Gabrielle Nappi: Union helped me follow my passion - Duration: 0:41.

The Humanities Division at Union College

was the reason I decided to come.

They were interested in my long term goals to work in publishing

and helped me find a major and a minor that would best suit that.

I am so passionate about books.

I fell in love with them in high school.

So working as the public services intern at the Union College library

is the perfect job for me.

I get to work at a place I love

surrounded by things I love,

and it helps with being so far away from home.

What's interesting is that I'm from Bass Memorial Academy,

which is a long ways from Union.

I'm so glad Union came to my last college fair senior year

and offer me a really amazing scholarship,

which is why I'm able to be here.
