Arsenal head into the final hours of the transfer window with several deals to iron out following a hectic month where they have battled to make the most of their limited resources

A year ago the Gunners broke their transfer record to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for £50million but this winter they have been confined to the temporary market and are unable to spend money on permanent deals

That has not stopped Arsenal from pursuing multiple loan deals and February could dawn with Unai Emery's squad greatly improved as they battle for Champions League qualification on multiple fronts, the Europa League and Premier League

Dream scenario  Suarez deal done  This one looks very likely to happen. After a month-long pursuit the Barcelona midfielder will soon be an Arsenal player, barring any unlikely hiccups in negotiations

The Spaniard's representatives are in London putting the finishing touches on the deal and Suarez's medical is scheduled for Wednesday

Negotiations with Barcelona proved tense for Arsenal, who could only bring Suarez in on an initial loan as Financial Fair Play regulations limit them from spending on permanent transfers this month

Only when Suarez signed a contract extension to 2021 did the Catalans sanction the deal Arsenal wanted, an initial loan for the remainder of the season with an optional fee believed to be £18m should the Gunners want to make the move permanent

Barcelona had wanted that to be a mandatory purchase clause. Read More Denis Suarez to Arsenal    Suarez has already played under Emery during a season on loan at Sevilla and the Arsenal head coach views the 25-year-old as a player who can offer a link between midfield and attack that his current squad is lacking, as well as reinforcing his options in wide areas

However Arsenal have more plans beyond just adding one name.    A winger is added  Arsenal's pursuit of wide options this summer has been much less clear cut, with Yannick Carrasco and Ivan Perisic both being the subject of interest from the club that has waxed and waned

Currently it seems like Carrasco is the more likely of the two to join this month, with Chinese club Dalian Yifang more open to a loan move than Inter Milan would be over Perisic

Still it is far from a done deal with less than 36 hours until the window closes as once more Arsenal struggle to navigate a window in which finances are extremely tight

A defensive option emerges  Despite having four defenders currently sidelined - with both Hector Bellerin and Rob Holding unlikely to play again this season - Arsenal have not seriously pursued additions to their backline, which may appear a risky strategy considering how injury-prone some of their players have proven to be

To an extent, however, it is an understandable approach, with few quality options available this month and Arsenal keeping their powder dry until the summer

But if Manchester United were to change their stance on loaning Eric Bailly to a rival for a top four finish the Gunners could be tempted

Buyers emerge for unwanted options  Bringing in three players would require Arsenal to trim their wage budget, though at the time of writing it appears unlikely that many of Emery's squad will be leaving this month

One who Arsenal would likely sanction a deal for is Mohamed Elneny, who has made just two starts this season

Leicester had been interested in him but appear set to secure Youri Tielemans on loan from Monaco, adding to Claude Puel's midfield options

Roma are also keen on the Egyptian international. If Arsenal were to receive an eight-figure offer for Elneny it would certainly be welcomed and would provide much needed flexibility in the final hours of the window

Nightmare scenario  Deals fall apart  Though it appears highly unlikely Arsenal's move for Suarez will fall apart it has been a tortuous road over the past few weeks and until the deal is signed one could always worry

If the likelihood is that Suarez will be an Arsenal man in February the situation with wing additions is far less clear

The Gunners want a wide addition but prizing either Perisic or Carrasco out of their current clubs without a transfer fee is a tough ask

Emery made clear his desire to strengthen on the flanks, saying after the 2-1 win over Cardiff on Tuesday that Arsenal "need wingers"

Evidently he would be disappointed if none came through the door on Thursday.  Juventus force Arsenal's hand over Ramsey  Aaron Ramsey will almost certainly be a Juventus player at the start of next season but what happens now if Juventus put together an offer too good to refuse to sign the Welshman on deadline day

Arsenal have been insistent throughout the window that, despite having pulled out of talks over an extension last year, they will not cash in on Ramsey and are prepared to lose him on a free

But £20million would be hard to reject and would give the Arsenal hierarchy a major headache over a player who is an important contributor but not a regular starter

Cash in and face losing his production in the final weeks of the season, or get nothing in return for a prize asset?  Injury plague strikes again    Amid all the rush to debate the possible comings and goings it can be easy to ignore the players Emery already has, a squad that has numerous qualities to it but is stretched increasingly thin, particularly at the back

Were Arsenal to suffer another injury to a senior centre-back without the time to find a replacement they could find themselves facing serious problems ahead of Sunday's game against a Manchester City side who will be licking their wounds after their defeat to Newcastle

Gimp: How To Change a Person Into a Metallic or Crome Statue - Duration: 5:42.

In this Gimp Workshop tutorial we are going to create a metallic – chrome statue.

Go to file and in the drop down menu we click on open.

Here we can search for the image that we want to use, and open it.

If you want to follow along, there is a download link for the image of the body builder,

an example image and the PDF text file in the video description.

Our image of the body builder has a transparent background.

Back to the menu bar and now we click on view, go to zoom,

and in the fly out menu we click on fit image in window.

Click on the new layer button at the bottom of the layers panel.

We can name this layer background white.

The mode should be normal and we choose as fill with, the background color.

This should be white by default.

Click okay.

Click on the downwards pointing arrow, to place it below the 01 layer.

And again, a new layer.

Rename this one background black.

Now we choose as the fill with the foreground color, which should be black,.

Click okay.

Then we can press the upwards pointing arrow on our keyboard twice,

to make the 02 top layer active.

Or we can just click on the thumbnail.

Go to colors, and brightness and contrast.

Make the brightness about 40, and the contrast about 30.

Click the preview off and on to see the difference, and then click okay.

Back to the menu bar and now we click on filters.

Here we go to blur and then we click on selective gaussian blur.

Make the blur radius 50.

Gimp needs quit some time, to apply this effect,

and it is also not very good visible, while its doing this.

Because of that, we click okay.

Now we can see in the circle, how long it takes and how far Gimp is.

It is best just to wait, to avoid crashing of Gimp or of your system.

Selective Gaussian Blur does not act on all pixels:

blur is applied only if the difference between its value

and the value of the surrounding pixels is less than the defined Delta value.

In this way, the contrasts are preserved because difference is high on contrast limits.

When the effect is applied, we can see that the skin is fairly smooth

but we still have our contrast.

Now we can continue by going to colors, and curves.

I have made a preset for this image, so I will open this.

You can copy these settings and of course adjust them,

by clicking and dragging the points, to you liking.

Or you can add new points.

Then click okay.

While this looks good already, we can however go a bit further.

The effect on the left arm is a bit less then the rest, so we can work on that some more.

Go to the toolbox and make the free select tool active.

Click on the second mode, which is add to current selection.

We can now make multiple selections.

Select the area of the left arm that you want to edit, roughly, like so.

Click the last node over the first one.

Then double click inside the selection to apply it.

And because the elbow of the right arm is a bit vague,

we can select this area too.

Go to select and click on feather.

Feather the selection with 100 pixels, to blur the edge of the selection.

Click okay.

Now we can open the curves dialog box again,

by going to colors and curves once more.

Here we can apply the same settings as we did the first time,

and adjust them to our liking.

When we feel it looks good, we click okay.

Go to select and click on none, to deselect the selection.

I think the effect looks good now, as it is, but we can,

depending of the image that we use, also repeat the curves.

Or we can adjust the brightness and contrast.

It all depends on the image that we use and on what we think looks best.

Click on the eye of the black background layer, to turn it off and on.

In that way we can see how our work looks on a white background.

And that is how we can turn a body builder into a metal – chrome statue.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.

Please take a moment to like and comment.

Thank you very much for watching.

Natural Treatments to Improve or Reverse Your Eczema. Dr Berry explain. - Duration: 10:23.

hey this is dr. berry in this short video let's discuss eczema and the

natural ways that you can reverse this devilish condition or at least improve

it markedly the hundreds of thousands of people suffer from eczema in the u.s.

millions of people around the world and if you go to a doctor you may not get

the best advice now if you know someone who suffers from eczema if you know

someone who has a baby or a child who suffers from eczema please consider

sharing this video on their Facebook page send them a direct message or a

text message or an email share this on your Facebook page if you're on any skin

condition or eczema Facebook groups you can also you have my permission to share

it there now let's talk about eczema and the natural treatments that you can use

right now to improve it or even reverse it completely so when you go see your

doctor a family doctor internal medicine pediatrician or dermatologists they're

going to add something right doctors aren't really taught to subtract things

from the equation we're taught to add things we're gonna write you a

prescription for a cream or an ointment or injections or pills that's what we do

that's what doctors are trained to do we add things to the equation that's a very

Western way to think about problem-solving but as you know if

you've had eczema for a few years it might make it better for a few days or a

few weeks but ultimately it doesn't help a darn bit and so it's my theory and

what I'm gonna try to give to you today is a way that you can subtract things

from the system and get complete reversal or at least market improvement

in your eczema so you go see your doctor what's he gonna add he's gonna he's

gonna tell you to moisturize okay first of all the human skin never needs water

and moisture is water right you never need to do that soaking in water all the

moisturizers in the world never help eczema sometimes they even flare it up

what your skin needs is oil and we're gonna talk about the two kinds of oil

towards the end of this video that you can use

to actually calm your skin down when your skin is thirsty it's not thirsty

for water it's thirsty for a good therapeutic oil and we'll talk about

that your doctor might give you steroid injections or steroid pills these attack

the immune system and temporarily calm it down and they'll probably make it

better for a while but they never reverse it

or improve it significantly over the long term what we're going to talk about

later in this video will do that you might also get some of

the very expensive immune modulators or immune systems suppressants that come in

the form of pills injections and fusions and these definitely will make it better

but at what cost at what price your immune system is not overactive that's

what most doctors will say to you but I think that's the completely wrong way to

think about this that's the wrong paradigm your immune system is not

overactive it's just temporarily berserk it's attacking your skin it's you want

your immune system to be strong and very active but you want it to be attacking

not you instead of you you want it to be attacking foe not friend and eczema like

many other conditions has at least in part and although an autoimmune

components and so beating down your immune system is not the right way to

handle this what you want to do is calm your immune system down but also remind

it and help it not be crazy beserk anymore and say hey this is me the skin

is me this is not foreign bodies or foreign objects this is actually part of

my body stop attacking that and what I'm about to tell you will help calm your

immune system down and help it realize oh I was attacking my own self I should

probably stop that so what you're going to do is not add things necessarily

you're going to subtract things so your body's a beautiful creation and you may

in fact have a genetic predisposition to have eczema but that is by no means a

guarantee that you'll ever have eczema only if you're in flaming and slowly

poisoning your body are you gonna flip on the epigenetic switches that allow

your immune system to become temporarily blind to where you end and the rest of

world begins and then your immune system start attacking your actual flesh which

is what eczema is so here are the things that I propose you should should

subtract from your environment and I think you'll notice and almost immediate

improvements in your eczema I've had many many patients over the years here

at the berry clinic get much much better with their eggs a'mma and be able to

stop many medications by doing the following things number one you need to

get grains out of your life you need to stop eating grains of any kind whether

it's wheat corn oats rice quinoa any of the grains or seeds are gonna have some

inflammatory component to them they're going to inflame your gut either a

little bit or a lot of it and that inflammation is one of the things that

pisses off your immune system and makes it start doing crazy things like

attacking your own skin cells so get the grains out of your diet try it for a

month if you don't believe me you don't have to do it forever but I would highly

recommend you try that for a month and see if your eczema doesn't change for

the better and that'll be a permanent change as long as you stay away from the

grains grains are not really food for human beings grains are just something

we to keep from starving to death during very lean times another thing that many

people notice that they get dairy completely out of their diets and and I

think almost everyone can leave butter and ghee in their diet it's the other

dairy that has inflammatory proteins and the milk sugars when you get dairy out

of your diet your eczema is gonna get either a little bit or a lot of it

better it happens all the time and so that's my top two is grains and dairy

almost everybody when they get grains and liquid dairy out of their diet or

their child's diet the eczema gets markedly better and stays better for as

long as you don't eat those inflammatory things or drink those inflammatory

things so and so basically the diet I recommend for everybody with eczema is

the ketogenic diet because there are no grains in keto there there is no liquid

dairy in keto except maybe some heavy cream occasionally but when you eat keto

it is in my experience the most uninflated ayat that a human being can

eat and so the inflammation in your skin as well as your gut as well

as everywhere else gets better and so I've had more luck using a ketogenic way

of eating too for long term reversal of eczema than any other strategy another

thing you might want to get out of your diet and this is much more rare but I've

had a few people that could eat egg yolks just fine but if they ate egg

whites it would flare up their eczema I've seen that a few times it's not

nearly as common as grains and dairy being the culprit but I've seen a few

people that it seemed like egg whites more the culprit another very few people

this is rare nightshades which would be tomatoes potatoes peppers tomatillos and

eggplants and several other things in the vegetable kingdom if you'll google

nightshade plants you'll you'll get a list you might try for a month to

eliminate egg whites from your diet and see what happens you might try for a

month to eliminate nightshades from your diet and see what happens with

the eczema the few things that I do recommend adding to your system are very

inexpensive compared to the things another doctor might add and they're not

prescription they're over-the-counter they're natural things but one of the

things that I have the most luck with is a vitamin D supplement if you'll take

anywhere from two thousand to ten thousand international units of vitamin

d3 once a day I've had many many people's eczema and psoriasis get

drastically better when they start replacing the vitamin D that they were

deficient in another thing is coconut oil that you can go to the doctor and

get the most expensive cream or ointment on the market it's not gonna work one

bit better than virgin cold-pressed or get organic coconut oil on your skin you

put that on your skin another oil that seems to work very very

well is castor oil don't take it internally unless you want

to go to the bathroom but by putting it on your skin where the eczema flared up

it seems to calm it down it seems to moisturize it with that good healthy oil

very very well and many people swear by either coconut oil or castor oil on

their eggs in most spots and lesions when they flare up the third third and

final thing that I recommend adding is a good-quality probe

i otic I've seen many people's eczema get markedly better when they added a

probiotic and so rather than going to the doctor and getting expensive shots

and pills and things that literally turn off your immune system how about we just

eat a good grain free liquid dairy free ketogenic diet which gives you thousands

of options to choose from let's experiment with stopping egg whites for

a month or stopping nightshades for a month or stopping the the dairy and

grains definitely you need to stop those for the eczema benefits and all the

other benefits let's add some vitamin D let's add some coconut oil and let's add

some probiotics it's my prediction that no matter how bad your eczema currently

is if you will follow these guidelines these inexpensive natural whole food

organic guidelines your eczema will be better and stay better than it's been in

years now if you really enjoyed this video and you'd like to see more like it

After Grad: Work or College? - Duration: 3:12.

Good morning, adventurers!

My name is Raymond and I will be your nature guide today.

Do you have any questions?

Are there bears in these woods?

I do not know!

What's the history of this trail?

Anybody else?

What should I do after high school?

Yes. Love it. Let's talk it out.

It's not just about what you'll be doing next fall—you're choosing a path for your entire future.

Yikes.

One option is to further your education.

That can mean college, university, trade school, online courses, apprenticeships, workshops

or anything in between.

Further education feels like a logical next step and, in general, it does give you access to higher-paying jobs.

Uh huh, great! College it is.

But…degrees can be pricey.

When you factor in tuition, student loans and interest, you're looking at a major debt

decision that you'll likely be paying for, long after you've graduated.

But going to school will allow me to make more money in the long run, so it balances out, right?

Possibly. But it's more than just an economic comparison—

you have to consider the time investment and the dedication required.

It means asking yourself if you're motivated enough by the outcome to give years of your life toward education.

When you put it that way, I'm not so sure…

Another option is to work after high school and start making money right away.

Without tuition or student loans to pay for, your money can go toward other experiences and savings goals.

That sounds kinda cool.

It gives you real exposure to an industry and can help you discover whether or not it's

something you're truly passionate about.

You can pick up some practical skills, and your work experience

may even lead to future employment opportunities.

But work experience can only take you so far.

Depending on the industry, you may need formal education

or other training to advance beyond a certain point.

Well, now I feel even more lost.

Look, you may think your path needs to look something like this.

But it will probably end up looking more like this.

And every path has obstacles: a fear of failure, a lack of direction,

the expectations of family and friends, financial stress…

Can't I just avoid them?

Not entirely, but if you're well equipped, you won't lose your footing.

Getting to know yourself is a good start: what are your strengths and limitations?

What do you want out of life?

Next, feed your curiosity.

What careers are you interested in and how can you really explore those areas?

Then, design a path that gives you both flexibility to adapt and the opportunity to explore.

A career counselor or coach can be a helpful guide.

That makes sense. Thanks!

Of course.

Any other questions?

Uh, yeah. Is this nature hike still on?

Because… everybody's gone.

Ugh. Not again. This always happens!

What kind of trees are these?

I have no idea!

HEART THEMED LUNCHES perfect for VALENTINE'S DAY or Tu B'av - PlanetBox Lunchbox Ideas - Duration: 6:22.

what is Valentine's Day to a preschooler well in our house it's an opportunity for

mommy to show her daughter that she loves her and today I wanted to talk

about heart lunches or Valentine's Day lunches even though I realize that

Valentine's Day is not like a "thing" for Jewish families I do think that my

daughters enjoy a little bit of extra love on Valentine's Day these heart

lunches have a lot of value on a birthday or another day where you just

want to show your child that you care if you've watched me before you know that

this is my go-to lunchbox it has amazing compartments and just by pairing it with

a red or other festive napkin this already feels like a Valentine's Day

lunch to me I wanted to broaden for you today the possibilities of what might be

a Valentine's lunch for your child think about what is your child's love language

that might be sushi it's super convenient at most markets that might

also be a hamburger or a tuna sandwich so you don't need to do like a sweet

lunch or a chocolaty lunch for it to feel like a Valentine's Day lunch let's

start with the sweet treats because I know that's everyone's expectation over

here I've pulled from both my pantry refrigerator and I even stopped at the

bakery today to show you some things that you might want to pack I am

stocking up in advance of Valentine's Day on things like these beautiful

heart-shaped sesame crackers these are a lavash type water cracker

left over from Tu B'shvat my chocolate-covered fruits that come from

Trader Joe's and here are some little jams that I love to send in my lunch

boxes these are Bonne Maman brand they are kosher and I ordered these on Amazon

in bulk and I'll leave the link for you down below in the description box these

are so popular with preschoolers and I love packing them in little lunches or

serving them for playdates I did stop off at the Dollar Tree and they have a

great selection of heart-shaped chocolates which are very traditional

and would be nice to tuck in as a treat I also stopped off at the bakery and I

picked up some doughnut holes anything like this that you put some sprinkles

over is automatically much more festive these are a great last-minute thing that

you can pick up the night before and your child things like strawberries are

just naturally heart-shaped as are raspberries so these are really healthy

natural treats if you're vegan you're gonna want to put these in your lunches

things like a sweet potato can be cut and made into sweet potato fries and in

advance I like to stock up on some sweet treats in my freezer like these cheese

blintzes which pair really well with a little jam or you can pack jam in a

small container those are some sweet fun treats I haven't even gotten to baking

yet but let's go look at the salty things and then we can talk about how to

package it I was really in stocking up mode at the grocery store so when I find

things that are like fancy brioche for a dollar 79 I'm putting this into my

freezer for lunches another week I also get a challah every week and my challah

is great to use with a cookie cutter to make a heart-shaped sandwich this is how

I control the cookie cutters in my life I have so many shapes but my heart shape

is by far my favorite one to use and I just run a ribbon through them and tie

it peanut butter or Sun butter and jelly would be a great heart shaped sandwich

for Valentine's Day you could also do a savory and healthy salad that's kind

of a romantic combination here I've picked up beets that I would normally

roast and do with grapefruit or pink grapefruit cucumbers and avocado that's

super healthy for my children you know nothing says I love you like noodles and

this thin spaghetti with a simple sauce would be a perfectly respectable

Valentine's Day lunch tuna sandwiches are also in my daughters love language

sushi that she loves you could do a steakhouse theme even if you leave this

steak out and just do a loaded baked potato for your lunchbox and here's

another unusual prepared food that I picked up today which is beet hummus

and I thought it would be a wonderful healthy treat to introduce my children

and my husband to leading up to Valentine's Day down here I wanted to

share with you some of the little accessories and ways that you can

present these foods something as simple a banana or even a prepackaged snack

like applesauce that can be made to say I love you just with a sharpie or with

some stickers that you have at home I know lots of parents like to write

little love notes on bananas to their kids which i think is so sweet I do have

always a selection of sprinkles on hand these last basically forever and again

this is a fun way to jazz up a lunch cake mix and icing you can just pull

this from your pantry or buy it when it's on sale bake that with your

children in a cute little muffin cup I have these pastel colors that are great

and they're silicon which pack great in your lunchbox jello or something like

jello can be put into molds that you might already have at home pull out your

doilies these are all at the Dollar Tree right now for a little of nothing a

little toy or treat it doesn't have to be food you can tuck this into your

lunch box fancy marshmallows and I even pulled from the garden some edible

flowers we have pansies in our yard you might have calendulas or nasturtiums and

if you don't have a garden these can be purchased in boxes at fancy gourmet

supermarkets it sounds like going overboard but these

are like a calorie free way to make any healthy lunch feel fancy and romantic

for Valentine's Day thank you so much for sticking with me today I know that I

can be a little out there with my lunches but I share that with you

because I know everyone is different and there's a whole breadth of preferences

and I want you to be able to feed your child in a wholesome and healthy way

kosher style if you keep kosher in a way that's gonna really delight them because

everyone loves to feel the love I hope you enjoyed these sample lunches that

I've packed and I hope that you'll visit me again on my channel soon take care

and have a very happy Valentine's Day

Flu or Influenza symptoms: Why you should care - Duration: 6:30.

So every year you get asked from all sides,

your work, your pharmacy, your school and your doctors office.

Have you gotten your flu shot?

Well in this video we're going to talk to you about what that Flu is and why you

should care about getting it.

Also make sure you stick around till the end and I'll share with you another tip that

you can use to save money on your health care.

Welcome to Family Med, your medical home for

practical and accurate information to help your family make healthy decisions.

I'm Doctor Erik Richardson, my passion is helping you cut through all the health information

clutter on the internet.

If that sounds like the kind of information you or family needs make sure you follow along

with us, hit that subscribe button and share it with your friends.

So What is the Flu?

There is still a lot of confusion on what we are talking about when we use the word

FLU.

A lot of times when people talk about the flu they are thinking about the stomach virus

that sends you the toilet with vomiting and diarrhea.

That's actually something we call gastroenteritis or what most will call it the stomach flu.

No, what we are talking about today is Influenza, this is a respiratory illness causes by the

influenza virus that affects mostly the respiratory tract.

This is more than your common cold.

This is a serious illness that at times can lead to death.

In the 2017-2018 season there were approximately

49 Million people with flu illnesses 960,000 hosptilizations

79,000 deaths

185 Children died and 80% of those were not

immunized

To put even more context into it, 2018 is the 100 year anniversary of the 1918 influenza

pandemic.

That year 675,000 people in the United States died and over 50 million people worldwide

died.

That is a staggering number which I don't think in our modern time can even comprehend.

But this is real, this disease is real.

So what are the symptoms and how do you know you have it?

In actuality the only way to know for sure is to get tested at your doctor's office,

but there are certain signs that point to it being more likely.

Flu usually comes on suddenly.

People who have flu often feel some or all of these symptoms:

fever cough

sore throat runny or stuffy nose

body aches headache

chills fatigue

sometimes diarrhea and vomiting. They sound a lot like regular cold symptoms

don't they, check out this figure from the CDC where it spells out the differences.

I'll put it in the notes below as well as well so you can reference it.

The main difference we tend to see with the Flu is the quickness in which it comes on

and the severity in which it hits.

The classic presentation that we will see in the clinic is the patient who is laying

on my exam table coughing their lungs out with a high fever and shaking chills and body

aches.

It's more than just the sniffles.

So why is it important that you know the difference?

Well of course its important to know so you can know what to expect from your illness,

but its also important to know because fortunately

with influenza there are some treatments available

that can potentially help decrease the severity

of symptoms and decrease the length of your

illness.

If you have symptoms that are consistent with influenza and if it is caught within the first

24-48 hours then there are some treatments that are available through your doctor.

The most common one that you may hear about is oseltamivir or Tamiflu.

This one has been around for a while and can be helpful to decrease the time of illness

and severity of symptoms.

In studies, it has been found to decrease the time of illness by about a day.

There is a brand new one called Baloxavir or Xofluza.

This was just approved for use in October of 2018 so we haven't had the chance to

see this one in day to day practice, but this is a once a day dosing that seems to have

showed that it works better than the Tamiflu in the study that got them approval through

the FDA.

Since this is so new we really have to see how this plays out over time.

Not everybody will likely get the medication, nor should they. If you go to your doctor,

however, those who especially may benefit are people in Nursing Homes, those who are

over 65, those with chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD, Diabetes, liver disease,

cancers, kidney failure and those who are very obese.

Those with severe symptoms may also benefit.

So get into your doctor and talk to them about your options.

Unfortunately, for true Influenza, other than the prescription medications we listed there

isn't much you can do to treat it other than medications to help with the symptoms.

Prevention really is the key when it comes to influenza.

For a good discussion on best steps that you can take to prevent from getting sick check

out my video on how to keep from getting sick.

The other way to prevent of course is getting our flu shot.

We're going to dive into this a little deeper on a future video but the fact of the matter

is that by getting your flu shot you are less likely to get the flu, if you do get the flu

you are less likely to be admitted to the hospital for it, if you are admitted to the

hospital you are less likely to be in the ICU and you are less likely to die from it.

So the fact of the matter is that the Flu shot is the best chance you have of avoiding

it So I hope that you've been able to gain

a little better appreciation to what is Influenza and why it's so important that we try and

prevent it.

Bonus tip: OK so for those who stuck around till the

end, here's your bonus tip on how to save money on your health care.

One of the most expensive places to have care done is in the hospital.

If you are going in for an elective surgery pick a surgeon who does operations at an independent

outpatient surgery center.

Not all surgeries are appropriate to be done there but many are.

You can save up to as much as half in the cost of your surgery by doing so.

So that's all I have for today, again make sure to hit that subscribe button and check

The Secret to Success in Spiritual Growth or Consciousness (And everything else you do) This is Key! - Duration: 10:33.

hi guys and welcome back to becoming the better you by skeed today I want to talk

to you about something that is very very important on so many levels

whether it is about becoming more successful economically in life or

building your career or getting better at sport or growing your spirituality

it doesn't matter or your magic about it doesn't matter this is relevant to every

single subject in life if you're interested keep watching ok so what is

this thing that is so relevant very simple it's a little bit of mathematics

Oh maths no we don't we don't like maths yeah that's what you were programmed to

do dislike maths maths is the universal language it is the way we can understand

so much sacred geometry theory of relativity quantum physics it's all

based around map but we know going down the quantum

physics road here it's much more simple than that

it is a question of a lineal growth and an exponential graph linear graph

exponential graph learning curves growth curves economic curves it doesn't matter

what subject were talking about this is so important to realize we are taught

slow and steady bill bill bill bill bill bill bill bill

bill slowly over time it grows slowly but surely lineal growth lineal growth

straight lines do not exist in nature

they do not exist naturally in the universe yes they do the Sun travels in

a straight line no this light doesn't not set the Sun

light does not travel in straight lines it actually two dimensionally they say

is it a wave is that a particle if you go third dimension fourth

dimension we can't are start to talk about

spiraling energy if you get a spiral going around if you look at it one way

where the spiral crosses it will become a particle where it's separated it'll

look like a wave two dimensionally hopefully the scientists will figure

onto this because they still can't understand how light to connect as a

particle or a wave will it's very simple it's not a wave because it's not

two-dimensional and it's not a particle because again that's okay the basis of

three dimensions but if you go higher and it spirals and it's not just one but

its various at certain points everything meets it's a particle everything

separates cut it down the middle it's away

everything travels moves grows never in a straight line

so whatever you're trying to do if you're trying to go slow and steady it's

not gonna work the only way things can work is on an

exponential graph it goes up the curve its curve its curve its curve but if you

look at this on a giant three four dimensional thing nature etc this curve

goes so high it goes back on itself and starts turning into a spiral

the Phi ratio the Phi ratio you can also look at the theory what's the theory

where you add one number to the next number the two previous numbers to get

to the next the Fibonacci sequence

so the Fibonacci sequence grows if you join those points into the spiral you're

basically getting very close to the golden ratio the fight' ratio

and this is how leaves on a plant grow it everywhere in nature it's if you look

at a galaxy it's the spiral of a galaxy it's

everywhere now if we want to use this for let's say

growing my personal finances growing my business

are you gonna get to a complete spiral or are you gonna get the exponential

growth and then it levels off for a while and then it can go again

if you grow the business into new business opportunities etc etc so it

does start to look a little different but again we're talking about something

that is inhuman the human mind human creation materialism and so it doesn't

quite follow that spiral it however if you look at big mass business you could

for example you take a big multinational it doesn't matter which one is and it's

grown and it gets bigger and if you've read your other graph you will actually

be able to draw the graph into a fire ratio spiral not a two-dimensional

spiral because that's where it would not quite make sense you'd have to make it

three-dimensional over the growth when the company starts diversifying and

keeps growing and it can be done it's quite a complicated subject but it

happens in everything so where am I going with this why is

this so important okay

there is the opposite to the exponential which is very very important to which is

a graph that goes and then balances off and the curve and

this is what we could call the learning curve at the beginning you have a very

steep initial learning curve then it flattens out and you get to a point and

then you can have another one as you learn more things

but in both of these graphs there is a central gravitational point where it

bends around so if you look at it an exponential graph and you put a planet

there you'll see it bends around the gravity of the planet and shoots off and

this is the same what's the fastest way for example to travel to Mars well we

know it's going to the moon catching the gravitational pull of the minimun shot

off using the gravitational forces of the moon in the direction you want to go

to it's the same shape it is everywhere now is this gonna be a straight line as

the graph errs are going to be a gradually curving or it might be a

little wavy especially if we're learning the things that go up and down depending

on motions and there are many factors pushing in

yet if you think about this and it's again talking about personal finance the

way people are successful most people who are highly successful

have got to a point that all say where their growth just took off but yet at

that point that is also a point of maximum risk without risk most people

don't get there do they everyone says you've got a risk for a reward to get

the reward and most companies you'll see they start here and this is where Paiva

explode up and in growth or they crash and burn it's a bit like a space shuttle

taking off it starts and the speed grows to an exponential point the maximum

point and that is the point of maximum danger that's where Rockets have

exploded etc etc that's where things can go drastically wrong and then it gets to

its maximum speed and then it goes off once I said that maximum speed then the

dangers decrease and then obviously things will level off

for a while until you learn new things until you try new things then you get

more growth so why is this so important in becoming a better you will you have

to understand you've got two things you're a steep learning curve going this

way and then it'll level out but you've also got your growth so it'll go up and

that'll bend rap so you'll be learning learning learning nothing much will

happen nothing much will happen nothing much will happen and then suddenly

you'll realize something and it just takes off so so many people talking

about meditation oh I sit I can't do anything oh my mind

plays I'm oh monkey mind over over over over over yeah

that's gonna keep you happening until you deal with the situations that's

always a little bit way you go out you find the answers you

learn how to calm the monkey mind information is on my channel if you want

that and then you can take off and the meditation starts to work and then you

can start expanding your consciousness yeah

have I made this clip I could talk about this for hours on end but have I made

point clear enough if not please comment below say no I need more explanation if

it is clear enough say yeah everything's about exponential growth

I see that great you know thank you so please put the comment below like the

video if you liked the video share it subscribe to the channel and I will see

you in another video

#180 The Reveal: Fuel Problem or Transmission Problem? - Duration: 6:50.

Hey everybody how you doing well this morning a man I are going to take the

boat out to do the last of our tests to determine if the problem with the boat

is definitely transmission failure or if it is related somehow to the fuel intake

of the engine before we go out first I have to change the oil then I need to

check the coolant then I check the transmission fluid make sure the sea

cock is open so water can flow through to cool the engine and then we're ready

to fire her up!

it's a nice sunny day we're gonna take that and do the testing as I mentioned

before and uh check out and see what we need to do with this boat

hi everyone so back on the boat and going through some tests again to finish

up the determination of what's going on with this engine is it the fuel is it

the transmission what is it so we're going to do our last test on the water

here

everybody yes so we came out on the river and doing a couple last tests to

determine what's going on and now we're gonna head back into the slip

final assessment

hi Elia this is

engine testing and

everybody so we doin our tests and we've got one more test to do and then we're

going to I'm going to just make a decision you know I'm not a mechanic but

I'm learning it's a steep learning curve but we've been ruling out issues and you

know we want to get things fixed and move on so we want to keep going so

gonna have to make a decision this is our last test so stay tuned so the seat

the seacock is open and the fuel line is down so we're good to go all right let me get

the glow plug warming.. here we go those of you who are interested you can just

pause the video now and you can read the assessment for a person who has the same

exact transmission as I do the same boat and same motor you can read it now and

see what you think

oh yeah sweet sound of the easel in and that's working good

it's the idle speed about 600 it says in the engine manual

and they say that that means that it's the transmission so what do you think of

that

not good news or bad news yeah so this whole grandpa just did is a test and

I've been told by those that have more mechanical knowledge that if it doesn't

slip and do what it did in Reverse it's the transmission because of whatever

mechanical reason so I think our testing is done I don't really know what else to

do and we've got me want to get things moving right it's gonna again we're

getting a cold snap here and staff time we want to move south so we've been

moving south eternally but up alright so here we go let's go to the next thing

let's look at

everybody I'm just waiting for Amy to come she just called that she's about

five minutes away so I'm just waiting

hey it's so good to see it how was your trip

wonderful good driving how's the baby

say hello to all of your fans of missed you yeah alright so I'm here with my

honey she's back from I she's left me for another another blame her for that

face boy hmm that's a key to Silla baby but I guess I'm biased you know

Would You Rather Spoon Belichick Or Kiss Brady? - Duration: 1:57.

- Your life depends on it, you gotta do one of the two.

Spoon with Bill Belichick

or get a kiss on the lips from Tom Brady?

- What is spooning?

- You're just, you know, laying in bed.

You could be the Big Spoon.

You got Bill right there.

You give him a little hug when you're going to bed.

- So basically cuddling with a grown-ass man?

- Right. Or you get a smooch on the lips from Brady like he does with his kid.

- You know I'm going to go ahead and to take that good ol' dirt nap.

You feel me?

I've done made it to the Super Bowl, why not?

Dirt nap it is! You feel me?

- Spoon with Bill Belichick

Or be kissed on the lips by Tom Brady?

(nervous laugh)

- Neither!

- You either gotta do a little spoon with Bill Belichick.

Take a nap after practice.

Or get a kiss on the lips from Tom.

- I'm glad there's no hypotheticals.

I don't live in hypotheticals. I only live in the real world.

- Spoon with Bill Belichick

or be kissed on the lips by Tom Brady?

(shakes image out of head)

- I couldn't do either of those.

That goes against my morals.

- Spoon with Bill Belichick?

Get a kiss on the lips from Tom Brady?

Like he does with his son.

Or we got that dirt nap. Which way we going?

(revs up)

- PASS!

Can I choose NEITHER?

- Spoon with Bill Belichick, take a little nap

or you get a kiss on the lips from Tom?

Which one?

(struggles internally)

- Is there a Plan C?

I would plead the fifth as my first option

but my second option...

I guess me and Belichick could cuddle a little.

- My man, my man. Appreciate you.

- Thank you very much.

Do you go to church to be told what to believe, or how to live? - Duration: 1:14.

Feel the weight of the burden

of the fact that your life may not reflect the list Paul just laid out for an apostle/Christian.

But before you start to jump right into, "Well, you know, that was just the first century,"

just feel it for a second, and ask the Lord what he's asking you to change about yourself.

Because some of you need to

come down from being in the crowd, and actually enter the arena.

You do not suffer enough. You don't.

You don't feel it enough. You don't sacrifice enough. You do not.

You are very comfortable, and you come to church to be told what to believe, but not how to live.

That is a very dangerous place to be, in the presence of this text.

Because the last thing I would want for your life is for you to come to the throne room of God,

and he said, "You got 1 Corinthians 4, right?"

"And then you stood up, and you meandered in the foyer, and laughed and joked and great,"

"and went on, and got into your car and drove to Cactus Club, and had lunch, and forgot?"

"To the diminishing of your soul?"

Ben Affleck Reportedly Out As Batman, or Is he? - Duration: 7:23.

what 's up everybody? today I'm here to talk about Ben Affleck reportedly out as Batman

when I first read about this on deadline it broke the news today I was like huh

man does that mean the haircut was next how are you gonna stab lished University

keep changing the actors but after I really read the article and I did some

digging this is actually not all bad news first of all this project the new

Batman that is supposed to come out in 2021 is a younger version of Batman so

it's not Frank Miller's Batman if you don't know Frank Miller's Backman is the

older version of that one he's about 55 if I'm not mistaken and that's the batma

that Ben Affleck has been portraying and I really enjoyed his portrayal and I

think that he was a great Bruce Wayne and Batman I have no problem with the

actors itself I love Harry Carver Superman I love him as Batman what I did

like about Batman V Superman was a story and but so when this story broke today I

was like oh man what does this mean but first he was meant Bennet was meant to

direct this film however when this was passed on to Reeves I was wondering what

does that mean does that mean that he's going to act in the film and now it's

really reported and no he's not going to be acting on the film and he seems to be

okay with it because he gave the movie its blessing on a tweet today he said

excited for excited for the Batman in 2021 and to see Matt Reeves vision come

to life so he is definitely on board and if you don't know he's still listed as

an actor do sir executive producer in the film so he's still involved with the

film which means that he's still keeping a relationship with Warner Bros which

also opens room for him returning so that this actually does not mean that

he's out out and he's never going to play Batman again it only means that

this version that we are going to be getting is a younger version of Batman

and I'm totally okay with it and actually I'm quite excited

see what the article saying exclusive Warner Bros is dating their first

rendition of Batman for June 25 2021 this is the one that Matt Reeves has

been attached to as a writer and director Ben Africa we here will not be

downing the Dark Knight tights after playing the Caped Crusader in Batman V

Superman dawn of Justice Suicide Squad Justice League and that's because this

movie will focus on a younger Bruce Wayne so the good thing is that this

means that it's basically a younger version of Batman it doesn't mean that

there now flick won't be returning and then continue down here Reeves boarded

that many February 2017 taking over for Affleck's who was originally set to

direct off a script he wrote with DC's Geoff Johns Affleck we understand has a

busy plate as deadline exclusively broke he is starting in April and producing

the feature adaptation of Katie Alice Marshalls novel I am still alive which

Universal won in a competitive binding scenario the the two-time Oscar winner

is also starring in Warner Bros Gavin's o'connor drama torrents afflict worked

hard on the Batman story but knew he wasn't the right one for this particular

version it searches underway for the new Dark Knight the Batman will not be based

on Frank Miller's Batman year one comic which is one of Reeves favorites in the

Caped Crusader Canon so I'm quite excited for this because this actually

means that we can go back and forth to a younger Batman to you know the older

Batman so they could do a lot of really exciting things about this but what is

also very interesting this is the interview with Matt Reeves that came out

on a variety Matt Reeves the Batman gets June 2021 release date and you know it's

very it's very good that Warner Bros is taking its time with this character

because you know what if they're going to give me a good product I have no

problem waiting definitely not you know as long as they really give us an

incredible film I'm fine with the wait please

good because you know screwing up beloved characters like Batman or

Superman is just ah such a heartbreak for us the fans and but I'm really

enjoying this whole idea that they're you know it seems like they're finally

sitting down and and planning these things which is what I've been begging

them to do from the beginning let's see what this is saying here Warner Bros has

officially dated Matt Reeves the Batman for June 25 2021 the suitor has also

dated a brie booted The Suicide Squad which James Gunn is in talks to direct

for August 6 2021 a rebooted hmm I'm gonna start all over again I wonder if

it's going to be the same actors probably not because you know we have

Margaret cuter still working on birds of prey so let's see what else

Ben Affleck will not be returning to play the Caped Crusader which had been

expected for some time as reason Reeves will be handpicking the next Bruce Wayne

so there you have it guys I believe that this is actually looking very promising

thinking the fact that Ben Affleck is you know he approves of this and like I

said the fact that this movie is focusing on a younger version of Batman

you know his detective skills it doesn't mean that they can jump back to Frank

Miller's where he's older again and go back to Ben Affleck but I don't know I

mean obviously this is me speculating that's exactly what I wished that it

will happen but and also that's how I believe that you could merge the

universe you know it taking all these other films into consideration but

variety is talking about a reboot of Suicide Squad which could be something

like a soft reboot because we still know we know that Margot Kidder is still why

do I keep saying Margot Kidder is not caters Rock Margaret what's her name

Margot hang on I'm gonna find out right now Margaret Robert Robbie Margot Robbie

why do I keep saying theater that's the Lois Lee but anyways guys that's the

news that just broke today lemon on it's below what do you think that is

going on here do you think that Warner Bros is actually actually decided to

this time listen to the fans and start to plan this movies better do you like

this idea of a younger Batman do you like the the fact that you know Ben

Affleck might even come back or what do you think I would love to hear your

thoughts but anyways don't forget to hit that

thumbs up subscribe for more and I'll see you next time bye
