brain doesn't have a true picture of reality and the
depends on how the spine is moving how all the body parts are moving if the
different body parts are not moving properly if they don't have a full
smooth range of motion then they're not signaling correctly to the brain and the
brain does not have a true picture of reality and now the brain cannot manage
the body accurately so when we make an adjustment we're identifying an area
that has less than optimal feedback and then we make an adjustment and we
improve that feedback by putting pressure on receptors we stimulate
receptors we stimulate pressure receptors and motion receptors joint
mechanoreceptors muscle spindle cells and in doing that we give the brain more
information more precise information and the brain has a true picture and the
brain can do its job so it doesn't matter if you do a twist or pop
adjustment or if you do an activator adjustment with a little spring-loaded
pin or if you do what I do mostly called an Arthostim which is a powered
adjusting tool that pulses 12 to 15 times per second all of it is about
stimulating receptors giving the brain more information and based on some
research that they've done an adjustment can increase the activity of the frontal
lobe by about 30% so you're increasing the activation of the frontal lobe the
frontal lobe is the main manager of the rest of the body so that is how
chiropractic works it is not whether you believe it or not it is whether you
understand it or not the techniques don't matter so much all chiropractic
techniques work some of the time nothing works all of the time but an experienced
doctor can find the appropriate solution more of the time hope that helps you
understand a little bit more about chiropractic please share this video
with some of the skeptics and then maybe bring them over to a seminar
that we have every Wednesday if you're in the neighborhood (3480 Keith Bridge Rd Cumming GA 30041) so that we can tell
you a little bit more about how this works if you're new to this channel make
sure that you subscribe and hit that notification bell so that we can keep
bringing this information to you and the more people we get this information to
the more people we can help get healthy thanks for watching

How to Design for Multiple Devices | CXL Institute UX for Marketers Microlesson - Duration: 5:50.- Today we're gonna be talking about designing
for multiple devices.
(light music)
Multiple devices encompasses any type of device
like desktops and laptops and mobile devices
like smartphones and smartwatches and tablets
or any other device that kinda on the horizon
in the future similar to that.
When we talk about how to deal with multiple devices
it's generally kinda three ways that we can approach it.
The first is to develop bespoke mobile websites.
They have a separate URL and are essentially
separate sites that need to be maintained,
built, designed, content provided, and images
provided for it, everything that goes along with that.
The other approach is responsive websites
and that's the norm at the moment.
Responsive websites have the same url.
It's essentially one site that kinda adapts
and flows onto whatever device is being used.
Then thirdly we talk about apps.
Apps tend to be kinda more focused.
They tend to provide a logged in experience.
Think about kind of Facebook opened up
and you get your newsfeed straight away.
There are different types of apps.
We're not gonna be talk about that in much more detail
here today but you have hybrid apps,
you have native apps, and you have progressive web apps.
Hybrid apps are a bit like responsive websites.
They're built on kind of web views.
Native apps are a bit like bespoke mobile sites
specific for the platform in question.
And progressive web apps they can be installed as well
but they can kinda be loaded from the kinda browser.
The two main things you need to consider
when, kinda think about when you work with
multiple devices and kind of sketching out
when doing responsive design.
And as a breakpoint in this content that can (mumbles).
A breakpoints is essentially what content stacking strategy
and responsive websites are based on.
So if you think about, you have your browser window,
and you start decreasing that browser window,
at one point that layout is gonna change
and content gonna reflow into different kinda layout.
That's what happens when you hit a breakpoint.
Content stacking strategy, on the other hand,
that defines how your content should behave
from different devices
and there's a great quote by Trent Walton
where he says the
"content needs to be choreographed to ensure
"the intended message is kept
"on any device and at any width."
So those are two main things to keep in mind
when it comes to responsive design.
In terms of some principles behind
designing for multiple devices,
the main ones should be that responsive websites
should be the starting point.
So try to keep the core content the same.
If you find yourself having conversations about
cutting out certain content for mobile,
think again, because, generally, people and users,
they want the same content, the same functionality
on these different devices.
It doesn't mean, however, they should
provide the same experience exactly the same way
to these different devices.
You should optimize both how content is being laid out,
how much width is being shown,
how interactions happen,
and kind of everything that has to do with that
to make sure that they work for the device
and the project in question.
When it comes to touch, make sure that hitter is
a large enough and that goes with desktop
and kind of laptops as well.
So it's not just for mobile devices
such as tablets and smartphones
where touch is important.
Use the maximum of two columns when it comes to smartphones
and then make they provide instant value
and stay clear of kinda menu pages.
This is specifically the case for apps.
So with that try to make sure that you kinda deliver
someone straight into the experience.
Think about delivering straight
into Facebook's newsfeed, for example.
And then in general avoid bespoke mobile websites
as much as possible.
It means that you need to maintain different code bases
and different content and that generally means that
something is gonna have to give.
In terms of how to go about doing content stacking strategy,
this is gonna be the foundation for kinda wireframing
that we talk about in the seventh lesson.
Start out by sketching out either kind of
desktop or mobile as a modular overview
if you want to go into more detailed.
And then give each module a number
based on the importance.
So be clear on the importance
on that kind of content.
Then take, if you started with desktops,
and go on to mobile and do the same kind of layout
for example a home page,
and sketch that out and lay out exactly
how that content should be prioritized.
You might find yourself in situation
where you see actually the content
on mobile to be organized slightly differently
and that's fine to some extent.
What I'd like you to do for this exercise is
actually to work through the home page
for your product or service.
Or take a website that you use on a regular basis
and adapt it to different devices that you have
based on content, based on breakpoint.
So this exercise is very much about not thinking
too much about the device
but let the size of the device actually guide you.
So what I want you to do is take
and A4 piece of paper
take it like this
put it in kind of portrait horizontal view
and then rip it into parts in the middle
until you have two pieces
and that gives you a piece that is this size.
Once you've done that, rip that into two pieces again
until it gets to kinda that size.
And then rip that into a piece again until you get
to that part the size and then rip this one again
into this size.
So you end up with five different sizes of paper
and what I want you to do is to take,
or to do a home page sketch,
and you can start on the smallest, on the largest,
or anyone in between but do a home page sketch
for your product or service.
Sketch it up on one and then adapt all of that
into the kind of smaller devices
and think about the edge of these
as the kind of, the size of the actual devices.
Also, at the end of the piece of paper
that's essentially your fold.
Try to consider the use of it.
Try to consider what makes sense for the device in question.
And that's essentially the exercise for this one.
There's a few more articles to read
about kind of designing for multiple devices
at the last slide of this presentation
and we'll talk about more wireframing
in one of the lessons of UX and Marketers.

How Do Airbags Work? - Duration: 3:34.Normally, something blowing up in your face is bad.
But right about now, this chemical reaction could very well save your life.
It takes 50 milliseconds for you to hit the steering wheel in a crash.
Everything we're about to tell you goes down even faster.
Your car has to be able to detect when a potentially deadly crash is happening.
You don't want your airbag deploying every time you hit a pothole or get in a fender-bender.
Your car has an accelerometer -- several, actually, in case one fails or goes off by
mistake -- that detects sudden, rapid changes in velocity.
In one model, a ball bearing is normally held in place by a magnet, but in a crash, it comes flying free
And it flies right into an electrical circuit that tells the car's computer to deploy
the airbags.
Airbags don't just fill with gas like a balloon blowing up.
That'd be way too slow.
The gas that fills airbags is actually produced by a chemical reaction.
The classic example is sodium azide, which is stable until it's heated.
In a crash, a small explosive or heating element called a squib goes off and ignites the sodium azide
which decomposes quickly to nitrogen gas and sodium metal
That sodium metal could react with water in the air to produce corrosive sodium hydroxide,
so airbag manufacturers include some other compounds to react it into sodium oxide and
alkaline silicate instead.
By the way, this technology we described is a little outdated.
Nowadays, most frontal airbags are inflated with guanidine nitrate, but it works just
the same as sodium azide: you're creating a lot of Nitrogen gas.
And accelerometers have changed with the times, too.
They're a lot more sophisticated than the ball bearing thing.
Meanwhile, the nitrogen gas is totally harmless, being the main ingredient in, y'know, air.
Just a small handful of sodium azide can produce 67 liters of nitrogen.
And that volume of gas creates enough pressure to fill the airbag in less than 40 milliseconds.
Quick 1st Law refresher: an object in motion stays in motion.
So: When your car hits something, it stops, but your body keeps moving forward.
And if it keeps moving forward right into the steering wheel or dashboard, that's
bad news for you.
So the airbag is there to slow you down more gradually than a steering wheel would.
But this rapidly inflating cushion isn't actually pillowy soft.
The front face of the airbag moves toward you at between 150 and 250 mph.
And if you were to hit it while it was still inflating, that might be almost as bad as
hitting the steering wheel.
To properly slow you down, an airbag has to have blown up already when you hit it.
So that means the accelerometer detects the crash, the squib ignites the sodium azide,
the nitrogen gas is produced -- and in 50 milliseconds, it's already blown up in your
face and started to wind down.'
Between 1987 and 2015, frontal airbags saved 44,869 lives.
That's a summer evening at Dodger Stadium's worth of people, and a lot of people around
to cheer thanks to one chemical reaction and some ingenious physics.

How a health provider improved their patient care using Dynamics 365 - Duration: 2:42.(music)
She was outside.
16 years old.
I could hear the wind blowing.
Not sure what to do with her newborn.
The oldest person, 104.
The patient was diagnosed with gastric cancer.
The line went quiet again.
Hello hello hello? No response.
He was anxious about test results.
She said she was on 27 different medications.
He feels like we saved his life.
Patients are at their most vulnerable state.
This is our charge, to really help those patients
navigate the complex health system that we have.
Part of what we focus on within Providence St. Joe's
is know me, care for me, ease my way.
And we were missing a core component of that,
not knowing our patients when they were contacting us.
We're at the Patient and Provider Engagement Center
here in Renton, Washington.
We had started with five liaisons
and now we're close to 60 liaisons.
A white glove service,
providing concierge experience for everyone.
We have been working with Microsoft to make this happen,
using their Microsoft Dynamics platform,
to really help personalize that journey.
When the call comes in, a screen pop appears
showing who that patient is, based upon their phone number.
We're able to capture insights on the patients
that have been calling in, to really help improve
our health care organization
whether it be through navigation, through online tools,
or insuring that we have the right physicians
in place in different locations, based upon demand.
We serve patients in eastern Washington, Oregon.
Montana, California, and then we also have
an international line.
We take so many different calls.
It could be someone that is ill or has a sick child
or is new to the area and looking for care.
They're more than a voice.
I feel like I'm really advocating for someone
who maybe doesn't have family.
That's pretty powerful.
I love coming to work every day
and knowing that I'm going to help somebody.
We're translators.
We're navigators. We're problem solvers.
We're communicators.
There truly is a need out there,
and I think other health systems are starting to catch on
that it's beyond a hospital operator.
I will guide you through this whole process.
We're going to do this together.
We're not just looking at the transaction
or the length of time that you're spending with somebody.
It's the human connection
that really matters in all of this.
You treat them like family.
The callers are
an extension of us.

How to prepare webmap for ArcGIS online story map - Duration: 10:14.let's complete our web map with custom pop-ups and media a web map that will be
used in a story map hi everyone welcome back to my channel for another tutorial
before you continue to watch please take a moment to hit subscribe below if you
haven't already so today we will have a really quick tutorial on completing a
web map in preparation for a story map an ArcGIS online story map in my last
tutorial we clipped a raster in arcmap without spatial analyst so you can check
that out at the top of this video right now anyhow let's get into today's topic
so as I mentioned we will complete a web map that will be used in a story map and
one of the things that a story map highlights is an actual web map which is
why we need to do this part so this is my web map for a potential story map
showing the history of pole distribution across Kingston just a heads up this is
all fabricated. this web map shows the distribution of poles across my area of
interest I want to add custom pop-ups that will
show a user, when clicking on a pop up, a little bit of history and this will also
have an attachment with a web link so I won't go through adding layers to a web
map and renaming layers and so forth I have a tutorial on this already so you
can check that out right here if you're completely new to creating web maps. what
I will do is to change my symbology for my utility pole quickly by going to
change style you have lots of options here as it relates to symbology and I like that
so now that my symbol is changed you see that it kind of clashes with my road but
we'll fix this at a later time anyhow let's move on to the custom pop-up so
all my poles will have the same picture so when creating my pole media I will
include a link to my picture and a web link I will show you how to include this
link right now. I have a picture uploaded to my Flickr account that shows what I
need displayed in my pop up so that's the first tip your pictures must be uploaded
to your Flickr account so now I open the picture and proceed to share it I copied
the bbcode and paste that link in notepad
in notepad I remove everything after "*. jpg" and everything before HTTP what
remains will be used to include in my Pop up
so I get back to arcgis online and click configure popups on the layer for
which I need the custom pop up
I give my pop-up a title and by the drop-down list at display I select a
custom display and click configure to include my special message
in this configuration I can include unique values for a pop up by adding the
particular attribute from the drop-down list here I can play around with the
text in terms of the type size color position etc
we move to pop-up media and select add these are your options here and we
select image in this pop-up I give it a title and a little message as my caption
so for URL this is where I paste the picture link I prepared in notepad and
for the link which is actual web link I will include a link to a video but it
could just as well be a link to a website or the same picture but just
larger so we select okay to complete our custom pop-up and this is what it looks
like this is what clicking the image in the pop-up does so as you can see all my
features have the same picture and will also have the same web link but what if
you want each feature to have separate pictures and possibly separate web links
then that's something that would have to be included in your attribute table let
me show you what I mean
I have two layers here that will not be included in my story map but I just want
to show you what my attribute table would look like if each feature were to
have separate pictures and weblinks so this is just a tree species layer and
the intention here is to show a thumbnail for each species and to
include a link that shows an enlarged picture in a new window this is a world
boundary layer and the intention for this pop-up is to again show a video
thumbnail and the link in this case opens the video from YouTube in a new
window so as you can see in my attribute table I have the links to the pictures I
want displayed as well as the web link that I want opened in another window I
won't get too much into these two but will just show you quickly how the
attachments are enabled in the popup configuration so we will go to configure
pop-ups again this time on my tree species layer I'll accept the default
and go straight to the pop-up media and add image I'll give it a simple name and
by the URL line I click on that plus sign there to expand the list of
available attributes in this and I select an attribute that includes the
link to my pictures here and if I need to add the link the web link that is I
will repeat the same process in the link section this is now what my layer looks
like. just a note to get all this information into my attribute table it
was a process of copying the links for the different sizes of the same pictures
from Flickr and cleaning and then pasting it here in the attribute table
in upcoming tutorials look out for the next step in creating your story map and
more from ArcGIS online and ArcGIS pro as usual thank you so much for
watching and please don't forget to Like subscribe and share this tutorial with a
friend or colleague who you believe would benefit from this information also
leave a comment down below to let me know how you like the tutorials or if
there are any other tutorials that you'd like to see thanks again and see you

How To Download Videos | Tips and Tricks - Duration: 12:51.Hey Lance sumner here out in Springfield
Virginia a beautiful day out here right around 70 mark little over Suns going down
It's getting a little bit cooler, but a beautiful day, and I just wanted to take the time and share with you
I think that will be something very useful for you in being able to
save videos off of YouTube or
Capture video from something you've seen that came into your email
But you just don't know how to save that one video that you like and you might be able to use for your own
marketing online or whatever ever if it's generic enough or
Whatever you may want to do with it
But there's a few things you can do and I like to look for things that are free allow me to save things for free
And and this and if I have to pay for it, it's something
I'm going to use all the time
And it should be and I try to keep it cheap as possible without overdoing it
and so I want to show that with you so
when you see something on YouTube that you'd like and you want to save it you can actually go to a place called and there's
Quite a few programs out here. I know that you can do this
YouTube bread will allow you to say, but that's a paid service
And you'd have to become a YouTube red Premium Member or whatever it is. I don't even bother with it
so
This DVD video soft right here allows you to have a free youtube download
You just download it, and if you have a Mac product you can do that, or if you just have Windows as both
Download that. I've already downloaded it here. It's already down here at the bottom this little red arrow down here
And so you can do a couple of things and there's also some tools out there that I used to make videos and I like
Screencast-o-matic for me. It's just something I've used for quite a while it allows you to have a library
repository for videos, and then you can also just save them as
Mp4s or whatever and then bring them right over into youtube send them direct to youtube or just add them in there
Whatever you like best
but it works really well for me and
It's a way. Also to go ahead and
Grab videos so this is my youtube page feel free to stop by it. I appreciate it subscribe
I'm trying to put out some decent added value quality videos to help business building efforts for people myself and my team and
Check out whatever. I have so we'll grab a video, and I'll show you now. We'll use this one here right here
Stop that
screencast-o-matic is a tool right here like I said you can go ahead and
You can it has a paid version I pay I believe
1295 for this per month, I use it frequently that's just to get in and there's other tools out there
and of course there's always usually a free free version, but it's limited in its functionality or
Capabilities unless you pay for you know pay for the next service up level up
So just look for the the ones that provide what you need what I would share with you is look for things that provide
Exactly what you need you're only what you need at the best cost
best cost
So here what you can do with this you can actually
frame the screen around
this YouTube video right here you can frame around it and
then just start the record, but I've actually record it and
Then and then verify for the saving of the quality the audio and the video
using a tool like screencast-o-matic or whatever your choice is
But the other method is
You can do is like with this
This is just to give you an idea
Screencast-o-matic you can put the screen box it around any video you want to do it or you can use a tool like this
DVD soft will pull it up
First big over here. I grab the YouTube URL right click copy or control C
Pull this little thing up. I'm going to add that little
Paste it in there, and it's already in there for me and
Now we're going to start and it's there so
Start download. I don't want premium. I don't want to pay
So the deal with that is the big difference is is start the download
To do other multitasking things that you do with your online business or just surfing around or walk away
Go to make dinner whatever you gonna do like I'm gonna do
And then you just go ahead and let it run come back 20 minutes later
And it will be saved as an MP four-on-two your directory like usually under like my pc under the video
Folder down there, so you can check that out, so you let that run
That's a method and it's free then you can take that mp4 and you can manipulate that and use it
By putting it on YouTube and rate. Why does that work so good? I'm gonna go to
Click click funnels real quick, I'll pull up real quick for us
So
You can use this with leadpages click Falls anything that will accept embed code or accept
You know select YouTube put the URL or work for it, but and so I just go in here anyway
I'll just explain it to you click funnels leadpages or any of these landing page capture page builders that you have a
lot of times I give the functionality for you to go ahead and
When you put your video in some kind of a page it you can select either YouTube to put the URL
or you can put custom in bed and take that embed code, which would be over here under youtube like here I
Can go over here and under share on YouTube share
down here
You can get to it. You might not be able to get to it
Get up here a little bit there. I can show you a little higher yet
So right here in bed so I can grab and before you do that it looks better
Going here when you come to the embed go ahead and unselect supposed to get suggested videos
Show video title get rid of all that junk you don't want it when you're putting it inside of your own
Custom capture page landing page that you're going to build and click falls leadpages or whatever you use
And you can leave the player controls that people can pause and as needed
In case they want to walk off and do something minute come back get a cup of coffee or a coke
So so anyway you have that then you just slide back
Of course I'm gonna
I'm gonna click around get rolling like you enjoy
If you are why
so grab that
Turn all that off
I'm just clicking that area
And then you control see again or right-click copy and you would go back to your
Builder and then there and get to that place and just embed that code in there
And then do everything you you know setting up your capture page landing page and just do yourself a big favor
A lot of people on my team that I work with sometimes
They don't haven't learned all the technical things and the things that
Some of us do out here
So always test everything once you've completed and setup what you believe to be
The capture pages looking good what you want it?
And everything's looking good always test it yourself make sure you're dropping into your own list and aweber get response whatever it is
you're using and and that it's also clicking the button once it captures the
Information that also is taking you off to the sales video
Everything is working from the videos. I've been running giving the person some information. You know whatever you want
Just just so you know
Because I see some people that just test things wondering why it doesn't work there
You know the leads aren't you know people are signing up to get more information. It's not going into that autoresponder, so
Anyway, so that's so
I know there's a lot of other software out here that can you know capture a YouTube videos for free?
I'm sure this is one and it works well
So here's another method when you see a video that comes in your email. It doesn't have a
youtube
you know
Logo down here. We can click on and go to youtube and grab the URL
Okay, how can I save this video? What can I do? Okay? Well you put your cursor onto the screen?
right click on view page source
Which already have it open on the next tab view page source because in the source you can screen down through it
Even though it's a lot of code and everything in there
You know writing in there, so you're gonna look down through here
And I already have it in a place like to it right here. We're gonna go
right here
Just to show chalant the chillin overview look for whatever piece you're looking for and I and I can find it right here
So I can go ahead and capture
That right there
Okay, ctrl C and
In the sense this is a venue and then click funnels you can actually when you're setting up your page
It'll have a selection for Vimeo, and I can actually just put that link
In there, but I'm going to show you how it works I check it
Got a test remember test test test so we're going to test make sure it's all working
That's a working video
Okay, so everything's there
That's good
so I can go and
You just hit make sure we can go on hello welcome, okay, and this is that's WorldVentures
It's something I do as part of the travel community, or we get to go take trips
That's also on my YouTube challenge check that out a lot of fun, man
activity the example Punta Cana Dominican Republic
These are four and five star resorts
Nothing give any kind of pitch, but it's fun okay, Punta Cana Dominican Republic form five star resorts at those two three-star
prices
super cheap prices really good
offer about
$200 or less
Okay, and that's for like I think
Three-day three three nine three days something like that whatever that is
But you just have to pay for the air flight to get there. Have a good time. I've been there
That's a blast out there. So anyway. Let's go back over to here. So that's working
We know that's working so you can take that URL put it in like clickfunnels
Choose Vimeo or you can choose custom embed that's another way so you can look at so
I know there's some this is embed. This is code, so I can actually find the embed
Completed embed right here. I frame so this right here
grab the iframe piece of it and
And I can actually stop at the end of the iframe here grab this code, and that's the custom in bed
So I can actually put that in and it'll work the same and clickfunnels for me
Maybe leadpages for you
And so that's these are some methods for you to grab any video you want now to that you're looking at that
You'd like and also to go ahead and snatch up some decent YouTube videos that you want to use
For your own marketing efforts or whatever it is for your business. You know some of these could be for me
I like to you know some of these things with our team now the members that are doing videos
They work. Well for social proof people that are getting results and achieving success
So all right, so let me see if there's anything I missed. I just want to share okay
You have a way to look at video by right-clicking in on the page looking at the view page source
going down through it and finding the actual URL for the video such as this Vimeo or
also, the full embed code in this case beginning with the iframe and ending with the iframe and
Also free software which is a DVD video soft
And just choose free or you can use some a tool such as screencast-o-matic
and there's other ones out there just for creating videos and then putting them onto YouTube and maintaining a repository whatever a
Lot of ways to do do things out here, but these are just a few that I've been using it work well
You know and don't the only thing I'm paying for screencast-o-matic and you can grab anything you want at any time
Alright, I hope this was helpful
Please feel free like I said subscribe to my channel you can check out some videos like leave some comments

How To Drill Tile | My Ways - Duration: 8:38.Hello.
Today I will show you how to drill a tile.
Although tile is a fairly fragile thing, but having a few special tools you can easily
work with the tile yourself.
Of course, you must protect your eyes with glasses from getting sharp and small pieces
of tile.
So I have a light drill with a capacity of about 500 watts, special feather drills with
a hard tip and a diamond cutter.
I'll show you how you can work with this tool.

InDesign How-To: Insert Photos and Images (Video Tutorial) - Duration: 5:03.Hi, I'm Erica Gamet with InDesign Secrets. In this video, I'm going to show you how
to place an image into your InDesign document. When you place anything into
InDesign you use the same command and that's the Place command. It's up here, under the
File menu, under Place. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts Command- or
Control-D. I'll click Place and it brings up the Place dialog box. You can navigate to
wherever your images are sitting. A couple of options I want to look at
before we import anything is down at the bottom, we have a Replace Selected Item
already selected. I want to deselect that because what
that does is, it will put the image that we choose into whatever we have selected
on our page. And if you're like me, you may have forgotten you've got something
selected on another page. Also, we can click Show Import Options. Selecting this
option will bring up a second dialog box where we get to choose options. Now we
won't have many available to us in this case, but depending on what you're
importing, you may want to have that turned on. So I've selected that. I'm
going to go ahead and just select an image…and click Open. And because we have those
options selected, it came up with a second dialog box, and as you can see
most of my options are grayed out. I'm gonna leave everything as is and
just click OK. Now we have our loaded place cursor. And this is just the image
ready to be placed. We have a couple different options for actually placing
this image onto our document. I can simply just click and let it place the
image to size on my page. And as I can see, that runs off the right and the
bottom of my page. I can't even see the edges of the photo, so that's probably
not the best option. I'm gonna undo that— Command- or Control-Z—and get back to my
loaded place cursor. A better option is to click and drag while holding down the
mouse button…and it will drag out a frame to the size that it needs. It will
also maintain the orientation and the proportions of your original image. When
you've got it to size, simply let go and the image is placed inside that frame.
I'm going to take another step backwards (Command- or Control-Z to undo) and get back to
my loaded place cursor. Because sometimes you want a frame that's a different
orientation than your original image. To do that, I need to use the Shift key. I'm
going to click and start to drag and then hit the Shift key and
now I can play with the proportions of that frame that I'm drawing out. When I
have the size I want in the shape I want, I'm going to just let go of the mouse key.
I'm still holding down the Shift key while I'm doing this at the moment. As
you can see, the frame is the size I wanted it to be but the image doesn't
fill up the frame like I had hoped. A quick fix for this is to go up to the
Object menu, down to the Fitting menu, and choose Fill Frame Proportionally. Now the
image completely fills the frame that I created. From here you'll probably have
to make more adjustments to the image and the frame, but we'll cover that in
more detail in a future video. Now when you go to place your image you may
already have a frame on your page and have it selected and you want the image
to go directly into that. With that image selected we're going to go back to the
Place menu (File > Place), choose that same image…but we're going to make sure that
we click Replace Selected Item. I'm also going to turn off Show Import Options. If
this is de-selected, it will automatically use the options you chose last time. So
I'm going to de-select that and click Open, and it automatically dropped that
image into that particular frame. I'm going to step backwards again, hit Undo,
Command- or Control-Z, and hit Escape so I get my loaded place cursor gone. I just
want to go back to the point where I had this frame selected. I have it selected.
Go up to the File menu, choose Place and maybe we have that Replace Selected Item
turned off. Because again, that's a good safety feature to not have that on. So I
have that off, select my image, and start to place it and I realized I really did
want to put that image inside that frame. It's no big deal.
I can just roll over that image—and it's really hard to see, I know—but when you
do that, the little brackets around that place cursor icon become these rounded
brackets. And when I do that, it says, "Oh, you must want to put that image inside
that frame." So simply roll over it and click and the image goes inside that
frame. And lastly let's say you already have an empty frame and you don't intend
to put that image inside there. We do the same Place command (File > Place)…I'm gonna
choose that same image and click Open. And we drag it out and we think that's
good. Then we realize we really wanted it inside this existing frame.
I can do that as well without having to replace it. I just need to select the
image that I've placed, copy it (Command- or Control-C) or I can cut it (Command- or
Control-X), select the empty frame, go up under the Edit menu, and choose Paste
Into. Now that image is sitting inside that frame.
Well I certainly hope you found this tip helpful. Be sure to check out

How To Get Over A Mental Block For Snowboarding - Duration: 2:34.Having a mental block is tough and it happens to the best of us. A mental
block in snowboarding is when our brain and body have trouble overcoming the
performance of a trick causing us to freeze up mid feature or not try it at
all. Knowing how to train your brain and being able to overcome these fears will be a
huge step in the progression of your snowboarding. When feeling nervous or
unsure about trying a new trick, practice visualizing every step and motion you'll
be going through before stomping your landing. You should be able to visualize
yourself practicing from your own point of view, as if you're actually
snowboarding. This involves picturing the approach to the feature, the
initiation, the landing and riding away clean. While you are visualizing every
motion of the trick, talk yourself through the mechanics, either in your
head or out loud. This could be something like "Turn your shoulders, now bend your
knees, now pop off the rail with both feet!"
Sometimes counting out loud can also help to ease the nerves and help with the
flow and visualization of the trick. Committing to the trick and feature is
the most important factor in order to get over a mental block. After you can
visualize every motion of the trick you need to be able to mentally commit to it,
start to finish. Sometimes in the middle of a trick you may get scared, freeze and
end up falling. Committing means that even though you may get nervous when
you're in the middle, of say a rail, you continue to visualize the landing and
follow through with the steps. This is why visualizing the trick properly
before, will become handy and make committing feel natural. Tell yourself
positive things about yourself and your snowboarding. Tell yourself that you
actually can do this trick and that you have the skills and talent to land it. It
will help you get stoked about trying something new and will give you self
reassurance and confidence. This is a great way to turn the nerves into
positive energy. When having a mental block, it also helps have a friend give
you encouragement and also a safety net to know that you're not alone. A mental
block can also be caused by nerves of people watching you. Do not be
embarrassed or nervous that you're gonna fall, you're a badass just for trying any
trick in the park in the first place and everyone knows that! Falling is gonna
happen especially when learning something new. Know that falling is
normal and happens to everyone. Every time you fall you will learn something
new and know what not to do next time. Repetition and practice is the only way
to progress in snowboarding and falling
is a part of that. When trying to overcome a
mental block remember to visualize, commit and be
confident in your ability to stomp the trick. I'm Natalie Sagar from Snowboard
Addiction and our goal is to improve your riding!
