To knit we are going to insert our right hand needle into the first loop on the left hand

needle, from left to right, from front to back, and once you have inserted the needle

into the loop, take your yarn and wrap it around the needle, pull that loop through

the loop on the left hand needle and slide the loop from the left hand needle off.

We transferred our stitch to the right hand needle after pulling a loop through the loop.

I'll do a few more stitches very slowly so you can follow along.

Thank you for watching this video.

It is part of a huge project on my website, all dedicated to learning how to knit.

Natalie, Assistant Hotel Manager Part 2 - How I got my job and where I'm going - Duration: 6:41.

I kind of fell into hospitality.

I went to art school in San Francisco and Portland, Oregon,

and in Portland, there was a call for entry

for a muralist to do some work

at this place called Rudy's Barbershops.

So I did a mural for them and the manager

who I was working with was so impressed by how punctual

I was that she hired me as a front desk manager.

So fast-forward two years, I was making my plans

to move to New York, I knew I wanted to go,

and I was at a holiday party for my company,

and at the holiday party was the owner

of the Ace Hotel who manages properties in a number

of different locations, one of them being New York,

and kind of chatted her up, and said,

hey, I want to move to New York.

And she was like, you should apply

to work at the hotel when you come to New York.

So, that's kind of exactly what I did.

I moved to New York, I got a temporary job

just so I could survive,

and then I applied to the Ace Hotel,

and got a position as a reservations agent.

I don't want to say I got bored,

I was there for two years, but I knew I was ready

to move forward with something, I had an art opportunity.

And so when I left the Ace Hotel,

I decided to come here, which was to Nu Hotel,

and I got a position as a front office manager here.

I'm sort of naturally inclined

to want to help people and to organize things,

just to make things better for everyone,

because I think when things are organized,

people are happier.

So, being the front office manager here

was really challenging, but has since been very rewarding.

I was promoted to a rooms division manager about a year,

almost two years after I had worked

as a front office manager,

and then about nine months after that

I was promoted to an assistant general managing position.

Within hospitality, you really make

the most money when you get promoted,

so that's kind of a nice boot to the whole thing.

There are a number of ways to become

an assistant general manager.

There's kind of two routes that people take primarily.

One is that you would go to hospitality school,

you would get your degree, and then you would apply

for a position within a hotel, and that's really great.

It's good to know, have that foundational background,

and sort of all the theoretical information

that's going to help you,

but hospitality is really great,

because it's also an industry where

you don't need to do any of that.

You can apply as a front desk agent,

or a reservations agent, or whatever position in the hotel,

and by making yourself an asset to the team,

and showing that you care about the hotel,

you can get promoted within.

A lot of hotels, I would say the

majority of hotels, always promote within.

They're always looking for candidates who really care

about the brand, who really care about the hotel

who they can really promote in a positive way.

I really don't apply for many jobs.

I've been very lucky in that, I would say,

90% of the jobs I've applied for, I've gotten.

But that's not because of anything, not because I'm amazing,

it's because I really do a lot of analysis beforehand.

When I'm looking for a job, I first of all identify

how much money am I trying to make,

and what do I want to do,

and what are my skills, essentially.

And then when I'm looking for a job,

I'm considering these factors.

I'm looking at, what are they asking for?

Is this something that I can make that commitment to?

Does my skillset match this skillset?

Realistically, honestly, objectively

does it match it match this skillset?

Is this something I think I can actually do?

Is this something that I want to do?

And does this pay me the amount that I want?

So, for me, I have a longer period of looking for a job,

and then once I apply for a job, I'm committed,

and I kind of go into the interview

with this attitude of I already want this job,

this job is perfect for me, here's why,

I've really thought about it,

I've thought about every aspect of this job,

even the parts I don't know about, I've researched.

Also, researching the company is really important

when you go into an interview.

I can't tell you how many interviews I've done personally

where I ask people what do you know about Nu Hotel,

and they're like, nothing.

And I'm like, oh, great, awesome.

Just doing a lot of research in advance to make sure

that it's where I want to be, and I think that has made all

of my interviews very positive.

I've had a very lucky route with applying for jobs.

For someone in my role as the assistant general manager,

a typical path would be to start at

the assistant general managing position,

move into a general managing position,

and move to an area general managing position.

So general managers, obviously,

overseeing the entire hotel.

An area general manager would be to oversee

numerous properties within the same area.

And then from there I think you get a new set of goals.

(laughing)

Because that's kind of a good trajectory.

If you wanted to be in hospitality

as a career for a lifetime,

eventually you could work in the corporate office,

work to establish brand, brand development.

And you could also be responsible for

being part of teams that buy hotels.

I mean there's a lot of different ways you can go

once your in the corporate office.

When it comes to my personal goals,

what I want to do and how I want to spend my time,

for me I think it is going to be valuable for me

to continue in hospitality, definitely at the GM level.

I think that knowing how to run a successful operation

is going to be valuable for a couple of reasons,

and it kind of depends on where I end up going.

I would like to work in the corporate office in a sense,

and help to develop the brand a little bit more.

I think that I'm really good at identifying

how the local community can be a part

of hotels in a way that makes them

really important parts of the community.

That's something that I would like to work on more,

but that really depends on whether or not

that's in the objective of the corporation itself.

So I think that is a goal for me, personally,

but if that's not within the goal

of this particular organization,

or maybe it's just not a good fit for hospitality,

I think there's other ways that my

skills of running an operation,

could work well in another field.

One field I've sort of thought

about utilizing these skills would be,

potentially running operations at a museum,

or a larger gallery, or something like that.

They have very similar structures

when is comes to managing your budget,

managing labor, managing expenses.

Also just making sure that the day-to-day operations

are happening the way that they're supposed to be.

So I think a lot of those skills could apply.

Personally, I also would like

to just keep showing hard work.

I've setup a life where my career in hospitality

is able to assist in my career in the art world,

which is really wonderful.

How to Make Him Worry About Losing You - Duration: 10:37.

Welcome to my channel!

Please CHECK OUT my channel.

My channel has many love advices to find a boyfriend, it may be useful for you!

Topic's today: How to Make Him Worry About Losing You: 15 Ways that Really Work

Do you ever feel like you could disappear and your man wouldn't notice?

Here's how to make him worry about losing you and stop taking you for granted.

Ever feel like you are undervalued and underappreciated?

Sometimes in a relationship, it becomes easy to take advantage of one another or just to assume that the other person is going to be around forever.

If you are sick of being treated like it matters not if you live, die, breathe, don't breathe, or simply exist,

there is a way to bring back that attentive guy who couldn't live without you.

You have to know how to make him worry about losing you.

Yes, that guy is still in there somewhere.

He may just need some major coaxing to find his way out.

In any relationship,

no matter how comfortable you are with each other, there are ways to creep insecurity back in… the good kind.

A little healthy tension and jealousy are the best way to snap him out of taking you for granted and

give him a vision of what it looks like when you are no longer there to be his maid, cook, and booty call.

Not that I think playing games is a good idea.

But, if the choices are to either move along and find someone else or try to rekindle what you once had, then I think some trickery might be in order.

The key to using these tips for how to make him worry about losing you is that you don't go overboard.

Jealousy is a good thing in small amounts.

But, if you make him question your loyalty or whether he should trust you, then you might just have gone too far.

Here are the tips for how to make him worry about losing you.

#1 Have a friend text you under an imaginary contact.

The thing that will make him worry about losing you most is thinking that there are still other men who find you desirable and want to score with you.

The best way to remind him that you meet people out in the world every day who may be interested

in dating you is to create a fake contact on your phone like "Jake" and then have a friend text you.

When he sees another guy's phone number blowing up your phone,

it will certainly send his anxiety high and make him fearful that there might be someone else out there better suited – or just plain better – than him.

#2 Make yourself unavailable.

If you are always the one who is sitting around waiting for him to contact you or to check in on your day,

then it is time to make yourself unavailable.

If he suddenly can't contact you any time that he wants,

he might be reminded of what it was like to not have someone as awesome as you in his life.

#3 Be elusive about your plans.

If you are someone who always checks in and checks with him before making plans,

then it is time to stop being so accountable and accounted for.

Instead of telling him the aspects of your night on the town or downplaying it to make it sound like you don't have anything important going on, keep the details all to yourself.

Next time, make him guess what you are up to.

If all of a sudden you stop filling in the gaps and telling him every aspect of your life,

he will wonder why you are leaving the specifics out and what you are doing differently.

Making him question things is always a great tip for how to make him worry about losing

#4 Talk a whole lot about a co-worker that is good-looking.

If he comes by the office once in a while and notices Matt in the cubicle next to you is hot, you likely have seen that quick glance of panic.

If you suddenly start talking about Matt and he is included in your conversation nonchalantly,

then he will start to wonder why you are talking and thinking about him so much.

Including a good-looking guy in the conversation here and there is a great way to keep him wondering how much time you are spending with other guys.

Or worse yet, daydreaming about him.

#5 Stop doing the things he loves so much.

We all want to make the guy in our lives happy.

So, we do those little things to brighten his day or make a horrible day less so.

If you want to make him worry about what life will be without you, then stop doing all those things that say "I love you."

If you pause doing the things that say "I have been thinking about you" for a bit,

it will make him question whether you have been thinking about him or not.

#6 Stop instantly answering his text messages.

One of the biggest reasons why a guy starts to pull away or take advantage of someone is because girls themselves too needy or they stop being a challenge.

So, another tip for how to get him to worry about losing you is to stop answering his text messages immediately.

If he shoots you a text, don't answer him right away… or at all.

If you don't answer him,

you will be surprised at how quickly he will be blowing up your phone wondering why the change has occurred and freaking out that your feelings might be changing.

Make yourself a challenge again by not being so clingy and responsive.

#7 Try some new moves in the bedroom.

How do people typically learn new bedroom tricks?

Well, I suppose some look online, but usually, women get their new tricks from being with someone else.

If you put some effort into your sexual performance or add a couple of things to it, he will wonder what you have been doing in your spare time.

Also, if you show him your wild side, it might make him wonder what else you have been hiding from him.

#8 Put a lock on your phone.

Sure, you have nothing to hide, so it makes no sense to put a pass code on your phone.

But if you haven't had one and you suddenly do, he will start to wonder why you are acting all secretive.

Think about it, if he put a pass code on his cell if he hadn't had one before, you would probably worry that he was getting texts from someone that he didn't want you to know about.

Guys' brains might not always work the same all the time, but in this instance, they do.

#9 Change your passwords.

Just like putting on a pass code, changing your password will stop him from having access to all your stuff.

It isn't really that he cares or looks through it,

but the thought that you have kept something from him and put things under lock and key will drive him crazy, and he'll wonder what you are up to.

That translates into worrying about losing you.

#10 Do things to better yourself.

If you have put on the "relationship ten pounds," suddenly start working out.

Getting into shape will work two-fold.

One, he will wonder why you all of a sudden care so much about the way that you look.

And two, it will restore you back to the girl that he couldn't keep his eyes off of and never, ever, took for granted.

#11 Flirt.

It is easy to get out of the practice of flirting with other guys.

Just for the record, even if you don't care about learning how to make him worry about losing you, flirting is a good thing for you to maintain a healthy self-esteem.

It will also remind you and him that there are other fish in the sea.

If you want him to worry about losing you, then maybe you need to consider how much you really have to lose.

Flirting will jog your memory about a time when a guy adored you and thought you were the hot dignity.

#12 Send yourself flowers.

Send yourself flowers without a note.

That will make him wonder who is trying to win you over.

Flowers say "I have romantic feelings for you" and that will make his brain spell trouble.

#13 Go away for a weekend.

There is nothing that can make a guy miss you more than giving him some time alone to miss you.

Absence really does make the heart grow fonder.

Let him feel what it is like to not have you around.

#14 Have a care-less attitude.

Women are creatures of habit and caring about the men in their life is hardwired.

Unfortunately, those qualities are usually not the same in men.

If you want to know how to make him worry about losing you, then you have to develop a "care-less" attitude about him.

If he doesn't want to call when he says that he will…. care less.

If he doesn't ask you to go out on the weekend, care less.

When he stops seeing you fall over yourself trying to make him happy, he might start to fall all over you to make you happy again.

#15 Stop "nagging." The more you try to get his attention, the less he is going to want to give it to you.

If you continually complain about how he never does anything with you, or that he is taking you for granted, that won't make him want to be with you.

And, it might just make him a little less fearful of losing you.

If you stop the nag train, let him be and live your life without him.

He will quickly get the feeling that something is amiss.

He might then be afraid of you not hanging around to "nag" him anymore.

If you live life without him, your words might sound less like "nagging" and make him miss your voice.

In every relationship there comes a time when people start to take one another for granted.

If you have started seeing more of the couch than a night club, more take out than wine glasses and tablecloths, and less and less attention by the guy in your life, it may just take you showing him what he has to lose to wake up before he loses it.

Tell Me About Yourself - How to Answer Job Interview Question using Different Tenses - Duration: 11:53.

Hi English learners. I've got a job interview today

Which is great because one of my viewers, Hasan, asked

well to be honest

I hope I don't get asked that question today, because that's a really tough question to answer

Anyway the job interview starts in a few minutes

So here we go

It's okay it's a Skype interview

So the interview is for an English teaching job at a quite prestigious okay here we go

Is this thing on? Hello?

Yes hello hello, hello is that Mr Rob English?

Well actually my name's...

Hello Mr English, thank you for being available today.

No problem. Thanks a lot for the opportunity to interview with you.

Yes well, I've got your CV here , but could you tell me a little bit more about yourself, please?

Well I was born in Leicester which is a

medium-sized town in the middle of England and...

... Worst Batman ever I mean Ben Affleck. What were they thinking? I just sat there, and I was like Oh

Rubbish

That's probably to do with the relationship I have with my mother, which well, okay let's go into that...

...and then I found myself in Cambodia of all place. Hi.

Dylan I'm in a job in a job interview, can you...Really? They don't want to hear about that stuff?

What do you mean?

Oh my god, he's right!

So how can we approach

answering this question more simply? Well we can break it down into five things the interviewer wants to hear about

so, 1 - about me in general.

2 - about my career in general

3 - my biggest achievement

4 - What I've been doing recently, and 5 - my future plans

And all of these should be about

obviously my career, my work

Okay, so let's look at number one

About me in general

So these will be things which are facts, things which are true in general and which are true all the time

So for this we'll use present simple

Here's an example

Present simple. We've got

subject + verb

+ object

That's the present simple. Here are some more examples

So in my interview I could say something like

I'm an English teacher and I'm very interested in ways people can learn English through new technologies and new mediums

Okay, let's jump into number two. Talking about my career in general

So this is going to be things I have done, maybe in the past or very recently.

But probably with no reference to the specific time when they happened.

So for this let's use present perfect

Here's an example

Okay, so yeah present perfect. We've got subject plus the auxiliary 'have'

Plus the verb in the past participle form and then the object of the sentence

So here are some more examples.

And so in my interview I could use the present perfect like this

I've taught in many different countries, and I've worked with different kinds of classes like

large groups, business students, children and one-on-one classes

Next number three, my biggest achievement

So this is going to be a single event in the past and probably with a reference to the time it happened

So I'm going to use past simple

Here's an example

so with past simple we've got subject plus verb in the past form, plus object

and usually in a sentence with the past simple, we've got a reference to the time when it happened so

Here

Here's some more examples

So in my interview, I'll use the past simple like this

Well last year I passed the Delta course, which as I'm sure you know is one of the highest

qualifications in English language teaching

Okay, now let's move on to number four, my recent activity

So you could think of the question like

What have you been doing recently. And there's a clue: what have you been doing. So this talks about

an activity or an action which started in the past

and will carry on into the future?

So you're going to use the present perfect continuous

like this

Present perfect continuous, so

Subject plus the auxiliary 'have' plus 'been' plus the verb in the 'ing' form

like this, okay?

So here are some more examples

so in my interview, I'll use the present perfect continuous like this...

... and recently I've been looking at how I can help more people by making

entertaining and educational

YouTube videos for people to watch and learn English and I've been trying to build my YouTube channel

Okay, lastly number five, my future plans. Now although this is talking about the future,

You probably don't want to use a future tense since you're talking about what your ideas are now about the future

So perhaps you should use present simple and phrases like 'I want to',

or 'I would like to' or 'my idea is to'

So here are some examples

So in my interview when I talk about my future plans, I'll say something like...

Well in the future I'd really like to move into a

materials creation role, and a position in which I can create courses and guide other teachers

as well as continuing to have classroom time myself

Well Mr. English, thank you very much for interviewing with us today

It's been very interesting, and we'll be in touch very soon as to whether your application

has been successful.

Okay well thanks for your time too.

Bye bye

Bye bye.

My goodness

So there we go, I'll let you know in the future if I get the job or not and

this video has really demonstrated how in the English language we use lots of different tenses in one conversation

and I know that we've not looked in my lessons at these tenses individually yet

But I'll leave some links below to some other youtubers who have made some great videos about

these tenses so you can look at them in more detail

as homework if you like you could write your answers - one two three four and five in the comments below and

As long as I don't get too many responses

I will correct the first few. And hey we've only got around 400 subscribers right now, so

the chances are we won't get that many homework responses

So go ahead and do it

That's all thanks for watching

Please hit the like button, subscribe if you haven't already, if you found this useful and see you next time. Bye

Tomatoes. I mean if there's one in a sandwich, I'll take it out but

Afterwards I still feel like I can taste

the tomato even just on my tongue

with the touch of everything, cheese and lettuce. And it just never goes away.

And then when Breaking Bad finished I really felt like there was nothing else to fill that gap, you know, it was such an amazing TV show...

How to Make The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip | The Stay At Home Chef - Duration: 2:28.

Today on The Stay At Home Chef I'm showing you how to make

The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip.

We love all thing buffalo in our house because

we love a little bit of spice with our food.

Today I'm showing you how to make a buffalo chicken dip

that is sure to please,

and is full of that buffalo wing goodness in dip form.

It starts with 16 ounces of softened cream cheese,

and that's two packages,

and you want to whip this together with a hand mixer.

Whip the cream cheese for about 60 seconds until it's light and fluffy.

Next we're going to add in

1 cup of buffalo hot wing sauce

and 1 cup of bleu cheese dressing.

And then just stir that in using a rubber spatula.

Then we're also going to add in

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese,

and I like to use sharp cheddar for this,

as well as 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken.

You can use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken

or I just cooked a couple of chicken breasts in an Instant Pot.

Those are super handy.

Next we're going to transfer this all to a 9x9 baking dish.

and you want to make sure that pan is lightly greased

so it doesn't stick.

And then I just spread it out a little bit

and then I like to sprinkle some crumbled bleu cheese on top.

I find that it gives it a little bit more of that traditional

buffalo hot wing flavor

to have the crumbled bleu cheese on top.

And that's it!

Bake this in a 400 degree oven

for 20 to 25 minutes.

After 20 to 25 minutes your cheese should be warm and bubbling

and you'll be ready to serve.

Slice a baguette and some celery sticks for serving

and this will be absolutely heavenly!

Thanks for watching!

MONSTA X Talks About Their World Tour Experience And How It Helped Shape Their New Mini Album

On November 7, MONSTA X held a showcase to celebrate the release of their fifth mini album The Code and opened up about their world tour experience and how it helped shape their new album.

The group has been busy this year on a world tour, holding 18 performances in 16 cities across seven countries.

When asked about their experience, Shownu smiled and said, The tour filled us with so much passion and joy about performing on stage, and it was a meaningful and fun experience. Jooheon added, We were so grateful and amazed to see people singing along to our songs even though we speak different languages..

Talking about how the world tour has influenced their new mini album, Shownu said, While on our world tour and meeting fans from around the world, we thought a lot about what kind of music our fans will like.

And I hope we answered that question in this new album. Weve missed our Korean fans so were excited to be here. I.M also stated, Even just traveling around was a big inspiration for us and our music.

While on our world tour, we did a lot of local traveling to learn about each countrys culture and history..

How can you create a winning strategy for your business? - Duration: 3:06.

What exactly is a business strategy and how can you create a winning strategy

for your business? Hey you're watching the Swattage Files: your source for

bright ideas and special tactics to get your business to where it needs to be.

Today's question: how can you create a winning strategy for your business?

First of all, give yourself a self high-five for being here! This is such a

relevant topic today because the term business strategy has become such a

buzzword. People throw it around without even having a business strategy, let

alone knowing what one is. If that's you, you're not alone. According to a 2011

study by Pricewaterhouse Coopers, 49% -- that's nearly half of executives -- claimed

that their company had no list of strategic priorities. Also, 43% said their

company's strategy didn't help them stand out from their competitors.

Well, defining a winning business strategy is completely doable for any

business of any size in any segment and if you want to become more competitive,

more performant, and increase market share, capturing a winning business

strategy is a key step to success. Quick reality check. You're at a networking

event meeting some new people and in the course of getting to know you, someone

asks, "Hey tell me about your business. What's your strategy?" Could you answer

that question in a powerful, succinct way? So, chances are if the answer is no,

you have some work to do. So, what is a business strategy? A business strategy

can be defined as a clear understanding of an organization's unique skills and

know-how, it's plan to leverage and develop them, and a plan to access a

market that wants them. So the first element is the unique skills and

know-how of the organization. These are called capabilities. It's what you do

better than anyone else like what's your distinct way of providing value ... your

secret sauce. Second is the plan to leverage and develop these skills so

your business is at the very top of the market. What are you doing to continually

sharpen the saw to stay at the top? And if you're not there, where does your

company need to grow in order to take first place? Third comes the plan to

access the market that wants what you have by targeting the right audience,

communicating of the right message, and hitting a high enough volume of sales

interactions. Fourth is the decision about what your business will not do.

Companies that do everything often end up doing nothing well. Being the best

usually requires some kind of specialization. So, if you have a business,

you owe it to yourself to create a clear description of your unique value

offering, how you're going to leverage and develop

your secret sauce and how you're going to access a market that wants what you

have. Define your strategy in this way so that when you face a decision, you can

ask yourself, "Does this align with our strategy?" and if it doesn't you just say

no and focus on the things that do. Here's a quick tweetable to help keep

these ideas in your head: Business strategy is knowing key skills and

know-how, how to leverage and develop them, and access the market that wants

them. How about you? Can you articulate your business strategy? Take a shot at it

and share it in the comments below. Was this video helpful? Would you like to

Hey guys! It is October the 4th which means it is the start of my October vlog!

uh

This is gonna be like the end of my September vlog and my October vlog.

*weird sigh*

The triangle is a very difficult instrument. Right, Boson? Boson: Yep.

Esther: This is the percussion section!

Michael: This is Vern's triangle with a homemade triangle clip.

(omg i love my dorky musician friends)

Hey guys! So I'm here with Ewald!

Ewald: We are here in Fanny Bay Oysters in Vancouver. Esther: Yes, Vancouver downtown and we are here to try some oysters, or favourite food.

Ewald: We also have some truffle fries. Esther: Yes! These look really great.

Shonnah: Hi, welcome to my crib.

Shonnah: What is- Esther: *laughs* that is weird

Shonnah: First date material, like my nails?

Shonnah: Oh it's so soft Esther: It is? Let's feel it.

Shonnah: What the?

Esther: Hey guys, we just finished Ramen and now we're-- Shonnah: Playing with balls

Esther: *laughs* Exactly. Wait, how do you play with this?

Shonnah: You know how to play with it.

Esther: I am at the orpheum and I'm actually watching Vadim Gluzam's

concert with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. He's gonna play the

Shostakovich and this is really interesting because I actually work in

this orchestra so I'm usually on stage but because I was in San Francisco I wasn't in the cycle.

Also, I never realized how pretty the Orpheum Theatre is.

If you guys ever come to Vancouver or live in Vancouver be sure to check out

the concert series from the VSO. Oh, haha this way, the VSO.

The venue is hella gorgeous.

Vadim Gluzman: Vancouver is my absolutely favourite city in North America.

Can't wait to be back. Esther: Aw

Hello friends, I am at the backstage Chan Center.

Today we're doing our performance here instead of the Orpheum...so yeah... *someone walks in*

Hi! I'm just vlogging.

Here's my friend, he got a haircut.

Say hello to the world boys. Boys: Hello world!

Esther: This Tim guys. Tim: Hi, Esther's people.

Esther: Ohkay, so today is the concert day. I work with the Vancouver Academy of music Symphony Orchestra.

It is gonna be dress rehearsal. Right now it's 10:00am.

So we're gonna do a dress rehearsal until 12:30, have some pizza lunch and

then the concert is straight from 1:30 to 4:00...or something like that.

K, let's get on stage everyone.

Wow this lighting is very unattractive, right?

We are officially here on stage and

right now we're doing the dress rehearsal

and today is going to be an all Beethoven program which is really exciting.

Wave everyone!

Ohkay, tofu.

Here, I'll scoop it out. It is so soft.

Softer than...

*laughs* EYYY

Ohkay, it smells like milk.

MMMM oh gawd

oh what's that aftertaste?

Verdict is a thumbs up.

Melody: I don't really believe it.

Esther: It's like, turn the camera off. "It sucks guys."

Shonnah: I'm at Gringo! Esther: Woah!

Esther: Look Shonnah, it's a Thai Bucket. Shonnah: Hey that looks pretty cool.

How Your Cat Says I Love You | 5 Ways Your Cat Tells "I Love You" | Win a Relax My Cat T-Shirt! - Duration: 4:20.

Hi guys! Welcome back to the channel it's Claire and Rags and this week we

are going to be talking about how your cat tells you that they love you now

when you think of cats not met a lot of people who will automatically think

affectionate but cats are very loving pets to have and we show our love to

them with showering them with treats and attention and toys and fussing and

grooming them but did you know that your cat also lets you know how they feel

about you two we are going to share with you five ways that your cat tells you

that they love you now the first one is head butting now off the bat that

doesn't actually sound making a very affectionate thing at all but in the cat

world it is a very sweet gesture when your cat headbuts you if they greet

you this is what they do with other cats they have scent glands on their faces so

when they headbut you and boop you with they're little noses they are

putting their scent on you and basically saying you are my human and I love you

The second one is staring and blinking at you. Now this is the best one for us

because this is the easiest way that we can reciprocate so this gesture if you

notice your cat staring at you and then slowly blinking at you that is them

basically saying I love and trust you if you do it back to them so stare into

their eyes and then slowly blink back you are telling them that the feeling is

mutual which is lovely, isn't it? I like to think of it as a little kind of kitty kiss

Third one is raising and curving their tail! Now did you know that cats use

their tails to communicate more than their meowing or their purring

no it's very interesting, isn't it? If you notice your cat greeting you and raising their

tail and giving it a bit of a wiggle that is them basically giving you a nice

friendly wave hello a little curve or a sugar of the tail as they raise it it's

letting you know that they are happy to see you

Fourth one is grooming you! Well not all cats do this this isn't something that

Ragsy particularly does but if your cat takes upon themselves to give you a

bit of a groom then you're very very lucky! Cats groom one another when they

are in their family units so mother cats will groom at their kittens and cats all

groom one another as a sign of affection and a sign of contentment so if your cat

takes it upon themselves occasionally to give you one a once-over with their

tongue well they either don't like your hairdo or they're telling you that they love

you and the last one is showing you their belly. Now if your cat rolls over

and shows you their fuzzy little belly obviously most of us can't resist a good

old scratch. So go ahead if your cat doesn't mind

that obviously but this is the ultimate sign of trust that your cat can show you

so it is a big deal so when your cat rolls over on their belly not only are

they saying that they are comfortable around you and they trust you but

they're also very very happy to be vulnerable in your home basically saying

to you that I trust you I know that you can protect me and I love you basically

which i think is always such a really sweet thing it's one of my favorite

things for cats to show that they love you because being vulnerable is for a

cat at least is a really big deal so if they're happy to let you give them

a bit of a tummy scratch then everyone's happy!

Thanks for watching guys I really hope that you enjoyed this video! If you have

any extra tips about ways that your cat will show you that they love you, please

share them in the comment section below Rags will pick her favourite and next

week we will announce the winner there and you will can win a relax my cat t-shirt!

How to Get Money Out of Your Company - Duration: 7:40.

Hi. Lee Phillips here.

I'm going to talk to you about a question that I get pretty often

and that is

How do you get money out of your company?

Well, that makes an assumption.

The assumption is you have money in your company.

You get it out as a wage.

That's fine.

You pay yourself W2 income

You pay the Social Security, FICA, FUTA,

the employment tax, all that crap

that's 16%

today, and it goes up every other day

maybe with Trump it will go down, I don't know

but you pay the self-employment or the employment taxes

and if it's just you

and you're doing it as yourself

sole proprietor

you pay the self employment tax--same difference

but in any rate

so you can take it out as a wage

but that's the haircut off the top--16% or whatever it is

So how do you get money out of the company?

Well, you take it out as a dividend.

No that's a C corporation

now you can have an LLC that's taxed as a C-corporation

and so it's the same thing

but it's taxation under Chapter C of the IRS Code

and the only way you can get money out of a chapter C taxed entity,

corporation or LLC

is to either pay a wage or to pay the dividend

but the dividend is double taxed

because the company itself pays tax

it does not get a deduction when it pays the dividend to you

and then you take the income

or the dividend as income and you pay income tax on it

so it's double taxed

don't let anybody ever tell you that corporations--

C corporations or LLC's taxed under chapter C of the IRS code don't pay tax.

by the time you pay the dividend and get it out

it's like a 70% tax loss. It's huge.

So you go to Subchapter S.

Now why would you use Subchapter S?

Well, use subchapter S if you're selling goods or services.

Basically.

Because you can take, under the law,

a reasonable salary.

That's the W-2 stuff, you have pay the employment tax.

Then whatever's left above that

you can take out

not as a dividend but as a distribution

that distribution comes to the owners,

it goes pro rata

based upon your ownership

and it goes down as a distribution.

It's not earned or active income,

it's passive income

you don't pay the employment taxes on it.

That saved you 16% right off the top.

Now if you're getting your money through rents

or royalties or something that we would call passive or unearned income

then

you're going to be taxed under the partnership structures.

Get an LLC. That gives you the asset protection.

We do other YouTubes on that

But you get the LLC and you have it taxed as a partnership or even a sole proprietorship.

They call it a disregarded entity.

That way

all of the money in that passes through to you

as passive or unearned income

and there's no employment tax

so you get all of that out

it comes to you--you get your K-1

and you simply declare it as income.

You pay income tax but not Social Security,

FICA, FUTA, and all that garbage on it.

So it saved you a ton of money.

Now I've either paid myself a salary

or I've dividended it out

or I've got it out in a partnership

under a K-1 as passive income.

Now wait a minute.

I didn't have the partnership

if I had earned income,

and you get earned income by selling goods or services.

I had the partnership or the sole proprietorship

the disregarded LLC

if I had passive or unearned income.

So kind of remember those two.

The way I like to get money out of a company

is to "expense" it.

As a little company owner,

you have a ton of opportunities.

You can expense all sorts of stuffs:

your cell phones, your computer,

write off the mileage in your car.

Some people put the whole car in the company

and yeah, you do all sorts of stuff on that.

But you have lots of opportunities.

You can go to the convention in Hawaii.

It's a business purpose.

You can write off at least a chunk of the trip.

And I've got a set out called Advanced Tax Tactics.

You can look it up; it's on the internet.

And I give you ten ways that you can get money out of the company

and we can get big chunks of money

we're talking tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars

because anything that you take out of your company as an expense

lowers your Adjusted Gross Income.

It's all what we call above the line

and I've got other YouTubes on this accounting stuff

above the line/below the line

but you need to control your taxes

and your company is your tax shelter

you've never had anybody tell you that.

Your accountant doesn't tell it to you

the guy that set it up, the liar--I mean the lawyer

that set it up

he didn't tell it to you.

It's your tax shelter.

Learn to use it.

Every time you do anything, you think:

"Can I do this with my company

and what is the tax consequence?"

So we're gonna expense stuff

it isn't how much money you make

it's how well you live.

We're gonna expense stuff.

We're gonna take it out as a distribution.

Or we're gonna take it as a salary.

Those are basically the ways

that you get money out of your little company.

And little companies are great things

if you know how to use them.

Advanced Tax Tactics teaches you how to use them

pretty well, actually

or

I've never mentioned this on a YouTube

I do a two-day event

where I bring a dozen people in

and well, a dozen couples, okay

sit you down with a former IRS special agent auditor,

myself,

another attorney,

and a financial dude,

and we teach you about asset protection

and how to control your money.

Not selling you anything,

just giving you the foundation, the legal foundation to work with.

Because your company is a legal foundation.

It's a structure.

And how you use it makes a huge difference.

This is Lee Phillips talking about

how you get money out of your little company.
