let's just be heartbreaking as a parent to watch that there's no words to

describe when you see your child so sick like that doctor Nowak suggested the

trovato's participate in hospitalized food challenge testing to determine what

he could eat he tried five different foods one food a day he has to actually

ingest the food to see if he reacts to it the first grader made some serious

headway over the years today he can eat apples maybe when there was positive

Hello, everybody.

Thank you for coming to this week's video blog here at California Realty Training.

It's good to see you again.

My name, Robert Rico, California Realty Training, hoping to bring some great information again

to you.

Hoping you're taking all this, eating it up, and using it in your new real estate career.

Listen, today I want to discuss something that's actually important to you if you're

working with buyers.

Now, in my career, the last 22 years, I've worked with buyers and sellers, and in fact,

I enjoy working with buyers.

I've seen other people try to work with buyers, but they make a few mistakes.

These are some mistakes I don't want you to do when it comes to working with buyers.

Working with buyers is fun.

Why?

Because it's emotional.

They get their house, they're excited, they love you, they hug you, you hand them the

keys, it's very exciting.

It's a great time.

But, there's some things that realtors who are new don't actually prepare for, they overlook,

and it can cause them to lose a buyer.

When you lose a buyer, what else are you losing?

That's right, you're losing commission, your money, and we don't want that to happen.

Ready?

This is the deal.

That's what we call, or I call, the five Ps.

I want you to make sure that you don't make these mistakes, the five Ps.

Number one, we want you to be prepared.

You have to be prepared.

If you're not prepared, it's going to be a very difficult ride with your buyer, meaning

you have to be prepared with the houses that you're going to show them, be prepared with

the information on these houses, be prepared.

That's the first P. Number two, be proactive.

Please be proactive.

You don't just want to lollygag here and lollygag there.

Be proactive.

If they want a certain type of house that's not on the market, go out and try to find

it.

Let them know you're working hard for them.

Be diligent.

Say, "Hey, they may not be on the market now, but I am going to go out and do the best I

can to find the house that you need for your family."

So, be proactive, and let them know you're being proactive.

They love to see their realtor working hard for them.

The next one, the next P. The third P, passionate.

When you got your real estate license, I'm hoping you did it because you love the field.

A lot of people don't.

They get into it for the money, so they're not really passionate about the career in

general.

Be passionate about the career.

Love it.

Hug it.

Take care of it.

Take care of your clients.

You got to be passionate about the career in general, that you love doing all the tasks,

all the activities when it comes to your real estate career.

Love it, love it, love it.

They'll see you loving your career, they're going to love you for loving the real estate

career.

The next P, you got to be professional.

Come on.

You got to be professional.

How many times have we seen people in a customer service field, whatever it is, and they're

not acting or dressed or speaking professionally?

You got to keep professional at all times.

Of course, people prefer that.

It doesn't mean you always have to be dressed up in a suit or a beautiful dress, but it

does help when you have good hygiene, look good, smell good.

Have your hair looking good.

Sometimes we have a bad hair day, so what?

But try to keep it together.

Make it acceptable.

If I were you, I'd go up, step it up a notch and look good at all times.

Speak well at all times.

People love professionalism, especially in real estate.

You're not going to sell them a car, you're not going to sell them a shirt, you're going

to sell them a very expensive investment.

Last but not least, in my opinion, the most important and crucial one is being personable.

Are you personable?

We discussed this in the past.

Listen, this is serious.

Real estate is a people business, bottom line.

Real estate is a people business.

You got to get to know your clients, especially your buyers.

Again, they're going through the most challenging, the difficult time investing in this massive

property.

They're going to spend hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars, and be in debt

for the next, possibly, 30 years, and it's all going to be on a product that you showed

them.

It's already stressful as it is.

Be personable with them.

Open up a little.

Talk about your family.

Talk about your pets.

Get to know them.

In my opinion, the best way to keep a buyer is to let them love you genuinely.

They'll genuinely love you when they start to like you just because you're you.

That's when you know for sure not only have you gotten a client, but you've gotten yourself

a friend.

Most of my clients have become my friends.

Why?

Because I was myself and I was able to make them comfortable throughout this whole challenging

process, because it can be challenging.

So, let's review that one more time.

Number one, be prepared.

Number two, be proactive.

Number three, be passionate.

Number four, be professional.

Last but not least, in my opinion, the most important one, hey, be personable, huh?

Let them know that you're just a regular person out for their best interests.

Don't lose any buyers.

It's nice to have them because they also come with commission.

We come to a question that may be the main question that keeps many people from believing

in the Christian God.

It's the problem of evil and suffering.

And it goes like this: How can a good God who is all-loving and all-powerful, allow

so much evil and suffering in the world?

My guest today is one of the finest philosophers in the world, Dr. William Lane Craig.

And, Dr. Craig, how would you go about answering this question?

Dr. William Lane Craig: In dealing with this question, John, I think it's vitally important

that we distinguish between what I call the intellectual problem of evil and the emotional

problem of evil.

The intellectual problem of evil concerns how to give a rational account of the coexistence

of God and the suffering in the world.

The emotional problem concerns how to dissolve people's dislike or abhorrence of a God

who would permit them or others to suffer terribly.

And I think this distinction is vitally important, because the answer to the philosophical problem

will probably appear dry and uncaring to the person who is actually suffering emotionally

from evil.

On the other hand, the answer to the emotional problem is apt to appear superficial and philosophically

inadequate to someone contemplating it as a mere philosophical question.

So I believe that most people are really dealing with an emotional problem of evil, not an

intellectual problem.

But it's important to address both, because people think the problem is intellectual;

and by dissolving that version of the problem, we can then really get to the root issue,

which is the emotional problem.

so again for getting rid of stress is not the solution because the world is

more than that what we really want to do is help the body deal with the stress

better it's a physiological problem in addition to just the emotional stress so

people think of stress and they say oh yeah I have too much to do but it's it's

the emotional and the chemical and the structural stress it all interferes and

then we do something else in this office that takes a little more explaining but

it's it's basically about how the autonomic nervous system how flexible

and how good is it and regulating does it tend to get stuck or is it confused

and all of those factors can involve those stressors that we mentioned the

scars and the metals and so on so yes stress is a big problem it is

often the initiator but we can't just look at that

Cute, cuddly, and playful, cats are one of the best companions a person can have.

But if you're going to have one, why not have an exotic and expensive breed.

Today, we'll look at some of the most expensive cat breeds money can buy.

#10 Egyptian Mau Cat Priced from $500 to $800, the Egyptian Mau,

is one of the few naturally spotted cat breeds.

They're also the fasted among the domestic cats clocking in at speeds of up to 48 kilometers

an hour.

This speed is made possible by their longer hind legs and a unique flap of skin on the

back of the knee that provides greater agility and length of stride.

The Egyptian Maus are known to chirp, emit unusual sounds when excited, and are also

known to wiggle their tails when they're happy.

#9 Norwegian Forest Cat Priced from $600 to $800, the Norwegian Forest

Cat originates from Northern Europe.

These cats have long water-shedding furs with a woolly undercoat that is perfect for the

cold weather of Norway.

It's said that Vikings brought these cats to Norway around 1,000 AD and bread them into

their current form.

The Norwegian Forest cat is good at climbing with a lifespan of up to 14 to 16 years.

These cats are friendly, intelligent, and good with people.

However, they have a great amount of energy and can demand a lot of attention.

#8 British Short Hair Cat Priced from $800 to $1,200, the British Shorthair

has a chunky body, with a dense coat and broad face.

Thought to have originated from European domestic cats imported into Britain by the Romans around

100 AD, these cats are one of the oldest cat breeds known to man.

The British Shorthair comes in various colors and patterns, including tabby and colorpoint,

but the most popular color is the "British Blue".

Famous for being the inspiration for Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, these cats are

easygoing and well-tempered.

#7 Scottish Fold Cat Priced from $200 to $3,000, the Sottish Fold

Cat gets its name from its characteristic ear fold that give the cat a round and owl-like

appearance.

The original Scottish Fold was a white barn cat named Susie, who was found in a farm in

Scotland in 1961, and subsequently bred into the current Scottish Fold.

While cute in appearance, these cats suffer a genetic defect that causes joint pains throughout

most of their lives.

Many experts call for a ban on these breeds due to their genetic defects and UK's pedigree

cat registry GCCF even stopped registering the Scottish Folds in an effort to stop breeding.

However, due to the cat's popularity, many enthusiasts including celebrities are still

looking to own a Scottish Fold.

#6 Sphynx Cat Priced from $300 to $3,000, the Sphynx Cat

is famous for its lack of fur, which is the result of selective breeding beginning in

the 60s.

The cat is not completely naked though.

It has a coat of fine fur over its body, which gives the cat a texture similar to chamois.

Because the Sphynx has very little hair, they tend to lose more body heat than other cats,

thus they exhibit a more aggressive heat seeking behavior.

These cats are known for their energy, intelligence, and affection for their owners.

They are dog-like in that they greet their owners at the door and are friendly toward

strangers.

#5 Russian Blue Cat Priced from $400 to $3,000, the Russian Blue

cat is a sliver or greyish cat that has a short but plush coat of fur that makes it

stand out amongst other cat breeds.

These cats are a naturally occurring breed that is believed to have originated in the

port Arkhangelsk, Russia.

It's said that sailors took the Russian Blues from Russia to Great Britain sometime

in the 1860's.

These cats will play fetch and open doors for their owners and are known to be good

family pets.

#4 Peterbald Cat Priced from $1,200 to $5,000, the Peterbald

cat is another naked cat on this list.

These cats were bred during the latter half of 1994 in St. Petersburg, Russia by mating

a Don Hairless and an Oriental Shorthair.

They are known to have a long muzzle, large ears that are set apart, and an elegant body

with long legs.

They're sometimes confused with a Sphynx Cat, but the Peterbald cat has a long set

of whiskers while the Sphynx has broken or no whiskers.

Also, while the Peterbald has a long narrow head, the Sphynx has a short and wide face

that has an "always-worried" expression on it.

#3 Persian Cat Priced from $500 to $5,500, Persian cats are

known for their short muzzle and round face.

The origin of this Persian breed is unclear, but these cats are often found in ancient

hieroglyphics, and were imported to Europe sometime around 1620.

The Persian has a long and thick coat with short legs, and a wide head with large eyes.

They have an extremely short muzzle with ears that are set far apart from each other.

These cats are known to be quiet and well-tempered, making them perfect for apartment life.

However, these cats suffer breathing difficulties due to their shortened face and has a short

average life span of about 12.5 years.

#2 Bengal Cat Priced from $1,000 to $25,000, the Bengal

cat has spots that resemble those from jungle cats such as the leopard.

They were developed by selective breeding from hybrids of Asian leopard cats with domestic

cats in the 1970's, with the purpose of creating a friendly cat with exotic markings.

Bengal cats are known for their affinity toward water and require a lot of love and attention

from their owners.

They are highly intelligent and likes to play games such as fetch and other tricks.

When bored, they are known to play with buttons and switches on household appliances.

#1 Savannah Cat Priced from $1,500 to $50,000, the most expensive

cat in the world, the Savannah, has characteristic spots and pointy ears that give it a wild

and exotic look.

The Savannah was crossbred in 1986, between a Siamese domestic cat and a Serval, which

is a large-eared African cat.

It's sometimes confused with the so called "Ashera cat", which was marketed by a

company called "Lifestyle Pets" as a different and new breed.

However genetic testing revealed that the so called "Ashera cat" is the same breed

as the Savannah, just commercially repackaged so it could be resold at a much higher price.

Because of its wild heritage, some countries prohibit domestic ownership and some have

even banned any type of importation.

These cats are usually compared to dogs by the owners because of their loyalty and their

tendency to follow their owners around the house.

Savannah's are certainly dignified and majestic, but at its price tag, definitely not for every

household.

What's up boys, it's Jose Zuniga and for today I got some more fire

content. So if you guys remember not too long ago, I did a "How well you could

dress from Walmart?" And the whole premise of that was, just to see how well you

could dress from a store that's not as stylish as H&M or Zara. Anybody could go

in there and like blindly pick out a stylish outfit but at Costco,

at Walmart, not anybody can do that. I'm gonna give it a shot. So today we're

gonna be shopping at Costco and just see how stylish we can make an outfit. Let's go.

Alright boys so we are in Costco and as

you can see we have a vast, sea of clothing in here. It's pretty intense, so

I'm gonna be here for a while but honestly I think it might be better than

Dude those are these are better deals than in H&M and the cool thing here is that

there's Calvin Klein, there's Lucky Brand, there's actually name-brand, it's

not like some cheap like little unknown brands these are like big boy brands, so

this is actually pretty cool and get one of these pants.

Yo, they even have Tommy Hilfiger here, nine dollar Tommy Hilfiger pocket tee.

You usually buy Tommy Hilfiger at Urban Outfitters for like fifty bucks.

They also have like their in-house Kirkland and this stuff is like really good quality.

I'm gonna take both and they might compare the outfits.

Alright so now I need something more casual and luckily for us,

Costco even has Lucky Brand, for 30 bucks.

So I copped the Lucky Brand in my size, cha-ching for that.

So I want to, since it's fall and winter we're gonna have to get a flannel.

Dude, literally I feel like I'm in H&M or something 'cause

everything looks good here. We got nice work wear, flannel these are way thicker

so they're perfect for fall in winter and a lot to choose from. So we're good

to go here. Now I'm gonna take this up a notch, I'm gonna do a dapper outfit from

Costco as well. And finally I mean to complete the dapper look, we need some

sort of trousers... Kenneth Cole for 30 bucks

and I like this color like it's very versatile I can wear with a lot.

Alright guys, so like I said, we are fully done but some of this clothes since it is Costco clothes, I've never

tried it before so I don't know how it's gonna fit, and like I've always said if

you want your clothing to fit amazing to the point that most people won't even

know you're buying from Walmart or Costco, you need to get a tailored.

So were now at my local tailoring shop, we're gonna tailor some of the oversized stuff and

after you're not even gonna believe how good it's gonna look.

Alright boys, so we're back from the tailoring shop, got all my Costco clothes here, and let me

tell you I am surprised at how good the Costco clothes is, I think you're gonna be too.

But before I get into all that, I do want to talk about our partner Rose Gold and Black.

some of these clothes, so first I want to highlight these trousers from Kenneth Cole.

Honestly, one of the best pickups yet I only spent like 20 bucks on these

things and after getting them tailored they fit amazing, and that light gray

looks good with everything. Now sadly, I couldn't get a dress shirt because I didn't

find a size in Costco but they had tons of dress shirts so I am pairing it with one

of my own personal dress shirts, but the point is if you were to catch me in the

street with this, you would never in a million years think I got this fit from

Costco. Now if dressing dapper like that isn't surprising enough, casual

menswear in Costco is insanely stylish as well. For example, I got these twill

Calvin Klein chinos, again you're getting these big-name brands for ridiculously

low prices. I bought these for $19, got them tailor as you can see they look amazing and I just

threw a simple white tee over it. Like I said, Costco did have two amazing white tees

they had their own in store one which is the Kirkland and they also had the Tommy Hilfiger.

Is it as good as their essential tees, that's not a fair comparison.... But that's not the point of this video.

The reason why I like the Tommy Hilfiger again is just for the

fact that I know that if you were to go to Urban Outfitters or PacSun you

would be paying 50 bucks for it, I got it for like nine dollars. And finally one of

my favorite pickups from Costco, these Lucky Brand Jeans.

Go to any Lucky Brand near you store and you're paying $100 plus for a

pair of denim. I bought these for under $30. Now to be fair it was a straight cut,

so it didn't suit my style but again going to the tailor and getting a quick

tapered job for around ten bucks. Now I have a slim modern pair of denim that's

from a quality brand cheaper than what you would pay at H&M. Pairing that with

that super thick quality flannel, I've talked to you guys about flannels before

in this video, and all you want to look in a flannel is stick with your basic

colors, get a plaid design and make sure it's thick and that's basically it.

Those are three complete outfits I got from Costco for around a

hundred bucks, that are super stylish. And that's basically it for today's video
