Youtube daily but Dec 28 2017

Hello, I'm Michelle Park here with the weather update.

The sky was gray but we had some respite from the recent cold wave.

But the air quality going to get worse, with smog expecting to blow in from China.

The fine dust will be concentrated over the central region during the evening hours, so

take a mask with you if you go out.

There'll also be some light snow tonight.

Tomorrow's temperatures are looking mild,... with Seoul starting off the morning at zero

degrees Celsius while Daegu and Busan begin at zero and 2 degrees.

Into the day, the nation will be comfortable with higher temperature readings.

Seoul will reach 5 degrees, while Gwangju and Busan will be higher at 9 and 11 degrees.

During our last weekend of the year, we'll see some more snow.

And as we enter the new year next week,... we'll be facing another cold wave that will

shake up the nation with freezing temperatures.

I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.

Monster Throws Dog Over Fence After She Gives Birth, But Then Stranger Changes Everything

It's hard for us to imagine how anyone could be so cruel and uncompassionate toward an

animal, especially a sweet little dog like Wanda.

Wanda had recently given birth when her cruel owner, for reasons yet unknown, decided she

didn't want her and threw her over her fence.

Thankfully, Wanda was found and rescued the next day by Ravenswood Pet Rescue, but when

they picked her up she was in such bad shape that they didn't know if she would make

it.

She had sarcoptic mange, ulcers and entropion in both of her eyes, and hematomas in both

ears.

She was in such bad condition that one of her rescuers, Shelley, admitted to crying

all the way to the vet.

Shelley knew that Wanda's medical care would be expensive, so she set up a GoFundMe page

to raise money to ensure Wanda's survival.

She set her goal at £3,000, but so many people were touched by Wanda's story that, as of

this writing, she has raised more than £8,000! Wanda's body was bandaged and she was put

on an IV drip for three days.

In just that short amount of time, her spirits lifted and she began to show signs of hope.

Her tail even began to wag as she realized that she was finally in a place where she

was safe and loved.

The sweet dog had to spend four weeks in isolation while her mange was being treated and she

needed daily medication for all of her different maladies, but after three months in intensive

care, she finally began to look like her old self and her personality began to return.

Thankfully, a wonderful foster family fell in love with Wanda and took her home.

For the rest of her life, she can rest easy knowing that she will only be shown love and

affection.

Our hearts break that Wanda ever had to experience something so tragic and horrible, but we are

so grateful that she has been rescued and is now being shown the love she deserves!

Henrikh Mkhitaryan keen to push through Borussia Dortmund transfer but will be forced to apologise - Duration: 1:58.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan keen to push through Borussia Dortmund transfer but will be forced to apologise

The Armenian's exit left a bitter taste in the mouths of Dortmund chiefs as he pushed through a move to Old Trafford in 2016.

but his time in the Premier League looks set to end sooner rather than later.

His agent Mino Raiola was said to have thrown a chair in heated discussions with the club as he engineered Mkhitaryan's escape,.

although the grass has not been much greener in English football.

After a fast start to the 2017/18 season, Mkhitaryan has fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho.

and he has now decided that he wants to return to Germany, according to Bild.

Mkhitaryan would have to sincerely apologise to Dortmund bosses should he return for the manner in which he and his agent behaved the summer before last,.

but there is also likely a financial stumbling block that will stop the club luring him away from Manchester.

Indeed, Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke played down talk of the 28-year-old returning in January.

'I know the economic details of his transfer to Man United like nobody else,' Watzke told Bild.

'That's why [his return] is only conceivable with a great deal of imagination.'.

Trump talked tough but hasn't reined in college tuition - Duration: 3:47.

Trump talked tough but hasnt reined in college tuition

Rather than press universities on affordability, he has sought to tax them and promote alternative

paths for students. On the campaign trail, President Donald Trump railed against elite

universities that he said were paying more to hedge funds and private equity managers

than they are spending on tuition assistance. He vowed to push colleges to cut the skyrocketing

cost of tuition.

But in the year since, his administration has done little to help low- and middle-income

Americans afford the nations best schools, even as data released this year show just

how pervasive economic inequality is on American college campuses.

Many of the nations top schools serve more students from the top 1 percent of earners

than the bottom 60 percent combined, according to a study by the Equality of Opportunity

Project.

The Trump administration, instead, has largely sent the message that those four-year universities

arent for everyone a talking point that groups working to expand college access,

especially for low-income students, say threatens to exacerbate the problem.

I tend to wonder who is the everyone who is in that category and who is not,

said Michelle Asha Cooper, president of the Institute for Higher Education Policy, a nonpartisan

group focused on promoting access to higher education.

Its very important we do not create policies that will further marginalize students

of color and low-income students.

The administration has built a narrative that four-year degrees have been overemphasized.

Trump has called for more career and technical training.

He has said vocational education is the way of the future.

Apprenticeships, hes said, can be a positive alternative to a four-year degree.

So many people go to college, four years, they dont like it, theyre not necessarily

good at it, but theyre good at other things, like fixing engines and building things,

Trump said in March, referencing his own experience at the Wharton School of the University of

Pennsylvania.

When I went to school, I saw it.

I sat next to people that werent necessarily good students but they could take an engine

apart blindfolded.

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos hit that point again this month during a commencement address

at the University of Baltimore.

We must stop suggesting there is only one, conventional path to success, she said.

In fact, there are many avenues to gain what individual students need or want: industry-recognized

certificates, stackable credits, credentials and licensures, badges, micro-degrees, apprenticeships,

two-year degrees, four-year degrees, advanced degrees

While the administration has thrown its support behind allowing students to keep collecting

Pell Grants federal aid for low-income students all year, and has worked to make

applying for federal student aid easier, it is also rewriting Obama-era regulations that

advocates say are key to protecting borrowers.

In addition, Trumps tax reform package would tax some university endowments, which

schools argue will take money they otherwise might have spent on financial aid and send

it to the federal government.

White House deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley said in a statement: The Trump Administrations

higher education principles promote reforms that provide students access to more postsecondary

options.

The President believes students deserve the opportunity to choose an education tailored

to their needs.

This policy framework will better prepare students to compete in a globally competitive

economy, modernize an antiquated federal student aid system, and hold higher education institutions

more accountable to students and taxpayers."

A Brief But Totally Fascinating History of Porn - Duration: 12:38.

Society's relationship with sex isn't exactly what you would call open and healthy. Sure, we like it, but we also like to keep our distance from it. We enjoy watching other people have sex, but sometimes we really dont want to see it. Porn has always allowed us a measure of control over when we see sex and when we dont.

Back in 2009, Montreal researcher Simon Louis Lajeunesse was forced to abandon his study into how pornography affects men because he was unable to locate a control group. That is to say, he couldn't find a single guy in his 20s who hadn't seen any porn. So yes, porn is out there. Porn is popular. And it's been that way for an awfully long time.

Venus of Willendorf is one of the earliest, man-made depictions of the naked body. The 4-inch statue, which was discovered in the banks of the Danube River in Austria, is said to date back over 25,000 years. The Greeks and Romans left behind countless depictions of heterosexual sex, homosexual sex, oral sex, orgies and more. And the Kama Sutra, a third-century text, still enjoys its status as a cultural cornerstone of sensual living. Translation of the title: "A treatise on pleasure."

But perhaps the largest collection of antique erotica came out of the ancient city of Pompeii. Excavators found hundreds of sexually explicit images, sculptures and frescoes lining the walls of brothels, bathhouses and common households. One of the most famous items recovered was a sculpture of the god Pan having sexual intercourse with a goat.

New technologies introduce new means of storytelling. And sex has always been a story worth sharing. As Playboy writer Damon Brown once wrote, "If we invent a machine, the first thing we are going to do—after making a profit—is use it to watch porn."

When the Gutenberg Press was established in 1440, porn quickly found a home in literature. In 1524, the first book of erotic engravings was published. And in 1749, John Cleland wrote the erotic novel Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure, later as known as Fanny Hill. But getting the material out there wasnt easy. Cleland and his original publisher were arrested and jailed immediately after the book's publication. The Boston Globe reports that a bishop denounced the book as "The lewdest thing I ever saw." The novel covered themes like bisexuality, voyeurism, group sex and masochism. The book was deemed "obscene" and remained underground in the United States until 1966.

In 1839, the daguerreotype was introduced (an early version of the photograph). Sure enough, a few enterprising individuals quickly found a way for the technology to serve more pornographic purposes. A 2006 paper by professor Joseph Slade suggests the first pornographic daguerreotype surfaced in 1846. The image depicted "a rather solemn man gingerly inserting his penis into the vagina of an equally solemn middle-aged woman." Eleven years after that, the word "pornography" was officially added to the English language. At the time, it was defined as "writing about prostitutes."

Finally, film comes into play. Thomas Edison's The Kiss was made commercially available in 1896. As the title suggests, the film portrayed cinema's first kiss. It may sound a little vanilla these days, but it did create somewhat of a scandal back then. Then again, it didn't take filmmakers very long to start producing dirtier material.

The early 1900s marked the era of the "stag film." Such films were illegally shot, consumed and distributed, and were representative of America's crude, albeit booming porn industry. Stag filmmakers frequently relied on disjointed narratives and vivid depictions of raw sexuality. Joseph Slade suggests the "cultivated amateurishness" of these films "asserted the authenticity of human sexuality." The films, often smuggled in by traveling salesmen, were frequently viewed during bachelor parties, fraternity events and other exclusively male gatherings. Researchers at Kinsey Institute believe approximately 2,000 stag films were produced between 1915 and 1968.

In spite of the complications that came with producing and distributing pornographic content, the material remained popular. So much so that in 1951, the X-rating was formally introduced. Two years later, 27-year-old Hugh Hefner founded Playboy magazine.

But things didn't continue without incident. In 1957, Samuel Roth was convicted of mailing obscene material through his book-selling business in New York. The case eventually made its way to the Supreme Court. In a 6-3 decision, the Court ruled that "obscenity" is not protected speech, and that Congress could ban material that was "utterly without redeeming social importance." The ruling put much of mainstream pornography at risk. Roth was jailed on obscenity charges on several occasions. One such instance involved the banned novel Fanny Hill.

In 1966 Lasse Braun hit the scene. Braun would eventually become one of the most celebrated names in porn. He began by making underground 8mm short silent sex films such as Golden Butterfly, Blow-Up '70 andSex on the Motorway. By 1968, Braun (formally known as AGF) had several criminal cases against him as a publisher, producer and distributor of "obscene" material, or "material against the common morality." (Denmark would become the first European country to legalize all forms of pornography in 1969.)

Some have cited Braun as the "original porn crusader," and a leader in the fight to legalize adult material. His company, AB Beta Film, was the first to produce hardcore films in color. Braun is also the first European movie director to have been inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame by Adult Video News. (His son, Axel Braun, was the second.)

Braun's business partner, Reuben Sturman, controlled things on the American front. To make the films more accessible Sturman started showing Braun's work in his "peep show booths. The coin-operated machines projected the film in loops, in enclosed booths. When the money ran out, the film would stop. Should viewers crave more material, all they had to do was pop in another quarter. Sturman made sure to arm each booth with a box of tissues. They later became known as "pay and spray booths." Between 1971 and 1974, Sturman placed 60,000 booths throughout the U.S. and Canada.

It was around this time that porn finally went commercial. The 70s are often referred to as the "Golden Age of Porn," and this is in part thanks to a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court. In the case of Miller vs. California, the Court decided to redefine its understanding of "obscenity." The decision led to a dramatic drop-off in obscenity prosecutions throughout the nation.

During these years, Ron Jeremy, Nina Hartley, Peter North and other familiar faces joined the scene. In 1972, the first international porn flick, Behind the Green Door was released. That same year, Deep Throat hit theaters, starring Linda Lovelace as a sexually frustrated woman who learns her clitoris is located in the back of her throat.

But as popular as these mainstream films were, viewers lacked the ability to enjoy them in a solo sexual context. That changed with the arrival of video technology. In 1976, JVC launched VHC, a format that would make "video technology" a household name. The PornHub analytics team found that in 1978, fewer than 1% of American homes had VCRs, but "a whopping 75% of VHS tapes sold" were pornographic.

We make take it for granted now, but the ability to pause, fast-forward, rewind, and rewatch video changes the experience entirely. Fans of Internet pornography can relate. When it comes to the pursuit of pleasure, a tailored experience is often best. Home video allowed individuals to take it a step further and record their own sexual experiences (now we know why the phrase "home-made" sounds so dirty). This kind of entertainment would make it big in a few years time. The Kim Kardashian sex tape, released in 2007, would become the most-viewed video of all time, with more than 93 million views.

1991. The worldwide web hits, and the world of porn changes forever. The first porn site goes up in 1994. By 2012, Xvideos had become the largest porn site on the web with 4.4 billion page views per months. At the time, ExtremeTechreported that the site was three times the size of CNN or ESPN, and twice the size of Reddit, adding, "LiveJasmin isn't much smaller. YouPorn, Tube8, and Pornhub — they're all vast, vast sites that dwarf almost everything except the Googles and Facebooks of the Internet." Today, Xvideos is the 43rd most popular website in the world.

Most adult entertainment companies have found a home on the web. But so have amateur sites, streaming sites, fetish sites and more. Now that interactive platforms are gaining steam, porn is entering yet another new phase, and it's more accessible than ever.

Of course, porn has never existed without the push to eradicate it. Groups like NoFap and Fight the New Drug argue that Internet pornography is starting to overload our brains and that addiction is inevitable. Anti-porn activist Robert Jensen, author of Getting Off: Pornography and the End of Masculinity makes articulate arguments that deserve our attention.

Not everyone agrees. Relationships with porn will differ. Some choose not to partake. Others do. But we can all agree that sex sells. Especially the non-procreative variety.

Kate Middleton Reportedly Knows Camilla Parker Bowles Is Hostile, But She Won't Protect Meghan Mark - Duration: 4:44.

Kate Middleton Reportedly Knows Camilla Parker Bowles Is Hostile, But She Wont Protect

Meghan Markle.

Camilla Parker Bowles reportedly is taking swipes at Meghan Markle, but although Kate

Middleton is familiar with that nasty scenario, she's not trying to become a pregnant knight

in shining maternity wear armor for Prince Harry's future wife.

Meghan Markle reportedly has faced hostility from Camilla Parker Bowles for months.

But ever since Prince Harry announced that he was engaged to Meghan, the rumors that

Camilla disapproves have soared.

Kate Middleton allegedly is all too familiar with Parker Bowles disapproval.

Are claims that Kate is trying to protect Markle from Camillas wrath true?

Camilla Parker Bowles Tried To Prevent Prince Harrys Proposal?

Camilla reportedly has been at work behind the palace walls attempting to find ways to

wreck Prince Harrys romance with Meghan Markle.

Even before the announcement of the engagement, Parker Bowles made an effort to upset Meghan,

according to an insider quoted by Yahoo.

One close encounter of the nasty kind reportedly took place in July, when Prince Harrys

girlfriend was shocked by Camillas hostile attitude.

Parker Bowles and the actress met up in Toronto, where Camilla issued a warning, according

to the source.

[Camilla Parker Bowles] told Meghan that she didnt like her relationship with Harry

and that she should think twice before agreeing to his marriage proposal because Camilla was

planning to make her life very tough.

Even though Parker Bowles reportedly informed Markle that she was viewed as undesirable

and not good enough for Prince Harry, Meghan stayed with Harry.

Markle beamed brightly during Prince Harrys engagement announcement, but behind the scenes,

Camilla told Meghan that she is not welcome to join the royal family, added the source.

Kate Middleton Fueled By Camilla Parker Bowles Feud To Fight Meghan Markles Battles For

Her?

Kate Middleton and Camilla have been rumored to be feuding for months.

While Parker Bowles reportedly wants her husband, Prince Charles, to become king so that she

can become queen, Middleton is allegedly aiming at encouraging her own husband, Prince William,

to become king.

Adding to the complex real-life Game Of Thrones, multiple reports claim that Prince Harry and

William have the power to refuse to let Parker Bowles become queen.

Is Kate so infuriated by Camilla that shes fueled by their feud to protect Meghan from

Parker Bowles?

Following Markles engagement, Parker Bowles is rumored to be angry that Meghan has become

so popular with the public.

As a result, New Idea via Gossip Cop claimed that Kate had taken a brave vow to shield

Markle.

The brave duchess [Kate Middleton] vows to protect her future sister-in-law [Meghan

Markle]. In the wake of Camillas alleged negative

comments about and to Meghan, Middleton reportedly has ordered Parker Bowles to stop belittling

Prince Harrys future wife.

Beyond fighting Camilla in order to protect Meghan, Kate supposedly is going all-out despite

her pregnancy to become Markles knight in shining maternity wear armor.

Kate Middleton Reportedly Familiar With Swipes From Camilla Parker Bowles

A palace insider confirmed the rumors that Middleton has had to cope with hostility from

Parker Bowles for years.

Kate learnt very early on that you have to have thick skin to handle Camilla and all

the critics that come out of the woodwork to have a swipe at you. After having been

subjected to Parker Bowles negative comments for so long, Middleton reportedly is determined

to shield her future sister-in-law from critics within and outside the royal family, said

the source.

Camilla even allegedly has made objections to the wedding venue as too prestigious for

Meghan.

But although New Ideas insider claimed that Kate subsequently confronted Camilla,

Gossip Cop reported that there is no palace insider leaking these types of details.

Revealing the nasty gossip about Parker Bowles, Markle, and Middleton would break royal protocol,

resulting in job loss.

Moreover, Gossip Cop pointed out that Camilla has stated that she is thrilled about

Harrys and Meghans engagement.

Kate Middleton Faced Similar Criticism As Meghan Markle, But Shes Not Her Defender

Gossip Cop acknowledged that there is one part of the story that is true.

[Kate] Middleton knows first-hand about adjusting to royal life.

She was subjected to public criticism following her own engagement. While Kate could, if

she so desired, give Meghan advice as she makes her journey from American divorcee to

member of the royal family as Prince Harrys wife, Middleton has not stepped in and made

an effort to defend Markle from Camilla, according to Gossip Cops sources.

The story about Middletons alleged attempt to protect Markle is fictional rubbish,

said the sources.

As for whether Camilla is feuding with Meghan, Parker Bowles reportedly feels jealous about

Markles popularity and comparisons to Princess Diana, as the Inquisitr reported.

While Camilla felt viewed as second-rate because of her divorce, Meghan has quickly soared

in popularity, allegedly adding fuel to Parker Bowles hostility to Prince Harrys future

wife.

EastEnders spoilers: New Year trailer teases mystery female character - but who is it?

While the 30-second clip features a host of prominent male characters and their storylines, one shadowy figure sticks out amid the dramatic dialogue.

The major storyline will see Aidan "JP" Maguire (played by Patrick Bergin) and his gang of thugs finally carrying out their heist.

Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) can be seen shaking hands with the gun-toting character, and there are a number of punches and harsh east-end words thrown around.

In the trailer's final moments however, as Ben Mitchell (Harry Reid) is carrying out his standard duties in the Arches, suddenly a seemingly blonde woman approaches through the doorway.

Could this be the first entrance of Melanie Owen, following the highly-publicised announcement of actress Tamzin Outhwaite's return to the BBC soap? Or is there another female featuring a prominent role in the New Year episodes - possibly Ben's step-mother Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean)? The departure of former executive producer Sean O'Connor earlier this year has had many fans convinced it was the catalyst for Albert Square's return to "greatness", even more so under the steady hand of writer John Yorke.

But what will Mel's return mean for staple characters such as Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden, whom the character has a chequered past with?  And will the events of New Year rock Albert Square and its residents for good? Viewers won't have long to wait and see.

EastEnders continues tomorrow at 7.30pm on BBC One.

Why Roger Federer will dominate 2018 but Rafael Nadal could struggle - Annabel Croft

Federer and Nadal returned to the top of the sport in 2017 - winning all the Grand Slams between them and finishing the year as world No 1 and 2.

Nadal took top spot after winning at Roland Garros and Flushing Meadows while Federer took the titles in Australia and at Wimbledon. But played fewer tournament and despite winning more couldn't catch Nadal.

Both players finished the season in disappointing fashion in London at the ATP Finals with Nadal pulling out after one match and Federer losing in the knockout rounds to David Goffin.

But Sky Sport tennis expert Croft is certain Federer will continue to rack up the titles in the new year and believes he was playing some of the best tennis of his career during 2017.

Although she is less sure about Nadal's future after more injury problems.

"There's always rumours about Rafa's knee," she told Express Sport.  "I've ready a lot of reports about him cancelling a training camp, so I think a lot with him will depend on the knee, but Federer definitely.

I think he's playing the best tennis we've ever ever seen him play.  "His movement for someone of his age, I reckon he's moving better than we've ever seen him.  "He's playing with such freedom and so much choice, and what he does with opponents is he comes at them so fast and furious, he doesn't give them time to think and it's such beautiful tennis to watch.

"He's reinvigorated the construction of points with the way that he's so aggressive: up tempo, serve-volley, attack the net, finish them off, winning points quickly it's kind of reinvigorated that style of tennis.  "Yes he's had some variety from Murray, the great ground strokes from the back of the court from Djokovic but the way he plays it's made tennis really exciting again." Both players are hoping to make an impression next month in the first Grand Slam of the 2018 season in Australia.

In 2018, the Sky Sports Action & Arena channels will show live ATP Tennis, Super League, Premier League Darts, Netball Superleague and more.

While Camilla felt viewed as second-rate because of her divorce, Meghan has quickly soared

in popularity, allegedly adding fuel to Parker Bowles hostility to Prince Harrys future

wife.

Kelly Bryant Is Not Deshaun Watson, but He's What Clemson Needs to Win It All - Duration: 15:55.

Kelly Bryant Is Not Deshaun Watson, but He's What Clemson Needs to Win It All

— It is the waning moments of happy hour on the first Friday in December.

In roughly 24 hours, Clemson quarterback Kelly Bryant will complete his first 15 throws in the ACC Championship Game and lead the Tigers to a 38-3 victory over Miami, securing the No.

1 seed in the College Football Playoff for the defending national champions. Hell look every bit the player who has somehow lived up to and even exceeded near-impossible expectations. A joyous, supersized encore to Deshaun Watson.

But in this moment, two Clemson fans at the Charlotte Marriott SouthPark hotel bar would rather talk about Hunter Johnson, the Tigers true freshman who was widely regarded as one of the nations most talented quarterbacks last fall.

They move on to Trevor Lawrence, a quarterbacking prodigy and a Clemson commit headed their way come January. Watson, the national championship-winning quarterback, is likewise mentioned, as he will be on South Carolina barstools for decades to come.

Finally, Bryants name surfaces, if only momentarily. And then, with glasses half-full, it seems to linger there for a while. A large man in a bright orange uniform is dancing in perfect rhythm.

As the scoreboard counts down to the start of Clemson-Miami, Bryant shifts his body back and forth as music is blasted over the Bank of America Stadium speakers.

It is less than an hour before the biggest game of his life, and Bryant looks almost too comfortable. He dances playfully with his teammates while frequently flashing his Hollywood smile. The moment feels smaller and less significant with each throw.

Hes a fun guy, wide receiver Hunter Renfrow will say after the game. His big thing this year is to be himself. Hes not trying to be Deshaun. Hes trying to be Kelly Bryant.

I think hes having a lot of fun with that, and I think thats working for him. Anytime hes in a good mood and hes having success, everyone else is having success..

One doesnt have to search hard to see the differences between Bryant and Watson. It begins with the shape of the men themselves.

While Clemson has a handful of unique athletes on its roster, Bryant stands out from the moment he throws on the uniform. Had he not been gifted the arm that he has, Bryant couldve played linebacker or defensive end.

What is clear, even as he lobs passes to fellow quarterback Zerrick Cooper from 15 yards away, is that Bryant is every bit the 64 and 220 pounds listed on his Clemson bio.

Its rare when a players listed weight on his bio doesnt capture how large he is in the flesh, but that is indeed the case.

His body is sculpted and powerful, which Clemson has put to good use the past few months. Bryant is first on the team in rushing attempts (173), third in rushing yards (646) and second in rushing touchdowns (11).

His 3.7 yards per carry mirrors Watsons output (3.8 YPC) during his final season, but the carries are different.

While Bryant has the speed to break free from most defensive players, his style is more direct and brutish than Watsons was at Clemson.

I just tried to go out there and just tried to create my own game and just tried to be my own quarterback because I knew I couldnt—I knew I wasnt going to be Deshaun, Bryant says.

I knew I was a different player than Deshaun, and so I didnt want to try to play like him.. At the moment, Watson is the better passer, although the gap between the two is not as wide as one might think.

After all, Bryant, a true junior, is just putting the finishing touches on his first season as a starter.

Watson passed for 4,593 yards his junior year to Bryants 2,678. During that junior season, however, Watson threw the ball 217 times more than Bryant has.

Bryants completion percentage (67.4) is almost identical to Watsons in 2016 (670), while Watsons yards per attempt (7.9) is a half-yard better than Bryants (7.4).

Earlier in the year, maybe he missed some throws, but hes a guy who never lacked confidence, co-offensive coordinator Jeff Scott says of Bryants progression this season. Good or bad, he goes back to work.

But there is no doubt he has a lot of confidence in himself, and our offense has a lot of confidence in him.

Perhaps the biggest difference, however, isnt Bryants size or arm or stats, but the way the two quarterbacks led their teams to the playoff.

One did it through a developed sense of invincibility; the other through a goofiness and the outward confidence that has existed all along, but was largely out of sight.

The call came to Jeff Tate from one of Wren High Schools guidance counselors back in 2013.

A soon-to-be high school junior by the name of Kelly Bryant was transferring into the Piedmont, South Carolina, school, and he wanted information on football workouts.

Tate, the Wren football head coach, knew the name. Bryant had played as a true freshman and had a growing reputation around the state. Describe him for me, Tate asked her curiously.

She told Tate that the player was tall. She took it one step further, saying he looked an awful lot like Cam Newton.

Yep, thats him, Tate responded, anxious to meet his new quarterback. Although the incoming transfer wasnt as big as Newton, a player Tate has stood next to in the past, his size was unmistakable.

He could have played any position he wanted to, Tate says of Bryant. He was that athletic.

But because of his ability to throw and run along with his ability to digest the game of football, where else would you want him to play?.

In two years at Wren, Bryant threw 70 touchdown passes and for more than 6,000 yards. He rushed for more than 1,800 yards and even had a 74-yard touchdown reception.

But beyond the numbers, Bryant served as a soothing voice during the teams most stressful moments.

When games appeared to be slipping away, there was Bryant by Tates side. When a play needed to be made, Bryant would calmly approach his coach and promise a positive outcome one way or another.

When I was growing up, they called it confidence, Tate says. Now they call it swag.. The gestures, though understated, were enough to change the dynamic of an entire sideline. And away from those moments, Bryant smiled.

The word goofy is used by current and former teammates when asked to describe the man who prefers to be known as Kelly B..

No matter his demeanor, his talent was impossible to ignore. Tennessee, Florida, Florida State, Virginia Tech and others all hoped to land Bryant. One year after Clemson landed Watson, others assumed he wouldnt want to wait for Watson to leave.

It was an easy pitch: Dont go somewhere and get stuck behind Watson. But despite knowing he would likely sit until the teams starting quarterback departed, Bryant committed.

When I recruited him, I didnt recruit him to be Deshaun, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney says of Bryant. Thats what we do with all of our players.

It was a dream of his to come to Clemson. He knew when he came in here that Deshaun was already here and rolling. But he embraced that. He came in and had to continue to develop..

It took a special person to take the spot that Deshaun Watson had for three years, Tate says. Hes shown that by being patient, playing behind arguably the greatest player theyll ever have.

But then again, whos to say he wont be the greatest player when he leaves there?. Although he is no longer on the roster, Watson continues to have some influence on Clemson.

Throughout the season, he and Bryant have stayed in touch—exchanging texts on an almost weekly basis. Sometimes theyre notes of congratulations on a good performance.

Sometimes, theyre messages wishing good luck. Sometimes, as in the instance of Watsons knee injury that ended his rookie season, theyre merely a wave of positive thoughts.

But often the conversations are much simpler than that. Were just catching up, Bryant says. Just small talk, pretty much. Not really anything about football..

To the outside world, the task of replacing Watson has always felt like a large order, a task so imposing that it required recruiting a string of 5-star quarterbacks in back-to-back seasons who will soon litter Clemsons QB depth chart.

In truth, it never felt like Bryant would be a part of that plan. Not because he wasnt a commodity and a recruiting win at the time.

But because the transition from one 5-star quarterback to the next felt natural to make. At least that was the working theory. But Bryant, a 3-star prospect, changed that narrative. And he did so by being who he always was. Goofy. Fun.

Gifted. Imperfect. Confident. It was the voice this team needed at precisely the right moment. Hes one of the funniest and goofiest people on our team, wideout Deon Cain says. And at the end of the day, we trust him.

We all knew what type of player he was. When we know hes playing happy and with confidence, everybody can just follow him..

Bryant has never felt the need to hold back. Not because he wanted to do things differently, but because he knows no other way.

When he was going into the season, it was Deshaun this and Deshaun that, wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud says. But hes nothing like what Deshaun was—personality-wise and everything. He always has a smile, and that has never changed..

He takes off just outside the 10-yard line, crossing just inside the pylon for Clemsons second touchdown in the ACC Championship Game.

But rather than allow the scoreboard to tell the story, Bryant stands motionless as his wide receiver pretends to put an imaginary necklace over his head—mimicking (and mocking) Miamis now-infamous Turnover Chain celebration.

That was me and Ray-Ray, Bryant will say later with an enormous smile. He came up with it. It was pretty neat.. The spotlight on Clemson—and Bryant—is bright, and Bryant is soaking up every last moment.

As Clemson polishes off Miami on a dominant evening, Bryant finds a gray ACC Champions hat. He throws his hat on, cocks it sideways and pinballs between interviews and celebrations on the field.

When he accepts his MVP award and is interviewed on stage, Bryant cringes at his own answers as his teammates look on in laughter. It is equally awkward and endearing—a drastically different but still welcomed voice from one heard a year ago.

Its Kelly B, baby! Bryant yells into the microphone before he is engulfed by his teammates, off to the Sugar Bowl to write his own legacy against Alabama.

At least for one night, the talk of 5-star quarterbacks waiting in the wings is silenced. The heavy weight of the season that rested on Bryant slowly drifts away, as a new but familiar quest for Clemson begins.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan keen to push through Borussia Dortmund transfer but will be forced to apologise - Duration: 2:13.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan keen to push through Borussia Dortmund transfer but will be forced to apologise

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is keen to leave Manchester United in January and return to former club Borussia Dortmund but will be forced to apologise if hes to return to the Bundesliga outfit, reports claim.

The Armenians exit left a bitter taste in the mouths of Dortmund chiefs as he pushed through a move to Old Trafford in 2016 but his time in the Premier League looks set to end sooner rather than later.

His agent Mino Raiola was said to have thrown a chair in heated discussions with the club as he engineered Mkhitaryans escape, although the grass has not been much greener in English football.

After a fast start to the 2017/18 season, Mkhitaryan has fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho and he has now decided that he wants to return to Germany, according to Bild.

Mkhitaryan would have to sincerely apologise to Dortmund bosses should he return for the manner in which he and his agent behaved the summer before last, but there is also likely a financial stumbling block that will stop the club luring him away from Manchester.

Indeed, Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke played down talk of the 28-year-old returning in January. 'I know the economic details of his transfer to Man United like nobody else,' Watzke told Bild.

'That's why [his return] is only conceivable with a great deal of imagination.      .
