Answering your performance engine building and tuning questions

Daniel Trot has asked what would be the best way

to setup a run-in map for fuel and ignition

for the startup of a new motor?

Same as a full power, or pull the ignition out

and bump the fuel up?

Look, really that's a common question,

but really the answer is that if I'm doing a run in tune

for a car, I'm not really dealing with it

too much differently than if I was tuning

an engine that already been broken in.

Definately you wanna be a little bit careful

about trying to run too rich.

This is gonna be counterproductive

and there's really no need and no advantage to it.

I may however choose to be a little bit more conservative

with my ignition timing,

and definitely if the engine is turbo charged,

I'm gonna be running a lower boost target

during that run-in portion of the engine's life.

Probably really a good point to make here as well though

is I think a lot of people believe that you need to go

and put four or 5,000 kilometres

on a freshly built engine in order to run it in,

and it's just simply not the case.

With modern ring technology,

modern boring and honing processes,

the break-in process is accomplished

within no more than about 200 kilometres.

And in fact, probably the majority of that break-in

occurs in about the 20 or 30 minutes of running.

So really it's not a case of needing to put thousands

of kilometres of running on your engine.

Why do you PEE more when it's cold ? - Duration: 3:16.

why do you pee more when it's cold outside

the skin is the largest organ in your body and it aids in temperature

regulation there's many sensors in the skin that

tells you if it's cold or hot outside now can listen I had a haircut I'm not

really used to it your regular body temperature is 37 degrees Celsius if you

go out and it's cold outside your body does a bunch of cool stuff to keep your

internal temperature regulated when you experience cold weather one of the first

thing that happens to your body is that your vessels constrict causing a

reduction of blood flow to your skin and redirecting the blood flow to your

internal organs by constricting your vessels this helps limit heat loss and

it keeps your internal organs safe because they get more blood and oxygen

listen closely this is why you pee a lot when it's cold outside because there's

an increase in the blood flow to your internal organs and one of your internal

organs is your kidneys there is an increase in the blood supply to our

kidneys that stimulates the kidneys to produce more urine that's why when you

jump into a swimming pool and is cold or take a shower and it's called if you

like want to pee but please don't pee in swimming pool that's why you have goose

bumps because of the visible constriction next to your skin that

causes your hair to stand up plus your hands and your feet are gonna feel

colder than the rest of your body that's actually a good thing because that means

that your your body's limiting the heat loss from your skin surface and it's

conserving all the heat protect your photo harness so what if

it's very cold outside and they're strict in the blood flow is not enough

your body's gonna have another way to keep you warm which is your muscles and

organs are gonna shake and shiver to produce more heat the colder you are the

more intense you're gonna shiver if you're so down cold again if you don't

like shivering you can clap dance jump around moving by your own creates the

same heat as shivering death so you have another choice and that's it that's how

I have if you're cold wear a jacket socks are gloves stay wire

see you next Wednesday

FULLTANK by Bo Sanchez 337 What Words Do You Use To Describe Yourself - Duration: 4:08.

I have an announce to make. Are you ready? Please listen. My dear friend, you are a prophet!

I know what you're thinking right on me, "Huh? Me prophet? What? John the Baptist? Elijah?

Alicia? Ezekiel? No, I'm not a prophet" Yes you are. I'm talking about not those old testament prophets,

No. I'm talking about how your words have an impact on your future. You see, I hear this a lot.

I meet a lot of people and they look at their lives and with their own words they say, "I'm a nobody.

I'm ugly. I'm no good" and then when I ask them, "How do you see your future?"

Oh. they shrug their shoulders and say, "Nothing much will happen to my life" by their own words.

They influence, they impact their future and they say, "Nothing much will happen."

Can we change that?

One of the things I love to do with my life, I wake up in the morning and I say these words

"I'm blessed. I'm loved. I'm anointed. I'm equipped. I'm empowered!" You know I say good stuff about

me, why? Face it, you have enough critics. Don't help them! There are three things in life that

you can never change; it will always be there. Death, Taxes and Critics. You can never please

everybody no matter if you're a Mother Theresa. You know, I don't care how good you are,

you will have people who will put you down, you can't change that, that's part of living on

planet earth. Don't help them by describing by being your own crazy critic. No, I'm not saying not being

real and not looking at your life and evaluating would not means to be improved.

Of course, there's some things that you need to improve, so improve them.

But don't be your own critic by lambasting yourself.

I want to lift yourself by your own words. Hi, my name is Bo Sanchez and welcome to Full tank,

your place of inspiration.

I pray that you will be blessed by these words that you will hear. And I do this from Monday to Friday

where I read the gospel and our gospel today is Luke chapter 1 verse 46 and

it talks about Mama Mary using her own words to bless her life. You know what she said, "My soul

proclaims the greatness of the Lord. My spirit rejoices in my savior" Listen to this she said,

"From this day on, all generations shall call me blessed" Wow! What a prophecy. Did it come

true? Yes, it did. My dear friend, I want you to say those words, "I am blessed" maybe not

in the same level as a Mama Mary but be pregnant also with Jesus yes, in a spiritual way

where every single day you are filled with Jesus and you give birth to Jesus in your work, in

your family, wherever you go. Can I pray for you? Say these words with me. Say,

"Jesus, I am blessed. Thank you for blessing my life. My future is blessed" say it with your own words.

"I am equipped. I am anointed" say it with your own words, "I am empowered. I am filled with

the Holy spirit" say it with your own words, "My future, my destiny is in the hands of God."

Say this, "Blessings are chasing after me. Grace and favor is chasing after me." Say it with

your own words, "I am filled with miracles with healing and with blessings in Jesus name, Amen and Amen"

In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy Spirit. Your words have power.

Have a great weekend everybody. Always remember, "Be a prophet."

God bless you! See you next week, Monday.

FULLTANK by Bo Sanchez 339 Do You Have Conflicts With Your Siblings? - Duration: 5:54.

Unity. Do you want unity in your life? Do you want unity in your family, among your siblings

or in your marriage or in your relationship? Do you want unity among your friends?

Do you want unity in the team or in the office? Do you want unity in your prayer group, in your

ministry, in your church? You know what, I've been in ministry for almost 40 years and I

see it all the time. Everywhere I go, there's conflicts. People don't see eye to eye.

Sometimes, I see them among siblings, they're fighting over property. They're fighting over money.

I see that among so many people, you know. Once upon a time, loving each other

and laughing together, now? They don't talk to each other. My dear friend, do you want unity?

I've got news for you. Unity has a price, a very high price and if you want unity,

you got to pay that price and what is that price? Someone has to die. Someone has to say,

"I will give my life for the other person" "I will sacrifice" Someone has to do that. You see, here's the thing.

If people on that relationship or in that family or in that team or in that prayer group will insist

on everything is equal, equally divided so no one will fight. I am telling you now.

The moment you insist on equal, that is the day where you have invited conflict in that relationship.

I'm not kidding! I remember, when I was a kid, I had this playmate, a good friend of mine

and we, 2 boys we would be fighting all over everything. And I remember I visited his

house and there was this piece of cake on the kitchen and we started fighting. You know,

because you know we wanna everything equal and so his mom said,

"Okay, I'm gonna divide it equally so you will not fight." And so we were there and we were watching so that

she measured it equally and she put a knife on the piece of cake and divide it into two.

To the centimeter, it was equal you know but will still fought, why? We fought over the knife

because it had icing a little crumbs sticking to it we said it, "I want to lick it! He want

to lick it!" At the end of the day, no. Nothing. You will fight if you insisted equal.

Siblings? Please understand that. If you fight, you know, who gets the property? Who gets money? And

everything has to be equal, you're gonna have conflict. Someone, hopefully the eldest in the

family, the leader, you know. The eldest sibling has to say,

"Ok, I'm the leader. I will sacrifice." "I will get the smaller portion." You know? The moment the leader says that all

the siblings keep quiet. Somebody has to sacrifice Somebody to show the way. It's not about the

money. It's not about who gets the biggest piece of cake. It's about love. It's about sharing and

caring and dying to yourself, so others will live. Hi my name is Bo Sanchez and welcome

to FullTank, your place of inspiration. I pray that you will be equipped as I read a gospel

for the day and our gospel is Matthew chapter 10 verse 17; and Jesus talks about the coming

persecution and he warned His followers, "You know, brother will handover brother to death

and Fathers will hand over the children to die in children, rise up against their parents."

How come? Why is there persecution in this world today? Present-day persecution as well

as a past persecution you will see thats all about control, government's control.

And they will persecute anyone that does not follow them. My dear friend, it's about this.

Persecution happens you die, you die. If you don't want to follow me, you die. Unity is a reverse.

I die for you. I love you. I want you to have life. Take my life. I want to bless you and

I invite you now to bless your family and to bless your relationship here this Christmas season,

we celebrate this God, who sacrificed heaven and His resplendent throne and I don't

think about it. He exchanged heaven for this manger. He exchanged heaven for this cave of

animals. He changes His throne for Bethlehem and this planet Earth that crucified Him 30

years later. He did that for you. I want you to make this decision that you die for others.

Sacrifice yourself. Can I pray for you? In the Mighty name of Jesus, receive His love to the

overflowing, that you will have the ability to give yourself for the sake of other people.

That you will be able to love the people that got sent to your life that you will experience

unity and your relationships. I pray for the spirit of selflessness and generosity in your

life, in Jesus name, Amen and Amen. In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy

Spirit, Amen. Thank you so much for joining me in FullTank. it's such a joy to be with you.

God bless you and I will see you tomorrow.

What to do when you don't have "Belief" - Duration: 18:37.

Does belief come first or is it a byproduct of success?

Everybody knows that all the successful people in the world have very strong belief… at

least in their own abilities to succeed.

"That's the first key to success" as you would be told or as *they* would have you

believe.

My question is this - "Is belief a byproduct of success or is belief necessary to succeed

in the first place?"

That's my question.

That's what I would like to know.

And I have some opinions about it which I'm going to share with you.

Well *belief" I think does not come first.

Okay?

In fact it's a lack of belief that largely leads to low self-esteem and then people not

taking any action at all.

And if you have believe… if you believe in something then acting on it becomes infinitely

easier.

That's of course a given.

The question is what do you do when you are just starting out?

When you don't really have a lot of belief, a lot of confidence?

I have gray hair damn I'm getting old.

What do you do when you don't have that belief?

What do you know when you are just getting started… when belief is a far cry?

Do you *think* yourself into believing?

Do you…

what do you do?

I mean, do you *chant* yourself into believing?

"I believe I believe I believe I believe"

What do you do when you're just getting started?

What do you do when you're not… let's just say… in store of abundance of an abundance

of belief?

what do you do then?

And that's a question that anyone is going to struggle with.

Whatever it is that you're struggling with, it's because you're not taking the right steps.

You're not implementing the right processes or the systems.

Or you're not taking the right action.

Right?

And the reason why most people don't take action… it's not because they're lazy or

they don't have and goals or at least dreams.

You have dreams, right?

So why do most people NOT take any action?

It's because, well, it's like this…

Largely because they don't believe that they can succeed.

Yeah.

They don't believe they can succeed.

So what do you do if belief comes from succeeding or watching someone else succeed?

(Hint , hint… that's basically a tip for you.

A belief comes if you can look atsomeone else who's successful and then based on that you

can believe that you too can be successful because that guy's such a doofus so you obviously

it should be easier for you, right?

that's one way of getting that.)

But the easiest way of getting belief or solidifying your belief is SUCCEEDING.

Even if it's a minor success.

Here's the thing… if you don't have belief you're not gonna take action.

If you don't take action you're not gonna have success.

Hence the negative loop continues.

The negative MOMENTUM loops continues.

So what do you do what do you do when you have nothing going on for you?

I'll tell you what you do.

I think you sit down and you analyze 1, 2, 3, 5, maybe 10, 20 people… as many people

as you can find who basically have achieved whatever it is that you are trying to achieve.

OK?

You start with that.

That's your first step to find out who it is who has the kind of success that you want.

And then you start looking at what it is that they do.

OK.

Belief's got nothing to do with results, by the way.

The only way in which belief contributes to results is that you take action like a pro

without doubting yourself and even if you have self-doubt you have momentum going on

so you can overcome that doubt but here's the thing…

It's the momentum that gets things done.

It's habits that gets things done.

So what do you do when you have no belief?

Like I said, you combine a list of actions.

Unless your process is really repeatable actions… things you can do on a daily basis (not one

thing that you can do once but one thing that you can do on a daily basis.)

For instance if you want to become a writer what you can do is you can sit down for one

hour and write everyday.

And by the way, let me tell you something.

If you sit down to write something and there's a blank screen with a cursor blinking at you…

or basically staring at you going, "hey, what do you got?

Nothing?

Even today?"

You'll think "well that's intimidating" but I'll tell you what… you've got some

thoughts going on… even if they're chaotic.

If you want to become a good writer just sit down and start writing.

If you want to become a good talker sit down and start rambling.

Turn on your camera, and start rambling.

Which is kind of what I did today.

And you eventually get around to a point.

You get around to making a point, after you've coughed out and basically you vomited out

or puked out all your chaos or your mentally garbage, if you will.

So what do you do once you have a list of actions or a system, or a template that you

can follow in a repeated way.

Well, you use your willpower.

Okay?

And will power comes from certain things, but basically it comes from general well-being,

right?

Willpower is like a resource that gets depleted throughout the day.

And then when you sleep, you get a good night's rest, your willpower (if you will) container

(right here… right here in prefrontal on your brain… right here inside your prefrontal

cortex…

Your human brain, which is what differentiates us from animals or mammals or reptiles, right?)

You use that and you restore your willpower overnight.

But here's how you increase the size of your willpower container, which is your prefrontal

cortex.

A. You exercise.

Working out is scientifically proven to help you increase your willpower.

B. Good sex.

C. Good food.

Self-explanatory.

Basically this is just good lifestyle.

D. Good sleep.

Very, very important.

If you're not getting a certain number of deep sleep hours each night, then you're not

going to be able to restore your willpower as much as someone else might, or even you

could have if you could get the right amount of sleep.

Deep sleep, right?

Not shallow sleep.

So make sure you invest in a quality mattress, by the way.

Because if you don't…

(and I'll link to some quality mattresses down below on Amazon that you can check out.

I'm going to link to the one that I use.

It's a little bit expensive.

Speaking of comfort, I spend a lot of time sitting in a chair every day so this is an

Aeron.

This is a Herman-Miller Aeron chair.

A very comfortable chair.

It's expensive.

Around $1,000, less than $1,000, little less than thousand dollars… but it's totally

worth it.

I spend six-seven-eight hours some days sitting in this chair, and at least the ergonomics

are good enough that I don't break my back, right?

You can lock it up by the way in a tight position like this.

You can do it like this.

Yeah okay so ergonomics and comfort is important.

If you're uncomfortable, your willpower gets depleted quickly.

Which is why I invested in this chair, which by the way comes with a 12 year warranty.

And I'm not being paid by Herman Miller to say all these good things about them but this

is a really good chair.

OK?

So it does come with a 12 year warranty so I'm basically covered for the next decade.

Longer than that.

And that is one very good reason to invest in a high quality chair.)

Now… so yeah so you've got good food, good sex, good sleep, and you've got exercise…

And finally the fifth thing (that might surprise you) is meditation.

15 minutes of guided or unguided meditation every day can scientifically prove…

(It's scientifically proven and you can prove this yourself and as well) to *increase

the density* of your prefrontal cortex which is your willpower reservoir.

So if you go today to a doctor and try to get an MRI and look at the density of your

prefrontal cortex (well this is not something I did this is something that Dr. Kelly McGonigal

says in her book, in her best-selling book, "willpower instinct" links again in description

below.

You can check it out on Amazon) so if you try to.

So what she says is if you work, if you meditate every day for as little as 15 minutes… you

meditate consistently, then in as few as two months, basically physically, the structure

of your prefrontal cortex changes.

And it then increases the density.

*Increases* which means you have a greater reservoir and that means your willpower doesn't

get depleted quite that quickly.

So once you have that willpower cultivated, going back to the original idea…

Once you have that willpower and once you have a series of things that you need to do…

you don't need to believe in it.

You just need to apply your willpower, and get those things done.

Okay?

And once you start getting things done… in a matter of three to four weeks, those

things become habitual.

If you're doing them on a daily basis.

And then if you stop doing them it starts feeling really weird.

Because you've gotten habitual about doing them or getting them done.

So yeah definitely do that.

And what happens is over the next three to four weeks you build out this habit.

And then it requires less and less and eventually almost none of your willpower to get it done.

It's kind of like going to the gym.

Use your willpower in the beginning.

Then once you start working out regularly, it becomes a habit.

And then if you stop going to the gym for a couple days, it starts feeling weird.

It starts feeling weird, right?

So now you have inculcated those processes in your life in the form of habits and habits

always form destiny.

Now it's basically a matter of continuing with and sticking to the path and basically

making micro-adjustments every now and then.

But you already have momentum going and you should already be getting some results.

At least some results, right?

At least results that you can internally feel.

Even if those results are not yet external or more tangible, right?

Those might take a little longer to come.

Now you just stick to your routine and within a few months you start getting good at whatever

it is that you were trying to do you.

"Belief" becomes stronger.

Your confidence grows.

That is because of the micro-successes you have.

And you start getting successes.

It becomes a positive momentum loop.

So the idea is to use your willpower, cultivate your willpower first and then use your willpower…

and then compile a series of things that you need to do.

A ritual that you need to follow on a daily basis.

And then to just do it.

By the way a 2-hour ritual is what Jerry Seinfeld says made him the richest person in Hollywood

altogether.

Or you know, any film fraternity worldwide.

He is the richest man in the industry… in the global moviemaking industry or the global

media industry.

And here's his ritual.

He sits down every day and he writes a joke.

That's it.

Good, bad, doesn't matter.

Write a joke.

They try out his new jokes in front of new audiences.

And that's about it.

He gets it done.

So when you get it done… once get into the routine of doing something regularly… it

becomes a habit.

Once something becomes eventually it's only a matter of time before you start achieving

results.

By the way, something decent or a moderately okay to well-designed plan.

Right?

Doesn't have to be the most stellar business plan in the world, if you're talking about

business.

It don't have to the most complicated or sophisticated study plan if you're a student.

Whatever it is that you're trying to achieve.

It don't have to be the most complicated workout plan.

I can tell you that.

I was really fat now not so much…

I mean check me out.

Ok?

Not that bad.

I usually waive that right

It don't have to be complicated.

And I may not look like it, but I can basically benchpress over a hundred and twenty kilos

and I can squat with a hundred and eighty… dead lift more than 220, 230.

Even 235 on good days.

It's constantly increasing.

And the only thing I've got going in my favor is a simple system.

You know - twice a week work out.

And you've got bench presses, you've got squads, you've got dead lifts, you've got overhead

overhead.

Presses over the shoulder.

With an Olympic barbell.

Every time I try to push myself to the limit by adding another 2.5 kilos to the entire

system.

And over the last five years I've gone from basically not being able to lift any weights

at all… because the first time I stepped into the gym it was embarrassing.

Because I couldn't lift.

I mean I tried to do some bench presses on the adult bench.

I able.

I mean I was 23 but I couldn't do anything beyond kiddy weights.

Okay, it was embarrassing at that bench.

It's not embarrassing any longer and in retrospect yeah it was an embarrassment only for me.

Other people probably just had admiration that you know at least this guy is trying

to get something done… get something going for himself.

Far better than and ahead of the curve.

Start building habits, okay?

If you can build a certain number of right habits, and you are consistent… you're basically

gold.

For life.

So do you need belief?

Yes.

It'd be nice to have.

It's a nice luxury to have.

But it's a by-product, ok?

It's not something that comes by chanting or just wanting it.

If you want to believe in something, guess what?

If you want something you don't already have it.

That's why you want it.

If you have something you don't want it.

You have it.

You got it.

What do you need to want it for?

So if you want to have something… you want to have believe… if you want to believe

in something like "you have confidence".

Guess what?

You don't have it.

Accept it, move on.

Do the next best thing.

I mean I'd rather believe that I'm a billionaire, you know?

Believing won't make it.

So even if I could believe that I'm a billionaire it still would not make it so because the

reality is contradicting whatever it is that I'm trying to believe.

So if you're trying to believe in anything that doesn't match up the real reality or

doesn't align with your reality then it's a fool's errand.

It's folly.

What you should be doing instead is, "fuck the belief", okay?

Fuck whatever it is that you believe in.

Belief systems are going to get moderated, or even replaced by newer belief systems over

time anyway, when you take action.

What you need to be doing is you need to be taking action.

You need to be taking action consistently and regularly.

And what you need for that is willpower, not belief.

Believe would be nice but you know not gonna get you anything.

Action's gonna get you somewhere.

And pick battles you can win, not battles that you can't win.

okay?

Because the force of compounding exists.

Here's the thing…

Most people underestimate what they can achieve in a decade or two but vastly grossly overestimate

what they can do over the next one or two or three years.

So you overestimate… you're probably overestimating what you can achieve by next year.

Which is why new years' resolutions suck.

What really matters is building a habit and then just following it.

So this is one discussion I keep having with my mother.

I tell her, "look mom."

And she had a very low-paying job… a very, very low paying job.

She started working in 1980.

I tell her, "If you had taken 20 percent of your monthly salary each month… taken

whatever you got cash on hand… if you'd taken 20 percent of that and invested it in

gold or put that in gold.

Well guess what, gold is grossly underpriced right now.

I tell her she still would be worth four or five million dollars.

And I've shown her those calculations.

It's been a long, stellar career.

Right?

She's almost 60.

She's 57 right now.

So thats 37 years of compounding working in your favor.

So don't expect overnight success because you know expecting or believing won't make

it happen for you.

What you should be expecting is *from yourself* to use your willpower to build out habits

that when compounded over the long-term… on a long enough time scale can result in

very very sweet outcomes.

So that's it.

That's it for this video.

10 Things to do in Hvar, Croatia Travel Guide - Duration: 13:18.

Well good day good day.

We have finally made it to one of my dream destinations.

Yeah.

Where are we right now?

We're in Hvar, Croatia so and oh my it is beautiful.

Urgh, it sure is.

And when we arrived, we arrived at night and then the following day it was just like it

was pissing rain.

Oh yeah.

So this is the first time we're seeing it looking like lovely.

Yeah.

And I have to say it is stunning.

We just can't wait to go out and explore.

Yeah.

And you know what is the funny thing?

This is meant to be the sunniest island in all of Europe.

Yeah.

And yesterday was rainy, tomorrow is going to be rainy but today we have blue skies so

we're just going to run around like crazy.

That is it.

And show you guys Hvar (Lesina).

All day long.

Yeah!

As you probably already know, we never start sightseeing without a good meal, so the first

item on our list was to find some breakfast.

This proved to be a little tricky considering we were visiting during low season, but after

a few false starts we settled down at BB Club for shakshuka, omelettes, nutella crepes and

cappuccinos.

(Bell ringing)

So what is really cool about Hvar is just the old town.

Like these old big stone walls.

Yeah.

And as beautiful as it is just to walk around it is also a strategic because you can escape

from the sun.

Like we're totally in the shade over here.

Yeah, it really keeps the streets cool as well.

It keeps it really cool.

It keeps the street it keeps us cool and that is always a good thing.

And now we're climbing up towards the fortress.

How many steps do you think we've got to tackle?

I don't know.

There is a lot though.

Haha.

I've just had a big meal.

A long way up.

Bit of a haul to get up there for sure.

With bellies full, we were ready explore and our eyes were set on the fortress, which is

the focal point when you gaze up from the Old Town.

Reaching the fortress means walking straight uphill, but there are a few scenic stops along

the way, including a beautiful park, a seemingly abandoned church, and plenty of lookouts where

you can admire the town and the harbour.

Well I'd say we are what two thirds of the way up?

Oh man I really hope so.

I sure hope so.

Anyways, just on the side of the path here we've noticed what could potentially be an

abandoned church.

Oh, let's go have a look see.

It is a little bit off of the path so let's go check it out.

Lead the way.

Alright, Sam the man.

So we've made it to the fort.

That was a long climb up.

But ah that was good because we sure needed that after that huge brunch.

And we got some really nice views of the town.

Unbelievable.

Like the light wasn't facing in the right direction but still the views were spectacular.

So moolah matters.

Yeah Moola matters so that was 40 Kuna each yep which is $6 US buckaroos.

And yeah, I don't think there is too many other people up here so no.

I haven't heard or seen anyone yet which is cool.

Let's go check it out.

So another thing to mention is that there are two fortresses here in Hvar.

The one that is further away was built by Napoleon apparently but we are visiting the

one that is closest to town and this one is called Fortica Španjola according to my little

brochure and that is because even though it was built by the Venetians it was actually

designed by Spanish architects.

It is called the Zatvor Prison.

It looks spooky.

Lead the way.

Down the dungeon we go.

It is quite dark.

It is dark and these steps are tiny.

Tiny slippery steps.

There is a handrail.

There is a handrail.

That is a good thing.

Oh my yeah.

Well if this is the size of the dungeon it is definitely not a place where I would have

wanted to be kept as a prisoner.

Okay, Sam as a prisoner.

That would have been the size of your cell.

That is it right there.

That is it.

Tiny little window.

After visiting the fort, we came back to the Old Town and decided to go on a little walk

along the waterfront.

We hadn't packed any bathing suits and it was too late in the season to go for a swim,

but Audrey was set on testing out the turquoise waters.

Here are the rules guys.

Basically just don't be an idiot.

Don't pass out drunk, don't eat pizza.

Argh!

Don't parade around town half naked.

Don't be rowdy.

I feel like those are a million and one ways that I could easily get fined.

Especially the pizza.

Yeah, there you go.

There is so many natural pools and swimming areas all along the coast.

If we were here in the summer we could be swimming right there.

So Audrey what are you doing?

I'm going to see how warm the water is in November.

First week of November.

Are you going to assess the water situation?

Yes.

And?

I mean it is cold but it is not awful.

It is not awful.

It is not ice cold.

It is not a Canadian lake in the middle of summer.

Haha.

It would be refreshing.

It would be refreshing but I probably wouldn't go in for a swim no.

I think in August this would have been wonderful.

You know end of summer nice and warm.

Um but yeah.

Okay so we've been showing you guys what a relaxed day in Hvar looks like during low

season.

But obviously there is a lot more to do in the town and across the island.

Yeah, there sure is.

So the 1st thing that you can do during peak season is party because this island is packed.

Our airbnb host showed us a picture of what it is like and it looks absolutely bananas.

Insane.

And like there is actually a lot of bars and nightclubs on the island.

Everything is shutdown now but obviously you know it is open during the summer months.

Um, aside from that you can also go island hopping.

There is a whole bunch of little islands just off the mainland.

Yep.

Or actually not the mainland because we're on an island but smaller islands off of the

bigger island.

Smaller islands off of the bigger island.

Yeah, you can either do a tour or you can rent a boat.

You can also rent a bike to explore more of this island.

Like we're just kind of exploring the town.

The developed area the town area.

But there is more to the island.

Yeah.

And yeah there is just a tonne of things you can do here but we're just kind of showing

you what it is like to have a chill day.

Chill day.

Continuing our wander through Hvar Town without a particular place or direction in mind, we

then came across a medieval Venetian bell tower that we had noticed peeking through

the buildings.

The bell tower is part of the Ruins of the Dominican Monastery and St. Mark's Church,

and while the structure is closed off, it's still a cool landmark to visit.

Hi meow meows.

Hello.

Is it friendly?

Are you friendly.

Come say hello meow meows.

Oh.

Oh, stretch.

Yes.

I like my massage.

And lastly another thing we recommend doing here in Hvar Town is just like wandering around

without a map and getting lost.

I feel like that is the best way to discover the town.

We've come across vineyards, olive groves, ruins and the quaintest of little lanes.

Pets.

So yeah, it is just a lot of fun to there is a goat.

Oh my gosh we are going to say hi to a goat.

But see this is what happens when you wander around without a map without a plan.

Woah, goats have strange eyes.

It is just like a little line.

His pupils.

It is not a dot it is a line.

So update.

It is now three thirty so we're going to go eat again.

I don't know if this qualifies as lunch or dinner because we had a pretty late breakfast.

Um, but yeah it starts getting dark here at four thirty PM during the winter months so

we may as well eat now.

I'm hungry.

We went to KOGO which is located in the main square just footsteps from St. Stephen's

Cathedral (Katedrala Svetog Stjepana).

They specialize in pizzas and pastas, and everything was so tasty!

Alright guys so here we are.

All settled in at our favorite restaurant in Hvar Town (Grad Hvar).

This is KOGO and the food is already here.

Oh my.

Yeah, the food is fantastic.

They basically hooked us up with our first meal when we arrived at night.

Yes.

And uh so yeah we are back here today.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara and it is so so good.

Sam got himself a pizza.

And of course we can't forget four cheese quatro formaggi.

The wine.

I always need some red wine.

Salut.

Cheers.

And how is the carbonara?

It is good.

I've already been eating it if you haven't noticed.

Yes, you have.

Mmm.

Wonderful.

So hungry.

We've walked all day.

This is great.

And Sam of course goes for pizza whenever he has the opportunity.

It is just so good in Croatia.

They make amazing pizzas.

Yeah, I know.

They seriously do.

They rival Italy.

They really do.

They really do.

So I went with the 4 cheese one here.

Quattro Formaggi.

It has got a bit of everything.

And yeah look at that.

Including some kind of creamy cheese.

Oh man.

Yeah.

I made a good choice.

This is really good.

(Singing)

Lastly, to finish up our 1-day tour of Hvar Town, we walked back to the marina, this time

heading left in the direction of the Franciscan Monastery, where we were treated to a magical

sunset complete with live music.

So we are just walking back to our apartment and can you hear that?

There is someone playing the trumpet on their boat out in the water.

That is so cool.

The party continues.

I don't know if it is part of the wedding celebration that we saw earlier but there

is a party happening out there.

(Music)

Hypnosis and The Idea Of Being Forced To Do Something Against Your Will - Duration: 2:49.

I recently saw a comment from a man who mentioned that he had been hypnotized numerous times

by other Hypnotherapists but he knew that the sessions hadn't worked because they

had not been able to get him to do something against his will.

When I read that, I knew that this man had an erroneous concept of what the hypnotic

state is.

First of all, this is something that will only work if you allow it to.

So if you say, this isn't going to work for me or are too busy overanalyzing what

the Hypnotist or Hypnotherapist is doing, then guess what, it probably won't work

and even if you still go into the hypnotic state, you might not get the full experience

since you are wasting your mental energy on defying him or her instead of getting what

you came in for.

Are there some people who are highly suggestible and quickly go into trance, yes.

Those are the kind of people that Hypnotists in Vegas love and they are also great for

tv.

Since on tv, things need to happen quickly.

That being said, there are plenty of other people that have analytical minds who hypnotize

differently.

I'll give you an example: When I go to Vegas, I always put my hand up so that I'm picked

as a volunteer.

I've gone to see two of the best guys there and yet, I'm always one of the first ones

to get kicked off the stage.

And I'm a Hypnotherapist.

It's not that I'm not hypnotizable because I totally am.

It's that I have an analytical mind and that isn't the ideal set-up for me.

I'm not going to do something silly on that stage.

It's just not happening.

When I get hypnotized in a therapeutic setting, I just did it yesterday by the way, I feel

totally in control and I know that if I wanted to open my eyes, I could totally do it but

I don't because I want to be receptive to the suggestions being given to me.

They are suggestions that are based on what I said I wanted and on top of that, I'm

paying a few hundred dollars for the session, so trust, I am on board.

Since I know how my mind needs to be spoken to, all I have to do is tell my Hypnotherapist

you are going to do this and that and voila, I go into state.

To put it to you plain and simple, hypnosis in the form of hypnotherapy is all about creating

the ideal state of super focus and receptivity so that your mind can take on positive suggestions.

If you're interested in coming in for sessions, be sure to come in without any expectations

and an open mind to you taking control of mind through the sessions.

Your hypnotherapist will gauge your suggestibility and know how to hypnotize you.

I know that at my office, we hypnotize people with analytical minds all the time.

And btw, if you live way too far and that's not a possibility, in a few months, I will

be launching my upcoming MyMindTime website.

It's still in the works so be sure to sign up for my newsletter at SashaCarrion.com so

that I can let you know when it's ready for you.

ロリィタさんにおすすめ!ツインテールの簡単ヘアアレンジ♡ Lolita Hairstyles: How to do a cute twin tail hairstyle ❤︎ - Duration: 3:28.

Hello everyone watching Wunderwelt Channel,

I'm Ujou Kazuki.

Today I'd like to show you how to do another cute, simple hairstyle.

First of all let's take care of our bangs.

Straighten them with a hair iron.

When straightening your fringe

I recommend dividing it into small sections and straightening them little by little.

If you try straightening it all at once

the heat won't reach every single hair,

so make sure to do it little by little.

Now let's move on to the rest of our hair.

Divide your hair into two sections

and put them into twin tails.

This time we'll position them a little higher than usual.

Do the same on the other side.

And our twin tails are done.

I used slightly thicker hair ties for the top,

but now we will use these thin ones

to tie off some more sections.

Tie the other side at approximately the same height as well.

In the same manner, tie your hair once more at the bottom

with a more ornamented hair tie.

Just like this.

When using a ribbon tie like this,

make sure that the ribbon ornament faces the front.

Now our hair arrangement looks like this.

All that's left to do is giving it some more volume.

How much volume to give depends on your coordinate and personal taste.

I'm going with a more natural volume today.

Just like this!

Curled ends would look nice with this,

but before curling them I will add some hair oil.

If you curl your hair without using some kind of product

it's very easy to damage it,

so you should use some hair oil or similar before using any kind of heat.

Now let's slightly curl the ends.

I'm using a Vidal Sassoon curling iron.

Our simple, natural hair arrangement is finished!

For coordinates that stand out more,

you can use ribbons like this

or add a cute headdress.

I think there are lots of possibilities.

You can also

add more volume

depending on what you're wearing.

Don't forget to subscribe to Wunderwelt Channel! ❤︎

There you'll find lots of other simple hair tutorials!

Thank you for watching, I'm Ujou Kazuki!

See you ❤︎
