Why Women with Fibroids Should Think Twice Before Getting UFE

UFE stands for Uterine Fibroid Embolization. This procedure uses restriction of blood supply to the fibroid and can restrict blood flow to the uterus. This treatment is not recommended if you want to get pregnant.

UFE has been shown to increase risks of pregnancy complications including pre-term birth, placental abruption (detachment of the placenta from the uterus), and miscarriage.

If you're looking for a more thorough, more effective and less painful option for preserving the uterus for fertility, choose a laparoscopic myomectomy.

The LAAM myomectomy at The Center for Innovative GYN Care uses advanced techniques to remove all fibroids.

This advanced approach controls for blood loss and repairs the uterus completely.

LAAM procedures are performed as outpatient surgery, so patients return home the same day and recover in the comfort of their own home. Recovery is just 10-14 days.

For more information or to book a consultation, visit https://innovativegyn.com or call 888-SURGERY. That's 888-787-4379.

What Egg Yolk Color Can Reveal About The Chicken It Came From - Duration: 2:12.

What Egg Yolk Color Can Reveal About The Chicken It Came From

Sometimes, there's no telling what you will find when you crack open an egg.

It's everyone's general hope that nothing unusual will come out of it, but one thing

that's often ignored when inspecting the contents of that freshly cracked egg is the color of

the yolk.

Sure, it's supposed to be yellowish, but are we paying enough attention to just how yellow

our egg yolks are?

Findings indicate this detail may reveal more than you think.

As the video below demonstrates, the color of an egg's yolk will often vary based on

where it came from.

This is not a coincidence: An egg yolk's color is a direct consequence of the nutrients that

the hen was fed, and as such, will dictate just what it is you are consuming too.

The Broad Ripple Farmers Market clarifies things a little: the darker your yolk is,

the more nutrients it contains.

This is generally due to the healthier, more varied diet that free-range hens are offered,

containing not only corn and grain but also the occasional bug and vegetable.

Most eggs that are found in supermarkets come from factory farms, which tend to only feed

their hens grain, heavily limiting their diet – and ours in turn.

While not exactly harmful per se, these lighter yellow yolks are much less effective at delivering

the nutrients you are expecting to ingest.

An SFGate story goes a step further in explaining what you can find in free-range eggs compared

to factory farm products.

The varied diets contain much more vitamin A, which is excellent for bone and eye strength;

vitamin E, which promotes circulation and prevents oxidation; and omega-3 fatty acids,

which can lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

Better yet, free-range eggs also contain a lot less saturated fat and cholesterol than

factory farm eggs, according to SFGate, making them better in every way — except perhaps

price.

A worthy expense, would not you say?

Share this with your friends to let them know about the benefits of darker, straight-from-the-farm

eggs!

Soy Luna 3 | Matteo can remember his song thanks to Luna (ep.44) (Eng. subs) - Duration: 4:58.

Look, I've been thinking about doing a video that is impressing.

One of those videos that you can't stop watching.

The ones that are incredible and have a lot of production.

You're the coach so I'm in your hands.

Where do we start?

Let me think.

Is that shirt new?

Yes, do you like it?

Yes, I like you.

No, I like it.

The T-shirt.

No, shirt.

Are we going to rehearse?

Let's rehearse if you put on the bass with my phone.

How does it continue? It's happening again.

Don't think about that.

Relax, close your eyes.

Seriously, close your eyes.

Think that you're in the best place in the entire world.

Which is the stage.

Where you would like to be the most.

Think that it's you and that you let out that beautiful voice you have.

I'm here to help you.

I know you can do it.

Ready?

I can't believe it.

I did it.

Thanks, without your help, I wouldn't have been able to do it.

This is just the beginning.

You know, I've been thinking that this video has to have a street style.

I love it, I like the idea.

I also thought we could do a video where they dance.

You dance incredibly, I love how you dance, didn't I tell you?

You never told me you liked how I dance.

Do you really like it?

A lot.

Now there are two things that you like about me today.

Don't exaggerate.

I don't know why I said I liked how you dance if you're being so unbearable.

You'll believe you're the best dancer.

You got my hopes up a little.

With that I danced well.

That's what we're talking about.

It makes me really glad to see you like this.

So snobby?

Yes, I missed you a lot.

The video, right?

I thought we could do something street style.

You dancing and it will be incredible.

You said the same thing two seconds ago.

You're repeating things, I go blank but you repeat yourself all the time.

To remind you.

Thanks, you're helping me.

You have to rehearse.

Let's keep rehearsing.

I grab the guitar.

I don't remember which chord it was.

I don't either.

Ti minor.

I feel so good.

When you can see the blood moon tonight - what time and where to look up - Daily News - Duration: 10:07.

</form> Britain will experience a full 'blood moon' lunar eclipse tonight - one which is expected to be the longest of the century by astronomers

It will be visible right across the UK, providing it isn't obscured by cloudy weather and rain

The name comes from the fact the moon will take on a reddish tinge as all direct sunlight is blocked by the Earth's shadow

We haven't seen a blood moon in the UK since January 31, which was also a supermoon

The reason for the reddish tinge is that the sunlight brightening the moon is refracted through the Earth's shadow and, just like a sunset, appears red as colours are filtered out

This is called "Rayleigh scattering". When can I see the blood moon?  Look up on the night of July 27 and the early hours of July 28 to get the best view

The moon rises at 8.50pm in London (times will vary slightly across the country) and will already by in its total eclipse phase - meaning it will have the blood moon deep red colour as soon as it rises

If you're wondering what's the best time to see it in the UK we have a guide, but see below for timings for your area

Incredible blood moon and supermoon pictures taken from around the world View gallery  It shouldn't matter where you are in the UK - if you can get to an open space with a clear view of the sky, you should be able to see it

Moonrise will be at 8.49pm BST in London, 9.46pm in Glasgow, 9.02pm in Cardiff and 9

27pm in Belfast.  The mid-eclipse will be at 9.21pm and the "total" phase will end at about 10

13pm. What else can I see in tonight's night sky?  Mars is the closest its been to the Earth for 15 years - and is lined up so it will appear in the same part of the sky as the Moon

Look out for Mars rising about half an hour after the moon. It will be visible to the naked eye and shine more brightly than usual

Why does the moon turn red?  When the sun, Earth and moon line up we get a total lunar eclipse

The most impressive part is when the moon is fully in Earth's shadow giving it a red look

This is called a blood moon.  The red appears because the sunlight has deflected through the Earth's atmosphere

The colour can change depending on conditions. Read More Blood moon What is a blood moon?  "The moon's orbit around our planet is tilted so it usually falls above or below the shadow of the Earth," explains NASA

"About twice each year, a full moon lines up perfectly with the Earth and sun such that Earth's shadow totally blocks the sun's light, which would normally reflect off the moon

"  "The moon will lose its brightness and take on an eerie, fainter-than-normal glow from the scant sunlight that makes its way through Earth's atmosphere," the space agency said

"Often cast in a reddish hue because of the way the atmosphere bends the light, totally eclipsed Moons are sometimes called 'blood moons

'" How long will the blood moon last?  The lunar eclipse is set to last around two hours - making it the longest such lunar eclipse this century

There are a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, it's happening at the same time as the moon's apogee - when it's at its furthest point away from Earth

Secondly, it will be passing directly into the darkest region of the Earth's shadow

It will also be the smallest full moon of the year, which means it will take more time to pass through the dark shadow of the earth

Can I look at the Lunar Eclipse?  As always, make sure you're as far away from light pollution as possible

Unlike with solar eclipses, it is safe to look at it directly. Use binoculars or a telescope to get an even closer look

Does a blood moon mean the end of the world?  Despite what some conspiracy theorists have been saying, the world will not be ending on July 27

The "blood moon" theory is interpreted from the Book of Joel, which says: "The sun will turn into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes

"  A similar passage in the Book of Revelations reads: "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood

"  But it has been routinely dismissed by astronomers and other experts as a myth

What blood moon myths are there?  There are quite a few myths and conspiracy theories around the blood moon from horoscopes to biblical links

Some think it signals the end of the world, others think it changes your behaviour

How many lunar eclipses will there be this century?  Nasa reckons there will be 230 lunar eclipses in the 21st century - 85 of these will be total lunar eclipses

Friday's will be the longest of the century lasting 1 hour 43 minutes and 35 seconds

It's also the 17th eclipse of the century. When is the next total lunar eclipse?  The next will be January 21, 2019

How do I get the best picture of it? Stay away from bright lights Try and pick a spot marked by interesting buildings or trees so the moon shows up in comparison Keep the flash off If you're using your phone use your finger to focus the camera on where the moon is The moon is actually moving so for a clear picture use an app that has a quick shutter speed Tripods, zoom lenses and all the extra bits aren't really needed but will help keep you steady and get a better close-up  You can share your best photos with us by messaging us on the Mirror Facebook page or on Instagram

How to photograph the blood moon  Here are the top tips from acclaimed landscape photographer and Canon ambassador David Norton for getting the best shots of the blood moon:  1

Download the right apps to be in-the-know  The Photographer's Ephemeris is useful for giving moonrise and moonset times, bearings and phases; while the Photopills app gives comprehensive information on the position of the moon in our sky

 2. Invest in a lens with optimal zoom  It's a task normally reserved for astronomers with super powerful telescopes, but if you've got a long telephoto lens on a full frame DSLR with around 600 mm of focal length, it can be done, depending on the composition

 3. Use a tripod to capture the intimate details  As you'll be using a long lens for this shoot, it's important to invest in a sturdy tripod to help capture the best possible image

 4. Integrate the moon into your landscape  Use the moonlight as a light source for a stunning landscape

 5. Master the shutter speed for your subject  On a clear night, mastering the shutter speed of your camera is integral to capturing the moon - exposing at 1/250 sec @ f8 ISO 100 (depending on focal length) is what you'll need to stop the motion from blurring and if you are to get the technique right, with the high quality of cameras such as the Canon EOS 5DS R, you might even be able to see the twelve cameras that were left up there by NASA in the 60's!  Super Blue Blood Moon in pictures: Stunning images from around the world of beautiful celestial phenomenon View gallery

🍊Can I Find the Famous Orange Rock?! 🚴‍♀️Bike Vlog - Duration: 6:33.

Good morning! ...or should I say goodnight? It's currently between 1:00 and 2:00 AM

and I decided that today I'm gonna try to find the famous orange rock!

Ever since I moved here, like 7 years ago, I've heard a lot about this "orange rock"

or "Appelsinsteinen" as it's called in Norwegian.

It's in the middle of nowhere and people usually hike to it.

My husband has seen it a long time ago when he first lived here,

and a lot of his friends that are here now has been to it,

so I thought it was about time that I see it as well, because we're planning to move next year.

And I noticed that on the new bike trail, the sign for the hiking trail to the orange rock-

is right next to the road where I bike on, and it's only 1.2km from where I bike.

There's no road going to the rock,

so I will have to leave my bike by the sign somewhere and go on foot from there.

I'll insert a few clips of me just biking there. I just started and I'm by this small lake,

and it's still pretty far from here to the sign.

Just a little bit more about the rock: there's nothing really special about it...

It doesn't really look like an orange, and it's not orange in color.

I think it's just big and round! So my husband did prepare me that I shouldn't be too excited about it,

because it's just a big rock out in the middle of nowhere.

But since I've heard so much about it I just really wanted to see it for myself-

so I thought I'd take you with me.

And also since there's no road leading to it, I thought it also might be a bit hard to find.

I'm not sure if I can see the trail or not, but we'll see when I get there.

Soooo...

I just bailed the fuck out of there!

You won't believe the amount of mosquitoes around there!

I wanted to at least take a photo or a short clip of the sign,

but I couldn't stand still for even one second without being swarmed by mosquitoes!

I seriously had to swat like 2 times in front of my face every second,

and I'm pretty sure I've been bit a hundred times just on top of my head.

So yeah, there was no way I was gonna be able to go on foot there.

I even had a hard time biking! I couldn't even hold my eyes open... I wish I had my glasses on.

I had to look down at the road while biking so that they didn't get into my eyes,

and I could hear them popping on my headset.

And I'm still not comfortable taking my headset off while standing here.

So yeah, I guess...maybe another time?!

Because, yeah...that's not happening!

I'm back at this lake area now, and I'm almost home.

I think this is the fastest I've ever biked this trail because I was just ready to get the fuck out of there!

I tried to catch them - when the sun hit the mosquitoes on the road - so you could see them,

but I'm not sure how it captures on the camera.

And on my way here I did see a fox, but I'm not sure I could capture that one either.

But yeah...so much for this video!

Ugh. I'm itching all over the place. I'm pretty sure I have one at my ankle.

Yeah, see...

Look at that fucker!

Ugh!

So yeah, I can't even stand here without getting bitten so I'm just gonna fucking rush home.

And yeah...

It was REALLY bad!

Top 10 Treasures You Can Still Find Today - Duration: 6:48.

Have you ever buried some treasure before?

Probably not.

Its not something the average person does.

Perhaps thats why were so fascinated about the stories of people burying or losing their

treasure - especially when it could be still out there, right now, for you to find.

Which one of these looks like the safest best?

My name is Danny Burke and this is the top 10 treasures you can still find today.

Starting off at number 10 now we have Dutch Schultz Fortune.

Dutch Schultz was an American mobster who amassed a fortune in the 20s and 30s through

organises crime, bootlegging and racketeering.

In 1933, he was said to have hidden 7 million dollars in cash in an airtight safe somewhere

in New Yorks Catskills mountains.

He did this because he was about to go to trial for tax evasion and wanted to protect

his money for when he made it out.

In the end, he didnt get a long sentence but was fatally shot 2 years later.

His last words seemed to give clues about where the hidden safe was - but it wasnt very

clear.

Every year, a group of treasure hunters meet in the Catskills mountains to look for Schultzs

treasure.

Theyve had no luck yet, but theres always next year …

Next up at number 9 we have Butch Cassidy.

He was an American criminal legend and a name that often comes up in any conversation about

the wild west.

His gang was called the Wild Bunch and they would rob banks, trains and businessman.

They ended up with an insane amount of wealth but as you might expect, they lived their

lives on the run from the law.

Because of this, the gang were said to have buried 21,000 dollars in a place called Irish

Canyon while travelling through Moffat County in Colorado.

Its not a big place - and those who believe the story are determined to find it one day

Coming in at number 8 we have The Golden Owl.

Regis Hauser was a French writer and puzzle designer who went by the name Max Valentin.

He once wrote a book called -On The Trail of The Golden Owl- … it contained 11 clues

for discovering a golden owl which he buried 80 inches deep into the ground somewhere in

France.

He buried the golden owl on April 24th, 1993 and 3:30 AM - since then nobody has found

it.

He expected that someone would find the owl in less than 14 months.

He was wrong.

He spent 450 hours on designing the clues along.

You can check out the official website and if youre ever in France, try and follow the

clues that lead to the famous Golden Owl.

At number 7 now we have the Lost Dutchmans Gold Mine.

This is perhaps the most famous lost mine in American history.

In the 19th century, Jacob Waltz was a German immigrant to the US who claimed he had discovered

a lost gold mine in the Superstition Mountains of central Arizona.

It contained a fortunes worth of gold but Jacob never told anyone its location except

for his carer.

She was unable to decipher what he meant though and since then, countless explorers have set

out trying to find the Lost Dutchmans Gold Mine.

Moving on to number 6 now we have Fenn Treasure.

This is a treasure reportedly worth millions of dealers said to be hidden somewhere in

the Rocky Mountains by author Forrest Fenn.

He left 1 - 3 million dollars worth of gold, jewelry and other valuable artifacts for people

to find.

Why?

Well Fenn said he -just wanted to give people some hope … hes left a number of clues which

many have solved, he said that some people have come within just 200ft of the treasure

- but still it remains hidden!

Next up at number 5 we have The Ciphers.

Legend has it that in 1816, a man called Thomas Beale was with a few men, mining in the Rocky

mountains, when they discovered a huge amount of gold and silver.

By todays estimates, its estimated to be worth 63 million dollars.

They wanted to make sure their next of kin would get the treasure if they died so they

hid it somewhere and wrote 3 ciphers.

The 1st told the location of the treasure, the 2nd described the contents of the treasure

and the 3rd was a list of the mens names and their next of kin. Beale left it with a friend

and told him to wait 10 years before opening it.

If he had not returned by that point, a key to the cipher was supposed to be mailed to

the frient.

It never came.

Since then, codebreakers all over the world have tried to decode the ciphers and discover

the treasure …

Next up at number 4 we have Quin Shi Huang.

He was the 1st emperor of a unified China in the 3rd century BC.

He was so revered that when he died, his tomb was essentially a vast underground city, surrounded

by his famous terracotta soldiers.

That was all discovered in 1974 but archaeologists believe there is much more ti find down there.

They have to be careful though because the mercury in the ground could poison the underground

streams.

Who will be the first to find the treasures that are yet to be found there?

Next up at number 3 we have the Treasure At Little Bighorn.

Some of you may have heard of the battle of little bighorn with General Custers last stand.

Well, just before the men went into battle, they were give 4 months of back pay in the

form of gold, silver and money.

As you may know, they lost the battle.

The native americans stripped the dead bodies of all their belongs including the gold and

silver and hid it all in a secret location.

According to the story, Two Moons, a Cheyanne chieftan, told a trader about the lost Custer

treasure and drew a map for him - but to this day the treasure has never been found.

Moving on to number 2 now we have The Pearls of the Salton Sea.

The story goes that in 1615, Spanish explorer Juan de Iturbe embarked on a pearl harvesting

expedition in the Gulf of California.

A high tide left him in the salton sea and unable to escape and so he abandoned his ship

- with a fortune of black pearls on board.

There have been reports of the treasure being found in the hundreds of years since then,

but no real evidence.

This has led many modern treasure hunters to believe the black pearls are still out

there, waiting to be claimed …

And finally at number 1 we have the Lake Toplitz Gold.

This lake is situated in the forests of the Austrian alps.

Its seclusion led the Nazis to use it as a naval testing station during the 2nd world

war.

When the war looked like it was going to be lost, the Nazis began dumping all their valuables

into the lake which has a max depth of 338ft.

Some say they poured fortunes of gold and diamonds overboard just so the allies couldnt

get their hands on it.

Many divers and treasure hunters have died while searching for the gold which is still

thought to be on the lakes floor.

Alright guys, thats all Ive got time for in todays video.

Which was your favourite treasure story?

Which one of those seems like the easiest to find?

Let me know your thoughts - my name is Danny Burke, thanks as always for watching and Ill

see you all in the next video.

Youth Voter Registration Surges – Can Millennials Save Us From Decades Of Bad Government? - Duration: 4:23.

New data released this week shows that youth voter registration in 38 states across the

country is absolutely surging.

The states that have seen the largest increase in youth voter registration, number one is

the state of Florida.

They've seen about a 40% increase since February of this year.

Other states include Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, New York, Virginia, Indiana, and Arizona,

who have seen the largest increases aside from the state of Florida.

One thing that's happened, obviously, is the threat of school shootings.

These young people who are registering to vote in droves right now are concerned about

the fact that Congress is doing absolutely nothing about the issue.

They don't care that these kids have to go through active shooter drills a couple times

a year so that they learn how to handle themselves when a shooter comes into the school, not

if but when.

That is the reality in which these kids live their lives now, and Congress isn't doing

anything about it.

These young voters know Congress isn't doing anything about it, and they're going to take

action.

Now, there is a corresponding statistic that was not in this story about youth voter registration

surging, but it's troubling because according to recent polling data only 28% of millennials

plan 100% on voting in this year's midterms.

Now there's other who say they'll likely vote or that they'll probably vote, but only 28%

right now say that, hell, yeah, we're definitely going out and voting in the 2018 midterms.

So that's what this is about.

It's not just good enough to register all these young people to vote, age 18 to 29.

It's surging, but what good does that do if you don't go out there and use that newfound

right to vote?

You have to do both.

It's not just about registering, it's about taking the time out of your day to go to your

polling station and cast that ballot, 'cause here's the thing.

If this voting registration among this age group continues, they will become the largest

voting bloc in the United States of America, thereby giving them the power to direct the

direction of this country.

They will have the power to steer us where they think we should be going and, as the

youngest generation, as the people who have more time left on this earth than the rest

of us, I think it's a good responsibility and a good idea to let them steer it.

They know what they want.

They've grown up with horrors that most of us didn't even have to think about when we

were in high school.

Not just the threat of mass shootings, the looming threat of climate change that is accelerating

every year.

You know, climate projections that said, oh, in 50 years or 100 years horrible things are

going to happen.

No, those horrible things, not only are they currently happening but they're going to get

so much worse within the next 10 years.

They have to live with that their entire lives, and they have.

Most of us obviously have lived with it for our entire lives, but it was never that big

of a threat at the time.

It wasn't something that was right around the corner ready to wipe out coastal cities

across the planet.

They've had to deal with that.

They have to deal with a economy that could crash at any moment according to economists.

They have to deal with a job market that doesn't want to give them a decent paying job.

They have to deal with rising healthcare cost, as all of us do.

They have to deal with crippling levels of student loan debt.

These problems, while not all unique to this generation, they all affect this generation.

Some of us were spared from having to deal with some of those things.

This age group hasn't been.

So if they register and if they show up, they can vote out these people who say that school

shootings aren't a big deal or that climate change isn't a big deal or that student loan

debt doesn't matter.

Try to get some scholarships, kids.

They can change the direction of this country, but only if they show up.
