Well, we came to visit the region of Greenville, South Carolina.

We take the opportunity to visit Paris Mountain State Park, where you will

find many trails, lakes. Places to walk and have a

great time with your family. So come with us on this journey.

We also have this lake here, where there are picnic tables around the lake. I imagine it gets really cool

in summer, the foliage must be pretty green. and it will not be so cold,

We have a little bridge here, which was constructed in the1930's

at the time when the United States was in the Great Depression.

All material used here is local material, including labor.

Pretty cool, let me walk over here. It gives you a view of the lake below.

Of course in the summer the leaves will be covering up a bit more, but it's really cool.

This is the placid lake, hiking trail.

Look what a marvel of scenery. It's very good for you.

Yes.

In fact, I shared my suicidal thoughts on my website,

the poem is called THE PURPOSE OF MY LIFE.

Scary stuff...

Resolute In Gratitude is a series where on Tuesdays

we intentionally look for blessings even in the midst

of adversity in life.

There are 3573 Promises in the Bible.

Philippians 4:6-7 says this:

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation,

by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,

present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,

will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

Knowing that God promises me peace

makes me want to have it so much, as soon as possible!!!

WHEN CAN I HAVE PEACE ALREADY?!?!

Let me share with you the lesson about peace and how to get it,

which God taught me in 2017.

Remember in yesterday's video I shared with you about the house situation after Michel

and I got married?

I'll link to that video here.

So, in that 1800 sq ft 2-study house in Cumming,

he abandoned me after our wedding

and with my 2 back injuries I couldn't even unpack

after I moved in.

He was gone all the time training for IronMan

and calling his bicycle MY OTGER WIFE I CHEAT ON YOU WITH

and I had no peace in that haze.

I had debilitating depression and paralyzing anxiety.

I was confident that the reason why I couldn't have peace was Michel,

his mental manipulation, and emotional abuse.

I was sure that the unfinished construction house he moved me into

was why I had no peace.

And then, we had our divorce mediation in March last year.

I moved to a new home in April.

It was nice.

Until I had sewage leakage and my toiled needed to be replaced.

Not only that, but the sewage was on the flooring and the floors needed to be replaced.

Not only that, but I got flooded twice and there was a code enforcement inspection of

my home and all kinds of things needed to be built to reroute the water.

Not only that, but my bathtub paint popped and it needed to be resurfaced...

Sooooo my cocker spaniel Bruno and

I were moved to a hotel for THIS - what quickly became another state of unfinished

construction - to be taken care of.

I had no peace there.

At all.

I was going bananas.

Really suffering.

So, I was given money for me and Bruno to stay at a hotel.

I was able to choose it.

I did my research and found a nice one....

We arrived... and you won't believe what Bruno and I walked

into:

no floors, no walls, major construction WHILE still hosting guests ...

it was unfinished construction with dust and dirt everywhere

and not even any floors to walk on

I was in awe... right then and there

the Holy Spirit finally got through to me and I heard loud and clear:

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation,

by prayer and petition,

with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,

will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

You see, anywhere I went a major construction followed ME.

God did not change my marriage situation.

He didn't change my housing situation even when locations changed.

And I finally realized - He wanted to change ME

IN the situation.

The construction in my home continued through June but I learned to gain peace in the midst

of it.

Where did I get it from?

Actually, the secret is right here:

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation,

by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,

present your requests to God.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,

will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

Once I began to approach every day of my life and every situation with this mindset,

I found peace right where I was.

In my circumstances.

And so I wrote this Christian affirmation and created this canvas -

to always declare with confidence, remember,

and believe in God's peace.

Whatever your situation, by prayer and petition,

with thanksgiving, present your requests to God,

and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,

will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

So, here are your 3 Steps for having peace:

1.

Pray to God and thank Him for your blessings

2.

Make your requests known to God

3.

Accept His peace that is super-natural and will guard your heart in mind

Here's my prayer for you.

Father God, you are almighty.

Your plan is good and thank you for carrying us through and giving us what we need for

the season of life we are in.

Your strength is enough.

Your grace is sufficient for us.

Right now, I am lifting up to you the woman watching

this video.

Her life is not perfect.

She carries so much on her shoulders.

God, allow her to reach out for your supernatural peace.

Comfort her and give her confidence in YOU, in God's Promises,

in your sovereignty and kindness,

and I pray for her peace in the marvelous name of Jesus.

Q&A: How do you replace the sole on your running leg? - Duration: 3:31.

Hi everybody, Emily Harvey from AmpTriLife here back again for another Q&A

video session, and today's question comes from Mary in Ohio and it's a question

that's a follow-up to a video that I did on December 19th about my running shoe

situation. Mary's specific question is how often I need to replace the sole on my

running leg and how difficult that is to do. So for the first question as to how

often I have to replace it, it's usually about every four to six months depending

on how much I'm running at the time. I do tend to wear this shoe sole out faster

than the one on my right side because a lot of pressure gets put on the toe and

because we're cutting the shoe up there's just less there to wear through.

So that's the first part, and then the second part is how difficult it is to

change it. So it is very easy for me these days because all I have to do is

take my running leg and my new shoe to my prosthetist's office, which also happens

to be my husband's office, and either he or his technician... shoutout to Jared

who's done it a couple times... will replace it for me. I have still replaced

it myself a few times because I have that knowledge. I worked at Walter Reed

as a technician for a few years, so I do know how to replace it myself, and the

way that it happens is they first have to remove the old sole off the running

leg, and they do that by putting acetone in between the two pieces and the

acetone will help separate the glue out from there so that you can pull that old

sole off, and then the second part is to take the new shoe and cut it with a cast

saw, which if you've ever had a broken arm or leg that's what they use to cut

your cast off of you. And it vibrates and that's how it

cuts and you can put it against your bare skin and it won't actually cut you. But

anyway, that's what works on cutting apart the running shoes, so that gets cut

right along here and then chopped right about in the middle. And after it's cut

apart they take the sole part that we have removed which is what ends up here

and use a Troutman with sandpaper to smooth it down and get it so that it's

level across medial to lateral so that you don't have a shoe that is angled one

way or the other, because that can cause knee and hip and other leg issues. And then

once that's smoothed down and level they decide if any height needs to be added

and can add another layer on the sole to increase the height on that side and

then it's ready to be glued onto the bottom of the running blade and they use

a special glue called barge and you put the barge on both pieces that need to be

glued, stick it together, and then use clamps to hold it together for a few

hours and once the glue has set you're good to go. So hopefully that answered

So today I wanted to sit down and film a video for you guys umm what am I doing I don't know (throws brush)

so today I just wanted to sit down and film a video uhh this is a foundation well this

is a face makeup tutorial cause whenever I started the video I alread had my eyes and

eyebrows done so its basically focused on the foundation, powders, and whatever else

you'll see in the video I do hope that you subscribe to my channel give this video a

like down below or dislike do what ever you want I dont really care and yea I hope you

enjoy the video and well start right nowww ok so were just gonna go ahead and start off

this video by me taking some foundaion on a dampened beauty sponge I do like to do tapping

motions and drag umm more tapping around my face more dragging around the forehead and

down the neck!

I do apologize for this video being so bright and just as long as you know the steps then

you should be able to get this exact look.

next, im gonna go ahead and take some concealer and I did take this on my finger because the

product I'm using is very very thick so I'm applying this to underneath my eyes, umm the

center of my forehead, my chin, cupids bow, and is that it?

I think so!And then just blending that out with the same beauty sponge

alright now i'm just going to go in with some setting powder and put that right where I put that concealer

and im also going to put this on my face, i like to bake because I have very oily skin

so i just have to make sure that the foundation is there to stay and not there to play and

then im going to take a big fluffy brush and wipe away any excess powder so it doesnt get

to wonky next im going to go ahead and bronze up my face bronze up my cheeks forehead and

jawline like always and then contour further with the same bronzer just like I always do

on my cheeks forehead and this on the jawline im just going to go ahead and blend out the

contour a little more let me know down in the comments below if you enjoyed this video

the eyelook now im going to take my hilighting brush and just apply some hilighter like always

applying this to the tops of my cheeks forehead nose cupids bow and chin

I did lowkey forget to do my mascara and eyeashes and stuff like that and lipstick in this video

but it is done for the beginning of the video and the end and I really enjoyed doing this

face makeup tutorial and set it all in place and this is the end of the tutorial

Do it until it feels done, with no expectations about outcome.

Do not worry about the big fucking thing that I wonder that's going to make me happy in my life.

Don't worry about that.

Because when you start doing this thing, and then that thing,

you kick in a highly sophisticated guidance system,

highly, that sees everything.

You can call it what you want, that's on your fucking side baby.

Every step will be towards what you then do know, or don't know, that you really really love.

And if you can keep doing that, you will continually approach and experience the big wonderous things that lie deepest in your heart,

of what you really, fucking really really love.

I think if you see anyone who is happy, go and ask them and they'll tell you they are doing what they love.

I would say it comes down to that.

Kardashian-West wrote in the caption of a photo of herself holding her Saint. "Pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thank every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all!"

Kardashian-West did not say in her Instagram post when Saint went to the hospital, but her spokesperson told CNN that he was hospitalized from Wednesday to Saturday last week.

Saint has made a full recovery, Kardashian-West said in her post. "He's home and all better. He's so resilient," she wrote. "I'm sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint."

Kardashian-West and her husband, Kanye West, are also parents to 4-year-old North West. The couple is expecting their third child via surrogate this year.

Do you feel all alone right now?

Do you feel like the weight of the world is on

your shoulders and you're crying out to

God and you're saying, "God where are you?"

I've got news for you. God is on your side.

God is there beside you has never

left you and if you feel pain right now

and your heart is broken, God is there

and is putting His arms around you.

I'm gonna say it again, God is for you.

God is on your side. I know. How do I know?

Because once upon a time, there was this

guy's name is John the Baptist and he

points to Jesus and he says, "Behold, the

lamb of God" Now for us, it's kind of like

we don't understand this. We've never

seen a lamb. All we see are goats but for

a Jew and you hear that your mind is

blown and you can't understand.

Let me explain. If you're a Jew and you want

your sins to be forgiven, you have to do

a very elaborate ripple.

You're supposed to go to Jerusalem to

have your sins forgiven. You have to go

to the Temple of Jerusalem. Now, if you

live in Galilee, that's four days away.

And if you live somewhere else like far

like really far, like Rome or wherever,

tough luck, you know. You can't be

forgiven anywhere else but in a Temple

in Jerusalem and then you're supposed to

bring a lamb. You're supposed to go to

the Temple of Jerusalem and the lamb has

to be perfect. You have to line up

because there probably be hundreds of

people who want their sins to be

forgiven. You're supposed to line up with

a perfect lamb. There's a long story but

I'm gonna shorten it. That you're

supposed to go there to the outer, the

priests will take your animal and then

you're supposed to put your hand on the

head and then you're supposed to

acknowledge your sins and think of your

sins and then as you put your hand on

that on the head of the lamb, you know.

It's almost like transferring your sins

to that lamb and then the priest gets a

knife and then slits the throat of that

lamb. Kills it and you've seen a very

gruesome and bloody way how sin kills.

And then listen carefully,

the priest kills the lamb and it's like

the lamb is taking your place and

you see that and and in the

midst of that all that offering and a

sacrifice, you see that, "Okay, my sins are forgiven."

Now, think with me and John the

Baptist points to Jesus and says,

"This now is the Lamb of God"

We, as Christians, we know that God is

Jesus. Jesus is God but he is also the

lamb. Yeah and wait a minute what? What's this?

My dear friends, God so loves you.

He's on your side that he's willing

to sacrifice His life for you and so if

you're going through pain right now, God

knows your pain. God knows what the agony

that you're going through and He's

become man to experience your pain and He

walks where were walking and He

feels what you're feeling and He's

weeping with you. He's crying with you

and He's saying to you that, He will

never leave you and he'll never abandon

you. He's there and as you face 2018, amidst

all this challenges you're going through,

amidst all the pain. I want you to know,

that He's holding your hand and He's

saying we'll go through this

together. I've sacrificed my life for you.

I've given myself to you on the cross.

What else will I not do for you?

And He'll go through this storm whatever

storm you're going through is gonna go

through it with you. You'll never be

alone again.

Father in Heaven, I pray for my friend

listening to this message and

with my friend who is right now, crying.

My friend was now in pain, in Jesus' name.

Yes Lord, put your arms around this

person and give that person your

strength, your comfort, your power your healing,

your miracle. And I pray for

that person's victory,

this person's victory, in Jesus' name.

Thank you for being on our side, Jesus.

Amen and Amen. In the Name of the Father and

of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
