hey guys I'm back with another video I'm talking again about my weight loss
journey I was supposed to stop this video earlier today but I got a little
caught up but better late than never I just wanted to recap something I had
said in my video yesterday and also I wanted to tell you what I have been
using as father's my eating habits to lose the weight pretty much I I'm not on
a diet I eat whatever I want but years ago I learned how to eat in moderation
and only eat - um satisfied so I'll give you an example of what I mean in a
minute but I just wanted to bring up some key factors of why it is important
to do what works for you first and foremost we're going to go into the
exercise equipment that I use I use an exercise equipment like this it's the
exact same stationary bike this is a Proform you find a lot of these
equipments and gyms like gold gym they they they use like a good equipment like
this Pro forms and the reason why I use a stationary bike and I do cycling for
my workout routine is because that's something that I can stick with for the
long haul because working out doing exercise I don't care what anybody says
it's key to keeping the weight off so I use the bike as my source of exercise
seven days a week for two hours a day and the only way that that is possible
is because I have this seat here this seat is just like sitting at a table and
chair set in your kitchen it's a wide humongous seat
with a back rest so I'm just literally just sitting back and I'm peddling my
legs for me my problem areas are in my thighs in my legs in my thighs I seem to
concentrate a lot of fat in that area but as we all know when you're working
out we lose weight everywhere on the body so it's working out the fat in all
the areas when we're burning calories fat is burning all over the body but um
this is what I use for my workout equipment and the reason why I'm
bringing this up and then I'm gonna get into what I'm eating is because you have
to stick what excuse me you have to stick with what works for you if you try
to do Zumba or tae bo or something like that because somebody else is doing it
and they lost a lot of weight you're not gonna lose any weight and you're not
gonna stick with the exercise routine of part of losing weight I don't care what
anybody says you have to find something that works too for you that is exercise
along with obviously eating less calories a day to lose weight now with
that all being said I just want to let you know yes but if you can find workout
equipment or a regiment that you can do in a gym whether it's jogging whether
it's bike riding whether it's cycling on a stationary bike like myself whatever
it is jogging whatever it is you must find a workout that you know that is is
something you can commit to something that's easy for you to do and it's like
getting up every morning and brushing your teeth and it's not a problem
because work out is key to your weight loss success so that's why I use the
Proform I have a very supported seat because I'm
going to be working out every day as I do every day seven days a week and I
have to be comfortable because if you're not comfortable as well Comfort does are
obviously pay play a role as well if you're not comfortable if you don't have
the right equipment on like in my case you're sitting on a small seat like a
spinner bike you're not gonna stay on the bike for two hours but I started
doing it in a minute fasting I hope I'm pronouncing this right you can eat 16
hours and you can no I'm sorry you can eat eight hours in fast 16 hours I find
that this works the best for me like I was saying earlier I have learnt how to
only eat so when I'm satisfied I don't eat too when I'm full I don't even like
that feeling I'm feeling full we have to unbutton your pants you can't breathe
you want to just lay down I never eat to unfold like that I only eat two I'm
satisfied so I don't have to count my calories or measure any food because
they're eating too you're satisfied you don't have to count calories or measure
anything because you're not gonna get a body signal that's saying you ate too
much unbutton your pants alright you have to lay down or you feel sick
because you're only eating two you're satisfied when you're eating too much
the body it gets the signal that you're eating too much and that's when you get
the UH the big stomach and unbuttoning your pants I feel like you want to bring
the food back up in some cases because as Americans or as people in general we
tend to eat a lot of food food is love and that love for food is what causes us
to gain weight but back to what I was saying I sided initially on the in a
minute fasting and I was doing one meal des and I did it with flying colors this
time around I'm still doing it in a minute fascinating with flying colors
but I'm not going to deprive myself so what I do now is I eat one snack and
then after that I either have a five to eight hour window where I can eat which
I do not eat the five or eight hours I just eat the snack within that five to
eight hours and then I eat my main one meal so I'm still only on one meal a day
and it's a hot meal so I eat today I had two sugar cookies and I had some kettle
sea salt pepper chips cracked pepper chips I they will buy lays I ate that's
what I ate for a snack um there sometimes I might eat leftover dinner
that I had that I couldn't finish the night before maybe uh not even a fistful
of mashed potatoes or rice and a fistful of meat chicken beef whatever you wanna
fish and that might be my snack oh I might want to eat a salad for its snack
you know you know salads are like free foods so you don't have to pretty much
worry about if you have a salad for your snack um gaining a lot of weight
actually I'm gonna go to the grocery store this week and I'm gonna load up on
salad things and I'm gonna switch over the cookies the dessert you know and the
chips and I'm gonna stop eating salads for snacks and then eating my main meal
whenever I feel like I'm hungry and usually when I have that snack the two
cookies like I had right now and the chips I don't eat that much even when
it's three or four o'clock in the afternoon and I know I'm gonna eat my
one meal and then when I eat that one of me one male three or four o'clock at
night it's gonna take me hours to digest that food and by the time I digest it
you're not gonna have those symptoms of being hungry so you can rest
finish the rest of your day off and wake up and start all over again I never work
out on a full stomach I work out right when I get up and I
just drink some green tea or some milk thistle tea and I drink lots of water
and I just work out on a bike for two hours so I basically work out on an
empty stomach so the only thing the body is allowed to fast on is my stored fat
so this is a win win lose situation and I'm gonna win because you know if
you're waking up in the morning and you're working out 2 hours you have
nothing on your stomach what is the body gonna eat it's gonna eat your stored fat
so again I don't want to make this video too long but I just want to let you know
that Saturday morning of this week I will be doing my first weigh-in on
YouTube at 2:47 and that's when the countdown will begin because I'm trying
to lose 87 pounds so the first weigh-in is where the journeys going to begin
with the 87 pound weight loss that I am trying to lose so with that all being
