Youtube daily is it Dec 26 2018

That is the opinion of radio pundit and former Chelsea and Aston Villa striker Tony Cascarino

Ozil penned an extension to his Arsenal stay back in January, making him the highest paid player in the club's history

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** The former Germany international was due to be out of contract at the end of last season, before he signed the deal, and could have left the club for free

He now earns a reported £350,000 a week to keep him with the Gunners until 2021.  However, Mesut Ozil has been out of favour under new head coach Unai Emery this season

The 30-year-old has been left out of the side on a number of occasions, with Emery claiming he has not got the intensity for some opposition

Cascarino reckons Arsenal gave Ozil a new deal to make a statement, with former boss Arsene Wenger leaving at the end of last term

But he believes Emery has been left with an expensive problem in the shape of the former Real Madrid man

"I think he would never have got the deal that he got at Arsenal if it wouldn't have been the time of Arsene Wenger's departure," Cascarino told talkSPORT

"The club felt like they needed to make a statement. "I don't think Unai Emery would have agreed to have a player on such high wages

"It's given him a problem as in he thinks 'you don't make my first XI'.   "Yes he will play over Christmas and he will come into the team

"But he won't be a guaranteed starter because Unai Emery looks at Ozil and probably feels 'I need more from you'

"'You're 30 years old now, you've won the World Cup, but my high-energy style of play, high pressing' is what he will want

" Arsenal are back in action this afternoon when they visit Brighton (5.15pm).

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp hits out in Premier League rant - 'it's all BULL***T' - Duration: 3:06.

Liverpool sit top at Christmas - four points clear of Manchester City - and the omens are usually good

In eight of the past 10 seasons, the Premier League leaders on Christmas Day have ended the season as champions

However, there are two seasons which did not follow that trend - and both involved Liverpool

The Reds were the Christmas leaders in 2008-09, when Manchester United won the league, and 2013-14, when Manchester City became champions

But Klopp said: "I've heard how many times in the last 10 years that when you're first at Christmas you win the title, but only Liverpool weren't

It's all bull**** stories. "hat is it? What does it mean? It's a different team, a different time, everything was different

It's not interesting. "It's not interesting yet. We don't watch the table first thing in the morning or anything like that

I didn't expect that City would lose against Crystal Palace, of course not. "When City lost 3-2 then I got all these messages from friends saying, 'wow, unbelievable, blah blah blah', and I don't even feel it

Trending  Klopp also insists there is no pressure on his side - and has told the pundits to stop looking so far ahead

He said: "There is no pressure, I don't see the pressure. Yes there is pressure because we want to win against Newcastle and that is difficult enough

"If I listen to whoever broadcasts the game and I see someone in a pre-match interview asking a player about [what might happen in] May and stuff like that, I would take the mike and throw it somewhere

Only because that is not fair. "We have to play football, not think about what we can do in the summer

All of the games are very difficult and just because we won a few of them doesn't mean it was easy

"They are really difficult and need all our focus. There is no test for the boys

If we are not first in the table on 3 January, for example, then it would probably mean we have lost a game

Does that mean that everything we have done so far is s***?"

Mohamed Salah: Did you see Liverpool star's heartwarming gesture? This is BRILLIANT - Duration: 2:48.

A video of Kearney wildly celebrating Salah's winning goal against Napoli in the Champions League at Anfield first went viral last week

And it seems the video brought to the attention of Salah, who invited Kearney to Liverpool's training ground

Kearney also managed to meet manager Jurgen Klopp and a whole host of other Reds players

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** In the video, Kearney's cousin Stephen Garcia can be seen describing Salah's goal to him as they celebrate

Kearney was given a shirt by Salah who looked shocked that Kearney had told the Egyptian he'd been to every game this season

Garcia then took a moment to tell LFCTV that that the video doesn't show anything new and they the two of them celebrate like that every week

"It's just surreal being here," he said. "It's just our routine, it's what we do

I tell him every goal kick, every corner, every throw-in. Obviously he knows when we score because he gets a big hug! "I always tell him who scored and how the play sort of went then we just react and celebrate

He can hear all the groans if the other team score." The pair were then led out as the team trained before meeting the players

Virgil van Dijk, Sadio Mane, Alison, Georginio Wijnaldum and Divock Origi all met Kearney, signing his shirt and taking pictures with the lifelong Liverpool fan

On meeting Origi, Kearney said: "The best day of the year so far was when you slotted against the Blues [Everton] mate

" Goalkeeper Alisson told Kearney: "You are famous now my friend." Liverpool are next in action against Wolves at Molineux on Friday night as the Reds look to keep ahead of title rivals Manchester City

City then play Crystal Palace at home on Saturday as they look to keep up the pace with Klopp's men

Abraham Hicks No Ads 💸 2019 Money is Energy 💸 Greek Cruise - Duration: 14:59.

when you have a desire it is alive in the vortex right so I have a detective

it's active meaning the same it's active and it's important to know that the

attention of your inner being upon it matters a lot it can make you feel more

sure of its outcome if it's coming out where you can see it so tassel on a

button I think a lot of people know what that means but this is easy to create a

castle as a button mm-hmm if you believe that castles are as easy

to obtain as buttons then you'll have lots of castles mm-hmm so I'm trying to

turn it into a button it's 1.5 billion dollars and it's the amount that what

allow me to achieve a vision that I have to make a lot of people happy because

I've seen the vision and I've seen it happen in the world and it just happens

to be around the amount that I would require to do that and I'm trying to

work through making the castle to a button so you had an example the other

day of Jerry having that basket out there and he would take the shot so far

enough away that he could make it but far enough away that it excited and when

he did and not so far that he doubted it how do you feel about your basket so 20

years from now it feels achievable but five years from now it feels pretty far

and well then you're being too specific about it you see what trips most humans

up and this is the same conversation that we had a little bit ago today where

you think about your action orientation or the manifestation part of it rather

than the energy part of it for example does the idea of clarity seem easily

achievable when certain topic is second on certain topics yes

do you think that you could get clear on something today mm-hmm do you think that

you can get clear on something 20 years from today do you think you need 20

years to find clarity or do you think that clarity is something that is easily

achievable the point that we're making is that thoughts an alignment of

thoughts are easily achievable and you usually don't assign the necessity of

time into them in other words I can be happy or sad today I can be happy or sad

20 years from today but I don't need 20 years to go from sad

to happy I could focus that into being today and we want you to understand that

everything is that way but it is your action orientation and your belief and

how long it takes to gather up if you can think of money as energy rather than

as money then you can shorten the timeline so would you suggest then to

just keep setting kind of baskets in feelings not necessarily a dollar amount

but just feelings where I feel it's satisfying and then let this good

feeling I have about what the 1.5 billion stands for yes but even more we

would focus upon the outcome that you're reaching for rather than the means that

you believe is necessary to accomplish it if you think about what you want and

why you want it the energy is usually clear but if you think about what you

want and how you're gonna get it and when it's going to come and what it's

gonna require and who's gonna be there then you introduce a lot of unnecessary

questions to which you don't have the answers which just piles resistance

which makes the timeline have to be more spread out but it doesn't need to be the

universe can deliver it to you as quickly or as slowly as you believe it

to be and that's why sometimes when people talk to us about big goals that

they have big goals we encourage them to not put those extra descriptive words

around it because when it feels big then you mean it feels slow or it feels

harder or it feels less likely it just sort of want to find the feeling

but which can be colleen and resistance free right now mm-hmm

hence the button and this type of that's what that whole analogy is about and

also this is something that we have heard from many people over time I want

this big sum of money but I'm gonna do a lot of good with it in a sort of

justifying I need the justification for doing the good before I will allow the

good to come to me and we want you just want it and it's that feeling that you

need to justify it that is really even a bigger culprit than the feeling that you

need twenty years together mm-hmm okay so then the feeling is wonderful

why so much money anyway that's nothing should cost that much I just for the

cost so what it costs cost what it costs well your logical mind might be warped

because we cannot assign monetary value to energy and when you stop doing it

you'll get a lot more bang for your buck

so it's a professional sports team and it's 20 years from now I'm gauging it's

about 1.5 billion and now we're talking to after worth that much ya know in the

feeling and that's the thing I really like I feel so great about and I talk

with my wife about or anybody else in terms of why I like it it's because I've

had the feeling so many times with a sports team that it brings so many

people together at least for that team when they're doing well San Antonio

Spurs for example so that just makes me feel really great so if someone asked me

what you really want that's what I really want now in other things when I

just clean it up by wanting that or something like that but don't assign a

price tag to it that throws resistance on the trail and we know this is the

same subject that we've talked about earlier a couple of times here today

where you're wanting to bridge or blend the action with the energy or the

physical with the non-physical we're just suggesting to you that you're

practicality you're wanting to look at it through your physical eyes before the

energetic work is done will slow the energetic work down it's a little bit

like the discussion of when to offer the action and we say offer the action once

you're completely in alignment when you're completely in alignment then

there's no resistance but if you're offering the action or even

contemplating the action before you're completely in alignment then it feels

like a really big hard thing to do and nothing is a really big hard thing to do

when you have the leverage that creates worlds flowing with you so what I really

want to feel now I want to it allow that because the feeling of it just the

thought of it's good enough actually for me don't get your desire ahead of your

belief that's just torturing yourself unnecessarily if you get your desire

ahead of your belief then that's uncomfortable then you have to add

decades to the process but what if your desires just called your belief into

alignment what if your desire is uninhibited because

you put it there it's there and it's real and what if your inner being is all

over it and calling all of the cooperative components and you know how

you'll know when you're a cooperative component when it doesn't feel hard to

do when it just feels like the next logical step so I'd like to be let off

the hook or if you could help well the hood we can't help you the next logical

step is not to take any action the next logical step is to enjoy the whole idea

of it to take pleasure from the idea of it because what trips everyone up is

having a goal that they can't see the means to the end and so the goal itself

feels more uncomfortable that it does pleasurable so what you want to do is

use the power of your focus to let this intention be utterly and only satisfying

no downside it's in vibrational form you know every Empire even every

relationship every magnificent creation really every creation is accomplished

vibrationally almost immediately long before you allow the physical bricks and

nails and boards and sports people to become part of the equation

do you believe we're asking all of you this do you believe that you have the

ability to take pleasure from the vibrational form of your creation

because that's really what you got to do you got to take pleasure and only

pleasure from the vibrational form of your creation and when you've got that

nailed down then all of the other pieces will come into place but when you

believe that you've got to figure out how or where or when the other pieces

are going to come into place before you let yourself take pleasure in it then it

gets all lopsided mm-hmm so you said to active its active in the in the vortex

and God and my active we mean attractive in nature gathering the quadrant I don't

know if I don't go towards it because I've created it the feeling of it in the

desire for it that's the thing I want to be left off the hook up if I don't ever

achieve that thing that feeling except for the

that's enough I want to because the physical is so still something that we

well that's theological someone who really wants something cannot say that

okay a lot of humans try to say that we never have any of it but a lot of humans

try to say that because what they're wanting to do is let themself off the

hook for the doubt that they currently possess

we're just saying get rid of the doubt can't get rid of anything replace the

doubt with the pleasure of the idea we want you to all receive the benefit of

this conversation because most people have an idea or a goal that they want to

achieve and they feel like it needs to be accomplished before they can really

settle into the pleasure of it once I get this then I will have the success

that I wanted and then everything clicks together we want it to click together in

the vibrational phase and you know when it's come together the success that

you're looking for is not just the ownership of the team or even the

ability to leverage their talent and probability against the cost of them we

want the desire of it to be all that you need to find thoughts are turning to

things and once you've put something into the vortex it's gathering the

co-operative components and - your doubt the co-operative components would all

come into place do you see yourself as one of the co-operative components

because if there's hesitation you're not if you're trying to let yourself off the

hook then you're not you have to allow yourself to be a free-flowing

vibrational particle that can be attracted by the idea of your desire

step one is you gave birth to a step two is it's alive and it's real and your

inner being and all of the forces all of the leverage that creates worlds it's

all there for you you have to let yourself go with it if you have given

birth to it you will never be able to hold yourself apart from something

important that you've given birth and be joyful so it's not just giving up

the idea of the dream it's giving up the happiness that the dream promises who

we're almost on it the whole point of wanting it is for the happiness that the

dream promises and then the manifestations it just it has to come

but when you say well maybe I'm willing to give up the big picture of it and we

say you can't do that because now you've given up on the happiness of the dream

promises are you following this you either believe or you don't

so I'm trying to get myself into a state of that feeling because I do have an

attachment to it this is the disadvantage of asking for things that

are bigger than you believe ask for a whole bunch of things that are just the

right size until you have shown yourself that all things are possible

that's the basket thing that Jerry was talking about you get the basket out

there so far you don't believe it after a little while you stop trying or you

make up things that aren't true I never really wanted to do that anyway that's

why I put it out there so far is just kidding

yeah so I have a deep feeling that I I I can already see I know I have it within

me well maybe it's not within you but the potential of it is when it's within

you you're not talking like this when it's really within you you're saying I

got this going on just thought I'd let you know watch for it you'll see it

remember my face

so basket where I can hit it and just continuing if I just remember what the

real goal is you see Esther says two people on a pretty regular basis she got

it from Jerry because he said it on a really regular basis that go somewhere

and she'd say just looking for something to want just looking for something that

rings my bells because your bells ringing feels really really good and so

when life shows you something that rings your bells you can keep those bells

ringing as it comes into fruition and by the time it comes into fruition there

are a whole lot of other things that are ringing your bells too because you're

not ever going to get it done so it's the bell ringing that you're reaching

for it's the reason to focus and the reason

to even care about how you feel that's what it's all about the things that life

helps you to define that you want are not because anybody needs to create that

it's not that that is necessary for the upliftment of the universe the reason

that the ideas occurred to you is so that you will have a focal point in this

time and space reality upon which you can find alignment with your inner being

so that you can feel the power or the invincibility of your creative prowess

'Vice' Accuracy: How Much of the Cheney Movie Is True? | Heavy.com - Duration: 8:17.

'Vice' Accuracy: How Much of the Cheney Movie Is True? | Heavy.com

One of the biggest criticisms among reviewers about Adam McKay's Vice movie about Dick Cheney is that it's only partially accurate.

Here's a quick rundown of some of the inaccuracies pointed out so far.

One of the major complaints is that the movie seems to point to motivations based mostly on money or simply power for power's sake, Slate points out.

For example, the movie seems to hint that Cheney just wants power and really doesn't believe in anything.

However, he had deeply conservative ideologies that drove him and others — not only to obtain the role of Vice President, but also to push for regime change in Iraq.

In addition, the movie seems to overlook the big role that the first Gulf War played in George W.

Bush's decision to invade Iraq, after his father left Saddam Hussein in power.

Hussein's history with the Bushes is unique in and of itself.

As The Washington Post reported in 2006, Bush Sr.

and Hussein began as allies in the 1980s, when Hussein was at war with the United States' enemy at the time, Iran.

Media in 1992 suggested that Bush Sr.

had advised Hussein to intensify bombings of Iran.

But then Hussein became less stable and couldn't be trusted, and invaded Kuwait in 1990.

Bush Sr.

did not invade Iraq, believing he would ultimately be overthrown, The Washington Post reported.

In fact, when Bush Sr.

went to Kuwait in 1993, a group of Iraqis crossed the border and media said at the time that it was a thwarted attempt to kill Bush Sr.

Although George W.

Bush was not there,  his wife Laura and mother Barbara were, and their lives were endangered.

This, some guessed, was part of the reason George W.

wanted to invade Iraq many years later.

It's not known, however, if that is true.

Peter Ricketts, a top British official, said in a 2002 memo that Bush's regime change sounded more "like a grudge between Bush and Saddam.".

Slate also points out that the narrator implies no one knew much about Cheney when he became Vice President, but in truth he was well known from his role in the Gulf War.

Some things are very accurate, Slate adds.

Cheney's devotion to his family, including his support for his daughter Mary and her marriage to Heather, was true.

Heather and Mary have two children together, and Dick and Lynne Cheney have been strong and open supporters of gay marriage.

Viewers might also bemoan how quickly the movie portrays Cheney's infamous shooting accident in the woods.

The horrific accident got so much national attention at the time that games modeled scenes after the shooting.

But in the movie, the actual scene is just a few seconds long and shown in quick cuts.

Interestingly, the lawyer that Dick Cheney shot in the face — Harry Whittington — actually gave a press conference apologizing to the Cheneys, strange as that may sound.

Whittington was 78 when the shooting happened, and today he's 91.

They were hunting quail in 2006 in Riviera, Texas when the accident happened.

At the time, the accident was nicknamed "Quailgate." Cheney said he fired at what he thought was a bird, but accidentally shot about 150 birdshot pellets at Whittington.

Whittington had a heart attack from the lead making its way into his blood vessels, Indiewire reported.

Cheney did ultimately admit that what he did was wrong, despite reports that he never apologized, CNN reported.  In 2006, Cheney said: "I am the guy who pulled the trigger and shot my friend.

That is something I will never forget.".

Cheney said that yes, Whittington was shot because he rejoined the quail-hunting party without announcing himself.

But Cheney said he was ultimately responsible.

"Ultimately, I am the guy who pulled the trigger and fired the round that hit Harry.

You can talk about all the other conditions that existed at the time, but that's the bottom line.

It's not Harry's fault.

You can't blame anybody else.".

Here's the video where Whittington apologized to Cheney:.

If you want to really compare Vice's accuracy to a real-life account, many viewers suggest watching the documentary called The World According to Dick Cheney.

In this documentary, Cheney talks about his career and all the controversies surrounding his life.

You can watch it on Showtime, or on Amazon with a seven-day free Showtime trial.

Is There A Good Time To Eat Fruit? - Duration: 4:54.

For some reason, a lot of rumours bounce around the internet concerning foods and the time

of day you should eat them.

But the idea that your body would look at the clock and say "okay, visiting hours

are over for these foods"... well, it rarely works like that

So all those articles saying "no fruit after 2PM" or "fruit is best in the afternoon",

that's not backed up by research.

So, that's it...end of video!

Actually, hang on, maybe there are some interesting areas to look at today.

Now, the time of day might not be important when it comes to eating fruit but what about

when you eat it compared to your meals and other types of food?

For example, does it matter if you have an empty stomach or if you just ate?

Can you get more benefits from some fruit if you eat them before a meal or after or

during?

This is the health chronicle and today we're going to answer the question - "is there

a good time to eat fruit".

But before we begin make sure you hit the subscribe button and click the bell icon to

never miss a video.

One myth that we've heard is that you should always eat fruit on an empty stomach.

The reason they give is that if you eat it with a heavy meal, it slows down your digestion

and the food will begin to rot in your stomach.

But there are many problems with this idea.

First of all, for something to rot, there needs to be bacteria.

And most types of bacteria are killed off by stomach acid.

The acid in your belly is very powerful, with a pH as low as 2 or even 1.

This can rise to about 6 when it's full of food but it will quickly become acidic

again.

A few strains of bacteria, such as the infamous salmonella, can survive on the food particles.

That's why you can get food poisoning.

But the big majority of bacteria are killed of quickly.

So, food can't rot in your stomach.

The other problem is that you digest everything in your stomach quite quickly.

Most meals will have completely left the stomach in 4 to 5 hours, so certainly not enough time

for any kind of rotting.

Within 8 hours, it should have passed through your small intestine and then it can take

up to around 40 hours to go through your large intestine.

Alright, so those are some of the myths - what about the truth about when you should eat

fruit?

Well, it seems like the best time to eat fruit is at meal times.

Whether it's before, during or after, probably isn't that important.

If you eat it between meals, the sugar in the fruit can lead to you produce more insulin

to balance out your blood sugar.

And once that has happened, it can make you hungry again.

But that only happens if the fruit is low in fibre.

Fibre slows down the whole process of digestion so you won't get a spike in blood sugar

that stimulates insulin production.

Ripe bananas and melons are low in fibre and so is most tinned fruit.

Most fruit juices also remove a lot of fibre in the process.

So, when it comes to snacking on fruit, choose the higher fibre options like berries, passion

fruit, coconut and anything dried.

Some citrus fruits, especially those high in citric acid, such as lemons, limes and

grapefruit, are not a great idea on an empty stomach.

They are particularly bad if you suffer from acid reflux since you are just adding more

acid, without anything to balance it out.

But citrus fruits do have a big benefit when eaten with a meal

First of all, they contain high amounts of vitamin C.

This has a whole range of benefits on it's own.

It helps battle high blood pressure and heart disease, it's an antioxidant, and it can

boost your immunity.

But vitamin C also helps you to absorb iron.

Now, iron actually comes from your food in two form ; heme iron and non heme iron.

Heme iron is very easy to absorb and comes from animal flesh such as meat, fish and shellfish.

Non heme iron is found in cereal, greens, and beans, for example.

But it's harder for your body to absorb.

But vitamin C makes the non-heme iron into a different form and can help you absorb over

60% more.

The other benefit of citrus fruit is that they contain two flavonoids called naringin

and hesperidin.

This two act like scavengers when you eat an unhealthy meal.

They are antioxidants and they protect you from the inflammation that some junk foods

can cause, because your body treats this junk like an infection.

Naringin and hesperidin also help to protect the walls of your blood vessels and have some

anti-cancer benefits.

So, there are some obvious benefits to eating citrus fruit with your meal.

And finally, let's just finish by saying, don't worry too much about the timing.

So long as you are getting a good amount of fruit and vegetables during the day, you will

see most of the benefits.

Maybe a banana is best eaten at 11:13 AM and maybe an orange is best combined with eggs

and red wine, but it's impossible to live your life like that so just do your best.

THIS IS IT MUELLER DROPS CHARGES,HE'S DONE - Duration: 14:28.

THIS IS IT MUELLER DROPS CHARGES,HE'S DONE

Last Friday, Robert Mueller dropped a ton of documents involving President Donald Trump's

former attorney Michael Cohen.

The one thing missing: anything indicating there is any collusion with Russia.

But, the documents did reveal how desperate the Special Counsel is to "get Trump"

at any cost.

Don't listen to the ranting Democrats and their cohorts who are spewing lies.

Mueller just revealed his weak hand against Trump, and it all goes back to Stormy Daniels.

Don't miss this.

Images, Drew Angerer/Getty Images, Tom Williams/CQ Roll Call)

There is no Russian collusion, and even Robert Mueller and his entire team of Trump-hating

attorneys know, as much as they twist facts, they can't prove otherwise.

How do we know?

The big three — Paul Manafort, General Mike Flynn, and former Trump attorney Micheal Cohen

— are not charged with any conspiracy crimes.

And there is simply no other way for Mueller to prove the president "conspired" to

commit Russia collusion.

Poor Mueller has come up empty-handed.

But he's not through.

Come hell or high-water, Mueller has now changed the scope of the entire investigation.

According to what we do know (based on the documents released on those defendants), he

plans to prove Trump violated campaign finance laws.

It looks like this witch hunt will all come down to payoffs to Stormy Daniels and another

woman named Karen McDougal.

Even stranger, it seems Mueller will allow the Southern District of New York to file

the charges against Trump.

It's quite simple.

Since Mueller can't prove Russian collusion, the anti-Trump deep state forces will try

to get him in another way.

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy, who appears regularly on the Laura Ingraham

show on Fox News, explains, "The major takeaway from the 40-page sentencing memorandum filed

by federal prosecutors Friday for Michael Cohen, President Trump's former personal

attorney, is this: The president is very likely to be indicted on a charge of violating federal

campaign finance laws."

"It has been obvious for some time that President Trump is the principal subject of

the investigation still being conducted by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District

of New York," reported McCarthy.

"Cohen has stated he did the hands-on work in orchestrating hush-money payments to two

women who claim to have had sexual liaisons with Trump many years ago (liaisons Trump

denies)."

"But when Cohen pleaded guilty in August, prosecutors induced him to make an extraordinary

statement in open court: the payments to the women were made 'in coordination with and

at the direction of' the candidate for federal office – Donald Trump," added McCarthy.

Before we get to what these deep state rats are going to use against Trump, in contrast,

let's look at what happened to Barack Obama.

When it was discovered that Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign was guilty of violations

involving nearly $2 million – an amount that dwarfs the $280,000 in Cohen's case

– the Obama Justice Department decided not to prosecute.

Instead, the matter was quietly disposed of by a $375,000 fine by the Federal Election

Commission, reported Fox News.

In real life, these campaign finance charges aren't taken too seriously.

Obama got away with a $2 million dollar violation.

And in Trump's case, these are two payouts by Cohen to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal,

totaling $280,000 dollars.

And here's where it gets tricky to prove.

This has nothing to do with if Trump had sex with these women.

It has to do with was the act of paying them off a "campaign contribution by Trump?"

If the president can prove that in the past he has had to pay off women for any reason,

to go away and not blackmail him, this case is done.

Then, the past payments stand as evidence that Trump has a history of these payments,

the payments to Daniels and McDougal are not campaign contributions.

Former Federal Prosecutor Joe diGenova said, "Paying hush money is not illegal.

The question is was it done to further the campaign or was it done to avoid embarrassment?

That actually makes it impossible to prove it's a crime because either one of those

scenarios is possible, therefore, a jury would have to guess at that."

And a jury can't.

There is no way to surmise someone's state of mind.

He added, "Not only that, there's no evidence that the president ordered it through a corporation,

which is the only way to make this illegal, the payment itself would be perfectly proper.

It only has to be disclosed if it is a personal campaign contribution by the president.

If it's meant to keep the women silent, there is no..that is not a campaign violation."

The video below is cued to start during the discussion on Trump and these so-called campaign

law violations:

Is this what the American people really want to spend their hard-earned tax money on?

After 18 months and millions of dollars spent on this Special Counsel, it all comes down

to paying off two lowlife women who tried to extort money from the president?

That's all Robert Mueller has?

For years, Stormy Daniels tried to extort money from Trump.

Same thing with Karen McDougal.

But what does any of this have to do with the president running the country?

It's common knowledge that men who have millions of dollars and are in the public

eye will have women throw themselves at them.

And many of them will attempt to extort money.

By and large, Americans don't care.

And we surely don't want our tax money going toward highlighting these dubious events.

This is going to backfire on Mueller and his Democratic supporters.

Considering Obama's real campaign finance violations, if they try to pin this on Trump,

Americans will immediately see this witch hunt for what it is: one big farce to take

power away from our duly elected

President

of

the United States.

Mohamed Salah is just not the threat that he was last season - Duration: 5:18.

Sometimes you can tell a lot from a single decision on a football field.Manchester City's decision to allow Riyad Mahrez to take a penalty ahead of the centre forward Gabriel Jesus was one that was pertinent to the result of this game

As City wait to end a winless run at Anfield that stretches back to 2003, they will think on that for a while

However, it was an instinctive split-second call made by Liverpool's Mo Salah 15 minutes earlier that told us much about a personal struggle that only a glut of goals will bring to an end

Played clear by Andrew Robertson at the Kop end, Salah's first touch to take Aymeric Laporte out of the game was superb

The City defender expected Salah to let the ball run and take him on.Instead, Salah's touch set him clear on goal and as the ball bounced up nicely, a lob over City goalkeeper Ederson beckoned

Given the goalkeeper's advanced position and the run of the ball, it was the obvious option

It would have been a high-tariff call but last season Salah wouldn't have hesitated

Here, though, Salah took the other, safer option, choosing to put his foot through the ball and see what happened

What happened was that the ball flew high and wide into the crowd. Liverpool's best chance to win this game had gone

Salah has scored three times in the Premier League this season, so his manager Jurgen Klopp is right to swat away talk of a real problem

However, it is how a player looks that can often tell you more than the statistics and the fact is that Salah is not the threat that he was last season

Teams are wise to him, of course. Last season he scored 32 goals in the Premier League and, given that he doesn't take free-kicks or penalties, he will in all likelihood never score that many again

Here, City looked to have learned some lessons from their two cataclysmic visits to Anfield last season

Their full backs had clearly been listenining to their coach. For all that Pep Guardiola talked up his team's intention to beat Liverpool at their own attacking game, the reality was that the Liverpool front three were afforded less space than they are used to

Central defender John Stones was superb and Guardiola's decision to leave captain Vincent Kompany on the bench at a ground where he never plays well was vindicated

The stats showed that Stones did not miss a pass, tackle or clearance all game and on a day when the two Liverpool central defenders — Virgil van Dijk and Dejan Lovren — were generally excellent, the England player was central to a sense of comfort that Guardiola's team have never felt at Anfield before

For Salah, the test of a truly great player is found partly in his ability to regenerate himself season on season

For example, Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United a different footballer than the one who arrrived

Of interest is that Klopp is currently not using any of his three major summer outfield signings, Naby Keita, Fabinho or Zherdan Shaqiri

This means that a team that finished 25 points behind City last season is essentually being asked to close the gap with the help of only a new goalkeeper

Liverpool miss the pace and drive of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain too. The scorer of the rasping second goal when Liverpool thrashed City 3-0 in the Champions League in April will not be back until late in the season after injuring his knee last spring

So Liverpool must wait for the likes of Salah and Mane to come again and no doubt they will

Klopp's team have played their three great rivals – City, Chelsea and Tottenham – already this season and are joint top of the Premier League

Klopp will quiet rightly argue that is progress in itself.

Benitez says it will be 'a miracle' if Newcastle stay up - Duration: 3:55.

Rafa Benitez says it will be a miracle for to survive - even if Mike Ashley opens his cheque book next month

The Magpies boss believes the damage is already done after a summer of under-investment, and his mood in the wake of Saturday's sour stalemate with Fulham was the lowest it has been all season

He even refused to give a straight answer when asked if he was committed to the cause for the remainder of the campaign, preferring to say: 'My focus now is trying to find the right team to play Liverpool (on Day) and try to get three points

'  Newcastle are five points clear of danger, but Benitez repeatedly used the word 'miracle' when it came to their chances of staying in the

'We have to be realistic and understand we will be in the bottom half for the whole season and, if we can be better than three teams, it will be another miracle,' he said, to the surprise of those present

'It would be a miracle to stay up, yes. A game like that is confirmation of what I know

Even if we strengthen in January it will be a miracle if we stay up.' Surely a manager of Benitez's calibre is better than settling for a year-on-year scrap? 'I like the challenge and we will try to do our best,' he said

'When you lose or cannot win, you cannot enjoy it, but I know it is my job and I have to be sure I make the right decisions all the time

' Very few enjoyed this game, especially Benitez. He is irked by the assumption that Newcastle should beat Fulham, a team who spent £100million

It was as if the Spaniard felt vindicated by a performance so dire that they failed to have a shot on target against the division's worst defence

They could have lost it late on when Jamaal Lascelles appeared to block Aleksandar Mitrovic's shot with his elbow before the home skipper made a last-ditch tackle to deny Aboubakar Kamara in the dying seconds

This was Fulham's first clean sheet of the season, and defender Alfie Mawson said: 'There's nothing wrong with a bit of nastiness

Sometimes you've got to suck that up, just got to realise that you don't have to play pretty football all the time

'Fair play to Fulham last year, we got promoted playing lovely football, but this is a totally different league, a totally different animal and I think we've started to realise and appreciate that a bit more

Arsenal news: 'Unai Emery would NOT have agreed to it' - mega player deal SLAMMED - Duration: 3:20.

Acne, its causes and symptoms | What is Acne, how it is caused and what are the symptoms. - Duration: 4:23.

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel, this is my first video,

and in this video, I am going to tell you what is Acne and

how it is caused and what are the symptoms, in the next video, I will

show you the exact treatment of acne therefore keep watching

and don't forget to subscribe. so let's get started.

So, first of all I am going to tell you what is Acne, Acne

usually starts with the production of greasy substance that is up

occur from the sebaceous glands. These glands are the oil glands

that re presents on certain parts of our body such as face, neck

shoulders, and upper arms, so these are certain parts of our body

which contain excess amount of sebaceous glands and

lead to the production of sebum. Sebum is a substance that is

mainly responsible for acne so what happen is :

when this greasy substance start producing inside our body they

start clogging the hair follicles opening.

there are the hair follicles which use to have the bigger opening

as well as the smaller opening and the sebum

use to clog these opening which leads to the acne and

the bigger opening, I mean the follicles which have bigger openings

may lead to the production of blackheads which are the flat spots

with the black centre as well as may lead to the

formation of the white bumps which are jknown as whiteheads

So, both these blackheads and whiteheads can lead to the

formation of the pimples, pustules and even

Nodules. Now, I am going o tell you what are the causes

Guys, you may know that few people use to say that

I can not eat, oily food, fried food spicy food or even

I cannot touch my face again and again because my skin is very much

acne prone, so let me tell you that these are not the causes of

acne, the actual causes of acne are hormones, and

heredity factors. So, first of all I am going to tell you about hormones.

there is a hormone known as androgen which is mainly responsible for

signalling the body to produce the sebum

or activate the oil glands to produce sebum.

which lead to the production of acne so first one was hormones

2. Bacteria: when these hair follicles are get clogged

and these clogged hair follicles lead to the production of

bacteria these bacteria breaks the skin, which lead to the leakage

of sebum in the nearby tissues and lead to the formation of

pus filled pimples or the pustules. 3 are the oral contraceptives:

Some women are prone to get infected or get acne

with the oral contraceptives, however, at the same time - some women

have the tendency to supress the acne.

4. Intra-uterine devices can also lead to production of acne

5. Steroids: taken by the athletes or in the bodybuilders

can lead to the formation of acne. So these are some causes that

are mainly responsible for acne, I hope it is

clear to you till now that acne start with the production of

greasy substance known as sebum, which clogs the hair follicles

which lead to the formation of whiteheads or the blackheads or pimples

Nodules etc. Now, What are the symptoms

I don't need to tell you much about acne, because these are very common.

so the symptoms of acne are:

Formation of persistent, consistent

long lasting formation of Pimples. Pimples are the Pus filled

pimples on the certain acne prone areas of our body

2. Formation of whiteheads, blackheads,

Papules: Papules are the red swelling of the

red lumps on the skin. 5. is the formation of

Nodules, nodules are the firm swelling under the skin

which are usually inflamed or infected. So these are the

symptoms of the acne. In the next video, I will tell you what are the

treatment of acne, so keep watching and don't forget to subscribe.

I will see you back in my next video. BBye.

What To Do If Your Job Is Being Outsourced - Duration: 7:30.

In this video, I'm going to give you some practical advice on what to do if your job

is being outsourced.

So who am I?

I'm the guy that hires people in the Philippines.

I've got a 10...

I'm here in the Philippines now.

I've got 10 full-time employees that...

You know, they might have taken your job.

Instead of hiring you, I hired them and that hurts.

So what do you do?

Okay, I can feel your pain.

It's hard enough to get a job.

But when your job gets outsourced to another country like this to the Philippines, what

do you supposed to do?

One thing that I want to talk about that's going to come across potentially as offensive

and that you probably not going to want to hear.

And that's the conversation that having a job is not a right.

You don't have a right to have a job.

And I'm talking about my country, USA.

And most free countries.

We have a lot of rights.

we have a lot of things that we are blessed with.

But that's what I think a job is.

I think a job is a blessing or...

Let me frame it as it's an opportunity.

It's an opportunity that an employer provides to you in exchange for a service that they

received.

So they have a service that they provide.

They provide value.

Businesses are meant to create value.

And money is the currency we use to exchange value.

So if I have some value that I want to give and provide in a service, I can offer that

to someone and they can pay me money for it because there's an appropriate exchange of

value.

Hi there.

And so as a business owner, you know, I want to create value but I wanted...

So as a business owner, I want to create value and I want to do it in a way that's sustainable.

That can pay for itself, that can be profitable.

And to do that, I'm looking to boost my profit margins.

It's not greedy to want to boost my profit margins.

I can be greedy and boost my profit margins or I can be selfless and boost my profit margins.

Boosting my profit margins is a good thing.

You want your company to be profitable because the more profitable the company is, the more

stable and secure and happy.

A company...

If a company has the opportunity to hire somebody to do the job that you're doing and pay 1/10

of the cost, that means they can hire 10 people for the price of you.

It would be stupid to not do that.

I'm sorry but they're going to have to fire you or lay you off.

Okay, that...

It would be just crazy business decision.

What about loyalty to the ... To them?

To the company, to the service that they offer?

It's just...

It makes no sense to hire somebody and pay them 10 times the amount when they could outsource...

So I get distracted when people walk by.

So, job's change, position's change and evolve just like you know...

We used to have small town bookstores that would thrive and now we have things like amazon.

And so a lot of the book sores have closed down.

Or you know, we used to rent video tapes and DVD's and have blockbuster.

But you know, Netfilx came around.

And other places where we watch video.

We watch YouTube.

So those stores don't exist now.

Is that unfair?

It's not a question of being unfair on it.

It's just a thing of supply and demand.

And when you say that it's unfair to have my job outsourced, you're just saying that

supply and demand is unfair.

So my job, my career did not exist 10 years ago.

I created it.

I found an opportunity of getting some results for influencers and small businesses on YouTube.

And I created the service.

And here I am, a YouTube producer for 10 different YouTube channels.

I created it because there's an opportunity for me and freedom for me to create value

and exchange it for money.

I created it.

And that's the same exact opportunity that you have.

But when you're worried about your job being outsourced, you're looking at your right to

a job or your entitlement to a job relying on somebody else to have the opportunity to

create that job.

So somebody else needs to be the entrepreneur and create a job and then they're obligated

to give you this job that you're entitled to.

That doesn't really sounds fair to me.

So if I could have one wish and give you a gift, that gift would be to understand that

the right that you have is the right to be an entrepreneur.

To be an entrepreneur, you just need to find the need and fill it.

Right?

Find a problem and solve it.

Find something that's broken and fix it.

Because anytime you create value, money is the currency used to exchange value and so

you make a profit.

You'll be profitable by providing great value.

Okay, so I do have some practical tips on what to do when your job is outsourced.

Let me finish this first part simply by saying instead of focusing on woe is me.

I lost my job, how can I prevent losing this job?

And your entitlement to have a job, focus on what your really do have the right to.

And that's the right to.

And that's the right to be an entrepreneur and to create and to provide value.

Okay, so what practically can you do?

Well, let's get specifics.

If you're a video editor and you've been working for a company providing video editing services

and then your employer does what I do.

And starts to hire people in the Philippines.

By the way, we're here in the beautiful Philippines.

Just to...

Having some fun here.

I got to meet my team for the first time.

If your employer does what I've done over the last 9 years and hires video editors in

the Philippines, you're out of work, right?

Because they can hire somebody here for 1/10 of the cost of you.

Here's one option.

You could start a video editing agency and you could hire people here in the Philippines

and leverage that great opportunity and leverage that profit margin.

You could find a need then fill it, right?

You can become an entrepreneur and hire other video editors.

Or you could become a video editing consultant.

There's always a level above.

If you've been editing for a while, now you can consult and provide education to people

who might be hiring people.

Who might be hiring video editors in the Philippines or in other countries.

Or you could change careers.

Careers that existed 10 years ago, don't exist anymore.

And careers that we never even dreamed of 10 years ago, exist now today in our staples.

So commit to always learning and growing and adopting.

And you'll never be out of work.

You'll always have a way to provide value.

And when you provide value, you'll have an income.

Hopefully you found this video helpful.

If you disagree with me, you can comment below as well.

Be sure to subscribe, we'll see you tomorrow.

Emery reveals what Arsenal won't change about Torreira even if it costs Gunners - Duration: 6:06.

Lucas Torreira has been the spark in Arsenal's transformation under Unai Emery this year

The combative Uruguayan looks a steal at £26m with a string of impressive displays in the engine room

However Torreira is just one yellow card away from missing the crunch Premier League game against Liverpool

But Arsenal boss Unai Emery insists he will not take that into consideration when picking his team for Brighton – and nor should the Uruguay international

The totting-up procedure means any caution picked up at the Amex Stadium this afternoon would be his fifth of the season and rule him out of Saturday's trip to Anfield

What Unai Emery said to Sean Dyche during frosty full-time exchange  That will not, however, be a factor in Emery's team selection policy

"In my career I never made these decisions," he said

"We are going to play the next match in Brighton and we are going to play with a full team, not with considered options or playing with more caution

"The same three points are available in Brighton that are in Liverpool and we are going to play first in Brighton

Mesut Ozil sends Arsenal fans into meltdown with moment of magic against Burnley  "It's a tough match and we will need every player with 100 per cent focus to do everything on the pitch to win

"So I don't want him to think about the possibility of a suspension for one yellow card

I don't want him to think about that

"  If selected, Torreira will become the first Arsenal player to take part in 25 games this season but there is little advantage to giving the 22-year-old a rest

Matteo Guendouzi, just 19, is only one game behind him in what has become a baptism of fire in his first season in England

Inevitably, that could lead to concerns of burnout in such a young player but Emery joked that the France under-21 international is the last player he is concerned about

"I was speaking with Koscielny and before the Burnley game I asked him about the possibility of playing," the Gunners boss recounted

"He said, 'Not today!' because he's very tired after two matches in a week, and I decided for him not to be with the group

 "'I'm not Matteo,' Koscielny added

'Matteo is 19 and I'm 33 years old!'  "So I am very happy with Matteo and he is improving a lot

He is helping us and he gives a lot of moments with the combinations, the quality and the possibility to play with our style

"He needs to improve more and heeds to continue his progress with us, but I think he's very young

A Rat was travelling along the King's highway. He was a very proud Rat,

considering his small size and the bad reputation all Rats have .As Mr. Rat

walked along- he kept mostly to the ditch -he noticed a great commotion up the road,

and soon a grand procession came in view. It was the King and his retinue. The King

rode on a huge Elephant adorned with the most gorgeous trappings. With the King in

his luxurious howdah were the royal Dog and Cat.A great crowd of people followed

the procession. They were so taken up with admiration of the Elephant, that the

Rat was not noticed. His pride was hurt. "What fools!" He cried." Look at me, and you

will soon forget that clumsy Elephant! Is it his great size that makes your eyes

pop out? Or is it his wrinkled hide? Why, I have eyes and ears and as many legs as

he! I am of just as much importance, and" But just then the royal Cat spied him,

and the next instant, the Rat knew he was not quite so important as an Elephant. A

resemblance to the great in some things does not make us great.

Email Marketing - What Is It & Why You Need It - Duration: 3:58.

If I asked you to give me $1 and I told you I could give you $44,

wouldn't you take me up on it? Hi,

I'm Bryan Caplan, and I'm here today to talk to you about

the power of email marketing. What is email marketing?

Well, in its simplest form,

email marketing is when you send out a custom branded,

professional looking email message that looks like a webpage in the inbox.

Now, why would we want to use email

marketing? Email marketing can drive sales and also

awareness of your business. Also,

email marketing is going to help you drive repeat sales.

Now, think about it.

You could invest a lot of money into a direct mail campaign like postcards or

letters or even send out magnets, but you don't know who's putting those

magnets on the fridge or who's actually opening up your mail.

Instead, email marketing is time effective and

cost efficient and it's ultimately going to tell you who opened,

who is looking at your information, and who's engaging with your messages.

When we're talking about email, it's very important to keep in mind that

you want to make your email message mobile responsive.

Now, what does that mean?

It means that you can actually open your message on a cell phone or a mobile

phone on a tablet and on your desktop and it renders perfectly for the person.

Part of the reason why is because

...51 percent or more of all emails are opened

on a smart device like a mobile phone. Moreover,

91 percent of people check their email on a daily basis.

An 88 percent of them are checking on a smartphone at some time or another.

Email marketing is also extremely effective and that gets your message

across to your subscribers. So what does that mean?

If I'm sending an email, then I actually have a 90 plus percent

deliverability chance deliverability is when I press send and it's the

likelihood of my email getting into the subscriber's inbox.

Conversely, if we look at facebook posts,

only about two percent of those posts are actually being seen on the newsfeed.

So the proof's in the pudding. You're actually getting your message

through all the noise and write to your subscriber,

telling them to take a measurable and physical action or response.

Email has three times the conversion rate,

social media, and it all has to do with that signal to

noise ratio. Someone has opted in to receive my email

in their sacred email inbox. Now I know that when I send the email,

they can expect it and they know that when they received the email,

it's something that they've signed up for.

They've opted in for it, they want to read and engage with,

and for that reason we're getting more conversions even more so.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this video,

for every $1 that you invest in email marketing,

the average return is $44 and twenty five cents according to the direct

marketing association.

Those types of numbers are unseen and unheard of with other social marketing

channels and digital marketing channels. Now,

finally, for those of you nonbelievers who are

sitting there saying, well,

I just sent out through Gmail, comcast,

and I BCC'd 50 people. It doesn't work.

Basically when you're sending from one tiny minuscule email address to a whole

bunch of email addresses, you can get filtered for spam.

You also can't brand your email, so yeah,

you can change the font size or add a color to it to kind of highlight it,

but you're not able to actually add your branding.

So I can't see the logo. I don't have appropriate colors that go

with that logo. And ultimately as a reader of your

email, I don't know that it's coming from your

brand. Moreover,

I can't track, so if you're sending something to me

from G-mail, then the whole point of sending that

email to me is that you want to be able to see what I.

When I open it, how often I open it,

and what I click on. If you can't see those things,

you're not measuring and if you're not measuring,

you're not marketing. So hopefully the takeaway here is email

marketing is a powerful tool, cost effective and can help you grow

your business.
