Kim unleashes fury at US 'tyranny' over missile test and warns 'future of mankind'

Kim Jong-Un was furious after learning a long-range stealth missile, capable of striking a ship at sea, was tested by the US air force and Lockheed Martin".

Tests involved the B-1B Lancer, a long-range, multi-mission, supersonic conventional bomber known as "The Bone".  State run news agency KCNA reported the US is "accelerating the updating of B-52H" - a powerful strategic bomber.

The North's Government in capital Pyongyang said Trump's forces are "reckless". The newspaper Minju Joson labeled the test firing a "manifestation of the U.S.

aggressive policy for realizing its ambition to dominate the world with the absolute edge of nuclear weapons at any cost." It said: "The US is a criminal who imposed nuclear disaster on humanity, is making desperate efforts to update nuclear weapons while dreaming about dominating the world with the edge of nuclear weapons.

Such efforts can not be construed otherwise than dangerous and reckless act of threatening peace and future of mankind.

"World peace can never be ensured as long as the US the empire of evils who does not hesitate to do anything in order to realise its ambition for dominating the world, is engrossed in high-handed and arbitrary practices with nukes of tyranny nuclear stick.

"The US will have to pay due price for being hell-bent on nuclear threat and blackmail against humanity while wielding a nuclear stick." The North also accused Washington of "furthering the nuclear arms race across the world" by developing its programme.

Pyongyang has refused to back down to the United Nations (UN) demands for it to end its nuclear weapons mission. China has imposed sanctions but Kim's men have made repeated threats and test fired more than a dozen missiles in 2017.

In May Pyongyang accused the US of pushing the Korean peninsula to the brink of nuclear war after a pair of strategic US bombers flew training drills with the South Korean and Japanese air forces in another show of strength.

North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho said if it happened again the plane would be shot down.

Ri said it is North Korea's "right to shoot down the United States' strategic bombers even when they're not yet inside the airspace border of our country." He concluded: "The question of who won't be around much longer will be answered then.".

HMHShip US Parcel Forwarding, Customer Review - The Russian Bodybuilder - Duration: 1:24.

Hello America, I am russian bodybuilder Dimitri Puzhenekov.

Why is Russian muscle beast on American television you ask?

Good question my friend.

You see, in my country, it is very important to be the biggest and strongest

much like grizzly bear, grrrr (noise)

To be the beast you see in front of you, I must consume lots of protein shakes,

however, in my country, the only flavors we have are caviar and vodka,

and I HATE CAVIAR.

My cousin Ivan lives in Brooklyn,

but he must be jealous of my muscle,

he never answers any of my emails.

The only way for me to stay huge is to order protein powder off American internet.

So I use HMHSHIP,

they let me send to their American address,

then they send it to me here in Moskva.

Now I drink much protein and stay….huge.

North Korea warning: US must face facts and consider MILITARY action - Duration: 3:43.

North Korea warning: US must face facts and consider MILITARY action

has ramped up its nuclear and missile development over the past few months, sparking fears of World War 3.  President Donald Trump has pledged to "take care" of 's ruthless regime but has not yet succeeded.  Professor and former speechwriter Patrick Greenfield said the US must exhaust all diplomatic options before sparking a war on the hermit nation.

Appearing on , Mr Granfield said: "I think in order to have diplomacy work you do need to have a credible threat of force.   .

"Even though we are in the season of hope and joy and peace, I think we do really need to think seriously – think hard about the prospect of what a military confrontation, of what military actions against North Korea would entail in 2018.  "And this is difficult because ever since North Korea got a nuclear capability back in 2006 in the Bush administration there's really been a lack of clarity about what the options are and about what we have to do.  "This is a year where we have to face the facts, we have to face the truth.

And what that will require is for us to exhaust all diplomatic options available." Mr Greenfield said it is "encouraging" that Rex Tillerson and Secretary of Defence Jim Mattis are "ratcheting up" the diplomatic pressure on North Korea.

In an effort to stop the rogue nation, the United Nations Security Council imposed tough new sanctions on North Korea after its continued missile testing.  The resolution seeks to ban nearly 90 percent of refined petroleum product exports to North Korea.

Following the UN vote, wrote on Twitter: "The United Nations Security Council just voted 15-0 in favour of additional Sanctions on North Korea.

The World wants Peace, not Death!" The North Korea foreign ministry responded to the UN sanctions and branded them an "act of war" and said: We define this sanctions resolution rigged up by the US and its followers as a grave infringement upon the sovereignty of our Republic, as an act of war violating peace and stability in the Korean peninsula and the region and categorically reject the resolution.

"North Koreas nuclear weapons are a self-defensive deterrence not in contradiction of international law.

We will further consolidate our self-defensive nuclear deterrence aimed at fundamentally eradicating the US nuclear threats, blackmail and hostile moves by establishing the practical balance of force with the US."  .

4 Steps of Business Acquisition: How to Buy Business in U.S. - Duration: 1:05.

How to buy a business in the U.S.?

What should you do from a legal perspective?

That's what you'll discover in this video.

Hi, I'm Dmytro of Biryuk Law Firm in New York.

When you open your business, you normally have two options: (i) to start a new business

or (ii) to buy an existing business.

You should certainly weigh their pros and cons.

The second option may, for example, be easier and more efficient.

Acquiring a business necessitates certain legal actions.

They, for example, include:

1. Letter of intent, which is a declaration between the seller and the buyer on their prospective deal;

2. Sale-and-purchase agreement (either a share deal or an asset deal), subject to certain

conditions precedent, reps and warranties, indemnities etc;

3. Legal due diligence, which is a review, analysis, and assessment of legal risks and development of

solutions to them; and

4. Closing, which is an exchange of title for money, with a possible adjustment of the purchase price,

depending on the due diligence results.

As you can see, M&A deals take plenty of legal research, analysis, and writing.

For further details, check out our blog post by the link you see here now.

Take care of your M&A deal!

Lindsay Lohan Owes U.S. Over $100,000 in Taxes - Duration: 2:22.

Lindsay Lohan Owes U.S.

Over $100,000 in Taxes, Lindsay Lohan has been loving her new life overseas, but it

seems she still has some unfinished business back in the States.

According to a recently filed tax lien, the Mean Girls star owes Uncle Sam $100,710.55

in taxes from the years 2010, 2014 and 2015.

During that time she had a role in the Danny Trejo action flick Machete and a cameo on

an episode of 2 Broke Girls.

She also appeared in the reality series Lindsay on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network.

The actress has been living between London and Dubai.

"She's blonde and happy and she looks good," a friend told PEOPLE earlier this

month.

She has also enjoyed the attention of locals.

"She's oddly very popular there and she is kind of like Paris Hilton," the friend

added of Lohan's life in Dubai.

"She has a bunch of girlfriends and she has a place now.

She has become a lady who lunches with all these women who have businesses.

It's taken her time to get used to the lifestyle, but she likes it now."

Lohan recently resurfaced in New York in a rare public appearance with her mother Dina,

where she explained the appeal of living in Dubai to Entertainment Tonight.

"I love living in New York, but I do love the serenity and peace that I find living

in the Middle East because there are no cameras in Dubai and I can actually focus on what

I want to do in life," she said.

"I don't always have to be scrutinized every second.

I can have a private life and have a public life, but when I choose to.

And I think that's really important."

After a brief hiatus from acting, the former child star recently signed on for the second

season of Sick Note, a British comedy series that also stars Harry Potter's Rupert Grint,

Hot Fuzz's Nick Frost and former Miami Vice star Don Johnson.

Her friend said she might be eyeing a return to more full-time acting work.

"She signed on for two seasons and she got good reviews.

Not trouble on set and she's on time every day," the friend said.

"I think she'll give it another year or so and I think she will come back and say

I'm ready."

First round of Korea-U.S. trade deal amendment talks set for Jan. 5 in Washington - Duration: 2:24.

Both Korea and the United States have completed their own domestic procedures to start renegotiating

their FTA.

And next week,... they're set to begin their first round of actual negotiations, something

the Trump administration has been saying it wants to do since the beginning.

Cha Sang-mi reports.

Top negotiators from Korea's Trade Ministry and the U.S. Trade Representative will sit

down next Friday to begin negotiations over the amendment of the two countries' five-year-old

trade deal The first round of negotiations is set for

January 5th in Washington D.C. Korea's Ministry for Trade, Industry, and

Energy announced on Thursday that the revision is likely to be partial, as the U.S. hasn't

gone through all of the legal steps necessary for a full revision of the FTA.

In order to carry out a full revision of the trade deal, the U.S. would have had to follow

Trade Promotion Authority procedures such as stating its intentions to Congress ninety

days before the renegotiations begin.

The Trump administration wants to make amendments in multiple fields such as the automobile

and agro-livestock sectors in a bid to alleviate its goods trade deficit.

Seoul is seeking to protect sensitive sectors like agriculture while vying for what it calls

a 'mutually beneficial' deal.

The Korean government hasn't revealed what demands it'll make at the talks, but experts

say there are a few expected moves.

(ENGLISH) - "The Korean government seems to be interested

in weakening the Investor State Dispute Settlement - the ISDS - and weakening the conditions

to impose safeguards on American beef.

Some other cards that we can play are anti dumping."

Yet since Congress supports the U.S. anti dumping measures, the experts predict that

attacking the anti-dumping measures might be a somewhat dangerous move.

Korea's Trade Ministry in its report to the National Assembly last week, said that the

U.S. side is likely to request tariff adjustments to recover its trade imbalance.

The negotiations will be led by Korea's director general for FTA Negotiations Yoo Myung-hee

and U.S.'s Assistant Trade Representative Michael Beeman.

The representatives of Korea and the U.S. have already held two preliminary meetings

to arrange the amendment talks since the Moon and Trump administrations came into power

earlier this year.

Foreign ministers of Russia and U.S. agree to not accept N. Korea as nuclear state - Duration: 1:47.

The United States and Russia have spoken with one voice on North Korea,... saying they will

not accept the regime as a nuclear power.

But the U.S. isn't interested in Moscow's offer to play the mediator between Washington

and Pyongyang.

Park Ji-won reports.

U.S. State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said Wednesday that top diplomats from

the U.S. and Russia have agreed that they will not recognize Pyongyang as a nuclear

power.

The agreement was made during a phone call the previous day,... with both sides expressing

concerns over the North's nuclear program.

The two countries' foreign ministers also agreed to work together to resolve the issue

through diplomatic channels.

However,... regarding Russia's offer to play the role of mediator to get the U.S. and North

Korea back to the negotiating table,... Washington, in effect,... turned down the proposal, saying

it quote "has the ability to communicate with North Korea through a variety of diplomatic

channels."

This is according to a Voice of America report, quoting a State Department official.

Previously, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also said the U.S. has three to four direct

communication channels with the North Korean regime.

The U.S. stressed that Pyongyang needs to understand that there is a different path

that it can choose, although it is up to the regime to change its course.

Meanwhile, the U.S. also urged China to sever all economic ties with the North,... including

expelling all North Korean workers,... and to use its unique leverage over the North

to bring the regime back to the negotiation table.
