Bi Wenjun

Zhu zhengting Fan cheng cheng Justin Ding zeren and Huang xinchin

Ok now that you guys are here say hi to everyone

Hi everyone we are Yuehua Next

Ok

Welcome welcome

I can only say, yesterday...actually

This is you guy's first public event since the last episode of Idol Producer right?

Each one of you flew back here from different places and caused a lot of excitement in the airport yesterday

And you can tell from today's event everyone is also very excited they're already searching us up on Weibo. As the leader what do you want to say to the fans?

We actually have always been very thankful for the fans for continuing supporting the 7 of us

even though it's been a very long time you guys are still here to support us we are very thankful and happy for that thank you

We're gonna give each of you time to introduce yourselves individually ok?

How do you guys want to do this?

Starting from Li quanze?

Hi everyone I am from Yuehua Entertainment Li quanzhe

Ok next

Hello to all the fans out there I am Bi wenjun

Hi everyone I am your fairy from the human world Zhu zhengting

Hi everyone I am from Yuehua entertainment Fan chengcheng

Hello everyone I am Justin Huang minghao

Ooh Justin ok next person

Hi everyone I am from Yuehua entertainment Ding zeren

Ok last one

Hi everyone I am from Yuehua entertainment Huang xinchun

Welcome everyone

Right here we have to remind the fans that this is live and there are a lot of cameras in the back so please do not stand up due to excitement thank you everyone

Ok so we left off talking about this being the first live event since Idol Producer

Some of you may feel like this is really empty and boring like what exactly are we looking at

So how about this tell us something really interesting that has happened or something that we can gossip about

Fan chengcheng? Why don't you go first

Why did you guys laugh?

Uh something interesting? Actually there are a lot interesting things that has happened

Maybe recently...

Let me think

Just recently the three of us went to America to train and we bumped into a lot of weird stuff that has happened there

A lot of stuff that we've never seen before back home

For example? Maybe tell us one or two things

Zhu zhengting's smile makes me want to hand him a microphone how about you tell us something

Me?

Yes it felt like your smile was full of stories

It's nothing really. Back when the three of us were in America we would usually all gather together in one room at night

and make phones calls to the other four members

Calling the other members in Korea

Chatting about what's on each other's minds

How about the members who were in Korea

After coming back from Korea we practiced and worked out

I think working out can be our main topic today

Because in the last episode of Idol Producer they filmed some part of the dorm that we've never seen before in previous episodes

For example the gym and the laundry room so people would think oh so trainees not only have to practice dancing and singing everyday

But exercising is also very important. Like what one of the mentors said "your body is your asset" you have take care of yourself

So I want to ask do you guys have a daily exercising routine that you guys would follow or certain kinds of food that you would eat to keep yourself healthy that you would like to share with us

Me first?

Ok cheng cheng you go first

Tbh I'm more of a lazy person so exercising doesn't really go well with me

I'm pretty sure we all know that

I'm very lazy so I never think about exercising but if I was given a chance to go then I would go with the members

For example when we were overseas at the hotel zhengting would always drag me to run with him

Helping me lose weight

Right. Running is a great way to help boost your metabolism

What about the next person?

My turn

The amount of exercising we do on the daily is pretty large and we often choose foods that are on the healthier side to stay fit

And also eating more vegetables and fruits

Really? You don't sound confident

Ok how about we ask the badminton player Bi wenjun

For someone who likes to exercise do you have any exercising methods

Usually for someone like me and some of the other members who never gets fat from eating too much we just do anaerobic exercises

Who here never gets fat from eating

Me and xinchun, zhengting and Justin are ok, zeren is ok too and that leaves the two other members out

So out of the 7 members you left out one member

It's two members

So how about this we have this dumbbell it looks pretty heavy even our assistant can barely carry it

Let's give this to Bi wenjun

Let's have him teach Fan chengcheng who doesn't like to exercise how to do this properly

For example how would you usually exercise your muscles at home

You just lift it like this

Step forward a bit

Face the other way so you can show your muscles face the left

Bi wenjun how many sets do you usually do

Recently we've been doing three sets and each set we do 20

So is this an actual routine that you guys usually do in the dorm

yes

Are there anyone here who's a bit on the weaker side

We're all pretty weak

Thank you Fan chengcheng

Fan chengcheng kept lifting

How heavy is it

You have to say it's really heavy

10kg 20kg 30kg

the number keeps getting more ridiculous

Assistant Lee can you help take the dumbbells off stage

So since we are talking about exercising we would often need equipments to help us train for example the dumbbells that we just used and treadmills for the gym

But when it comes to taking care our skins there are also all sorts of products that we need to use

So today's main topic will be these new products which are some really cool tiny looking dumbbells

These are the newer versions from last year they go well with all our Olay products, after using this tiny dumbbell it would help the product sink into our skin

Please welcome our workers who are bringing the products up on stage

More on this side

As we mentioned before you guys use dumbbells at home to exercise, with this tiny dumbbell you can pair it with any Olay products

So let's have you guys explain what Olay product you would use with this tiny dumbbell

Let's start from Bi wenjun again

This one

Right

I would usually use this refinement product to pair with it

Pairing this product with the tiny dumbbell can help with refining the skin and also whitening it

Little golden help him hold his microphone so he can use both his hands

After putting the product on you just...

So what kind of results would this bring

It gives me the feeling of refinement and making my skin white

This is really important don't laugh because if you are taking photos it would help minimize the wrinkles adding 100 points to your good looks

Ok next person

Little golden Huang xinchun

I'll wipe all your tears

I'll sing

Stop crying

Our own secret

An unspeakable feeling

If we're together

Anywhere will be good

With my song

After your tears

You'll make a big grin

You'll make a big smile

Like the rain on the dry land

In my mind You're the one I need

After your tears

You'll make a big grin

Why Are People So Passive-Aggressive? - Duration: 4:15.

Have you ever had a friend who casually made a hurtful comment and joked about not being

serious?

Or a co-worker who replied to your sincere apology with, "Fine.

Whatever..."?

In these kinds of scenarios, people express resentment or aggression – but in a passive

way.

So why are people so passive-aggressive?

This is a Field Guide to Bad Behaviour.

Come along to explore the hostile wilderness of human nature.

But it's fine if you don't.

Honestly it's fine.

Whatever.

Passive-aggressive behavior is a kind of aggression that's expressed indirectly.

This behavior has likely been around as long as humans have.

But the term itself has a surprising origin: At the end of World War II, the US.

Department of War first used the term to define a personality disorder, describing soldiers

who didn't comply with the commands of their superiors.

But by 1994, the American Psychological Association dropped it from their diagnosis manual – there

wasn't enough scientific evidence to consider it a disorder.

Still, its existence in everyday human behavior is widely reported.

The behavior is spotted in the workplace quite frequently, where a disgruntled employee may

show resistance through indirect behaviors such as procrastination, purposeful inefficiency

and being late.

You may also find it in relationships.

To identify it, look for these signs: It may appear as sarcasm, silent treatment, subtle

insults, and not delivering on promises.

You generally find a disconnect between what a passive-aggressive person says and what

they do.

And you're probably wondering why people display these passive aggressive attitudes.

Well, it has do with how we experience and manage our emotions.

According to appraisal theory, we experience emotions based on our assessment of a situation.

We then experience another emotion based on how we assess our ability to cope with the

initial event and the consequences of our response to it.

Sometimes passive-aggressive behavior is unintentional.

Say you get angry at a friend for stepping on your toe, but then you realise they were

about to fall.

It's hard to quickly let go of the first emotion, so you bitterly excuse them.

It can also be a coping mechanism for helplessness.

Imagine your boss gives you an unfair criticism.

You're frustrated, but you can't really retaliate.

So you start answering emails late and don't show up to work on time.

People are also passive-aggressive as a strategy to avoid confrontation and prevent rejection.

In one 2004 study, researchers had 56 couples keep a diary and answer questionnaires for

a few weeks.

They found people who were cautious and sensitive to rejection, were significantly more likely

to respond to conflicts by ignoring or dismissing their partner.

But when people sugar-coat hostility instead of being clear about what they think, it doesn't

really lead to change or a helpful outcome.

Here's how you can navigate this behaviour: Think of communication as a spectrum: On one

extreme, there's just passive silence.

On the other end you voice all sentiments, no matter how negative.

When you need to resolve a conflict, aim to land somewhere in the middle, to express your

thoughts and needs while remaining respectful of others.

To reach that sweet spot of assertiveness, you have to let go of fear of confrontation.

Assertiveness can also help you deal with others being passive-aggressive.

If you see this behaviour, try to tell them clearly and calmly that their behaviour is

hurting you.

Focus on communicating your feelings respectfully.

Human communication is not always straightforward.

Try to constructively express yourself, and you'll help others along the way.

Until next time...

You're welcome...

Raj Shah: Michelle Wolf's Trump Jokes So BAD She Lost A Room Filled With Liberal Journalists(VIDEO)! - Duration: 9:15.

Raj Shah: Michelle Wolf's Trump Jokes So BAD She Lost A Room Filled With Liberal Journalists

here to give the White House's reaction all this is deputy press secretary Raja

Raja good morning to you Sandra good morning and thanks for having me on sure

what does the president make of all this says he wakes up and gets back to work

this morning well the developments you guys were just

talking about that Prime Minister Netanyahu rolled out yesterday are very

concerning they're deeply troubling they demonstrate that Iran had a much more

advanced clandestine attempt to attain nuclear weapons that dates back decades

and that they lied about it to international inspectors they lied about

it to the global community and they lied about it to the Obama administration

when they're negotiating the the Iran nuclear deal in 2015 this demonstrates

not only bad faith and that the program itself is far more advanced than we ever

understood but they could now comply with the terms of this Iran nuclear deal

and be prepared just in a few short years to build not just one nuclear

warhead and bomb but a full arsenal of nuclear weapons which is a danger to the

entire civilized world so what is the president's intentions will he pull out

of this deal well that's going to be determined in the near future we

obviously have a deadline ahead of us I don't want to get ahead of anything the

president may do but but he has been very clear about his approach to this

deal it was the worst negotiated deal in the history of kind of modern time by

this government it did not stop Iran's nuclear weapons program it did not

verify as we see from this latest development that it did not have a

clandestine program and it only sets the stage for a more advanced program in the

future I want to get to Mike Pompeo statement after he has confirmed that

they've been cheating and they've been cheating for quite some time he says

quote we are therefore assessing what the discovery of Iran secret nuclear

files means for the future of the jcpoa allowing restrictions on Iran's nuclear

program to sunset was a mistake now that the world knows Iran has lied and is

still lying it is time to revisit the question of whether Iran can be trusted

to enrich or control any nuclear material what

the president's answer to that question well Iran you know has not shown good

faith it has not negotiated in a manner in which you know foreign countries

whether it's European countries whether it's the United States can trust its

word it has deceived the world community its deceived the International Atomic

Energy Agency which certified where its program stood at at the time and so it

cannot be trusted I think that's actually been borne out

through the evidence discovered by the Israelis so it raises serious questions

about the foundation of this deal of this nuclear deal and raises questions

about Iran's intention going forward what does what does the president

believe is the message that this would then send North Korea if he decides to

pull out well it demonstrates you know when it comes to North Korea that the

United States policy means business the United States and the president want to

secure the complete irreversible and verifiable denuclearization of the

Korean Peninsula we won't just sign a piece of paper that doesn't establish

that that doesn't allow for the types of inspections and allow for the types of

verifiable kind of mechanisms to ensure that that actually occurs our maximum

pressure campaign on North Korea will not relent until we're able to secure a

deal that actually establishes the principles that we want and you know I

think that it actually increases the president's of leverage and credibility

in making these points when he you know actually holds Iran's feet to the fire

on the deal that they signed speaking of North Korea in this upcoming summit with

the president the president's floating this idea of holding the summit with the

north in the Korean DMZ of any decisions been made on that front well decisions

have yet to be made there are a number of venues being considered the DMZ one

of them each one of them has pros and cons but what's important is the

development of our policy how in just under 16 months this campaign of maximum

pressure that's gotten dozens of countries involved that's gotten China

to place more pressure on North Korea has begun to show real dividends we've

seen North Korea agreed to end ballistic missile

test to stop nuclear tests and now with that inter-korean summit that we saw you

know just a few days ago we're starting to see real potential progress so we are

focused on the policy rather than necessarily the sights of the dates but

obviously the DMZ and others are in considering it's certainly going to be

something though for the world to witness that moment and so there are big

questions about where ultimately the president does the president have a

priority for him as to where he would like to meet with the North Korean

dictator well I think the president demonstrated yesterday where he where he

would like for this to happen but of course there are a number of concerns

and mitigating factors there pros and cons to a number of sites and at some

point soon we'll have an announcement and as far as timing has anything been

decided day well the president said a number of weeks from now is is what our

goal is but we're not going to let the timing dictate the the process itself

these negotiations are ongoing and once we have an agreement

we'll make that public I didn't catch that last part so will you make a formal

announcement about when and where or is there a possibility this could be a

secret meeting we find out after the fact well our intention is to make a

public announcement at some point in the near future

all right meanwhile I got to ask you about this New York Times the release of

these questions that robert muller has for the president the president is

tweeting about it this morning saying so grateful that the questions concerning

the Russian witch-hunt were leaked to the media no questions on collusion oh I

see you have a made-up phony crime collusion that never existed and an

investigation begun with illegally leaked classified information

nice so disgraceful the president says his thoughts on that this morning well I

think the president spelled it out in his tweet this investigation began you

know as James Comey indicated in his testimony from his own leaked memos

which contained classified information which the Department of Justice

inspector general is now investigating and now you have these questions that

are leaked and I don't know the veracity of the accuracy of that leak but if they

are accurate the overwhelming majority of those questions don't focus on the

underlying premise of this special counsel was

which was to focus on this issue of collusion with the Russian government

there's been over a year of investigation there have been dozens of

witnesses thousands of documents millions actually of pages of documents

provided and zero evidence not a shred of evidence of collusion between the

Trump campaign and the Russian government so you know we have been

cooperating as a White House with this probe but we are a little frustrated

that you know the focus of it is not near where it was kind of created to

focus on which is this collusion question all right I don't don't have

much time left Raj but I do want to ask you about the DOJ charging these 11

possible caravan members for illegally entering the United States the president

has been closely following that Caravan and brought a lot of attention to it his

thoughts on that this morning well look we're happy to see the Department of

Justice enforce federal law crossing the southern border into the United States

illegally is a crime and you know people who cross the border should not just get

a free pass and so the president has said repeatedly a country without

borders is not a country at all we're going to enforce the law with this

Caravan with other individuals across the border illegally and the president

actually wants to see legal loopholes and other things that allow people to

come here illegally more easily closed as well so we need Congress act as well

we can I see Sarah Sanders this afternoon White House press briefing yes

there will be there for the briefing it's probably gonna be the first time

we've we've heard from her since the since the weekend since that White House

Correspondents Dinner and the speech of that comedian that drew a lot of

criticism from both the left and the right so we look forward to hearing from

her have you spoken with her about that yeah we've spoken about that and many

people in the White House has spoken about that I was at the dinner on

Saturday night and I think that when you have a room filled with probably more

liberal you know journalists celebrities and other types and you lose the room

when you're making jokes about the president you're probably not that funny

and probably a dinner that was created to celebrate some of the the great parts

of journalism that we've seen throughout history should focus more on that and

probably not bad jokes do you expect her to address that at all this afternoon

I'm sure she'll be asked about that among many other things got it Raj Shah

thanks for your time this morning thanks so much for having me thank you god

bless you and God bless america
