iPhone rolling. GoPro rolling. Little bitty mic. Action. Action.

I'm Dom Ouano. I'm a filmmaker here in San Jose, California. I am here with...

Hey it's BQ. It ain't exclusive if it ain't EMLN exclusive. And I'm an entrepreneur based out of

South San Jose. Early mornings and late nights. EMLN. That's what it is.

Alright so right now, what we're doing is I'm showing BQ how I set up the mic and

the GoPro because I do a couple of videos in the car. For anybody who's

curious how to set up cameras in a car... I have a GoPro right here. So let's take a

look at that. So I have a GoPro hooked up to the windshield and basically looking

at both me and BQ. We have the GoPro going at the same time as the iPhone and

I like to use the audio from the iPhone just because I think it sounds

better than using the voice memo. It also gives us another, a second camera angle

as well. So we have two cameras. GoPro. iPhone. And this right here is the Rode

smartLav+, which I've done a video about before. So that right here is plugged

into the iPhone and that's where the audio is coming from. And uhh I don't have it

attached to anything. Typically I'd have it attached to maybe my seatbelt or my

shirt. Or if we're interviewing somebody we're going back and forth...

Hopefully my my hand being on the microphone doesn't cause too much of

any kind of shuffling or anything like that... That'd be a waste of a video.

Yeah man that would suck. Haha but yeah I'm just showing

Brandon here because he's been interviewing a lot of people and we're

planning on doing some more specifically for EMLN Labs and EMLN Exclusive.

We're interviewing different artists, entrepreneurs that are hard workers up

early mornings and late nights. EMLN. Yeah when we're interviewing other

people who live that EMLN lifestyle. Right now with you're watching...

Two creatives collabing, meshing, doing something great, impactful to the

space in the community and the space in their city. Everywhere

you go. But the most important thing people must take away from this is

that he knows something that I don't know. I know something that he might not

know. We're collaborating. We're learning from each other. It's all about levelling

up. Exactly and people are hitting us up. You're hearing our phones going.

Hotline bling right now! Laughing face... So hope you take some notes. Hope

you were very interested by the way we explained this. If you have more

questions, contact my man Dom right here and we'll be able to provide the

information for you. It ain't exclusive if it ain't EMLN exclusive. That's Dom. This is BQ...

If you're interested in doing a video with me, you can hit up my email. DOMCOVID@gmail.com

You can also fill out the contact form on my website. I'll have

links to that in the video description down below. I'll also have links to EMLN

Exclusive. You want to say anything else? Just subscribe to the YouTube channel.

Keep it simple for all y'all. I'll have a link to that.

Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching! Bet!

How to Make an Emergency Mobile Charger/Portable Micro Inverter - Duration: 11:43.

2-Cut PVC Casing Box

5 Pin Top

Switch

Circuit Board of Old Mobile Charger

Wires

1K Resistance, 1N4007 diode, D882 Transistor

18650 Battery, 3.7V

Buying link of the battery is given in desctription

We need to rip off the transformer from the mobile charger board

D882 Transistor

First pin from left is Emitter, middle one is Collector, Third one is Base

First, we will solder the resistance to the transformer, please follow the connection

Solder the positive side of the diode to the transformer

A smal piece of wire is soldered to transformer

The Collector pin (Middle) will be soldered to the transformer

Base of the transistor to be soldered to the wire we added earlier.

Rip off the extra wire

Now we solder wires for the AC Output from transformer

and now we will add wires for the battery connection

One to the open end of the diode

Another one to the Emitter pin (1st) of the transistor

This side is DC 3.7V input

This side is AC Output

Now we will prepare the Casing box

Enlarge the cutting for 3pin socket

Set the 3 pin socket

Set the switch

Now let's check the inverter circuit..

Multimeter is set to DC20V

Battery is 3.7V

Now set the Meter to AC 750V

It's showing around 400-450V, but since ampere is low, we can use it in 220V appliences

Let's check it with an LEDbuld, 220V, 12Watt

Ta-Daa..!! It works!

Now connect the wires to the Plug

The inverter part is ready, now we need to add a charging system for the battery

This is a 3.7V lipo battery charging Module. Buying link given in description.

There are two LEDs on the board for showing charging status. We will remove them.

A micro-USBsocket

We will fix it to he Casing

Now we will solder the wires from micro usb socket to the charger voltage input pins.

We had removed the SMD leds earlier, in place of that we will solder two 3.5mm normal led

One blue LED for "Charge Complete" status, and one red LED for "Charging"status.

We will now make two holes on the casing for fixing the LEDs.

Place the battery and connect it to the battery in pins of the charger module.

Now connection for the switch between the output terminal of the charging module.

Fixing all properly with glue..

Check it with a mobile charger...Red light glowing means the battery is charging..

One final test before closing the casing...

Finally it has come to a shape...

Now let's see if it charges a mobile....

..and it really is charging a mobile...with 5V 1amp charger, it is charging a mobile with 4200mAh battery

Thank you for watching...

How to Make A Homemade Lemonade Recipe | The Stay At Home Chef - Duration: 4:14.

Today on The Stay At Home Chef

I'm showing you how to make

Homemade Lemonade

Nothing beats a glass of fresh squeezed lemonade

Today I'm giving you all the tips and tricks for making lemonade

including ways to make it with honey and without sugar

For traditional homemade lemonade

start by bringing 2 cups of water

and 2 cups of granulated sugar to a simmer on the stove

Give it an occasional stir until the liquid runs clear again

which means that the sugar has completely dissolved in the water

What we're making right now is called a simple syrup

It's actually a chemical process which allows

sugar to completely dissolve in water

You could just add sugar to water and make lemonade

but if you take the extra step to heat it

the sugar is completely dissolved into an actual syrup

which means that there's no separation and no

grainy, grittiness to your lemonade

Just before this mixture comes to a simmer

you'll see that it's clear again

That is a simple syrup

Simple enough, right?

Turn off the heat and set that aside

If you wanted to make lemonade using honey

then you'd simply dissolve 2 cups of honey into 2 cups of water

just like we did for the sugar

If you want to go completely sugar free for your lemonade

simply dissolve 1/4 cup of ground stevia in 2 cups of water

just like you would with the honey or the sugar

Next you'll need 5 pounds of lemons

You can just use 2 cups of bottled lemon juice

but nothing beats freshly squeezed

Before you juice a lemon it helps if you roll it

between your palm and the countertop to release the juices

It breaks things up inside and you can actually feel

that the lemon is squishy

Then just slice it in half right down the middle

Next it's time to juice your lemons

There's lots of different juicing products on the market

but I just like to use hand juicing tools for lemonade

I like this one in particular because it filters the juice

and catches all the seeds and captures the juice in the bottom

and it also has measuring markings so I know

how much juice I'm getting

Keep on going until you have 2 cups of lemon juice

And there we have it, 2 cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice

How many lemons it takes to get to 2 cups of lemon juice

is a little hard to tell because lemons vary in how much

juice they have inside

5 pounds is a good rule of thumb

although today's lemons were pretty juicy and we only used 4 pounds

Now since I don't like pulp in my lemonade

I strain my lemon juice through a strainer into a pitcher

but of course if you like pulp in your lemonade

feel free to just pour it directly into the pitcher

Next we'll take that simple syrup

and pour it directly in with our lemon juice

Give this a stir and what you have now is lemonade concentrate

You can actually freeze this so if you want to make it in big batches

you can freeze it in portions to serve throughout the summer

That way you can have freshly squeezed lemonade

all summer long!

To serve you'll just add water and ice to taste

Some people like their lemonade super tart like me

and so we add a little bit less water

but if you are a normal individual and you like yours

a little more thinned out and an even balance

between sweet and sour you'll add a little bit more water

So just keep on tasting it and adjust the water to your personal taste

Now if you wanted to turn this into a fruit lemonade

you'd simply add your fruit to the lemonade concentrate

So you can add raspberries for raspberry lemonade

strawberries for strawberry lemonade

or maybe even some blueberries for blueberry lemonade

Just smash them up and mix them in with that concentrate

Thanks for watching!

2 week puppy update!-How to potty train a puppy in less than a week! Plus teaching tricks! - Duration: 6:52.

Hey ladies welcome back to my channel on this channel we talk about life food

family and fun everything affects our lives as women on a regular basis so if

that is of interest to you I would ask that you please consider subscribing to

my channel that's that red button over there and then once that happens you'll

see a bell click that balance and you're notified of all videos that come up in

the future which happens every Tuesday and Thursday also a link in the

description box my facebook page inspiring women and it is also a place

where you will see the videos every Tuesday and Thursday sometimes that's a

little bit better than YouTube so without further ado let's get into

today's video and it is a two week update on our puppy Cosette she's a mini

Australian Shepherd and if he would have not seen the video on us getting her and

why we got her I'll link that in the cards above right now and you can check

that out so I would say watch that one first and then watch this one we've had

her for two weeks actually three weeks at this point that this video is coming

up but at the time we filmed before it was two weeks she has learned five

tricks and a couple of other things so if that is of interest to you stay tuned

and let's do this

Marley Marley you're incorrigible every dog wants to learn of course they

can't learn if their parents are weak-willed yeah

I'm pretty strong will but say hello to Marley so we've had Cosette 2 weeks at

the time that I videotaped what you're gonna see and she has learned five

tricks she has learned how to sit how to lay down how to roll over how to leave

it if I throw a train and how to stand up so I've been teaching her that and

then I've been having my boys reinforce it so you'll see me do it with her

you'll see my eight-year-old Jacob do it with her and then I also give you a

little bit of a tour of where she sleeps and how we trained her to be potty

trained so she's actually had in three weeks

not a single accident in the house and it is because we trained her to use a

bell to tell us when she needs to go out and I'll show you that so that you can

see it and basically every time we say outside we ring that Bell and we either

have her paw it like I'll hold her hand and pot or we nudge her nose with it and

that is how she knows that she can tell us that she needs to go out and it took

a little bit of coaxing a couple of weeks before she started ringing that

Bell on her own but she rings that Bell and she goes outside and she has not had

a single accident in our house so while showing you that footage I'll show you

the footage of her and her tricks that she has learned she's gained four pounds

in the three weeks that she has been here so she is a mini Australian

Shepherd but she's 19 pounds so she's definitely on the larger side of Ximenes

I'm sure gonna be about 25 pounds or so maybe even 30 but by the time she's done

but we were aware of that she was the biggest or one of the biggest in the

litter and that's fine so here's that footage check it out she has had no

accidents in our house we've taught her to ring this Bell with her paw or her

nose and then she goes outside over on the other side of that fence over there

there's her friendly brother Ricky and then this is her great that she is being

great trying to sleep in at night

please

okay okay she'll do it without voice commands

I'm starting a new one roll over roll over good salad training her on that

good girl good girl she is so smart it's ridiculous good

girl good girl

Hey

huh

okay so that's the two-week update she is learning those tricks by voice

command as well as by hand motions so that eventually we don't even have to

say it to her we can just do a hand motion like this and she'll sit we do

that every single time so that she understands that that's what we mean we

train her about 15 to 20 minutes sometimes 30 minutes a day she gets

walked an hour a day and we've placed her in a daycare doggy daycare two days

a week for half days and that's to get her used to other dogs she goes on pack

walks and we're going to also be placing her in actual formal training as soon as

she hits six months old but in the meantime she's just getting used to

being around dogs and other people and and just loving everybody so that is the

update on her I hope that you enjoyed this if you have any questions I'm not a

dog trainer but she is not this is not my first rodeo I've done this before and

I just have found some things that really work so leave a comment below if

you have a question on how a potty trained or crate trained err I showed

you kind of how we potty trained her we're gonna be teaching her five more

tricks in the next couple of weeks and so I'll give you an update in

another month or so maybe on how she's growing and what she's learning and I

hope you enjoyed this video so until next time stay inspired and I'll see you

in the next video see you ladies

How to Treat a Urinary Tract Infection During Pregnancy - Duration: 3:16.

One common problem during pregnancy is urinary tract infections (UTIs), also known as bladder infections.

This type of infection occurs when bacteria causes the urinary tract to become inflamed

The problem usually starts after the sixth week of pregnancy,

occurring as the growing baby puts more pressure on the bladder.

The increasing pressure prevents the bladder from emptying completely

which leads to bacteria getting trapped in the urinary tract and ultimately causing an infection.

Apart from the physical changes in your body, several factors can lead to a UTI during pregnancy

Such factors include bacteria from the bowel, intercourse

a history of recurring UTIs, maternal diabetes, sickle cell disease, kidney disease, and previous urinary tract surgery.

When suffering from a UTI during pregnancy, you can experience symptoms like a burning sensation during urination

frequent trips to the bathroom to urinate

an intense urge to urinate while the amount of urine expelled is small, cloudy and smelly urine, a low-grade fever

lower-abdominal pain or discomfort, and nausea, and vomiting.

It is important to treat a UTI right away. An untreated infection could turn into a kidney infection

triggering preterm labor and causing your baby to have a low birth weight.

Most UTIs during pregnancy are treated with a course of antibiotics that are pregnancy-safe but still effective in killing the bacteria.

Apart from antibiotics, there are many things you can do to help treat the infection and ensure a safe pregnancy.

Here are the top 5 ways to treat a urinary tract infection during pregnancy.

1. Water

When suffering from a UTI, it is important to drink enough water every day.

Water intake will make you urinate more

The increase in bathroom visits helps flush bacteria out of the urethra, which helps you recover faster.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is useful for getting rid of many pregnancy-related problems,

including a UTI. It is a rich source of enzymes that can prevent the bacteria that cause UTIs from multiplying or growing.

3. Cranberry Juice

During pregnancy, you can drink pure cranberry juice with no added sugar to prevent UTIs.

There are several compounds in cranberries that prevent bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract, thus preventing an infection.

4. Greek Yogurt

When suffering from a UTI during pregnancy, you must try to eat 1 to 2 cups of Greek yogurt daily.

Being a probiotic food, Greek yogurt can boost the growth of good

bacteria in the urinary tract and promote a healthy balance of bacteria in your gut.

Also, eating Greek yogurt helps improve your digestive health and enhance your immune system functioning

5. Indian Gooseberry

Indian gooseberry, also known as amla, is a rich source of vitamin C and inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria that cause UTIs.

How To Prepare For NYC's Biggest Festival || Do It Right: Governor's Ball - Duration: 3:51.

- New York is the city that never sleeps,

and it gets even less sleep every June

when it plays host to Governors Ball,

which is basically New York's biggest party.

Gov Ball's a three-day, Randall's Island-based

entertainment smorgasbord built for fun,

and if you have a ticket, you'll wanna soak up

as much fun as humanly possible.

I'm Wil from Thrillist, and this is "Do It Right,"

Governors Ball Edition.

You show up to Randall's Island with nothing but a ticket

and a healthy sense of adventure, you might not last long.

First off, you can and probably should bring a bag.

Gov Ball suggests you bring something

light that's easily opened, as all bags

will be 100% thoroughly searched.

I don't mean to sound like your mom or my mom,

but sunburns suck.

Bring sunscreen -- I cannot stress this enough.

Also bring sunglasses, a hat, or even a bandanna

if you wanna look like a bad (bleep) Labrador.

If it might even possibly rain, bring an emergency poncho.

Umbrellas and concerts don't mix; it's a visibility thing.

And if you don't have boots,

you can get a garbage bag and some duct tape to slap it on.

No matter what, when you're going to a festival,

you're gonna need these three essential items,

no matter what.

Portable phone charger.

The only thing worse than an empty beer glass

is a dead phone, and hot weather will kill your battery.

Make sure your phone is fully charged

so you can hit up your friends,

and also keep up on the dankest memes of the internet,

'cause that's what's really important.

Water and a water bottle.

Gov Ball is pretty great about having readily available

water stations all over the lawn.

But, you still need something to fill up.

You can bring in a sealed water bottle

and refill it once you're done,

or you can obviously bring in a reusable water bottle, too.

Just make sure it isn't filled up

when you go through security, or they will dump it out.

I promise you.

Your ID.

Remember what I said about an empty beer glass?

You won't get served, period, without an ID,

and that would suck.

Bonus hack: Rent a locker.

You can rent a locker for $50 for the entire weekend

to stow extra clothes, a blanket, sunscreen --

basically anything you want

aside from your store- bought hot dog collection.

If you're going to be going all three days to the festival,

this is a steal, if only to stow away a few extra shirts

and a stick of deodorant.

Trust me: Your friends and cab driver will thank you later.

And if you forgot anything at home, like sunscreen, water,

or even one of those little portable fans,

you can always stop by the info tent

to pick up a free swag bag loaded with essentials,

and free is always good, right?

Listen up, campers:

You're gonna have to leave the tent at home,

because Gov Ball isn't one of those festivals.

When the last artist plays, you don't have to go home,

but you can't stay on Randall's Island.

So, you're gonna need a place to crash.

Luckily, New York has some hotels in town --

like thousands and thousands and thousands of hotels --

and Hotels.com, an official sponsor of Gov Ball,

can help you filter the top of the heap

from the bottom of the barrel.

Now that we've covered the logistics,

let's get to the fun stuff.

Part of the fun of festivals is catching up and coming acts

before they were cool.

Try to see rising indie star Maggie Rogers

play her hit single "Alaska" on Friday evening.

Or, catch 19-year-old wunderkind Cuco

play his dreamy psychedelic set on Saturday afternoon

so you can brag about it years from now.

Scattered throughout the grounds will be classic lawn games:

bocce ball, cornhole, and mini-golf.

And last but certainly not least,

there is a giant adult-sized ball pit to bring you back

to those idyllic childhood birthday parties.

It almost brings a tear to my eye.

As you can tell, Governors Ball is basically a playground

for adults, so remember, stay safe, keep hydrated,

and above all, don't forget to wear sunscreen.

Sunburns may fade, but shame and photos last forever.

That's it for me.

Look for us at Gov Ball 2018.

I'll be the dude in the Statue of Liberty man romper.

Maybe not, but also maybe.

I don't know.

We'll see you there.

"Do It Right" was brought to you by Hotels.com,

book your festival stay today.

How To Make Herb-Laden Spanish Rice - Duration: 3:56.

Hello, I'm Elka Wilder at bohemianelk.com and today we're making Spanish rice with lots of herbs

So you might be familiar with the Spanish rice that you had in your childhood that probably wasn't that inspiring, but this Spanish rice is different

It's so good and it's so easy. All you have to do is chop up one large carrot and two sausages, I used these smoked pork sausages

But you can use vegan sausage or tempeh if you don't want to use lovely pork sausage. And some garlic, two fat cloves of garlic

And I've got that sauteeing and browning and then once that was almost done, I put in a minced onion, actually a diced onion, small diced.

And let that cook for maybe 2-3 minutes, and then I put in 3 cups of rice and a cup of salsa and a teaspoon cumin and a teaspoon of smoked paprika

And a half tea spoon of salt and then I cooked that all together for a while, and then just a minute ago I added some fresh zucchini because I like to give

A little blast of freshness at the end so that the rice is really herbal and vegetable-ly when you're eating it so it balances out the meaty-ness of it

Really nicely, so I'm going to put this last bit of zucchini in right now and then save just a few for when I'm plating this for decoration on the top

And in a second you'll see what it's like when we put it on the plates with some sauerkraut and some fresh herbs

I'm going to put in these herbs now and mix them in, and then we're going to plate up

Oh it looks so pretty with all the herbs

So there should at least 3 servings about this big or you can make 2 giant servings or 4 small servings if you're serving it as a side dish

And something that I often like to serve with Spanish rice is over easy eggs or scrambled eggs and sauerkraut, sauerkraut is a really lovely thing

It adds a lot of interest to the plate. This is homemade sauerkraut with lemon and parsnip, there's another video that will tell you how to make this lovely stuff

And then we're going to get some of this cream cheese as a little garnish that's totally optional or you can use vegan sour cream, whatever you like

A little scattering of more fresh herbs on top and then just a few sprigs of herbs on the side or a few leaves makes the plate extra pretty

This is lemon balm here but there's lemon balm, mint, and rosemary all on the plate.

Thanks so much for watching!

How YOU can create and publish YOUR own book with less than 3 hours - Duration: 21:00.

hey guys Jim Edwards here and we're gonna talk today about how you can get

your book done super super fast I'm gonna talk in and taking like a month to

do it or six weeks I'm talking about how you can get your book done with a total

of three hours of effort spread out over four to five days now I can tell you

right now that there are people who are immediately in the comments gonna and

that's not true there's no way you can do that there's no way you could create

a good book with only three hours with the effort over four to five days and

you know what they're full of crap because I'm gonna explain to you exactly

how you get it done right now but first let me ask you a question

do you have your own book done yet do you have a book with you as the author

listed on the cover are you like Pete who's able to use his book to get people

into his stock trading courses are you like Dexter who is able to use his book

to get people to hire him to speak are you like Stu who uses his books to get

people into his online coaching and Pt Club are you like masa and Miguel who

use this to get people into their software are you like Karen who's able

to use her book to get very high-end exclusive listings to list their houses

with her I should say high-end sellers are you like me even 20 years ago using

my book to get for sale by owners to list with me and let me sell their house

using this ugly comb bound book that still helped me to get 52 listings my

first year in real estate so if the answer's no you don't have your book yet

then you seriously need to pay attention to what I'm about to show you and if the

answer is yes my question to you is how long did it take you to create your book

because my first book took me four years to write the book four years of sucking

okay and I'll tell you my most recent book took me 78 minutes to create the

content so let me show you how this works this is just an overview of it

so your first step is you're going to decide who you're going to create your

book for who are you actually wanting to create the book for so that they can

hire you as a coach so that they can hire you as a consultant so that they

can buy your products so they can have you come speak so that they can follow

you on social media so you can have all of that authority by the way what are

the first letters in authority that's right

author authors are the ones with authority think about that think about

that for a second so first thing you're gonna do is figure out who that's gonna

take you like five minutes if that long it's gonna take five minutes to figure

out who you're gonna write the book for so next you have to make a little bit of

a night a mind set shift because we're talking about creating your books

content we're not talking about writing your books content why is that because

most people when they write they're actually talking about typing most

people when they type can only type at about 40 to 50 words per minute you may

be able to type faster I can type 90 words a minute

some people do hunt and peck and they can barely do ten whether you can do 40

or 50 or 80 or 90 words per minute you still think faster than you type and

that's the freaking problem is that that's why you have writer's block

that's why you lose your place because your fingers can't keep up with your

head so that's why you're like the dog with squirrel squirrel squirrel squirrel

because all these things are happening and your fingers just can't keep up so

most people can type let's say 50 words per minute but here's the cool thing we

can speak between a hundred and ten and a hundred and fifty words per minute now

that's about the speed that you're thinking maybe a little slower than you

think but pretty darn close so we literally do not think in terms of

writing a book but creating the book and the way that we create the book is by

doing an inter you you are going to be interviewed by a

friend or a business associate or your spouse or somebody is going to ask you a

series of questions to pull the information out of your head and get it

into a form that we can turn into a book now the cool thing here is a business

book today does not need to be three four five hundred pages long a business

book only needs to have between about six and ten thousand words in it because

that's all you need to do to show somebody how to solve a problem so you

notice none of these books up here are super thick none of these are 200-300

page books why because you don't need to be that way and here's the cool thing

you do a 60 minute interview talking somewhere between 110 to 150 words per

minute and that puts you right in the sweet spot of how many words you need to

create the content for your book so you're simply just going to do an

interview with a friend they're going to ask you questions and there are a bunch

of different types of interviews that you can do you can do frequently asked

questions you can do mistakes to avoid you can do rules of the road you can do

step by step you can do beginner's guide there are a whole bunch of different

tracks that you can run down to do an interview so this is gonna take you

between 60 and 90 minutes okay it'll probably take you 20 minutes to get the

interview together because once you know what kind of an interview you're gonna

be doing it's real easy to put together the questions

I've actually spent 10 years as a syndicated newspaper columnist and I

interviewed people all over the world on so many different topics and the thing

is once you've got the track for your interview once you know the the the

filter like the beginners guide or the step by step or whatever you choose the

questions just take care of themselves it's easy so so far we got five minutes

in here we've got 20 minutes playing our interview and then we've got between an

hour and an hour half doing the interview by the way you

can use a free service called freeconferencecall.com

freeconferencecall.com to record the conversation between you and your friend

and you get it back as an mp3 file all of it free all you need is a phone and

everybody's got a phone right and this whole process by the way comes down to

technology and strategy technology what technology do you need you need a smart

phone and you need a computer if you have a smart phone in a computer you

have all the technology you need to publish your own book the strategy is

what I'm going over here okay so it'll take you 60 to 90 minutes to create all

the content you need for your book because you do the interview and once

you're done doing the interview you're done creating then what you're doing

gonna do is you're gonna order the cover for your book you can actually order the

cover for your book at a place called fiber fiber it's gonna cost you anywhere

between ten and twenty five dollars to get your book cover done

all right this is going to take you ten minutes to do why because you're not

going to create the cover for your book listen to me here this is critical that

you understand this unless you are a graphic artist and even if you are a

graphic artist you don't make the cover for your book you're creating a book

quickly not spending hours and hours creating the cover for your book or

worse yet creating the cover for your book yourself and making it look like a

five-year-old who just snorted a pixie stick at midnight on Halloween and then

logged into their computer and made the cover in Microsoft Paint

major cover that is not the cover that you want do any of these books look like

they were made by a five-year-old who had just snorted a Pixy stick no they

were made by a professional graphic artist and the cool thing is you can get

a professional graphic artist to do your cover for between 15 and 25 bucks and

you only invest 10 minutes in the process why because you go order the

book cover boom done see three hours spread out over four or five

days why are we ordering the cover now because it's going to take a couple

three days to get it back so we want to order it now instead of waiting so that

we don't have to wait later once we get this back so what's the next thing

you're gonna do well you're gonna take this mp3 and you're gonna go over to a

site called rev.com and you're going to have someone transcribe the mp3 yes

they're going to take your words that are in audio in the mp3 and they're

gonna transcribe it for a dollar word okay so if you do a 60-minute interview

it's gonna cost you 60 bucks you'll probably get it back in about 24 hours

all right so once you get it back then you're going to do a basic edit now what

is a basic edit a basic edit means that you're gonna go over spelling and

grammar and you're probably gonna break up big blocky tear paragraphs and things

like that so this is going to take you five minutes to order the transcription

this is probably going to take you somewhere around 30 minutes as long as

you do a basic edit now if you want to spend 6 8 10 12 hours going over every

single word of this be my guest but it kind of defeats the purpose because

we're interested in getting the content out of your head we're not trying to win

a Pulitzer Prize here we're trying to create a book that people can read and

see like Oh ding yeah that's what this guy sounds like this would this is what

he's saying this sounds like this person one of the things that you can do is to

add a cover letter I do this to all my books that basically just says this hey

thanks for buying my book I just want to let you know this was originally created

as a live interview and that's why it reads as a conversation because I wanted

you to feel like I was talking with you rather than talking

at you see what I mean great angle right now so as soon as they read that they go

oh okay this reads as an a would you like an extra tip would you like an

extra you got to tell me in the comments down below if you want something extra

if you want an extra really cool tip I will give it to you so do you want it

you gotta say yes say something in the comments down below I'm gonna wait I'm

still waiting you need to let me know okay here we go what is the thing that

most authors do after they write a book they go in the studio and literally read

their own book to create the audiobook version well guess what you have already

done your audiobook version is already done you just flip the process on its

face and instead of writing the book and reading the book you spoke the book and

then have the speaking transcribed now that is a million dollar tip so you can

use this a bunch of different ways I don't want to go into this too much but

one of the ways that you can build a list because that's how a lot of authors

make a lot of money is you can offer the audiobook for free inside your book if

people will go to your website and register their book think about that

okay you have the audiobook that you can use

as a free bonus or what a lot of people do when they sell their book they use

their they use the mp3 as an upsell so people go to buy your book for 20 bucks

and then for an extra 17 dollars you can get the audiobook version all of a

sudden you've gone from a 17 dollar sale to a 37 dollar sale pretty cool right so

let me know if you like that in the tip that tip in the comments below I'm just

curious if you thought that was cool it's one of the coolest things I've ever

done so the next thing you're gonna do once you've done your edit

as you're going to have the book formatted do you think you're gonna

format your book if the answer's no you're absolutely right if you think the

answer is yes you haven't been paying attention you are not going to format

your book you're not going to learn about gutters you're not going to learn

about pagination you're not going to learn about kerning or headers or

footers or any of that stuff what you're gonna do is hire somebody to format your

book and formatting the book is gonna cost you somewhere between ten and

fifteen bucks okay and it's gonna take you about ten minutes to get it

formatted why cuz you're gonna hire somebody to do it now here's the kicker

once you get it back guess what you're done all you have to do is go over to

Amazon and upload the book that's somebody else formatted upload the cover

that somebody else made fill in a few blanks with the sales copy for your book

which I'm going to talk to you about in just a second and literally in five

minutes you can publish your book to Amazon

it's literally copy paste copy paste click a few buttons tell them how much

to charge and whack the button and if you want to make it a paperback which I

highly highly encourage then you can use Amazon's print-on-demand service and

it'll be another five minutes to upload at a different place how much does this

cost you zero amazon doesn't charge you a dime to publish your book so let's add

this up real quick okay five minutes here twenty minutes here so that's 25

minutes say 60 minutes here so you only do an hour if you want to be an

overachiever you can so that's 85 minutes 10 minutes here 95 minutes 5

minutes here 100 minutes 30 minutes here that's 130 minutes my math going to hell

right now ten minutes 140 plus 10 minutes 150 what

is that that's 2 hours and 30 minutes so you can even screw around in here and

a little bit longer or take a little longer and you're still well below

around the three-hour mark but it's just spread out over time and the vast

majority of the work that's getting done is being done by other people what is

our total investment going to be on this well it's free to do this cover is gonna

cost you let's take the average of that 20 bucks let's say you talk for an hour

that's 60 okay so that's $80 plus the formatting 10 to 15 90 95 bucks total

investment how could you go wrong so by using technology and strategy by

understanding the process you're able to get your book done your first book your

next book and make a huge difference in your life by using technology and

strategy so I want to tell you how you can use technology and strategy even

more because I have a suite of software and training and checklists and every

resource you need to be able to do this process super super fast it has been

used by thousands of people to understand how they can do exactly what

I have just described to you right here and shown you this process Stu for

example right here Navy SEAL been publishing books for 20 years used my

method to create this book it became a number one bestseller on Amazon and he

had his biggest and best month in the history of his business on Amazon ever

not with a book that he spent months writing but a book that he invested

three hours in creating so it's not about working hard and I know that there

are haters and that'll say how good can a book be the only to use bla bla bla

bla bla and I'd ask them where's your book where are your sales okay so I can

show you exactly how to do it step by step by step literally like you're

looking over my shoulder like I'm sitting in your living room with you

showing you hey click here hey click there hey fill this out whack that

button copy and paste this literally showing you exactly what to do

leaving nothing out and I'm gonna let you use all my training all my software

all my processes all my checklists I'm gonna let you use it for free that's

right you didn't miss hear me I'm gonna let you use all of it for free so that

you can have your own book so that you can have that thrill of selling your

book of handing your book to somebody and saying hey you know I really enjoyed

meeting you and I want to make a little note to you in here if I can ever help

you here's a copy of the book think about what a difference that's

gonna make in your business and again to the people who would say there's no way

you could write a book in three hours and have it be any good they don't know

what they're talking about tell that to Pete tell that to Dexter

tell that tell that to Stu Smith a Navy SEAL tell him his books no good I dare

you in fact he'll even give you his website you can tell him that here's the

thing it's not about how long it takes you to create the book it's about

getting the information out of your head getting it into the right format and

getting it up on Amazon to publish it and that's exactly what I can show you

guys how to do I've shown thousands of people I've been helping people to

publish their books and eBooks since 2001 this is coming up on almost

20 years of helping people do this and I have taken this whole process as

technology has changed as strategies have improved and have taken the

timeframe and made it shorter and shorter and shorter and shorter and

shorter and boiled it down to of the bare essentials yet this will enable you

to create your own book authentically with your own information with your own

content have it look totally professional have it up on Amazon be

able to use this to start building your business instead of struggling and being

in pain now do you want to be in pain or do you want to have a cool book do you

want to struggle or do you just want to get to the point where you have the book

you know there's a joke people say everybody wants to have worked out but

nobody wants work out everyone wants to have written

a book but nobody wants to write a book well this is your chance to have a book

without having to sit down and write it for weeks and weeks and weeks if you'll

just do exactly what I tell you step by step by step you can have your book done

in less than a week and the total amount of time you're going to put into it is

three hours or less so click the link I don't know if it's gonna be below or up

or you know and put a link in here for you go check it out I'm gonna give you

my processes I'm gonna give you an access to my software I'm gonna give you

everything you need I'm gonna give you access for seven days and I'm telling

you it'll change your life but don't just take my word for it because we have

people in the comments who will be able to tell you hey I did this it worked for

me so I'm Jim Edwards go check it out I'll look forward to seeing you in the

private Facebook group being able to answer your questions and help you get

this process done do it now

Adobe Think Tank: How will Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Enterprise Impact Humans? - Duration: 10:12.

- Welcome to this addition of the Adobe Think Tank.

I am Daya Nadamuni, with Adobe's Corporate Strategy Team

and with me here today is Chris Benson.

He is chief scientist for AI, artificial intelligence,

and machine learning with Honeywell SPS. Welcome Chris.

- Thank you very much

Great to have you here.

- It's an honor to be here.

So, okay,

so what do you think

CEOs and other leadership should be thinking about

and collaborating on around AI,

at this moment in time?

- Well we're at a very special moment,

in terms of what technology is doing to business.

We really need to change the way we're

going to serve our customers and produce the products

and services that we need to fulfill

the customer experience that they're expecting from us.

Doing that we have this moment where we've gone through

the digital revolution and as part of that

we're hitting this point where AI has finally,

after decades, become a reality.

And in doing that, it is, the speed of business

is accelerating at such a rate,

that we need to start changing

the way that we're approaching it.

I'll give a few examples here.

We suddenly have found ourselves,

after many false starts in AI,

to where we have more data than we know what to do with

and it's growing exponentially all the time.

We call it big data.

We also have compute capability that is in the cloud,

it's out on the edge and so there's the

ability to do calculation that's never been there before.

And so suddenly we have this ability to take

this new tool set, which is a bunch of algorithms

that we call AI and with some specific tool kits,

things like deep learning, that we can now apply

to customer experience and get pretty amazing outcomes

compared to things that we've done in the past.

And so, this is a moment where senior executives

at companies big and small need to be thinking

how can they use these tools to better

enable those customer experiences.

One of those is to recognize that

we're in an age for the first time ever, where

we don't know exactly what the next step is,

what the future holds.

It's moving too fast and it's changing too often.

So it really requires that you organize your

company around a learning structure.

So you need to be a learning organization,

you need to be able to think like a startup

and fast fail your way into a great path

for the customer experience that you're trying

to create for your customers through

your products and services and so I'm always

urging people to, where ever they're at in

their career, whether they are fairly new or old,

to take their cup and pour it out

and accept that they need to refill it.

And it's not a one time thing, it's something they

need to start doing more and more

often as things accelerate.

In doing that find the best customer experience

that your customers need and how to apply

these specific tools for that.

Given the need for continuous learning,

and the fact that we don't know what,

you know we can't see around the corner

quite as well as we would like to.

What are some best practices around

integrating, you know, deep learning

into your enterprise architecture?

What advice would you have for brands and enterprises?

- Yeah, well one thing is to keep it in perspective.

There's a lot of hype around AI

and deep learning right now.

It really, it's a specific tool box that

is very good at specific problems.

And so the first thing is to recognize is,

that it's not magic and it's not the

solution for all problems.

And you need to begin evaluating

your business challenges against

all the tool kits in software development

and data science, in general,

and find the ones that are,

that lend themselves to AI and deep learning solutions.

Which tend to be very complicated problems

that other tools have not been sufficient

in solving for you, and so–

Then you, kind of,

rapidly experiment your way into saying,

Do I have an AI tool in my AI toolbox

that can solve this problem,

where as I may not have been able to solve it before.

Or I can solve it, at much higher fidelity.

So it's a very practical and pragmatic approach

instead of a big buzz word, you know,

magic kind of approach.

Think of it, think of your deep learning team

as another software development slash data science team.

They are going into a project, they evaluate it,

make sure they're the right team for it.

The tools that they think are appropriate,

are in fact and you validate that.

And then you take a small bite out of that problem

and go try and solve it with this

and see what you get.

One of the challenges, you don't want to try to go

make, take too big a chunk, like anything,

even outside of AI, too early.

Take small things, when you have quick fails,

learn from them, find the right path,

and find your way into success.

So be very practical, be very pragmatic

and that's how you'll find success in it.

- So, which brings up a good point.

Are there specific classes of problems

or types of problems that would lend themselves

better to deep learning than something else?

- There are, so and some of them are

being widely used right now, I mean,

some of the very obvious ones are

natural language processing.

That field has been around for a long time,

but deep learning is starting to revolutionize it,

in that, there are–

there is a lot of variability in it.

There is a lot of nonlinearity in it.

These tools are really good at

solving problems with those characteristics.

Another thing would be machine vision.

There is a type of AI called a

convolutional neural network,

which is very popular right now

for driving machine vision solutions

and the reason is, is that neural networks

are really good at finding hard

to detect patterns in data that

human beings or lesser data science tools

are not so good at finding.

And so if this sounds like a problem that

your company might be facing then say,

okay well we tried it with smaller data science tools,

things that are not quite as sophisticated,

maybe this the right time to try a neural network

and see if that works for you.

- Okay, so find the right solution

to what you want to apply or find

the right problem to what you want apply

the deep learning solution?

- That's correct.

- I think a lot of it is, sort of, customer facing,

you know large volumes of data,

where you can really try to solve

the business problem.

- Absolutely

- And improve the customer experience.

- Absolutely and specifically looking for those

problems that your other tools,

you have tools in you tool belt if they have not

been sufficient to solve it,

that's when you want to turn to neural networks

and say, is there an architecture here,

within this world that might help me get there.

- That sounds, very intriguing and full of possibility.

- Yeah

- Especially for brands and enterprises.

- There is an investment you have to make.

- Right

- To be able to accomplish that

and that because it's computationally intensive,

there is a lot of math, fundamentally

it's all math under the cover.

So you need to be able to have people

that understand that, train them up.

Whether they be existing data scientists

or mathematically inclined software engineers

or whether you're bringing people from the outside.

There is a huge demand for this

and you also need to get your infrastructure in place.

Not only for the calculation itself,

which might be in the cloud

or it might be a super computer that's

designed for deep learning

or some other

collection of computing devices

that you've put into place for this.

But, beyond that you need to get your

data infrastructure as well too

because data strategy, which may evolve with that,

is pretty crucial.

I think if there is one way to finish this is up, it's that

I've seen companies that are successful

in this space, really focus on a data strategy

that supports their AI strategy

and that can evolve with that AI strategy.

They figure out how to get all that data

they're gonna need for AI training

in place and usable as, before they go into the AI training.

- Perfect.

We talked a lot about data strategy

and we talked a lot about algorithms and machine learning.

When it comes to creativity, what's your optimism

around some of the skills,

that are pretty much human,

and irreplaceable, no matter how advanced

an AI algorithm or a machine learning algorithm could be?

- Well you've just identified what,

maybe, the most important one and that is creativity.

And if there is–

Computers, AI driven computers

can be very good at attacking

problems that are very task specific.

We've seen instances in the news

where you'll have a very specific type

of thing where a computer gets better at it than a person

or a computer and a person together, you get better at that.

The place where I think humans will have a firm

place of there own, without computers, is in creativity.

That's not to say that we will never see

facets of creativity in computers,

but that's something we're really good at.

Making those associations in our brain,

our memory system, it's something that is,

going to take a long time for AI to ever get to.

- That's fantastic.

Well, we're at the

end of this episode of the Adobe Think Tank.

How to Make Cashew Fruit Dip - Duration: 2:39.

hi hope you this recipe of my healthy fruit dip it's a bit like a cashew cheese cake

in reverse. Sometimes it's nice a bit of a change where you don't be having a

cake or something and you want something a bit more shareable like a platter. I

did actually intend to make this a bit different to a cashew cheese cake by

using an orange or Mandarin in the middle give it a bit of zesty flavor and

this did work quite well in testing. I just got a bit flustered when filming

the recipe so um it's without it. It works good with it try it yourself you

can if you fancy it with an orange add an orange if you don't then don't. You

can either add the whole orange or just some juice I'm having it here with

strawberries and blueberries. Strawberries are just the right size to

dip in and get quite a big bit of the dip because it's thick and creamy

so you can easy coat of strawberry. Blueberries on the other under a bit

smaller so I'd recommend to use these instead with a cocktail stick. You can make

this nut-free if you like by using sunflower seeds and as they have a bit of

an earthy taste but still taste quite good and often I'd quite

like to use sunflower seeds instead of cashew nuts just because I eat a lot of

cashew nuts and it was so easy to have cashew nuts every single day of every

single meal so I do limit the amount of cashew nuts I buy every month. This

works quite well with so many fruit such as mango Kiwi and banana. Let me

How To Get Clear Skin FAST! (Men's Skincare) - Duration: 11:56.

Hi guys! I'm Joseph, welcome to my channel!

In this video, I'm going to teach you,

you, the men

how to take care of your skin to get it clear, fast!

Throughout this video,

I'm going to give you the 3 step guide on the most basic products you can use

on your face—every single day—to get the results you want

and from there, I'm going to give you add-ons

to target certain concerns that you may have.

By the end of this video, you will master all the steps you need to take to keep those pimples away!

Before we get started, this is actually my first video on YouTube, so

Hello YouTube!

Please make sure to leave a "like"

and let me know in the comments

how you found this video

My personal journey with skincare

started in adulthood

when I started working and I was studying at the same time

and there was a lot of stress happening

and for the first time in my life, my skin started to break out.

I was oily all the time, my skin felt dull

my eyes were always tired

and I didn't know how to deal with that.

First off being a guy and being in the Middle East

It was kind of a struggle at first to get into skin care because

there is a stereotype that you're a guy

you should not take care of your skin

it's a women's thing

And that's not true!

I think these days people are more open to the idea

So I started reading on skincare

started watching a lot of videos

and experimenting with myself basically and I did lots of mistakes along the way

and learned from these mistakes and I'm here to tell you guys

what the best things are

what would work for me

what would probably work for you

and how you can find what works for you

Let's get started!

There's three things that you

need to be doing every single day

three simple things.

You have to cleanse, moisturize and protect.

I will explain these three steps and then

I'll be giving you an add-ons to target specific concerns

Step one: cleansing your face.

Whenever anyone approaches me with skin concerns,

I always ask them the same question

How are you washing your face?

Most of the time the answer is

"Ooh, I wash it in the shower"

or "I use soap!"

Never ever wash your face with soap!

Even if the product actually says "face soap" or whatever

Don't use it, don't fall for that

Soap will over-dry your face and when that happens,

your skin's gonna panic and then produce even more oils

and that's not something you want.

What a cleanser does, is that it removes the build-up of dirt,

the oils on your skin and any other pollutants from the outside world

and this will unclog your pores.

You need to find a low pH gentle cleanser that's gel-based

I'm currently using the purifying cleansing foaming gel from Bioderma

It has a pH level of 5.5 which is ideal for your skin

if you are using soap for example,

its pH level is from 9 to 12 which is over-drying.

As you can see it's a bit translucent,

It's not foamy, it's not creamy.

that's the kind of thing you need to be looking for.

Always make sure to wash your face with lukewarm water

Make sure to cleanse your skin very gently,

You don't want to over-dry it.

Step 2: Moisturize

A lot of people skip the moisturizing process

because they are like:

"Oh, I'm already very oily, why would I moisturize?"

Do you know why you're oily?

Because your skin's not hydrated

Because you're losing water

If you moisturize, you will lock the moisture in

and then, your skin is not gonna be producing more oils.

A lot of people with oily skin types

are always worried about moisturizers

because they feel like it will clog their pores.

The easiest way to find a moisturizer that works for you

is basically to go to the mall

check out different stores.

try out their moisturizers on your hand

and leave it for 30 minutes.

After that, check which one of them leaves you feeling

moisturized but not greasy.

You want something that will leave your skin hydrated

and you can always look for gel-based moisturizers

because they will always be lighter.

Currently, my favorite moisturizer is from The Body Shop

It's the Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet

What I like about this one is the sorbet texture

it actually feels like it's an ice cream, it smells really cool

I just really look forward to putting this one on

because it's so much fun!

With any moisturizer,

you want you tap it gently on your skin.

You don't want to smudge it.

Tapping will help your skin and absorb it better

Step 3: Sunblock

A lot of people believe

that they only use sunblock when they're on vacation,

when they're out to the beach

and that's not true!

Overexposure to UV rays

actually make your skin feel saggy

you get fine lines, you get skin damage

you get irritation in your skin

and in the worst cases it leads to cancer

and that's not something you want to play around with.

Another misconception about sunscreen

is that it will always leave a white cast.

Truth is, not all sunscreens are created equally.

Look for a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ mineral sunscreen

that will suit your skin.

My advice is always try it on your hand

and see if it leaves a white cast for you.

Another important thing about sunscreens,

is that you have to reapply every few hours

Find a way to inject that into your routine

Try and see how it works for you

but please do it!

So what I'm currently using is the

Skin Defense Multi-Protection Essence from The Body Shop.

What I like about this one is that it's an essence it's very lightweight.

It's 50 SPF protection which is amazing.

Find products are actually fun for you to apply.

Don't use something that will make you feel like it's chore,

have fun with it!

I'm now going to give you extra steps

that will give you better and faster results

and also, I will give you steps that will help you target certain concerns

Every time I finished my cleansing, I always follow up with a Toner.

A toner is made out of water and humectants such as Aloe Vera

or other planet extracts.

Humectants will basically help your skin hold and attract water

And what a toner will do is that it will actually allow your skin

to absorb ingredients better.

It will also help remove excess dirt and dead skin cells

that are still there on your skin after your cleanse.

The current sort of that I'm using is also from The Body Shop.

It's an Aloe Vera Toner, it's very soft, very gentle

When getting the toner, Aloe Vera is a great ingredient to look for

so how you would use a toner is that you put it on a cotton pad

and then swipe it on your face avoiding the eye area.

The next step that I would add is an eye cream.

Now, the eye area is the most area

that I get questions about.

A lot of people ask me:

"How can I get rid of those dark circles under my eyes?

I have puffy eyes all the time.

I always look tired!"

And I'm here to give you a straightforward answer.

There is no product that you can apply

topically on your skin

that will clear these problems for you.

There are some products that can relieve

and diminish these problems

but we can talk about those in a different video

because it's a large topic

However, if you want a solution,

then look into fillers, laser treatments

and lifestyle changes,

if this is not a genetic problem.

Why do I even use an eye cream then?

What's an eye cream will do is,

it would strengthen, nourish and hydrate

that really thin skin around your eyes

It will prevent signs of aging

it will reduce fine lines and brighten that area over time.

The eye gel that I'm currently using is from Tromborg.

It's a very lightweight gel,

it has a very cooling effect

without even having to keep it in the fridge!

Using cooling products on your eye area definitely help with puffiness.

Look for eye creams and eye gels that are light in texture,

that are like serum so that they are lighter for this thin area of skin.

Something that I like to do twice a week is exfoliating

one of the main reasons your pores get blocked

and they become pimples

is because of dead skin cells.

If you exfoliate regularly, your skin will become brighter

and you will have a smoother skin.

There's two types of exfoliators:

Physical and Chemical

Physical exfoliators will have small microbeads that will rub on your skin

and remove these dead skin cells

I personally stay away from these physical exfoliators

because it's easy to damage your skin

if you're being too rough on it.

Chemical exfoliants work by dissolving or loosening dead skin cells

by using acids or enzymes.

I'm currently using the enzyme peeling facial mask from Tromborg.

These are actually the most rewarding products to use because you get to see the results instantly.

However do not exfoliate

if you have active acne on your skin

What I would do if I have active acne,

I would just leave it alone.

Don't touch it.

it will scar if you do.

Let's talk about serums.

Serums are actually the most important part of the routine for me.

This is the product that your skin

will actually absorb the most.

It has the most active ingredients that will give you

good results

I'm going to be talking about serums in another video

in a lengthy manner.

But for now we're going to talk about

if your acne prone,

you need to use serums

to regulate your sebum production.

Sebum basically means your skin's oil secretion.

Look for a Zinc-based serum

that would actually decrease your sebum production

My favorite Zinc-based serum is actually from Sephora.

It's the clarifying booster.

Studies have shown that using Zinc serums for four weeks uninterrupted

will actually give you results.

You basically just put 5 drops on your skin

and then tap it around.

After regulating your sebum production,

you can then move on to other things

you want to do with your skin

There are other ways to get Zinc into your system.

you get Zinc supplements,

you can look into foods that are high in Zinc.

Now let's talk about emergencies!

What do you do when you have a skin emergency?

When you have a date,

when you have an interview

when you have something important

that you want your skin to look flawless for

For this, you can go for a mask.

The masking step is usually applied after cleansing your face

When you feel like your skin's clogged,

there's lots of impurities,

you're super oily, you're breaking out

you can incorporate a clay mask.

A clay mask will absorb the excess dirt.

It's going to tighten your pores

if they are enlarged, it they're inflamed

I'm currently using the super volcanic pore clay mask from Innisfree.

Basically any type of clay mask will do.

Alternatively, if your skin is feeling dull,

you need to give it energy,

you can go for a mud mask instead.

Mud masks would improve

blood circulation under your skin

It'll make your skin feel brighter and clearer faster.

My go-to product is the Glam Glow Supermud.

I've tried a lot of different mud masks

and this is my Holy Grail.

You have to try it!

it's a bit on the expensive side, but you will not regret it.

I think they have smaller samples that you can also try for one time.

Just do that, try it for one time and you will see what I mean.

I have been using it for like two years now and I would never go back!

I repurchase all the time

but if I do find a cheaper alternative, I'll let you guys know for sure.

Masks in general should be applied maximum

twice a week

Do not use them more.

You leave them on for 20 minutes

And then you wash them off with lukewarm water.

That's it guys!
