here's what I'd like for you

to reflect upon as you're getting ready today

When was a time where you felt in rhythm?

where you felt in tune?

Where you felt in flow with the energy around you?

where things just seemed to

come easy and without effort

where your ideas just, "where did that come from?"

those kind of moments

when is a time where you felt that?

for me I often feel like that on my birthday

it just seems like I wake up with this energy

And everything goes my way

and people are so nice to me

and yes it's my birthday

but I wonder if my emotions start to

magnify and enhance the flow of the day

so think about it:

when was a time in your life

where you felt in flow?

Is it creating music? Is it going for a run?

is it meditating? is it cooking?

is it doing something detail-oriented?

think about it, take note

because the more we notice these times

the more we can reproduce them

pay attention to how you breathe

pay attention to the way your body is

pay attention to it throughout this week

write it down and think about what were the circumstances

that allowed for me to get into that moment.

What emotions was I feeling?

because the more we take note the more we can reproduce it
