(Hong Kyungsook)

(Hello!)

- Hello. / - This way, please.

Hello.

Please take off your shoes.

You're 39. How old is your husband this year?

He's 41 years old.

- He's 41. And he hoards. / - He's not old.

When something enters the house, it never leaves.

- It never leaves. / - Once it enters, it never leaves.

It never leaves.

Most of the things are about 30 years old.

We have about five to six desktop computers,

and about ten mice and keyboards.

He also keeps credit cards that have expired.

People usually cut them and throw them away.

Yes. But he collects them.

He once represented our building residents.

- He did? / - He kept all papers from their meetings.

- So we have big piles of papers. / - What is

- so important about / - He collects them.

- the meeting transcripts? / - I know.

Why does he collect expired cards?

- He said he had reasons. / - What are they?

- What's the reason? / - Only he knows it.

- Has he always been like this? / - I didn't know.

- Of course. / - When we got married,

I started finding things that made me wonder

- why he's keeping them. / - You started to find them.

I couldn't understand him. And from then on,

it gets even more annoying.

(She learned the truth about her husband.)

I'd like to visit her house.

- Right? / - Her house must be big.

- I think it'd be fun. / - How can everything fit in?

- How does everything fit in the house? / - Is

- your house big? / - It has to be.

Our former house was 100 square meters.

But my father-in-law lived alone, so we moved near him

into a 50-square meter house.

It has three rooms,

but my husband needed space for his stuff.

He moved the children's furniture to the living room,

and he took over their room.

- How do you sleep? / - Our two kids sleep

in the room where we keep all the clothes.

My husband is 177cm tall,

so he's too tall to sleep in any of the rooms.

The living room is quite spacious,

- I'm curious. / - so we sleep in the living room.

Sometimes we eat in front of the bathroom.

- Goodness. / - It feels bad when we do that.

- We asked her for some pictures. / - We get to see it?

- Yes. / - Let's check her house.

(Let's check the pictures.)

- That's tough. / - That room is...

- That's serious. / - That's the problematic room.

It doesn't look like a home.

- Right. / - It's quite organized.

- It's... / - Are there more?

It looks like a storage.

- Goodness. / - They sleep in the living room.

Goodness.

They sleep in the living room.

- What's that? / - How many are they?

How many are there?

Look at those old mobile phones.

- The one on the far left is ancient. / - It's so old.

(Goodness.)

Can't you just throw away everything?

I've tried to many times. I tried everything.

Whenever I ask him if I can throw away something,

he says I can't because it carries memories.

- "Don't you remember? It's from 1999." / - Yes.

Every time I ask about something, he says

it's meaningful and that he can't throw it away.

In the end, nothing gets thrown away.

- Everything is meaningful. / - So...

Why do you ask? You can just throw it.

When we just got married, I threw away

some books and clothes without telling him.

And he noticed the next day.

- He asked where I put them. / - How does he know?

He remembers where everything

is even though he doesn't use it.

So he got really upset.

He was really upset.

(She's frustrated.)

Let's ask her husband why he hoards.

- Hello. / - Hello.

Hello.

- All right. / - All those things are yours, right?

Yes, they are all mine.

How many years have you been collecting them?

I've had them since elementary school.

I guess I started collecting 25 to 30 years ago.

My mom didn't throw away things.

And I am quite possessive.

I believe everything would be useful one day.

That's why I started collecting everything.

When will you use them?

- You can't use them. / - All right.

Let's bring in some of his things and let him

explain the meaning behind each of them.

- Okay. / - Please bring the things in.

I am curious.

- Look at that. / - Look at those encyclopedias.

Encyclopedias.

Goodness.

It's like the things from a museum.

Look at those computers.

(I'm tired of them.)

Look at that. Is that a computer?

That's something.

(Goodness.)

Isn't that the earliest model?

- It won't even turn on. / - It's yellow.

(It must be very old.)

It must be like a really old model.

(Why is he keeping these?)

(Why can't he throw them away?)

(Let's travel down his memory lane.)

There's a pager.

- Please stand in the middle. / - There's a pager.

Goodness.

- There are three pagers. / - There are pagers.

Look at this.

There are also old mobile phones.

This is the so-called "PCS mobile phone".

- Let me see. / - Does it still work?

May I see it?

This is crazy.

Can you get this?

(It's an old phone.)

- Isn't it amazing? / - It's turning on.

- It can be turned on. / - Wait.

- Let me see. / - Everything still works.

- Why does he... / - I've never seen that.

- It's turning on. / - It can be turned on.

(Dongyeop finds something.)

- What's this? / - Everything still works.

This is a sausage box. Why did he...

(He opens the box.)

They are marbles!

Marbles! Marbles!

- Marbles! / - They are marbles!

- It's turning on. / - How can it still work?

(He opens another box.)

(It's filled with marbles of different colors.)

Look at these marbles.

- This is fascinating. / - Look at these marbles.

- Goodness. / - I haven't seen them for so long.

- Right. / - I used to do this.

- They're the colored ones. / - We played games.

- We played games. / - We did this.

- We played with these. / - You have to hit it.

Is this it?

Be careful.

(The marbles are everywhere.)

(You can't lose any of it.)

- You can't lose any of it. / - Hey.

There's an erotic picture here.

(Is there an erotic picture in his phone?)

(An erotic picture?)

There's an erotic picture here.

(She takes the phone.)

(She's surprised.)

Her eyes became big.

(She was too shocked.)

Who is this?

Is this Kim Taehee?

(Who is the girl in the phone?)

(Who is she?)

It's the default background.

- It's the default one. / - It's the default.

It's not an erotic picture. It's an actress.

- Is she a model? / - It's a default background.

Is this the reason you can't toss it?

That's not it.

(No.)

Why are all the phones charged?

- I charge them sometimes. / - You do?

- You charge them? / - Why? You don't use these.

I still use some of them.

- What? / - Does it work?

- Yes. / - If it still works,

you must be paying the phone bill.

- It's nostalgic. / - It's free for old phones.

I didn't know there were sausages like this.

It doesn't cost me anything.

- Is that right? / - Yes.

(He makes sure they are still usable.)

- By the way... / - It still works.

- Shall we ask him about each one? / - It works.

- Why are they worth keeping? / - Are they glasses?

I had this, too.

- I had this, too. / - I want one.

- It's Mickey Mouse. / - Right.

- It's very clean. / - It's pretty.

There's a multiplication table in the back.

- It looks great. / - Look at the back.

- What? / - Really?

It says, "Multiplication Law".

(That proves that it's old.)

(That's why I collect them.)

It's the plastic sheet from 1988.

- It's from the '88 Olympics. / - It's a plastic sheet.

What is this?

"Kang Kang 69".

(The title is strange.)

Look at this.

(They don't need to say more.)

(We get why he'd want to keep it.)

I'm sure it came out in the 1969.

The computer can be turned on, too.

- Can it really? / - Can it?

It doesn't work, but it can be turned on.

The keyboard has a different arrangement.

(It's from the 1980s.)

Why do you keep that?

It works. That's why I keep it.

- It works? / - But you can't use it.

It's not booting.

You have to insert a disc to boot it.

- That's how old it is. / - You need a disc.

- It's so old. / - I see.

This shows how old it is.

Look at the way "Service Center" is written.

- It's... / - Look at this.

"Service Centre".

(It's written in the old way.)

I never knew that.

- "Service Centre". / - "Service Centre".

I studied with that computer.

I majored in computer science

and I work in the IT industry.

- That memory is making me keep it. / - Right.

(How can I throw it away?)

- Look at this. It's an inkstone. / - An inkstone.

- That's so old. / - Do you use this?

My first daughter used it recently.

- Did she? / - Yes.

Did she use it for the first time?

Congratulations.

It was used again after 30 years.

- Good thing you kept it. / - 30 years.

- Congratulations. / - It's been 30 years.

- There's even an inkstone. / - What's this now?

Did you use this when you were young?

- Yes, I did. / - These are Canadian coins.

I used to use this, too.

Why am I starting to understand why he hoards?

- It's... / - It's bringing back my memories.

(He's immersed in the memory.)

(Aren't they supposed to help me?)

- You could sell everything. / - Right.

♫ For the Lord God omnipotent reigneth

- Brothers, sisters, good God.

- [All] Good God!

- Brother Garry really likes to hug after a prayer session.

He is pure of mind and spirit.

Very affectionate.

- Brother Garry, how 'bout you get along with the gardening?

- Loves gardening.

- We became disillusioned with all the major religions.

The lies, the hypocrisy, the Chinese whispers.

- Asian Australian whispers!

- Asian Australian whispers.

One of our members, Sister Mary, studied design.

I used to study, I studied religion,

I used to be a Bible salesman, and after that--

- And I used to be a Tammy Wynette impersonator.

But five years ago, Brother Aaron received an omen

at the exact same time I had a vision

to follow the one true path.

- God ordained us under the holy number of 17

to lead mankind like a beacon in the dark.

- So, when you approached us about doing a web series

about our community, well we just saw this

as a perfect opportunity to share the word of good God.

- And to encourage others to follow our lead.

You see, we work hard, early to bed, early to rise.

- We don't smoke, we don't swear,

when we stub our toe we shout ship!

- Our F word is fun, you see there's more fun in that.

- Yeah.

- So this is our community meeting place

where everything happens.

- Hi Sister Lorie. - Hey, how are ya?

- Sister Tammy.

- Of course as you know, we work together,

we pray together, we sleep together.

- We're all one with oneness here.

We even share in our daily chores together as one.

- Some more than others!

- Why don't you go and have a look inside

what's happening in the kitchen?

- Yeah, okay, this is where the real magic happens,

how we going in there brother?

So we get together as a community every day,

we discuss some of the issues in the community

and probably, more importantly--

- Sister Tammy?

Sorry to interrupt guys,

there's somebody here to see you guys.

- Oh, great. - Oh okay, thank you.

Welcome brother.

- Mr. and Mrs. Bilch?

- Well this is Brother Aaron and I am Sister Tammy.

- Don't worry about the cameras.

- I'm from the ATO, we have it on file that your church--

- Murch. - What?

- Mosque, church, murch, we follow the one true path.

- Praise be.

- We have it on file that your last murch

was destroyed by lightning.

- No, that was fire.

- And the one before that-- - Lightning.

- And the one before that-- - Sinkhole.

- Such a shame.

- So where do you pray now?

- Outside, at our prayer circle.

- All around us.

- We don't recognize a place of worship

unless it's part of a permanent structure.

You have one month to source one inside

or we take away your charity status.

- We adhere to a higher law.

- Then you'll lose your tax concessions.

(loud crashing)

- Ship.

- Oh Brother Garry.

- We need a new murch, now I know you're gonna miss

our old prayer circle--

- No. - Not a bit.

- But despite the omen God gave us

by destroying our last murch-- - Three times!

- Three positive omens, and according to the ATO

we need a new place of worship.

- I thought we only listened to the word of God.

- Well he has-- - Or she!

- Or she has spoken through a government official.

- We could share with the Jewslims across the road?

- What, those religious nuts?

Nope, nope, we need our own place.

- [Sister Candy] Why don't we just convert the dining hall?

- [Aaron] Maybe.

- This doesn't look a place of worship.

- Yeah Garry's room's like right there.

- No, no, actually, that actually might work.

I mean I know that it would need a bit of work but,

I think, no, I am sure that we can do this.

- Yes we can put an altar in the corner,

and pews down the middle.

- Well, no, no, no, the altar has to go in the middle

and pews around it, that's the only way--

(chattering and bickering)

- Brothers and sisters, brothers and sisters,

remember our breathing.

- Okay, okay, why don't we come up with a concept

that we're all happy with?

- I'll start working on a new design.

- Thank you Sister Mary.

- Wait!

I'd like to design the next murch.

- Brother Steve you studied business.

- Doesn't mean I can't design a place of prayer.

- Actually it does.

- Us new members don't have any input.

You founding members, you get to decide everything.

And it's not fair.

- All right, all right, so who here would actually like

to design our new murch?

- [Brother Snoop] No Garry, don't.

- Okay, now Sister Mary, you've designed the last three.

Now I think that there might be a little bit of inequality

that is occurring between our old members and our new

that we need to balance out.

So I think that it is only fair

that we let Brother Steve have a chance.

- Okay, okay, well why don't you both come up with a design

and then we'll vote?

- That's a great idea, okay, fantastic, good God!

- [All] Good God!

- Leaders!

(laughing)

No, no, no, we're not the leaders,

in our community we're all the leaders.

- Absolutely, or followers.

- Or followers, yep, no, we wanted to give Brother Steve

an equal opportunity to express himself,

and that's why we're holding this election.

- Well of course, I mean, equal opportunity for all

is one of our core beliefs, so it's responsibility

for each and every one of us, everyone,

to correct any inequality that may occur.

- Or may not occur. - Or may not occur.

- In conclusion, this is a practical

and elegant design, thank you.

(clapping)

Thank you.

- Thank you Sister Mary.

Now, this may not be exactly what we end up with,

but it represents what we as a community want.

Now my design will be big, beautiful, and fun.

(amazed gasps)

(clapping)

- Brother Steve, have you calculated

the differential pressures affecting

the structural integrity of the pulpit?

- Maybe. - And what's this?

- A wall. - What kind of wall?

A load bearing wall, a structural or--

- I can build a wall if I wish to build a wall.

- No you can't actually, it's a--

- Yes I can, I'm gonna build a great murch.

- What does that even mean?

- I'm going to make murch great again!

(clapping)

- Thank you Brother Steve.

All right, so, all of those in favor

of Sister Mary's design.

- [Garry] I'll have an ice cream.

- Thank you Brother Garry.

And all of those in favor of Brother Steve's?

Okay, so it's decided,

we'll be going with Brother Steve's design.

(clapping and cheering)

- [All] Praise good God, praise good God, praise good God!

Praise good God, praise good God!

- I look after the vegetable garden.

Water the vegetables, make sure they grow,

pull out the weeds,

but this is a, it's a good place.

There's always been an imbalance on big decisions here,

and I say it's time for change.

No I think the design of the murch is very, very important.

(loud crashing)

- Brother Steve's design didn't work out.

- Well no, no, no, no, so, no,

so we encouraged him to simplify it.

- We felt that a minimalist approach would be safer.

- And I think you're gonna find we've come up

with a pretty elegant space.

- Yeah.

- Praise good God?

(soft gasps)

Queen has reportedly told Princes William and Harry it is time for them to stop "soul-baring" - Duration: 4:04.

The Queen has reportedly told Princes William and Harry it is time for them to stop soul

baring and be more like their grandfather, the Duke of Edinburgh.

Sources suggest she instructed the younger royals to place more emphasis on their state

duties, just days after Prince Philip announced he will be stepping down from the public eye

in the autumn.

The news comes just weeks after both princes spoke out about the struggle of coming to

terms with the death of their mother, Princess Diana, as part of the Heads Together mental

health campaign.

Speaking to the Sunday Times, a royal insider said: As successful as that campaign was,

it might be that soul baring isnt what Buckingham Palace is looking for.

The direct impact [of Prince Philips retirement] will be that the Cambridges will

be expected to step up and undertake more state business and do less of their campaign

work. On Thursday, the palace confirmed the Duke of Edinburgh will no longer attend

public engagements.

The Duke, who turns 96 next month, has been in the public eye for 70 years.

The announcement was made shortly after the Queen called an unexpected meeting with all

senior staff and aides, prompting worldwide speculation about the Dukes health.

In a statement, Buckingham Palace said: His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh has decided

that he will no longer carry out public engagements from the autumn of this year.

In taking this decision, The Duke has the full support of The Queen.

Prince Philip will attend previously scheduled engagements between now and August, both individually

and accompanying The Queen.

Thereafter, The Duke will not be accepting new invitations for visits and engagements,

although he may still choose to attend certain public events from time to time.

The Duke of Edinburgh is Patron, President or a member of over 780 organisations, with

which he will continue to be associated, although he will no longer play an active role by attending

engagements.

Her Majesty will continue to carry out a full programme of official engagements with

the support of members of the Royal Family. Following news of the Dukes retirement

from public life, royal insiders claimed the Duchess of Cambridge was looking to step into

his shoes, in an effort to emulate his royal role as consort.

Reports suggest the Duchess is a great admirer of Prince Philip, suggesting she intendeds

to mirror the way he has supported the Queen, as she prepares herself to become Prince Williams

consort.

sources speaking to The Sunday Express have also suggested that the couple are unlikely

to have more children now that they are poised to increase their official workload.

The Cambridges are due to relocate to London from Anmer Hall, their Norfolk home in the

summer, before Prince George starts school in September.

Princess Charlotte is expected to be enrolled at the kindergarten on the same site at Thomass

Battersea.

Prince Harry is also set take on a more prominent role following his laudable contribution to

last months hugely successful Heads Together campaign.

The increased workload also comes after the Prince worked to raise global awareness on

hard-hitting issues like AIDS and the rehabilitation of wounded soldiers.

Cavs vs. Warriors: Andre Iguodala feeling better just in time for tough assignment - Duration: 3:27.

Cavs vs. Warriors: Andre Iguodala feeling better just in time for tough assignment

Sweeping the San Antonio Spurs and earning 10 days of rest in between the West finals and the NBA Finals is paying off for the Golden State Warriors and particularly Andre Iguodala, who battled through injury in the conference finals and is now getting added rest in preparation of the season-defining series.

Iguodala played just 10 minutes in Game 1 of the conference finals with a sore left knee and missed Game 2 after undergoing an MRI that came back with no major concerns.

He played limited minutes, by his standards, in both Games 3 and 4 as Mike Brown eased him back into action. And with the defending NBA champion Cavaliers looming, hes rounding into shape with an expanded role expected.

I feel good, Iguodala told the Mercury News after practice on Saturday. Right now, you have to block out everything.. Iguodala was the NBA Finals MVP in 2015 largely because of his contributions defensively against LeBron James and the Cavaliers.

In addition to adding 16.3 points per game in that series, he was a dynamic player on defense who typically drew the assignment of James for long stretches -- an assignment hell likely draw again if he can remain healthy.

Last season the Warriors blew a 3-1 NBA Finals lead to the Cavaliers.

That development coincided with the decline of Iguodalas health, as he dealt with back issues down the stretch of the series despite remaining a constant in the lineup as far as minutes played.

Iguodala has averaged 25. 3 minutes and 6. 5 points per game in the playoffs for the Warriors, but was limited to 12. 8 minutes and 2. 8 points per game against the Spurs in the Western Conference finals.
