If Duchess Meghan's baby were to have a favourite colour already, we're pretty sure it would be beige
Indeed the stylish royal has stepped out in another neutral-toned ensemble, and her baby bump couldn't look any cuter
With her hair swept into a chic bun and projecting her radiant smile, the Duchess made quite an impression on guests - some more than others
Visiting the National Theatre on Wednesday, Meghan braved the cold in a neutral coordinating dress and jacket by American designer Brandon Maxwell along with some trendy Aquazurra heels to finish off the look
She waved and smiled at onlookers before meeting with members from the Pericles company, the National Theatre's first Public Acts production that brought people of all ages together to bring new life into Shakespeare's works
During the engagement, Meghan watched young school children put on a short performance of the play War Horse, which was created to mark the centenary of Armistice Day
But there was one striking image from the event that stood out above the rest - and it's a sight to behold
Posted to Twitter by Kensington Palace, the image shows Meghan smiling down at a young boy who looks completely enchanted by the royal
Alongside the image, Kensington Palace wrote: "Thank you to the children of Edith Neville Primary School for a fantastic performance @NationalTheatre!"
The engagement was also a poignant one for Meghan given it was the first time she had visited the National Theatre as its official patron
The pregnant royal took over the role from the Queen earlier this month - a fitting move given Meghan's Hollywood background
Meghan is due to give birth in the British Spring, believed to be around late March/early April, and going by her burgeoning baby bump, it really doesn't seem that far away! But whether she's nearing her due date or not, the Duchess hasn't slowed down as 2019 gets underway
Earlier in January, she hosted a secret meeting with New Zealand Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, where they reflected on her whirlwind tour around the North and South Island with Prince Harry in October last year
And that same week, Meghan also secretly hosted another friend for brunch - complete with her very own speciality smashed avo!In a picture posted by her long time pal and makeup artist Daniel Martin, Meghan's brunch spread was on full display for the world to see, and it looked good
But while any glimpse of Meghan and her growing baby bump is exciting, we're expecting her busy schedule to slow down somewhat as she nears her due date
The royal parents to be are set to move to a new property, Frogmore Cottage in Windsor where they will raise the new baby
The house also holds a special place for the pair, whose stunning engagement shoot was held in the very same grounds in December 2017
The house itself boasts a whopping 10 bedrooms and it's believed the duo will be adding a gym, yoga studio and baby nursery during their overhaul

Unheralded Jordan Henderson showed he is leader Liverpool need for title run-in - Duration: 3:22.
They say a good leader is one who the people revere, but a great one allows the people to say: 'we did it ourselves'
Liverpool fans have been slow to revere Jordan Henderson, but if ever there was an example of his quietly authoritative leadership, then it came at Anfield last night
With Fabinho not deemed ready to play after a virus, there was a straw on offer so short to one Liverpool player last night, it barely reached the liquid in the glass
Step forward Henderson the right back. On a treacherous pitch where even the most natural of defenders feared to tread, playing full back for the first time since you were a teenager wasn't the most comfortable of tasks, yet the Liverpool skipper embraced it with relish
His crossing in the first half was exemplary, his defensive work solid. Mostly though, he screamed at his team-mates
both directions and encouragement. Read More Jurgen Klopp blasts Martin Atkinson after failing to award Liverpool penalty against Leicester When Leicester scored on the stroke of half time, it silenced Anfield sufficiently to allow one voice to be heard
That of the skipper. It is interesting the criticism he gets, has received for much of his Reds career in fact
Yet he was the first Klopp rewarded with a new contract in the tranche delivered recently
This was a night for graft, an evening where the usual Liverpool approach of close passing and quicksilver moment wasn't always possible
It was a night for upsets when credentials were tested. In those moments, self-sacrifice is necessary, and Henderson, along with James Milner, is the least self-serving in a remarkably level-headed Liverpool squad
Read More Liverpool legend Ian Rush pays current side's front 3 the ultimate compliment He won't get the headlines for this performance, he won't even get a decent mark, and there will be questions again no doubt
But a player who puts himself on the line for his team deserves the greatest respect, and you can be sure Henderson gets that from every member of the Anfield squad
Most will see this as an opportunity lost for Liverpool, but in a race this long and gruelling, there are always slip-ups… especially in conditions this bad
On those nights, getting anything from a game played on ice with an emergency right back is not quite the disaster it may seem, and the spirit of the likes of Henderson is important in that

Royal Az - Why we think Meghan Markle will be more Jacinda Ardern and less Kate Middleton when she - Duration: 6:54.
Back when she was Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex said, "I think that having the courage to step out of the norm is the most important thing
" And boy has she stepped out.Whether she's speaking publicly about women's rights or (shock horror) closing car doors by herself, Meghan has been unlike any other royal we've seen and it's clear that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan aren't your typical cookie-cutter royal couple
In fact, compared to the more traditional Prince William and Duchess Catherine, they're practically Kim and Kanye
Alright, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration. But as the world patiently waits for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to introduce their first baby to the world, we're gearing up for some royal baby firsts, especially that first moment when the new family of three steps out to meet the press
Hear us out and keep on scrolling. Her choice in hospitalFor starters, Meghan and Harry may not even welcome their baby at the famous Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, renowned for being a royal birthplace
Recent reports from royal insiders claim that the parents-to-be will be having their baby at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey
Not only is it a mere 25 minute drive away from their new home, Frogmore Cottage, in Windsor, it also appeals to Meghan's left-wing principles
With its 14 labour rooms and basic facilities, Meghan apparently "likes the fact the Surrey hospital's maternity ward is run by the NHS," a stark contrast to the privately-run Lindo Wing where Prince George, Princess Charlotte,Prince Louis and most recently, Pippa Middleton and James Matthew's son Arthur, were all born
Though St Mary's is a public hospital, one night in the Lindo Wing will cost you a whopping £5,900 (about $AUD10,780) but for that price you can expect chef-made meals, a champagne list and high-speed internet
WATCH: What it's like to give birth in the Lindo Wing. Post continues.Home is where the heart isBefore Frimley Park became an option, there were even whispers that Duchess Meghan would give birth at home sans drugs with mum Doria Ragland close by her side
"Doria will be involved and if she's involved she will be encouraging Meg to go for a natural birth," a source told Vanity Fair in December
Given that this is Meghan's first baby, doctors will most likely advise her to give birth in hospital, but both the Queen and the Queen Mother gave birth to their children at home
It was Princess Diana (another royal rule breaker) who started the tradition of giving birth at the Lindo Wing
READ MORE: The weird royal pregnancy rules Duchess Meghan must follow.Keeping it refreshingly realAnd we reckon it won't just be the location that will be the opposite aesthetic to that luxurious Cambridge one
Duchess Catherine made history three times over when she stood on the steps of the Lindo Wing post-birth, looking immaculate with her blow-dried hair, fresh make-up, designer dress and doting husband in tow
However, we have a theory that Meghan will follow the example of another high-profile figure after she welcomes her baby, New Zealand's prime minister Jacinda Ardern
When she gave birth to her daughter, Neve Te Aroha Ardern Gayford, last year, Jacinda met the press as she departed Auckland City Hospital dressed down in comfy clothing, with little to no makeup and accompanied by her partner Clarke Gayford
Seeing as both ladies share similar values and even had a secret meeting when Jacinda visited the UK on a recent official trip, we wouldn't be surprised if the two talked birthing plans and Meghan may take a page out of Jacinda's books
But despite this holistic and free-spirited attitude, Duchess Meghan's reputation has fallen faster than you can say 'Difficult Duchess
'Ever since Kensington Palace announced that Harry and Meghan will be making the move to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, she's gone from the smart, independent Suits star and feminist to a demanding diva who allegedly threw a hissy fit about a tiara and made her husband quit drinking tea
Whether you believe the rumours or not, she's hardly the most popular woman in the world right now and needs an image makeover, stat
Even Duchess Catherine, who is arguably the more popular female royal at the moment, was slated in the press for her post-birth appearances so imagine what they'll say about 'Hurricane Meghan' as she's been labelled
If she's dressed down in a public hospital and showing the real side to being a new mum, Meghan is far more likely to have support from the masses and make herself way more popular
It's an unfair conundrum for any new parent to face and no matter what option she picks, the obvious importance here is the health of both mum and bub
When Baby Sussex is born, whether she's dressed by Karl Lagerfeld or K-Mart, we're keen to see Meghan's original twist on royal parenting

3 Reality Shifting Techniques that Will SHIFT You to a Parallel Reality (NO GOING BACK) - Duration: 19:20.
this video I'm going to be sharing with you three reality shifting techniques
that will shift you to a parallel reality these are three techniques that
I apply in my own life that have totally changed my life
welcome back to another video my name is Erin and I hope people expand their
consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you
those three reality shifting techniques that have totally transformed my life
and allowed me to shift to a parallel reality that I choose to one that is
more conductive of the way I prefer to be and first off let me explain a little
bit about what it means to shift through parallel realities because the truth is
it's something you may or may not know you naturally shifts through parallel
reality so effortlessly that you have no idea not until you become aware of it at
least now it's like kind of the same thing with a lot of Attraction people
like oh when it comes to attracting what I want you have to believe it in order
for it to work well in general it works just depending it just works as a
natural byproduct of the way reality works so even though there may be CEOs
that are completely aware of the law of attraction it's not like they watch the
movie the secret and then they built a billion-dollar business they are using
components of it even unconsciously without even knowing it in the same way
what we think of as movement which is this right here movement is shifting
through parallel realities because there's an infinite number of parallel
realities that exist every single second we are shifting to parallel realities
and if that's hard to believe that there's many many many parallel
realities that we're shifting through think about it like this the net the
classic one the classic analogy I share in a lot of my videos about this is the
film projector because it's easy to understand that with the film projector
you have film you have a light that's shining through the film you have these
frames that next to each other and because they're going so quickly it
looks like one long fluid movement but if you were to slow it down or edit that
film you'd be able to break apart it's the individual frame some of oak's some
of them look so similar that you can barely tell the difference but
nonetheless those are totally separate frames in the same way as I go like this
right now there are many different parallel ray
it may appear to be one long fluid movement because we have memory in our
mind but nonetheless it is that's of different parallel realities that we are
constantly shifting to so the other thing about this is that the only moment
that exists is right now by the time the future gets here it'll be the now moment
and the past happened now it's about understanding this type of present
mnestheus process and understand that both probabilities exist now there's an
infinite number of probabilities that exist and there's also an infinite
number of past experiences that exist what neuroscience also shows us is that
anytime we take a memory out of the memory bank and we look at it we change
it a little bit and then put it back so the paths that we think we have isn't
even the exact path because we've looked at it so many times and we've modified
it that the past experiences we've had are skewed along our own perception so
the power of reality shifting really is an understanding the story that we tell
ourselves and how we can give ourselves permission to let go of an old story
because if we understand that where we are right now is just one probability of
us based on the choices based on the emotions based on the tops that we've
had in the past we can then say well what if I were to change my vibration
what if I were to change the choices that I make you would then start to
shift yourself to different timelines so think of in reality in general we get a
reflection of our vibration and the realities that we shift to will depend
upon our vibration our vibration is a combination of how we think feel and act
we'd make new choices different parallel realities we filled it new emotions
different reality we think new thoughts different reality we begin to shift
ourselves and of course all three of these intertwine with themselves if we
start taking new actions will naturally start having new thoughts and feeling a
different way if we have new thoughts eventually that will propel us to feel
different and then at the same time we then feel propelled to take new action
so if we change these three things we then begin to change the reality we
shifts to now what I'm gonna do in this video share with you three techniques
that have helped me in this sense of transforming my own life when
it comes to reality shifting and I'm assure to you how you can apply them as
well now the first technique is one I've shared a couple times before and it is
called the slide technique almost like you remember the movie projector analogy
I was talking about think of it like a slide like you take one frame and you
look at this one frame in this frame is the absolute perfect parallel reality
you'd want to experience think of it like one frame from this projector that
you're looking at that is completely conductive of the way you prefer to be
now the thing with this slide is this slide is a moving slide so it's almost
like you're watching it as if you were seeing something that was actually
happening now another caveat to this is that you imagine it as if you're going
through it so you know how some people have visualized they might visualize
themselves doing something they might visualize themselves with a perfect
partner on the beach well they're visualizing the perfect partner and the
beach and they're visualizing it as if they're there as if they're watching a
movie the key to this is to actually see it as if you're looking through your own
eyes because the brain does not know the difference between what you are thinking
and what you're actually experiencing but here's how you use the technique now
first off this technique it's called the slide technique comes from a book called
reality Tran surfing it is the most powerful book that I've ever found for
that of understanding manifestation in a completely new way it is the reason I
have this house that I live in right now because I use something called outer
intention to get this house there are techniques called reality amalgam
frailing there are all these different techniques that you've never heard of
before that have to do with shifting through parallel realities and
understanding the energy dynamics of what we want to experience so many
people in life put their goals on a pedestal put everything on a pedestal
make it very important and then they resist it reality Tran surfing which is
a book written by a quantum physicist named Vadim Zealand it's a long book
that'll show how to shift through these parallel realities using quantum physics
now reality Tran surfing also helps us understand social
conditioning how people are conditioned by their
thoughts thinking their thoughts are their own when actually the thoughts
come from the collective unconsciousness so there's many different layers to this
idea of reality transfer fee and slide is one of those techniques the slide
technique is what I use to get to where I'm at whether it be on social media
with YouTube and spreading my message and helping people transform their lives
I use the slide technique and what I've done is I imagine the ideal reality of
what I want to experience I imagine it as if I'm living in it this has to be an
outcome so some type of outcome so for me it is me being able to get up every
day doing what I'm similar to doing here and able to impact a certain number of
people on the planet and then travel the world and help other people make videos
in different cities this is my slide and when I see it I don't see it as if I'm
looking at myself I see myself as if I'm getting into this airplane and I'm going
somewhere and I'm traveling and then I have my gear I have my Cameron I'm able
to make videos and let me people I'm able to do speaking events I do all this
as my slide and what I do is I live in it and I do this three or four times a
day just for a minute or two and what you begin to do when you do this and
what I'm doing is I'm pulling upon those parallel realities and I'm pulling
information from it and I'm starting to vibrationally resonate with it so this
goes a beyond that of visualization and when you couple this when you start to
do this a few times a day you start to bring in that vibrational resonance it's
very powerful and I know this as well because I have something called the
reality shifting Academy which teaches reality transfer fee and I've had
hundreds of people go through it use the slide technique to get jobs use it to
manifest a person into their life to update their amount of money that
they're making to just start making more money to own a business there have been
people that have done extraordinary things using the power of reality
transfer fee and if you're watching this video right now then you also have the
ability to join reality shifting Academy which teaches reality transfer fee it is
that of a month-to-month coaching where I coach you and help you to use reality
Tran surfing you get videos every week that show you exactly what to do to
apply this process you get mastermind group which is called a
pendulum a pendulum of many people focused on a similar outcome and also a
mastermind group of people you can bounce back and forth with you'll get
that of bonus meditations that you don't see on YouTube bonus videos and that's
where you can get coaching from me the only type of coaching I do is the
reality shift in coaching people ask me all the time do you do it and can I join
it was closed for six months it is now open if you're watching this video right
now the top of the description box below now is the time to join so if you do
want coaching for me you'll see at the top of description box below you can
join I will help you create this transformation with you and you'll also
get interaction for me you get to be able to ask me questions and me to help
you to apply the most powerful process of I've ever found for creating the
dream life that I have using the energy dynamic so you feel that if you feel
like the law of attraction isn't necessarily always working for you if
you feel like you really put your goals on a pedestal if you feel like you want
to also raise your vibration a lot of reality shifting has to do with raising
your vibration so that you're able to create from a higher paradigm then
reality shifting Academy will help you to do that and right now if you want to
join you can so that's in the top of the scripture box below and in general the
slide technique it works is very powerful especially when you couple that
with some sort of meditation a couple times a day maybe once in the morning
once at night and it could be just a couple minutes but nonetheless it is
very powerful now the second technique for shifting to
a parallel reality has to do with understanding the power of the heart
this is also something that comes from reality transfer fee and it has to do
the understanding that your goals must be linked up to the energy of your heart
your goals must be linked up to what you are passionate about because when you're
in a high vibration state you have more flexibility with the parallel realities
you shift to so think about it more in terms of that of vibration what is your
vibration at are you an appreciation for things in your life are you feeling
abundance for things in your life because if so you're gonna experience
more of what you want but many people what they do where they go wrong is they
set their goals on things that aren't actually what they're passionate about
they'll set goals if I want to win the lottery you might be you might say well
I would love to win the lottery because I'd have all that money I feel really
passionate but the thing is is most people are not
passionate about winning the lottery about going down to the the place and
getting the ticket and hit waiting and hoping that they win what people are
most likely passionate about is the money that comes with it the freedom
that comes with it the abundance that comes with it but even then that is
still a side effect winning the lottery is a side effect of someone doing what
they love and there are some people that love to play in the lottery I'm not
saying that doesn't exist but 99% of people aren't really passionate about it
if I were to win the lottery years ago I wouldn't be making youtube videos right
now and doing what I'm passionate about you say well maybe you would be probably
not because it would've put me on a different reality track so it's about
understanding why do you want what you want
are you really passionate about it some people say well I'm making money on
Shopify and I'm doing this maybe that's what you're passionate about maybe your
passion about marketing parts sometimes I'm passionate about marketing and doing
these business funnels and all this sometimes I'm I'm I'm passionate about
it but a lot of times I'm more passionate about the content that I'm
sharing a more confident and passionate about helping people transform their
lives so in the same way find out what you're passionate make sure it's linked
up to your heart and the technique absolu is simply putting your hands over
your heart for a couple minutes a day and feeling in the vibration of what it
would be like to be accomplishing what you want to be experiencing what you
want I do this as I go to bed at night because as I go to bed at night I'm
bringing in that vibration into my body and then perceiving more of that reality
because remember reality is a reflection of our vibration when you go to bed at
night you have more ability to influence your subconscious mind so that the next
day you are shifting to those parallel realities you're bringing more of that
information in in an easy way so the energy of the heart is the key to
you experiencing what you want and many successful people have said this by it
before also when that comes to Steve Jobs Warren Buffett all these really
really rich successful people have said that the key is to do what you love
because you'll never give up and you're always passionate about it you're in a
high-five state and it drives you and you don't have to even think about
working hard you know some people look at me and like Aaron you work a lot or
you know I don't consider it work but I make a video a day on YouTube I send out
emails to my email list I do daily content on Instagram I do all of
these things and it's so easy because I love to do it it's what I'm passionate
about I love sharing this information because it's also connected to my heart
so if you want to shift to the reality you want in an easy way instead of
creating from the mind which is duality create from your heart what do you
really want what are you really passionate about you don't know what
that is it's okay set the intention to find out what that
is also when you join the reality shifting Academy you get that of my life
purpose course that will help you and show you with meditations discover your
life purpose that's a bonus that you get when you join right now so this process
of shifting through parallel realities is one that you can begin to understand
it's a natural byproduct for the way reality works but how consciously aware
of it are you going to be because the more aware that you become the more you
can go in the direction that you want so connecting to your heart feeling inside
of your heart for just a couple of minutes a day will help you to be in
that vibrational residence of shifting to that parallel reality now the third
technique reality shifting technique that is the most simple one that you
could ever imagine but it does work and this works instantly is this simply make
a new choice our choices are shifting us to different parallel realities and if
you make a choice that's based on being spontaneous you will shift to a
completely new reality spontaneity is going to break up the old pattern of the
old version of you the old version of you has thoughts that you consistently
think emotions you consistently feel actions you consistently take within
this identity you will experience the same reality over and over and over
again until you do something new because when you do something new you break out
of that I identity something that that identity wouldn't do before maybe you've
never done yoga in your life and the old identity looks at Yoga is like whatever
I haven't done that before I don't know what that'll be like it's uncertain well
in order for you to create something new in your life you have to step into the
uncertainty because if you remain in the SIRT the things you know you're certain
about you'll continue to experience the same things over and over again
because it's in the autopilot mind so the way you wake yourself up is by
making a new choice do something you've never done before go to yoga go to some
meetup group decide to do that thing that you've been afraid of because as
you do so anytime you do something you're afraid of you break out of this
identity cycle of the autopilot mind you become more so this is about
understanding that every time you make a new choice you are breaking apart the
old identity and reaffirming a more expanded version of you
so make a new choice that's what I would encourage you to do today what is one
thing that you've always been a little bit afraid to do but you know maybe you
should do or that if you did if you did it would really enhance your life decide
to do that one thing because as you do so you literally shift yourself from
this identity onto a new life track one that says I am Not Afraid and I could do
something like this because that's how powerful I am so these three things are
all very powerful for this process and as we begin to apply it you'll see that
your life begins to change in very powerful ways and the key to this is the
consistency of the awareness that you are shifting through different parallel
realities knowing that the life that you're living right now is just one part
of that there are different techniques that are very powerful like outer
intention which I use to get this house there was competition to get this house
I was one of about four people that applied for this house and what I did is
outer intention I was tapping into the intention of the other person and the
person that owns the house the landlord or what have you called to limit the
person that owns it and I then appealed to them I said I wrote them a letter
actually I said this is what I can do I will make sure the house is this is
clean I knew their values as well I knew they wanted someone that would take good
care of the house even though it's all my furniture and everything it's a it's
a house that I could tell they took pride in so I told them hey I don't have
kids I don't have animals this is what I'll do I'm gonna be traveling a lot so
it'll be well it'll still be well taken care of all of these things I tapped
into their inner intention which is my outer intention and I imagined it as if
the universe wanted me to live here that's another part of reality transfer
fee that I applied so these techniques have totally transformed my
life if you want to right now join the reality shifting Academy and you're
seeing this video you'll see the link if the link works on the top of the
description box below then you can join right now it's month-to-month coaching
you can cancel at any time and you get live coaching from me you get a
mastermind group you get videos every single week showing you exactly what to
do plus you also get bonus meditations and a whole bunch of other bonus courses
as well so if that resonates with you and if you believe it's time to make a
change in your life you know sometimes that choice that we've talked about when
you make one new choice it shifts you to a new timeline it shifts you to a new
probability maybe right now that is that choice for you because as you make that
choice you then surround yourself with people even though it's virtually
surround yourself with people that are in a similar vibration you are then
consuming content that has the intention of putting you on this new timeline and
things in your life begin to shift in a powerful way because of one choice that
you make outside of this old identity because remember and that old identity
you'll experience the same things over and over and over again and if the law
of attraction isn't working if manifestation isn't working as well as
you like then this could be the choice that puts you on the right track so if
that resonates with you you'll see the top the description box the link right
there also I'm gonna be doing more live can use on Instagram so if you ever

dates are best left in a quiet place that allows people to talk to each other
and get to know each other in peace coffee shop we're going to come down
hard on this one but for a different reason a coffee date is just formal

up stuck between the cylla of over-committing
and the trivet as' of accidentally brushing them off going on a coffee date
is super casual and for some people this might not be a problem for others a
coffee date may seem a bit too casual which really makes setting up a first

Shaq claims that Kobe is being disrespected in the LeBron vs. Jordan debate - Duration: 1:53.
It doesn't matter who you ask — every basketball fan, player or coach has an opinion on the LeBron James vs
Michael Jordan debate. Instead of living in the moment and appreciating a historic basketball career, many fans feel the obligation to compare players across generations in a never-ending debate about who is the GOAT
The debate seemingly comes up multiple times a year with LeBron and Jordan being the consensus top 2 players
Shaquille O'Neal doesn't even agree with that. In a recent feature from Bleacher Report, Shaq stood up for his former Lakers teammate and said that it's a sign of disrespect for LeBron to jump Kobe Bryant in the GOAT conversation
Shaq said via Bleacher Report "I find it quite disrespectful that they don't bring Kobe's name up," he says of his onetime teammate and rival
"That kind of pisses me off how they just skip over him and say, 'LeBron.' I don't understand that
Because I was there with him, and he was a bad mother(expletive), too." Here we go again
Shaq ultimately said that he'd rank Michael Jordan as the GOAT. On the other hand, Kobe said he would have picked LeBron over Shaq for the 2005 All-Star captain
So, there's that. You can read the full story here. More NBA!Once again, the future of the NBA revolves around LeBronESPN fell for a fake LeBron James comment on Anthony Davis' InstagramThings appear to be breaking perfectly for the Knicks

It Is So Cold In The Midwest That Boiling Water Is Immediately Turning To Icy Vapor - News Today - Duration: 1:58.
Midwesterners may be stuck inside this week, but if Twitter is any indication, some are finding ways to have an (Arctic) blast.
On Wednesday, a few videos popped up on the social media platform that feature people venturing outside (or to their front doors) and throwing pots, pans and cups of boiling water into the frigid, below-zero air. In every video, the boiling water immediately turns into an icy vapor.
"This is what people in Minnesota do," a woman says in one of the videos.
Although the trick looks pretty cool, the situation in the Midwest is anything but. The brutal weather is downright dangerous.
According to CNN, Chicago will be colder than some parts of Antarctica this week thanks to the polar vortex, which has caused temperatures to plunge far below zero. Chunks of ice have formed in the Chicago River, and train tracks in the city have been set ablaze while transit workers try to keep the steel from freezing.
Ten states will not receive mail on Wednesday; schools and businesses have closed; thousands of people are losing power; and the National Weather service in Des Moines told residents to "avoid taking deep breaths" and "minimize talking" to protect their lungs, per CBS Chicago.
"This could possibly be history-making," Ricky Castro, a National Weather Service meteorologist in Romeoville, Illinois, told Reuters.
So, stay inside this week, Midwesterners (and East Coasters). And maybe boil some water?

Davis: If Lomachenko is rated P4P, what does that make me? - Duration: 2:08.
In this video interview caught by Fight Hub TV, Gervonta Davis makes it clear that he doesn't think he gets the respect he deserves, pointing out that he had a better performance over Jose Pedraza than Vasyl Lomachenko did
Check out some of his thoughts below. Davis on Lomachenko being rated high on P4P lists: "So I fought Pedraza, I stopped him in the 7th round
Loma fought him, he went the distance with him — great performance, but he went the distance with him
He's pound-for-pound, right?! Number one? So what that make me? I gotta be on the pound-for-pound, right? "And they keep wanting me to fight him so I have to be on the pound-for-pound
If they wanna see me fight him so bad, why ya'll wanna see me fight him so bad if I'm not pound-for-pound or this great guy that ya'll say I'm not, why ya'll want me to fight him so bad? "It's a lose-lose situation for me because they not giving me my credit
" On if he's motivated to fight Lomachenko knowing that if he beats him that he'll catapult up the rankings: "I would rather fight Tevin [Farmer] first just to build it up for me — because I know I'll be making more money, it will be way bigger if I fight Tevin first, then fight Lomachenko
I think [Farmer's] just a step closer to fighting Loma. I don't think it should be the other way around
It don't even make sense, me fighting Loma then come back to fight Tevin. "And another thing — why Tevin not talking about fighting Loma? He said he the best at 130 or whatever
he keep trying to be friends with him. I'm not friends with no boxer, or nobody around my weight so

Is It Still Possible To Make Money Off Wine? - Duration: 4:11.
Humans have been drinking wine for at least 8,000 years.
And in that time it's been a drink of luxury and leisure, religious rites, and celebrations.
There are investment wines, table wines, natural wines, and sparkling wines, and the one thing
that seems to link all of them?
They're not cheap.
So is the wine business only for the rich, or is there room for anyone to make money?
Most expensive wine comes from France.
So it makes sense that most of our vocabulary about wine comes from France as well.
In the wine world, the word for an expert is "sommelier".
And I talked to one to help me understand what makes a wine worth it.
My name is Madeleine Hayles.
I do private wine consulting for events and personal wine buying.
And according to her, one of the main reasons wine is so expensive to buy,
is because it's incredibly expensive to make.
Before you even get to the grapes, there's the soil.
And in wine, the soil matters - a lot.
Wine is all about terroir [terr-woir] - a French term that basically encapsulates the
way that the soil, climate, weather, and other elements in a region influence the way the grapes grow and taste.
And so places that have a history of making good grapes and good wine, are more desirable
to both wine producers and wine buyers.
So when you're buying vineyard acreage, you're really buying the terroir of that piece of
land or part of the world.
The better the terroir, the more you'll have to pay for the land, and, the more you get
to charge for the wine that's made there.
But what makes good land exactly?
And how can you tell just "how" good it is?
The French, of course, have a system for that.
Most wines are labelled according to the grape variety that they come from,
like Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet sauvignon, or Pinot noir.
But France has over 200 varieties of grapes.
And because there are so many, a lot of French wine is made with
a combination of two or more different varieties.
And because of that, French wines are labelled according
to the region of France that the grapes are grown in
instead of the grapes that the wine is made from.
Each region has its own rules about how wine should be made there and wines are given a
certification based on how strictly they adhere to those rules.
There are four rankings for land, and the highest can be extremely expensive.
A hectare of the best land costs an average of €66,500.
The same amount of land in Champagne, the namesake of Champagne wine, costs €1,000,000 on average.
And the best land, in the Burgundy region, fetches €3,000,000 a hectare.
It's really hard to know if the terroir of those vineyards warrants those prices
just because it's hard to know what $2,500 is supposed to taste like.
With all this talk about vines and vineyards.
It's easy to forget that growing grapes is farming.
And, like all farmers, wineries and vineyards, buy and sell grapes all the time.
And because you can buy the fruit without needing to own the land there are some very
good wineries that don't own a single grape vine.
For example, you can buy one ton of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Napa Valley for $7,000.
And a bottle of wine is made from about 6-800 grapes,
meaning that ton of grapes will become 720 bottles of wine.
So the cost of grapes alone for each of those bottles is almost $10.
And once that wine is in those bottles,
those wineries aren't the ones that get them to your dinner table.
That's the job of wine importers.
They find the best wine from around the world and make sure it gets in the hand of the restaurants,
private wine shops, and private cellars where they'll be most appreciated and enjoyed.
So after all that effort, money, and care, it seems like a waste to not drink it.
But wine - especially expensive wine - does end up in cellars, being kept for years to
make those expensive bottles even more expensive.
I don't know if it's necessarily something
that I advocate because I really think that wines are for drinking.
It's like buying a beautiful piece of art and putting it in your garage and nobody ever sees it.
And while the wine we're drinking today may not make us rich,
holding on to it for 50 years or so just might.

Liverpool fans will love the Man Utd transfer claim that Rio Ferdinand has made - Duration: 2:36.
The Liverpool defender has made a monumental impact since arriving at Anfield just over 12 months ago
Jurgen Klopp had to be patient to land the Dutchman after the Reds were initially accused of an illegal approach in August 2017
But now the world's most expensive defender has helped transform Liverpool into serious title challengers
And former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has passed a huge complement in Van Dijk's direction
During a Twitter Q&A, he was asked if he could bring one player to Man United, who would it be? His response brought music to the ears of Liverpool supporters
He replied: "I'm going @VirgilvDijk. the position we're in most need! #AskRio." Van Dijk has been held back by illness since Liverpool returned from a mid-season training camp in Dubai
He is expected to start tonight's clash with Leicester City as the Premier League returns
His former boss Claude Puel will be in the opposition dugout, and like Ferdinand he praised Van Dijk in the build up to the game
"When I came in at Southampton he was, of course, a good player and I said at the time that for me he was the best defender in the world, but he was in comfort and had habits," he said
"At Liverpool, he has took another dimension. He is a fantastic player. My feeling about him doesn't change with Liverpool
"He is strong, powerful, fast, technical, he can play under pressure without a problem
"It is fantastic. At Southampton, he was the best defender in the world, but he confirmed it I think with Liverpool
" A win against the Foxes puts the Reds in pole position to land their first ever Premier League title
They will go seven points clear at the summit after Manchester City were beaten 2-1 by Newcastle on Tuesday night

This Cozy Cardigan Can Double as a Coat and It's More Than Half Off! - Live News 247 - Duration: 7:51.
Cardigans are one of our favorite items of clothing to layer with. They can instantly improve an otherwise boring outfit, and they're great for providing extra warmth when even our down coats aren't enough to keep out the cold
But then the weather warms the tiniest bit, layering a cardigan and coat can take us a bit over the edge, and we crash hard into sweat territory
But what if we don't want to give up our sweaters until spring has fully sprung? That's where the PJ Studio Cozy Cardigan comes into play
It's a cardigan, but it can easily double as a coat, eliminating the need for excessive layering when the weather just won't allow for it
This two-in-one sweater is so convenient and comfortable and we were so happy to see that it's part of 's sale! The plush fleece of this cardigan is so incredibly soft, it's like wearing a blanket out and about! It's much more fashion-forward than any old blanket though
We wouldn't leave the house with a blanket draped around our shoulders like a kid playing superhero
People may not find it as endearing now that we're just a bit older, so we'll stick with the cardigan
Normally, we'd spring for a peacoat when we need something warm, but not too warm
The problem with peacoats, however, is how uncomfortable and itchy they can be. They can look beautiful, but feel rough, or the fabric might hang too loosely from our arms, allowing a chill to creep in
With this cardigan, however, the cozy factor is guaranteed, even if we want to wear short sleeves underneath! Unlike the style of some options, this cardigan has an easy one-button closure
Because of its stylishly oversized fit, we can easily button up to shield ourselves from the wind without our clothes underneath creating any unflattering lumps
This way, we also won't have to constantly readjust our shirts underneath to make everything fits just right
That problem's already taken care of! One thing we especially love about this cardigan is its attached hood! We don't usually expect cardigans to come with hoods, but if we could have a hood on most of our tops, and even some dresses, we would
We especially love how even though the hood is on the back, it starts at the front, forming a chic shawl neck collar
The hood is also made of the ever-so-soft plush fleece, so when we put it up, our ears will be extra cozy instead of turning a painful red from the harsh winds
The material and flexibility also help the hood stay up better, so we shouldn't have to keep a hand holding it down every time there's a breeze like we would with sleeker or rounder hoods
One thing we do expect in most cardigans is that they have pockets. This PJ Studio cardi passes that test with flying colors! It has two roomy pockets that will function gloriously to store our gloves, or to keep our hands warm all on their own
We can also throw hand warmers in there if we're going to be outside for a longer period of time! Of course, our phones and earbuds will also fit for easy access
This cardigan comes in two neutral colors that will both go with anything we own
Champagne is a luscious off-white shade, taking on the glow of a fresh sheet of snow during a pink and gold sunset
Heather Grey is more of a true grey, so it will create less contrast when worn with darker colors
It would look perfect with dark-wash jeans or faux leather leggings and black booties
We also like the idea of layering either color on top of a tighter-fitting dress
It would put a nice twist on a fur coat vibe! While this cardigan works wonderfully as a coat, we also love it because it's still a sweater, and therefore totally appropriate to wear inside
Just be warned— friends and coworkers are going to want to feel the fleece. We can't blame them, though
We can also wear this cardigan at home, as it makes the perfect companion for cuddling up with some hot cocoa and our pets! With the heat constantly turning on and off in the winter, we feel like the temperature is never quite right
With this cardigan, though, we won't have to put on a puffer in the office to stay warm
What about if we're suddenly too warm? We can just slide the cardigan halfway down our shoulders and suddenly it's a fashion statement
Boom. With an incredible sale like this, these Cozy Cardigans won't be available forever! There's only so long we can go without having that plush fleece feel at our fingertips

West Ham transfer news: Ex-star predicts one deal that will be done - 'it's disappointing' - Duration: 2:26.
Arnautovic wanted to leave West Ham earlier this month and join Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG
However, a £35million offer was rejected by the east London club who stated the Austria international was not for sale
Arnautovic has since signed a new and improved contract and committed his future to West Ham
Collison is pleased Arnautovic will not be leaving this month, claiming he is a vital part of Manuel Pellegrini's squad
However, he can see him seeking pastures new come the end of the campaign. "He's such a massive player for West Ham," Collison said on Sky Sports
"It's not just his goals, it's everything he brings with it. His pace, his power, he gets the team up the pitch so well
"And of course it's going to be unsettling, not just for him when there's that money in front of him, but the rest of the squad
It affects everyone in the training ground. "I think the positive thing now is it seems like it's been put to bed, he's signed his new contract
"I think there's a potential [Arnautovic will leave in the summer] isn't there. "Your best players are always going to be linked with big moves away
"A bit of a surprise with China, I'm going to be honest. "I think if it's one of the top four, top six coming in, as West Ham fans you think 'okay, look, he's trying to move on to play Champions League football'
"The disappointing thing for him and for the West Ham fans is that they adore him at West Ham
"They love him, every time he goes out there he wears his heart on his sleeve, works hard for the team and he really has got that x factor
"So hopefully he can get his head down between now and the end of the season and we'll see where we are in the summer

Roger Federer coach makes Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic admission with retirement claim - Duration: 2:50.
Federer is the men's all-time leading Grand Slam winner with 20 titles. Nadal is three trophies off the Swiss star's record, with Djokovic a further two behind after winning the Australian Open
Luthi surprisingly revealed he does not talk about Nadal and Djokovic's success with Federer
However, deep down the world No 6 is keen to keep above his rivals in the honours list
"I do not feel it's an obsession for him," Luthi told Le Matin. "Of course he would like to keep this record, but it does not work that way
"When he wins a Grand Slam, he does not tell himself that he is getting ahead of Rafa or keeping him at bay
"And frankly, we don't talk about it." Federer, 37, has been predicted to retire every year for the past half a decade
But Luthi explained how the rumours do not get to his player's head. "There is a lot of speculation around him," Luthi added
"He has always chosen not to pay attention to it and never answers all these rumours
"By continuing the random speculation, someone will get it right eventually, but the reality is it's not on the agenda
"I don't think that he himself has decided anything yet." Federer will return to play the clay season this year for the first time in three years
And Luthi has explained the reason behind the comeback. "There are only some truths for now: the desire to play on clay; he didn't want to take such a long break between the hard and grass-court season; even if everything is different on clay, it can help for the future," he said

AFLW to kick off as temps soar, but when is it too hot for football? - Duration: 6:05.
The AFLW kicks off this weekend, but with temperatures forecast to reach 37 degrees in some football cities, players will be doing all they can to avoid heat stress
The first half of the seven-round league will be played during a summer when Adelaide has already endured its hottest day on record and Melbourne has also sweltered
Thermoregulatory physiology expert Ollie Jay said while it was tempting for people to associate temperatures with heat strain, it was not necessarily true
Whether it was windy was equally important, he said, along with solar radiation — such as temperatures in shade and in the sun — and humidity levels
"Solar radiation is an enormous contributor to the amount of heat stress that occurs, so if it's sunny and 37C in the middle of the day and you're out in the sun, then the amount of net thermal load on the person is going to be much higher
" Dr Jay said wind and breeze aided the evaporation of sweat, which cooled the body
"And scheduling the games later in the day makes a lot more sense; the air temperature will be a little bit lower, plus you don't have to deal with solar radiation
" According to the AFL, there has never been an incident during games of heat stress, which can create dizziness, headaches, collapse and illness
Spokesperson Michelle Clyne said the league had an effective heat policy and said the women's fixtures and the men's preseason series, which started on February 28, were scheduled to avoid the hottest part of the day
Adelaide's AFLW clash against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday, for example, will not be played until 8:10pm (CDT) on a day with a forecast maximum of 37C
Geelong's game against Collingwood at Kardinia Park, where a high of 33C is expected, will not be played until 6:40pm (EDT)
"There's also a game in Hobart at 1:00pm [North Melbourne vs Carlton], but you probably won't see a game in Perth at 1:00pm," Ms Clyne said
"The fixtures are scheduled very much in mind of optimum times for players." The AFL's heat guidelines expect players to have adequate fluid intake before and during the game and training sessions, and to also utilise pre-game, game and post-game cooling strategies
Clubs are recommended to use ice vests, spray bottles, sponges and fans in rooms and on the interchange bench, along with inside air conditioning where possible
Permeable jumpers and socks are recommended, along with delegating a club doctor to monitor and manage players for heat stress, which they have to report
The league can choose to increase the length of intervals at halftime and between quarters to enable to teams to leave the field for shade at each break
In the event of forecast excessive heat, which is a wet-bulb reading of 28C or higher to account for humidity rather than dry temperature, the AFL said it would contact clubs to ensure there was adequate preparation before games
It can also consider postponing a game if extreme conditions demand it, but Ms Clyne said that had only happened due to lightning risks
She said a new rule that banned water carriers on field during live play in men's games did not apply to the women's league
AFLW matches had been designed with heat as a "significant consideration", including shorter quarter times, no cap on the number of rotations, and an onus on clubs to give players adequate rest during games
Dr Jay, who works at the University of Sydney, said elite athletes were heat acclimated and "had a better capacity than the average person" to cope with hot conditions
"Some of them actually relish it, in some cases, and if they're very well prepared there should be no problems
" He said if players were on the field in shifts, they could increase the rest ratios relative to how much time they were spending on the field
Dr Jay does not recommend setting a temperature limit to call of play because the variables were too many
He used Australia's 2017 cricket tour to Bangladesh as an example, when players were in ambient temperatures of 30C
"But that's coupled with extraordinary humidity which can be really quite oppressive
"That is far more problematic than a 40C day when it's dry and people are able to evaporate their sweat
