Youtube daily is it Dec 28 2018

hey guys it's Katie, am I sitting on my bed in the corner of the room because I

watched too many ghost videos and I scared myself? Yep :)

Today I'm thinking about 2019 it's the 12th of December I just exposed myself if

it takes me a million years to upload this. So I'm gonna tell you if it is your

goal to start a YouTube channel in 2019 how to go about it, I'm not going to tell

you how to be famous because... hello! I will give you some tips on how to start

because I've been doing it for... I will be going into my third year making videos

maybe, I'm not sure, I have no idea but point is I'm doing it. I do it regularly

enough, I feel like I have enough authority to tell you at least how to

upload, but first I'm gonna tell you a little bit about my plans for 2019 and

this channel. Next year I am still gonna be in Arizona until the summer and then

I'm gonna go back home to England and I'm gonna start third year at University,

so I'm gonna be in Brighton again and I'm gonna be writing a dissertation and

probably crying a lot sleeping a lot... yeah. But that said I also have a

schedule that I kind of want to stick to I'm gonna try it out and whether it

works we'll find out, and I'm not a fan of waiting until the new year to do things

because um I'm just not a fan of waiting so I might try and start doing it soon

but as you know I'm travelling a lot in the next week so it's gonna be crazy. So

I'm hoping to do a creepy video once a week whether that's telling a story from

somebody else or telling a story from my own life or just talking about something

creepy and then my friend Amanda suggested a weekly vlog so I might try

that out but to be honest my life isn't that interesting I just thought that

vlogging was fun - I want to see how that goes.

To be honest I've tried it in the past and it's not gone very well but you know

we'll see. And then if third day we'll just be

reserved for whatever else I want to film because I generally just do

whatever I feel like doing so if there's something that doesn't fit into those

categories... So that's three videos a week which is a lot of videos when you are

also doing a dissertation and travelling a lot

and have other responsibilities and problems in life so that's why I'm not

gonna promise to stick to it but I'm gonna test it out and see how it goes. I

also might change my channel name by which I mean I will be Katie something

and I think I know what that's gonna be, I've been thinking a while because just

being Katie I feel like I feel like if you're trying to search for me just

searching Katie does not help you, so I'm gonna add a second name and I think I

know what its gonna be because it's basically already my name and it also

means something else to me but uh you'll find out what that is if I firmly decide

on it and change my channel name in 2019 or right before 2019 because I don't

want to wait. So speaking of not waiting here are my tips for starting a YouTube

channel in 2019! The first tip, and these are not in any particular order I've

just written down a list that I have in front of me and- I- that's it. The first

tip is don't wait, people wait to have nice equipment, people wait to have

expensive equipment from like filming stuff to lights to editing software and

once you have all that sometimes people wait to have followers before they

upload which makes no sense because what are people gonna subscribe to you for

when you don't have anything? I started off with exactly zero subscribers and

maybe asked my friends to join and got up to a solid ten maybe before I

uploaded anything, and then I really struggled to upload actually and my

first video is private now because one person made a sarky comment and I was

like, *dramatic music* "cancel it! Delete it! I don't want to be on the internet anymore!" maybe I'll link

to it and then you'll be able to see it from here but I won't make it public

I'll make it like unlisted. If you wait for subscribers you're gonna be waiting

a long time because nobody's gonna subscribe to you until you have content

for them to subscribe for. If you wait for expensive equipment you don't know

how long you're gonna be waiting and you don't know if you're gonna spend all of

that money on fancy things and then actually decide that this isn't for you

and it's not something you enjoy as much as you thought you would enjoy. I mean I

don't know I don't know what your financial situation is but personally I

could not straight-up buy a camera and lighting and a microphone and editing

software I still only have one out of those four things. Use what you have!

When I started I fortunately had an old camera and an old tripod that belonged to

my dad because my dad uses them for work, and that camera was not the best quality.

I use natural lighting given to me by the sun and also that ugly light on my

ceiling, that's why it's not great, and I just used the microphone inside my

camera. And like I said I used to use my dad's old camera and now I have one that

I got as a present. And the editing software that I use is called Shotcut,

it's not the best in the world and it sometimes it does crash sometimes it's a

little bit buggy but the point is it's free and it basically does everything

that you could do on Windows Movie Maker back in the day which is probably what I

used to edit my like first videos, um... before they discontinued it which was extremely

rude. Shotcut, and you can... do all the things that I do in my videos with it. So

once you have a camera and editing software you're basically all set up you

don't need to wait for any more fancy equipment and you can start filming so

my next tip is to just... *whispers* just do it.

Shia: make your dreams come true! Just do it!

I know that it's

scary and I know that you're probably not gonna like your first video that

much and I know it's gonna be weird to talk to a camera and you're gonna feel

really awkward - this might not apply to you if you can get straight into it

great good for you, but you might get started and find that you feel really

awkward and then you're editing it and you hate looking at your face and you

have to keep pausing the video and seeing your own face in weird positions

mid-sentence - yeah we're all going through it!

But just even if you are not the biggest fan just upload it because it's practice,

actually to be honest if you wanted to you could start filming and making

videos and then never upload them until you feel comfortable, the point is just

to start and just to practice and find out what you like doing and what you

don't like doing and just figure it out as you go because that's the best

way that you're gonna learn your own style. And leading on from that tip

number three is, I don't know if this is tip number three to be honest I have

lost count, don't listen to people that say you can't or shouldn't do it. I don't

know if you want to do this for like a job, if you clicked on this and you're

still listening to me talk about how to get started you're probably not thinking

that far ahead but maybe you are, either way there are

going to be people that say that you can't do it there are gonna be people

that say that that's dumb there are gonna be people that say that's not a

real hobby that's not a real job get your life together!

you can't start a channel in 2019, good lord, you've missed your window! Here's the

thing maybe if you wanted to start a company selling iPhone 2 cases you

would be a little bit behind the Internet is like the upcoming industry I

mean I'm not I'm not a businesswoman I'm no economy person but I'm pretty sure

that out of all the media... mediums... TV, radio, the internet if you gave a child a

choice between the three of those and I'm talking like maybe a 10 year old in

2019 which one are they gonna pick? It's not the radio and it's probably not TV

because all their favourite things like fortnite and minecraft, all these

massive things that blew up in recent years are from the internet and the

internet I think is only gonna keep getting bigger and bigger and I don't

know what's next after the internet I don't know what comes after it but what

I do know is that it's still evolving and it's still growing and there is

still space for new creators and new people on this platform. There is no

reason you shouldn't just get started now and most

youtubers uplift each other and really like, wanna encourage new creators but

there are some out there that are gonna tell you not to get started and they're

chatting shite! You do you and don't worry about what other people are gonna say

about it. And this includes people in your life too because I am still scared

share my videos on Instagram because I have people from school following me and

people in school we're not very nice to me

and now I'm like, "what if they think it's silly what if they laugh about it

what if they share my videos and they all make fun of me" as if it matters! I

never see these people but it's still in my head that they're gonna make fun of

me and therefore I shouldn't let them know that these videos exist and I'd

like to work on that because I I'm not taking my own advice because my advice

would be to ignore that and just put it any way you want and f what anyone else

has to say about it, do you, but you know I understand why that's difficult

because I'm not over my own apprehension about that yet.

Wow I'm doing really well at segueing my own points because the next point is

about social media and it's about making friends. One of the main ways that I kind

of grew my audience in the first... in the beginning one of the main ways that I

kind of grew my audience in the beginning and one of the most valuable

things to me and I think personally one of the best things about creating is

that there's a community behind it and you can talk to people there and make

friends there, wow :) as you know I don't post on Instagram because I just told

you why but that's not the only thing that you can use I actually used Twitter

a lot, I used to post in the hashtags #smallyoutuberarmy and something else I

will put them on the screen. I could post my video and people would see it that

way or I'd say hey this is the link to my channel leave me the link to yours

and then I'd go through and I'd subscribe to the ones I'm interested in

and hopefully they would subscribe to me. Sidenote:

subscribe for subscribe, sub for sub, that's what it's called I don't know how

old am i? S4S, sub for sub I don't recommend it.

YouTube doesn't like it when you do that and if they find that you're doing it

they might terminate your account so I don't recommend that also because if you

have a bunch of people subscribed to you that just subscribed so that you'd

subscribe to them they're not gonna watch your videos because they don't

care about your content and I bet you don't watch their videos because you

don't care about their content and it goes both ways, so really you're not

gaining anything from doing that anyway. I also share mine a lot on tumblr but

that's because that's where most of my friends online come from and you know

will tumblr still exists in 2019? I don't know we are five days away from

tumblr banning the female presenting nipple and I am not sure how that's

gonna go down. That is how to get started, if you want to know how to succeed and

be famous on YouTube I suggest you watch somebody else but if you want to know

how to just start and be a small youtuber because everybody on this

platform has to be a small youtuber in the beginning - everybody - so if you wanna

know how to do that *chime* you're welcome. As always I hope that I see you really

really soon and I thank you for being here from the bottom of my heart because

it means so much to me and actually we have like 50 more people here than we

did the last time I uploaded and that's really fast growth for me so thank you

all so much for coming over and for watching my videos I appreciate you to

the moon and back a thousand million times that's a lot

but it's true. Thank you for being here so much and I will see you really really

soon. Peace!

What Is Vedic Meditation? - Duration: 3:05.

Peter Vroom here professional Vedic Meditation teacher with The Resolute Mind

And of course a lot of people ask me what is Vedic Meditation?

How is it different from other practices of meditation a very good question Vedic Meditation

is a very simple effortless practice

We don't concentrate we don't focus we use a mantra in Vedic Meditation

But it's not mantra meditation the mantra it is simply a tool for something else

That something else is what we refer to as transcendence. Transcendence means to go beyond

and in this case we go beyond thought

so a lot of people try to control their thoughts a lot of meditation practices teach you to

stop thinking and things like that and

That is of course pretty much impossible

What we do in Vedic meditation is we use a mantra with with a special process kind of

like brushing teeth we use

Toothpaste with a special process.

So we use a mantra and a special process and through that special process

The mind goes to a place called bliss consciousness or pure contented consciousness

And then when in that state of consciousness the mind gives up the need to think and so

thinking stops

So Vedic Meditation is a very simple and effortless practice a process to take the mind to bliss

consciousness

and then what happens when we get there is you rest very very deeply many times deeper

than sleep and when you rest that deeply

with such awareness it allows the body to come out of fight/flight mode and

To with that deep rest to start releasing stress out of the nervous system

It allows the reproductive system to come back online the immune system to come back

online the digestive systems to come back online

These are all systems that get hampered when we have stress in the nervous system.

That's why

People come to me to to learn to meditate because they're trying to get pregnant or

because they're trying to heal or something like that

So Vedic Meditation brings that deep rest which allows them to experience those benefits

Now key to a regular meditation practice is that it's not difficult

it's got to be easy simple and effortless and with Vedic meditation it is those things

if it's hard if it requires

Concentration or work or dedication?

it's just unlikely that we're going to be regular a small percentage of the population

will be regular but most people wouldn't and

Let's face it we have so many demands and things that we have to devote ourselves to

throughout the day with dedication and focus

That to add something else to it like meditation just means that we're not going to meditate

We already have enough going on also with Vedic Meditation

We want results and we want results very quickly

And we want results to come

reliably when we do the practice just like

Working out if you're working out of brushing teeth you want results from that and it's

like that with Vedic

Meditation as well.

So in a very short period of time just short meditations every day.

We get good results out of it

So that's another important thing as well

So a Vedic Meditation a very simple, very easy a very effortless practice and I look

forward to hearing from you

Is it Possible to Win Government Contracts with No Experience? - Duration: 1:14.

Alright Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm John Wayne, USFCR, no relation to the Duke.

We did a video Wednesday with John Conway and it was awesome.

We got a great response.

We had almost 200 people on at one point.

We got a lot of questions.

We weren't able to answer all the questions during the actual event so we're going to

lightning round.

Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

We're going to go through those right now.

And I'm going to answer as many of them as I can.

So, first question was, how can someone with no prior government experience get their foot

in the door and win a contract?

It helps if you have past performance, but small business set-aside contracts, contracts

that are set-aside for small businesses are never about past performance.

They're about solution.

If you have the right solution that's more important than your experience and your price.

You don't have to have the lowest price if you have the right solution.

If it's not a small business set-aside, they're going to ask you for past performance.

You can use past performance from your prior experience.

You can use past performance that your associates or your partners have or your employees have,

or even your subcontractors.

Long story short, when we help people who have no business being in business win government

contracts and we deal with people like you that are intelligent and driven and are already

successful, it's just another notch in your belt.

'It was a puzzle, now it is a perfect match:' Lovren on title tilt - Duration: 3:31.

Dejan Lovren believes Liverpool's transfer dealings in the past year have solved 'the puzzle' and will help them carry the tag of title favourites

Liverpool will attack their two fixtures against Arsenal and Manchester City from a position of strength and they will have Mohamed Salah available for both games, after the FA determined he did not need to face action for the soft penalty he won against Newcastle on Boxing Day

Lovren scored his first goal of the season in the 4-0 Boxing Day dismissal of Newcastle; it was Liverpool's eight consecutive Premier League triumph and their form has taken them six points clear at the top of the table

The Croatia international was recruited in the summer of 2014, following Liverpool's last assault on the title, and he has seen the club come up short on several occasions, with high profile defeats including three cup finals and three semi-finals

But he feels there has been a transformation over the past 12 months, during which time the acquisitions of Virgil van Dijk and goalkeeper Alisson Becker has saw Liverpool become the meanest team in the country

'There are quite a lot of players still here and it was like a puzzle, you just keep bringing these players you missed and now I think it's a perfect match,' said Lovren

'You feel that in the squad, it's how it should be. 'There has always been something missing all these years but I think now we have everything

'But it doesn't mean anything. Even Manchester City has in every position two top players

Every opponent will be tough. Look at Newcastle - it's not too easy to win 4-0. In training, we don't even win 4-0!' They are winning a lot of games to 'nil', though, and the clean sheet against Newcastle was the 12th in 19 Premier League fixtures

The big feature of Liverpool's play is that they are not giving opponents a chance to cause damage

'The foundation isn't about five players behind,' said Lovren. 'It's about Mo, Bobby (Firmino), Sadio (Mane), Shaqiri, everyone up front, they are the first defenders

'We know when we don't concede a goal, we score. That's the key for us and we need to always stay hungry

'When we lose the ball, get it back quickly. It was quite tough today because you have also good opponents

'Next game Arsenal, then City but we know how to control these games. It's good to hear all these positive words but we don't live on these positive words

We live on winning games.'

This is The XFL Podcast | Ep. 7: Tebow Time - Duration: 25:35.

This is the XFL Podcast

Presented by XFL2k.com

With your host

Tron Hawkins

Welcome to this is the XFL podcast. Of course as you heard, I'm your host Ron Hawkins

You gotta get used to having that opening. I

Hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know I made a podcast on Christmas not saying the same thing

But again, I hope everybody has a great Christmas. This will be the last podcast

Of 2018 hopefully starting to that 19. We start getting more news

About the exit fest logging coaches players team names team uniforms and we ranking everything

In 2019, the the off season really begins January 1st. It's gonna be

Insane what the next year holds can't wait for the season to start. I'm ready to get my season schedule done

Once season starts I'm gonna be doing a game preview episode again review episode and then like a fantasy slice and bitten

episodes really quoting what kind of fantasy and betting the Hat on the XFL app and website

Pretty excited for everything that's gonna be coming up

Thank everybody for the great reviews. I posted some reviews on my Twitter at XFL podcast and on my facebook at XFL podcast

Great reviews from all the iTunes users and everything. I appreciate it

Means the world to me again. I'm just I'm just one man making a show about football

Today's episode. I'll be talking about Tim Tebow. There's been a lot of rumors went around ever since the XFL got announced back in January

about Tim Tebow and

I don't think there would be rumors about this unless mishit man said in the first press conference

When he talked about bringing back the XFL, it's about the quality of player and the quality of person

There is no better. Holy just gentle spirit than Tim Tebow when it comes to football. I mean he is a walking

Just this holy

person

Saint Tim Tebow, I mean there is huge people of fans throughout my coworker named their dog team oppa their forty-eighters fan

Skip Bayless was just a nut hugger for Tim Tebow go back and watch

on YouTube

Get by this time at Tim Tebow

He said he'd rather have him than like Aaron Rodgers and stuff back when the Tebow was playing for the Broncos, you know

Tim Tebow was

He is a very decorated college athlete. I do think he got shortchanged in the NFL a little bit

I mean, he started pretty much just one season for the Broncos led him to a damn playoff win against the Steelers

He didn't got lambasted by

By the Patriots and division around and then he got replaced of Peyton Manning and then he just never got chance again

I think that's just weird. I think it's weird that

He never got another chance just starting NFL

Anybody wanted him to change the tie the end and stuff like that. He said no. I'm like, I'm a quarterback

It was just weird

Why he never got a chance and then I fell

So when we said that about the XFL everyone makes you feel I started rumbling. It's like okay, it's Tim Tebow, Tom

T-bone was mainsail with the two that came up the most now Kaepernick

I

Don't think people I don't think you want wines that it's were not that much money

I mean another getting paid to an invalid. That's a lot for King games to Tebow. It's not the money

I mean, he's got a Miley contract with the meds so I know it's not the money. He's getting paid a good bit

By the Mets, even if it's a minor league deal

The thing that's gonna stop him from signing though is

baseball

Now will the mitts let him sign and risk getting hurt. That's the question probably not

But if he loves football the message says he does I think he will quit baseball and do this

If the opportunity comes up so I

Don't think I'm on something. I'm coming get out there right now. I'm just making this episode as a way to show why I think

People would kind of jumping this Tebow to the XFL bandwagon

Because the whole quality of player thing that came up

so

Like I said, there's no holy person. No better person for football and biast me to you

There's no better person than XFL if you want to show people that this is different from the old XFL

But this is a totally new xfa land that this is a new era

The face of the XFL needs motivo the face of temples

XFL team needs to be TiVo. I know they ain't gonna go by region

But Tebow got it. I like to think Tebow will be the first pick and he had to fill gap. I think that's a possibility

Then if he came out that he would be the first pick and next to failed your ass. So

Let's talk about a little bit Teemo it believe or not. I didn't know this to us are doing some research

He was actually home schooled to a college

He, um, he him in Jason Taylor who's to play football

defensive in

one a case that allowed them to

Play Hospital sports in whatever region, he's been homeschooled. That's how Tebow went from being home school to being able to play high school football

They actually have the he actually fought for the rights for people him and Jason Taylor did

They go on and fight for the rights of home school kids

to get into sports extracurricular activities

Even though there's been homeschooled Tim T was the only Heisman Trophy winner to be high school start our home school

I probably said that all wrong already. But yeah home school is what I'm talking about. He's the first

Housing show if you wanted to be homeschooled so that I did not know that

He was actually a backed up

For the first year or so?

The Chris Leak and Chris Lee kind of

He they kind of went back and forth as

Quarterback if you remember they actually won a skinship

Against Ohio State that year he threw for a touchdown arrest for another one finishing with 39 rushing yards

he

That year in 2006, well, he was the back of it Chris Leak he actually finished

Set on the team in rushing yards the quarterback the backup quarterback

finished second on the team in

In russian geologist that's kind of heard of that's when you know, he was a special player though

And I remember what's in that game against Ohio State they blew him out. You know they had

They had a great team with Percy Harvin all them

By me murky but coming in in those things where here's what the one-yard line Tebow came in

You've kind of knew what was one happened. He know Tebow was about it was about to run and he's gonna do good

I think the main the main play I remember in him going to Florida and I'm a Georgia fan

So I'm not big quarter fan, but I like collecting Tebow play with the jump pass

That was one of the coolest things ever seen I even shot me making it one time and a pickup football game

That was one of the coolest things ever seen probably his signature play

hmm

Joy so his career was a jump pass. I think um, I

Do that seven, you know, they kind of questioned if he could throw or not

Which is crazy because he you know, he he's a quarterback. So yeah, he had to be picked up

For you know picked up as a quarterback for a reason

So his passing skills kind of turning the question first thing of his opening first game in 2007. His first game as a starter

They went 13 for 17 for 300 yards and three touchdowns against Clifton, Kentucky

In that year, he finished second nation a pastor patient impatient see yet

17.8 he also averaged four point three yards per carry on the ground

That year and he on seven he set the Florida record for single game rushing yards for quarterback. 166

HC season rushing touchdown record with 20 not quarterback rushing record the SEC

rushing touchdown record with 20

upwards a damn quarterback

her high

single game rushing touchdowns

He had five that year, and he also said the SEC record for total touchdowns passing an arrest and combined it with 55

So on the rare 2014 season he 2007 he played for a state he threw for three touchdowns in rushed for two

They beat the shit out of Florida State 4512

It was later revealed after the game that he fractured his right hand his throw in hand, and he finished the game

That was routing them but he loved his team so much. He's like don't take me out even though we're kicking their ass

Aren't you playing that's that's hard?

He won the heisman trophy, of course, I mean

How would he not he also won the Davey O'Brien Award that year giving the best quarterback to the nation?

He wound SEC he was a All SEC selects in that year and first-team all-american

He beat out Darren McFadden and Colt Brennan and chase Daniel that year

He was also the first sophomore ever now. Not the last of course to win the Heisman Trophy

He garnered a 462 first-place votes in 1950 and not one thousand feet seven total points

he

He beat out again McFadden by 254 points. That's insane

He became the only player and still is the in college to legislate a rush and pass for at least 20 touchdowns apiece

He had 32 passing touchdowns in 2013 touchdowns

So

He became the third Heisman Trophy winner for the history behind former coach Steve Spurrier and Danny Wuerffel

See what 2008 he was the favorite to win the Heisman again

He don't live him first 2008 playing against Georgia, oh, yeah, they won the national championship that year too

They won back-to-back now gym shoes forgot to mention that in 2007

I

Think they beat Oklahoma that year. I'm not mistaken, Sam Bradford in them

And then refers to that eight against Georgia sadly he asked for

He rushed for his 37th touchdown and school hit in his career breaking the school record held by Emmitt Smith

He helped the Gators go to 12 won that year won the SEC East again. They play against Alabama

Who's number two team in the nation?

I'm sorry, I see I

Was wrong 2017 season they did not win the national

Champions it would see that hate that they want

So I apologize. They did be Oklahoma that I was I was right about that

They beat Alabama on the 2008 SEC championship game

They got ranked number two, and they had a chance to play Oklahoma and the 2009 BCS National game will say 124 to 14

Tiwa ear finished third in Heisman Trophy Mahon, Sam Bradford was hand up beating that symphony game and Colt McCoy

He lost that despite having the most first-place votes came points, I think since him most first-place votes he should have he should have won

That's just me though. Um

He won uh, he did win the Maxwell Award he was the only player in history to win it twice

After that shifty game he declared that he would not be in in 2009 NFL Draft but wouldn't turn into the, Florida

He actually had said Jenna's right? So to remove a bone spur after that

2009 story

First game let's see. He ran for a touchdown

And the in the third game of the season against, Tennessee

He fell to throw passing touchdown that the first time since this freshman year that he did not

throw a touchdown

also in that year he stated he was a virgin with that statement came up from Earth discussion on a why what is your

Sexuality or you know whether or not you're virgin. I had to a football. I don't know

In the game against Kentucky that year you had a respiratory illness

Had to take two bags of fluid before the game ran just ran for two touchdowns that game

Became second place on all-time rushing touchdown list and he also threw for a touchdown

That's crazy man, he's a miracle Marty not only is he a handsome man no homo

He literally loves football so much. Nothing will stop him from playing the game. Nothing will stop Tim Tebow from plan

On October 31st against Georgia again, he killed us every year

He beat Herschel Walker's record by scoring his 51st 50th and 51st Resta standing at the dog. So he did against Herschel his old team

An SEC title game he lost, Alabama

They end up

32:13. They got beat pretty bad. That's what started Alabama dynasty that game sadly. Damn you TiVo

In the Sugar Bowl they beat Cincinnati

51:24

That was Tebow's last college game. He went for 31 to 35 passing so much for not being able to throw

480 yards and two touchdowns

he had four total - I'm sorry deej has been accounted for for total and

533 yards, I'll tell offense which became a bowl champion series record

He graduated from Florida that December so at the end of his college career

He completed sixty seven point one percent of his passes for 929. 29,200 86 yards 88 touchdown 16 pigs

ran the balls to turn 92 times for

2947 yards and fifty seven touchdowns. The band was beats in college

So, let's jump ahead to draft and a lot of people didn't think a

La people didn't think that he was gonna be drafted at all like even there's a backup

Some people liked

John Gurdon said he was November like revolutionize the game

Totally Dungey said he'd pick Tebow and top 10. There were any quarterbacks in Sudan Tim draft? No copy

Those said believe that Tim did not have the intended was me a quarterback

So, I mean he said third or second round

Tebow Vinson is the third round pick the Jaguars his home till team

Even before governor suggested Tebow will be a remedy for the ticket sales at the Jaguars

See

so

Josh mcdaniels shocked the world and jumped up to the 25th pick in the draft that year and

Pick Tim Tebow and everybody was like

Wow

Why did you pick him at the first round at the end of fortune hang up signing of?

He said NFL Geoff record for judge of sales and continued to have the top selling judge Ito at the ho 2010 season on July

29th Tebow signed up. Oh that year five-year contract with the Broncos. I'm

11.25 million to that major. I mean it's a lot of money

A man it was guaranteed

He backed up

Let's see

Taxi plate to City FL he threw his first test down on five yard run and play against the Jets in October

I'll never 14th tee, but they're 3 yard pass to fullback Spencer Larsen became his first pass attempt for a touchdown

He didn't really get a lot of starting time. He started his first NFL game because he backed up Kyle Orton

He started the first game December 19th, he lost to the writers

He completed only 8 of 16 passes for 38 yards, including a 32-yard touchdown pass

He ran for 78 48 which came on a touchdown run so you had big play potential

His first career victory was on December 26th, eb2 takes 24 23. He helped rally Broncos down from 17. Nothing has time

that's it the whole um

We get the past is not quick he finished his rookie season playing sparingly. He only played six games of the backup

He had they had their own formation for called a wild horse it's like a wild cat he was in

He started last two games of their season. He passed for closely connected to yard 5 touchdown state pigs

He also rushed for 227 and six touchdowns in those three games

He became the first quarterback in history to score a touchdown each of his first three arrests touchdown pre-service three starts

He had me please Mitchell. He wasn't fast. Like Michael Vick. Don't get me wrong. Like he was arrested quarterback

He wasn't like Oh catch me. This is big like he was a big boy. He was semi

For why dude?

But you know, he had big play potential. He didn't look like he did

Um, he began the season 2007 - I'm living as a backup

But after one of these heart t-mobile place ordinate I had him on my fantasy team that year Tebow

Isn't those things where they'd getting their ass kicked and then all of a sudden he would come back. Um

The game I mean most gets the Dolphins

John Fox is coached in for the Broncos. They already got rid of

General that's a whole why the hell do you have Tim Tebow thing?

There's gonna be 15 nothing but the last clearance of the game you come back and they want 1815

That he score. He led in 18 points in the last three minutes of the game. There's the most amazing thing I've ever seen

They beat Oakland in November six, he threw 20 24 yards two touchdowns passing toes, but never high but he was efficient

Mercy what else

Baby can see you next week. He competed completely to pass on eight of ten six nine yards and touchdown

Again, that made you Tebow was down 420 440 yards. I'm taking that football

And he beat the heebie shit. Yes, his numbers never great, but see he won. He was a winner

You can't take that away from him. You can't take away the fact that he was a winner

No matter where he went

Harder winner in a fill he won games like there's no reason for that man

Not to be an NFL right now has at least two backup

I mean, I understand the whole Colin Kaepernick thing why you know, he might be kind of shunkan League last 10 people not League

If you if you have asked for that leave it

Leave it on my anchor voice message, but why?

Why did this man not I have a job. Why is he playing baseball right now?

um

Well, Jenny wait - that year they date they ended up winning the AFC West

So they got the host playoff game they hosted Steelers and the first time the playoffs

That game Tebow had to come back to he threw for career-high 3 and 16 yards two touchdowns

Including a 80 yard game winning the mayor's Thomas and overtime on the first play of overtime

he completed 1021 pacifist and 16 yards setting a record for yards per pass attempt in a playoff game @ 31.6

I coerced that invoked media sources to do that John 3:16

31.6 it was insane the next week though

Tim Tebow completed 9 of 26 passes got SEC 5 times and got just turf spelling by Patriots

I

Pulled you bought the team after the season Elway confirmed that Tebow would be the starting quarterback and train camp

However

as his Bronco Sean Payton man in the offseason

Tebow chatted to the Jets he was just a backup

Electron and Tony Soprano said that he would be using lockout formation that would be to place and special teams

Team struggled over throughout the season the preseason

Even though Mark Sanchez struggled they they kind of wanted the fans wanted Tebow in each separately broken ribs

You can see out of the ear

I

Mean he hardly got to play. Um

April 29th 2013 he was at least he got picked up by the Patriots every it's like oh my god

He's gonna do something he didn't

He ejected by the Patriots he thanked the organization though for opportunity killing

He he said he would be relentless in his pursuit of continuing his lifelong doing have been if a quarterback

He began to pocket Marquez favor for the C Network in December December 2013

Tebow could see need to look for opportunities. He sounded one-year contract with the Eagles and 2015 the Benetton system at Berkeley for 13 quarterback

He played four games of pre-season that year

21:36 Theresa charts you touched on pic also rest afraid to yard touchdown. He was at least they want September 5th

so his his um

Here's his inner fest. He completed

47 percent of his passes for

2422 yards 17 touchdowns 9 pigs

he ran for

180 79 89 yards till touchdown. So again

not great numbers Randy means but he won games and I think wins um,

When should be the main?

Statistic

we want it matter what your you know, what your

What your passing thing is on you in the Cleveland Browns with a load to have Tebow?

You know what the team's that struggled to find a quarterback. Yeah guard load the head people I

understand Denver cutting them cuz they got Peyton Manning I get that I

Understand he's Peyton Manning you live into a Super Bowl win led to Super Bowl total one win, so I'm get it

Why did this man who has who has a pedigree of winning games not in the fill?

Well, I'll tell you what he could be next up well, I think I think it's a possibility but it's really got to do

with

Baseball, you know, he's found the Mets in 2016

But he's moving up anything he's not

He's not moving up and in the in the organization anything like that

His wholesome image and stuff will be purple except well, I think that they need to try to sign them

They need to be in contact with him. I don't think they're gonna be able to I

Don't think I'm gonna be able to sign them

I think something's gonna come up like his baseball contract stuff

But if you weren't started football week and you want to get your eyes on it

Could those well that gets to focus on them because you know, they AF child look, you know they did

I mean you had to know they did

Maybe the money was enough. Maybe it is got money

The different main key talked to Tebow I thinking talking anything I think mr. Mank. It's a loss to Eskimos

So if if Tebow can get something that's a fail be the face of the exit fail face for one the franchise's

It's a big first step for XFL

IBS AND ALCOHOL: Is A Little Ok, Or Not So Much? - Duration: 5:07.

Wendy Leung: Is it okay to drink alcohol with IBS?

Watch this video to learn the answer and the important why behind it.

For the most helpful information you'll find about IBS online, subscribe to my channel,

and hit that bell to be notified every Friday when I post a new video.

If you are trying to find trigger foods without cutting out the things that you love, by the

end of this video you'll know whether this method actually works and whether it's helping

you get better.

I'm Wendy Leung: Holistic Health & Happiness Coach, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Powerhouse

IBS Conqueror, and I know how IBS can suck the joy out of food.

I teach my clients how to heal their IBS and redevelop a new love for food, and now I'm

sharing with you too.

The holidays can be really tough for people with digestive issues.

More holiday outings and parties, more festive foods, more festive drinks.

When your friends are all out relaxing over a few pints, it's hard not to want to join

them, but if you're already anxious about managing your embarrassing IBS symptoms in

public, will a glass of wine really calm you down or will it just make your symptoms worse?

Have you quit drinking alcohol because of your IBS?

Let me know by dropping a yes or a no in the comments below.

Last week I talked about the fine line between sweet flavors helping to strengthen your weak

spleen and stomach digestive organs and weakening them further, and today's topic shares a similar

thread.

If you've been tuning into my channel, then you've already learned these important things

from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, or TCM for short.

The first is that IBS isn't just a digestive condition, it's a combination of an already

weak gut and mental emotional stress.

The second is that the two main TCM organs involved with IBS are the spleen, or the digestive

organ, and the liver, which is easily affected by stress, what we call liver invading spleen.

What does all this have to do with drinking?

Well, from a Western perspective, you already know that alcohol has an effect on the liver.

Excessive drinking can do major damage, causing fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, and even

worse.

But, we're also told that one drink a day can help with circulation.

If that's true, isn't it a matter of finding a safe balance between the two?

From an Eastern perspective, we share a similar view.

In TCM all foods have different properties and alcohol has a heating quality that can

help to get circulation moving.

If you're stressed, you might think that having a bit of alcohol can help calm and relax your

body enough to open up.

And in fact, some ancient Chinese medicine prescriptions actually called for alcohol

as a medicinal therapy.

However, too much alcohol, or any amount of alcohol for someone with already internal

heat conditions, can aggravate certain emotions like frustration, anger outbursts, and make

your stress even worse.

So, circling back to your IBS, your stress and your anxiety levels are already sky high

and they can't stand to be aggravated, so any amount of alcohol will only worsen those

emotional IBS symptoms.

And, as for the physical IBS symptoms, from a digestion standpoint, alcohol irritates

your digestive tract causing bloating and pain, and it reduces absorption in the small

intestine, meaning that it makes your already weak gut even weaker.

If alcohol is negatively impacting both of the two TCM organs that are responsible for

your IBS, then alcohol and IBS definitely do not mix.

It doesn't matter if it's beer with extra gassy bubbles, or wine, or liquor, the best

way to avoid triggering your IBS attacks is to not have any alcohol at all.

So when you're out with friends and you're celebrating, opt for a hot tea, or even the

hot water.

Even if your friends look at you funny you'll know that you're saving yourself the agony

of a painful IBS flareup that's worse than any hangover they could ever experience.

That said, IBS isn't a forever condition.

Photography When It's Cloudy | Cloudy Day Photography Tips - Duration: 1:42.

What's up guys it's Donovan Wagner and today we're gonna give you some tips on

how to take better photos when it's cloudy outside.

Alright, look at the bright side even when it's cloudy out it's just nature's

softbox. It's actually doing you favors when you're shooting portraits because

there's no shadows under the eyes or chin it's really even like a good

alternative to shooting outside in the winter is to just bring it inside shoot

near a window. It doesn't matter if it's cloudy or sunny, window light is really

nice soft light to use. Okay another tip for when it's winter and it's crappy

outside the weather's not cooperating is just get out there and use the gray

tones and make it kind of moody and edgy. That makes it almost look really

artistic and cool. Lastly just remind yourself that when you're looking at a

photo you want to focus on the subject or the elements within the environment

rather than the landscape in most cases anyways. So make your photos a little bit

more interesting so if you live in a city go downtown and shoot near some big

buildings, reflections use puddles, get creative and just really draw your

viewers eyes to where you want them to look that way the weather doesn't really

matter what it's doing because it's still an interesting photo. In conclusion,

I hope this helps you guys stay motivated through the winter months and

just remember to get out there and shoot no matter what the weather is doing. If

IT IS NOT POLITE TO STARE - Duration: 27:14.

my butt isn't far too big to be fitting through I know that's not a thing

don't laugh at me good morning I have started my morning and I'm just saying

it's a bit of a struggle because when I brush my teeth I'm a real real

coordinated and so I had to let see I'll try to put you here and I'll show you

what I did or maybe I will just, yeah I will show you because even when I brush my teeth

without this thing on I get toothpaste everywhere and I don't

really feel like smelling like a toothpaste tube so I went like this to

brush my teeth and then all the toothpaste got on here and not on this

situation but now I need deal with this because it's really really

uncomfortable to have my hair down but I've had to redo this bun probably 20

times already today and I've only been awake for like an hour so I will get

some things and then I think I'm gonna lay down and try to braid the back of my

hair hallelujah this hand okay it's not like a hundred percent working yet

or yeah I'm missing yet because it's only been on for like a day and it's

improved so much so I'm gonna try to braid the back of my hair or something

up and then put it in a better ponytail because this is not working for me oh my

god should I do that my forehead gets all ridges like Nolan's and then well

this out man are you ready I think this looks probably really stupid but I'm

wearing like a sports Romo it goes like straight back so that I could I like

pulled it up over my butt that was a struggle because my butt

isn't far too big to be fitting through the but it was that called thick the

band of this bra but it worked it's on and then there's

has polar bears and Christmas lights on it and then of course I'm wearing my

orange pants cuz why not so I will try to figure out what to do

with this hair situation because I'm only going to end up washing it like

once or twice a week and so it's gonna look and I washed it what two days ago

now so has to look like this for another two to three days and I had loosened

this a little bit like when my sleep which was not a good plan so I need to

figure out how to correct myself from twisting this in my sleep so when I woke

up this morning my head felt well I actually felt pretty good when I woke up

I had slept the whole night without gasping for air so what the heck I'm

just gonna talk over them there's a oh

there's been like bomb threats and things to my brother's school so that's

what that is but my mom says that he will be fine

because and like how like credible is this threat if they're if they're doing

it on I don't know I don't want to say too much like inflammatory statements

about that either but my mom says that he will be fine and keep sending him to

school so that's how she feels about the situation and was there saying before

that I don't even remember what my statement was before I started hearing

the school person talk well I will get some stuff and we're gonna try to figure

out this situation I usually wash my hair every single day like I know that's

not a thing washing your hair every day but I seriously do or I did not anymore

so I will try to fast mode me figuring out what to do with this hair I kind of

have a plan but not too good of one

it is a little bit crazy looking but it's up and I for the most part I think

it's mostly secure it up there I

remember what my statement was though that I was going to say before the I got

distracted by the phone call is that last night I think I had de loosened it

a little bit too much in my sleep like I know I pick at things in my sleep and

like obviously this is a cantilever obviously this is a new situation to my

life so I probably picked it I also feel like I'm getting a bruise on my jaw but

that's probably from me talking so much cuts like just kind of digs into my jaw

every time I open my mouth but um so my head felt a little bit like off of its

place this morning like I can still move it quite a bit in here which I mean

obviously you should be able to I think like it's not gonna hold your head

completely like I assume I'm not really sure because I think I'm the only person

that has learned one of these things in our hand in our family so I guess I will

find out when we see one of my I guess I could ask on the internet or something

but I don't know I don't think I'm going to just because I'd like to keep some

movement in my head right now and so I it did like when I moved it around a

little bit it did like click this morning my head did so must have come I

don't know off of its position this during the night last night because I've

for the past I don't know four or five years I've had to like realign my head

to it where it should be like eighty times a day so having it to have it done

it only once and I've been awake for like three or four hours it's fantastic

and my neck is actually I don't I can't really tell

friend so far in the pain in my head but this is like the best ever because it's

not all the way back to 100% function which I don't expect it to be like now

or really anytime really soon but I do it has oh my gosh what is this um it has

improved about like 80 percent so it was at like 30 ow

20 or 30 percent functioning before so now it feels like it's like 85 maybe 90%

like it's definitely weaker than the other hand but I feel like that's due to

not using it very much for the past few weeks so as I use it more and more I

feel like it's going to get a lot better and there's already a fly in this house

how nobody has opened any doors they all left hours ago and there was no flies

and now there is but I will no no I don't even know what I'm gonna do today

because I have PT at 5 something tonight and yesterday man we saw my doctor she

said that we have enough um temperature like abnormal temperature logs too so we

don't have to go in every day anymore yes um that's something else that I was

thinking that might because I don't think I have

well I remembered after I said that I can't remember where I put it I I saw it

last night where I put the thermometer I put it in the pen drawer

I place my thermometer but let's take it now cuz I don't think I have a fever

right now

no it's like normal slash a normal whoa so if this is although it's only I

haven't eaten yet either so I will tell my mother about that and because we were

wondering if that would get fixed pretty quickly too because if I move my head

around more like eating and I don't know doing things then my fever would go up

like exponentially but I don't know where I was going with that statement so

we're still gonna take it every day when at home and then see because she's

supposed to call autonomic disease my doctor today because of the whole they

wouldn't talk about what they had decided on my case or why they had

decided that it wouldn't be helpful for us to come to anybody except for her so

she was gonna call them today or it's late the latest tomorrow morning but I'm

wondering if she even needs to call now if this situation is helping even that

well now I shall eat breakfast / drink breakfast which that's another thing

that was like such a struggle we should have been vlogging last night when I was

trying to eat I was trying to eat pineapple and I don't chew my food very

much I do cut it quite a bit but I couldn't fit it through my mouth like so

I was just like shoving it in and everybody was laughing at me Brewed

don't laugh at me I did not forget about you well I did I

painted a little and then I cut up some pineapple not to eat to put it in the

fridge cuz it's gross when it's warm although I guess our house like a

refrigerator temperature cuz it's like really cold in our house and I will show

you the progress on my painting I should have I guess I could have done like fast

mode painting or whatever but that's beside the point at this point

because I is it bringing know it just looks like it's raining maybe no I think

it is raining I don't know but it looks kind of creepy but oops

because we're faithful us and hairless right now but it I I don't like doing

the faces so that takes the most focus and effort oh tired already and I put on

deodorant which I got a new deodorant it because I wanted to see if the Sun I

liked it better and then immediately my armpits started burnings I don't know if

it's just because I haven't worn deodorant in a really long time or what

sigh but some of my arm it's not making my arm like itchy or anything but I did

like clean it off of my armpits and put on my regular deodorant which we didn't

feel weird at all so who knows what was happening there I know really really bad

idea to try it out something new on my bod while I'm home alone but this

whatever I gotta call this what's that called like rat's nest or whatever I

think that's not my own calls it is staying pretty good I haven't had to

redo it yet except for I do look like I have stuck my finger in an electrical

socket cuz look at all my hairs sticking out all over head well you can't see it

but in person it looks real bad and I need to edit vids I'm behind on editing

and then I I was hoping to no I have to edit anything once we like I don't know

when we go to Texas and everything which I also need to start packing for that so

which is which one I pack for any kind of vacation or anything it's pretty much

the same way I pack as like when we went to Disneyland

I don't Oh like it doesn't like it kind of touches my neck right here so it

irritates me a little bit but when I had it looser I could to move my head like

almost all the way still so I had to tighten it it just feels weird what I

talk when I talk it feels weird because that's the only time that that part of

my neck really presses on that and when I swallow

kind of but hey ed we're switching so eating last night was such a struggle

because I kept like it's so hard to chew at this and then it makes my head hurt

when I chew which is the semi long-standing problem well the pain of

swallowing has been a long-standing problem and we're like well maybe that's

connected to my neck but I don't know if that can't even be connected but it's

struggle to choose then it took me forever in a day to eat last night so

we're switching me to for neo Keats and then whatever else how much our food

that is so that's less like regular food and more and you okay and therefore my

body will be functioning better than it does

we're like originally the plan was to get me eventually

weaned off of neo Kate and on - just like fully eating regular food but

obviously that's not happening because I mean I'm drinking more gnocchi then not

so it's again it is what it is like sure drinking that is not that good for well

it is good for your body and the fact that it's I'm getting the nutrients that

I need but then I don't know why but there's like thoughts that it could be

not as beneficial as I don't know I I think as long as I'm getting in all the

nutrients and everything it's it's fine and

well my body functions better on that anyways because I think I talked about

this before but if I eat fiber like a lot of fiber and it makes my insides

hurt and then it makes me inside bleed and then oh we did get the results of my

pill cam yesterday and it was unremarkable on my inside so there's

nothing that they can see as being wrong with my body on my innards but we all

know they don't function properly so yeah my bod um I kind of look like I'm

like naked when I'm wearing just a tank top I put my jacket back on so I don't

look nude oh my gosh earlier I thought I broke the brace already because I was

trying to put on my jacket and I forgot about the back of it and I like he's

yanked to my jacket and I heard this click sound but I think it was just like

this thing but in the back like going like that so I don't know lutely what

the fam get some cuz I can't see the back of my head or I guess it's the back

of my back I can't whatever well I'm gonna edit some videos and then I have

PG at like 3 up a nope in like 2 hours so I'll see you then when we're there I

feel I feel it I don't know why but like going into public yesterday we went to

the habit for and we didn't get ice cream because the ice cream place is

closed so but um I I feel like people notice I I felt like people would notice

a lot more than they seem to we're at the habit but at Pt I am a hundred

percent sure people are gonna notice because one look at it

although I guess it looks the same in like public places too but it was all so

dark in the habit so um but like they notice everything they're like obviously

my physical therapist is gonna see it and be like what the heck is on your

head and then the aides that I work with like they notice everything but the

other people that are there like they'll notice things that I don't even notice

about myself I should know myself better than anybody

oh we're on the way to PT now and she made me change my pants because she said

that I was wearing too many colors where we should oh wait no yeah we should have

brought Jamie's Christmas gift and drop by there yeah okay cuz I need to get a

gift okay so I guess we're going to target after PT so good luck my leg ease

and we're gonna be late are you going like this because of the thing that

touches on my neck but then also it's like really irritating me like like how

that person said it's like wearing a bra it's not hurting me it's just irritating

me

I hand tell if it's better like really up high cuz I feel like really does hold

my head in place or if I like it lower I don't know I keep adjusting it to see

you like and then well oh gosh no I stop here's the Christmas gift it's a gift

card to Disney because she likes Disney - okay Petey and we don't take you in

because that would be really awkward even more awkward than vlogging on the

bench at the doctor's which our bench is no longer our Big O today I have not had

a fever for one single second well I didn't obviously I didn't take my fever

yeah every second but I did not have it any of the times that I took it and I

had to breathe oh you saw earlier but the back of my hair because my hair is

so short in the back that it kept falling out of the bun and I was just

mad and so it's gonna be like this for the next like three days or until you

decide that my hair needs to be washed so I guess when my ears just smell I am

doing fantastically better remarkably better

so we played balloon game again my favorite not my favorite I'm allergic to

latex it was kind of scary she's afraid of Balu I start getting sweaty but I

didn't cry once do you see me cry you how its turn all oh my gosh hey hi

I made this thing - hi feel like looking at the ceiling

that's not our home I always pulling because I don't like it touching my neck

well we're now going to target because we are going to give Jaime her Christmas

gift and then she needs to buy something well yeah I might go to Starbucks and

just get Starbucks gift cards I need a banner you're welcome for

everybody I'm we're down here because there's people in the car next to us and

yes I'm bending over at the waist so I'd really like you I didn't what

Jamie wasn't there very very sad day yet to come back on Thursday why is it so

steamy in here it will be further I'm chewing gum even though I start to

struggle we're just talking about them so much that I wanted it and then I was

riding in the cart this all these kids will actually go to the bathroom inside

of Target and then like you know what you can tell you've learned staring at

you but they're like trying not to like I was walking into the song and like I

walk backwards I can pull the door closed I could see all the people leave

washing their hands they're not washing their hands at you staring at me like in

the mirror that like nothing can you know height and then by the time I came

out thick like it was gone like everybody was like a ghost town in there

and then this little girl was like staring at him it's like what did my

head fall off jefes wittle girl I know but her mom didn't even tell her it's

not polite to stare she just let her I was like and then I was standing in the

car which I always do when we get trying to get something off the top shelf and

these people gave her this look like yeah why do you mean that's how she

broke her neck in the first place just

like this yeah but then that really told Mike he didn't even have to stand on the

cart yeah I know he has to a really tall guy cuz I couldn't even reach standing

in the cart and then we're like um can you have us so we bought all of the

Apple hedge water that they had their kids water no one does the hint water

should sponsor me I don't know it doesn't even mean but it's not same

thing goodness may God some more you always laughed at me what I don't

know what things on the internet mean because I spend my whole day on the

Internet every single day I don't think we're gonna do anything else so shall we

could just close this out alright bye

Is 'Holmes & Watson' As Funny As It Looks? || Weekend Watch Guide - Duration: 3:39.

- So if you want another dynamic (gasp)

Fix it in post.

- Fingers crossed.

- Hi!

- I'm Micheal.

- And I'm John.

- And this is the "Weekend Watch Guide,"

the last "Weekend Watch Guide" of 2018.

The last in 2018.

- OK we get it queen.

So first up, we have "Vice."

The story of Dick Cheney's rise to power

as vice president to George W. Bush.

- I'm actually really intrigued to see this movie,

because it's interesting.

You know, like, back when President Bush was in power,

and everyone's like, "Ah, this is the worst it's gonna be."

And then here we are, like.

- It's still pretty bad.

- Yeah, right.

- Dick Cheney was arguably,

the most powerful vice president we've ever had

in American history, and I think we're gonna see it

in a somewhat comedic, but also dramatic light.

And it stars Christian Bale, who we love.

He's been Superman.

Oh, nope.

He's been Batman.

He was the Dark Knight.

Like this guy is a chameleon,

and he gained 45 pounds just for this role.

- This is a canvas.

- John actually gained 45 pounds today, for this role.

- People are going to be like.

- Where?

- So in this, like, political like satire-esque movie,

it's cool 'cause you have some of these, like,

powerhouse actors playing the part.

So you've got Christian Bale playing Dick Cheney,

Amy Adams paying Lynne Cheney,

Steve Carell playing Donald Rumsfeld,

Sam Rockwell who's playing George Bush,

with the perfect accent might I add.

- All that Bushy goodness.

- All that Bushy goodness.

- And the movie is directed by Adam McKay,

who is famous for "The Big Short" and "Succession."

So then he's actually worked with Christian Bale before

and they are actually a really great pairing together.

- I wonder what the characters being portrayed

in this movie think about the release.

Like, is George Bush, like,

while he's busy painting in his farmhouse, like,

is he pleased or is he upset?

- I mean it's gonna be satirical

in some manner, right?

- It has to be. - That accent alone.

- He makes me want to eat barbecue.

- Mm, I could go for some barbecue.

So for another dynamic duo this weekend,

make sure to check out "Holmes and Watson," in theaters now.

- There's no question, this is comedy!

Sherlock Holmes played by Will Fuh-rell.

- Will Ferrell?

Pharrell is the rapper.

- I've always said Fuh-rell, my whole life.

- Will Ferrell.

- So you have the classic tale

of Holmes and Watson, where you have detective

Sherlock Holmes played by Will Ferrell,

and Dr. John Watson played by John C. Reilly,

who join forces to investigate

a murder at Buckingham Palace.

- Hey, girl.

- Hey, giiirl.

- So this movie is really a funny take

on the story of Sherlock Holmes,

with two goofy guys doing just really bad British accents.

- You have like one of the most iconic duos

in like American comedic history.

Match made in heaven.

It's like Tinder, but before Tinder.

- Or like us, but like not in a romantic way,

in a funny way.

- Yeah, I have standards.

I am single, though.

- Call a girl out.

- 9-1-1 what's your emergency?

You know what, if you're really gonna watch

both this and "Vice,"

this is a really good, like, calm down-er

from the political nature of "Vice."

You're gonna get a lot of slapstick comedy,

a lot of laughs.

- Can we hear you do your best British accent?

- 'Ello mate! No.

'Ello, gov'nuh. Where's Sherlock?

- They don't have a clue.

- Oh, no, golly.

- Oh crikey!

No, that's Australian.

I guess we don't know what we're doing, Michael, do we?

- I suppose we doon't.

- So that's it for today's edition of "Weekend Watch Guide."

- Our last one of the year.

Please join us in 2019 when we start all over again

and review the movies you need to watch every weekend.

Has The 2019 Ford Mustang Retained Its Character Or Has It Become Soft? - Duration: 2:06.

The sixth-generation Ford Mustang has been an immense success for Ford. It's the world's best-selling sports coupe, and for the 2018MY, the automaker has decided to give it a visual and technical boost

While nobody who isn't a Mustang fan can probably tell the facelifted iteration apart from its predecessor, it's worth noting that it has some exterior changes and a few upgrades in the cabin

There's an optional digital cluster, active valve exhaust system in V8-powered models, and more safety assist systems as well

Thus, on paper at least, the latest Mustang more mature than ever. But is it still an American icon in the vein of the '60s legend wrapped in a modern package, or has it gotten softer to satisfy a larger number of customers?

It's very likely that, regardless of the answer, which in this case comes from CarBuyer's review shared below, if one is looking to buy Blue Oval's muscle car, nothing can change their mind

Not even the fact that there's hardly any headroom at the back and that the boot opening is very narrow due to those retro-styled taillights

On the plus side, the V8 engine sounds great. And it's quite punchy, too, although the reviewer recommends staying away from the new 10-speed auto and opting for the good old 6-speed manual gearbox instead

Also, it seems that the 5.0-liter V8 is the one to go for, because as appealing as that 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder may be tax wise, there's no denying that the Mustang has been designed to work with a V8

Plus, the EcoBoost unit has lost a few horses with the midlife refresh, whereas the V8 has gained more

Liam Payne's sultry bed selfie after spending Christmas with Cheryl and Bear - News Live - Duration: 1:57.

If ever an Instagram story could do with a caption, this is it.  Liam Payne uploaded a sultry bed selfie just as his ex-Cheryl took a verbal battering for her "questionable" dance skills

Romantics had hoped the pair's Christmas reunion may have sparked some old flames

Cheryl invited the former One Direction star to spend the day with her and their baby son Bear

After more than two-and-a-half years together, they announced their split back in July - just months after their son's first birthday

Liam posted the picture and we can only guess what's going through his mind a year on from when they pair were celebrating their child's first Christmas

"It's the first Christmas that Bear will be old enough to appreciate a little of what's going on, so she's very excited by the thought of them all being together," a source said

"Liam's really grateful and hopes he can make it. He's glad their friendship is like this, it's lovely how things are turning out between them

"  She could probably do with someone to take her mind off things.  Dancing on Ice star Jason Gardiner has slammed the ex-Girls Aloud beauty, 35

She is on the BBC's The Greatest Dancer, alongside Strictly star Oti Mabuse and Glee star Matthew Morrison

Catty Gardiner said: "The judging line up on that is questionable as well.what's her dance background?  "Where is her dance background? She went to Royal Ballet School that you pay for, an extortionate amount to go to because mum and dad just want to drop you off somewhere for the holidays

What Is Mom Guilt And How To Get Rid Of It - Duration: 5:11.

In this video we cover. "What is mom guilt and how to get rid of it?"

Hi, welcome to this video on. "Mom guilt and how to get rid of it?"

Did anyone prepare you for the guilt bomb known as your first child? I had no

idea. I'm Genine Smith mother of 3. I'm also finishing up my PhD. I help

people use mindfulness to overcome trauma patterns. And I love what I do.

What I'm finding with my clients is mommy guilt is around a couple of things/

1, am I good enough? Often, the people that are asking that question... Yes, they

are good enough. It's the ones that aren't asking the question, "Am i a good

enough mom?" That you need to worry about. So, if you're asking that question, "Am I a

good enough mom?" In general, yes you're probably a good enough mom. The second

thing that really trips women up is to work or not work. And I'll talk about how

to navigate that based on not only myself but friends and clients kind of

towards the end of the video. That was the beginning of mommy guilt. That was

the beginning. All of a sudden, I am responsible for this baby. How she looks,

what she's doing, what she's not doing. No one prepped me for the impact that

this would have. I went from, "I am responsible for myself to now, I'm

responsible for this life and everything else that happens." And honestly, that was

a crushing blow. And that radically changed my life. Now, anyone that's

contemplating having a baby. It's fantastic. Great. Go ahead, do it, make sure

you're prepared, it's wonderful. It's a delight, gives a lot of meaning to life

and I'm so glad that I have these 3 children. And that I did the work to do

it. but there's situations that set up like, "Am I doing this properly? Am I doing

it good enough?" One of the things with my daughter. I assumed that she would be

highly competitive. How to navigate the weather to work and whether or not to

work? Now, this is a guilt load for a lot of women. It's something tricky-tricky to

figure out. What's interesting is women that do work. Then they feel this

and guilt over not being a good enough mom, women that choose to stay home and

not work then they feel guilty about not working and not helping with income. And

they feel guilty that their house isn't more put-together or their kids aren't.

The the list on either side wretches it up. In a way it's a no-win. No matter what

you pick, there's going to be guilt, there's going to be pressure. So, how do

you know navigate that? What I learned to do was to go with my internal navigation.

Yes, I was fortunate enough to have the financial support so that I could choose

to stay home. And honestly that wasn't an easy decision because I loved the

practice of law. I loved being out problem solving.

I loved the interaction. How do you decide what is best for you?

That's really the question because if you're doing what's best for you,

naturally it becomes good for everyone else. You're more present with your

children. You're you're happier. There's more natural joy. It's when you feel like

you're locked in a have-to. And when you hate your job and when you hate your

situation, you've got to learn to adapt. You've got to learn to make a difference

in so that you're not going through life hating, hating, hating. Or regretting,

regretting, regretting. I teach tools that help you clear out the guilt load. In

fact, there's a sheet down below that can help you with that.

What I want for you, wish for you is that you're on track with yourself

and you can be the type of parent that you want to be and that your children

deserve. You can have joy in your life, you can have freedom, you don't feel so

controlled and overwhelmed by external things. That there's a reservoir of a

peace with inside of you and confidence. So, go to the free resource below. It's a

link to a worksheet. It's an original process to work through guilt. This is

what I work with with my clients. And guilt can come from so many different

areas. It isn't just mommy guilt but it helps you get the guilt load from here

out onto paper and then you can work with it with your whole being and

resolve the guilt so it isn't weighing you down. So you've got that freedom,

you've got that confidence and this will give you a track to go on so that you

can get back your life. So hats off to moms. I honor you,

I respect you, I'm thrilled about the work you do. And I hope this resource

helps you. So I'd love to hear your experience with this MeThru guilt

worksheet. Put it on the comments below. We'll see you tomorrow.

you
