On today's episode we're talking about
the one single trait my most
successful clients and students have had,
and the simple thing you need to do to get it too.
(upbeat rock music)
Hey there, Adam Erhart here, Modern Marketing Strategist,
and grower of businesses.
And it's my goal here to help you
make marketing that matters.
Now if you're new here you might wanna consider subscribing
if you're into the latest and greatest marketing strategies,
tools, tips, and tactics
that'll really help build your business
and take your marketing results to the next level,
and of course, way beyond that.
And as always if you find this valuable, useful,
make sure to hit that like button,
or leave me a comment below, or do both.
Alright, over my years as a Marketing Strategist,
I've had the opportunity to work with
a number of different businesses,
from all sorts of different industries and markets.
I've worked with coaches, consultants, trainers,
speakers, authors, photographers, videographers,
doctors, lawyers, dentists, chiropractors,
pharmacists, and auto mechanics.
Colleges, grocery stores, furniture stores,
hardware stores, financial planners, nonprofits,
Neurofeedback practitioners, golf pros, golf courses,
and the list goes on.
So trust me when I say, I've pretty much seen it all.
The good, the bad, the ugly, and the amazing.
But it's from these four categories,
that I wanna share the one single trait that
all of my most successful clients and students have had.
It's clearly not their industry,
as I've worked with pretty much all of em.
It's not their business size, as I've worked with startups
all the way up to billion dollar corporations,
and it's not their location, pricing, customer base,
or business model.
Nope.
The one single trait that all of my most successful clients
and students have had in common
is a Propensity Towards ACTION.
Let me explain.
Basically when given the choice between
taking action or not taking action, they choose action,
every single time.
They don't question every strategy that I suggest,
they don't run everything by a committee,
and they don't hum and haw until the opportunity is gone
because in this world, things move pretty quick.
Instead they move fast, they take quick, decisive,
and massive action.
If one of my suggestions is that we need
to pursue a YouTube strategy,
well, the next thing you know they've hired a videographer,
or bought a new camera.
If I say that we need to pursue a content marketing strategy
well, the next thing you know,
I've got a meeting with their chief content strategist,
mapping out a strategy for the next quarter.
And if I say we need to test three different lead magnets
in order to drop our CPL by 80% or more,
well the next thing you know,
my inbox has three brand new PDF drafts ready for review.
Basically, if I said jump they wouldn't just ask how high,
they would jump as high as they possibly could,
and they would do it as quick as they could.
Now granted, that first jump may not be that pretty,
but over time these jumps got stronger,
and higher and faster, and they became more resilient,
up until the point that their competitors had simply
no chance of ever catching up.
So my friend, the secret isn't some shiny new funnel,
an Instagram hack, a Facebook ad targeting secret,
or some other secret that you think
the guru's are hiding from you.
Rather it's simply, Massive Imperfect ACTION.
Simple but not easy.
Now of course it helps if that action is guided
by the right strategy in place.
Which is why we put together the Modern Marketing Academy,
which is designed to help provide you the
coaching, the content, and the community
to get you where you need to go.
So you can visit this link here,
or check it out in the description below.
So my final point is this,
keep taking action and never settle for good,
when amazing is just around the corner.
Alright so thanks so much for watching.

And until next time, keep on Marketing.
Oh that's stupid, let's keep on marketing?
I think I need a better tag line.
And until next time, keep on making Marketing that matters.
Yeah, I think that one's a little better.
Yeah, let's go with that one.
