The UFO/extraterrestrial issue continues to gain the attention of the masses. This comes

as a result of multiple factors, one being of them being the onslaught of credibility

that�s been accredited to it, in the form of official previously classified government

documents, some of which provide some startling details about UFO encounters with the military.

And there are no shortage of statements; there are hundreds of them, if not thousands, in

fact. Whistleblowers include generals, colonels, pilots, astronauts, and defence contractors,

with the latest example being the recent launch of Tom Delonge�s To The Stars academy. His

team recently held a livestream video letting the public know that UFOs are real, and they

involve a physics we have yet to comprehend.

The director of the academy, Stephen Justice, recently retired from being the Program Director

for Advanced Systems of Lockheed Martin, better known as the �Skunk Works.� Another member

of the academy is Louis Elizondo. A career intelligence officer, his experience includes

working in the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, and the National Counterintelligence

Executive, and he spent time as the Director of National Intelligence.

They have now joined the long list of individuals to emphasize to the world that yes, UFOs are

real. As far as whether or not these craft are extraterrestrial, based on the evidence

we have in the form of testimony, and the mere physics these craft are displaying, it

seems safe to say that some of them are.

The evidence available for the existence of UFOs that can perform maneuvers no known human

craft can exceeds the evidence for more accepted scientific phenomena, such as black holes,

yet few people take UFOs seriously.

But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe that the

unknown flying objects are nonsense.�

Edgar Mitchell

Dr. Edgar Mitchell is a man of many experiences. For one, he was the sixth man to walk on the

moon. He is a former Navy Captain, author, and lecturer. His academic background includes

a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University, a Postgraduate Science degree

from the U.S. Naval School and Doctor of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT.

He has received honorary doctorates in engineering from New Mexico State University, the University

of Akron, and ScD from Embry-Riddle University, as well as many other honours and awards.

He is the founder of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and the co-founder of the Association

of Space Explorers. Clearly, he�s a man who has been around and had contact with a

number of people at NASA, the military, and within the academic field, which is why it�s

so interesting to listen to what he had to say while he was still with us.

Brian O�Leary

Dr Brian O�Leary was a member of the sixth group of astronauts selected by NASA in August

1967. He, like many others on this list, has a lengthy resume. A colleague of the renowned

Carl Sagan, he taught as a physics professor at Cornell, alongside Sagan, as well as at

Princeton University for some time.

Gordan Cooper

Gordon Cooper is a former NASA astronaut, aeronautical engineer, and test pilot. He

was one of the seven original astronauts in Project Mercury, the first manned space program

of the United States:

In my opinion I think they were worried that it would panic the public if they knew that

someone had vehicles that had this kind of performance . . . so they started telling

lies about it. And then I think they had to cover another lie, you know, tell another

lie to cover their first lie, now they don�t know how to get out of it. Now it�s going

Story Musgrave

Story Musgrave is an American physician, known as the most formally educated astronaut with

six academic degrees. He was the second astronaut to fly on six spaceflights.

Story has made multiple comments about the UFO phenomenon and possible extraterrestrial

beings. He�s shown up to several international UFO conferences to discuss the topic. He,

unlike the others, is very careful, and seems to constantly reiterate the fact that he has

no evidence available, and cannot say anything for certain.

That being said, he was filmed at a conference making some very interesting comments.

�So, if you look at technological development, maybe we�ve been at it 100-200 years, industrial

revolution, but if you look at some planet and some creatures that got it together, they

were able to build technology over millions of years, �they�re doing star travel.�

Viktor Mikhailovich Afanasyev

Mikhailovich is a Russian astronaut and Air Force Colonel. He was a test cosmonaut of

the YU.A. Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center. He has logged more than 2,000 flight hours

in more than 40 different aircraft.

In addition to this, he has logged more than 550 days in space, as well as 7 EVAs (activity

in orbit outside of the spacecraft) totalling 38.44 hours. You can view some more of his

He says, �I think that we are not alone in the universe, I believe that someone, or

something of extraterrestrial origin, has visited Earth.�

When speaking about a UFO encounter he and his crew had in space, he stated:

It followed us during half of our orbit, we observed it on the light side and when we

entered the shadow side it disappeared completely. It was an engineering structure made from

some type of metal, approximately 40 meters long with inner hulls. . . . Inside there

were openings, the object stayed very close to us, we photographed it, and our photo showed

it to be 23 to 28 meters away.

Deke Slayton

Deke Slayton was one of the original NASA Mercury astronauts, just like his colleague

Gordon Cooper. He eventually became the first Chief of the Astronaut Office, and in 1975,

he was assigned as the docking module pilot of the Apollo Soyuz Test project, making him

the oldest person to fly in space at the time.

climbed at about a 45 degree angle, and just accelerated and disappeared.�

Al Worden

Al Worden is a retired Air Force colonel and engineer who was the Command Module pilot

for the Apollo 15 lunar mission in 1971. He is one of 24 people who have flown to the

Moon.

In the interview below, Al Worden shares his beliefs about extraterrestrials:

We are the aliens, but we just think they�re somebody else, but we�re the ones who came

from somewhere else. Because somebody else had to survive, and they got in a little space

craft and they came here and they landed and they started civilization here, that�s what

is very attached to say, their phone.

They're waiting for messages.

They're waiting for opportunities to have phone calls.

And so they might be very attached to it.

Always listening.

And in fact, if they get a call,

they might seem, and say it's a video call.

They're not just doing this and holding it close.

They're staring.

They're talking.

And you can come along and say,

why are you so into your phone?

You say well I'm not.

I'm not into my phone, it's just a phone.

No, I'm really into the person

on the other end of the phone.

And the phone is the medium for me to connect.

And for us as Christians, the Bible is our

best connection point for seeing Jesus.

So, we cherish Scripture.

We always keep it close.

We learn it, we read it, we (smooching).

But not just 'cause we follow the book.

But because the book is the medium

through which we meet the person.

We have also been organising a road trip

And we're planning on doing that over a month, month and a half period

also work etc. a lot of stuff has been happening.

We're very excited about the trip tomorrow and we'll be recording everything

What's up, guys? Welcome back.

Right now we are deep off the grid in a mysterious place,

but here's the catch: we're not telling you where we are.

That's because we've collaborated

with Mercedes-Benz for a road trip in search of some old-school adventure....

no cell phone, no wi-fi,

just a paper map to guide us.

We'll be leaving you clues along the way, and

we'd love for you guys to guess where we are.

Well, I'm excited for this vlog.

It's very different than normal because normally

we tell you where we are, and then we give you a bunch of facts

so that you can replicate the journey in your own time.

And this time, quite the opposite.

This island is so remote that in the 1800s it was used as penal colony.

In the 1800s, being sent to this remote island was akin to like a death sentence.

Turns out that there's no surf here,

and that's because this whole island is surrounded by a huge reef.

But the only way to get a real sense of it is by hopping in the air.

Let's go.

So because there's so few people here,

they lock the airport when there's a flight going on.

And they looked me outside of it.

As you can see I'm kind of going crazy.

So I took a little nap.

Now I'm working out to the amusement of the locals

looking at me like, "what is this guy doing?"

Don't judge.

Merci. Well, that was ridiculous.

So beautiful. What a beautiful island.

Anyways, adventure continues.

Right, well, we've driven for another couple of hours up the road and once again

the geography has changed drastically.

The earth here is super red,

and that's because there's a lot of nickel in the ground.

Mining nickel is actually the biggest part of the economy in this country.

We're going to go over the mountains,

get out to the last most far-flung

finger of the island and watch the sunset hopefully in a beautiful place.

We've gone from a dry lowlands over the mountains

to the lush eastern side of the island.

This whole road's been under construction, and we're way off the beaten path.

And it's just really beautiful. We're seeing the ecosystems change.

There's a ton of different micro climates, and this is one of the reasons

why there's more about diversity here per square kilometer than anywhere else in the world.

Guys, this is awesome. We're just walking along this little trail through the forest.

We have parked the car back there,

and we're heading towards this waterfall.

It's absolutely gorgeous.

We've got ferns and orchids, crystal-clear water down there.

Time to go for a swim.

Well, that was a beautiful swimming hole and a beautiful piece of jungle.

It's basically going right up against this mountain range here, which is running the whole length of the island.

The reason that this island has so much biodiversity is because of this mountain range.

A lot of these plants and animals date back to the time of Gondwana

when all the continents were one, and this was part of the Zealandia Formation.

In the 1770s, the British explorer James Cook, Captain James Cook, came to this island.

He saw these mountains and they reminded him of Scotland so he named it

big hint: after the Roman name for Scotland.

So, we've headed further down the road,

and it's time to eat.

This whole island is divided into tribal areas.

Here on this island there are essentially two types of tribes:

there are the mountain tribes and there are the coastal tribes.

Right now we're headed to have a bougna.

A bougna is basically like a big pit barbecue.

But in order to get onto the tribal land,

we're going to have to make a ceremonial offering

before we are allowed onto their property.

Should be pretty interesting.

Okay, so, we have actually found the place that we're going to be eating later,

but tribal custom is pretty strict, and

the way that we just arrived is not actually the right way to do it.

So, Mark has hopped in a car with a local dude

who's going to take us to the elusive Richard, our host.

I swear this is starting to sound more and more like something from Lost.

We're up here in the hills with the Dharma Project.

Okay, so, success! We found our guide.

He's going to introduce us to the president of the tribe.

This is going to put my French to the test

because I now have to formally ask the president of the tribe for permission to join them for a meal.

The president has welcomed us to the party. Apparently we did everything right.

I think that there was definitely some communication barriers with our French.

They understand that we're just curious travelers, and we're here to have a good time.

These ladies back here are getting to work on the food preparation.

It looks like they have some big kind of like banana leaves, and

they're taking the food and tying it up.

It's like a burrito, bro. I can wrap a burrito.

They wrap all of that stuff in the bananas and put it underground on embers to cook for a couple hours.

So it's time to eat. Looks super good.

Shrimp, crab, chicken, vegetables... wine.

French wine. Pretty good spread.

We just said goodbye. Such an awesome experience.

Everybody here is really, really cool, and they've made sure that we leave with tons of food.

So they're giving us a bunch of bananas.

As it began so it ends.

They gave us a ceremonial Manu, a nice little blanket and

also a little bit of cash for the road.

That was such an incredible experience, you guys.

Well that was an absolutely incredible afternoon.

Such a great feast with great people and a unique experience.

Before we left on this trip, this place was just a dot on the map,

and now we have come; we've explored it.

That was a real adventure, and we experienced some genuine hospitality.

So, the team came in, so 6:30 this morning I had blood work and

that was to check my vancomycin level, which is therapeutic, whoop whoop,

but unfortunately

my whites and my platelets and my other like blood counts are dropping faster than we anticipated.

Okay, we're about to go to PFTs, But um...

blood counts are dropping so basically that means the imipenem that I've been on for one week is

suppressing my bone marrow.

So not ideal, but it does mean we were hoping to go home today

but that's not gonna happen because of my blood counts so we at least are staying one more day...

(Peter) See what happens, but let's go get PFTs.

Yeah, ok.

First set done. I just did my

inhaler. My pre and post, okay, so I should probably explain this.

So um there are a few different

components to CF airways.

Of course there's the infection side of things where your lungs are battling this infection that's in the, in your lungs.

So that can cause scarring which can decrease lung function because your lungs aren't working as efficiently,

but another

component to some people with CF is like a reactive airway situation.

This is my understanding,

it's kind of like more of an asthmatic type of reactionary thing like a

bronchospasm type of thing.

Basically like a closing up of the airways.

Like constrictive?

Yeah.

So she's not getting...that's like due to infection and the CF side of things but

so like not as much air is able to get like out into the

outer

places of the lungs.

The outer places. So...

So you might hear people talk about pre and post PFTs.

So pulmonary function test pre, before bronchodilator,

and post, after bronchodilator.

Now in my recent past like in the last five to ten years,

my pre and post don't show marked improvement, so that means that I'm probably not having very much

reactive airway component, it's more just like infection

issues.

If I do my pre, which I just did and then I do my

bronchodilator, which you can either do the puffer like this or the neb, the neb makes my heart race too much

so I have to do just this one which is atrovent.

And bronchodilator is a medication that helps open up those kind of...

Bronchioles.

Restrictive airways, yeah.

I'm assuming it's bronchioles.

Bronchioles?

The broccoli in your lungs.

Yeah.

Bronchioles.

Um bronchial dilator.

Dilate your bronchioles.

Anyways, you were saying.

So um it hasn't shown, actually my PFTs have come down in the past when I've done the neb

version, so we're like okay, don't do that but um

last week for PFTs I did my atrovent before I came to PFTs and they were a little bit better.

Which they're actually down four percent from five days ago or whatever.

So we're interested to see what they are after I do my atrovent.

Basically.

Yeah, so if they were to come up

on her post it would indicate maybe a more like

chronic like

regular bronchodilator would be helpful because right now Mary just uses it when she like, as needed, right?

Right.

So, like

If she's having some of these restrictive airways, maybe something that she does every day.

Yeah, which I've done in the past.

I've done spiriva in the past which is like a long-acting

bronchodilator.

Which is probably what you'd go on again.

Yeah, that's what my team was talking about a few days ago, but

yeah, so basically we kind of got cut off because we ran to PFTs, but

we're basically in a tricky spot with my blood work because

Imipenem is treating both the achromobacter,

which I'm growing, and Pseudomonas, which the Pseudomonas is resistant to it, but we still try to treat it.

And then the vancomycin is treating the MRSA, which is in my lungs.

So right now we are on a, on paper we're on a really good

combo

but if my whites go too low then it puts my whole body at risk for even more serious,

potentially serious stuff.

Yeah.

So then there's the talk about do we try a neupogen shot which is a shot that

it's a, it's an injection which tells your bone marrow

make more white blood cells, so it's, it's kind of an option,

it's a potential option that we've talked about. There's definitely pros and cons.

It's a little outside of the box of like what...

something you'd traditionally do like so.

And then you decide are the pros

worth it versus the cons and

I've only been on Imipenem for one week so at the rate my blood cells are dropping

I might have a couple more days until they drop to like too dangerous.

But we're not sure so like we could wait and just see if they drop too far and then treat.

It's just there are so many layers.

Yeah.

So right now...

I will pause my packing even though I packed most of our stuff up last night.

We will pause, we will put a pause on that for now.

I thought last night was our last night.

Yeah.

We're just

gonna wait out, wait it out and see what happens. We're gonna recheck blood work tomorrow and see where her blood counts are, see how

it's trending, and then come up with a plan from there, but why don't you stop vlogging

so you can rest and do post here in a few minutes.

I don't know if we ended up saying kind of the end result at PFTs.

So my first set of PFTs was before the bronchodilator

and they were down a few percent from last, from like five days ago.

And then the second set was still down slightly from last week,

but it's in the same range and as we've always said they are just numbers. They can be helpful, but

ultimately we are treating the infection not the numbers.

So we're just gonna keep on doing what we're doing as far as we can with the blood counts in mind and all of that.

But it is later in the evening right now, but here's what happened earlier.

I tried to capture it on camera so what I was able to capture, here you go.

I went to the gym and had a ball.

And then the camera died, but the rest of that workout was I stood on that half ball thingy

that was wobbly and

we threw this like oblong ball from one person to the other.

Peter hasn't heard this yet.

No, yeah.

So we threw it. I stood on the wobbly thing so it was more work for like my core and everything and

it was a workout for both of us, but it was really fun and like I said before they clean everything.

Every speck of everything that I touch and other patients to keep me healthy or safer and keep other people safe as well.

But yeah, it was a really fun day in the gym, and I guess there's one benefit to staying another day.

I'll get to go to the gym another day.

And Ollie and I took a little nap in the windowsill this afternoon which was good.

I think I needed a nap to kind of catch up from yesterday.

But, I wanted to say Christmas is coming the goose is getting fat and

where was I going with that? Oh, yeah,

Sorry, nurse came in. So what I was saying was shipping deadlines for the holidays. If you want to get

cleaned up files on your computer. I don't really know but

because your computer would start getting slower

and you'd do this defragment your disk, so anyways Mary's like "why don't you go out and get a bite to eat and

defragment your disk" and

so I just went and got some Clover and just sat.
