Vladimir Putin was talking about Internet Security.

Let's listen to what he said.

"Let me note that a number of countries, for all practical purposes,

have already put their information infrastructure under the control of the military.

They are raising the Cyber Armies.

And also are actively utilizing the information space

for the purpose of undermining their competitors,

for advancing their economic and political interests,

for pursuing their geopolitical agendas on the whole,

as part of the so called "soft power."

And, what are we going to do about it?

Well, we can discuss this endlessly.

But with the Internet, the history repeats itself.

Just as it did with any other technological innovation, especially in the field of communications.

When they appear, there is a great deal euphoria about them.

Then in the course of their exploitation, rather significant negative side effects become apparent.

And regulations are being introduced. Inevitably, this will be repeated with the Internet as well.

Yes! The Internet opens up a great deal of new opportunities — this is irrefutable.

But by the same token. Are there negative consequences? Yes, there are!

And that is why exactly the same steps will be taken in regards to the Internet, as they were taken in regards to all other technological innovations.

What is useful — will be supported and promoted. Harmful — will be restricted and banned.

You can lament all you want about it, and put forth the absurd examples like

"What if this nice boy who wrote" or "what if that good girl who thought"

all the same, regardless of what is being said here now,

we'll have to face the fact that the restrictions and the bans will have to be implemented.

And the only question which remains is the overall balance of these restrictions — what is workable and what is not.

However, the Internet users, to the best of their abilities, will try to circumvent those restrictions.

And the people who are in charge of the "bans and restrictions" will be coming up with the new ways of preventing it.

This process is inevitable and most likely is never-ending,

but the Internet without limitations or controls — is simply not possible.

For the reason that the Internet is not just a light bulb, or an automobile.

It is the means of delivering the information to the society at large.

And aside from everything else, it directly affects the society.

The political situation in this society, as well as the national security.

Can the Internet threaten the national security?

Yes it can. No doubt about it!

That is why if you want to preserve the sovereignty of the state,

and maintain your own security — you will have to introduce the bans and restrictions,

despite what the "good boys and nice girls" might think about it.

And all these lamentations "how dare you"

We are powerless to do anything here.

The content will always be created outside of our boarders. We can only shut down the whole country,

or to sever the contacts with the outside world.

Maybe that will be only for the best.

Possibly.

To a great degree, all these contradictions, which you are talking about, are artificial creations.

You can walk and chew gum at the same time.

There will be negative consequences along the way — and we have to counter them by all and any means at your disposal.

If it is the content? Yes, by creating our own content. If it is the technical solutions? Yes, by introducing our own technical solutions.

What needs to be restricted — you have to restrict it. What needs to be banned — you have to ban it.

We have to seek out a harmonious solution to these problems. Not by pitting these notions against one another. But by finding a Compromise. Compromise!

Where it needs to be done, it will have to be done.

By various methods. By any and all accessible methods.

Warfronts Who Will Win? | Stormgarde Lore, Basics, Rewards and Gameplay - Duration: 4:54.

Hi and welcome back to another video, in this video we are taking a look at the new Warfronts

coming in Battle for Azeroth.

We will be looking at the basics, the lore of Stormgarde, the rewards and the gameplay,

so without further ado let's jump into the video.

Stormgarde was a human nation located in the Arathi Highlands and was once the original

capital city of the might human Empire of Arathor.

During the second war Stormgarde was a powerful harbor capital led by Trollbane and had a

powerful alliance with Lordaeron who was led by King Terenas.

After the war Stormgarde left the alliance due to a falling out between Trollbane and

King Terenas of Lordaeron.

During the 3rd war Stormgarde assisted Jaina Proudmoore in her expeditions that took place

on Kalimdor and even managed to prevent the undead scourge from ravaging through its lands,

however the darkest hour of Stormgarde was yet to come.

Thoras was sadly murdered by his son Galen, who wanted the throne all for himself.

After the destruction of undercity, Stormgarde will once again become an important part of

the new war between the Alliance and the Horde.

The alliance seeks to cut off the horde forces coming from Silvermoon City in the north while

the horde seeks to prevent the alliance building up once again.

So this was the short story of stormgarde A lot can happen and I'm very excited to

see where this is going, and I would love to see Gilneas as a part of this ongoing war.

Teldrassil is burning and the Undercity is under siege by the alliance and the long tension

between the fanctions has escalated into full blown war.

Warfront is a new kind of 20 player mode that takes place on home front.

The first fight will take place at Stormgarde in Arathi Highlands but We will see different

locations in the future and who knows we might even see Gilneas as the expansion moves along.

The Warfronts won't be active all of the time since they want it to be unique and it

might be something similar to the invasions with a schedule, but they haven't decided

just yet.

The theme for battle of azeroth is horde vs alliance and this new kind of gameplay makes

it possible to make faction type rewards as we once had back in vanilla.

They haven't finalized the complete roster of rewards, but they did show some examples

which we will take a look at.

So here are some of the rewards we can look forward to in Battle for Azeroth and as you

can see the theme is Alliance and Horde so we once again be proud to be one of the factions

by wearing this kind of armor.

The gameplay was inspired by the Warcraft RTS games and the first thing you are going

to do during these Warfronts is to establish a base.

After you have established a base you will have to gather resources like lumber and iron

in order to expand.

You can build similar buildings to the RTS games such as armories and baracks.

They even went so far that the tech tree will be in similar fashion to the original RTS

games which you might be familiar to if you played any of the Warcraft RTS games.

The way the resources are going to work is that players will be collect their own resources

that they than can deposit into the buildings the wish to build, so teamwork is a key part

in order to build the necessary buildings and prepare for your war.

Now, After you have a good foundation it's time to create an army and then lead them

into battle to take down the opposing faction commander, Attacking the opposing faction

won't be enough tho since they will be attacking you aswell otherwise it wouldn't be a war

right, so defending your base will also be a key part aswell.

Unfortunately you wont be batteling other players but you will instead be battling enemy

NPC's, but I hope to see that they expand upon this feature in the future.

One of the things I'm most excited about is in fact warfronts, since it brings something

completely new to the game, a way to explore the lore while hopefully having a lot of fun.

We haven't had a real conflict between the horde and alliance for a while so it's a

good change to the game.

Letting your job become your life:

We end up thinking that what we do and possess defines us.

But this isn�t true.

We have much more potential than our jobs and our identities are much bigger than the

professions that we take up for ourselves.

Don�t think, you are your job.

3.

Heavily criticizing yourself:

Analyzing yourself is good and self evaluation is an important process but we should not

analyze ourselves to a point where we begin to dislike ourselves.

This isn�t fair.

Don�t be too critical of yourself.

Being anxious:

Well, don�t worry.

Be calm and deal with one problem at a time.

Being anxious and worried will not take you anywhere,

Letting your ego have the final say:

Don�t things so personally that you start talking from your ego instead of your mind.

People say all sorts of things and if you will take everything seriously, it will be

very difficult for you to live your life happily and maintain your peace of mind.

So don�t take things on a personal level.

Delaying and procrastinating:

If you have an attitude of delaying things for tomorrow, it is not good for your productivity.

Just give up on your procrastination and try to do as many things as possible rather than

postponing them.

Being around people who aren�t good for you:

Choose the people whom you want to be around.

You have to be in good company because people around you have a direct influence on you

and you can only be happy if people around you are good.

Seeking validation:

Don�t seek validation from anyone outside of you.

CHINA are the kingmaker as fears of nuclear war loom between the US and North Korea – but

whose side are they really on?

Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un have waged a terrifying war of words this year as nuclear

conflict looms over the Korean Peninsula.

Beijing is one of the biggest players in the region, being one of the world's largest

economies and having a massive military at its fingertips.

Trump has been pressuring China to take action on North Korea, with the communist powerhouse

being one of Kim's only traditional allies.

The US President will now be making his way to Beijing for a sit-down meeting with the

newly empowered Chinese premier Xi Jinping.

Daily Star Online can now reveal which side China is really on should war come between

North Korea and the US.

Should the US attack North Korea you can expect China to "rescue" and side with Kim, Korea

expert Dr Leonid Petrov told this website.

He said while China values regional stability, it would "immediately" step into a war

to support Kim.

China has been cracking down on North Korea with sanctions this year, but it has been

facing constant pressure to do more from Trump.

This relationship between China and North Korea guarantees any military action on Kim

by the US would "end with World War 3 – a nuclear one", Dr Petrov said.

The expert explained China remains in a friendship agreement with North Korea and would step

into a war on Kim's behalf.

China sided with the North all the way back in 1950 on the dawn of the Korean War, a conflict

which technically never ended and Dr Petrov warned "this could resume at any moment".

He said: "If the US is at war with North Korea, then China is at war with the US."

The expert also described Kim's rogue state as a "proxy guard" for the region – warding

off US military drills on behalf of both China and Russia.

Dr Petrov told Daily Star Online: "The best thing China can do now is help North Korea

to be stable, that is why you can't expect from China to stifle North Korea or push them

hard.

"The stability of their own north-eastern region depends on the stability of North Korea."

China has reportedly closed its borders with North Korea ahead of Trump's visit in a

gesture of good will.

Beijing fears a war erupting with North Korea would send floods of refugees across their

eastern frontier with the rogue state.

China is North Korea's oldest ally and the two powers maintain very close ties with trade

deals.

President Xi reportedly personally hates Kim but has to tolerate him for the sake of the

region, an ex-UK diplomat revealed.

Dr Petrov said China knows a conflict would be a "tectonic" shift in the status quo

of the region – one that "nobody knows which direction it would go".

The superpower has also been squaring up the US elsewhere in the region, with conflict

continuing to brew in the disputed South China Sea.

Relations between China and the US have been strained for years as the Pacific powerhouse

ramps up its military power and aggressiveness.

War fears have loomed with North Korea this year as Kim tested scores of missiles capped

off with the detonation of an H-bomb.

Dr Petrov said he belives North Korea is "disappointed and disenchanted" with changing US policies

between different presidents – which is driving them to work for ICBMs.

He said: "North Korea believes the only that will work now is the demonstration of

power."

North Korea are feared to be readying the dreaded Juche Bird – a live nuclear missile

fired out into the heart of the Pacific.

And it connects to something else.

Something that, at first, seemed like a mistake in animation during the last episode.

But now it feels more like a hint.

Goku's eyes widened in shock.

He was instantly drawn to the unbelievable facts in front of him.

Where once there had been 2 girls, now there was only 1.

The little green earrings she was wearing sparkled.

These 2 things were all the proof he needed to subscribe.

No longer was he just dealing with 2 girls who learned faster than anyone he'd ever

seen before.

He had a fused fighter to handle.

This was his fault for feeding her powerful hunger.

He had been the one to show them Super Saiyan 3, proving they could get even stronger than

before.

And now the power boiled like lava through her veins.

Her speed was beyond belief.

Her punch sent him flying quicker than Ultra Instinct.

Slamming him into the rocks beneath them, which turned his notification on.

And this rang a bell.

He remembered his fight with Caulifla earlier.

The realization of what he said to her back then was only possible by watching the stories

of his favorite animes to the very end like the #ANIFAM does.

And now it hit him as hard as his body now hit the stage.

At this rate, he feared his own elimination.

Time was running out.

Where was her limit?

Or did she even have one?

Love it or hate it, none of you can deny this one truth about the Universe 6 Saiyans.

Cabba learned to go Super Saiyan pretty fast.

But that's not what was most shocking.

It was the amount of power that he had going Super Saiyan for his very first time.

But when Caulifla became your very first Super Saiyan female, that undeniable truth became

clear.

These Saiyans learn ridiculously fast.

Even if this bugs you, this simple fact proves that you're gonna see these 2 girls surpass

any limits you imagined possible.

With that being said, is it really so unbelievable that they could go Super Saiyan 3?

It wouldn't be the first time a Saiyan's completely blown your mind.

And it's not just because Universe 6 Saiyans learn so fast.

Kefla learning Super Saiyan 3 became a possibility long ago.

Majin Buu had to be stopped.

Every second they blinked an eye, the Z fighters saw another person gone.

Another city left lifeless.

Buu had become so powerful that the adults were forced to rely on children.

Goten and Trunks thought Goku's new transformation was cooler than Freiza being named after a

freezer.

How could they learn it too?

They weren't powerful enough by themselves, but with their power multiplied through fusion,

this awesome transformation was within their grasp.

But Kale and Caulifla have more than proven they're stronger than Goten and Trunks.

And that can only mean that their fusion is stronger than the boys' fusion.

It didn't take long for Gotenks to reach Super Saiyan 3.

So it should be an even easier obstacle for Kefla to overcome.

But looking at something from Dragon Ball Z isn't nearly as reliable as looking at

the show Kefla is actually a part of.

So turn your attention to Dragon Ball Super.

Many people have been surprised to find out that Dragon Ball Super actually uses this

really cool tactic.

While at the same time makes you feel like a complete baka when you realize you had the

truth in your face this entire time.

This tactic is called foreshadowing.

They did it with Ultra Instinct and now they've done it with the fusion of Kefla and her turning

Super Saiyan 3.

Here ya go.

The day Caulifla turned Super Saiyan for the first time, Kale was right there with her.

And from that day on, they've always stayed together.

And now look at them.

Being together is just plain impossible.

Their fusion had been foreshadowed from this single point alone.

But now they've set their eyes on Super Saiyan 3.

Her first fight with Goku sparked the courage within Caulifla to reach this new form.

She remembered clearly the first time she achieved Super Saiyan 2.

Kale had gone berserk, setting her sights on Cabba.

To save his life, Caulifla's body was forced to break its own limits.

This left her feeling like an empty shell.

The frustration ate away at her core.

How could she obtain such power, yet not be able to reach it again?

But that's when she saw Goku do it.

And with this, she was truly able to push herself to Super Saiyan 2.

Goku saw her potential in that moment.

He had to admit that she would easily be able to surpass it.

But only if she mastered it first.

However, his mind was changed when their next fight came along.

With the immense improvement since then, Goku now believed Caulifla could even surpass Super

Saiyan 3.

That's when he did something he had done before.

Yet again he showed Caulifla the next form that she could achieve: Super Saiyan 3.

But remember before this, he was unable to power up at all.

His fight with Jiren had wiped out almost all of his energy.

He was forced to use techniques that he didn't use much since many years ago.

And it completely caught Caulifla off guard.

He laughed when she was unable to keep up with his Afterimage Technique.

And she wanted to go Super Saiyan 3?

He explained that if she couldn't handle this technique, then she would never be able

to reach the form she desired so much.

But as she fought alongside Kale, Goku was shocked yet again.

They sped around him so quickly that their bodies almost seemed to be in multiple places

at once.

Were both girls learning the Afterimage Technique as well?

Wouldn't that also mean that they were learning to reach the power they needed to go Super

Saiyan 3?

While these things do foreshadow an unbelievable power for Kefla, a harsh fact still remains.

Anyone can look at something and make it into something it's not.

So who's to say these are actual moments of foreshadowing?

And not just lame theories?

At the end of the day, there's only one way to know with 100% certainty that something

will happen.

And that's to see it with your own eyes in the show.

The creators have actually shown you more than you thought.

While they obviously have not shown an actual Super Saiyan 3 form for the girls or their

fusion, they have shown 100% real signs that this form is coming.

The first time Kefla was ever even mentioned was when a spoiler came out about a new super

warrior.

But this wasn't just any kind of spoiler.

It was the outline of an action figure.

While they said this outline wasn't the actual outline of the warrior,

There are good reasons to believe that it was closer to the real thing than many think.

If you look at the body of the figure and then look at the confirmed Kefla, you see

the huge resemblance.

There are only 2 differences between the figure and the actual fusion.

No hair and bulky eyebrows.

The only reason for this outline not being the same as the actual action figure is this.

They took away the hair only.

You've seen eyebrows like that many times before.

Now that the new warrior has been confirmed to be Kefla, then what's up with the bulky

eyebrows?

The only explanation is probably hitting you as hard as Goku's body hit those rocks at

the beginning of this story.

Kefla will eventually reach Super Saiyan 3.

But the end of the preview, something strange happened just before the screen turned black.

And it connects to something else.

Something that, at first, seemed like a mistake in animation during the last episode.

But now it feels more like a hint.

As stated before, something within the actual footage of the show would be the strongest

evidence by far.

Enter these pictures.

Their fight was intense and fun.

The girls had learned to fuse their minds and attack together in sync.

Goku was tired and outnumbered.

But he was constantly improving.

His body grew less tired with every attack.

But they fooled him, proving that keeping up was still quite a challenge.

As she jumped with excitement, her hair bounced wildly.

Did you notice something strange?

Caulifla's hair looks just a bit too long there.

This seemed like a mistake in animation at first.

But the next evidence proves that this was actually more foreshadowing.

Do you notice a difference between Kefla's hair here?

And when they showed her again here?

Again, her hair looks longer.

But even more apparent is that most definitely, it looks more spiky.

These 2 clips from the preview are actually taken from completely different parts in the

next episode.

What's the difference?

Pic #1 is Kefla's Super Saiyan 1.

While Pic #2 is Super Saiyan 2.

Why is this important though?

You see the proof right in front of your eyes that Kefla will be strong enough to go through

her levels even being fused.

And just like Gotenks before her, this newfound power plus her ability to adapt so quickly

and the evidence of the bulky eyebrowed action figure being her, a Super Saiyan 3 Kefla has

actually already been proven.

When this form will come for her is questionable though.

Spoilers for Episodes 115 to 119 don't give enough information to think that she could

reach this level now.

Whether during the Tournament of Power or some other arc, you now have the proof to

know this form is coming for her.

That gives you one less thing to be bugged about.

But after watching Episode 114, there is still one bothersome thing leaving a bad taste in

your mouth.

The power scaling was horrible.

But it was actually done on purpose.

They were trying to prove to you that something awesome was happening to Goku.
