So Phoenix, Roxanne, Leigh, Emily, Chris and Patches - great name Patches - are asking what
will myelin repair achieve? Does it just delay progression or does it
promise to see a reversal in disability? Does it repair damage to the nerve?
Well all of these people should be writing my grants because these are great questions.
We don't know all the answers to these. Roughly we think that repair of myelin
is a bit like putting plaster onto a damaged area and that if you can do that
it's protective just like a plaster is. The question is how protective is it and
does that protection really stick and last? We don't know the answer to that
definitively but indirect evidence is that it will be protective and slow
deterioration. So the idea is you've got a nerve which is damaged and if you put
down the remyelination or this plaster you slow that nerve dying or
breaking up, so in that sense it's protective. Will it stop the disease?
I doubt it. Will it reverse disability? Technically no but indirectly it could
certainly assist in the wider process of repair and plasticity which can help
reverse disability. But fundamentally putting down new myelin is about
protection rather than stopping disease or reversing disease. And does it repair
damage the nerve? We all believe it does, there's indirect evidence it does.
Some of the really precise researchers working in this area can't answer that question
in the way that we'd want to answer it in humans. So the experiment you'd want
to do in humans, it's very difficult to work at how you do it.

both Sadio Mane and Mo Salah are definitively going to be featured within it.
With the prospect of an Adam Lallana return on the horizon, too, Liverpool's attack
is beginning to look very exciting indeed.

currently it's at ten thousand and we're about to enter December pretty soon of
2017 so in one year and a month basically what price do you guys think
bitcoin is going to be at but this is ridiculous it did it um I thought I was
gonna happen by the end of the year I guess we could say that was correct it's
not even December yet and it happens so where is it gonna go by you know
December where is it gonna be now the market cap we're currently sitting at is
where are we market caps 168 billion guys if you don't remember this was like
how long ago was this this was when the whole Bitcoin cash was catching up
Bitcoin cash was going up to like thirty thirty billion dollar market cap and
Bitcoin was in the like in the 90s and you know now to see it a hundred and
sixty eight billion it's crazy it's still only a fifty four percent dominant
so it hasn't actually gone up it's just the whole market cap of cryptocurrency
is at three hundred and eleven trillion dollars so that Knox billion who
trillion dollars three hundred or three hundred and eleven almost three hundred
and twelve billion dollars and that's crazy and it's you know it past the
quarter of a trillion mark a while back well not a while back is pretty recent
but now we're at three hundred and let's take a look what when it passed the 300
billion I'm so yeah over here we could which is this 23rd of November so five
days ago it was at a quarter of a billion dollar trillion dollars Wow
these big numbers are confusing it's cuz they're not my bank account yet so it's
very difficult me to understand them once bad joke anyways now we're at three
hundred and ten billion dollars three hundred eleven to be exact and I mean I
just wanted to update you guys on the price of Bitcoin where I think bitcoins
going what's the hole what's the deal now we have got guys look at the uptrend
right now you guys know how this works we've talked about this before there's
the there's a resistance there's all that stuff that goes on when it comes to
cryptocurrency very similar to stocks so when it comes to predicting prices once
you see a giant shoot up like this usually Bitcoin balances out it'll drop
back down to its you know the resistance level which was right here was a little
under six thousand dollars then it shot back up made the resistance here you
know balanced off now it went back up so what I'm expecting is gonna happen is
we're gonna see something very similar to what happened every other time so you
know I balanced off and here it bounced off went up bounced off went down went
up bounced off went up now I'm assuming it's gonna balance off pretty soon I
think we I don't think it's gonna go to much higher than 10,000 before it
corrects it's a great milestone to hit though but I do think by the end of
December we're not gonna be at 15,000 or anything like that
for 2018 though I am expecting it could oh I definitely want to see like twenty
to twenty-five thousand dollars I'm not lying guys so if you guys haven't gotten
your Bitcoin yet go on to coinbase get yourself some Bitcoin it's great to just
hold I mean I was trying to figure out what else there is to show you guys but
I don't know if you look at the trend it's very simple to understand these
things once you understand trends and once you understand charts I guess what
it looks like so if I were to go to all right we really don't need this part
probably go here this looks better right okay so you guys
can see here Bitcoin went up made a level went up may level went down now I
didn't go all the way down but it did go down it correct a little bit then it
went up made a level up made a level went down right then went up made a
level up what's gonna happen now is it's gonna balance off and it's gonna go down
it's repeated that over and over again as we've gone so you know if you even
look it's basically done at the line so that's two thousand five hundred they
had dinner at five thousand thirty nine seven thousand five hundred I was gonna
do it at ten thousand um you know just this is just basic chart and yeah basic
chart analysis that I'm doing for you guys showing you guys what my prediction
for Bitcoin is and kind of celebrating the fact that I hit ten thousand dollars
guys absolutely crazy at the beginning of this year where is it January 2017 we
were trading Bitcoin at just about Jennifer's just under a thousand dollars
and now to see it hit ten thousand dollars
10x your investment in a year and the years not even over yet but 10x your
investment absolutely crazy now another thing I want to keep you guys looking at
is over here this is the volume right here right the 24-hour volume you guys
can see that as we've gone up in price more and more volume has happened so now
we're playing around with like five billion dollars of volume every day
which is crazy and at one point bitcoins market cap was five billion dollars
right so I'm sure if you go back enough the market cap was he ago three billion
dollars right three four five billion dollars it was in November at the end of
last year the end of twenty not the end of 2015 I in the last year end of 2015
it was a five billion dollar market cap now we're seeing a trade five billion
dollars every single day well not every day you guess you fall but you guys know
what I mean every day basically a five billion dollar market um a five billion
dollar volume so let's look here it the volume for the last 24 hours was six
billion absolutely crazy guys just seeing where
it is and if you factor in the point that a lot of people don't know this but
less than 1% of a merit of the people in the US are invested in Bitcoin and you
know the US has wallstreet u.s. is very big in stocks
you know leads the economy in a lot of ways of the world's economy in a lot of
ways there are other big contributors China's a huge country if they're doing
their own thing but we're not talking about that here we're just saying if
less than 1% of the u.s. is invested in Bitcoin guys we have a decently long way
up still to go and that's why a lot of people speculate prices for Bitcoin
being so high in the future it's just because there is a limited supply we're
currently circulating sixteen point seven million
there's 21 million out there and you know there's so many people more to
adopt it and this is just gonna keep happening the reason it keeps Fluxus
this keeps going up the 24 hour volume going up isn't that you know we love
trading it more now it's just that more people are trading it too so more people
trading it means the volume is gonna go hot and go up it's gonna be higher it's
just common sense um but yeah guys this was just a little
bit of an update I am probably gonna release another video later today as
well talking about the top five crypto currencies I'm looking at for December
hopefully you guys are excited for that video so if you are make sure to

investment guys go in on it now there's really the only better time to invest in

well get it now if you're just gonna hold it like I said I expect I'm
predicting I'm hoping and I'm holding for I'm holding my Bitcoin Furth like
twenty twenty-five thousand dollars at December 2018 so there's just a lot of
adoption left to go a lot of people are gonna start coming in guys a lot of
events are coming in because he volume here was at nine that nine billion
dollars it's an all-time high when it was low because it corrected and so a
lot of people bought in um when it went and get it near eight thousand people
bought back in at six thousand easy four thousand dollars profit come on per coin
phenomenal numbers so guys yeah make sure to stay up to date with your
Bitcoin I want to provide to you guys most information I can at the best times
and imma let you know when I think you should buy bitcoins so I'm letting you
guys know my thoughts is if you are thinking of holding it long-term there
is no better time to get it when it dips just buy some more that's my logic
that's how I try and buy a Bitcoin I buy Bitcoin on dips but if you are just
trying to wait for a dip on it should I think a dip is coming pretty soon then
we've gone up a long way without any resistance two thousand dollars without

Attack, Defense, And Perfect Ultra Instinct | Which Will Goku, Vegeta, Gogeta Or Vegito Gain? - Duration: 7:03.
>> Anthony: Yeah, I'm pissed we didn't make a video about this sooner, as the possibility
of Ultra Instinct having different aspects was something John and I discussed when Goku's
new form was rumored so long ago.
Being such a big fan of Goku, and John of Vegeta, we knew that Dragon Ball Super had
to continue the trend of shaking things up a little.
We theorized that this new form would focus on a different aspect of the user that unleashes
this new form's power.
If there is one thing that the Dragon Ball Z series, and much of Dragon Ball Super, has
taught us, it's that Goku has always been a more defensive, reactive, fighter - someone
who can take a beating and still come back fighting strong, so we figured that this new
form would boost, or simply focus, on Goku endurance and/or his defensive capabilities.
>> John: Right, and as we talk about Vegeta, he's always been the more focused, aggressive,
style of fighter.
He's always been in-your-face, high power, let's overpower this opponent, and the only
thing that has really stopped him is his pride for those moments.
But, with that pride it's always lead to "this combatant needs to be big enough, bad enough
for me to then show I'm going to overpower them even more."
That would lead to what we always presumed, Ultra Instinct Attack form.
This attack form being, "I'm going to punch the crap out of someone" or "I'm going to
blast the crap out of someone", knowing exactly what move to go in on someone, while Goku
is kinda dodging around.
Goku is going to be in your face.
When Vegeta finally unlocks this Ultra Instinct state, it's going to boost his offensive capabilities.
It's going to make him hit harder, ki blast harder, and more.
It's just going to be that missing link, almost like a Kaioken like state.
You know, all this power and brutal overtaking of his enemy.
>> Anthony: What we thought would also happen would be that Gohan may gain Ultra Instinct
as well, but it would boost, or simply focus, on Gohan's speed and agility, but with how
the episodes are currently unfolding, it seems doubtful.
One can hope, right?
What we do know for certain, however, is that Goku's current use of Ultra Instinct focuses
solely on the defensive side of combat, as Whis points out in Episode 116.
So that means that we may see Goku eventually reach either a "complete" or perfect Ultra
Instinct form before the end of the "Universe Survival" saga, or something a little bit
more interesting
>> John: And as we go back to Vegeta, I mean we've seen him attempt to into the Ultra Instinct
state, in Episode 117, just this past weekend, and of course it ended up failing.
Now why would this fail?
I think ultimately the reason for that is because he was going away from what naturally
is him.
He tried to slip into an almost Goku state of mind.
Letting go is one part that Whis said "Hey, you need to get into it" but him kinda just
letting everything go and almost being defensive, and trying to let his body do the work, I
think went against his nature and what ultimately will bring out his technique for Ultra Instinct,
being that aggressive style.
To further foreshadow the proof about Vegeta's aggressive Ultra Instinct, when he failed
and switch back and going aggressive, Whis points out the fact that Vegeta switched to
a style that is more natural.
Alright, and I think what is going to happen is, just like Vegeta in Battle Of The Gods,
when something emotional occurred, like Bulma, is actually going to be the catalyst for him
to be more aggressive, in that Ultra Instinct.
It's going to be that breaking point, just as Goku had, to unlock his potential in it,
and if that is either a major fight with Jiren or having someone, such as Goku, who he does
care about in ways, as a rival, something occurs and it pushes Vegeta over the edge
to finally tap into the attack form of Ultra Instinct.
>> Anthony: Actually, since we brought up Jiren, he probably is using the attack or
offensive side of Ultra Instinct.
It would completely make sense, given just how powerful he is, and the way he exerts
his force against others.
Even worse, he could have even mastered both aspects of Ultra Instinct already, which leads
to our next point...
>> John: Right, and with Goku and Vegeta each holding half of a full Ultra Instinct technique,
it ultimately comes down to the possibility of having a fused combination of the two,
having Vegito come back, or even Gogeta making his first appearance, making the full either
complete or Perfect Ultra Instinct technique.
Now, of course that would do a little bit of fan-service, to bring these fusion techniques
back, but, you know, with having these fusions already taking place, we would just have to
see, but how perfect would that be to have the perfect form with Vegito.
>> Anthony: Now even though Gogeta is still not canon, and has only been seen in the movies,
that hasn't stopped Dragon Ball Super from taking something from the movies and making
it canon - such as the Legendary Super Saiyan, also known as the Berserker form.
Seeing as how neither Goku nor Vegeta have easy access to the Porta Earrings, it seems
much more likely that the two will have to do the fusion dance to combine their might,
resulting in Gogeta.
>> John: So even though we can appreciate Goku and Vegeta's rivalry all through, you
know, Dragon Ball Z, up into Super, and hopefully even beyond, it really showed how each of
them has grown.
Their rivalry has pushed them forward to even beyond going from Gods to this Ultra Instinct
capabilities.
Now the one thing we would love to see though is more of the Z Fighters kinda getting their
own catch-up, if you will, trying to achieve almost what they have gotten to kinda make
as par.
Now with Ultra Instinct kinda being more of a technique, almost an awakening of self,
maybe this will be that gate for more of the Z Fighters to be on par, or at least catch-up
to Goku and Vegeta.
After all, that means just about anyone, under the right circumstances and conditions can
tap into it.
>> Anthony: How awesome would it be to see an Ultra Instinct Piccolo or Gohan in the
near future?
Maybe even Krillin?
No?
Okay, fine

Kellyanne Conway Clearly Broke The Law, But Will She Be Prosecuted? - Duration: 4:03.
Last week during an appearance on Fox & Friends on Fox News, White House Counselor, Kellyanne
Conway, clearly violated the law.
Specifically, the law that she broke was the Hatch Act that forbids members of the White
House, members of the current administration, from going out in their official capacity,
and engaging in political activity, specifically endorsing or attacking certain candidates.
Here's what happened with Kellyanne Conway.
She goes on Fox & Friends last week to talk about the tax reform package being proposed
by Republicans.
During her response about tax cuts, she decides to go off the rails and starts attacking Doug
Jones, the Democratic Senate candidate in the State of Alabama.
She did this while being identified as a White House counselor, she did it while being interviewed
in front of the White House, so in all regards, she was acting as an official representative
of the Donald Trump administration, and therefore, engaging in those kinds of political attacks
against Doug Jones in favor of Roy Moore, she had violated the Hatch Act, which is a
prosecutorial offense.
Now, will she be prosecuted, is the question?
The Office of Special Counsel within the White House is certainly, probably not going to
prosecute her, but this just goes to show you how many laws people within this administration
seem to break on a near constant basis, that nobody pays attention to.
During the Bush administration, Karl Rove, clearly violated the Hatch Act using White
House computers to send out campaign emails, again, clear violation.
He was never prosecuted, nothing ever happened with that, so we have no reason to think that
anything different will happen to Kellyanne Conway.
But we also know that Donald Trump is out there endorsing specific products, like Fox
News over CNN.
His family is out there plugging their goods on national TV, while acting as representatives
of the White House, which also is against the law.
Kellyanne Conway is also guilty of doing that, from the time when she came on Fox & Friends
and said, "Go buy Ivanka's stuff."
That's illegal.
You know, I think if a lot of people paid a little bit more attention to some of the
things going in this White House, you would begin to see how many times these morons sitting
in the Oval Office continuously break the law.
Why?
Because they don't know it.
That's what happens when you put in a complete numbskull in the White House, who has no political
experience, no legal experience, and no knowledge of the US government whatsoever.
Not saying that gives him a free pass, but I'm saying, Yeah, we can expect these kinds
of things when you put an idiot in the White House, and that's exactly what we're seeing
today.
That does not give them a free pass, that does not mean that these things should not
be investigated and potentially prosecuted.
I for one think that every minor infraction that takes place should be investigated, and
if it turns out that Kellyanne Conway is guilty of violating the Hatch Act, which all of the
evidence says yes, she is, she needs to be removed from office and put in front of a
criminal trial.
We have laws in place in this country for a reason, and if those at the top aren't going
to follow them, how in the hell do they expect those of us on the bottom to follow them as
well?
You gotta lead by example, and that's something that this White House, this administration,
and Kellyanne Conway herself, simply don't understand.
