Doctor warns world about "chemtrail lung," a new health epidemic - Duration: 4:44.

Doctor warns world about chemtrail lung, a new health epidemic causing brain and lung

problems across society

by Edward Morgan

The existence of chemtrails used to be a topic of debate, but they are now being more widely

acknowledged by experts like meteorologists to scientists.

Its becoming increasingly difficult to deny that they exist as more and more people

are coming down with illnesses related to chemtrails.

When TV host Rachel Reenstra had trouble overcoming a persistent cough, accompanied by aches,

pains, and fever, she visited a doctor.

After chest x-rays revealed a type of bronchitis, she was given antibiotics, which only seemed

to make her feel worse.

Her doctor told her that lots of bacterial infections are going around, and when she

asked him where they are coming from, he told her the truth that many doctors wouldnt

dare reveal to their patients: Chemtrails are at the heart of widespread lung problems

right now.

Surprised by his candor, she asked if she could videotape him talking about the phenomenon.

You can see the video below; the unnamed doctor appears just before the 8-minute mark.

The doctor says he has witnessed hundreds of Californians suffering from this problem,

which he calls chemtrail lung. He says it is an emerging problem that is being

faced all around the world, with the toxic gases, chemicals, virus particles, heavy metals

and other gases that are being sprayed into the atmosphere leading to problematic levels

of respiratory infections.

He added that its particularly bad where Reenstra lives in California thanks to the

areas proximity to Palmdale Airport.

He said that the areas topography and the Santa Ana Winds make this problem worse, and

the fact that many of the nations most polluted cities are found in California doesnt

help.

In addition, he cited gases from fracking as contributing to the problem, along with

antibiotic overuse and inhaling mold and mildew.

Sponsored solution from CWC Labs: This heavy metals test kit allows you to test almost

anything for 20+ heavy metals and nutritive minerals, including lead, mercury, arsenic,

cadmium, aluminum and more.

You can test your own hair, vitamins, well water, garden soil, superfoods, pet hair,

beverages and other samples (no blood or urine).

Interestingly, Reenstras symptoms initially pointed to the flu.

When she told her doctor she hadnt gotten a flu shot, he was relieved.

In the video, you can also see the courageous doctor admitting that he does not recommend

the flu shot except for a select few and even then, he advises against getting it every

year.

He points out that scientists basically guess what to include in each years vaccine,

and some years its less than 20 percent effective.

He feels it doesnt benefit patients, and they are better off being proactive about

health and prevention than relying on shots.

Both the doctor and Reenstra are risking their careers by talking publicly about this controversial

issue, and one can only hope that their courage will inspire others to speak out.

Nearly everyone on Earth breathes in unsafe air

Its not just chemtrails you need to worry about, by the way; theres also the matter

of particulate matter.

The type of fine particulate matter that comes from car exhausts, for example, can cause

inflammation in the lungs and beyond, contributing to heart disease and insulin resistance.

A recent report from the Health Effects Institute found that 95 percent of our planets population

breathes in unsafe air, which comes from everything from burning solid fuels like coal or biomass

to transportation emissions.

Last year, more than six million peoples deaths were related to air pollution, with

causes like chronic lung disease, lung cancer, stroke or heart attack.

With so many toxins already floating around in the air we breathe, the last thing we need

is chemtrails putting even more toxic substances into our air.

And I think if a song can do that then it is rightly a world hit.

And this world hit was written by Prince and the song is called 'Purple Rain'.

FBI Official Goes Rogue – Goes Public With the Truth About Barack Obama - Duration: 10:30.

FBI Official Goes Rogue – Goes Public With the Truth About Barack Obama

BREAKING NEWS: The nation is stunned after a high ranking FBI official has come forward

with the truth about former President Barack Obama that could lead to legal action.

Back in October, FBI informant Douglas Campbell came forward to say that there was "on-the-record

quid pro quo" surrounding the Uranium One scandal with the Clintons.

On Wednesday night, his lawyer spoke out to drop a bomb about Barack Obama that is sure

to send the former president into panic mode.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Campbell previously said that Bill Clinton was given

a $500,000 speaking fee from a Russian-backed bank and that the Clinton Foundation received

millions of dollars from people involved with the Uranium One deal.

On Wednesday, he spoke with four Congressional panels about the Uranium One scandal.

Hours later, Campbell's lawyer Victoria Toensing spoke with Sean Hannity on Fox News.

"Mr. Campbell was told by the FBI that what he was being told and they were taking it

upstairs and he was also told that President Obama also had it in his daily briefing twice,"

Toensing said.

Campbell has also claimed that the Obama administration made decisions that ended up benefitting the

Russian nuclear industry, which he said was seeking to build a monopoly in the global

uranium market.

Obama himself was briefed on the Uranium One scandal at least twice, yet he did nothing

about it.

>

The Hill reported that during his testimony, Campbell said that Russian nuclear officials

"told me at various times that they expected APCO to apply a portion of the $3 million

annual lobbying fee it was receiving from the Russians to provide in-kind support for

the Clinton's Global Initiative."

"The contract called for four payments of $750,000 over twelve months," he added.

"APCO was expected to give assistance free of charge to the Clinton Global Initiative

as part of their effort to create a favorable environment to ensure the Obama administration

made affirmative decisions on everything from Uranium One to the U.S.-Russia Civilian Nuclear

Cooperation agreement."

Liberals Livid After Trump Makes Announcement About Term Limits For Congress - Duration: 4:48.

Liberals Livid After Trump Makes Announcement About Term Limits For Congress.

Liberals have another reason to be livid after President Donald Trump just made a shocking

announcement about term limits for members of Congress.

This is going to make a lot of career politicians nervous.

Career politicians have plagued our government for longer than anyone can remember.

While there are some good apples in the bunch, many self-serving swamp creatures try their

hardest to stick around Congress in order to build personal wealth and maintain power.

Unfortunately, the end result is stagnation and underachievement for what should be a

productive highly-paid group of "public servants."

Now, President Donald Trump is taking aim at the career politicians in the Washington

D.C. swamp with a new announcement on Twitter.

The President's tweet comes just a week after he met with freshman lawmakers to talk

about term limits, and how they could be introduced into legislation.

"I recently had a terrific meeting with a bipartisan group of freshman lawmakers who

feel very strongly in favor of Congressional term limits.

I gave them my full support and endorsement for their efforts.

hashtag DrainTheSwamp," Trump wrote.

According to The Times, Trump held a meeting in the Oval Office on Wednesday, April 25,

2018, with Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick and other freshman lawmakers from both parties

to discuss the possibility of imposing term limits on federal lawmakers.

The idea of imposing term limits is not new to Trump.

During his presidential campaign, he said, "If I'm elected president, I will push

for a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress," during

a rally in Colorado Springs, Colorado in October 2016.

Following the meeting with President Trump, Fitzpatrick said he is hopeful that new legislation

imposing term limits on federal lawmakers could gain momentum in Congress.

Fitzpatrick said that the President was receptive to the idea of introducing legislation for

term limits.

Fitzpatrick said that he also told Trump that it was during his time working for the FBI,

that he saw a direct relationship between an official's time in office and their propensity

for corruption.

"We were all taking the same position: We need legislative term limits," Fitzpatrick

said of those participating in the meeting.

The Pennsylvania Congressman characterized the lack of term restrictions as a "root

issue" in political corruption, and said that his goal is to put a 12-year cap on the

time any politician can spend in Congress.

Fitzpatrick is hopeful that the President's legislative team can refine the proposals,

which were presented during their meeting to increase the chances for success.

"I told the president we're not going to let the perfect be the enemy of the good,"

Fitzpatrick said.

He emphasized that the process of implementing term limits is a "heavy lift" that requires

a Constitutional amendment.

Fitzpatrick campaigned successfully in 2016 on a push for term limits and is ramping up

his message in preparation for the upcoming election in November, where he is looking

keep his seat in the House of Representatives.

Fitzpatrick's Republican primary opponent, attorney Dean Malik, also supports introducing

term limits for members of Congress.

Malik has stated that 18 years should be the cap for federal lawmakers.

"Term limits are essential to prevent the growth of an entrenched political class,"

Malik said.

The following is a clip of Fitzpatrick talking about term limits during his previous congressional

campaign in 2016.

In my opinion, this guy has it right when it comes to term limits.

Our government needs a thorough overhaul of crucial policies, and term limits are exactly

where we should start.

Fitzpatrick is looking beyond his meeting with the President to continue his push for

term limits and said that the other members, who were present representatives Jodey Arrington,

Vicente Gonzalez, Mike Gallagher, and Ro Khanna, plan to create a bipartisan bill and press

the issue in floor speeches in the future.

When Fitzpatrick was asked if a large incoming wave of freshman Congress members could be

advantageous, he replied with optimism.

"I sure hope so," he said.

"It's always hard to get members of Congress to vote against their own self-interests."

Now, with the support of the President, I think that term limits can be introduced through

the hard work of people like Fitzpatrick who realize, that 12 years is plenty of time for

a federal lawmaker to stick around.

What 21 Year Olds Should Know About Hollywood by Bill Duke - Duration: 7:22.

Film Courage: This is a tricky question but it's up to you if you want to answer it,

navigating Hollywood agendas.

Sometimes what happens (and I clearly don't have to tell you this.

I'm sure this has happened to you in your career) but something will happen with someone,

it won't even be "burning somebody," but they are offended.

And then they come back to you years later as if nothing had ever happened.

Like you're great friends or they "friend" you on social media.

As a professional, how do you handle that?

Do you say "You know what?

It's water under the bridge."

Are there levels?

Some it's water under the bridge.

Others it's "Please stay over there [away from me] I think I'm good."

Others it's "You know what?

It was a misunderstanding.

I'm fine."

Bill Duke, Actor, Director, Author, Producer: I think it's both.

Some people you can forgive and forget.

Some people you cannot forgive or forget.

There are other people you can forgive and not forget.

So there's people you can forgive and forget.

Forgive and not forget.

It depends on what they've done.

It if's the kind of betrayal of a friend, but they not only...you in the back,

they held the object and twisted it a few times to make sure that whatever trust you had in

them was gone.

It's not that you wouldn't work with them again, it's called trust but verify.

I had a martial arts teacher once give us lessons in terms of…the teacher said you

know "If a man wants to fight you, you run away from him as hard and fast as you can."

And he said "But if he runs after you, and he catches you, you make sure he never chases

you again."

He said "Revenge is a dish best served cold…"

Don't shout, don't scream, it's like playing chess.

He said "Don't be playin' checkers in a chess game.

Play chess."

It's not about the outcome, it's the process, too.

So betrayal happens all the time.

Betrayal, rejection and this is part of our industry, it's that you…for the young

people coming up in this industry (Ben and I talk about this all the time) they come

in with dreams and hopes nice chests and behinds, faces, hair and bodies and muscles

and all that stuff.

And we were talking yesterday because Ben is going into the acting business, right?

[gestures to someone off-camera].

So I said "Look up the percentage of AFTRA and SAG actors in the Union (the percentage)

that work annually out of 100%" Guess what the number was?

20.

And out of the 20% how many made over $50,000 a year?

[Speaks to someone off-camera "A $100,000 a year"]

About 10% make over $100,000 a year.

Just deal with those numbers.

You are coming in here with hope and dreams, right?

Along with thousands of other people who look as good as you on the same day you're coming.

They say don't take rejection personally but…[exhales].

If you get rejected once or twice, you can understand that.

But suppose you're rejected every other day for 9 years?

What does that do to you?

It creates something called pain.

Self-deprecation.

Self-doubt.

And a lot of people bury those things with liquor, drugs and I did that for awhile when

I first started because it was just so painful.

Thank God I found meditation.

But I see kids out here now in the street and they came here with hopes and dreams and

they're…and when I say literally they are on the street.

It's sad.

There's hope.

I mean, there's luck and hope, everybody should keep dreaming.

But they should understand the business, too.

And the good part about today is you don't have to wait to be discovered.

You can put podcasts and webisodes up.

If it's something relevant and you get 1 or 2 million eyeballs guess what?

They come to you.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, it's been out for 10 years now, right?

It started out as webisodes.

Issa Rae, Awkward Black Girls, right?

Millions of eyeballs.

Has a deal with HBO.

TANGERINE at Sundance 2 years ago, a movie made with 4 iPhones.

Nobodies waiting.

"I'm waiting for them to see how wonderful I am."

These guys got tired of waiting, man.

They said "I'm going to discover myself."

And they did and guess what?

When they've got that kind of inner confidence and self-evaluation, something changed, something

happened.

And good for them.

Saving Hellbender Salamanders | Maddie About Science - Duration: 3:22.

Feels like I'm holding a very animated ball of snot that's been working out on the weekends.

Hey guys I'm Maddie Sofia from Joe's Big Idea at NPR.

We are here at Yellow Creek in South Eastern Ohio relocating hellbender salamanders.

Look at that pretty face.

Hey buddy, are you ready to find a new home?

Greg Lipps, salamander whisperer?

Is that, what do you go by?

What's your street name?

My title is amphibian and reptile conservation coordinator.

Right, so salamander whisperer.

What are we doing here?

Well, we're putting hellbenders back in the wild.

They've been around 160 million years and now they're not doing well?

That should be a real concern for us.

So getting them back into the system, getting them back established, getting them off of

the endangered species list, that's really what we're trying to do.

We have a plan for the hellbender and that plan has two big components.

One is we have to protect the good habitat and restore the good habitat.

The second part of it is, take these babies and release them back into the wild

to bolster those populations.

And the two things are kind of useless without each other.

Look at that little cuddle puddle.

So are you going to let me release one of these hellbenders?

If you're careful sure absolutely, we'd be happy to.

I'm gonna do it.

So what we do is we start at the downstream end of the rock field.

We have a few folks in snorkel and masks and wetsuits and they're going up and they're

finding these big rocks and then we're delivering hellbenders out to them and we're sliding

hellbenders underneath those rocks and they're free from there

that's going to be their place.

So what is actually causing these species to be endangered in this area?

What we're seeing in most of these populations is no youngsters.

And we think that's because of the habitat

and that habitat is being lost mainly through siltation.

It's all about the land use occurring around the creek that's really the largest driving

factor in the suitability of the habitat for the hellbender.

What keeps you coming back to these salamanders

and working day after day after day on this kind of stuff?

I absolutely love them.

They're fascinating creatures to be around but, the real driver for me is

I want to see them better off than when I started.

I feel this need that we've got to do something and we can do something.

We know the major problems with our creeks, we know how to rear animals in captivity,

we know how to do a lot of these things so it seems to me like, I'd feel irresponsible

if I wasn't out here doing this kind of thing.

The first time we did this and when I went back and recaptured one of those animals

and realized, that's an animal that lived its life in a zoo, we put it out here

and a year later I'm catching it and it's grown and lived on its own.

I wasn't ready for the impact that would have like wow this animal is now at home

this is where he's living.

And it's a great feeling, it's a wonderful feeling.

Hey Adam, did you know that another name for a hellbender is a lasagna lizard?

Ooo sounds delicious!

No Adam, don't eat them! It's because they have a little noodle-like flap on their side.

Oh cool. That's the kind of fun fact you can learn from Skunk Bear, NPR's Science show.

You can subscribe to our channel right here.

And if you want to check out the first episode of Maddie About Science, you can click right there.

Maddie did you see the cake?

Unbelievable. Unbelievable.

アメリカのここが好き!! What I Like About America! 🇺🇸(#39) - Duration: 6:07.

Hi guys!

Seigo Seigo from Seigo & Bren!

Today I would like to talk about 3 things I've come to like about America since coming here!

Nuber 1!

When shopping at a store, for example,

some people start a conversation with you.

This happens fairly often.

Well for example,

say I was wearing some really colorful clothes, or something.

Someone might say "Wow! I love your clothes!"

Or maybe "I like your hair color!"

"I love those shoes!"

People tend to give complements like that!

I don't think this happens very often in Japan.

People don't really try to start a conversation with people they don't know.

But if I'm out walking around a mall, for example, in America,

people often talk to me like that.

The other day when we went to the hospital,

the woman sitting next to me talked to me.

I think she complmented me on my ipad case then!

"Wow, what a cute ipad case!"

I feel like many American people are good at coming up with a reason to start a conversation.

Number 2!

Number 2 is,

I think I said this before,

but Americans are really good at showing affection verbally to their friends and family by saying "I love you".

I like that!

In Japan,

or I guess maybe just in my case,

We don't really say "I love you" to our family members.

Nor do we often tell our friends how much we love them.

I'd never really said those kinds of things before.

After coming to America,

of course I say it to Bren,

but I also say it to Bren's mom,

or family members,

or to friends when we say good bye etc.

Like "Love you!"

I say it then too.

I like it a lot!

It makes me feel good.

I wish we could use these phrases more in Japan!

But that might not happen.

The Japanese word for I love you: "Ai shite iru", is a little bit different from the English one.

If we say "Ai shite iru" in Japan,

it kind of makes us feel shy.

The American culture of saying "I love you",

is really good.

good.

good.

good!

Isn't it?

Bren: It's good!

It would be nice if Japan adopted that culture,

But is that impossible?

Lastly, number 3!

Number 3 is,

food is really cheap for the portion size!

I love to eat!

In Japan when I went out to eat,

I would ALWAYS order the larger sized portion.

Especially if it was free!

I always ordered food with lot's of volume!

But since coming here,

there is no need for me to order a special large portion,

because it is usually already a lot of food!

You are allowed to take home whatever you couldn't finished too!

I think it's very reasonable.

Things at stores that are the same price as they would be in Japan,

tend to have a little bit larger portion as well.

Snacks for sure!

Japanese snacks usually don't even fill half of the package.

Potato chips too!

They put more chips in the bag here!

I see that all the time.

It feels like I'm getting a good deal.

When it comes to food,

I think you really get your money's worth!

You can get a lot of food for just a small ammount of cash.

But one thing you have to be careful of is,

you'll get FAT!

When I first came to 'Merica,

as you can probably tell if you have seen our older videos,

I was a little fat!

I gained 10Kg since coming to America!

In about 6 months time.

I've lost most of it now.

So you have to be careful!

There is lot's of yummy food,

and a lot to eat!

It's cheap so it's easy to eat a lot.

Now that it's just Bren and I,

we have more control of what we eat.

Back in Tennessee,

we would go out and eat good food,

and Bren's mom's cooking is delicous!

It was crazy!

High in calories, but I would eat in anyway!

So that's something to be wary of!

*You're the one who should be careful*!!!

Ok~!

That's all for this video!

What did you think?

There are many other good things about America,

and these are just three of them!

If there is something that you like about America,

please feel free to share it with me in the comment section!

Also don't forget to subscribe, comment,

and...

what was it again...?

Oh! and leave a thumbs up! d( ̄ ̄)

See you in our next video!

Bye bye!

Sadhguru about The Way of Shiva and Buddha, it is no way comparable, out of 112 Gautama explored 1 - Duration: 13:38.

Questioner: Namaskaram Sadhguru..

I

Just want to know the basic difference of the way of Shiva and

the way of Buddha..

Sadhguru: It's very easy to talk about buddha's way, Because it's very logical,

It's quite simple actually.

and It's very long drawn-out process.

Generally the methods that gautama gave to people were always a question of a few lifetimes.

You can clearly see this today.

The buddhists are always talking about this.

particularly the Tibetan buddhists.

who are the best-known Buddhists in the world today

for [whatever] political reasons.

They're always talking about a few lifetimes of work.

So if you have that kind of patience, that you're willing to work for a few lifetimes,

Gautama's way' is very efficient ,very logical, scientific, Step-By-step process,

that one can take . Because this is a part of awareness.

the significance of walking the path of awareness is- There are milestones on the way, which

tell you you'll come one mile, two miles ,10 miles

it tells you where you are.

That is the most important aspect .that Is without too much trust or devotion you

can still grow?

Because you have a method to hang on to you just keep doing it, keep doing it keep doing

it..

It clearly shows you.

that you're progressing..

But with Shiva there is no such guarantee and

He doesn't fix milestones.

You don't know whether you're going forward or backward.

But you're going somewhere.

That's all you know.

It's like falling into your bottomless pit. that sounds terrifying..

I want you to understand this : a bottomless pit is the safest place [to] fall into.. a

pit with the bottom is Dangerous, a Bottomless pit is absolutely safe..

Your life is done, if you just jump into it.

It's done.

Simply you fall.

If you ever do ..has anybody done skydiving? you? [did]

so if you have a free fall, Then ..if you do not open your parachute for

a few thousand feet, You don't know whether you're going down or

going up, nothing ,it just feels like you're floating around And it's wonderful.

only when you look down the dam

Planet is coming at you at tremendous speed.

If this planet is taken off, this is a great experience.

Only if you look down, it's just coming at you at tremendous speed.

That's the only problem.

Falling is.. don't understand the falling as

a negative thing, falling is a great thing.

did you ever fall in love?

Only when you hit the bottom, then it gets bad.

If you fell into your bottomless pit, then there is no problem.

So Shiva is a bottomless pit.

His methods are very different.. but ,you cannot limit him that way because

with seven different disciples, the seven Saptarishis that celebrated

Rishi's of the [or], He tought seven basic ways,

In which a human being can explore his consciousness.

from these seven, in multiples of seven ,it went further and 112 different ways he explored

and he said this is all.

This is beautiful story.

no time for stories.

so, He expounded 112 different ways, as to how

a human being can attain to his peak. and

These 112 are the 112 Chakras in the body..

There are 114, but two of them are outside the physical body, he left those two and he

said 112 different ways of attaining.

when you're embodied.

that means Every Chakra in the body, every meeting point

of the energy system one particular way of attaining.

So, he did not leave anything out.

so buddha is a small part of his work.

I Want you to understand..

Gautama himself Didn't go simply sit in the forest,

The eight years of his sadhana.

He spent with various teachers across the country and

The whole spine of this spiritual process, this knowledge has essentially come from Shiva.

Wherever it is, whichever part of the world it is, the basic spiritual process comes from

this spine and it's been taken to different parts of the

world in so many different forms, they look so different, because

These 112 different ways look absolutely different from one another.

So, what is the difference between Shiva and Buddha is not an appropriate question..

Which aspect of Shiva did buddha explore?

He explored the path of awareness, which is one aspect.

It's very you uni- dimensional, but the significance of Gautam Buddha is - he is very

scientific, clinical..

He appeals to the logical mind.

But he is like..

He also sat like this..

Many times he was an ascetic.

He just sat unmoving.

But many times he was a mad, dancing ,drunk..

He was in all kinds of States..

Because he didn't limit himself to any particular dimension.

He just explored every aspect of life.

So what you call as buddha's way- He's just one aspect of this 112 different

ways and So many others have brought so many other

aspects, but individual ways..

Of the seven disciples of the seven Saptarishis - the one who walked south,

south means ,anything south of himalayas is south.

I Am talking to all the Mumbai people.

Anything south of himalayas is south ,so Agastya walked south.

And he became particularly active Beyond the Vindhya mountains.. you know that story

about vindhya mountains bowing down to Agastya Muni, and he never came back, so..

you know thet story?

NO? you must learn something about India..

So particularly the Deccan plateau He spread himself in such a way, every human

habitation in Deccan Plateau he touched.

wherever you see, you will hear something about Agastya Muni and

He started this action for rural rejuvenation.

He did not leave a single human habitation.

He brought spiritual process to everybody's life ,the whole population.

They say he lived over four thousand years.

We don't know how long he lived, but definitely his lifespan was not a normal span of life,

It was extraordinarily long .when you just calculate the mileage that he covered .if

you had put a speedometer on him and Seen how many miles

he covered- you could see it's an extraordinary length of

time.

We don't know whether it's four hundred years, or four thousand years.

people say it's four thousand, but definitely he lived very long

and He touched every habitation and made sure

a spiritual process became a living reality for them.

We are still enjoying his work.

I want you to know.

The Southern part of India is still enjoying his work .a certain.. without knowing why..

a certain level of settled nature That you see is his work.

Because he brought yoga into people's lives, without a label, without a format.

Just like life process, as you wake up in the morning, brush your teeth, cook, eat

all this he made it into a spiritual process.

and We are still enjoying the benefits of that.

If you look at any spiritual process anywhere on the planet, you will see, it is not outside,

the 112 ways in Which Shiva explored this..

So comparing gautama and Shiva is inappropriate.

I Have great respect for gautama.

He's a great being .no question .his work is phenomenal.

He caused a huge spiritual wave, Which is still on after 2,500 years?

But it is not comparable.

It is no way comparable.

All we can say is: Shiva's work Contains Gotama's work as a small element.

it is less than 1% ,because out of 112 Gautama explored one.. and

The important thing is- he marketed it well, and he encouraged thousands of people to take

the path.

That's his success.

But Shiva is little too inebriated to do marketing..

You should do marketing for him.

he is..

He won't do marketing..

But still, I have to Generally, it's believed.

This is somewhere 40 to 60 thousand years ago ,that

He started his work.

But after sixty thousand years or [40] thousand years it is still alive, you can't kill it.

You still can't kill it isn't it?

By the time I am done with my life.

I'm sure I will leave him little more popular than the way he is today..

5 Tips to Talk to Kids About Alcohol - Duration: 4:56.

Hi! and welcome back to a video where I share my tips on how I talk to my kids

about alcohol. Making great food, like the recipes you find in this channel, for

your special celebrations and drinking alcoholic beverages often go

hand-in-hand for us adults. Many of you know that I grew my company working from

home and while now you mostly find me working from the Studio, I'm very lucky

that I get to travel and spend a lot of time with my family. I share a lot of

these adventures on my personal blog, LauraFuentes.com. One of the topics that

always resonates discussion among the parents in my community, are the posts

regarding alcohol that I've written over the years in partnership with

responsibility.org -An organization that encourages parents to establish open

lines of communication with their children particularly through their Ask,

Listen, Learn Program; which focuses on teaching kids to say yes to a healthy

lifestyle and no to underage drinking. And since we live in New Orleans, our

exposure to celebrations and alcohol is year-round as my family and I love to be

part of local celebrations. Speaking of family, say hi family! Yep, that's my

family. We spend a lot of time in the car with the kids going to and from

activities, and sometimes it's one on one, and that's one of my favorite

opportunities to talk to my kids about life their friends -and more important

and serious topics like alcohol. So tip number one is to find a familiar space

where you're already having all sorts of conversations, where your kids are

comfortable. I try to make these important conversations seem like they

aren't too big of a deal and that they are part of life. Even a text message can

do the trick! Tip number two is to listen more and talk less. So often when we talk

to our kids we're more concerned with making sure that they hear our message

that we forget to listen to what they have

to say. Given the opportunity, our kids will share a lot with us. If you have the

type of kids that you often have to pull words out of to find out information,

have some conversation starters in mind. I love the" who did you sit with at lunch

today?" "What did your friends do over the weekend?" "Are there any good movies coming

up?" Tip number three is to find the connection. Sometimes it can be hard to

connect with kids at their level. Or worse, we get the dreaded eye-roll because

they might think that we're being lame. But the reality is that we were there

once, so finding examples that our kids can

relate to and connect with is very important. And even if you think they're

ignoring you, they're not. They hear you. Tip number four is to be the example. I

always assume your kids are watching you at all times. They pick up on the

smallest things. So, if you're talking to a girlfriend or spouse and having a glass

of wine and mention, "girl, I need this glass so badly!" They'll pick up on that

and they'll file it away for the future; that alcohol is a coping mechanism.

Probably not what you want their takeaway to be. Ttip number five is to

bring things up in small doses. Kids have short attention spans, especially with so

much stimulation around them at all times, it's best to take these

conversations with the confidence that you're providing them with the right

tools so that they can make good choices. As they get older, and if they just seem

like they aren't into the conversation, don't push it. Simply state that if they

want to talk to you about something they see or experience, you'll always be there

for them. At the end of the day, we all want to celebrate milestones with our

kids and to get there, there will be many choices to make. Our hope as parents is

that they'll choose the right thing, and when we as parents talk to our kids

about the road ahead, we can feel good about helping them be as prepared

as possible in making the right decisions. At our house, and given where

we live, the conversations with our kids around the topic of alcohol has always

been very out in the open. And since working with responsibility.org over the

last couple of years, I know I'm better prepared, with the right tips and tools,

to have these important conversations. For conversation starters and more on

how to talk to your kids about alcohol, check out the description box right

below this video where you'll find helpful resources to help you get

started.

Groves makes big new manager prediction about Lacazette and Aubameyang ● News Now ● #AFC - Duration: 2:00.

Arsenal 's new manager will look to start both Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick

Aubameyang next season, claims Gunners cult hero Perry Groves.

Arsenal are on the hunt for a new boss with Arsene Wenger set to step down at the end

of the season.

So far Wenger has only started Lacazette and Aubameyang together on one occasion since

the latter arrived from Borussia Dortmund in January.

That was the 2-1 loss at Newcastle two weeks ago, where Aubameyang assisted Lacazette for

Arsenal's goal.

But Groves believes it will be a more regular occurrence once a new manager comes in.

He says the duo are very different strikers and can compliment each other, claiming Aubameyang

is similar to Arsenal's record goalscorer Thierry Henry.

"I think the new manager will look to start Lacazette and Aubameyang together," Groves

told Sportingbet.

"They're both world class strikers who have very different strengths.

"Lacazette gets involved in the build-up play and runs into the channels, while Aubameyang

is more of a Thierry Henry who reserves his energy and comes alive in the final third.

"They clearly have a strong relationship from Aubameyang letting Lacazette have the

penalty when he was on a hat-trick and that can only be a good thing.

"I think Aubameyang could win the golden boot next season."

Aubameyang has scored six goals so far for Arsenal, with Lacazette notching seven times

in his seven games since returning from injury.
