#1 - After a tedious work
Introverts who work in the office are not only exhausted because of the work.
They are also exhausted because of meeting people especially those they don't like.
This combination is perfect to choose staying at home instead.
#2 - When they are asked to hang out now
Introverts do not like surprising schedule.
They only want to go outside when they are ready.
They basically need to prepare their mental bravery before they can go outside especially
with large groups.
#3 - When there is additional person
They cannot just stand with too many people.
Again, if you suddenly add one person in the group, the introverts will think twice before
they can go.
They prefer to stay at home instead of going out.

Introverts, despite of their willingness to talk sometimes, they actually do not like

One of my most favorite parts of the AJ in the Morning show is my stupid news
It's the only part of the morning show where thinking is actually frowned upon
You know what this is, right?
Stick it in your windshield when you park and its blazing hot outside
On mine, there's a warning label
and it reads, "never drive your vehicle with sunshade in your windshield."
And you have to ask yourself, "Who would do such a thing?" Why would they have to put a Little tag like that
warning you not to do it, if someone hadn't actually done it before

Somebody was stupid enough to try to do that over in Braintree Massachusetts

They gave that stupid driver a ticket. Luckily that's the Only thing they gave them

MORTAL KOMBAT 11 WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR PT 2 Ed Boon E3 trailer predictions story mode characters - Duration: 14:00.
looks like my camera's a little fuzzy
there that's better all right guys yes this is part 2 I got
a phone call and I had to end my stream so I'm starting the stream over again
guys but for all the information that I relayed I'm not gonna go back over all
of that so just check out part 1 of the stream it was only like three minutes
long but it like basically all the good stuff
so now I had to figure out how to like keep this room going Felipe do I like
Tekken um no I'm not really a big Tekken fan Felipe I pretty much I stick with
Mortal Kombat Dragonball Fighters injustice - I like the Capcom Marvel vs.
Capcom stuff like that the fighter games like like that type stuff but yeah so
guys um the name of the stream I wanted it to be called what we know so far and
the last half of this remodel is discussing what we know so far for
certain and I was also talking about just being tired of a lot of the you
know the hyped up predictions that people are making right now III is right
around the corner so we'll we will have to wait and see if we actually do get a
trailer and I've been saying all along even if we do get a trailer it'll just
be like a cinematic trailer so but at least a cinematic trailer will show us
the new costumes for characters I hope they don't use a scorpion sub-zero again
you know we already saw them for the trailer for Mortal Kombat X so I think
if they do a cinematic trailer it would be really cool if they did like Liu Kang
versus Raiden or do katana versus Raiden I hope we get a trailer at e3 yes I hope

Mortal Kombat 11 right now just to see if you can find out something everything
that you come up with on Google is stuff that has has there's just predictions
from all the youtubers that's all it is nothing official I don't think that's

11 so because I think for injustice before the original injustice they had

about the dragon logo is that it always seems to be on there somewhere so even
if they like even if they don't make the whole cover the dragon logo the dragon
logo is still gonna be a part of it you know usually like the Mortal Kombat logo

wonder if they actually do have some storylines with the Elder Gods in the
comic books because I haven't actually read the comic books hey welcome back to

it seems like the comic books have way more way more interaction of amongst the
characters and they might have done some something with the Elder Gods in the
comic books I do know that uh you know shinnok was supposed to have like made
waged war with the Elder Gods but you know we really didn't see much of that
bring back conquest mode to Felipe I hope we get something leaked you know I
honestly don't know why we haven't had any really good leagues so far we
haven't had any really good leaks and everything you know right now we're kind
of going through a big you know everyone wants to make predictions it's phase
right now but you know it helps to make predictions when you've actually had
some really good leaks or when you when you actually have something confirmed
from Ed Boon you know and we don't we haven't any of that officer wedding
today right before e3 2018 before they leave moral common officer wedding see
if and I don't quite know what that is referring to anywho so back to the theme
of tonight's stream so what we know so far so in the last stream I did mention
about we know that the main villain is either gonna be Raiden or katana or or
Liu Kang one of those three I bet we also know that the revenants are gonna
come back I'm sure I'm sure and guys I have a theory that Mortal
Kombat 11 is going to like kind of pretty much end the the rebooted
storyline I think in Mortal Kombat 11 they are going to answer all the
questions they're going to resolve all the issues with the revenant so I think
they're going to explain everything and I think they're gonna tie everything up
that's what I would like to see because this has been going on ever since
Mortal Kombat 9 back in 2011 and so now you know this has been going on for like
a decade you know it's like if this game comes out in 2019 that means that this
this new storyline will have been going on for a whole decade so I think in 2019
it only makes sense for to use Mortal Kombat 11 to pretty much
wrap up this new rebooted storyline and to start maybe focusing on something
else I have a video coming out with that focus on it's gonna be called and it's a
new series it's called Mortal Kombat 11 next-gen and this new series I focus
individually on different characters that I think it's going to be playing a
role in the story story mode and one point that I make that I bring up in in
the first video that I did is the fact that I honestly think that Mortal Kombat
11 is going to be the last game for this rebooted storyline and honestly I think
after after Mortal Kombat 11 I would like to see another room Studios kind of
start focusing on maybe like a prequel for Mortal Kombat you know like
basically in this new story story mode you know undo all the revenants and all
that stuff and then and then for the Mortal Kombat after Mortal Kombat 11
pick up with the fresh news story mode storyline that might go into the origins
of Mortal Kombat I think that makes sense that would be good yeah Philippe I
you know I really don't um I'm not sure what the Canon ending is for Shang Tsung
but I do know he is in an Air Max ending edition say that he was a soul that was
absorbed inside of her Mac so I I'm not sure I don't know what's going on with
her mech right now I mean I'm not sure what's going on with Shang soon Oh
romantic right romantic welcome to the stream you know romantic that really
wouldn't surprise me at this point because there hasn't been any reliable
leaks and rumors from Mortal Kombat 11 so it would be really interesting if
they decided to actually release you know that release another game in the
Mortal Kombat universe because you know the thing about it is is that everyone
is so focused on seeing Mortal Kombat 11 because of the the original work on who
was the first time right I think Kung Lao actually was the first the the
ancient Kung Lao anyways um everyone is so gung-ho on
the order of the nether room games like Mortal Kombat 9 and then injustice
Mortal Kombat 10 injustice to so given another two years everyone thinks that
Mortal Kombat 11 is gonna be the next game but what if they do another two
year lifecycle for another game instead of Mortal Kombat 11 you know they might
actually come out with another mortal combat related game they might do like a
Shaolin monks they might do a prequel I think it's gonna be a horror fighting
game who knows I mean ed boon ed boon is notorious for you know just purposely
misleading people um although he has not really been misleading people about him
Mortal Kombat 11 at all actually what I mean edie boon has kept his mouth quiet
I mean he has not trolled about Mortal Kombat 11 he has not joked about it
he has not he is maybe he might have referenced characters but I don't even
know if that's been in reference to Mortal Kombat 11 it's so job is to troll
yes yes we yes that's true Philippe what if they made a Marvel vs. DC game yeah I
know that's that's one of those impossible titles that will probably
never happen because they would have to get the rights to Marvel and Marvel and
Marvel just got the rights to Marvel because Fox Studios owned the rights to

x-men that's what it was so Marvel is happy just to have rights
to their own Marvel characters so I doubt that nother room Studios is gonna
pop up with the rights to Marvel characters what a Scorpion's son what if

Why does Japan work so hard? | CNBC Explains - Duration: 5:14.
Working long hours is a way of life in Japan.
So much so, that some occasionally die from it.
Karoshi is a term that means death by overwork.
So why are people working so hard? And can it be fixed?
Japan has some of the longest working hours in the world.
Nearly a quarter of Japanese companies have their employees
work more than 80 hours of overtime per month.
Those extra hours are often unpaid.
Today, Japan's corporate culture is driven by the so-called salaryman.
The salaryman is defined by his loyalty to his company
and expected to spend his entire career working for the same firm.
Not only does he work long hours in the office, but it's also assumed
he'll participate in after-work activities too, like drinking with colleagues.
And they're not taking enough time off.
In 2017, one survey found that despite being entitled to 20 days off per year,
Japanese workers left 10 of those days unused - topping every other country in the survey.
You don't have to be in the confines of corporate walls to feel the impact of its work culture.
It's 3am Thursday morning right now in Tokyo, I'm in the area of Ginza.
Every few minutes I see a man wearing a suit, holding a briefcase.
The nation's work ethic dates back to what's referred to as Japan's economic miracle,
which was its dramatic economic growth beginning in the 1950s,
which propelled it to become the world's second-largest economy.
Inside Japan's corporations, the culture emphasizes the success of
a company as a whole to be more important than any single individual,
which might explain why one study found that 63% of Japanese felt guilty for taking paid leave.
But perhaps more concerning is this:
Long work hours don't necessarily mean high productivity.
In fact, Japan has the lowest productivity amongst the G7 nations.
Earlier I mentioned the term karoshi - it means death by overwork.
It's legally recognized by the government and usually is marked
by a heart attack, stroke or suicide due to stress.
There's hundreds of cases of karoshi reported annually, although some argue these cases
are underreported and that the real number could exceed that by up to 10 times.
An employee of the advertising firm Dentsu jumped to her death in 2015.
The cause was said to have been depression caused by overwork.
The case generated widespread attention and renewed calls to change the long working hours
and illegal unpaid overtime highly common in Japan.
The firm was fined for violating labor standards because she was reportedly forced
to work more than 100 hours of overtime per month.
The company's CEO even resigned over the controversy.
After the death, Dentsu made some changes within the company.
One of them?
The lights in the office now turn off at 10pm every night in an effort to force employees to leave.
Both the government and companies are now
actively trying to reduce the number of working hours here.
And there are some early signs of hope.
Japan's government has considered several initiatives to curb the number of hours spent
at the office, including making it mandatory to take at least five vacation days a year
and requiring a "rest" period between the end of one day and the start of another.
In 2016, a new holiday "Mountain Day" was started,
bringing Japan's number of annual public holidays to 16.
And in 2017, the government launched an initiative called Premium Fridays,
in which it encouraged companies to allow their employees to leave at 3pm
on the last Friday of the month, promoting consumer spending and less time in the office.
But one study found that less than 4% of employees in Japan
actually left early on the first Premium Friday.
Which is why despite these initiatives, a cultural challenge still looms.
Since Japan's culture emphasizes the group over the individual, well,
no one wants to be the first one to leave the office.
And there's another reason that there's pressure on people to work hard.
Japan's economy is in danger.
And in order to maintain its massive size, Japan needs to put in the hours.
Japan lost its spot as the world's second-largest economy to China in 2011,
a title that it had previously held for 42 years.
Japan is dealing with a labor crisis.
Its population is aging fast and its birth rate is in decline.
That means its total population is going down.
And in the next 50 years, it's projected to shrink by nearly a third.
The population is expected to go from 127 million in 2015, to just 88 million by 2065.
There's two likely ways the nation can compensate for the labor shortage - immigrants or robots.
Japan has always been less
inclined to accept immigrants.
In fact, its percentage of foreign workers is tiny
compared to other nations of large economies.
So without more immigrants,
it's looking to robotics to fill in the gap.
Its robotics industry has spanned from hospitality to manufacturing,
and now even reaching farms by creating robots that milk cows.
But whether technology could open the door for
a better work-life balance for Japan's workforce still remains to be seen.

So, when we were developing the Windows runtime back in, well,
in the Windows 8 timeframe,
we realized a lot of developers were having some challenges
writing responsive apps.
The long experiences of apps that went grey,
had 'Not Responding' in the title.
Almost all of those were caused because some operation took a lot longer than they expected.
So they expected something to be very responsive and fast, and no,
actually it turns out reading from a file on a local hard disk
can sometimes take a second or two, if the circumstances are right.
And so, when we were designing the API surface in designing the APIs we said,
'Anything that going to take more than about 50 or 100 milleseconds,
make that API async'.
And it turns out there's a lot of things you can do in the system,
that take more than 150 ms or so, 100 ms, or whatever the target is.
It takes a long time to do some things.
And some things that you think are always immediate turns out don't necessarily do that.
They're not always necessarily immediate.
And so we made a choice of responsive applications over API complexities.
So we added a lot of async APIs which makes things complicated to program against.
But it helps make sure your applications can actually be very responsive.
And it basically prevents that from being a problem in the new APIs.
