Youtube daily will May 2 2018

hey it's patti scharf, CPA and co-founder of catching clouds, the leader in

e-commerce accounting and today we're gonna talk about the future of

accounting so I know a lot of people who are accountants or thinking about going

into the accounting industry are really concerned about where they're gonna fit

in this new changing landscape that's going on with technology and accounting

so in case you don't know or you're kind of new to this even two years ago I want

to say I was at Zurich on 2016 in San Francisco and Roger II who was the CEO

and and founder of Xero was speaking and talking about how they're already

working on artificial intelligence and machine learning so they are working

towards getting zero to automatically code transactions for you so it pulls in

the transactions from the banker credit card it knows based on all of the

information that's accumulated over the years how that should probably be coded

and then coat it that way so the actual bookkeeping part of bookkeeping will be

going away and everybody in the crowd is like yeah that's awesome except for a

few were just like what am I gonna do if the software does that what am I going

to do and that's actually the right question to be asking so is bookkeeping

going away no bookkeepers are gonna have to adapt their skills though they're

going to need to make sure that they they know accounting inside and out that

they if something gets coded and it's wrong that they understand that it's

wrong why it's wrong and what to do to fix it they need to understand the

fundamentals of business you know cash is king and you need to understand the

ebbs and flows of business how to save for a rainy day or whatever else you

need to understand your clients businesses so they have questions and

they need help answering those questions and you're going to have to

understand their business enough to be able to point them in the right

direction and you're also going to need to be able to understand technology

enough to be able to point them in the right direction one of the things that I

see most often it just drives me insane as I'll be like looking through Facebook

or LinkedIn or something and I'm in a bunch of different communities of

accountants and they'll ask hey what is the best tool to pull in all the

transactions for Shopify or Amazon or something like that

and I'm just like no no you're asking the wrong questions so if you really

know your clients well you'll know the right questions to ask and and you'll

know how to answer them and then if you have a niche if you don't have a niche

I'd say get one if you if you do have a niche stick with it because if you're

trying to be all things to all different industries like you've got you've got

some attorney clients and some ecommerce clients and some construction clients or

whatever you're you're spreading yourself too thin if you just have one

type of clients you can dive really deep into that topic and and you're going to

gain a lot more experience faster that you can share with your clients so

that's a really important thing to have and then then also just find a community

of people who especially if if you can find like an accountant who also

specializes in e-commerce like go find those people and where they hang out and

you can share tips and tricks and amongst yourselves this is really the

time of co-op petition there's plenty of work to go around and sharing knowledge

is a great thing because you help each other and you help all the clients and

everybody Rises as a result so so I hope you liked this video if you did please

like it comment share if you haven't already please subscribe and I'll catch

you later

12 Fruits and Vegetables That Will Help You Lose the Most Weight - Duration: 2:47.

12 fruits and vegetables that will help you lose the most weight

when it comes to eating cleaner and dropping pounds loading up on produces kind of a no brainer

except some types of fruits and vegetables might be better at helping you lose weight than others according to a new study published in

close medicine this is what Harvard university researchers found after tracking the eating

habits and weight changes of some 130,000 men and women for more than two decades

while eating more fruits and vegetables overall was associated with weight loss

these pics helped push the number on the scale down more than others apples and pears

berries christopher's vegetables

cauliflower broccoli cabbage

Brussels to sprouts leafy greens they'll charred mustard greens spinach

romaine lettuce tofu or so I what makes apples or cauliflower so magical

day and all the other fruits and vegetables that made the cut tend to be higher in belly filling fiber they also had a lower twice emmick load

making them less likely to cause blood sugar spikes tofu sort of the exception here and we're

not even sure why it was categorized as a vegetable to begin wet

while it contains almost no fiber it does deliver a hefty dose of protein for relatively few calories

a 1/2 cup serving packs Ten Grams of the stuff for less than 100 calories

that that's not all eating more of certain types of vegetables was actually associated with a small weight gain

which ones if you guessed starch bombs like potatoes these and corn you'd be right

presumably it's because their higher on the glycemic index

researchers say that they also pack way more calories than their non starchy counterparts it would take more than 5 cups of broccoli to

deliver the 160 calories in just one medium baked potato

all of which is a more scientific way of telling you what you probably already know if you want to lose weight

each more high fiber low starch fruits and vegetables

that doesn't mean you'll have to skip things like potatoes and corn altogether just treat them

like substitutes for bread or rice not cauliflower or keel

Report Trump Signs Groundbreaking Executive Order – It Will Transform The Way Americans Live - Duration: 12:17.

Report: Trump Signs

Groundbreaking Executive Order – It Will Transform The Way Americans Live

The left has corralled the mainstream media in ignoring the many victories of the Trump

administration.

But we know better.

Since day one, Trump has been making the lives of American citizens better.

He has rolled back terrible policies of the last administration.

He has encouraged many companies to bring back jobs to the country.

And that's not counting his efforts to end Obamacare, abortion, and illegal immigration.

Now a new executive order will not only encourage innovative and create jobs, it might make

your shopping life a little easier.

From Bloomberg:

Drone deliveries got a step closer to reality as the White House issued an order giving

local governments more authority to conduct tests of the burgeoning new technology.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday signed an executive order designed to speed the approval

of drone flights over crowds and for longer distances.

The administration says it wants to open new commercial uses for the aircraft and create

jobs.

"In order to maintain American leadership in this emerging industry here at home, our

country needs a regulatory framework that encourages innovation while insuring airspace

safety," Michael Kratsios, a deputy assistant to the president at the Office of Science

and Technology Policy, said in a briefing with reporters.

Trump's order, a response to calls from companies making and using drones, will allow

local governments to apply to the Federal Aviation Administration for waivers allowing

them to conduct tests of deliveries, drone air-traffic systems, long-range flights and

other uses generally prohibited under current rules, Kratsios said.

For years online commerce sites like Amazon have been promising drone delivery of certain

packages.

The system would mean virtually zero-wait times for many of your Prime orders, as a

drone can zip off to your house within minutes.

Imagine ordering something from Amazon, only to get it within the hour!

It's a dream come true for many savvy online shoppers!

This new innovation has been hampered due to red tape and government stalling.

There are real concerns to be sure, but without sound oversight and testing, we can never

properly address those concerns.

With this executive order, companies like Amazon and others can move ahead with their

plans.

They can roll out drone delivery in local communities, test it, and improve it.

This will pave the way for it to be used everywhere.

Hey, as long as a drone doesn't drop my package, I'm okay with it.

The Identity Of This Key Deep State Leaker Will Leave You Speechless - Duration: 13:55.

The Identity Of This Key Deep State Leaker Will Leave You Speechless

The Deep State conspiracy to impeach Donald Trump kicked off with one leak.

It set in motion a series of events that culminated with Robert Mueller being appointed special

counsel.

But now the leaker has been indentified and you'll be speechless when you find out who

it is.

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee released a report that found no evidence of

Russian collusion.

But that was not the biggest bombshell in the report.

The report alleged that former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper was the

Deep State operative who leaked the infamous Christopher Steele dossier and that it was

used in high-level briefings to CNN.

The existence of the dossier was known for months, but since it was unverified, the media

needed a hook to report on it.

Comey briefing Trump on its existence was the trigger the press needed to run the story.

Republicans also allege Clapper lied to Congress about these leaks.

The Federalist reports:

"IN ONE OF THE FINDINGS WITHIN THE 253-PAGE REPORT, THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE WROTE

THAT CLAPPER LEAKED DETAILS OF A DOSSIER BRIEFING GIVEN TO THEN-PRESIDENT-ELECT DONALD TRUMP

TO CNN'S JAKE TAPPER, LIED TO CONGRESS ABOUT THE LEAK, AND WAS REWARDED WITH A CNN CONTRACT

A FEW MONTHS LATER.

"CLAPPER FLATLY DENIED 'DISCUSSING[ING] THE DOSSIER [COMPILED BY STEELE] OR ANY OTHER

INTELLIGENCE RELATED TO RUSSIA HACKING OF THE 2016 ELECTION WITH JOURNALISTS,'"

THE COMMITTEE FOUND.

WHEN ASKED DIRECTLY WHETHER HE HAD EVER DISCUSSED THE DOSSIER WITH ANY JOURNALISTS, CLAPPER

REPLIED THAT HE HAD NOT, ACCORDING TO A TRANSCRIPT OF THE PROCEEDINGS:

ROONEY: Did you discuss the dossier or any other intelligence related to Russia hacking

of the 2016 election with journalists?MR.

CLAPPER: No.

THE FORMER DNI LATER CHANGED HIS STORY AFTER HE WAS CONFRONTED SPECIFICALLY ABOUT HIS COMMUNICATIONS

WITH JAKE TAPPER OF CNN.

"CLAPPER SUBSEQUENTLY ACKNOWLEDGED DISCUSSING THE 'DOSSIER WITH CNN JOURNALIST JAKE TAPPER,'

AND ADMITTED THAT HE MIGHT HAVE SPOKEN WITH OTHER JOURNALISTS ABOUT THE SAME TOPIC,"

THE REPORT CONTINUED.

"CLAPPER'S DISCUSSION WITH TAPPER TOOK PLACE IN EARLY JANUARY 2017, AROUND THE TIME

IC LEADERS BRIEFED PRESIDENT OBAMA AND PRESIDENT-ELECT TRUMP, ON 'THE CHRISTOPHER STEELE INFORMATION,'

A TWO-PAGE SUMMARY OF WHICH WAS 'ENCLOSED IN' THE HIGHLY-CLASSIFIED VERSION OF THE

ICA," OR INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT.

THE BRIEFING OF TRUMP BY U.S. INTELLIGENCE CHIEFS WAS HELD ON JANUARY 6.

CNN PUBLISHED ITS STORY ON THE BRIEFING, BASED ON ANONYMOUS LEAKS FROM "TWO NATIONAL SECURITY

OFFICIALS," ON JANUARY 10.

BUZZFEED PUBLISHED THE FULL DOSSIER, WHICH WAS JOINTLY FUNDED BY THE HILLARY CLINTON

CAMPAIGN AND THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE, MINUTES AFTER THE CNN STORY WAS PUBLISHED."

Briefing Trump on the dossier was a set up.

Comey undertook this course of action so the briefing could be leaked to the press and

the media would have the news hook necessary to run stories about the fake news document.

And now Americans know Clapper was a ringleader in this conspiracy.

The Russia investigation was nothing more than the Obama administration using fake news

and disinformation to frame the incoming President and undo the results of the 2016 election.

It is the greatest attack on Democracy in American history.

Do you agree?

Kensington Palace reveal Meghan Markle and Harry will travel through procession in Ascot carriage - Duration: 2:35.

As we count down the days to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding, the royal

couple have announced that they have selected the Ascot Landau carriage for their anticipated

procession through Windsor Town on Saturday, May 19.

The newlyweds will travel in a one horse-drawn carriage in the Carriage Procession from St

George's Chapel, taking the royal pair through Windsor Town and returning to Windsor Castle

along the Long Walk, Kensington Palace has confirmed.

You may recognise the carriage as the one used to carry Best Man Prince Harry and Maid

of Honour Pippa Middleton with the bridesmaids and page boys at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's

wedding in 2011.

William and Kate used the Imperial State Landau on their wedding day, as it usually remains

stationed in London.

Their wedding was also a state wedding, and the Imperial State Landau is often used by

The Queen to meet Foreign Heads of State when they arrive on State Visits to Britain.

Prince Charles and Princess Diana also took the open-topped State landau for their state

wedding in 1981, which, like William and Kate, took them to Buckingham Palace for their public

kiss on the balcony.

Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan's carriage will be escorted by a travelling Escort of the

Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment.

The palace added: "Prince Harry and Markle are very much looking forward to this short

journey which they hope will allow them to express their gratitude for everyone who has

gathered together in Windsor to enjoy the atmosphere of this special day."

The carriage is one of five Ascot Landaus in the Royal Mews.

Ascot Landaus are used for The Queen's procession up the course at the Royal Ascot Race and

other significant royal events including The Queen's coronation visit to Edinburgh, and

The Queen's Silver Jubilee visits to Glasgow and Cardiff.

Harry and Meghan's carriage will be pulled by Windsor Grey horses, as Windsor Greys play

a pivotal role in the ceremonial life of the Royal Family and the nation, and have been

drawing the carriages of successive Monarchs and Members of The Royal Family since Queen

Victoria.

The Palace have revealed the horses are called Storm and Tyrone.

And what in the event of rainy, wet weather, we hear you cry?

Harry and Meghan will opt for the Scottish State Coach, which was built in 1830 for The

Duchess of Teck, mother of Queen Mary.

it is made ii thank you very much for joining us

I got it I gotta confess something weird happened at our house last night I think

it started about 1:30 you know when you just hear a jerk

oh no but every 3-4 minutes you get a bird in your chest

no it was like this smoke alarm or the carbon monoxide detector he needed a

battery okay as Lisa wasn't a carbon monoxide leak that's well I didn't know

right yeah you don't know because I couldn't find any more batteries that

fit it so it's like is there carbon as one of those rectangular batteries no oh

yeah it was a double-a you're thinking of an eyeball no so anyway as it turns

out I took some out of a TV remote no carbon monoxide okay your reminder to

change your batteries in your smoke one supposed to do that - thank you Steve I

know it that's why I'm gonna be a little out of gas meanwhile we got a lot to

talk to you about on this wind say the showdown is brewing between president

Trump's lawyers and Robert Muller all right leaks now show the special

council is considering a subpoena to get the President to talk if he won't

voluntarily that's right grip Jenkins is live in

Washington to break it all down for us growth what's the latest good morning

guys if you had any doubt that Robert Miller wants to question the president

we now know he is willing to go to court to make it happen the special counsel

threatening a subpoena back in a March meeting with Trump attorneys according

to the president's former lead attorney John Dowd who confirmed Singh at that

meeting this isn't some game you are screwing with the work of the President

of the United States Dowd who resigned weeks later over this very issue told

her and Henry last night he isn't the one with all the leaks but hey somebody

sure is because Fox News obtained the list of those questions Mullin

reportedly wants to ask the president 52 questions in all topics ranging from

Michael Flynn Jeff bi director James coming to turn general Jeff Sessions and

Donald Trump Jr's meeting at Trump Tower the president blasting the leaked

questions over Twitter saying so disgraceful that the questions

concerning the Russian witch-hunt were leaked to the media no questions on

collision oh I see you have made up a phony crime

collusion that never existed in an investigation begun with illegally

leaked classified information nice well former says Secret Service agent Dan

bond Geno was on hand on Hannity last night hammering this thing saying it's

all about trapping the president do you see the danger in this they are not

investigating a crime here they're investigating Donald Trump there's a

difference that you know what you do is I was a former federal agent what you do

is you investigate a crime and you find people you don't find people and then go

find the crime in the White House guys say they are not the ones leaking

perhaps we'll find out more in the coming days

all right thanks Griff and go look at that shoulder healing right no what the

other two makers were not hurt so that's the bright side that is right all right

so who did do the leaking we do know that apparently the document was

provided to The Times by a person outside Trump's legal team and we do

know that the the questions were a list compiled by the president's lawyers

during talks with mr. Muller so it does look as if somebody on Team Trump did

that because ultimately I think what they were trying to paint yesterday

between the the leak and also the tweet by the president was it's hard to

obstruct justice if there was no crime ever committed in

the beginning and that's what it said so no collusion no evidence of collusion

running far so what why are they investigating maybe he was distracting

interfering with the investigation that's what Muller might think well

possibly because they have the emphasis on Mike Flynn would you tell Mike Flynn

about setting up a back-channel James Comey why'd you fire him Jeff

Sessions why'd you pressure them then you have Donald Trump jr. what do you

know about that meeting by the way Donald Trump jr. they have not talked to

him yet they have not talked to Ivanka yet what are they waiting for this was

from a March 5th meeting Jay Sekulow evidently took notes on it so these

aren't necessarily where Robert Muller came up with these are the questions as

the legal team jotted them down when they left typed them up and got them out

I just cannot figure out exactly why it benefits the team to have these

questions out in the public because it's out there we could answer these question

because we've been studying all of them some of the things you're a little

compounded for example did you know about Paul Manafort contacting the

Russian government did you know that no I don't we never even heard that all

right ultimately though when you have those when you lay them all out and you

look at them you realize whoever leaked those poison the well it would be hard

for the president now to sit down and answer those particular questions and a

former white head water independent council let's play the soundbite he lays

it out really well listen to this this goes into the heart of executive

decision making and but it also shows something else these questions show a

couple of things the Muller people are outraged and livid

at the president's criticisms of them and they have a very dangerously broad

view of obstruction of justice and several things come to mind if you get

the list of questions before if you get the 49 questions the president would

know how to answer them is he able to go through and answer the ones that he

wants to answer and could he plead the fifth on the ones he doesn't feel

comfortable answering you could but it'd look bad when you plead the fifth all

right if you get the questions in advance wouldn't be able to prepare and

know how to answer them but some of your traps robert mower has got four people

for lying and yeah lying - all right four people if you look at some of these

questions unless you have this unless you have this photographic memory you

can't possibly remember especially the way President Trump's campaign was was

seat of your pants you're fired you're hired you're out you're in I mean for

example who know who Paul Manafort was doing well why was Paul Manafort there

it wasn't this president Trump wanted a Russian link it was there because Tom

Barak called him up and said you lead your campaigns a mess take this guy poll

man afford he'd worked for free which is a part which is a price the president

loved if there is no collusion it does and bonds you know I love that soundbite

because it sounds like he's saying in all my years as being a federal

investigator if there was a crime we would track it back to someone in this

case it looks like there's someone and we're trying to track him to a crime

they're fishing and that's what a lot of experts have said Rush Limbaugh says the

president should do it only if he gets the Hillary deal if Trump could secure

the same identical circumstances that were granted to Hillary Clinton

then why not sit down for the interview to answer the questions but of course I

speak facetiously because everybody knows that Donald Trump is not gonna get

the Hillary Clinton treatment extended by James Comey which is have your

attorneys get immunity have them sit in with you it's not gonna be taped it's

not gonna be taught by Robert Mulder it's gonna be on a Saturday you're gonna

have a big chip on your shoulder and you've already made up your verdict

before you really your mind before you even went in there so stay tuned let's

see what happens meanwhile over the weekend Kanye West sat down with Candace

Owens and also some members of the political right in the country and they

talked about all sorts of things they all he also went on TMZ and he told

people why he likes Donald Trump he said I'm not political but I do love this guy

he was wearing the make America great again hat over the weekend and this is

what he said on TMZ it was a feeling I had you know like people were taught how

to think we're talking how to feel we don't know how to think for ourselves we

don't know how to feel for us some people say feel free but they don't

really want us to feel free I felt a freedom and first of all just doing

something that everybody tells you not to do I just love Trump that's my boy so

he says if you really want politics John Legend drills politics he's all over he

goes I'm really a politics because I like that guy but then he tweeted out

about freedom about slavery you know he said you know came out and says slavery

slavery was a choice and then he he went ahead and clarified on Twitter because

it caused outrage obviously with that statement he said to think about 400

years ago and be in that mindset today is a choice get out of that mindset

think about now so that was a lot of the controversy and he also Connie Lee did

said that Donald Trump is one of wrap people's favorite guys he said Trump is

one of raps favorite people he said there's a class war happening right now

the class war is one of the reasons why Trump won because Obama was so high

class that it stopped speaking to the middle and the lower class that's one of

the reasons he likes the guy who's currently president yeah but you got

lives in Hollywood getting a lot of backlash from the Holly

with folks out there many people out there you know liberal they don't like

him so for him to speak up good for him you know he's triple and down and your

ISM on every Kardashian from here to oblivion let us know what you think send

us your comments that's right all right it's six n here in New York City and

Jill joins us on this Wednesday how many viewers tweeting me yesterday hey Jill

Liverpool will 'fight for their dreams' against Roma - Duration: 5:15.

Liverpool will 'fight for their dreams' against Roma

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp insists his side will "fight for their dreams" in the Champions League semi-final second leg against Roma.

The Reds hold a 5-2 lead from last week's match at Anfield and while Klopp admits it is not impossible for their Serie A opponents to win 3-0 – as they did the last round when they knocked out Barcelona – he insists they will make it "quite difficult".

"I am not here to say anything about Barcelona.

They have not done a lot wrong in the last few years," said Klopp when asked what mistakes the Catalans had made having brought a 4-1 lead to the Stadio Olimpico.

"Barcelona probably thought it was decided.

Everyone is telling us it is quite difficult and possible (to turn around the tie) but no-one told Barcelona it is possible to beat you 3-0 because no-one could imagine it could happen but it happened.

"I didn't need a warning but if a warning was needed, it was a warning.

"But the closer the game comes Roma realise they still have to score three: it didn't happen too often this season against us.

"I'm not saying it is impossible but it is quite difficult.

"We are here to fight for our dreams, that is how it is, and we want to go to the final.

It was pointed out to Klopp that both Chelsea and Barcelona had conceded three goals in the Stadio Olimpico.

"We are not Chelsea, We are not Barcelona.

We won 7-0 against Spartak Moscow at Anfield.

What does that say? Nothing," added the German, who refused to answer questions about the absence of his trusted assistant Zeljko Buvac, who went on leave for the rest of the season for "personal reasons" just days before this tie.

"I don't think we are through but I don't think we are in a bad situation.

We are in a better situation than I thought we would be before (the tie).

"We didn't lose in the Champions League so far.

What does that mean? If that continues we will be through.".

Klopp has no intention of setting up his side to draw tomorrow night.

He hopes Liverpool will be able to capitalise on Roma's need to get at least three goals by scoring the away goal which will effectively end the tie.

"Do not forget we are really difficult to play," he said.

"There is no perfect plan for it.

If you really want to win you have to accept beforehand you could lose and still be really brave, not wait to be brave.

"Use their situation more than they use their situation because they have to win against us.

Much of the build-up to the game has surrounded the safety of fans in the Italian capital after 53-year-old Sean Cox was left in a critical condition after being attacked by Roma fans outside Anfield last week.

The Serie A club have done all they can to distance themselves from those involved with their president publicly criticising them, while the hand of friendship has been extended over the last week with players pictured on Thursday training in shirts with the words 'Forza Sean' on them.

"Great, great, great gesture.

I already thought they showed a great gesture before training at Anfield at the memorial for the 96," said Klopp, referencing Roma's laying a wreath in memory of the Hillsborough victims a week ago.

"It is a really nice thing and in these moments at least football fans should stay together and show this kind of respect.
