Hey everybody. Rene here from O'Reilly Auto Parts to

show you how to adjust the rear view and side view mirror's on your car truck or

SUV. Those mirrors are pretty important, they're the best way to know what's

happening behind you in traffic. Some vehicles will have motorized adjusters

for your side view mirrors and some will have manual toggles you can use to get

them just right. Depending on your vehicle the use of these controls will

vary slightly. You'll find instructions for operation in your owners manual so

let's assume you've taken a look at those instructions so we can focus on

the important things, when and how they should be adjusted. First of all, always

adjust your mirrors before you start driving. Trying to do it while you're

already on the road is putting you and other drivers at risk. Which leads us to

how. You want to adjust the three mirrors in a way that minimizes your blind spots.

So before you do anything try to position yourself in the driver's seat

the way you would be positioned if you are actually driving. Then manually

adjust the rearview mirror on your windshield so that it's showing you as

much of the back window as possible. Now adjust the driver side mirror until you

can see the road or driveway behind you at the bottom of the mirror, and the side

of the vehicle is barely visible on the right-hand side of the mirror. Having

your vehicle at the edge of the reflection will give you a steady point

of reference for what you're seeing in the mirror relative to your vehicle. The

passenger side mirror typically allows you to see a little more than the

driver's side mirror does, which is why objects are closer than they appear. So

adjust it until the back bumper or lower corner of your vehicle is in the bottom

left-hand corner of the mirror. And that's it. If you start driving and find

that any minor adjustments are needed wait until you've stopped for a moment

Hello dear friends , Today we are going to discuss about how we can avoid Baldness.

For sure , I know everyone wish to have more hair and no body like Baldness.

So here is the solution for you.

Take 1 Onion or half of a big onion as in my video.

Cut this onion into slices so that we can grind this on a small mixi grinder.

Fill the jar without water content.

After you grinded the onion well, we have to take its juice out of the onion paste.

You can use your own method to take it out.

Here Look at my method.

I am using a towel and move all the paste into this towel from jar.

After this I am covering the towel and squeezing it well to get the complete onion juice out

of it.

To this onion juice , you can add olive oil for better result.

Mix well with olive oil and you should apply this solution to beginning of your scalps.

If the smell of this solution is irritating , you can add lemon juice to this solution.

It will reduce the smell of onion.

Do it daily or 4 times in a week for at least one hour.

How To Stop Automatic Updates On Windows 10 Manually Install Updates On Windows 10 - Duration: 3:57.

Windows 10 updates is a most annoying thing in Windows 10.

It strikes when its users have to do something very important and urgent.

If your PC has low-end system resources or You use a slow internet connection and you

need to do updates then Forget to use both of things for a whole day or even more.

Windows 10 doesn't let its users breathe a sigh of relief until It completes all updates.

It downloads all updates at once, then installs and frequent restarts.

Apparently, You have no control over turning off or stoping ongoing updates until you dig

into registry editor or other complicated things.

Updates are as important as having installed an antivirus.

If you don't update, Your PC will become slow, unresponsive and an easy target for hackers.

I have also gone through the same situation and Fortunately, I've found a workaround to

overcome this problem.

I don't know you will like it or not but It works great for me.

I can get updates when I want without disabling updates.

Metered connection is a very useful feature in Windows 10 for those Who use limited data

internet connection.

We can take advantage of Metered connection feature.

The thing is When you make your internet metered Windows 10 stops downloading updates.

As far as updates are concerned, We can use a third party Windows update software to get

Windows 10 updates When you have free time.

I would like to recommend to use Windows Update Minitool.

It's a free and easy to use piece of software and works great.

Let's start off with making internet connection metered.

From taskbar, Right click on Wifi or ethernet.

Click Open network internet settings.

After this, Click change connection properties.

Scroll down the page until you find metered connection.

Turn on metered connection.

As you can see Windows 10 has stoped downloading updates.

You may now use Windows Update Minitool or anyother third party Windows update programs.

Download Windows Update Minitool and extract using WinRar, 7Zip or any other program.

This is a portable software you don't need to install it.

I have a 64bit PC and I will open 64bit.

Right click and run it as administrator.

Click round arrow to search for updates.

it may take awhile please be patient.

Search will bring back with available updates.

You have full control over which update to install and which to skip for other time.

At the right side, You have 3 options.

Download only, no install, the next option first downloads and then installs selected

updates.

You have an option to copy download link to clipboard.

I'm going to install an update for demonstration purposes.

You may be asked for restart after install updates.

when I am doing sessions with clients they may ask me to check their child or

family members energy I have noticed that children diagnosed with Down's

syndrome autism and ADHD are in higher dimensions than the rest of the family

they are above the fifth dimension this makes them extremely sensitive to energy

their senses are also hide into sounds lights and smells this can be really

hard to handle as a child because they have no idea what is wrong with them I

was like this as a child my family had no understanding of this I

was told I was too sensitive dramatic and emotional at 14 I was diagnosed as

bipolar hospitalized and medicated over the next 20 years I was on a lot of

different psych meds and some had very bad side effects

I was a zombie on some meds and other meds would actually make me manic when I

was in my early 40s I found energy medicine and quit my meds after a few

months as it turned out I was never bipolar I was sensitive to energy and

didn't know it I have since learned to control energy much better and no a mood

swing is just energy passing through I have learned to wait it out until the

energy changes again psychiatrists will keep prescribing different medicines for

your child I was always told I would have to take bipolar meds for the rest

of my life that it is no different than taking insulin for diabetes

of course these meds can be very expensive and taking them the rest of

your life makes a lot of money for doctors and drug companies there is

never any hope of stopping this medication because there is no cure it

is a life sentence put on you at a young age there are many members of my family

who are sensitive to energy about half my family is on psych meds my

siblings are on meds I am always hearing one of them is on a

new psych med and everyone hopes this one works

it never does because you can't take medicine for what the problem is they

are sensitive to energy shifts and changes in energy your high-dimensional

child is in a dimension that people spend their lives trying to achieve

those people consciously tried to achieve that your child has no idea they

don't know what is going on or what is happening to them this is scary for them

and very hard on their family being high-dimensional

also means you are sensitive to celestial events full moons solar

eclipses solar flares and geomagnetic storms can affect them so how do we as

family members in the spiritual community help these children since they

are mostly residing in a higher dimension the first thing is to help

them stay grounded there are many ways to ground meditation and imagining roots

from the root chakra going down to the center of the earth

there are grounding foods these would be dense foods food is energy calories are

measured by units of energy meat potatoes carrots root vegetables and

dairy are examples of grounding foods this is why at Thanksgiving people pass

out afterwards and take naps heavy meals full of dense foods ground you crystals

can help you ground Black Tourmaline obsidian and jet are a few any dark red

or black crystals are good for grounding there are also grounding nets you can

purchase I found several on Amazon some even come as sheets or chair covers

earthing is a popular brand weighted blankets may help when the energy

becomes too much and your child needs a break

there are several on Amazon the rule of thumb for a child is to buy a blanket

that is 10 percent of their body weight plus one or two pounds for adults 10

percent of their body weight is recommended weighted blankets can help

with anxiety agitation stress and sensory processing I was able to quit my

bipolar medications through mediation grounding and energy healing sessions I

learned to control the energy not completely all the time but much better

I sometimes have a hard time but I now know how to deal with it I know it will

pass I am just picking up on energy and can wait it out I have tools such as

mediation and grounding to help me get through it until it passes I know I can

eat a heavy meal and rest I also can keep my chakras balanced and clear so

this energy passes quicker any energy blockages make it much harder I also am

prepared for full moons and solar flares affecting me and can cope better the

difference is I have knowledge of what is happening to me and this makes it so

much easier not knowing was very hard I always

believed something is wrong with me and always would be now I know differently I

change our dog or our cat's diet they might have developed a condition such as

kidney disease and you want to start feeding a specific prescription

switch them from a dog maintenance diet to a senior diet from a kitten diet to

an adult diet you might have realized that they're overweight and you want to

change them to a diet that's better to help them lose that weight and become

much healthier or you might just want to change and feed them something that you

whatever the reason these next tips will help you transition and change onto a

new diet for your dog or cat so to start with all diets differ in how much we

should feed them and so we need to work out how much you should feed of your new

diet so the first starting point for this is

going to be the packaging material so they generally have a list and a

recommendation of amount to feed depending on what the weight of your dog

or cat is so while this is a good starting point I do feel that they often

overestimate the amount that needs to be fed and especially if your pet is

overweight then you will need to reduce that a little bit now I just have a very

then that will help you work out what your pets ideal weight is and how much

you should feed them of any diet whichever one you choose to feed so once

we've worked out how much we need to be feeding the next step is to gradually

transition them over a period of 7 to 14 days although if you've got a fussy

eater then you know potentially taking a little bit longer maybe 3 to 4 weeks

would be a good idea and what we do is we slowly increase the amount of the new

diet that's being fed while at the same time reducing the amount of the old diet

so for the first few days we might want to feed 1/4 of the new diet mixed

with 3/4 of the old diet make sure that that's all mixed in and that will

mean that you're cat probably won't even notice that they're eating anything

different as time goes on then we just slowly increase that proportion so maybe

after a week we start feeding 50/50 so half of the new diet half of the old

diet so that by the time we reach our end points us let's say two weeks then

100% of what we're feeding is the new diet so changing a diet this way just

makes it very likely that your pet probably won't even notice the

difference in what they're being fed so another way that can help change your

pets diet is to actually start feeding the new diet as treats now obviously

this will only really worked if you're feeding a biscuit based diet but what

you can do is when you're out some walks when you're playing is just have a

handful of biscuits handy and give them as treats so that way your dog will

associate them with with really having fun and with a good time and it's more

likely to then eat them when you put them in their bowl if you do this

alongside that transition then the chances are that if your pets not fussy

and not got any other problems than they will transition to that new diet without

a problem so if at the end of the transition period your dog or cat is

just not eating their new diet then it might be time to change onto a different

diet of a similar make similar brand or with a similar purpose we all have our

personal preferences and what foods we like to eat and our dogs and cats can

sometimes be the same although the vast majority will eat what you want them to

if we just take things nice and slowly so if you've got a particularly fussy

dog or cat and you really do struggle to get them to be anything different then

out if you really think that your dog or your cat will struggle to change diet so

I hope that's given you a few ideas and will help you transition diet smoothly

doing that smooth transition also means you're highly unlikely to get any tummy

How to Lower Uric Acid Naturally

High levels of uric acid in the blood, also called hyperuricemia, can result from either

increased production of uric acid in the body or decreased excretion of it through the kidneys.

It can further lead to problems like gouty arthritis, kidney stones and renal failure.

Factors that can contribute to a high uric acid level include a diet high in purines

(purines are broken down into uric acid), excess alcohol consumption, renal insufficiency,

obesity, underactive thyroid, genetics, diabetes, acidosis, and certain other diseases.

There are some tips and natural remedies that can help reduce and control uric acid levels.

1.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Being a natural cleanser and detoxifier, apple cider vinegar can help remove wastes like

uric acid from the body.

It contains malic acid that helps break down and eliminate uric acid.

Add one teaspoon of raw, organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar to a glass of water.

Drink this solution two or three times a day.

You can gradually increase the amount of apple cider vinegar up to two tablespoons per glass

of water and continue this remedy until your uric acid levels come down.

Lemon Juice

Though it may seem that lemon juice will make the body more acidic, in actuality, it produces

an alkaline effect and helps neutralize uric acid.

Plus, its vitamin C content also helps lower uric acid levels.

Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a glass of warm water.

Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.

Continue for at least a few weeks.

3.

Cherries

Cherries and dark berries contain chemicals that help reduce uric acid levels.

Eat one-half cup of cherries daily for a few weeks.

You can also drink one or two cups of tart cherry juice for about four weeks.

For even better results, add blueberries, strawberries, tomatoes and bell peppers to

your diet.

Baking Soda

Baking soda, is highly beneficial for lowering uric acid levels and reducing gout pain.

It helps maintain the natural alkaline balance in the body and makes the uric acid more soluble

and easier to flush out of the kidneys.

Mix one-half teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water.

Drink up to four glasses of this daily for two weeks.

You can drink it every two to four hours.

Do not take this remedy on a regular basis.

Also, do not take this remedy if you suffer from high blood pressure.

People age 60 or older should not drink more than 3 glasses per day.

Olive Oil

Most vegetable oils turn into rancid fats when heated or processed.

The rancid fats destroy the vital vitamin E in the body, which is essential for controlling

uric acid levels.

Opt for cold-pressed olive oil rather than using vegetable oil or butter.

Olive oil contains monounsaturated fats, vitamin E and antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory

benefits.

6.

Water

Drinking plenty of water helps optimize uric acid filtering.

It helps dilute the uric acid and stimulates the kidneys to eliminate excess amounts from

the body through urine.

Drinking adequate water regularly can reduce the risk of recurrent gout attacks.

Drink at least eight to 10 glasses of water throughout the day.

Also, include more fluids and fresh, water-rich fruits like watermelons, strawberries and

tomatoes, and vegetables like cucumber, lettuce and celery in your diet.

alright guys so today's question

okay you know what

I'm gonna be honest this absolutely vexes me it does this is this is quite

easily within my top 5 of absolute vexers because like what did you think

was gonna happen here you know you you bowl around with this whole kind of

results first niceties later approach and and and what people are gonna be

like you know what what a fucking legend that guy is in fact you know what I'm

calling it hero that's what he is to me he's a fucking hero never gonna

happen ever in a million years you know and and this is an example for for all

managers who are approaching things in a similar way and it's not just this

particular behaviour right it's any behaviour of this nature right I used to

have a boss long long time ago and you know what day today he was alright wasn't

brilliant wasn't wasn't inspirational but what used to really get on

everybody's nerves is you'd go to him you'd say look I've got this problem can

you help me out sure no no worries you do this you do that and you're golden

and you'd be like you know what thanks mate I really appreciate it and he'd be

like just just wait there one minute just as an FYI I'm not your mate

I'm your boss and you'd be like do you know what whatever and and and this is what

I'm talking about right it's it's it's that kind of behaviour that just pisses

people off it just it just does because it's completely unnecessary and you know

you can't Bowl around doing those sorts of things and then expect people to want

to work for you to want to get those results

you just can't end of story in terms of moving forward I'm going to let you into

a little secret right when you're when you're managing people you actually have

to give a shit about them right sounds silly I know right crazy yeah who thinks

of this stuff but look it's kind of fundamental because listen as as you are

now finding out without them you ain't shit they are the foundation to your

success and what you need to understand is that when you took over that role you

you didn't just become responsible for the results you became responsible for

the people and so if you really do want to move things forward you need to start

investing time in them you need to start putting their needs above your own you

need to start communicating better and more probably right rather than just

talking to them when you want something and if that was me I would be taking

that feedback very seriously right I wouldn't just shrug it off and...

no they don't know what they're talking about they're not a manager you know I wouldn't be

taking that approach because it's it's just circles isn't it you're just the

same same thing you just go round in the same old circle so I would be taking

that in and in fact I'd go the extra mile and I would even go and speak to

them about it and I'd try and understand you know where that feedback is is is

coming from and what they feel I could do to improve

things and look you're not going to change things overnight right perceptions are

incredibly difficult to to shift once they're once they're set and look you

know what it could be that you do go through all of this what we've

discussed you know investing time putting their needs above yours

communicating etc and you just think you know what this is too much work

and you know if you reach that stage then that's absolutely fine right you

know it doesn't make you a failure it just means that you have established

that actually that's not what you want to do right or that's not where your

strengths lie and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that because it could

be that you are you know better or would be better in a results-driven

environment right where you don't have to manage people you just have to get those

numbers in or bang them out whichever one right so that could be the case and

if you establish that through this process then you know brilliant that's

good for you because then what that means is is that you can start focusing

on what you know or where your strengths lie rather than focusing on on this of

trying to be a manager trying to be a leader when it really doesn't when it

really doesn't suit you but listen in terms of next steps it really is about

investing time in your people now right understanding them what drives them what

motivates them what do they want to see from you as their manager and potential

leader look at the feedback as well and once you've kind of gathered all of that

information the next big thing for you is to start taking action and look I

can't guarantee the results obviously but I think if you are doing things

right next kind of 2 to 3 months you'll begin to see an improvement within the

team and talking long-term if you continue to go down that that path you

won't have to worry about the results because they will naturally follow as a

result of your team being much more motivated and much more happy all right

So starting something is literally just as simple as starting it

But we like to complicate

there are entire 300 page books with 20 chapters

just on how to start.

Let's do a focus meditation for one step at a time.

Good morning guys, it's 6:30 AM here.

A beautiful wednesday in Medellín.

I'll be honest guys, I'm exhausted.

Last night I hung out with friends

for the first time since the documentary.

So, first time first time since September.

First time that I'm actually hanged out with other humans

that weren't my videographers or my salsa teacher.

But, whenever I go out, even though I didn't have any alcohol,

I didn't even have water just to try not wake up to have to pee the middle of the night,

I still just got a really crappy night of sleep.

5:30 this morning, about 5:45 this morning,

I was kind of rolling around and I thought to myself, I could try sleeping more, but

what I'm going to do is just wake, have my coffee,

I'm going to kick some ass,

I'm gonna feel tired.

When I do feel tired, I'm just going to take a nap.

And then I'll wake up, and then I'm going to kick more ass.

Sleep is definitely not one of the things I'm good at,

I really struggle getting good quality sleep.

For many, many years, I've tried many different things.

Right now, I'm taking a product called Yin Reserve with Reishi mushroom

a couple hours before I go to sleep.

I'm also eating a little bit of almond butter before I go to sleep

which has Tryptophan, which is that thing that you hear about that turkey has,

which is why everyone falls asleep after their big Thanksgiving dinner.

I think right now I'm having trouble sleeping just because I'm just excited.

And there's so much going on my mind is just.

I'm meditating even more, I'm meditating 3 times a day now.

Yeah, my mind is just ..ugh...

It's really hard to just get it to stop.

Anyway, I'm gonna work for a little bit,

I'm going to get my juices flowing, so to speak,

and today we're gonna talk about

just getting started.

But let me collect my thoughts first, because I'm still kind of scatterbrained and

I'm trying to wake up.

Alright guys, so let's get into it:

How to get started.

So we'll also talk a little bit about how not to stop but, one step at a time.

So this is something that I've thought about, and really really studied for many, many years.

But, as you guys know, I spend a lot of time alone,

And I've never really verbalized any of this, and I'm also not the best speaker.

So, I'm gonna do my best here, and please bear with me.

First, let me start by saying that as a whole the Western civilization,

we love to complicate things,

and we love to complicate things because that gets us justification for why we suck at those things.

Specifically, in this case, like, why we suck at starting things.

So starting something is literally just as simple as starting it

But we like to complicate

I think that there are entire 300 page books with 20 chapters

just on how to start.

And the main reason for that is that we live in capitalistic societies,

and unfortunately, the more confused you are,

the more you think that things are outside of your control,

the better you are at just being a consumer,

and capitalism is designed to create consumers.

There's no money in having control over yourself.

So, the first thing you need to do is realize that it's probably not as hard as you're making it out to be.

And that needs to be your mindset, and it's the truth,

and I'll show you why in a second when we impact that.

So, historically, I suck at starting things.

My main issue was that I was always a perfectionist,

and admittedly, I'm still like a little bit of a perfectionist,

but nothing that keeps me from ever starting anything.

So, my form of procrastinating, not starting, was basically just waiting for the conditions to be perfect.

And I think that's what most people struggle with.

And I would literally repeat this exact same pattern in everything,

like gym, diet,

I remember, for years, what I would always do is

I would eat a bunch of crap on the weekends,

and then I would always tell myself that I'm gonna get serious about things on monday,

and then monday would roll around and I would just make up some other excuse

and that's how I got fat

So ultimately what happened was I actually developed a habit of not being able to start things,

telling myself lies and really believing them.

And every single time it was, okay,

"This time is gonna be different",

And it never was different because I just never went any deeper.

And another huge part of that equation, I think,

was that I was tremendously afraid of failure.

So, if you don't start something you can't fail at it.

I think that's an issue that most people have as well

I just thought the failure was this horrible bad thing that had to be avoided at all costs.

So, after my epiphany,

what happened is that I started taking a lot more risks,

and risk is risk of failure.

And I failed a lot.

And at first it was it was really painful.

But then I came to link two very positive things in my head.

First was that after every failure I had 2 options, right,

I could sit there and sulk, which I did a lot,

or I could learn from my mistake and take action.

Over time, I came to realize that whenever I failed and I sulked,

nothing happened, and whenever I took immediate and powerful action,

I always came back stronger than the moment before I failed, every single time.

So, I came to understand the significance of the the Phoenix Rising.

That's why a phoenix is it's actually one of my tattoos.

As humans, we don't improve linearly,

like we have to destroy ourselves repeatedly,

to understand our limits and how to move past them.

So, I learned to connect taking massive action

after failure as an extreme positive,

as a key to growth.

And after you fail a thousand times,

after I failed a thousand times, I came to learn that failure is literally the

most powerful way to learn.

It's better than any book, any teacher, any lecture,

failure, repeated failure, the more frequently I was failing

the more I came to understand that I was doing the things that were helping me to grow as a person

I actually began to seek failure,

I began to seek discomfort,

And I developed a very positive association with those things.

Not that I would literally start a project and try to fail,

but I would give everything that I had without restriction,

without holding back.

So fast-forward to now, and when I think something is a good idea,

I start immediately.

I don't wait for Monday morning.

I don't wait for New Year's

I don't wait for the perfect condition because, really, it is always the perfect condition.

But ,seriously, last year I had the idea to do a youtube series,

And literally within a day I had two videographers,

I put a bunch of equipment,

I hired a production assistant,

and within one week we were traveling to places, and

recording for this Colombia travel/lifestyle series.

I mentioned this specifically because it ended up being a huge failure.

The scope of the series was way too broad,

I spent tons of money, and time, and energy,

and my core business, Agent Fire, really, really suffered

I thought I knew it all,

and then the floor fell out, my business suffered,

it took me a full year, it took me pretty much all of 2017 to actually recover.

Moral of the story is that I destroyed myself,

and then I was reborn.

I was sulking and it took me a while to get out of that funk,

but then I took action, massive powerful action.

So in November of 2017, towards the end of the year,

I started having the idea to do a documentary,

where I took massive action in three important areas in my life.

And I didn't wait.

I had the idea to do the documentary and, within 24 hours,

I had most the ideas planned out,

I had a videographer again, and within a week,

I was filming this documentary.

And there were challenges, there were lots of them, and I failed in a lot of ways.

But, overall, the documentary was a tremendous success as far as experience.

And I can't wait to actually put it all together for you guys to hopefully see it.

But my business, my spirituality and my expressive abilities,

they all thrived like never before,

and none of this would have happened had it not been for the massive

failure of the youtube series a year prior.

Because I failed that youtube series, but I learned.

And I learned why it failed,

and the reason that failed was because I was doing something that was pulling me away from my nest egg,

my core business, my core focus.

With this vlog, my business is a primary focus,

many of these episodes focus on things that I'm doing

and my ability to grow my business at an exponential rate.

I can't stress enough, like, that is how you grow.

Growing is not a linear thing,

It is taking a risk, failing, taking massive action, and coming back a little bit stronger

So guys the key to getting started is just to,

at first, it takes some time to really reflect on

why you are having so much trouble getting started in the first place,

and not the superficial symptomatic bullshit.

Sit in a chair for hours, alone, without a TV, without a cell phone,

and really ask yourself, be honest with yourself, about why you're having so much trouble getting started.

Maybe take a few days, or weeks, or months to figure it out.

But then once you do figure it out, once you have some sort of idea,

don't wait, just start. Just fucking start.

You don't need to read a 300 page book,

I promise you, you don't need to watch Oprah.

Just start. You will fail and you will have challenges,

but the important thing is that you start.

And just start, and everything else will fall into place.

Anyway. I'm gonna get back to work

Gym time.

They write that on all the cups.

Anyway, today is definitely a double coffee kind of day.

I don't like to drink more than one cup of coffee a day,

but my options are go to the gym exhausted or

drink two cups of coffee, so...

I think I've made my decision.

Gym is another thing I always used to have a ton of trouble starting.

When I finally did get around to starting and I would stop,

and I had trouble starting because I was self-conscious about my body,

I was self-conscious that other people go to the gym,

people they were actually like really in shape,

they'll be like looking at me, when really nobody gives a fuck.

Everyone's just kind of doing their own thing.

Well, I was hyper self-conscious of that, and

Yeah, finally. I just stopped doing that one day.

I don't remember exactly the process for that.

But I can tell you that I stopped.

I started and stopped the gym probably like 20 times

for the first 10 years that I was working out.

And then every time I would stop,

I was basically always waiting for the the perfect conditions to just start.

I was always just procrastinating it and again just fear of,

You know, really subconsciously

I didn't want to start again because I was afraid that I would stop, I was afraid that I would fail.

I was really really stupid.

But, again, this is stuff, for me personally, that had to happen,

and it had to happen that many times for me to finally get it.

Hey guys, I'm in a lot of pain.

I feel like throwing up, got a headache, but

kind of happy because, look at this delicious Ketogenic meal.

Ok, so, just to give you guys a quick macro rundown,

we got a 100 grams of avocado, two eggs, 50 grams of 70/30 beef,

and 25 grams of almond cheese.

Let's give this a taste, see see how this turned out.

And threw some mustard in here.

It's such an insignificant amount. This is sugar-free mustard, so we're just not going to count it.

There are a million different ways to make eggs and

pretty much all of them are tasty.

Anyway, I'm gonna eat this and I'll see you guys in the next scene.

I love when these packages arrive

I never have any idea what's inside of them.

I'm a huge advocate of MCT oil, and this is C8 MCT oil.

So, I've been hearing a lot of good stuff about this.

This is actually an even more refined version of MCT oil, which is already a refined version of coconut oil.

This is red reishi mushroom.

I've been using this before I go to sleep. It's been helping a little bit.

I'm still having sleep issues,

so it's supposed to relax you,

so I usually mix it in with a tea or with some magnesium stuff before I go to bed

This is a chef's hat.

I got a little outfit for Luz.

Chlorophyll concentrate,

I've been hearing a lot of amazing stuff about this as well, and as a workout supplement, so,

let's give this a shot for the next couple of weeks, and see how that works.

I'm a huge fan of ghee.

Okay, I love cooking with it and that's what I throw into my, in addition to MCT oil.

That's the other half of what I throw into my bulletproof coffee in the mornings,

and so, I found this ghee online, and it's a little expensive.

it's 40 bucks a bottle.

It's called Eat good fat.

This is a Four Sigmatic coffee.

Truthfully, I'm not a huge fan of this.

But, it has less caffeine than regular coffee, and sometimes I need coffee in the afternoon

I don't want to drink a regular coffee because that'll affect my sleep.

These are Fat Snacks Cookies, so I have been wanting to try these out.

I had a friend recommend these to me.

These are basically keto friendly cookies.

Ghee.

I wanted to get two because I go through this stuff pretty quickly.

It's a new mouse.

So this is another Gorillapod from Joby.

We already have got two of these,

but they they look a lot bigger in the photos so the ones that we got,

they're just too small.

The camera that we're using right now, especially with the microphone on top, and the lens connected to it,

It's heavy.

Anyway, that's it for this episode's package time.

Just another Nelson food creation.

This is a hundred grams of cabbage,

Sauteed with a tablespoon of coconut oil, that is 30 grams of almond butter,

this is a hundred grams of 70/30 beef with two medium sized eggs

And this is mustard with ketchup.

The ketchup is like a calorie free, sugar free, ketchup,

and the mustard is what I bought this morning, which has

I'm not even going to count it in the macros, but it's like 20 calories, okay

Yep, healthy. It is sugar-free.

The Salsa was another thing that was,

it was a little hard for me to start, but at this point, I got to Colombia about four years ago and

I was already at that point where I was getting really, really good at just being able to start things.

Again, starting, especially anything that it's skill-based

means you have to basically start from zero and that's the hardest part is just getting past that.

But, like, once you start, when you get past that first class

I think the second class is easier, then the third class,

it's like your first day of work, so the first day is really scary,

you don't know anyone and then you start to know people,

and the second day is a little less scary,

and then you start to make friends, and then, you know, becomes like home.

Then even with Salsa, like we were doing just now, I basically I realized

Daniela showed me a guy named Jeremy, you guys will be formally introduced upon shortly,

And, I saw his style and I realized that this guy really understands energy.

Like, really, really understands energy and movement.

And so now, like immediately even though I was already advanced very far with what I was doing with Daniela,

I realized: I have got to learn from this guy.

And now here I am, like immediately, the second I saw that I knew,

I reached out this guy,

and now we're working together now.

I'm basically having to start again from zero.

I mean, not from zero, but all of the movements now, everything is different.

Everything I'm doing now is new.

But I know that this is the sort of stuff that, not only this is the way I want to do it,

but this is the sort of stuff, learning this is, once I get the basics down,

I'm going to be able to excel at a much, much faster rate than what I was doing previously, so...

Start. You start. Just start, Just start

Speaking of starting, I'm gonna start to eat the rest of this food, so I'm gonna go.

Honestly, this is my favorite video that I've made so far.

and it's really cool to give the thoughts, stuff that has just been inside of me for so long

DRAW A KITTY :P HOW TO DRAW KUNG FU KITTY - Duration: 9:01.

Hi, I'm James Brown and welcome to Pattern Designers.

I hope you're having a great day wherever you are in the world, whether you're in NYC,

whether you're in LA, whether you're in London, whether you're in Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong.

In this tutorial, I'm going to run you through how I draw a kitty in adobe illustrator.

How to draw kung fu kitty in adobe illustrator.

Okay, let's get started on drawing kung fu kitty in illustrator and open up illustrator,

create a new document, A4, landscape and create.

I'm just going to place in a sketch of kung fu kitty I did earlier.

Move it over to the center and lock in position.

With a brush, I'm just going to draw it freehand.

It's actually smoothing the line out so it's not got a super hand-drawn feel but ... which

is I want it a bit more of a hand-drawn feel.

But, let's just get it all drawn and I'll talk about that later.

We'll draw the mouth and then do some whiskers.

I'm just trying not to go over the bandana with the whiskers.

I didn't want to have a black and white line to show the whiskers.

Then, let's just get these eyes done.

We're nearly set, nearly done.

I'm just going to unlock the drawing and move it across.

It's not too bad.

Then, just going to

make that black and fill these white and just make his bandana black.

I'm just going to try surround these lines and then fill it in with black to save a bit

of time.

Going to do the same with this and make the lines work for the little creases in the bandana.

Just make them white.

Make the inside of this black.

Send to back and then make the inside of this black and send to back.

And just make that inside of that black as well but send them to front, so those white

lines go behind.

Then you have this kung fu kitty.

I'm just going to move his nose over slowly to see if I can make him smile a bit more.

There you go.

So he's a bit cheekier.

Just going to make his ears a bit sharp, a bit higher.

I think that's good.

I'm just going to tilt it so it's not on so much of an angle.

I like that.

Next, I'm going to just check out some brushes.

Go to open library.

Just try that vector hero pack.

It's too lumpy.

Let's have a look.

Yeah, don't mind that.

I'm just going to have another look and see what other brushes I can use this time.

Sketch, try sketch and see what that does.

Yeah, let's have a look at these.

That vector tool kit, I'll just show you what it is.

It's called the vector brush toolkit and there's a bunch of different brushes that you can

use just for illustrator.

I'm just going try to look at these, see what these look like.

Not sure about that.

No, definitely not.

[inaudible 00:06:24] that wiggly stroke looking like.

It's [inaudible 00:06:33].

No, I don't like that.

That's not good.

Let's have a look.

There's vector hero, let's have a look.

This might be skinnier.

Think he's going to be just, yeah, simple like that.

That's the brush I'm going with.

Just, pull that side of the nose out so it's not so tilted.

So that this and bring it up so make his nose a little bit smaller and he's a bit cuter.

Just see what if I add a little bit more detail to the ears over there.

Maybe this just needs something like that.

Yeah, I think that's what it needs.

That's good but I'm just going to chop these, so it hasn't got the big point on it.

Yeah, I'm happy with that.

That's good.

That's kung fu kitty.

How To Drill Tile | My Ways - Duration: 8:38.

Hello.

Today I will show you how to drill a tile.

Although tile is a fairly fragile thing, but having a few special tools you can easily

work with the tile yourself.

Of course, you must protect your eyes with glasses from getting sharp and small pieces

of tile.

So I have a light drill with a capacity of about 500 watts, special feather drills with

a hard tip and a diamond cutter.

I'll show you how you can work with this tool.

How-To Make Sprouted Peanut Milk - Duration: 3:53.

I hope you enjoyed this recipe my sprouted peanut milk it's so easy to

make from just two ingredients but I know the most common question I'm

probably going to get is why not just blend a bit of peanut butter as it'll be

a lot easier to make and the reason I'm not doing this for this recipe is to

make it war and sprouted there are quite a lot of concerns about peanuts and the

mold that's present in them and I'm not sure if it's true or not but I do try to

sprout as many of my nuts and seeds as possible well virtually all of them I

treat peanut butter the stuff you buy the shops that isn't sprouted as an

occasional food rather than everyday food because I know if I buy a jar

peanut butter it will be on in 48 hours. I also like this milk as its raw and none of

the fats have been heated so they're all intact. You can if you like add some

sweetener or some vanilla but to be honest I like it of just the taste of

the peanuts and the water does taste a bit different to normal roasted peanuts

it doesn't have that roasted flavor it has more of a raw earthy flavor so I

think it's really nice and it goes quite well in porridge or I quite like making

some quinoa porridge with it in the morning so it's a really high protein

porridge with quinoa and sprouted peanut milk the fibre leftover from the peanuts

as you strain them you can mix some nutritional yeast a bit of coconut oil

some salt and some herb to be a bit for a pata a cheese it's not like my smoked

cashew cheese it doesn't slice really well but it's still quite nice to have

as a pate and you don't wasting the fiber then alternatively if you're

making a pie or a pizza base just pick put the peanut fiber in that and it adds

bulk and fiber to it and a bit of texture let me know what you think of
