What are you, some kind of time traveller?

No. Yes, maybe? What - what year is it?

It's 2016.

BREAKING NEW CLINTON SCANDAL EXPOSED… JOHN PODESTA COULD FACE JAIL TIME - Duration: 12:12.

BREAKING: NEW CLINTON SCANDAL EXPOSED…

JOHN PODESTA COULD FACE JAIL TIME

The 2016 Clinton campaign manager has been caught red handed.

John Podesta has violated federal law.

He didn't disclose the receipt of 75,000 shares of stock by a company financed by Kremlin.

And this dates back to 2014?

Where has the evidence been hiding for 3 years?

Well to find out we need to go to the beginning.

Joule Unlimited Technologies gave Podesta exactly 100,000 shares of stock.

They were partially financed by Russian firm and this was all back in 2010.

What else happened in 2010?

Podesta joined the Joule Global Holdings and the Stichting Joule Global Foundation.

that all lasted until 2014.

Them Podesta leaves the foundations and joins Obama in the White House.

At that point he had 75,000 stock shares from the company.

Well there is a law that some of you may not know so we'll explain it right now.

Schedule B section federal government form 278 goes like this: "officials MUST report

any sale, exchange or purchase by you, or dependent children of any property, stocks,

bonds, commodity futures and other securities when the amount exceeded $1,000."

So did Podesta did the right thing?

Of course not.

Why would he?

Well he should have unless he had a wish to be taken away in jail.

Even Liberals don't approve of him now.

They are looking for him left and right in order to receive a punishment.

Everyone has to obey the law about the personal financial disclosure when entering the White

House.

Should he be immediately sent to jail?

Tell us

in the

comments below.

FASTEST OFFICIAL WORLD MARATHON TIME: DENNIS KIMETTO - Duration: 5:17.

Hey guys, so today we're going to look at the running form of Dennis Kimmeto, when

he broke the official world record during the Berlin Marathon in 2014.

Here, he runs an incredible time of 2 hours 2 minutes and 57 seconds that's an

average of 4 minutes 41 seconds per mile! In this video, we are going to analyze

certain aspects of his running that really stick out. First, let's take a look

at his running form. Out of the entire race looking through over two hours of

content, this was the best and only side view I could get. Now to see it better,

let's look at this clip again, but this time with visual overlay and slowed down

a little bit.

Now let's break it down. One of the first things you may notice about the clip is

that it portrays his form toward the end of the race. Unfortunately as I mentioned

earlier this was the only clip that gave a good view of his form as there was

none during the beginning and middle of the race; however, this may not matter as

much as you think because of one of the first strengths I'll point out about his

form, which is his consistency. Kimetto is very good at maintaining form throughout

an entire race. This takes incredible mental focus and stamina to do,

especially during a race that can take hours. One way to highlight Kimetto's

ability to do this is to look at these clips that look at his running in a

similar view throughout the race. As you can see, it looks very consistent; however

you can notice his form slightly breaks down at the end. Therefore, while the

main clip may not be the most optimal clip, it is still worth looking at to

understand the way Dennis Kimetto runs.

The second strength I'll point out is how his foot lands. As you can see his

foot lands almost right under the hips. This allows for proper positioning of

the hip muscles to encourage forward movement as he runs.

I think positioning of the foot under the hips is something more people should

focus on rather than how the foot actually touches the ground. People tend

to focus on heel strike as being the cause of inefficient running or causing

pain when running; however what might actually be happening is a case of

over striding, which is taking too long of a step. Over striding can cause the

hip, knee and ankle joints to lock up which can cause strain on these joints

and eventually cause injury. For Kimetto and any other elite runner, they need to

run crazy amounts of mileage, while optimizing muscle activation and

preventing injury. The third thing is how he maintains an upright trunk. Initially,

it may look like he's bending at the trunk; however, if you look more closely...

it's not. His whole body is actually tilted forward. This position allows for

the utilization of gravity to help with moving forward, giving momentum in this

direction. Maintaining an upright trunk is crucial especially for a

long-distance runs like marathons. Kimetto's ability to maintain this

position allows for optimal exchange of air to take place in his lungs. Improved

ability to do this means more oxygen to the muscles allowing him to really

maximize each breath to fuel his muscles for these races. And those are

the three things that really stuck out to me in Kimetto's running form. Now, there are

only three aspects of his running that I pointed out; however, there are plenty

more aspects that make him a world-class athlete. If there is something that

stands out to you as well please feel free to comment below. I hope you guys

enjoyed the video. Thank you for watching!

Game Story Time #05 – Quake III Arena - Duration: 7:11.

Hello there guys and girls,

welcome to another episode of "Game Story Time".

Thanks to everyone who commented on the last video for your lovely feedback.

For those who don't know: In this series we will talk about our greatest memories about

video games and anything gaming related.

I would like to remind you to share your stories in the comment section and maybe I will comment

on your story in the following episode.

It doesn't need to be retro at all.

Just tell me what gaming related moment touched you or you remember very vividly.

That's one way I want you to get to know me a little better.

And of course I wanna get to know you!

Today's user story is from KeymonZz, a regular visitor on my channel.

I'm gonna read the comment real quick.

"My gaming story is based on the Need for speed series i like cars a lot so i spend

a lot of times on these especially.

Need for Speed Most Wanted 2005.

At my age I was playing it without knowing what's the goal.

Today I'm still playing these games on console which kind of sucks compared to PC."

I totally get the nostalgia about racing games, I feel the same way about Burnout.

I think it was the third one called Takedown which I played a lot with my cousin.

This was at the age where you prefer arcadey racers over simulators.

Nowadays I'm not all that much into racing games, the last one I played and really enjoyed

was Dirt 3 because it was the perfect balance between simulation and arcade racing to me.

Needless to say I mastered all the platinum challenges.

Even the freaking Bobsleigh track.

Oof.

Anyway I disagree with you that playing these games on PC is better.

To me, racers are so much more fun on console because you can lay back and have fun instead

of sitting at a freaking desk.

Anyway, thanks for sending your story in.

Alright.

My story number five is about Quake III Arena, which you've seen in the background just

now.

I was introduced to this game by, hold on to your seats, my grandpa.

Not the one that gave me my first PC, but the other one who also happened to be more

technologically advanced than my mom. *sigh*

So whenever I went to visit my grandparents for lunch I was allowed to spend some time

playing on that PC.

Normally I would just boot up Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 or something which I remember

had amazing graphics.

Eeeh...not so much.

But then one day there was this game on the desktop which I just instantly double clicked

because this logo freaking intrigued me so much.

I mean, just look at it.

And what happened then was basically the continuation of my FPS career after Turok 2.

Only that Quake was so much faster and relentless, but therefore brutally addicting.

Just look at the gameplay I recorded for this video.

I can really recommend that you get this game and play it right now.

I gotta admit I was around 12 years old tops when I started playing quake.

Needless to say, I wasn't mentally fit for the task.

There are maps that show you huge inverted crosses (which by the way for this very reason

was my favorite map) and dismembered bodies and of course the extreme gore effects when

you'd kill someone.

One night I had actual nightmares from this guy right here.

This hollow stare of a decapitated guy.

Fuck.

But this was also the time I started listening to Metal so this shock I felt at the time

also intrigued me to go deeper.

I kept playing and visited my grandparents more often than ever.

Nobody even cared that I played this game at my age.

At some point I was so good at it I actually beat it at the second highest difficulty rating.

The highest was just too frustrating because you're basically competing against aimbots

at this point.

Years later I actually managed to finish all the tiers at Nightmare level – what a coincidence

this name is, huh?

Just listen to the sound this difficulty makes when selecting it...it

still makes me shiver to this day.

#sfxnerd

In the weapons department Quake III Arena was so cool because it forced you to deal

with whatever you could get your hands on.

But all of them had their own use cases and were lethal as hell.

The most recognizable weapon is of course the rocket launcher because it had this amazing

capability to just tear multiple enemies to shreds due to the huge splash damage it dealt.

I really loved the railgun, too, because it was the exact opposite of that.

Most of the time you'd get a one hit kill on an enemy resulting in a big bloody fountain.

When I played this a lot I had become extremely good at aiming with this thing.

Dueling with Klesk was always like some scifi version of a western.

One real crazy thing about Quake was that you could partly chat with these bots you

were competing against.

And they would spew out insults all the time, too.

But when I was bored I just went into the first tutorial level against crash and set

it to the lowest difficulty.

This basically just means that she just walks around and barely shoots at all.

You can even stay inside the first room to be 100% safe.

That way I had enough time to chit chat with her.

And she actually freaking replied, so I had a very lucky string of AI answers which felt

completely genuine for me at the time.

With my limited english skills and at a young age I was completely mind blown and thought

this virtual character actually had some sort of a soul.

I was talking to a machine.

What the hell?

Just for the giggles I asked her if she'd marry me, which she harshly declined.

I'm not kidding you, just watch this video by MarphitimusBlackimus, he did the same thing.

To this day I actually boot up Quake III Arena from time to time for that quick rush of adrenaline

of a quick shooter without any map loading, connection issues or assholes who post insults

in the chat.

Well, I mean real assholes.

Artificial assholes are ok I guess.

So yeah, that was another Game Story.

Let me know what you think of this series and don't forget to share your own priceless

experiences with gaming.

Thank you for watching, whanowa over!

Wheel of Time: Artur Hawkwing - Duration: 7:55.

Born the prince of Shandalle, Artur Paendrag Tanreall was the son of King Myrdin and Queen

Mailinde, trained from a young age as a warrior, strategist and leader.

His homeland of Shandalle was a small Kingdom surrounded by larger armies that kept them

under constant threat of attack, and forced them to develop a strong professional army.

In addition the kingdoms close proximity to Tar Valon, home of power Aes Sidai sorceresses,

likely helped discourage major military action against them.

In 937 FY, Artur married Amaline Tagora, and then ascended to the throne in 939 when his

parents both died of Black Fever, which ravaged the land.

Shortly after becoming King, a new threat rose in the Westlands, when Guaire Amalasan

declared himself the Dragon Reborn, claiming he was Lews Therin Telamon reincarnated, the

hero from the Age of Legends who prophecies proclaimed would one day come again.

However, after Saidin, the male half of the One Power was tainted by the Dark One Shaitan,

male Aes Sidai like Lews Therin and his companions went mad and creating such devastation it

caused the reshaping the continents.

And so it fell the female Aes Sedai of the White Tower to track down their male counterparts

and eliminate them as a threat.

Afterwards, men were forbidden from channelling the one power, and so from time to time, when

a man falsely proclaimed himself as the Dragon Reborn, and started channeling Saidin, war

often followed as some flocked to his banner, while others rose in opposition.

Such was the case for Guiare Amalasan , who he led his followers to conquer a great number

of territories, prompting the remaining nations to join with the Aes Sedai of the White Tower

to oppose this aggression.

However all of these armies were defeated by the False Dragon, save for those under

Artur Paendrag who came to be known as Artur Hawkwing, when his forces gained a reputation

for speed.

Although Hawkwing was often outnumbered his skill as a commander left him to eventually

defeat and capture the False Dragon at the Battle of Jolvaine Pass in 943.

Some believe that the War of the Second Dragon, as it came to be known, was fought between

two Ta'veren, who each possessed great skill and the ability to inspire devotion from those

around them, and who were destined to drastically influence history.

In order to hand the False Dragon over to the Aes Sedai for punishment, Hawkwing marched

his forces to Tar Valon, yet this greatly offended the women of the White Tower, who

accused him of breaking the law that forbade armies from entering their territory.

Although it is unknown whether or not the Aes Sedai who accompanied Hawkwing gave him

permission, they were punished in any case by the White Tower for allowing this action.

The King of Shandalle was then given 5 days to rest before departing, yet Tar Valon soon

fell under attack by false dragon loyalists, with many claiming the Aes Sedai were forced

to ask for assistance from Hawkwing and his army who swiftly defeated the enemy.

Nevertheless Bonwhin Meraighdin, leader of the Aes Sedai was displeased with all that

had occurred, and remained an enemy of Hawkwing who soon returned home.

Yet peace was not to last, as Shandelle soon fell under attack by an alliance of Caembarin,

Tova and Khodomar, possibly supported by the Aes Sedai under Bonwhin Meraighdin and who

resented Hawkwing's military prowess, fearing he meant to conquer his neighbours.

After defeating the alliance, Hawkwing raised fresh troops and launched a 19 year campaign

that came to be known as the Consolidation, in which he conquered all of the Westlands

save for Tar Valon, which was placed under siege.

Successfully creating a mighty empire, Artur Hawkwing made peace with the Aes Sedai and

re-established cordial relations, then ruling for 55 years, during which there were seven

rebellions and a Trolloc invasion from FY 986 to 987 FY, each of which were put down

by the High King and his forces.

Artur and his wife Amaline had four children however each of them met tragic fates, as

his son Modair was killed in battle the other three as well as his wife were poisoned to

death.

Deeply affected by the loss, the king became bitter and harsh, suspecting that the Aes

Sedai were behind the attack.

Yet in the year 965, he married his second wife Tamika who calmed his anger and together

had several more children.

For many years Hawkwing proved an invincible military commander and wise ruler, beloved

by the common folk for promoting people based on merit, rather than class or bloodline.

But he eventually made decisions that greatly weakened the empire and sowed the seeds of

war, with some believing this was due to the influence of Jalwin Moerad, who came to his

court in 973 and rose become one of the High King's most trusted advisor.

Yet this was no ordinary man, as many centuries later it was learned, Jalwin Moerad was in

fact Ishamael, a servant of the Dark One, who came to sow chaos and war in Hawkwing's

empire.

After Lews Theran trapped the Dark One's servants away during the Age of Legends, Elan

Morin Tedronai, later known as Ishamael, was only partially imprisoned, able to return

to the world for roughly 4 decades every thousand years.

With Jalwin Moerad by his side, Hawkwing's relations with the White Tower once again

soured, as he believed they were scheming against him, and using him to further their

own power.

This led the High King to dismiss all Aes Sedai from his court, once again laying Siege

to Tar Valon.

Nearing the end of his life, Hawkwing decided to expand his empire further, by sending 2

great armadas to explore new lands, each of them consisting of roughly 2000 ships and

300000 soldiers . The first group was sent in 992 across the Aryth ocean to Seanchan,

led by the King's son Luthair, while the second group was sent to the eastern lands

of Shara, led by one of his daughters.

Unfortunately contact was lost with both expeditions, and the Empire was greatly weakened by their

loss.

After 5 decades of rule, Artur Hawkwing became ill, and possibly following the advice of

his closest councillor, refused medicine and treatment, leading to his death.

The empire, which had been weakening and destabilizing for years, immediately collapsed as various

powers declared independence and the siege of Tar Valon was lifted.

In addition many believe Jalwin Moerad furthered this chaos by assassinating the last of the

High King's children, then becoming a royal advisor to other possible successors like

Marithelle Camaelaine, Norodim Nosokawa, and Elfraed Guitama, each of which died under

mysterious circumstances.

After 40 years of causing as much damage as possible, Moerad suddenly disappeared, and

was never heard from again.

Following Artur's death and the fall of his empire, the Westlands fell to a hundred

years of chaos and war, however Hawkwing's empire continued on across the sea.

Although the armada sent to Shara was likely defeated and destroyed, those sent under Luthair

to Seanchan survived and established a settlement.

Over the next 500 years they expanded and conquered the native population, leading to

their own period of Consolidation, led by strong rulers said to be of the blood of Luthair,

son of Hawkwing.

During their rise to power, the invaders destroyed all shadowspawn in the continent, and because

of their distance to Shayol Ghul, the population could not recover, and so future generations

came to believe they were creatures of myth.

Although his Empire in the Westlands died alongside him, Artur Hawkwing was remembered

as a legendary hero, warrior and king for many years to come, and proved so valiant

and mighty during his life, that his spirit became tied to the Horn of Valere, an ancient

item of great power with the ability to call the greatest warriors of history from their

graves, so they might fight once more alongside the living.

Stop Wasting Time - Motivational Video - Duration: 6:25.

Suppose you are given 86000 rupees, which you have to spend within one day.

Otherwise the money will be vanished.

So, how would you like to spend the money?

1.

By going to some expensive places and eating and drinking, or

2.

By investing the money to buy gold so that it will be useful later.

Just like that everyday we get 86000 sec.

Which we can spend in two ways, 1.

By doing meaningless stuff, cheap entertainment or being lazy all the time.

Or, 2.

By investing the time for learning something useful, which could be helpful in life.

Benjamin Franklin said, "Time is money", So if you want to be rich then the first thing

you need to do is to stop wasting time.

Now what does it mean by wasting time?

Those moments when we learn nothing and become dull to just pass the time, only those moments

are considered as wasted time.

So even if you are gossiping around with your friends but you are learning something from

that moment, like why people gossip, what is so enjoyable about gossiping, then it will

not be considered as time waste.

On the other hand, if you are doing some good work like you are reading some scriptures

but you are just reading for the sake of it, not to understand or to learn anything from

it, then it will be considered as time waste.

Because in no way it will help you to make your life better.

We have mainly 3 main aspects in our life health wealth and happiness.

If any work helps to improve any one of these 3 aspects, then spending time on that work

is considered as utilizing the time.

So in my opinion the easiest and simple way to stop wasting time, is to ask yourself a

question before start to doing any work, and that is, "Is it going to make my life better?"

If the answer came is no, it will make my life more miserable then you need to stop

doing that work.

Now let us see a simple example how we everyday waste our time?

After waking up in the morning, when all the body parts are stiff then the best thing to

do which will make our life better is exercise.

But the thing which we actually do is checking our smartphone.

Which is not good for our health.

"Only just 5min" saying that we sit down and then we don't even know when hours have been

passed.

Now some may say, but by checking our smartphone we boost happiness aspect of our life.

Really?

Or do we boost jealousy, anxiety and worry more?

Now we can change this by following 3 simple steps -

Step 1: Scheduling The main reason why we start our day by checking

our smartphone is because most of us have no plan for the day.

Means, most of us don't have any specific goals to accomplish in a day.

Everyone has some dream in their life but not everyone is ready to provide the dedication

the decipline that is required to make the dream come true.

This is why not everyone's dream come true.

You must have some dreams in your life.

It may be to have a figure like your favourite hero or heroine.

Then now ask yourself what you need to do daily to make your this dream come true.

Maybe you have to exercise one hour daily.

So fixed a time slot in a day for that activity, for example from 8 am to 9 am.

In this way divide your most of the day in different time slots and schedule some activity.

As a result when you will think that you have some free time in your hand, so you will start

to scroll down facebook or chating on whatsapp then you will look at the clock and see it's

8 o'clock so you will remember that it's not you free time, it's your time for exercise.

Step 2: No excuse When you will remember that it's your time

to exercise, the next thought that will pop up into your head is, "oh I am not feeling

well today, I will do it tomorrow".

At this time the 2 min rule will be helpful for you.

You have to tell yourself something like this, "Ok, as I am not feeling good today, so I

will just do it for 2 min today.

Because it is in my schedule, I committed it to myself.

And if I am not doing it for just 2 min today, then for sure I will not do it tomorrow again".

This way by convincing yourself for doing it just for 2 min, when you will start there

will be a chance that after 2 min you will be on a flow.

As a result automatically you will not be willing to stop after that 2 min.

The most difficult step in any work is the starting.

If you can overcome that, the rest become pretty easy.

And if by chance after 2 min you are still feeling not doing it then stop.

Now some may think what is the use of doing it for only 2 min.

Actually doing it for 2 min is much more valuable.

At least you kept your promise that you made to yourself, this will boost your confidence

a lot.

Step 3: Monitor We feel motivated only when we progress in

some work day by day.

So you need to progress even a little bit everyday.

If you are doing 2 push ups today then tomorrow you have to do 3.

Or if you are doing 2 min meditation today, tomorrow you have to do it for 2 min 15 sec.

Progress can be little but it has to be.

This little progress will create a happiness inside you, that will inspire you to keep

going.

So don't do it being dull just for the sake of doing it, monitor your daily progress.

When we talk about stop wasting time, the most common excuse that is given "I don't

have anything to do.

What can I do?"

Whereas the truth is, "I don't want to use my brain, so watching movies and scrolling

facebook is better for me".

This will result in nothing but making you dull.

Because our brain is just like a muscle.

The more we exercise it, the more efficiently it works.

So we have to keep learning something from everything around us.

If we can hold a learning attitude all the time then only earning will also increase.

Learning means lots of earning.

Earning not in the sense of only money but also health and happiness.

The things that make our life better, we need to practice them more and more and the things

that make our life bitter, we need to avoid them more and more.

This is the easy and simplest way to stop wasting time.

Time for Dimes - Coin Roll Hunting Dimes for Silver! - Duration: 3:55.

I wonder what time it could be oh yeah it's time for dimes

hey everyone its Rob with Rob finds treasure and when I went to pick up my

two boxes of pennies this week from my Wells Fargo Bank happened to ask if they

had a box of Dimes I could grab and they said they did and that's rare because they

rarely give me dimes but they gave them to me this week and you know when I

was in the car I opened it up just to make sure I had something on and sure

enough we got circulated dimes so you know if you followed me along my dime

hunts have been tough I'll be lucky to get a silver in a roll and we're hoping

for one I don't see any silver for sure it's so hard to find silver dimes in a

bank box I find maybe one on average per box I get skunked on more boxes than I

don't but sometimes I find one two three or four here and there and I get a

little lucky still have yet to pull a Mercury dime out of a coin roll hunting

box I have found them metal detecting and I've won some giveaways and things

like that but not in a box so I'm hoping to find that today but I don't want to

be greedy I'll take any silver dime I could get my hands on I'll also take any

two thousand nine dimes because their low mintage I'll take an '82 no mint mark of

course it's a highly valuable and sought-after coin and I'm still looking

for a 1996 West Point dime as well those were only made in special mint sets so

we're looking for him but as always I'm going to start here and if I find

something long the way will loop you in so without further ado let's get to

hunting okay guys roll number 15 and I missed it

looking at the edges but that's why I check every date on every coin because I

missed this 1962 silver coin Denver Mint and if you look at the edge

it was hard to see matter of fact if you look at the edge in here you really

can't see it so just goes to show you and hunting is good but you can't catch

them all unless you look at all the dates so unbelievable

we've got a silver dime in the box 1962 Denver first fine first silver only

15 rolls in so let's keep looking throw your next rule guys found ourselves a

2009 Denver well take it second fine to the box to go along with the 62 Denver

silver so on the board with two finds well guys another box of Dimes hundred

but you know what it wasn't at a loss here let me go ahead and go through the

finds real quick we did find a pretty cool green army toned front of this 2000

d and the back has like a purple tint to it so I thought that was a pretty cool

tone coin we also found at 2009 d only one of the

box and normally I get two or more so that's kind of upsetting and really we

did find a silver dime so it's not all at a loss it's a 1962 Denver so that's

good for me but I didn't even get a chance to see it

on the edge I found it in the roll which I guess is kind of cool but only three

finds really to speak of a cool-toned, an '09 D and a '62 d but you got to keep

hunting in order to find him and we did find something so it wasn't a skunking

if you enjoyed that with me guys please give the video a thumbs up and as always

thanks for watching

《Comeback Special》 GFRIEND(여자친구) - Time for the moon night(밤) @인기가요 Inkigayo 20180506 - Duration: 3:49.

The shimmering starlight shines, but you, where are you looking at

I think you'll be gone soon

Turn on the light, my heart is dark

Today, I'm feeling sad

It seems like my presence isn't in your heart

I wonder when you threw me out

The stars shine as much as you like

I still don't know what to do

What speech is trapped in the fog

I'm thinking about you helplessly tonight

The shimmering starlight shines, but you, where are you looking at

I think you'll be gone soon

The time to wait is over

Now I will send you away

I want to secretly keep you in my room tonight

Night night, fly through the night sky

As time time for the moon night

I will meet you in my dreams

Should I confess my love (Should I try)

I keep calling you out the window

So between you and me

I hope it narrows down tonight

The shimmering starlight shines, but you, where are you looking at

I think you'll be gone soon

The time to wait is over

Now I will send you away

I want to secretly keep you in my room tonight

I'm not sure if I can get close to you

I'm hesitating but I'm staying here

You don't see how much I love you

It's been a few days since I've been whimpering

Where are you going, I want to follow you right now

The moment we waited for

It will pass by today

It will pass by today

You are out of reach, I miss you

Night night, fly through the night sky

As time time for the moon night

I will meet you in my dreams
