Youtube daily is it Jan 30 2019

- What's up, we're here.

What's going on internet I'm Chris--

- Mic check, one two.

- Are we on? Is that it?

Can you hear us?

Here we go.

All right we're live.

My name's Chris Avery, this is David Preseren,

with the Trivisonno real estate team,

and David, we're here to talk about

some Zestimates, we're here to talk about

some things-- - Z word.

- The Z word, that's right,

and we're here to talk about some things

that I've been hearing in the market

from some of my clients and things

in that niche. - What's the feedback,

what have you been hearing?

- So big question is,

what are Zestimates?

Where do they come from?

What do they mean?

So let's just start on number one,

how does it work?

Where does the zestimate come from?

- Okay.

So 2005, Zillow started,

they're doing their zestimates.

What they ended up doing

is they ended up taking all the public data

from the recorders' offices and stuff like that.

So they're putting a lot of faith

in people being accurate.

- Sure.

- So what they did is

the algorithms were a little bit off

that they were doing,

so then they tried to get actual user data.

- Right, so people that are

trying to sell their house on Zillow,

I wanna pump up my house a little bit,

and I'm plugging in that info...

- Which you can.

- Which you can, you can definitely do.

- And put whatever you want in there.

- Put whatever you want in there,

good, bad, right, or a little wrong, whatever,

who knows? - Which skews that

right off the rip right there.

- Okay.

- And some people aren't doing it at all.

- So what can be the difference right now?

Because I know in bigger cities,

where they sell a lot more homes,

it could be a little bit more accurate.

- Correct, big time.

- In Cleveland, in our local area,

what are we seeing?

Are we seeing a difference?

- Let's set that up.

So like in Denver.

So their accuracy rate is about 3.5%.

So very close.

- So that's pretty good.

- But Denver's a super hot market.

It sells all the time.

There's a lot of data,

a lot of houses going out there.

- So the more homes,

the more accurate? - In bigger cities,

they're seeing a little bit closer

zestimates in bigger cities.

- All right, take that down kids.

- But, here's the question then is,

what happens when you're going to

North Ridgeville, or you go to

a city like Willowick, Wickliffe,

Willoughby, or Mentor?

They're a little bit smaller.

So, to be honest with you,

I did some math on it,

and-- - Okay, math.

- Yeah, math, can you believe it?

- Love it.

- A $400,000 house,

they were estimated between 384 or 416.

- And that's plus/minus right?

- That's $32,000 so...

- That's a big deal, that's a lot of money.

- Big window.

And they're saying that that's even

a 50% chance that it's lower,

and it's a 50% chance that it's higher.

- That's crazy.

So it's literally a coin flip,

and you're kinda guessing.

So what have they done

to kind of improve that?

Have they done anything?

- They said that they've updated the algorithm.

So they're trying to get a little bit more updated,

so what they're asking

is more people to put in the data

for these estimates.

I mean at the end of the day,

you can go and put whatever you want

in your zestimate,

but somebody else is gonna do that too,

so how can that be trustworthy data?

- Right, gotta make sure you call

probably a real estate agent

in your area maybe.

- Good suggestion, call the Triv team.

Trivteam.com.

- Trivteam.com.

- And the cool thing is,

if you were to go to Zillow, or Truly

or Realtor.com.

I'll betcha all three of their estimates

are gonna be different.

- Typically they are,

because it's user input.

- It's user input,

and it's not 100% accurate.

That's the biggest problem.

- Well that's a big lesson for us kids,

thanks for investing some time with us.

- Invest!

- Appreciate it, talk to you soon.

FINISHED!! MUELLER IS ON HIS WAY TO PRIS0N, IT'S DONE

who himself has basing his own legal fight with the special counsel after rejecting Muller's

plea deal because he says he refuses to lie under oath

against President Trump dr. Corsi was criminally threatened and coerced to tell a lie call

it the truth as he

explained on this show and now here to give us further reaction author of the book silence

no more dr. jerome corsi you spent 40 hours with Muller correct yes

on 40 hours and they were willing to sit here 72 years old right yes I'm 72

and in the course of answering questions you didn't remember or emails specifically from

two years prior correct and at times you amended some of your

testimony almost continuously because as I said I'm not a human tape

recorder you can't punch a button and I can't remember precisely conversations or emails

in this gotcha game that the Mueller prosecutors were determined to play

it became up psychologically really disturbing and by the end of 40 hours I

think my mind was complete mush I can't tell you who's on the show Monday so I

don't know I mean I've been with you but when you found out and when you went through your

papers and your emails and

stuff you said oh I got that wrong here's the truth you amended it look its first your

reaction to the pre-dawn raid of Roger stone today well I was shocked I

mean I think this is gestapo-like tactics I mean what's the point in

having all these armed police with riot gear bursting into a house at 7:00 a.m. wife and

Roger in bed I mean this is not America this is not the way we treat people

in America who are basically trying just to be political operatives

who are earning a living and I mean it it frightens me to think what the FBI could do

bursting into my home with my wife asleep and the family asleep there's

no need for it and I think increasingly

that we're seeing an out-of-control Mueller operation that is determined to terrorize

people and criminalize politics I think it's very frightening for

the direction of America you are do you still fear because when you were

fused to sign what you said was a lie what was said to you and your attorneys and are

you afraid that they're now going to pre-dawn raid you in your house well

it could happen I mean the attorneys why attorneys were told by the

Mueller group well we'll take it from here very angry arrogant and that's of course now

been the end of November and nothing has happened I think when I read this

indictment today it's absolutely clear I'm not being accused of no

wrongdoing I I've done nothing wrong Sean I brought it and offered all my computer's

my backup systems my cell phone my emails I went in to cooperate I've

offered to cooperate throughout the process and I've I did not willingly and

knowingly give information I knew to be false to deceive the special prosecutor I had a

memory problems you're referred to as person number one in Rogers indictment

and they go through a series of emails that were communications

between the two of you where basically you know you're saying Oh what does WikiLeaks

have now after this is after Debbie wasserman-schultz the first Clinton

email dump which we would never would have gotten probably if a lot of

these things were better protected that's a different issue for a different day but

it's mentioned you want to find out you're working for WorldNetDaily at the

time you wanted to find out like everyone else in the media what else did

Julian Assange and WikiLeaks have what what was he going to release next and you were

talking about it now I know that you wrote a dissertation at Harvard did

you not on the Pentagon Papers yes in fact there's my PhD dissertation in

1972 in the Department of Political Science it was on the Pentagon Papers case I mean

I'm thinking that was now forty-seven years ago I mean it was amazing

to me that that's what I focused on but as a journalist I had a right to

talk with Assange to speak with us on to publish what Assange had just that I I had no contact

with us on the New York Times published it yes yeah but

you said to me you've never talked to Julian Assange never and I've never

seen either it's Roger stone if I remember correctly as far as I know I mean I know like

Roger can speak for himself but I know for myself that I have

never spoken with Julian Assange directly or indirectly so no contact so

comparing the Pentagon Papers case which you did a dissertation ironically on and looking

at this case all you and Roger want to know is what does he have neither

one of you were part of a conspiracy to steal information from

anybody nor did you steal any information from anybody the precedents six three Supreme

Court decision in the Pentagon Papers case the u.s. against the

New York Times clearly states that The Times had a right to publish

information as long as they didn't steal it and you were requesting information and trying

to find information like many others in the media what was coming next correct

you're exactly right Sean we had right to do this it was every every

journalist and that person involved in political operations and the campaign's Julian Assange

not only dropped 40,000 emails on debbie Wasserman Schultz in July

22nd 2016 within a day or two he said he had more emails to come and of

course the speculation was rampant I wanted to know everybody wanted to know and I passed

on a couple of emails to Ted Malek to say go see Assange Roger had

written those emails but there's no crime in any of this this is just no

idea why he's confident you seem let you seem confident the last time you were on the show

that you were gonna get a free dawn raid you feel that it's

less likely today why much less likely I think I push back I've written

this book silent no more the indictment it suggests nothing I've done that's wrong I

believe I've done nothing wrong and you know if it does happen well I mean

if it does happen we'll deal with it but my family's prepared but it has

made my life my family's life my wife the entire family a nightmare and days you can't

sleep at you know update bad days this is not America I was done nothing

wrong I was a journalist I went in to the best of my ability with faulty

memory I can be convicted of having a bad memory but I can't be convicted of telling

the Special Counsel or the FBI something I knew to be false to deceive them

it didn't happen all right well watch carefully this is scary you

know if Hillary Clinton can delete 33,000 subpoenaed emails action acid water hard drive

and bust up devices nothing happens all these other people I ranking

people we know lied to Congress nothing happens

scary for this country are the Washington Post reporting that the president's son-in-law

and top advisor Jared Kushner was at the White House meeting

with several Latino leaders negotiating over young immigrants known

as dreamers he's quoted as saying this that permanency would receive full consideration

now that's prompting some on the right to say any mention of amnesty

could cost the president his shot at re-election

let's bring in syndicated columnist and author Michelle Malkin for her reaction Michelle

great to have you with us tonight your reaction to today Shannon I think

there's no question that the perception

is that President Trump has quote-unquote caved and they're doing their best now to

make clear that he is going to try as much as possible to keep this

central campaign promise of building the wall and for that I have to

say I do appreciate that because there have been a few Republicans let alone Democrats

who've been committed to putting American security first above all

else which is really what should be the prerogative and the presidential

imperative from day one that said like I said he's not only between a rock and a hard place

he's between a swamp and a hard place and when you are able to weaponize

as the Democrats have a workforce of tens of thousands of people

I think it was just inevitable that we were going to have this outcome so what's going

to happen in in the next three weeks well you're hearing all of this

this talk now

that

in

three

weeks yes we may

Can Moons Have Moons? - Duration: 2:58.

[♪ INTRO]

The basic science behind orbits is simple enough: lighter things orbit more massive

things, and more massive things orbit even more massive things.

For example, our moon orbits the Earth, the Earth orbits the Sun, and the Sun orbits the

center of our galaxy.

But what if you extend the logic in the other direction?

All objects with mass exert some amount of gravitational force.

Probably your stapler isn't going to orbit your desk, but it stands to reason that anything

with enough gravity could then have something orbit it — including a moon having its own moon.

But it is a lot less likely.

The main problem is that there are already a bunch of other massive things around, exerting

their own gravitational pulls.

At the very least, there's the host planet and a star that planet orbits.

Because of the complex gravity going on here, the most likely way a moon could get its own

moon is by capturing it — for example, if an asteroid took just the right path to fall

into orbit around it, despite the strong pulls from the host planet and central star.

But even if a moon obtained its own little moon, the planet could destabilize its orbit

enough to make it collide with the main moon or the planet.

That, or it could send the little guy off into space.

This is probably why we don't see small moons around any normal moons in our solar system.

It's not impossible; it's just unlikely that the sub-moon's orbit would last very long.

But!

With enough distance between a moon and its host planet, a large enough moon, and a small

enough mini-moon, there's no theoretical reason why this can't happen somewhere.

When a moon is far enough away, the planet no longer has such a strong effect on what's

happening around that moon.

And if the moon's moon is small, while the parent moon is large, it's basically only

affected by the massive thing it's actually close to.

That's why the artificial satellites we put into orbit around our moon don't get

thrown off by the Earth — there's enough distance, and the satellites are relatively

tiny compared to the moon.

In fact, Jupiter's moon Callisto, Saturn's moons Titan and Iapetus, and, even

our own moon — all fit the conditions to have maybe had little moons of their own once

upon a time.

More promising still, researchers recently discovered that a planet outside the solar

system, called Kepler-1625b, might have a moon.

And that moon may be a perfect candidate for a moonception we could observe from Earth,

although we'll probably need better telescopes to be able to see if it has one.

Discovering sub-moons could tell us more about the formation of planets and planetary systems

in general, particularly how close orbiting bodies affect one another.

Most importantly of all, these moons of moons would need a name.

Scientists have considered sub-moons and even possibly moonmoons, but personally, I vote

for "li'l moonlets."

And if you have your own ideas for names, let us know in the comments below!

HOSTPLUS INSURANCE: WHAT IS FIXED AND UNITISED COVER??? (2019) - Duration: 9:02.

If you follow the Barefoot Investor, you've probably considered Hostplus for your insurance.

When you've been looking at this, you might have noticed two key terminologies they use,

both fixed insurance and unitized cover.

But what do these two terminologies mean?

In today's video, I'm gonna share with you a bit of background about each of these definitions

as well as provide you with some context to understand which of these two options might

be the best for you.

But before we get started, last year I shared a video on the government's MyHealth Record.

When researching this, I came across an article in Sydney Money Herald by Ben Grubb which

was amazing.

Ben explained the complexity of the terms and conditions by comparing them to things

that we're familiar with in our everyday life such as the terms and conditions for signing

up for Facebook, joining a bank account or even lodging a tax return.

What he then did was he compared that with our human nature not to read terms and conditions.

He then highlighted statistically how likely we are as humans not to read terms and conditions

and believe it or not, 80% of us are guilty of not reading these documents.

The reason I'm telling you this is to highlight the importance of context.

Ben could've very easily said to you that the My Health record terms and conditions

were 8,000 words long and you would have been ehhh...

But instead by anchoring these things to things that we're familiar with, he provided you

with some context.

Now Gary V., a major online player says that content is king but context is God.

So today, I'm gonna do the same thing for you when it comes to considering the fixed

and unitized cover with Hostplus.

To make it easier for you, I've broken it down into three key sections.

First, we're gonna have a look at the fixed cover and what this means.

Secondly, we'll look at the unitized cover and do exactly the same thing there.

And finally, I'll bring it all together and provide you some context around how to make

the perfect decision for your situation.

But before we get started, I'm gonna assume again that you know how much insurance you

need, whether you've used Scott's multiple of salary method, you've jumped on the Hostplus

website and used their tool.

But if you are stuck, there's also a link in the notes below that you can do your very

own personalized report using my method, but what ever method you've used, make sure that

you don't go any further in this video until you've done this step.

When you apply for insurance and nominate the fixed cover option, the amount of insurance

that you initially apply for will always remain the same unless you specifically make a request

to change it.

For example, if you apply for one million dollars worth of life and TPD cover initially,

when you get your policy renewal each year, the level of cover that you have will maintain

at that one million dollars whether that be next year, five years, or ten years in the

future.

If you do choose this option, the thing that you need to be careful of is the cost.

You see, as we get older, its statistically more likely that we're going to need to claim

on these insurance policies.

Whilst your cover level s remain fixed, you'll notice that each year your premiums get more

expensive.

To have a look at this in more detail, I've put together an example for you to walk through

the impact that age has on cost.

In this example for a million dollars worth of life and TPD cover, I've looked at the

cost of it for a 30 year old, 40 year old, 50 year old and 60 year old.

You'll notice that at 30, the cost of premiums is about a thousand dollars.

At 40, the premium jumps to about $2000.

At 50, you're looking at about $4,000 for that same level of cover.

And finally, should you still require the same level of insurance at age 60, you're

gonna need to spend about 12 and a half thousand dollars a year on your premiums.

What often happens is you forget to come back and revisit your insurances for a period of

time and what's happened in this same time frame is that the premiums have gone up.

As these premiums are debited directly from your superfund, we're less vigilant than if

that same amount of premium was coming from our bank account.

The result is having less money in your superannuation balance in later years.

When you apply for unitized cover, once you've determined how much insurance you need, Hostplus

has a table for working out the value of each unit based on your age.

Secondly, they have a table to tell you how much each unit will cost based on your occupation.

Again, I've included the links below the video for you so you can jump through and have a

look at what your unit value and cost per unit would be based on your exact scenario.

In a unitized cover option, instead of the amount of insurance that you have remaining

the same in the future, the cost of this insurance will remain the same for you.

Again, the insurance company knows that the older we get the more likely it is that you're

going to need to claim on your insurances, so instead of increasing the price, what they

do is they reduce the amount of cover that they'll provide you in the event that you

need to claim.

I've done another example to highlight how this would work.

In this scenario, you'll notice that the premium remains the same at about $900 a year in each

of these different scenarios.

At age 30, that premium will get you about a million dollars worth of cover.

At age 40, you're looking at about that same million dollars worth of cover.

But from 40 to 50, you're gonna see a significant drop off in how much insurance that same premium

will get you.

At age 50, you'll be insured for about $260 thousand dollars, and at age 60, that same

premium will only buy you about $70 thousand dollars worth of insurance.

So now you've seen the difference between the two, which option's the best one for you?

To answer that question, let's go back to the start and see how you determine how much

insurance you need.

I'm not a massive fan of using the simple multiple of salary calculator and the reason

for this, it focuses on an output, rather than looking at the needs behind the cover

levels that have been suggested.

Instead I believe in four key principles when it comes to insuring yourself and your family.

Number one, in the event of something happening to you, you should clear the debt on your

family home.

Number two is to allow for the surviving parent to become super mum or super dad, and what

I mean by that is allow them to focus on the kids rather than having to focus on getting

to work.

Number three is never have more cover than you need.

So this is taking off any net investment assets that you have to reduce that sum insured that

you require.

And finally, number four, I believe you should have enough money to pay for a funeral and

final expenses.

But how does this practically work?

I've given a basic example of two different families to prove my point.

In family number one, we've got a couple in their 30s, they've got two young kids age

5 & 7, they owe about $700 thousand dollars in their mortgage, they've got a family income

of about $150 thousand.

Using Scott's multiple of salary method, they'd need about $1.5 million of insurance.

Using my method, instead of that, they'd need about 1.6, so slightly more but you can see

they're pretty similar.

Family number two, this couple's a little bit older, they're in their 40s, their kids

are a little bit older, they're 15 and 17, their debt has been paid down to about 400

thousand and their family income has increased slightly to about $200 thousand dollars.

Using Scott's multiple of salary method again, they would need about 2 million dollars worth

of life and TPD cover.

Using my method, I believe this family needs about 1.3 million to put them in exactly the

same position should anything happen then the earlier family.

Now that I've highlighted these two examples, would you agree that the younger couple needs

more cover than the older couple?

By looking at these two examples, I hope you can see that the premise that I use is that

the younger couple would need more insurance than the older couple. The reason I highlight

this example for you is to help make a decision as to which of the fixed and unitised cover

options you should choose.

If the need for insurance reduces over time, surely that unitized cover would be the ultimate

selection.

And this is where I believe there's a bit of a difference.

You see, I would much prefer the fixed cover option and the reason for this is control.

Assuming that you take the time to revisit this at periodic increments as opposed to

just letting it go and the premiums running out of control, a fixed cover option will

allow you to adjust the cover you need based on your specific needs at a certain period

of time.

In the unitized cover option, the insurance company's going to dictate how much insurance

you can have at that time.

So I hope this has been helpful in clarifying the difference between the two options and

provide you with some context around which of these options might be best for you.

11 Signs Your Personality Is So Intense That It's Intimidating To Others - Duration: 6:45.

There are many different situations we may find ourselves alone in life ranging from

the energy we carry, the personality traits we possess and the atmosphere that we create

in life.

For those who possess a deeper personality, you may actually be scaring people off just

by being yourself!

This isn't designed to tell you to change or alter yourself in some way.

If you possess a deep personality, know that you are a diamond in the rough – the honest,

reliable, forward-thinking type of person that makes this world a better place.

However, not everyone is going to understand how your mind works.

There are many people out there who are willing to settle for far less, and your intensity

threatens the simplicity of the world that they have created.

If you feel as though you are struggling to connect with others, this could be a sign

that your personality is so intense that others simply don't know how to approach you.

This is a reflection on them, not a reflection on you.

Keep doing your thing!

Here Are 11 Signs That Your Deep Personality Is So Intense That It's Intimidating Others:

#1 – You are honest to a fault.

When it comes down to it, you value honesty above all else.

In fact, you will have an uncomfortable conversation, if necessary, to ensure that you can get straight

to the point and put the truth out there.

After all, if you don't have the truth, what do you have?

Just remember that not everyone is prepared to hear the truth.

#2 – You are a problem solver, not one to wallow.

If you're in a difficult situation, you're not the kind of person who is going to sit

around wallowing in the struggle you've been handed.

Instead, you will instantly get to work trying to find a solution to the problem, working

on getting yourself out of there and on to better things.

#3 – You aren't afraid of intimacy.

It's surprising how many people in today's society claim to understand the importance

of intimacy and then shy away from it completely when the opportunity presents itself.

You, however, understand that intimacy comes on many levels, and each is necessary in its

own way in your relationships including not only romantic relationships but also friendships

and family connections.

This includes actions as simple as a hug or a pat on the back.

#4 – You are incredibly intense in all that you do.

You intend on living life to the fullest, experiencing everything available.

This causes you to lead your life with a level of intensity that most will fail to understand.

The few who understand you will share your passion for finding enjoyment in every moment,

those are the people you need to surround yourself with.

#5 – You ask A LOT of questions.

While this may come across to others like you are interrogating them, the truth is that

you want to get to know them on a deeper and more meaningful level.

You aren't asking for manipulative reasons or to find out information you can use to

your benefit later, you genuinely want to understand others better and asking questions

is the best way to learn more.

#6 – You refuse to waste your time waiting around for others.

Sure, you understand the importance of friendship and companionship but when it comes down to

it, you have places to go and things to accomplish.

If someone is going to waste your time or leave you waiting around waiting for them

to recognize what you have to offer, you have better things to do.

You'll simply walk away and devote that time and energy into those who are ready.

#7 – You are like a human lie detector, able to see through the BS.

When someone is being insincere or dishonest, it's like a red light goes off in your mind

warning you that they are screwing around.

As someone who values honest, as we previously discussed, there's nothing you see as a

bigger deal breaker than someone who tells lies.

You have no interest in sticking around for those that don't respect you enough to be

transparent with you.

#8 – You are incredibly open-minded.

Too many people have masked closed-mindedness today with the illusion that they are merely

staying true to their morals and beliefs rather than admitting they simply haven't tried

to understand.

Instead, you are open to trying to understand new ideas, concepts and ways of living.

You may not agree, but you're always willing to learn more.

#9 – You always have a clear picture of what you want.

Every situation you enter into, you do so with the end already in mind and you refuse

to settle for anything less.

Your goals are always a top priority which can lead you to say or do things in your quest

to achieve success that will make others feel uncomfortable.

Just be careful not to be too goal focused or you can lose sight of the beauty in the

little moments in between.

#10 – You are a creature of habit.

Schedules and consistency are your friends, creating a solid and predictable foundation

upon which you can build your life.

You like to know what to expect and how you should prepare for it, and you have no interest

in surprises.

#11 – You have no interest in shallow relationships.

You're not the kind of person who is going to enjoy a one-night stand or a casual fling.

If you get into a relationship, you're all in.

You want to connect with someone on a deep level, establishing a meaningful relationship,

Klopp's unique link to Werner - and how it could aid Liverpool - Duration: 1:42.

Timo Werner continues to be linked with Liverpool as we near the end of the January transfer window

The RB Leipzig striker has so far resisted the Bundesliga side's efforts for him to renew his contract and is reportedly set to move on in the summer with his club unwilling to risk losing him on a free transfer at the end of his contract in 2020

Meanwhile, Jurgen Klopp is expected to let Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi leave Anfield in the summer, and, while interest in Werner is unconfirmed, will need to bring in attacking reinforcements as a result

And the German has a unique link to his compatriot which could give the Reds an advantage in a potential transfer battle should he decide to make a move for the striker

Keep up to date with all the latest Liverpool news and transfer rumours HERE  Growing up in his homeland in the late 1970s and early 1980s, a teenage Klopp was a keen VfB Stuttgart supporter and his favourite player was centre-back Karlheinz Forster

At a time before replica football shirts, Klopp's adoration of Forster was highlighted by his grandmother knitting him a white jumper reminiscent of a Stuttgart kit with the number four stitched on the back - his idol's shirt number

Finishing his career with Olympique Marseille, Forster later became a football agent

Who does he represent, you ask? Timo Werner!

How To Heal And Grow Through Mindful Movement - Duration: 5:06.

hi there you're probably thinking how can yo go and exercise possibly help me

when all I want to do is lie in bed and grieve well today I'm going to be

sharing with you a video on how to heal and grow through mindful movement

hi there my name is Laura Kelly and I am from grieve now calm I help you reclaim

your new identity after the loss of a loved one and live a life that you are

truly destined for so today we're going to be talking about how to heal and grow

through mindful movement to exercise and yoga are absolutely game changers and

you know they've helped my clients and they've also helped me through my

grieving process so exercise is a huge part of my life I know when I'm feeling

down and sad and depressed that you know a simple 20 minute exercise or you know

a yoga class something like that will will change my perspective as soon as I

complete it it's a it's an amazing feeling so we are all humans we need to

move our bodies our bodies were built to move we need fresh air we need to

breathe in that clean beautiful oxygen from outside to fill our lungs up and

release it's a form of detoxifying our bodies by breathing properly also we

need to open our heart so when we live from our heart so that's when we live a

beautiful life so for someone coping with grief exercise can be a distraction

and help prevent depression by interrupting cycles of negative thoughts

we tend to think very negatively when we are grieving and we think of all the

things that we don't have in our life you know all the hard times the sadness

all the the terrible memories what's been taken away from us and we don't

think of you know all the good things that we have in our life all the

positive things and so when we do exercise and yoga like some kind of

mindful movement it really creates a sense of purpose in our lives because

when we've gone through grief we feel like we've lost our purpose so if you're

feeling lost exercise brings a sense of purpose and focus that only requires you

to put one foot in front of the other the second tip is it really helps us

with our mood control so exercise triggers the release of nerve

transmitters such as endorphins serotonin dopamine glutamate which are

all well known for this role to help with our moods so it really does help us

with mood control also number three is it fights depression so this actually

works better than antidepressants and it also helps us really feelings of pain

insomnia anxiety fatigue and brain fog so by doing a simple 20-minute exercise

workout or a yoga practice it can help you fight depression that you're being

faced with pretty amazing and then you don't have to take any of those

prescription drugs so wonderful also it helps you feel calm it gives you

motivation to work on other activities so once you've completed that you know

exercise or yoga practice that you're actually going to feel you know

motivated to you know maybe complete a few other things that are on your list

that you need to do and then my last tip of my fifth one is it is a form of

meditation I could not live without exercise in my life because it really is

a form of meditation I know that I need to do some sort of movement every single

day in order to keep myself calm at peace happy and joyful and when we are

exercising or doing a yoga practice it's a form of meditation because we're

really focusing on you know one thing on ourselves a lot of self-care and it's

therapeutic for our mind I hope this inspires you to get moving go for a walk

do a quick little exercise or go to a yoga class I would love for you to share

below how you feel about exercise and mindful movement has yoga helped you

through your grieving process you currently practice it or are you willing

to currently take a yoga practice or or a workout or exercise up in your daily

routine please post in the comments below

😇What Would You Do If You Knew You Couldn't Fail? #SilverPerspective with #Silver - Duration: 8:56.

what would you do if you knew you wouldn't fail

let's dream about it welcome to Silver's perspective

the place where we ask ourselves empowering questions

to get a wider perspective while thinking long-term

I'm silver you can think of me as your future self yes

yourself in 10 20 even 30 years from now sitting on the

rocking chair watching you knowing who you really are

and guiding you so while you get in touch that older wiser

version of you get comfortable while thinking about the

things that you love to do yes the things that you so much enjoy doing

what are they it can be any area of your life maybe these are

things that you enjoy doing with friends with family

maybe it's work maybe work on your projects whatever projects

they might be what is it about

maybe it involves sports exercise moving around what is it

is it about other people is it a social activity is it

about communication with other people what is that

you like to do that when you do it and then you check the clock

and then eight hours just flew by what is it if you create something

maybe it is about art would you try to do if you knew

you wouldn't fail what would you try to do

if you don't think about failure what would you try to attempt

if you put that fear of failure aside think about all the possibilities

let your imagination loose like a child so many possibilities

isn't it isn't it fun enjoying that imaginary journey through all

your options think about how many possibilities

you can come up with about things that you love to do

when you put that fear of failure to the side isn't it exciting

how many possibilities you have when you're not overwhelmed

and bothered with the fear of failure would you want to get that sense

of adventure or even a sense of completeness being true

to yourself going for the things that you love not worrying about

failure no failure failing not failing wouldn't that be great

so maybe we get a better perspective a wider perspective

on failure what is failure so let's say you try something

if it works you can call it success if it doesn't you might call it a failure

but let's say you tried that thing it didn't work

can you learn something about that maybe that's the case

so if you learn something about that you can try again right

you have the time it is not the end of your life

you have the time you have the perspective remember I'm that part

of you 10 20 30 years from now I'm that part of you that reminds you

you have the time and in this case when things don't go your way

you can call it a failure and stop trying

but you can say to yourself you can remind yourself

that you have the time so you can try again

so you can redefine failure with a wider perspective as

trying again so you try it didn't work you can learn

you can adjust and then you can try it again

maybe this is a good perspective on failure a wider perspective

on failure just keep experimenting

you do the experiment you get the results you adjust

and then you do another experiment maybe that's an

empowering perspective to look at failure and let's say

you adopt this perspective imagine the freedom that you

can get adopting this perspective looking at failure as just trying again

as part of the journey then you can go do what you love

to do without worrying about failure because for you

it is just a journey doing the things that you love

already feeling this sense of completeness yes being true to

yourself doing what you love regardless if it workds the first

time or not because you know it is part of the journey

isn't it powerful doesn't it get you that sense of completeness

knowing you're true to yourself doing what you love

well if you have other things that you want to get that sense

of completeness in future decisions or any challenges you might have

in your life that you want to get that sense of completeness

talking with your future self yes me your futures

yourself in 10 20 30 years from now share these challenges in

the comments below so we can talk about them

in these relaxed conversations and get a wider perspective

on whatever you want in your life in the future episodes

of course of Silver's perspective the place where we asked ourselves

empowering questions to get a wider perspective on anything in life

let's meet in the next episode

How To Elementor Import / Export Templates + What To Do When It Doesn't Work - Duration: 7:54.

My favorite feature of Elementor is that it allows you to export page templates and

then you can move those to a different website and then import them, I'll show you how to do that in

this video for the latest version, but I mostly see what to do if you run into trouble in

the process were covering all of that in this video hi my name is Adam from WPCrafter.com

where I make WordPress tutorial videos for non-techies if you knew here, consider clicking on that

subscribe button and click on that notification belt this be a quick tutorial let's just jump

right on into it.

So here I am on a website where I have Elementor and in version 2.4 of Elementor.

They moved where these templates are nothing to stay here for a while.

Over there is various versions of Elementor.

It sort of moved so this is can be based on Elementor version 2.4.

Now there is a menu item here that says templates and then right here it says saved templates

just like that.

Now if you want to import a template.

All you have to do right here is click on import template and then choose it on your

computer.

But first let's create a template and then we will go through importing and then what

to do when you run into trouble.

So I'm in a go ahead and just create a brand-new templates and so many choose page and I'll

give it a name based phenomena.

Click on create template and it's going to create the template take me into Elementor

we just put some content in their arm and a click right here and I'll just choose one

of the free Elementor templates right here.

Okay, here is one out.

Click on insert it just can a download and put it in their and then I'll show you how

we can save this template and then start moving it around and I will do is just click on publish,

and then let's get outta here are click on the Hammacher icon top left click on exit

the dashboard and now when I click on save templates, you can see we actually have a

safe template now so to export this all we would have to do is hover over the templates

and then it's as export template mode.

Click on that.

It's gonna download a file to your computer so let's go ahead and see with that file looks

like.

So here it is right here.

It's is Elementor there is some date and time stamp.J so now you can actually rename this

to be whatever you want, so that makes sense to you.

So what I'll do here is I'm going to trash or delete this template right here and then

I'm going to go to import templates and then let's go ahead and drag that over there this

templates right there and then click on import now in this one will import fine and there's

another way to do this are click on add new and then I'll give it a page and I'll give

this a name what you fill this out.

Click on create template to take me into Elementor.

Let's click on the folder icon and then we have these options right here so right here

is an option to imports and here's also an option to save when you're inside of Elementor

like you do the same thing click right there and then let's just drag and drop that right

here and it's going to import fine and there is a could see, I've got it twice now and

then I can insert it into the page template so that's all fine and dandy but what happens

when you run into trouble.

Let me show you what that would end up looking like a click on import templates and working.

Instead, import this other template right here in a drag-and-drop it's a click on import

now and you're gonna see it says invalid file.

This is common and what the cause of this is is when you're using a template that is

was created with an older version of Elementor.

It might not import into the new version of Elementor.

There's a really easy fix for this so there's a couple moving parts to it though, so first

what we need to do is actually downgrade our Elementor to the version I find prior to version

2 so the latest version of Elementor one install that and then everything seems to import just

fine.

So the way you do this is you come to the Elementor plug-in the listing here in the

WordPress repository and then you need to click right here it says advanced view and

then what this is going to do is give some technical stats on Elementor, but the very

bottom, it gives us the option to download prior versions of Elementor.

She can see there been quite a lot of versions that have been released.

I would suggest getting version 1.9.8 which is the latest version of Elementor one most

up-to-date version of Elementor version once will click on that and then click on download

and it will download that to your computer and then let's get out of their Cisco back

into our website.

Now you have two ways of downgrading you can go to plug-ins and then you can disable and

delete Elementor than upload this older version, or there's another plug and I like to use

is called easy theme and plug-in upgrades.

What this will allow you to do is, even though a plug-in is installed, it will allow you

to install a plug-in over it.

This is one of my favorite plug-ins I use it on all of my websites someone to go to

plug-ins go to add new and then I'll do a quick search for that easy theme and plug-in

upgrades its right here and I will install this and activate this.

I find this is very convenient right here we go there we have it so now I can just install

that old version of Elementor.

No overwrite this more recent one summer click on add new upload plug-in and will do the

same thing here is that old version of Elementor drag-and-drop it right there.

Click on install.

Now it'll just take a moment and it will install and overwrite the old version and what's interesting

this templates menu item icon right here was not there in this older version of Elementor

searing to see that go away okay when it takes you to this screen.

It tells you that it did that.

It also makes an archive of what was overwritten into your media library so click on activate

plug-in and now you're gonna see run an older version of Elementor.

A blast from the past.

Here it is C 1.9.8 and there is update option to go back up to the latest version.

So now when I'm in a do is go to Elementor back then it was called my library and so

here it is my library, so go ahead and click on import templates.

I will go back to that old template right here that was given us the problem of drop

it right there.

Click on import now inuring to see what happened here it is.

It ended up importing it just fine.

So now go back to plug-ins and then I'll update to the latest version of Elementor and Juergen

to see were to get that templates menu icon right back.

I don't know why there some incompatibilities with the upgrades of Elementor, but I think

it's pretty minor.

I think any template made for for Elementor version of one you have to go through this

process okay so there we go.

It is updated so if I just refresh you.

Here we go.

We have templates and you can see there is that said template that it was having problems

importing before now it has imported just fine.

So hey, if you found value in this video consider given it a thumbs up.

There is a common section, down below.

Remember to to describe under click on that notification Bellevue one other useful videos

like this sent right on over to you.

Hey, thanks for watching this video if you have any questions about it.

You can ask in the comments section.

Down below see in the next video.

Best Cordless Vacuum for Home and the Jobsite! - Duration: 11:58.

what's up everybody and welcome back to another tools day I came out to my shop

because I had to do a little bit of organization and it got me thinking

about the perfect tool to talk about 4 tools a day so let's get into it

so today I thought we would talk about you know every shop needs a vacuum and

I've been through all sorts of vacuums I've had the traditional corded shop

vacs which are great they pick up just about everything but they're big and

bulky and then I've also used if you've seen in some of my videos the Makita

cordless vacuum which I do like the idea of cordless but I felt like that one

really fell short on power being cordless and thankfully they brought or

they gave it to you with a corded option as well and that was really the only way

I could use that vacuum specifically as an option that made any sense but

Milwaukee this last year came out with their backpack vacuum and it's pretty

impressive now I have yet to have this on site and I'll tell you why it's not

because I don't think I would use it on-site

I don't know how much I would use it but I do know that my wife has been stealing

it from me every weekend to vacuum the house so we've got multiple Dyson

vacuums because they're the the best vacuum on the market they've got some

cordless options and they do pretty decent right we've all probably seen

them the cordless version that we have I don't know the model number but it

doesn't last the whole house we can't vacuum the whole house as soon as my

wife I kind of convinced her to try it used the cordless vacuum here from

Milwaukee that's the only one she'll use my kids have used it my wife has used it

I think I might have vacuumed the house once with it but I use it out in my shop

to just clean up it's got I think it's about 55 CFM which I don't really know

if that matters because I think you can measure things all sorts of different

ways and make it sound good it weighs 17 pounds so it's it's a

little bit heavier than like your comparable Dyson cordless vac if you're

gonna use it in your house what I love about it though is that it runs off your

m18 platform which I'm heavily invested into Milwaukee's m18 line and when you

throw a 12o battery which is what I've done here and you can see there's all

sorts of room I don't know if that means Milwaukee's thinking bigger packs

because there is like a ton more room in this so maybe an 18 amp hour battery in

the future I don't know however I do know

this thing will vacuum the entire house on one charge and usually do it about

three times before my wife is saying I need a new battery now some of the cool

things about this vacuum that I like is it does have multiple speeds so you've

got your slow or low and high speed which is I don't know whoever uses low

personally I'm always going to go to the highest powered option available that's

just the way I am and maybe that's most people you can clearly see through this

is a one gallon container so it's gonna hold a ton of debris because it remember

this is gonna be for jobsite use maybe a portable dust extractor if you're doing

something like a circular saw cut in the house and you don't want dust flying

everywhere you can throw this on your back use it and it's gonna be nice and

comfortable and go wherever you are so I think that's where the main market

segment is is if you're a remodeler and you're looking for a nice cordless

option this thing has got a ton of power it's running off the battery platform

that most likely you're already using and it's gonna have a lot of capacity

for whatever you're doing now there are a couple downsides I think the one thing

that they did fail if you go to their website they do say that it's good for

carpet and after using it in the house it doesn't do good on carpet which maybe

is not a big deal but if you're a remodeler you're gonna have to vacuum

carpet it doesn't have the roller I don't know whatever you call that

attachment for carpet use the other negative thing that I really didn't like

about it is I feel like there's not good storage on it they've got this little

hook here that's supposed to go into your belt I feel like it would have been

nicer to have a place to put this you've got a crevice attachment that is going

here on the belt also not a horrible idea I just feel like I wish there was

some side storage that these clipped onto one good thing about this vacuum is

it does have it does come with a HEPA filter so it's gonna be definitely good

to use if you're remodeling someone's house if you are in your own home and

you want to make sure you're just you know not recycling all that dirty air

the HEPA filter is gonna do that job to make sure it really filters and you know

doesn't blow dust around your house which is kind of important now the wall

claims 40 minutes of runtime with a nine new power battery I always stick the 12

amp hour battery in it which is gonna give you considerable more runtime I've

never measured it because I don't really care it does the job multiple times

before I ever have to replace the battery so I guess it has really good

run time take that for whatever it is so spec wise I mean this vacuum sucks

right that's what it's made to do it sucks it does a pretty good job at

removing debris but let's let's kind of put it on and show you how it kind of

fits so just like a backpack you've got your straps and I don't know if this is

set up for my wife she was probably the last one to use it I don't even feel my

strap here yeah it's a little bit small I might need to do it just this no

problem got your straps here a pretty standard backpack and then you've got

your hip straps what you're gonna really take the weight off your shoulders and

make it pretty comfortable there you go it's like you're ready to go on a hike

or something so here now you can see I mean this isn't a horrible spot I just

feel like it's kind of here in my in my side if I'm moving around so I wish that

this was somewhere back here but I guess I can see how it'll be handy if I'm over

here vacuuming and I just want to throw this crevice tool on boom I'm ready to

go and I can suck up around the base trim or get in some tight spot like

maybe you're working in and out of your car cleaning up in between seats getting

those Cheerios out from the kids right now I don't know let's see okay I can do

it grabbing that is pretty easy but I don't

think I'm ever gonna put this I don't think I'm ever gonna be able to get this

back on while I'm using it so now I guess I'm kind of in for the long haul

on this attachment you've got an adjustable I guess tube I don't know

what you call that wine so you can don't have to bend over and it stores back

pretty nice and easy whatever like it's pretty much what you would expect it to

be it's it's comfortable you don't have to pull around a base unit that's

rolling around the ground like a shop-vac it's all right here and you

don't have a cord to worry about you can go anywhere my shops 60 by 88

I don't have to keep plugging and unplugging I can go around and vacuum

anywhere so that's what I really love about it all right but enough talk let's

actually use this and see if it does a decent job in the shop maybe hooked up

to a tool or something so believe it or not my wife has basically stolen this

backpack vac since the day I got it and I haven't even headed out in the shop so

I figured what better way to test it then using it on a track saw because

that's what I do a lot of my shop cutting with and you guys already know I

like the makita track saw here it's cordless so that's nice we don't got any

cords here let's just give it a try I have not done this let's see how much

material it actually pulls out of the air okay that's high

well that did some did surprisingly good actually I'm not gonna lie

let's do another one we'll get a close-up shot of that dust that is not

falling from the saw alright here we go

okay that one seemed a little bit dustier I don't know if it was the speed

of the saw or not there's not really any particles floating around more or less

just a couple of the bigger looks like actually this is a brand new track I

haven't even used this track I've got my other one so I was cutting up some of

the Splinter guide or splinter guard I think that's a lot of what was dropping

there okay so now the question is what do I do

I guess I'm gonna have to unhook this every time and I've still got the 17

pound monkey hanging on my back so in retrospect maybe this is not the best

thing to do but the nice thing is Milwaukee thought about this and thought

maybe you're not gonna want to have this on your back all the time so what they

did was let me see take this off here on the back the backpack part of it is

actually removable so there's just a little button you're gonna push and then

this is removable so you're gonna lose kind of the storage places for this but

what you gain is you've got this little hook that you can hang on the side of

your saw on a 2x4 out on the jobsite wherever you're working I think it would

have been nice if they would have made it three and a half inches that way it

could have sat over the top of a set of sawhorses but I guess out here on site

or in my shop I should say maybe I'm just gonna set it set it down on the

ground and hook it up to my tool just like any other shop vac I guess make

another cut here

so there you go guys I'm pretty impressed I think that does a good job I

don't know how long it's gonna run on a 12o removing this heavy dust or how long

it's gonna last I got to put it through its paces a little bit more here in the

The PlayStation Classic is INNOCENT Until Proven Guilty! - Duration: 11:44.

The PlayStation Classic is Sony's blatant attempt to cash in on the recent Nintendo

craze, but in this video game court, it's Innocent Until Proven Guilty!

Court is now in session for an epic & exciting episode of Innocent Until Proven Guilty!

In the nearly five years of this series' existence, I've successfully defended & punished

a wide array of offenders in the realm of gaming & movies, but I've yet to tackle a console.

There have been plenty of potential trials waiting in the wings, spanning from the Virtual

Boy to the CD-I, and while I'm eventually going to try each of those at some point in

the future, I've finally found, with the help of Emily on Patreon, the perfect test

case to experiment with the format.

Without further ado, here, at long last, is the first system based IUPG on the one & only...

PlayStation Classic.

Initially announced during the Tokyo Game Show & released in December of 2018, the PlayStation

Classic is the most recent in a string of nostalgia-fueled throwbacks intended to cater

to the retro marketplace & it not surprisingly follows the formula established by its much

more successful Nintendo predecessors.

As with the NES & Super Nintendo iterations, the PlayStation Classic comes in a box designed

to emulate the packaging of its source material, with the contents printed on the sides & a

colorful display of the roster of titles emblazoned on the back.

Inside the box, there are the required HDMI cable & power supply, as well as two original

model controllers with wired cords that are a bit on the short side.

I personally had no problem with the length of the controllers, because the shelf that

I placed the device on is fairly close to where I sat during my capture session, but

the power supply is a whole other ball of wax entirely.

You see, most companies putting out a product of this nature would include some kind of

AC adapter or base charger to turn it on, but Sony, for some strange reason, only tossed

in a USB cable.

To say that this is one of the most dumbfounding business practices in the history of the industry

would be a massive understatement, but to their credit, they were up front about this

& placed a very visible warning on the upper corner of the packaging.

Regardless, while the solution to this issue is an ordinary 5 volt, 1 amp phone plug, which

I fortunately happened to have a spare of, the fact that Sony cheaped out on their audience

left a bad taste in my mouth, but I shook it off & continued with my capture session,

and what awaited me was a bit of a mixed bag.

Upon powering on the unit, a start-up screen appears, accompanied by the most iconic jingle

from the fifth console generation, and this attention to detail was very much appreciated

& provided a warm rush of nostalgia that brought me back to my teenage years.

The subsequent menu interface lacked the fancy bells & whistles of the Nintendo machines,

sporting a flat purple & black background and a rotating wheel from which the included

titles are selected.

As with their vintage counterpart, the buttons on the faithfully produced piece of plastic

function in a manner resembling their initial purpose, with the Power button turning on

the device, Reset returning to the main menu & Eject being responsible for advancing the

narrative within Final Fantasy 7 and the other multi-disc adventures.

Selecting a game from the menu will make it run as it traditionally would have, but the

biggest difference is that the HDMI output results in the resolution being boosted to

720p, which is a vast improvement over the RCA signal of old, but a huge disappointment

in comparison to the 1080p & 4K standard of the modern era.

Nevertheless, in the A/B test I conducted between the PlayStation Classic running straight

into my Elgato HD60 & my Framemeister upscaled PS2, the difference in the picture quality

between the imitation and the real thing was mostly negligible.

The graphics were equally sharp, with plenty of eye-popping pixels, and the sound was unaffected

by the emulation.

The frame rate, for the most part, was pretty solid, but I found a few exceptions to the

rule, and these were mainly due to the first major source of pre-release controversy.

In an understandable, but ultimately flawed move to make the product universal, Sony decided

to ship the unit with PAL region ISOs.

This may not sound like such a big deal, but it turned out to be a major deal breaker for

many consumers, and anyone familiar with the gaming regions & their lack of compatibility

should know full well why that is the case.

I have plenty of experience with playing PAL ROMs on NTSC hardware with my Everdrive cartridges,

and they usually run inefficiently if they even work at all in the first place, and the

same concept applies to the PlayStation classic.

Loading a 50 hertz file on a 60 hertz piece of equipment led to a slight decrease in frame

rate, and while this was barely noticeable for the bulk of the titles, it really put

a damper on the fighters.

Performance issues aside, the PlayStation Classic's roster itself is a pale shadow

of those offered by the Nintendo systems, with the expected heavyweights like Resident

Evil & Metal Gear Solid being sandwiched between a slew of non-exclusives & questionable legacy picks.

I owned a PS1 back in the day, but my collection wasn't that big, so there were a large number

of these that I'm only just playing for the first time right now & I was quite surprised

by my reactions to what Sony apparently considered to be the cream of their crop from that illustrious era.

For example, I went into this uncertain about the legitimacy of Intelligent Qube's inclusion,

as it seemed like such an oddball choice, but I ended up really enjoying my time with it.

The original Grand Theft Auto & Rainbow Six, on the other hand, are rightfully celebrated

for the franchises that they spawned, but they themselves, with their clunky controls

& primitive presentation, haven't aged well at all.

There are a bunch of eccentric obscurities that add variety to the lineup, some of which

I ended up becoming a fan of and others were respectable additions that brought fresh elements

to the table, but weren't to my particular taste.

As I've mentioned in other videos, I was an RPG junkie as a kid, so the PlayStation

Classic did an exceptional job of sating that itch, but there was one area of the overall

package that hampered the fun factor and that is the controller itself.

The controllers that come with the PlayStation Classic are replicated from the models that

hit store shelves at the launch of the PS1, and as anyone who's personally used those

controllers should know, they're completely a product of that time period.

The fifth console generation saw tremendous advancements in the realm of 3D gaming, and

the controllers inevitably evolved in order to keep current with them.

The twin stick format we've long become accustomed to was introduced to meet this

need and the PS1 revision paved the way for the benchmark Dual Shock line, so the fact

that Sony decided to pass it over in favor of its

inferior predecessor is beyond my comprehension.

This most certainly lends an air of authenticity to the execution, but it's also incredibly

awkward & it, along with the PAL ISOs, paltry lineup, & $100 price tag ultimately led to

the PlayStation Classic's downfall.

It's clear as day that Sony put in the minimal effort to ride Nintendo's coattails and

these boneheaded blunders handicapped what could have been a pint-sized PS1 powerhouse,

but I'd be lying if I said I didn't appreciate it for what it is.

While the pre-installed games vary greatly in quality & they're often marred by technical

difficulties, this pale imitation of the NES & SNES blockbusters still has enough positive

traits to give it a soft recommendation, especially now that it's received a significant cost reduction.

The original Resident Evil & Final Fantasy 7 were two of my constant companions during

that segment of my youth, so to be able to revisit those quintessential landmarks along

with several other top notch action adventures & RPGs in an adorable little piece of plastic

that fits in the palm of my hand was an undeniable treat.

However, as great as that feeling is, I can't help but wonder about how this could have

been under the right circumstances.

Imagine if this had been supervised by an impassioned project lead that cared more about

paying tribute to a legendary system than making a quick buck.

We'd have nothing but true PlayStation classics and they'd be crystal clear on all HDTVs

at a continuously smooth 60fps.

Parappa the Rapper would be rubbing elbows with Crash Bandicoot as Jet Moto blew by them

at an adrenaline pumping speed & that would just be the tip of the spectacular iceberg.

I know that this is all just a pipe-dream & there's no point in pondering over all the "what if?"

scenarios, but it really is impossible to wrap my head around how this didn't come to be.

It makes far more sense from a business perspective to give the consumers what they want rather

than half-ass it with a lot of filler.

Just look at what Nintendo accomplished.

They dropped the ball on the cord length, too, but at least they put together two undeniably

brilliant & crowd pleasing compilations, whereas Sony doesn't even have the common courtesy of

including a simple AC adapter, & that is one of the many reasons that I rule that the verdict is...

Guilty!

This may have been a predictable outcome and I was probably grasping at straws to come

up with a viable defense, but I was 100% sincere in stating that I appreciate the PlayStation

Classic for what it is & I'll go on the record as saying that it's nowhere near

the disaster it's made out to be.

It was definitely overpriced at the start & its available options are admittedly underwhelming,

but it also reunited me with Final Fantasy 7 after a twenty year absence & it got me

to make this video, so that's win-win as far as I'm concerned.

If you're in the market for some Sony nostalgia, then this is an absolutely viable way to seek

it out now that it's not exorbitantly priced, but if you're looking for a pristine pixelated

experience, then you're better off going with the digital downloads.

Anyway, now that I've sentenced this notorious cash grab to the IUPG jail, I've got to

work on another Cygnus video.

Be sure to come back for that & leave any suggestions for future trials in the comments

or on my social media accounts, but until then, court is now adjourned!

Oh No, It Turns Out Infrastructure Is Crumbling Everywhere - The Jim Jefferies Show - Duration: 5:53.

The country is facing a housing crisis

and nowhere is that more apparent

than right here in California.

Homelessness is on the rise and a third of the state's residents

pay more than half of their income towards rent.

In fact, the cost of living has gotten so out of hand,

that last week, this condemned house in San Francisco Bay Area

sold for 1.2 million dollars.

Presumably to the world's meth-iest millionaire.

Meth Zuckerberg.

Around the world, people are flocking to urban areas,

house prices are rising, populations are booming,

and that leads to a whole bunch of problems.

>>As the number of city dwellers rises,

>>so do problems, like overcrowding,

>>pollution, housing shortages, and aging infrastructure,

>>like mass transit and highways.

And, worst of all, more people moving to the city

means more Midwesterners crying in public because

"the city just is so mean. People don't say hello."

"Back home, things are so much better."

Then go f***ing back home, will ya?

Get out of the way! You're causing traffic.

In cities like Hong Kong, where overpopulation is out of control,

we're getting a glimpse of what the future might bring.

>>The Long family have a two-bedroom flat.

>>They share their home with four other relatives

>>and it's forced them to look for an ingenious solution.

>>My uncle is on the upper deck

>>and my parents are sleeping on the -

>>On the lower deck, yeah.

>>So what is it like to sleep in that at night?

>>I like it!

>>Yeah?

>>Just like - in the spaceship.

Yes! In space,

everyone can hear you f***.

Major cities are struggling to meet demands for services,

like schools and medical facilities,

not to mention basic resources like water and food.

And it's even worse in poorer countries.

>>Here, in Delhi's Vasant Kunj, children often miss school

>>just waiting for the only source of water for their daily consumption

>>and for sanitation. There are no working toilets here.

Yeah, that's pretty bad.

But have you ever tried to park at Whole Foods

on a Saturday in LA?

The lot is backed up to the street.

You have to circle around a thousand times.

It's literally the worst thing in the world.

Some countries, notably China,

have attempted to limit the number of children families can have.

But one problem with no one having babies is that

everyone is getting old at the same time.

>>This baby boom generation in China will start to hit retirement age

>>in the very next few years.

>>And so China is going to face huge retirement costs

>>and social security costs, healthcare costs -

Come on, China! You can't let your population get old.

We need people making iPhones, not struggling to use them.

But some countries are taking a different approach.

>>A non-governmental organization

>>in Minya City in Upper Egypt

>>has drafted a law to help end overpopulation.

>>It calls for imposing a procreation license

>>on newlyweds to have one child every five years.

See, I think that's the right idea.

See, in America, you need a license to drive or to fish.

You even need a license to breed dogs.

Why wouldn't you need one to breed children?

We all have those people who we've met

who probably shouldn't have kids.

And for many of my friends, I'm that person.

But if we're going to keep reproducing,

only quality people should do it!

So, I propose a brief quiz for anyone planning to reproduce.

It's called,

You Must Be Great to Procreate.

[saxophone plays]

It's like a driver's test. And if you fail,

you don't get your procreation license.

For example, question one would be,

Are you a pedophile?

If you answer yes, then thank you for your honesty

but it's still bad.

We should probably put that question at the very top

right above the bit that goes, "write your name here."

Next!

Where do you keep your Tide Pods? On a high shelf?

Good!

In a refrigerator in a jar marked "candy?"

Bad.

Have you ever used the hashtag #MyBestLife

on any of your social media accounts?

No. No license for you! No!

If you're one of these people who knows if

you're a Slytherin or a Huffety-puff or whatever,

but you don't know your blood type,

that's minus ten points.

If you're a murderer, that's points off. Though...

you have technically helped the overpopulation problem, so...

We can call it even.

Think of the possibilities.

We don't need to share and live in space-flats with ten other people.

We can write our own future.

All we need to do is select out the losers

and make sure only winners are breeding.

It's a foolproof plan.

In fact, I'm surprised that no one has thought of it already.

>>Eugenics: the science of improving a population

>>by controlled breeding.

>>Eugenics is best understood and best remembered now as

>>the pseudoscientific mumbo-jumbo that the Nazis used to explain

>>why they felt the need to categorize and kill whole populations.

Ah. Oh, well...

Yeah, maybe someone did think of it already.

Did it work?

Autism or Aspergers - Which is it? - Duration: 4:29.

hi guys happy 2019

oh my gosh I'm just getting used to getting in the swing of

shooting videos again

this is my second video to shoot this year and I still

feel a little out of practice

bear with me I appreciate everyone's

patience

often I get the question from people or people will ask you know

if my diagnosis was autism or Asperger's and people generally expect from me to

hear that my diagnosis with Asperger's and then are often surprised when I tell

them that my diagnosis is officially autistic and so let me kind of explain

why that is

it depends you know on a lot of factors one of those big factors

being where you are in the world and another big factor is how recent your

diagnosis was I am late diagnosed adult in the United States and here in the

United States I believe it was 2013

I'm not 100% sure on that date so I could be

wrong but it has been a few years since they stopped diagnosing people with

Asperger's you know we're in my part of the world

there are other countries

I hear from people or other places where Asperger's is still a diagnosis but in

general it's it's being phased out in many parts of the world some people who

were diagnosed younger may still have this Asperger's diagnosis

nobody's going around stripping anyone of their their diagnosis and nobody's

trying to say if you have the Asperger's diagnosis you now have to call yourself

autistic if you don't want to either although you know there are still some

people who were diagnosed asperger's who now actually do call

themselves and label themselves autistic instead of Asperger's because it is all

included under one umbrella now and there are too many reasons to get into

in this one video as to why the separation between the the diagnosis

have been eliminated one big thing is you know it was based a lot on speaking

and speech development and that can be kind of a misguided way to - a -

categorize someone for a lot of reasons so you know they've kind of many many

people have come to the conclusion that this is not helpful and so they've

merged everything under one autism diagnosis umbrella so though that that's

just a very very extremely brief overview of you know why you know when

people ask me if I'm autistic or I have Asperger's or what my

diagnosis is my diagnosis is is

I am autistic and that's because

I where I'm diagnosed, when I was diagnosed

and the recent diagnosis

so anyway guys

thank you so much for listening

I hope I answered

this question because this is a question I've gotten multiple times and I can't

always respond back to each and every single questions so some of the ones I

think I get more often do videos on

so anyway guys, thank you so much

I hope you have a wonderful rest of your week

Bye!!!

you

WW3 WARNING: Russia and China BLAST US for sanctions on Venezuela - It is 'ILLEGAL'

RUSSIA and China have lashed out at US President Donald Trump for slapping sanctions on Venezuela,

as Moscow accuses Washington for "illegally" interfering the country's affairs.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the new sanctions were an attempt to confiscate

Venezuela's assets.

Speaking to Russian News Agency Tass, he said: ""We are concerned about what the US and

its closest allies are doing with respect to Venezuela, brazenly violating all imaginable

norms of international law and actually openly pursuing the policy aimed at overthrowing

the legitimate government in that Latin American country."

Meanwhile, Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang blasted the US for intervening in foreign

affairs, insisting it only "makes situations more complicated".

Mr Geng added: "The relevant country's sanctions on Venezuela will lead to the deterioration

of conditions of people's lives."

Both Russia and China are heavily invested in Venezuela, having lent billions of dollars

to the South American country.

Venezuela has borrowed more than £38.35 billion (US$50 billion) from China, while Russia has

given least £13 billion (US$ 17 billion) in credit lines and loans to the South American

country.

Russia holds a large stake in a subsidiary of PDVSA, meaning Moscow will bear the brunt

of US sanctions on the oil firm.

Helima Croft, the head of commodity strategy at RBC Capital Markets, told CNBC: "The

recovery of this country is going to be an enormous challenge and we're just not there

yet.

"We keep saying, well will the military rise up against Maduro?

Well, this is technically a military government.

"So, the question is, will these sanctions put so much pressure on the Venezuelan military

that they finally turn on Maduro?

It's a real open question."

She added: "Is anyone going to step up and provide new financing (to Venezuela)?

So again, look to Russia, look to China, they are the ones who can determine how long Maduro

stays in power.

"If they give him a lifeline, he may have some more time."

On Monday, Steve Mnuchin, US Treasury Secretary, and National Security Adviser John Bolton

announced new Trump-approved sanctions on Venezuela's state-owned oil firm, PSVSA.

The sanctions were imposed in an attempt to undermine Mr Maduro's Government and deter

military support for his regime, aimed at driving him away from power.

Arsenal transfer news: Denis Suarez deal update - this is how much cash Barcelona expect - Duration: 3:01.

That's according to football finance expert Kieran Maguire who insists the Catalans don't want mega money for the midfielder

Emery worked with Suarez at Sevilla and wants a reunion with the midfielder. However, negotiations have become increasingly drawn out

The Gunners have been reluctant to make any major spending commitments this month

They splashed the clash last January and in the summer which has left their coffers depleted

Maguire, however, insists Barca will take just £20m for Suarez who is deemed surplus to requirements at the Nou Camp

"I don't think they're looking for a huge amount," he told the Daily Star. "In today's market, they'd be happy with £20m – if they got £25m they'd be absolutely delighted

"That's about a far as it goes." Ex-Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood has questioned if Gunners bigwigs have been honest with Emery regarding their cash flow issues

"It would be interesting [to know] what he was told when he came into the club," he told The Debate

"He must have felt there would be money to spend. "I would suggest he's been taken by surprise to realise in his first window there's only going to be loan signings to the football club when they're desperate for defenders, that seems to be the case

"Is it comparable to Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool in his first window? "Possibly. I'm sure Arsenal are going to give him time as well

"They're used to that. "They don't like sacking managers, we saw that with the previous one

It did drag on a wee bit. "But I think they've made the right decision. "The guy is good

They had an unbelievable unbeaten run, 21 games or whatever it was, which was fantastic

"He's turned it on in two London derbies against Chelsea and was fantastic at the weekend

"They were poor against West Ham which is another London derby so something went wrong there

"For them to be challenging right at the top of the league and be real contenders for top four I think they need to get some consistency in there

Polar Vortex 2019: When Is It, Will It Hit Your Area & Everything Else You Need to Know - Breaking N - Duration: 4:25.

Bundle up, everyone. The United States is about to be hit with another polar vortex, and it's bringing low temperatures like we haven't seen in decades. Here's what you need to know and how to prepare!

The Midwest is about to come to a standstill in the United States when a massive snowstorm strikes this week. A polar vortex is set to bring the lowest temperatures experienced in the area in 25 years, and it's going to be brutal. Find out more about the debilitating storm that's hitting on January 30, how long it's going to last, and what you need to do to stay safe:

1. This could be the coldest storm since records have been kept! Let's put it this way: Chicago will be colder than Antarctica on Wednesday, January 31, according to the National Weather Service. The weather will be shockingly cold, with a high temp in Chicago of 12 below zero fahrenheit, and low temperatures from 5 to 15 degrees below zero in Indianapolis, Detroit, Cleveland, Buffalo, Albany, and Burlington. Wind chills could reach as low as 40 below zero on Thursday morning.

2. The Midwest will bear the brunt of the snowstorm first. Sorry, Illinois. The Upper Midwest is experiencing the worst impact of the storm today, January 29. It will then head through the Great Lakes on January 30, and lands in the Northeast by January 31. Michigan has already gotten 16 inches of snow, and Wisconsin 15 inches! In Minneapolis, the city could experience a wind chill of 52 degrees below zero on Wednesday. If the windchill reaches below negative 49 degrees, it'll be the coldest experienced there in 30 years.

3. The storm is heading toward the Southeast and the Northeast, too. It's already snowing in parts of Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. In Alabama, Governor Kay Ivey has issued a state of emergency and urged citizens to stay off the roads. In Nashville, the windchill could drop to 12 degrees on Wednesday, and Atlanta could experience a 16 degree windchill Wednesday, too. We feel for everyone preparing for the Super Bowl, just days away! The deep south should be safe from the storm.

But brace yourselves in the Northeast. Rain in DC, Philadelphia, and NYC will turn into snow on Tuesday night; Boston and parts of New England will see snow, as well. Wind chills will fall to negative 10 degrees in NYC, negative 11 degrees in Boston, and 1 degree in DC. Yikes.

4. Those in affected areas face serious dangers. One man is dead in Minneapolis after being struck by a snow plow, according to ABC News. There have been innumerable car crashes in the city due to poor conditions on the roads. Over 1000 flights have been cancelled throughout the United States because of the weather. When temperatures dip this low, prolonged exposure could lead to frostbite and hypothermia, according to the CDC! Severe cases of frostbite could lead to permanent nerve damage or even amputation of the affected area.

5. Follow these tips for keeping yourselves and your loved ones safe. There are plenty of things you can (and should) do to stay warm during the storm and this winter in general. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends, in part, to dress in layers and keep covered with a hat, scarf, and gloves or mittens if you must go outside. Keep your pets inside, and if letting them out to pee, make sure they're on a leash. The last thing you want is for them to run away in the cold! Something you may not know: alcohol and caffeine can cause your body to lose heat more rapidly. So while coffee or a hot toddy may sound cozy while you're stuck inside, try to avoid it! For more cold weather tips, check HERE.
