The Ultimate Benefits of Channeling That Can Help You Do Anything in Life

BY SUE MAISANO

Most people think of channeling as heebie-jeebie, they think of it as going to their local tarot

reader or some other thing, where you go in pay some lady wearing some sort of turner

coat on her head using a bunch of tarot cards, ultimately paying your money to play with

spirits.

Movies have not helped this matter in any way, as it seems that they keep on portraying

them: some shady characters only looking to make a fast buck.

This is the farthest thing from the truth, and we can prove it because weve actually

done it.

Channeling is a Mental feat of Tuning in to Higher Consciousness

and Bringing Forth Higher Information to Benefit Your Life.

You see, channeling involves actually quieting the conscious mind to a point of the subconscious,

which perceives much more than we ever do.

It allows us to pick up messages from the Universe.

This is no simple task because most peoples conscious dictate their every action, but

you dont realize that your subconscious mind is actually playing a HUGE part in your

life.

Take driving for example.

Dont you ever listen to a great tune or ponder on a random thought in your head?

You simply dont pay attention to the road.

Suddenly a car short stops and the next thing you know youre slamming on the brakes.

Well, how did you do that?

Your conscious mind is focused completely on something else, you should have been in

a bad car accident by then.

The answer is your subconscious mind, which understood the general background far more

than you thought, is paying attention to the road.

At the same time, the subconscious mind is making sure your body was functioning and

that the worries that you have are being chronicled and organized.

Theres so much going on behind the scenes that you dont realize it.

People who have had bad issues happening in their life, whether that be abuse and other

forms of things, dont realize that the subconscious mind plays a role in every critical

decision there is.

It is amazing how much it actually plays a role in our lives.

However, when one is able to quiet conscious mind they will see that they open a door to

things that they never thought possible.

The subconscious mind actually DOES know how to speak, it just needs to be guarded.

It will speak and speak quite correctly many times when you actually give it food for thought.

Its like a mental exercise that needs to be honed.

Many people start off not being able to understand anything that I am writing, and by the time

theyre done are able to actually do self channeling, which involves going into a certain

state on their own and actually being able to use their subconscious mind for answers.

The subconscious mind is a key to tap into the Universe;

its like a highway where youre directly on a path to the ultimate greater good.

We dont think of it that way because were so busy in our day-to-day lives.

Think about it this way, imagine you had a room which had a bunch of mirrors and one

door.

If youre able to cover all the mirrors you wouldnt be distracted, youd be able

to simply open the door.

But if each mirror reflected the door, you wouldnt know where to go, would you?

Once you cover those mirrors you can simply find the door and just open it.

We never think of it like that, however, thats the truth of our lives.

The real world, as important as it is, is simply reflects just like the mirror.

The subconscious which truthfully represents the door to the universe seems to be far away

from us.

Nothing the World Believes is True.

 A Course in Miracles

However, when you cover reality, which is like covering those mirrors, the next thing

you know you find the door.

When you open that door, so much awaits you that you dont even realize.

For example, take what we did together; Sue and I, were able to simply quiet our minds

to be able to focus on writing a book.

Most people dont think you can do it this way, however, self-speaking is so important.

You speak so much faster than you write.

How does one channel what is going through his head into a successful story?

The answer is, you quiet the conscious mind which dictates all these distractions in our

life some important, some not important.

Once you have that all quieted out youre able to focus on the story.

If you look and you read about the way this book was published, A Love Destiny * (see

the note for details), you will see something amazing.

The idea came when the universe gave us insight; almost to the point of complete accuracy.

We were able to then use that as a fictional book which many people will enjoy.

As time goes on and channeling becomes more popular, people will see that ultimately this

is a great form of self-healing that can be tapped by anybody who really wants to do it.

Note: A Love Destiny is a novel written by the mysterious channeler and me, Sue Maisano.

The idea of the book was given by the Universe, and before one word was uttered the entire

book was already there.

Our role was to channel it to the physical plane.

By the time this blog article was written A Love Destiny was about to be completed,

and we havent approached publishers yet.

Notice the wording in the blog post that takes it for granted that this book is already published,

thats because time does not exist in the subconscious mind, and therefore on the deeper

level this book had already manifested.

Do you see how marvelous the mind is?

This blog article is written by the mysterious channeler, who wishes to stay anonymous for

now, and Sue Maisano.

Sue is a healer and author of The Healing Journey.

If you love the message in the article, please share it with someone you care.

Together well raise human consciousness and make the world a better place.

Spread the love

president from bits fond of calling out the media on fake news but is he the one

giving them very real ammunition maybe not intentionally I'll even give

you the benefit of the doubt mr. president say maybe not deliberately but

consistently way to consistently so let me be clear mr. president how can you

drain the swamp if you're the one who keeps muddying the waters you didn't

know about that $130,000 payment to a porn star I think it did said you knew

nothing about how your former lawyer Michael Cohen handle this until

acknowledging today you were the guy behind the retainer payment that took

care of this you insists that money from the campaign or campaign contributions

played no role in this transaction of that you're short thing is not even 24

hours ago sir you couldn't recall any of this and you seem very sure now I'm not

saying you're a liar you're president you're busy I'm just having a devil of a

time figuring out which news is fake let's just say your own words on lots of

stuff give me shall I say lots of pause like the time you said the Russians

didn't interfere in the 2016 election until a lot of Republicans had to remind

you they did came back months later and you said well I never said that Russia

didn't meddle in the election when in fact you had a lot now none of this

makes me a never Trump er just always confused like when you claim your tax

plan was the biggest in US history when it wasn't or that the bill you signed it

make it all happen it would cost you a fortune

when it turns out it is going to help make you a bigger fortune or that your

job approval novels really aren't that bad relative to other presidents at this

stage when they're actually worse than most presidents at this stage that can

change but what's weird is this pattern does not like the time that you said

rumors of Rex Tillerson departure at the State Department were false until they

weren't or that your former chief of staff Reince Priebus wasn't going

anywhere until he was or your economic adviser Gary Cohen was doing

great job a dilly ones and when you absolutely love Steve Bannon until you

didn't swore by Jeff Sessions that you started swearing at Jeff Sessions had

your legal team locked in place until then wasn't denied reports you were ever

thinking about firing Robert Muller even as you now threatened getting involved

at the Justice Department now none of this makes you evil but I'm sure you can

understand why even your friends say these inconsistencies don't make you

look good or do anything to help advance your policies many of which are very

good or the prospects for peace with North Korea that is remarkably good all

this stuff you keep blurting out remarkably bad and remarkably bad timing

it is not that these exaggerations and omissions and Mis statements are now and

then more like now and then something else always something else like the time

you claim you sign more bills than any president ever neglecting to mention the

other four presidents FDR Truman Carter and Clinton who will sign more or brag

about the national debt going down by 12 billion dollars after your first month

in office even though it's sorted by nearly a trillion bucks now that your 15

months in office but it's not what you are omitting mr. president it is what

you keep stating and never correcting like when you said there was a serious

voter fraud in New Hampshire and there was it said the same about repeated

claims of voter fraud in Virginia and there weren't or that millions of

illegals voted in the last election but they didn't or the time you talked up

your massive landslide in the electoral college even though three out of four

presidents before you had bigger electoral vote landslides in their

elections again none of this makes what you say fake just calling out the press

for being so a bit of a stretch you are right to say some of them are out to get

you but often times they're using your own words to bash you your base probably

might not care but you should I guess you're too busy draining the swamp to

ever stop and snow the stink you're creating that's you're doing that's your

stink mr. president that's your swamp you

Cancer is a lifestyle disease 4 in 10 cancers can be entirely - Duration: 3:44.

Cancer is a lifestyle disease 4 in 10 cancers can be entirely avoided

by Edward Morgan

Those who think they shouldnt worry about cancer because they have no family history

of the dreaded disease are grossly misinformed.

Scientists have found time and again that genes are not the reason people get cancer.

A new study shows that lifestyle is a frequent culprit.

The research suggests that 2,500 cases of cancer could be prevented weekly if Britons

changed their lifestyle by exercising more and losing weight.

Cancer Research UK reports that almost 40 percent of cancer cases in the UK is preventable.

Smoking, the number one cause of cancer, is now giving way to obesity as the top culprit.

This is why experts warn that excess weight can someday be the biggest reason why people

get the disease.

In fact, Cancer Research UK chief executive Sir Harpal Kumar remarked that in the next

decades, obesity can be the new smoking if people dont watch out.

Research published in the British Journal of Cancer revealed that excess weight leads

to 13 kind of cancer, including bowel, breast, womb and kidney.

It also shows that over 20 cases of cancer could be prevented if people maintained a

healthy weight.

The good news is excess weight is a choice.

Wellness expert Dani Walker, author of the book Education Beats Medication, suggests

these natural ways of beating obesity:

Drink eight ounces of lemon water upon waking up in the morning It jump-starts your

metabolism and helps rid your body of toxins that accumulate with fat intake.

Organic lemon will also help balance balance your alkaline or pH levels.

Avoid zero calorie food and artificial sweeteners.

Dont be fooled by the phrase zero calories and stay away from artificial sweeteners that

could make you ask for more.

Opt for natural sweeteners like honey, molasses, raw whole sugar, or organic fruit juice.

Take organic apple and grapefruit as often as you can Organic fruits and greens have

live enzymes and nutrients that help cleanse the body of toxins and provide nutrition.

They also suppress appetite and burn fat.

Go big on breakfast A whopping 80 percent of overweight people eat a small breakfast

or skip it altogether.

Hydrate Take six to eight glasses of filtered water daily.

Filtered water flushes fat and toxins away.

This, in turn, helps you lose excess weight.

Walk for an hour nonstop daily Walking is slow rhythmic movement that reboots your

weight set point and develops a thin, lean body.

Its something people young and old can do.

Youll see and feel the dramatic difference in 30 days.

Cancer is no longer the death sentence is used to be.

Still, prevention is better than cure.

Why get sick, when a change in lifestyle will keep you healthy and strong?

Wellness is a choice, which, like most good things, need time and patience to achieve.

You can choose to quit smoking and lose weight today, and look forward to spending more time

with your loved ones in the future.

Or, you can turn a deaf ear to all the warning signs about unhealthy living, and suffer from

disease.

How can I get it sharp again? - Duration: 14:36.

Moin, hello and welcome! I'm the fat Dirk and you look one

new episode in the field of home and garden! Today it's about: I'll show you

my three ways to get them really hot again! Not now

The! It's about knives! You know the problem: Nothing is worse than in

Household want to cut something and have a dull knife! What do you do

one with it? I have also experienced this question a few times. I am also of the opinion:

Blunt knives - you cut yourself! Sharp knives - you can work well!

But how do you get knives sensibly sharp now? There are a thousand

various possibilities! I tried three of them and the ones

I'll show you now! So first of all, we need a knife sharpener,

which is as universal as possible because we have in our household

from more or less normal kitchen knives over more or less

big knives maybe also special knives, such as a Hackebeilchen, a

Penknife or in wild households also a machete! All this should

yes get spiced up. Let's see what you can do with that! Classically,

In sharpness tests, a tomato is always taken. I thought I was

not so disadvantageous and take a paprika! This is

a stink-normal knife, even a brand.

So! If you want to dabble on it now with the blunt knife,

does not happen so much! This is stupid! So... knife to the side! knife sharpener

Number one: The cheap version! Maybe you have already seen, there is

easy to buy in many department stores, right? I have two here, I suspect

sometimes ceramic or a ceramic insert with different angles for sharpening

and the knife sharpening is relatively easy! Take this knife, use it

and pull it through.

So! Does not need a lot of pressure, does not need much strength, does not have to

be sure to see if you are bent or tilted. I think so

try to use the knife as vertical as possible, but good.

The other way around is also: You can use that knife, which I for

However, consider something more dangerous, even with the cutting edge down and

then pull off like that. That too works! Is not quite

safe: you reach in. So, that worked! I want to be here now too

do not show how great this thing makes the knife sharp. We can just go

ask our friendly peppers if they like serving again. You look at that

same pressure is much better! But only pull once: Schwupp knife for

the moment definitely sharp! I do not know if the camera detects this:

I think that a bit... you can see that the edge is sanded

is. Okay, variant 1: the inexpensive model... our peppers... Variant 2: The

classic grindstone! The grindstone, you can see here, it is available in

different gradations, is also the very fine variant, the

then, as it were, responsible for final sharpening. Grindstones are so far

first known. Most people know about or know about these grindstones

not, that's why I say it, you have to water them before use!

You have to first soak up with water, so that you can be reasonable

can grind on it and then it starts! So again, look at the knife

Pepper... there! So, without pressing: You can see it a bit grated,

but not so great, not so wild! So, now you go,

Hold the blade at a certain angle and then drag through it

"push it forward". I'm only doing this approach by now,

And now I have to say: Here I am the total failure! I get

I can not get the knives out because I just can not

manage to pull the knife over the stone at the right angle! I have

maybe the technology is not right!?! I can not say it!

Maybe you have to do it that way? I support myself because I

that can not handle the angle, these things worried. You then pack them

on the knife and then you can front the blade, the cutting edge, behind the thing

put on the grindstone and so you have a small guide that the blade

stays at about the same angle. Well, that thing is being affected,

is completely clear! I have to admit: not my thing! I can not do it! There are

a lot of people who can do that and I am firmly convinced that it is the

best method is to sharpen knives, but because of the preparation time and

because of the handling: Not my thing! That's why the test is now yes

not so the big impression. So now we have had the opportunity

to work with the cheap variant, we have that with the whetstone together

Seen accessories and now we come to the solution that I found for myself

have: And although it is the knife sharpener of graef! From Graeff Chiefs Choice, CC

you can see that, CC 120. This device is relatively easy! Oh man

already sees abrasion. This device is relatively easy! It has three sanding

pods, if you like. The left grinding pod, this one, on the right is such a one

Thing, for the rough first cut, is the first time the knife

got. He ensures that with relatively much material removal from the knife

material that the rough angle is set up for the cutting edge. each

Cutting edge or many cutting edges are ground at different angles.

This area is for particularly blunt knives and then makes beside the rough one

Setting up the angle, fine-tuning the angle and this

Area is the peel-off area, or for sharpening

suitable. And here, and that at not all sharpeners, grindstones, cheap

Variants or many others..., here you can also use knives

Sharpen serration! The beauty is: The whole thing works with electricity! So we

can make the obligatory test with the pepper again. This knife

not even the screamer and then we turn on the device! Attention, it

gets loud, so relatively loud and then it starts! Through the leadership

We do not have the problem here of dodging the angle. The sharpening goes by

you put the knife in, then slowly

pervades. I do not know if you can recognize it:

The edge is already sharp. The big one needs, the rough block, so to speak,

I do not need it now, because the knife is already in the right angle. So that

Let's go over here 3 or 4 times.

This is the one side processed and the same we do on the other

Page! No power is needed. So, if you have done so far, then

Do the same here again. Pull each page 5 times, this time

but alternately.

and 5 so that the knife should be sharp again and worked. device

out! Once briefly to the side. The abrasion... we use it, no, and now it comes

our friendly pepper. And again without pressure, just pull over it, schwupp,

cut! Again! So, works! So, that was the normal knife now!

Now the question quite rightly: At the beginning I also had many other knives

shown. Is that too? Very short test! Let's take our Hackebeilchen! in these

Knife Sharpener, because it does not fit in due to the width of the cutting edge!

Does not work, does not work. Our machete! Try it! Yes, that would

fit! It is working! And our pocket knife? Clearly: Works

definitely! Would also go here, the whetstone. Absolutely clear, everyone goes too

Variants. Here there is no limitation of the knife thickness

or similar. Let's get to the bird. Can he do that? Again. I take

now also the rough trowel...

Totally without pressure. Maybe you can see: sanded! Other side! So

it looks like without being tied up,

that's how it looks like! The 5 times each, as we just at

the fine part, I am sure that here is also sharp.

The machete!

Works too! I do not know if you can see that well. In any case, you can see that

the edge is ground. Also suitable for such devices. And of course

our pocket knife! Again, no problem! So it works too! Very

versatile That's it! Now you have all three

Seen opportunities that I have tried. Let's go to

Conclusion: So, the cheap version is certainly suitable, the knife on the

To make point for the moment by needing it sharply. I have

But felt the impression that the knife then not very long sharp

stay. Number two: the whetstones! I think that's a really great one

Product! I think you can sharpen the knives very nicely

And I think that you get sharp with it for a long time. disadvantage

The story goes: you have to water the grindstones before you get them

and it's not my solution because I'm just too stupid with it

Grind knives. I can not do it, the knives at the right angle

regularly pull over the grindstones, so they are also really sharp

are. This includes a bit of skill and

I do not have that. In addition, such a spontaneous knife sharpening, as it...

So I know it from our household: you go off, want to cut:

Damn it! Stump! If you sit down now, because you want to cook food

or something to prepare and first water the stones and first

Wait until they are full and then start to grind .. You do not have any

Lust, that's why you do not do that. At least not me. For me that is

Variant with the stones probably the best quality variant, but

practically not for me to use. May be different for everyone else

be. I can not get it baked. So! Variant 3, the knife sharpener by Graef. The knife sharpener

von Graeff works relatively fast, you take him out of the

Drawer, can get started. So for spontaneous knife sharpening as well

well suited, as the very cheap variant.

Disadvantage is: He is certainly by far the most expensive option.

He needs power, but you get the knives very nice and sharp!

Second disadvantage is the way: Since we have the thing, comes the whole

Relationship with their blunt knives and would like to

have sharpened! You now have the choice between these three

Possibilities that I have shown and certainly many others! What I

showed, at least the Graef knife sharpener,

CAN MY DOG READ MY MIND? Extra Credit with Dr. Brian Hare - Duration: 2:35.

So when you hang out with a dog like Kyler here, it's impossible not to wonder if they're

reading our minds.

Does he know what I'm thinking?

Does he know how I'm feeling?

And that's actually an important question that a lot of scientists have been working on.

And the reason that people have been interested scientifically in this is because we know

that when children begin to read the minds of others, it's when they start to participate

in culture.

It's even how they start to learn language.

What we know is that animals do have some ability to think about others thinking.

We know, for instance, that chimpanzees know when others can or can't see something.

But what about dogs?

What about our best friends?

Can they also think about what we're thinking about?

Can they read our minds?

And the answer is yes!

In some situations, dogs are actually the best at understanding humans-- better than

almost any other animal that's ever been studied.

What they're really, really good at is reading our gestures.

So if I point in a direction or if I look in a direction and I'm trying to communicate

something to Kyler here, he's really good at figuring out what it is that I'm trying

to tell him, relative to other animals when we give other animals that same kind of problem.

Right, Kyler?

Yes, you are very good at that.

You are very good at that.

Does that tell us why some dogs grow up to be really good service dogs?

Kyler is in a service dog program himself.

Why is it that some of the puppies like Kyler are successful with service dog training and

others are not?

And one of the things we found is that the dogs that are best at thinking about the thoughts

of humans, or reading our minds using our gestures, they're the most likely to do well.

Now there are limits to what dogs can do in terms of reading our minds.

Right now, based on the best science, there's no evidence that dogs can understand that

another dog or another person has a belief, or-- even more complicated-- a false belief,

that you know something that's incorrect.

As far as we know, humans are the only animal that can do that, and we think that's probably

why we end up developing language and having a very rich cultural life, whereas animals,

including Kyler here, they don't develop those things.

Kyler, you're amazing, man.

I've done this with lots of different animals.

It doesn't always go this well.

Can You Tell a Story Without Dialogue? "Portal: No Escape" - Duration: 6:39.

"It's been a long time--" How have you been?

I've been really busy making a review of a film based off Portal.

Hey, I'm Jessie and this Video Tempest, where we plow through the storm of YouTube

content, bringing you reviews, critique, and analysis, and today we're thinking with portals!

Portal: No Escape is a short film by Dan Trachtenberg, set in the world of the hugely successful

video game of the same name from Valve Software.

It does an excellent job of staying faithful to its reference material, and features a

character that, like Chell, is completely mute, consequently serving as a great example

of how you can tell a story without any dialogue.

The film opens in a cell that tells us something off the bat-- the walls are old and grungy

with tick marks on them-- presumably from a previous test subject.

This could be an older section of the lab-- or the film could be set before the events

of Portal & Portal 2.

Our test subject is female-- maybe a result of Bring Your Daughter To Work Day.

I'm not sure if she's supposed to be Chell or not.

In the credits, they only list the actress's name.

She does bear some resemblance, and I have a theory, but I'll touch on it later in

the review.

I love that they kept the music minimalistic with these first few scenes, and that they

utilized a very human instrument-- the piano.

It roots us in the scene, tying us to the humanity of the test subject.

And it stays with us throughout the entire film.

Now that she has the portal gun, we get our first taste of the portals in action.

The flame effect works wonderfully, and is a bit more dynamic and interesting than the

flat graphic we see in the game.

The portals work the same, and stay true to the size and shape they are in game,

but feel a bit more "real".

The film also shows some quintessential shots that we're familiar with-- and does things

that we've all done while playing through the game.

The infinite mirror effect being the most noticeable.

As the guards come in, she has the opportunity to use the portals to defend herself, and

we get this moment where she shoots a portal above the door, and kicks the bed through,

dropping it on the guard.

Unfortunately, this goes so quickly that the first time I watched through, I wasn't aware

of what she was doing.

They really could have used a cut in, clearly showing the bed falling on the guard.

As she moves into the hallway, we get this very cinematic cut-in of the portal gun with

the guard in the background.

This is an element of visual storytelling-- giving us a hero shot of the device that's

managed to change our protagonists life, showing its superiority over the oppressive guards.

Continuing her escape, we get a moment where she uses a portal to skip a few flights of stairs--

Now, if you'll allow me to geek out over filmmaking techniques for a moment, there's

a camera trick I'd like to talk about here.

They shot this scene with a handheld camera-- which works great for an escape scene like

this, showing the franticness of the situation, but also works to their advantage with the

effect of her stepping through the portal.

It feels like one continuous shot, but they accomplished this by doing a whip-pan.

As she walks into the wall, the camera is panned quickly to the left and cut.

They then place the actress up on the next level and start the next shot with the same whip-pan.

Many vloggers use the same effect to move from one location to another, and it's an

easy, but effective, camera trick.

Moving on to the roof, we get one last, awesome portal trick that should be very well-known

to players of the game:

Finally, she's made it.

Beaten the system.

But we all know that Aperture Science...

isn't that easy to escape.

Overall, this short excelled at staying true to the game.

Despite not incorporating any of the notable characters from the Portal series,

they managed to preserve the overall feel of it through effective production design,

props, costuming, and exceptional visual effects.

They also managed to keep things just mysterious enough for nosy people like us film critics

to wonder and start developing theories...

Who is this character?

I believe that these events took place before both games.

The cell that our hero wakes up in is too low-tech.

It wasn't dynamically built by an evil supercomputer.

The bed is… actually a bed, not some futuristic incubator like in Portal 1.

The fact that real humans are guarding her chamber and respond to the prison break is

another sign that this is a pre-game world.

By the time Chell became a problem for GlaDOS, there was no sign of any human life within

Aperture Science.

So, this character being Chell is out.

At least, sort of.

She's not the Chell we knew in-game.

Given the tick marks on the wall, she's not the first to be through that cell, and

it looks like the previous occupants spent no more than four days there, unless they

have a really strange way of counting.

I would assume that the previous test subjects found the portal gun and escaped as well.

But where did they wind up?

Obviously, this whole experience is a test.

But given how the guards reacted to the test subject flinging herself across to the other

side, we can assume that not many subjects performed this well.

I think

that this is the original Chell:

The most notable subject to have gone through the testing facilities-- so notable that her

DNA was sampled and she was cloned, over and over, until we got to the version of her

we see in-game.

But hey-- that's just a theory.

A FILM THEORY.

Aaaaand-- cut!

Mystery Booms 'IF' We can Find the Source? - Duration: 8:22.

The boom is back.

Strange booming sounds have once again been reported.

This phenomenon occurring all over the US and UK

April 15 Liverpool a huge boom was heard in Bootle and the Wirral, with some New Brighton

residents saying that their homes shook.

April 22, Southeast Michigan a loud "boom" that sounded, and felt, like an explosion

Explanations for these sounds range from the sonic booms of jets to fracking and thunder

storms.

It would seem that today it is harder to pin down a source of these loud sounds.

They have however been heard in the past, this gives us a chance to remove all the sources

of modern booms and bizarre loud noises.

There are many legends that tell of sounds from the heavens, let's take a look and

see IF we can find an answer.

Welcome to IF, videos on mystery history and the strange.

New content posted twice weekly hit that red button and subscribe

Join the journey into the weird.

The strange sounds that people hear emanating from the ground and skies come in many forms.

There is the Hum, The mystery Booms or sky quakes, strange Ocean sounds and sounds emanating

from the Earth.

These noises have been reported for centuries.

Probably the most famous story is that of the Trumpets of the seven angels of the apocalypse.

This biblical tale says that when the apocalypse arrives it will be heralded by the sounds

of seven trumpets.

each trumpet will blow to cue the occurrence of a new event.

These trumpets would proceed disasters that would be world changing, if we take the first

trumpet as an example it is said that after it sounds the world will be engulfed in a

hail of fire and blood destroying a third of all plant life.

If these Booms that people have heard were the trumpets of the apocalypse I think we

would have noticed the following destruction.

I am going to rule them out for now.

Let take a closer look at the UK and a legend called "the seven whistlers".

Strange that it is seven, the same number as 'the horns of the end of times'?

This legend goes all the way back to 1853 when newspapers reported that miners were

refusing to enter the mines after hearing strange sounds.

These sounds were said to be a warning sign, the miners convinced that something bad was

going to happen and people would lose their lives.

Local folklore says these sounds are "Gabriel's Hounds".

The angel Gabriel hunting the spirits of the dead unsaved.

The angel Gabriel riding a snorting black horse leading a supernatural pack large black

dogs with eyes which "flamed with fire".

The sounds of this paranormal hunting pack came in the form of loud peculiar whistling's

or yelping's and would often occur after nightfall and just before dawn during the

winter months.

Over the years many have attempted to give rational explanations for the sounds but no

conclusive answer has been found.

The other convincing part of this legend is that these sounds have been heard before tragedy

struck.

The seven whistles were heard before the violent Miners strikes of 1874 in which three were

killed and many more injured.

To this day many fear the sounds of the seven whistlers and believe it to be an omen of

bad times ahead, death and catastrophe.

The last two mysterious sounds are 'The Bloop' and 'The Hum'.

The Bloop was and underwater anomalous sound that happened in 1997 and had many mystified

as to what it could be.

An ultra-low frequency sound was heard at underwater listening stations over 5,000km

apart, and one of many mysterious noises picked up by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric

Administration (NOAA).

This began the wild speculation of what could produce such a noise, many believed it to

be a super large underwater creature something which lives in the deepest regions of the

oceans and is never seen and rarely heard.

Some think the mystery was solved and the sound is nothing more than the echoes and

reverberation of ice breaking up and cracking, this is a dominant source of natural sound

in the southern ocean.

Still many hold onto the idea that this was a noise made by living creature and site recent

discoveries of new species of whale and fish in our oceans as examples of how little we

know about the sea and its creatures.

The Hum is a low frequency noise that many have reported hearing since the 1990's its

described as the sound of idling engine, the sound can come and go and sometimes for extended

periods of time.

The incessant noise becoming life altering to those that hear it.

It has been heard in many locations around the world from the sleepy villages of south

west England to the mean streets of Detroit.

In each reported case of The Hum, a different explanation has been given.

The answer to what creates the sound is normally pinned to a local source, usually some kind

of factory or industrial complex.

Some of the stranger reasons given for this sound have included toadfish and mass auditory

hallucination.

Whatever you believe to be the causes of these sounds it would seem that researchers are

still unsure of what causes the mysterious "humming" noise heard by many people,

and the USGS still has yet to identify a cause for "skyquakes" the loud booms regularly

reported by many.

What do you think these sounds could be?

Do you think they are a warning sign?

DOCTOR EXPLAIN HOW FASTING CAN COMPLETELY REVERSE TYPE 2 DIABETES - Duration: 7:59.

DOCTOR EXPLAIN HOW FASTING CAN COMPLETELY REVERSE TYPE 2 DIABETES

BY ARJUN WALIA

Everyone has a physician inside him or her; we just have to help it in its work.

The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well.

Our food should be our medicine. Our medicine should be our food. But to eat when you are

sick is to feed your sickness. Hippocrates

Fasting has not received as much attention as it should when it comes to the world of

health and medicine. Thats because you cant really make any money off of it. The

pharmaceutical science studies used in medical schools to teach doctors about

human health simply dont focus enough on fasting for doctors to be knowledgable in

the subject. Doctors also learn very little about nutrition and are trained to prescribe

drugs as a result.

Dr. Jason Fung is trying to change all that. A Toronto based nephrologist, he completed

medical school and internal medicine at the University of Toronto before finishing his

nephrology fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles at the Cedars-Sinai

hospital. He joined Scarborough General Hospital in 2001 where he continues to practice and

change peoples lives.

He is one of a growing number of scientists and doctors to create awareness about the

tremendous health benefits that can be achieved from fasting. Its one of the oldest dietary

interventions in the world and has been practiced for thousands of years. If properly practiced

fasting was bad or harmful in any way, as some doctors suggest, it would have been known

by now, and studies would not be emerging showing the health benefits that can be achieved

from fasting regularly.

The Research For example, a recent study published in the

journal cell shows how a fasting diet can trigger the pancreas to regenerate itself,

which works to control blood sugar levels and reverse symptoms of diabetes.

Mark Mattson, one of the foremost researchers of the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying

multiple neurodegenerative disorders, like Parkinsons and Alzheimers disease, has

shown through his work that fasting can have a tremendous effect on the brain, and could

prevent or even reverse the symptoms of multiple neurodegenerative disorders. You can watch

a great TEDx talk he gave on the topic here.

Other studies have shown how fasting actually fights cancer and triggers stem cell regeneration.

You can read more about that and access those studies in an article we published last year,

here.

There is absolutely no evidence, for the average person, that fasting can be dangerous. If

youre on prescription medication, or experience other medical problems, then there are obviously

exceptions. But its quite clear that the human body was designed to go long periods

of time without food, and that its completely natural.

Why is it that the normal diet is three meals a day plus snacks? It isnt that its

the healthiest eating pattern, now thats my opinion but I think there is a lot of evidence

to support that. There are a lot of pressures to have that eating pattern, theres a lot

of money involved. The food industry are they going to make money from skipping breakfast

like I did today? No, theyre going to lose money. If people fast, the food industry loses

money. What about the pharmaceutical industries? What if people do some intermittent fasting,

exercise periodically and are very healthy, is the pharmaceutical industry going to make

any money on healthy people? Dr. Mark Mattson (taken from his TEDx talk linked above)

Dr. Fung, Fasting & Diabetes Dr. Fung recently published a book, co-authored

with Jimmy Moore, titled The Complete Guide to Fasting: Heal Your Body Through Intermittent,

Alternate Day, and Extended Fasting Its a great book that puts to rest the fears and

myths associated with extended water fasting. He also recently published The Obesity

Code: Unlocking The Secrets of Weight Loss

Fung, like 90 percent of doctors out there was conventionally oriented. He is a kidney

specialist, and many of his patients had/have type 2 diabetes as a result of that. It eventually

became clear to him that something was very wrong with the conventional treatment of type

2 diabetes.

With Type 2 diabetes, patients who take insulin and follow the recommended dietary guidelines

would still have several complications, mainly kidney disease. Because of this, they can

go blind, require dialysis or even require amputations.

In the interview below with Dr. Joseph Mercola, Dr. Fung addresses multiple myths and issues

that are commonly brought up about fasting. And dives into explaining how fasting does

not burn muscle, how it can reverse diabetes, addresses the Starvation Mode myth,

explains the role of insulin, discusses different variations of fasting and much more.

Be sure to visit his website, where you can find information on him, his practice, results,

lectures and article that he continually publishes every month.

Humans live on one-quarter of what they eat; on the other three-quarters lives their

doctor. Egyptian pyramid inscription

Recommendation For Beginners One recommended way of doing it, which was

tested by the BBCs Michael Mosley in order to reverse his diabetes, high cholesterol,

and other problems associated with his obesity, is what is known as the 5:2 Diet. On

the 5:2 plan, you cut your food down to one-fourth of your normal daily calories on fasting days

(about 600 calories for men and about 500 for women), while consuming plenty of water

and tea. On the other five days of the week, you can eat normally.

Another way to do it, as mentioned above, is to restrict your food intake between the

hours of 12pm and 7pm daily, while not eating during the hours outside of that time.

Its Good To See More And More People Becoming More Conscious About Our Planet, And What

Is Happening On It Its great to see more people take an active

role in doing some independent research and critical thinking. Disease rates are skyrocketing

and have been for quite some time. A large portion of this can be attributed to our eating

habits and all of the toxic and harmful substances we put into our bodies regularly.

Over the past few years, the food industry has been exposed in several ways, whether

its issues concerning GMOs and the pesticides that go with them, or all of the examples

of pharmaceutical fraud. All of it is a result of a massive shift in consciousness thats

happening on our planet, where so much is coming to light in all aspects of our every

day lives, food and health is just one.

Fasting is also sparking the interest of many because, along with this consciousness shift,

comes awareness of a world beyond our physical one. This realm deals with near death experiences,

quantum physics, parapsychology, and our overall spiritual nature and the proof thats emerging

that we are more than just this body, and that human beings do indeed have a spiritual

nature.

The fact that modern day science, in many instances, is catching up to ancient wisdom

is quite exciting. Not only in neuroscience and quantum physics, but health as well.

Thanks for reading.

How Liver Problems Can Lead to Brain Disease - Duration: 5:25.

[INTRO ♪

Your brain works together with the rest of your body in lots of different ways.

If things go wrong with some organs, like if your heart stops pumping,

your brain's obviously going to have a bad time.

But sometimes the connection is a little less straightforward.

Take the liver, for example: you need it for things like filtering blood,

storing vitamins, and lots of other processes that keep you alive.

So, basically, what happens in the liver doesn't stay in the liver.

And an issue there can cause a chain reaction across your body

that seriously affects your brain.

Patients with many kinds of liver damage or disease

can develop a condition called hepatic encephalopathy, or HE.

Hepatic refers to the liver, and encephalopathy means

brain disease, damage, or malfunction.

Physicians think of HE as a spectrum of symptoms that can affect personality,

movement, cognition, and even levels of consciousness.

They can range from mild, like mood swings, to severe, like a coma.

And HE is mainly caused by substances that build up

when the liver stops working as well as it should.

In a healthy liver, chemicals from the rest of the body

are filtered out of the blood and broken down by specialized cells and enzymes.

If the liver becomes damaged, like from certain drugs, a bad diet,

or some other kind of injury or disease, the tissue changes structure and gets all scarred.

This scar tissue isn't able to function like normal liver cells.

Plus, all those structural changes make it harder for blood to get in for detoxification.

And in really severe cases, a lot of blood may bypass the liver entirely.

One important toxin your liver deals with is ammonia,

which mostly comes from the digestion of proteins in your gut.

Ammonia gets turned into urea, which is excreted in pee.

So a damaged liver can lead to a buildup of ammonia in the bloodstream,

which is bad news for the brain.

Ammonia can cross the blood-brain barrier, which is a membrane

that blocks a lot of molecules in your bloodstream

from circulating around your brain, to protect it from potential damage.

Once ammonia slips past, it's mostly taken up by astrocytes,

which are brain cells that help out neurons in a lot of different ways.

And astrocytes have enzymes that convert ammonia

into the amino acid glutamine to help protect the neurons.

If they do this too much, though, studies have found that their structure gets messed up.

Cell-damaging molecules called free radicals get produced,

and their mitochondria stop working as efficiently,

which means they can't make as much energy.

As the astrocytes lose function, they stop getting rid of ammonia,

and everything gets even more messed up.

Too much ammonia can affect the storage, production,

and use of neurotransmitters across the whole brain.

In other words, your neurons can't really communicate,

which can cause a whole range of problems with mood, movement ... pretty much anything.

Even though ammonia is a significant part of HE, other toxins might be involved too.

And researchers are still figuring out exactly what they are

and how they might make HE worse.

Besides waste products like ammonia, your liver also has a huge impact

on how long lots of drugs— from aspirin to LSD—

stay in your system before they're flushed out.

A healthy liver takes drug molecules from your bloodstream

and converts them into different chemicals.

Sometimes they're the active form of a drug,

but eventually they become more water-soluble compounds that can be peed out.

To do this, it mostly uses a system of enzymes known as

the cytochrome p450 family, which may be responsible

for up to 75% of drug metabolism.

So if a disease damages liver cells or directly interferes with these enzymes,

things can go sour.

Even just as we age naturally, the activity of

cytochrome p450 enzymes seems to dip.

Slower drug metabolism can mean a normally fine painkiller,

like acetaminophen, may build up until it hits toxic levels.

This can lead to more damage, and eventually we're right back to hepatic encephalopathy.

Now some brain diseases are linked to toxic substances

that some people intentionally put in their bodies,

which their livers have to process—like ethanol from alcoholic drinks.

Basically, in the process of breaking down ethanol,

the byproducts can cause tissue damage and trigger inflammation.

And if your liver keeps getting damaged, it won't be able to handle ethanol as well.

It's a vicious cycle.

It turns out that too much ethanol can affect your cells' ability to take up,

store, and use thiamine, also known as vitamin B1, from your diet.

Some enzymes that depend on thiamine are a key part of glycolysis,

a process your body uses to break down glucose molecules and make energy.

So a lack of thiamine can limit the amount of energy your body can get from food.

And since the brain is basically an energy-hungry monster, that is a recipe for disaster.

And it can lead to Korsakoff syndrome, one of the lesser-known diseases that affects memory.

Patients find themselves basically frozen in time,

with retrograde and anterograde amnesia.

So they can't recall large chunks of their past, or form new memories going forward.

Specifically, in patients' MRIs, we've seen shrinking in the medial thalamus,

mammillary bodies, and nearby areas—which are all linked with memory.

With treatments aimed at getting thiamine and other nutrient levels

back to normal, many Korsakoff's patients can at least partly recover.

But, basically, if you want to keep your brain in tip-top condition,

remember to take good care of the rest of you as well.

And take special care of your liver—just a good ol' ... wherever it is.
