But Chelsea are well aware of how Sancho has lit up the Bundesliga and they want a sky-high price for the talent

Chelsea have already rejected a £20m offer and they value him closer to £40m. German expert Raphael Honigstein told the Transfer Talk podcast: "It's a lot of money for someone who hasn't started a Premier League game yet

There's a couple of things that have conspired to make this happen. First of all, after Jadon Sancho, anyone on the Premier League side of the fence is worried they will lose the next Sancho for too little money

Sancho was effectively able to run down his contract and went for absolute peanuts and the story could happen again with Hudson-Odoi

Chelsea are thinking, we won't be stupid and will extract maximum value for a guy who in 12 months, like Jadon Sancho, could be worth double

You can understand they they are doing it. "From Bayern's point of view, they feel that having missed out on Sancho - they did talk to him and tried very hard but he chose Dortmund - they can't afford to lose out on the next big young talent in international football

He would fit the bill as far as pace and power on the wing is confirmed with Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben being phased out and a new frontline will emerge from the flanks

Hudson-Odoi, who has 18 months left on his current contract, made his first Premier League appearance of the season as sub against Watford on Boxing Day

However, he was taken off in the same game after struggling with a hamstring injury

The player is understood to want to move to Germany to get more regular first-team football

 Now the dust has settled and supporters are suggesting former captain Mikel Arteta and former manager Arsene Wenger played a huge role in City's win

so I think the most surprising thing about working in a CRO is actually hey

guys Serg here back with another video today we're gonna talk about the most

surprising thing about working in a CRO now I first got started working in a CRO

a number of years ago and this was my first kind of Big Boy job coming out of

university and this was really surprising to me because I'm thinking

you know you go to university and that's really your last time of being able to

dress kind of casually or having a casual atmosphere but once you finally

into the real world and start working everything was business you know I

thought I knew people were dressing business casual but I thought that could

mean you know a blazer some days definitely a shirt and a tie on many of

the days and then Friday would be kind of either they had a jeans day or maybe

you could even unbutton your shirt but wow was that a surprise so this was the

most surprising thing to me about working in a CRO was the overall

laid-back atmosphere and the laid-back culture so this is this includes the

dress and how people are just in general so let's go talk about the dress first

the dress is kind of crazy because they say business casual actually they don't

even really give you a dress code when you're first starting but typically

business casual when you're working in the office so for guys this is gonna be

like a button-down shirt tucked in with some slacks some khakis and some loafers

or something like that or you could even do a polo when it's hot outside tucked

in of course but sometimes people would bend the rules and like I said there are

no real rules when it comes to dressing just kind of norms that some people

would not even tuck their shirts in some people would just wear sweaters in the

wintertime not then of course and guys wouldn't

necessarily wear t-shirts but they would wear stuff that didn't have to be tucked

in some people would wear collared shirts not tucked in it just kind of

depends on the environment I guess but I was surprised to see people wearing that

because I'm thinking this is an office people have got to be in their shirt and

tie and I think that's what I thought that's what's depicted the movies but

things are dramatically changing so the dress was the most surprising thing but

also what comes with the dress is the overall kind of laid-back atmosphere I

felt like at the CEO I got my start at they did not micromanage you at all but

I think a lot there's a lot of other factors with that too but even the main

factor being that my line manager was not based in the US so I didn't work

with anybody in that office everyone I worked with was overseas different

different office and different state or something like that

so they'd really wouldn't know whether I came into the office or didn't come into

the office on a particular day but that didn't really changed my work ethic or I

mean I came into the office every day I was supposed to even though I did I

could have gotten away with it very easily but the overall atmosphere when

it comes to you know like taking PTO like they always say yes unless you're

in a database lock or you know you happen to work from home one day because

you know the plumbers coming to your house he's got to fix something and you

got to let them in or something like that you know they pretty much work with

you and they had a really good understanding of you know 9:00 to 5:00

you know you work 9:00 to 5:00 but you're not really gonna be working too

much outside of that unless you want to and we've talked we talked about this

before but I think the overall culture has an overall theme for this video was

one of the most surprising things about working in a CRO just because it is

corporate America but it's not as like hardcore as like banking or finance or

anything like that and then along with that of course is the dress so great

question from one of the listeners about was the most surprising thing about

working in a CRO I know a lot of people out there are maybe you're at the site

level you want to move into working in a CRO whether that's as a C array or a CTA

or specialist or project manager or

whatever it is your career path is I know a lot of people want to know what

it's like being in a CRO and maybe you're at the sponsor side and want to

figure out what it's like working in the CRO also but that's what that's one of

the most surprising things about working in a CRO to me so I hope you guys like

  "Everything is going very well," the defender told RMC . "I do not have any pain which is very encouraging

 "My return was a bit rushed due to injuries, so physically things were hard, but overall I feel good

 "It's a little harder to tie up every three days, I'm trying to be careful not to hurt myself and be out for weeks

 "I am gradually resuming possession of all my means and confidence," he added. "My pace is slowly coming back

A source close to Drizzy EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife why it's important for him to maintain a relationship with the two ladies, even when feuding with another certain member of their family. "Drake has been friends with Kendall for a long time and doesn't associate her friendship with any beef he's ever had with Kanye," the source shares. "Drake has been close friends with the whole Kar-Jenner family for years now, and can appreciate a friendship with some of them, without holding personal feelings he has about Kanye against them. Drake is much more mature than that and can easily separate the two." HollywoodLife has reached out to a rep for Drake for comment.

Another source went on to explain that Drake never questioned the prospect of inviting the Kar-Jenner sisters, and it was a total no-brainer! The former frenemies looked more like best friends at the NYE bash, and Drake even shared several snapshots of them hanging out. "2019 cook up…Aubreezy," Drake captioned the pics, posted to his Instagram. In one of the snapshots, a smiling Drizzy was seen standing next to Chris, as they toasted to the new year.
