Youtube daily do Jan 2 2019

hello welcome to Revelator Alf from revelatoralf.com The channel about

motorcycle exploring biking issues and lifestyle. Now I would normally say

please subscribe and hit the notifications bell down there, actually

I've just said that but I didn't mean to okay what I'm really talking about here

is about growing my youtube channel, now this is really the kind of things that

I'm learning and I really want to pass on to a lot of people now on this video

I'm talking about pure and simple YouTube growth I'm not talking about

subscribers I'm not talking about views I'm not talking about watch time I'm

talking about just growing everything that is all of those things you know the

subs the views the watch time, the audience retention all that kind of

stuff so how am i doing it well let me just say right now as of the 2nd of

January 2019 and a happy new year to everybody as well my channel has grown

100 percent in a month, now obviously I've got a very small channel right now

but the principle is being applied in that every month I'm trying to grow the

channel and trying to grow everything at the same time and also distribute the

brand or make the brand known not only on YouTube but also across social media

and also on a what they'll call a conversion site which is somewhere I can

direct traffic to off YouTube which is actually my website which actually then

redirects traffic back to YouTube you see it's all very clued in now so what's

how am I doing this or what is a strategy which I'm trying to adopt then

I can pass it on to you guys and then hopefully it will work for you

So I struggled for the longest time I'll sort of ran about the 60-70 subscriber

mark and many of you watching this are thinking this is

ridiculous, why am i watching somebody who's only got 170 views - 70

subscribers, the point is that there are lots and lots of people out there

youtubers who are stuck in this kind of sub 500 subs mark and they want to try

and develop develop it and wonder what the hell is going on. So a lot of people

talk about video quality and so on and so forth well actually right now I'm

recording this on just a webcam I'm doing it on purpose I'm not doing on my

Drift or my GoPro which I normally video, I'm not doing it on my own you know

Olympus SLR camera either you know those are the kind of things I normally I'm

not using a lapel mic which I normally do all that kind of thing they would

normally link in the descriptions and everything I'm not using any of that I'm

purely using this because I don't want this video to be for you to say okay

he's got great production quality or so on so forth actually the videos it's all

about content what are you producing in your videos

and do people want to watch it now most people myself included don't really care

whether video has great production quality they don't care what they're

watching a video for is either to be entertained to have a giggle have a

laugh or to mock something or to be informed or educated so they want to get

something from it. You know you're not going to watch a TV program unless

you're entertained by or you're interested by or you you know you're not

gonna watch your documentary unless you're interested to learn something

from that subject matter and it's exactly the same on YouTube you've got

to be able to learn something from it so this video is really about what the

steps that I've taken to date to try and grow everything slowly, granted slowly

surely to get it a little bit improved. ok so first of all it is regular making

regular videos make I'm making videos once a day also

every couple of days and I'm also scheduling them, I batch as well so I made quite a

few videos at the same time and then I'll schedule them for the week or for

the next month or whatever so that's it it's really about getting organized

organizing your content the next thing to do is actually narrow down your

subject matter what you want to talk about so I'm really talking about you

know motorcycle and biking issues lifestyle so whilst it is a narrow field

and niche if you like what everybody seems to call at these days um it's

actually there's a lot of scope within it so you know I can talk about my

cycling issues and biking lifestyles and arts and things like that but I could

also do lots of videos but on my bike on-road off-road that kind of thing tips

advice and everything so within my channel although it's in me should it's

actually lots of different types of videos to do and lots of some playlists

which I'm using as well and those playlists are also being updated all the

time as well with the plateless make sure that you label your playlists first

of all as your channel title as well so mine is Revelator out and then a - or -

then the playlist name as well that helps the search of your name or your

channel title as well okay when you've got a video let's say you want to make a

video now first of all you need some work how would anybody want to watch it

is anybody looking for this kind of content well maybe they are and maybe

they aren't if they're not searching for it then the chances are you're gonna

have to try and generate your own momentum okay and that's like really

pushing out or social media pushing out to all your friends that kind of thing

let's say for entertainer or comedian or you're a blogger or a vlogger or

whatever it is you're creating your own particular style when nobody's going to

be searching for it you know sorry to burst your bubble my bubble was burst as

well nobody's interested in my content nobody's interesting just searching what

is out doing today and riding his motorbike

okay so there's got to be some that you're gonna give to them so you

either make something that somebody is searching for you know how to ride a

motorcycle or you know how to or where to where can I get you know that kind of

video or you've got to generate your own kind of publicity for the content that

you're producing one is gonna be the how to's are gonna give you a lot more men

some the other ones aren't the other type of video is to be something to make

a video that is on trend on that is current right now so let's say for

example the dakar rally for me is just about salt so I've made a preview of

that video right now I went to the Motorcycle Show recently and I did a

video a preview and review and a couple of other videos on that whatever is in

the news about your kind of niche your kind of subject area that's what you

would need to make your on trend videos about doesn't necessarily mean that you

have to make them all the time but I'm saying that's another and that's what

will generate a lot of views per se because people are going to be searching

for that particular topic you see so these are the videos you've got to make

how-to videos you know tips and reviews that kind of thing on trend videos of

something that's in your in your field or you've got to make videos about your

specific content but you've got a self generate publicity about it okay the

next thing to do is now a lot of people would say okay why you need to plan a

strategy and script your videos and all that kind of stuff well yes and no yes

if you really want it to hit they hit make the pointing and get it across and

you want it but it'll it'll sound quite robotic if you do that if you're not

careful though anyway I tend to do a mixture of scripted videos but also just

bullet points this video here is a bullet point video I know exactly what I

want to talk about but I'm freestyling and I'm just talking about it so you

plan your of what is on trend or what you talk

about or it's a how-to video then you kind of plan the structure of it you you

know either script or where you bullet points it then you film it now you don't

need you know expensive stuff you don't just use iPhone you know webcam you know

just to get started with then you can get on to other stuff now obviously if

you're doing actions action sports action type of videos then you're gonna

need an action camera like a GoPro or a drift or whatever which I use but if

you're not doing that if you're just doing face to camera stuff then just use

this that's absolutely fine so then it's just shooting it well shooting you

really want it may just make it watchable so that people can look at it

and say yeah okay that's I can watch that so the easiest way to do it is in

daylight if you indoors because the weather's

crappy outside just go next door window right next to a window right now that's

where that's where I'm in sat in front of so you've got a good light on your

face so people can see you so that's all the technical aspect done really

suggests you need to record it then so you introduce yourself you say you know

Deborah you're asking for for acknowledgement people to engage with

you because you want to engage with I want to engage with you you see I would

engage with you get feedback from you guys as well so right now I'm gonna be

asking for you to if you liked this video give it a thumbs up if you if

you've got some ideas about you know growing your channel leave it in

comments below you know it's this kind of thing you need to engage with people

as well so that's it you make a video you've planned it you've filmed it then

you add it it lets say and then you were ready to post it on YouTube okay so

that's when you stop you don't do anything now you need to think about

okay how you read now you really should have done this beforehand in the

planning phase of you know what you're gonna make your video about everybody

talks about what they call keyword research and one of the keywords and for

the longest time I want what the how do these have mean keywords

what this keyword nonsense okay basically

keywords are key words that people are searching for so this is what I get went

back to the kind of videos that you're talking about what are keywords so let's

say your your niche your kind of area is your your channel is about how to grow

tomatoes right well now if you just said to you somebody how to grow tomatoes

they're loads of videos about that so you know you're not really gonna get a

high up on the rankings so when people search for that you know yours won't be

there in the first top ten let's say you know of the search results you know

you'll be about a million and five so what you need to do is actually say how

to grow tomatoes in a grow bag with I don't know phosphate or something like

that you know you need to narrow it down what specific keywords so when somebody

is searching specifically for that title which in doubtedly they will then you'll

get more hits now what happened then is that you'll start to build momentum

within YouTube within this algorithm but also within people out there your people

will start to look at your videos and then it'll be relative to other videos

as well and start appearing in suggested comments or suggested videos as well so

that's it this is the keyword research make your video about the keyword

research let's say you reverse engineer it you've made your video now you're

going to make these keywords so you've got to make the keep the title the video

include your keywords and expand it a little bit so it's specific that keyword

has to appear or keywords has to appear in your description as well you have to

elaborate writer a lengthy description and incorporate all the keywords adding

the sentences make it coherent and also put that in the tags not use lots of

tags you know relative terms but you use those

keywords in it was tight as well so it's title description tags the next thing is

your thumb now you need to make a custom thumbnail and basically for this video

what I'm gonna do I'm just gonna have this okay

this is gonna be my my thumb now and basically what I'm gonna do is something

like that and I'm gonna do something like that right and then I'm gonna up

here I'm gonna put in how to grow YouTube or how will YouTube's growth or

something like that okay that's how you're gonna do it so

this is basically you've created your video you've planned it now you've sort

of filmed it on whatever equipment you gonna do you've scripted it you edited

it just to make it just cut it down as much as you can and then you're just

gonna upload it to YouTube with the title with the description with the tags

with the thumbnail custom thumbnail and then you're just gonna have launched it

as well once you you know uploaded it then you need to publicize it as much as

possible get it all out the social media as much as you can try and generate it

two three times a day maybe for the next week or so you know really get it up

there get it out there and try and get on to other you know YouTube videos

about similar comic content and start talking about you know what they're

doing and say yeah okay I think you should do this you should do that the

more you kind of interact with other people or other people's videos don't

spam them don't sort of send your own video there but then people if they're

actually talking sense what's this channel about that are in so

on and so forth so that's it you know you make videos that people are

searching for that people want to watch or people want to will want to continue

watching then you create you know the titles the tags it's all got to be

searchable people are searching for it and the people when they look at your

thumbnail they go oh what's this about click yeah and that's it

so people want to watch it so you've got your videos or you got your one video

you put that up you put on social media and you think yes I've done everything I

possibly can no this is where the work starts okay so

you need to keep on publicizing your channel whatever it is in any Kaunas

onra you know social media just keep on plugging out there but you have to keep

on making lots more videos it's no good just making one video and not doing

anything for three weeks you have to make more videos you have to do I would

say daily now you might you might arches up well you've only got a hundred and

seventy subs well I'm very grateful to those hundred and seventy subscribers

and I mean I classist as you know loyal subscribers and people are really

interested in the content as well but the reality is yes it is a small number

but the thing is you've got to value those subscribers you've got to value

each and every viewer that's come to your you know channel and all those who

have watched it as well so I regularly put on social media you know thanks to

all my subscribers thanks to everybody who's watch the videos you know so on

and so forth so that's really important you've got to

promote the channel you've got to keep on making videos of the same ilk and

also you know you've got to be true to yourself as well there's no point in

just making videos about how to do this or how to do that if it's got nothing to

do with your channel okay and it's also no good in just making how-to videos if

really you're trying to be creative and you're trying to you know have your own

content so you know my channel for example it really is about motorcycle

exploring biking issues and life start you'll see it at the top of the channel

header in the banner that's where it says Revelator now it's like exploring

biking issues and lifestyle as I said there's lots of scope within that but at

the heart of it at the heart of it is about me sharing my riding experiences

going out to the countryside I'm off the beaten track onto the trails and just

seeing what amazing countryside is out there and

my tips and advice and the say experiences that's what it's about so if

I'm not really doing that and I'm all and all I'm doing is how-to videos that

I'm kind of straying away from what I really want to do you've got to feed you

know your audience and you've got to make your videos watchable but also

you've got to feed your own soul as well and you've got you know you've got to be

true to yourself so that's you know singing what either you know whether you

succeed whether you fail if you're true to yourself that's the most important

thing right so that's it basically you're constantly looking at your videos

and the analytics you see which ones are working well which are not which ones

are on trend which are not on trend which are relevant which are not

relevant which are searchable which are not and then you're gonna constantly you

know add videos on a consistent basis and a consistent time of day just so

that people know that after a while you will get a kind of a reputation if you

like or a kind of a following if you like where people say okay this is a

this is a channel about growing tomatoes this is the channel about riding

scooters this is a channel about whatever it is okay and people know okay

that's it within time it will work so my ambition if you like the Revelator elf

this channel is that it it that it grows month on month by a hundred percent each

month I would love that to happen now I've got lofty targets for this for 2019

I really want to take it to to that next level but I'm conscious of the fact that

I really want to make sure that each time I'm not just not getting

subscribers you know I would never go for a sub 4 sub or you know buying

subscribers or anything because essentially those subscribers are not

going to be watching your content they're just going to be subscribed so

you've got an empty channel if you know me at the same time if you've got lots

and lots of views but nobody's really watching your videos for a long time

then that means that you people just King because they're not the thumbnail

or whatever or you know you're a good-looking person you're an attractive

person I think Oh what's this click and then it's kind of quick Beatty and then

people as soon as they start watching it then I don't really watch but if they're

you know clicking because you like your title they're clicking cuz they're like

your thumb now and then then they're enjoying the content and they keep on

watching and that's what you want to aim for viewers that are watching your

videos for a longer period of time the watch time okay that's what's really

gonna endear you to everybody really you know your viewers are gonna like it your

audience is gonna like it it's gonna be more searchable more relatable more in

suggested videos YouTube will love you for it and also you're just going to be

making content that it has what they say has a value that people just really want

to watch as I say is it entertaining you know does it provide information is

education or whatever you're doing in whatever form it is anyway so that's it

really that's how you grow your channel you just keep on digging away there you

keep on adding more and more videos making it surgery you've got to research

how YouTube works and that's how it all you know works for everybody really just

got to keep on and don't don't copy or don't copy another channel but certainly

don't compare yourself to fit a channel that's got you know a million two

million five million views or even thousands hundreds of thousands of views

and subscribers I mean as well because they're not you you're a totally

different stages okay so just be there's lots of stuff out

there that you know you might find really useful there's a lot of stuff up

there's really spammy and it's not gonna work for you at all so judge on try

these things but believe me you know these they're come up with a hack you

know this is a YouTube hack do this do that absolutely nonsense you just got to

put the hard graft in you've got to keep on producing content that people want to

watch and you know that it's all searchable the title description the

tags the the thumbnail that people want to watch it they're gonna click on it

and they're gonna get value once they're watching it as well anyway so this is

the end of the video so now I'm gonna tell you to you know please leave

comments below if you really liked it if you liked the video give it a thumbs up

if you don't like this video give it a thumbs down but please don't give a

thumbs up because everybody likes giving a thumbs up but also you know please

subscribe to the channel and expectations bout down there you see I'm

telling you to do this is constant reinforcement and I want you to engage

with me sincerely I'm not just saying this I sure want you to engage with me

so I can engage back you know if you leave comments I can write comments back

as well this is how we build up channels or build up videos you know if everybody

wants to watch you could also go to the website okay this is an approved website

from YouTube you know with my website Revelator al comm you see lots of daily

blog posts there's a lot lots of information there you can sign up to the

monthly newsletter there's an events page a resources page and obviously all

the daily blogs as well so lots of information there when you go to the

website the conversion site I you know I could even put a shop on that I could

also redirect that information from there back to my YouTube channels on

YouTube videos as well at the end of the video here okay what you also want to do

is make sure that you're always putting in end screens as well so writing your

YouTube you know classic creator you can go end screens you put information cards

during the video so let's say in the video you can say a lot I made another

video about this check that out and you put a card up there as well that directs

your video that you're watching now to another YouTube video as well that

you've made so you're constantly driving people to keep on going around to your

your videos as well so n screens really important cards you know you can put

some cards in drive people to a conversion site to your websites as well

then get people back to your YouTube science as well if your insert your

subtitles as well you know going to the subtitles edit the subtitles that

YouTube have already made for you and then just edit it so it reads correctly

and then just do that so people you know who are hard of hearing let's say can

still read your your words that you're speaking as well and that's really

important you've got to make your video as broad appeal as possible anyway so

that's that's the end of the video that's how I'm growing the YouTube

channel how do I create YouTube growth and this is basically how I'm doing it

it's gonna be part organic it's gonna be part tactical in terms of making the

videos searchable what are people actually searching for it's gonna be

part occasionally ativ part giving value as well there's lots of things there's

lots of real elements that you need to constantly be tweaking up on on a

monthly basis or a daily basis as well anyway I hope this video helps of you I

hope you can see the process which are I'm employing and with every video or

every month the new batch of videos that come out there if there are slight

changes and the way I'm filling out description so look at the descriptions

in each video and you can see how I've structured them as well and I won't go

into it now but it's actually you got out of the description you've got have

links to whatever you know website it is or if you're using affiliate links as

well which I've started using you know you could use those as well RB got to be

careful with affiliate links your going to put a disclaimer in as well and

you've got to make sure that affiliate link goes to where it's supposed to go

to and not some other off random site because YouTube won't like that either

so there's a little heads up I don't fully understand it myself but just be

aware of that also for your social media links at the

bottom as well so beacon clinic all that put a link of the video of this video

that you're actually creating at the bottom as well you know there's lots of

little tips as well I'm not sure why all this happens but just do it just just do

it anyway so hope you enjoy the video please subscribe it notifications

without leave loads of comments thumbs up and I catch on the next video

whenever that is cheers now

Planting a Ficus tree (Don't do it) - Duration: 5:03.

okay so this is one of the main reasons why I don't like felis trees now what

you're looking at here is the registro the entrance to my septic system so

those are the pipes coming out of my house and come from the two bathrooms

that are inside and it drops down and leads to another pipe which leads

directly to the septic tank which is about three meters four meters away

anyway this morning we had a leakage from this registro you can see on the

ground here was all wet so I took the lid off and I

looked inside and probably something that I should have been doing for

regular maintenance but one doesn't normally think of these things

this entire hole whatever you want to call it was full of roots so I got my

handy-dandy trusty shovel and took all of this root system out of here this is

all roots this entire wall was lined with them and the escape tube down the

bottom which you can't really see and I don't put my camera down in there but it

was plugged I was fortunate enough to be able to get it out a pair of rubber

gloves and get my hand in there and this what you're looking at here is about a

meter long of root system full of the residue of septic I might add but anyway

I'm just taking footage of this that I just pulled it out like maybe 20 minutes

ago I washed my hands and grabbed my camera to make

a quick video before I bury all this but before in my front yard I used to have

two giant ficus trees and right here in the front where you

can see there's kind of a there's kind of a brick wall right here a little

brick edging right there there was one too huge ficus trees and their roots

made it all the way under my house and into this septic system about ten years

ago so I immediately had my hired actually a guy to come out and chop down

the two trees in which I then proceeded to burn when they got dry but anyway the

the ficus is really not a good plant and I've got one down there in the back

behind my son there you can see there's a huge ficus tree which is getting

bigger by the by the year I already trimmed it down about three years ago I

I trimmed it way down but it grew back and it grew higher so anyway I'm gonna

have to eliminate that damn thing but just two things that this video

illustrates number one you don't plant ficus on your property

the only thing ficus serves any use what's whatsoever is for shade but it it

has a massive root system and even after 10 years of the trees being eliminated

that little piece of root of course being of course being fed through the

waste system the septic system managed to stay alive for you know within that

within that box and within the the tube whatever you want to call it

for ten damn years and the second thing is when you're living out here you got

to be able to do things yourself now if I had taking the time to call somebody

when I saw a problem I would have had some plumber come out here and I would

ended up paying I don't know how much to have that done so but I just did it

myself quicker and it wasn't that big of a win

that big of a mess but anyway that's how I spent this Sunday afternoon

⏰7 HEALTHY HABITS to do BEFORE 9AM ⏰ Productive Morning Routine - Duration: 10:03.

well welcome back let's jump right on into it so the first healthy habit that

I like to do before 9:00 a.m. is wake up early and I'm talking 5 a.m. early

during this time I try to beat my kids in waking up and I'll write a blog post

work on my YouTube channel and go to the gym anything that really sets my day up

for success so put those two feet on the floor and wake up just a little bit

earlier it may not be fun at 5 a.m. but you're gonna thank yourself for the rest

of the day that you set yourself up and do something that you're actually going

to enjoy it's bright and early but I do need to get moving here it's 5:19 am I

almost three-year-olds up right now high so it's been doing that more often than

not thank goodness for my husband so that I

can go to the gym here the next thing I need to do is I need to sneak into our

bedroom to grab my workout clothes because the baby is in the closet in the

bedroom more about that later my tray drink this before I leave here and get

to the gym by 6

we can do it we can do it are you let sneak

this second healthy habit that I do before 9:00 a.m. is some sort of quick

household chore

my third healthy habit is to incorporate some sort of exercise

I wanna lock in your

I got three boxes of these at Walmart they're all punctured and open so I got

to return them this morning so annoying and then I bought a really cute pajama

onesie set thing how did I turn that - because this place

were dirty so what would we do without coffee just caramel Joe the ones really

good really cool would have any good my son and daughter are playing together

nice baby is jumping over there so we have peace for a hot minute I'm gonna

quick whip up some breakfast probably some oatmeal shower get the kids ready

and then and me and my dad are gonna have a fun little morning date today

before she goes to preschool and she goes a preschool bus picks up about

11:25 will do that Jan what just music do those returns and then I got to work

at noon

my fourth healthy habit is to hydrate and drink as much water as possible and

habit number five is to take those vitamins I take a bio I also take a

prenatal vitamin I figure if it's good enough for women wanting to get pregnant

then it's good enough for me plus I had it left over from my baby and then I

What is Anger | Why do People Get Angry | The 3 Types of Anger - Duration: 10:24.

you are late do you even know what time it is man I really hate my pass have you

ever heard this people are always expressing anger today and the smallest

of things seem to tick people off that's why it's important to recognize the

three different kinds of anger that I'm going to share with you in this video as

well as the exact reason why people get angry in the first place so that you can

deal with them more effectively and create more harmonious relationships

sometimes it's directed at you sometimes it's because of something that you said

or something that you did sometimes it comes with no reason at all anger is

everywhere around us today and if we do not recognize it we cannot deal with

people effectively angry people are going to be around us for our entire

lives and if you continue dealing with them the way you have meant well

unfortunately it's going to create problems that's why here I am today to

tell you about the three different kinds of anger as well as why do people

actually get angry in the first place it's quite interesting remember that

anger like all other emotions is quite normal there you have it surprise

surprise anger is normal the thing is when we

look at anger in itself it's just communicating different messages it's a

survival mechanism that we need in order to survive and deal with the world

around us however often today we tend to react first before responding we do not

know how to express our anger effectively or convey how we feel this

is so important when we look at anger all it is is a bunch of chemicals that

keep going off like this in your brain it's like a burst of chemicals going off

and that inward explosion tends to come outside in the way we express ourselves

it's funny the if we learn how to control this then we

can control how we respond and recognizing why this happens is so

important remember that this kind of burst that happens within the brain is

for a mere 20 seconds 20 seconds that's how long the primary release of

chemicals within the brain happens these neurotransmitters do not last longer

than 20 seconds which is why it's so important to realize that if we can

control our anger within that 20 seconds frame we can overcome our anger however

why do people feel angry for prolonged periods of time why does it tend to

dominate our mood have you asked yourself this important question the

thing is we tend to follow our chemical reactions or our bursts of anger with

certain thoughts that are associated with anger I gotta get back at that guy

she pissed me off today this is so important to recognize because once

those thoughts tend to combine with these neuro chemicals we tend to form

something of circle a communication message that tends to continue for a

long period of time in sometimes it can go on throughout the entire day when you

recognize that this is how things happen if you can cut that emotional reaction

where it is where if we receive some kind of anger from the external world or

something that causes us to feel angry if we can contain our anger within those

20 seconds and keep our emotions at bay then we can deal with people more

effectively and master our relationships keeping that in mind if we continue to

form this circle it's going to create problems now what are the three

different kinds of anger that you need to be aware of

often we associate and ER with aggression in social psychology there

are almost 11 different kinds of aggression let's keep it simple today

and talk about the three ones and associate them with different

temperatures easy to remember right this can be hot anger cold anger or even

neutral anger let's look at hot anger first hot anger is that kind of anger

where you completely lose control where people go all out and explode just like

that chemical reaction when that happens they tend to lose all conscious thought

about what they're saying they may even say things that they don't actually mean

because they are going full-throttle with their anger do you know people like

this I think this is what we usually associate anger with with different

people that we see this is when you see an angry person this is the image that

comes to mind so this is I would say the most ineffective way of expressing your

anger as well as also having other people around you it tends to create a

bad environment on the other hand the other two forms of anger are relatively

better so once we understand that hot anger or the most explosive kind of

anger if we learn to contain it for about 10 seconds we don't react then

we have mastered our ability to control hot anger

these people are tend to get their point across have a breakthrough or

breakthrough you sometimes and actually deliver their information whereas people

with cold anger a little bit more chilling when you think about it these

people communicate their information not immediately but they take that time

they wait it out wait for all of the chemicals to die down and up until the

point where they are thinking about how they should react they want the message

to be very crisp and very clear unlike the people with hot anger people with

hot anger sometimes don't even think about what they're saying but this

person is constantly thinking how am I going to get back at this person which

is why this chilling almost cleared clinically crafted message is so much

more powerful and sometimes even more scary then the person who is speaking

from a point of view where he has experienced hot anger is trying to get

something across to you neutral anger on the other hand can be best expressed as

someone who says to you I am very disappointed in you you see the

difference this is kind of a loud tone this is a very low tone and ultimately

the third one here this is almost what you would describe as a mid tone I am

really disappointed in you you have really made me unhappy typically

followed by a long pause and often when you have this kind of pause it makes

people think when they say this to you it it gets oh it's a very crisp way of

conveying information that would otherwise be bombarded or take a long

time to bring it out the funny thing is when we look at all three of these

different kinds of anger neutral anger seems to be the more the most what you

might describe as the most chilling and the most crisp and the most most I mean

fewer words but the information comes across so much more easily when you see

all these three different kinds of anger always try to choose cold anger and

neutral anger because gold and neutral anger tend to

prevent a lot of damage and in fact the this passive-aggressive way of

expressing your anger or finding an alternative object to express your anger

on tends to be better for you in different relationships having said that

recognizing anger and understanding that people do get angry today and even the

smallest things can pick us off if we recognize this we can do something about

it and it all starts with recognizing what actually causes people to get angry

can we do something about it and if we can let them know if you want all of

this to become more clear and more develop a better understanding of all of

this I would suggest that you watch my video on the six steps to deal with

angry people it's going to basically complete the entire circle when it comes

to understanding how anger actually works and how you can effectively and

encounter people who are either angry around you and ultimately get the point

across this is the most important thing if you can do all of this then you can

deal with angry people more effectively I hope you found this video useful if

What do you want in 2019? - Duration: 9:28.

You know as we go into the new year

there is always a new year's resolution and expectations and kind of wants

But in a real manner, what do you want?

is a question that is

one that doesn't really get

assessed or analyzed or considered because we kind of move through time and we move through

assumptions about this is what I'm all about. This is what I want. This is what life is.

But when you start to get into a place of

this Shift of Consciousness -

"what do I want" becomes really an interesting question. And it's probably

one of the most important questions

because as we move from the third to the fifth dimension

what we what we put our attention on will more quickly come to us and so if we're not

discerning about where our attention is and what we want

then we're just gonna get garbage.

Well, we're going to get more of the same

and at the same time more of the same isn't consistent,

convenient and undisturbed. So more of the same is

really what the whole Shift is about is change and you look at

the governmental structures all talking about getting rid of

what was to bring about something else.

So in an individual level the question really is what do I want. Now to kind of frame that

in a manner when you get very quiet and

very present and

conscious in your awareness - just standing right here being aware of being here

in that space

95 plus percent of what's going on

outside and around you has nothing to do with you. So we get

consumed by the

the aura of all of the motions right? But what do you want?

really begins to be a very different question. One of the things I'm noticing too is that I'm hearing from students and people who are not even

Involved with us saying I used to be passionate about something and now I am not.

It's not like I'm complacent. I'm just ... there's not a drive.

There's not that same passion and I've noticed that with my self through life where there was a period of time where

gemstones were my thing.

It was everything I saw in life was through that filter and also collecting

skulls and bones. And so there was that period and then I passed through it and and it's like it never existed.

That

passion is not there. People are expressing similar things.

They used to be passionate about cooking and now I'm not. But there's nothing that's replaced that for them.

So, in a ...

simple pass through life manner things come and go and things come and go. But in this

situation where this Shift of Consciousness is unfolding you are losing your reference points.

So many of your

wants, beliefs, thoughts, goals, dreams

they're falling way. You're losing them. Many of those were not yours in the first place.

They were the Mom-Dad-Teacher-Ministers who said what you will be and this is what makes life work. We all go

Okay. So you're losing a lot of those reference points.

Some people say my life's getting boring. Well, it's not really getting boring.

You're just losing reference points. The subtlety of what is happening kind of the dawning of a new day.

isn't defining new reference points clearly for you as yet.

It's not like I want to get rid of my old car and voila

there's a new car. It's not happening like that. So the question of "what do I want?"" becomes

more specific. How do I wish to choose and create and engage in my life?

Most of us seem to just go along with life.

We assume the next day is going to come.

Most likely it is going to come but is it going to come on your terms? And so this question

"What do I want?" isn't really a material question.

It's not a new car, new house. It could be but it really is how would I like to experience my life?

That's the shifting question that's happening.

How do I wish to experience in the context of well-being and beauty and graciousness and kindness and people that I engage with

from a place that I enjoy laughing with? Those are choices

Those aren't

accidental things that you fall into.

About a year ago. I went through that place where I

was asking myself what do I want. A trick that I found really worked is: By the computer I just had a Post-it and

I would write down things that I liked. So I like watching the birds outside. I like doing this. I like being organized.

I had a list of ten things. What I found is that

strategy, I kept it right there next to my computer and I would glance at it. It's like when I would look at

those things, I would go (Sigh-exhale).

I created that place of well-being simply by writing down the

things I liked. What I want.

Yeah and you put bird feeders outside the office window and those kind of things.

I think that's a strategy that has a lot of value.

I think one of the things that many people do when we talk about what do we want is

we talk about what we don't want. Oh, well, I don't want this,. I mean you ask question

"What do you want?" Well, I don't want this. I don't want this.

Well ...

No, that wasn't the question.

But the nature of who we are has gotten to the point of talking about what we don't want

not what we do want.

This is a real

important

question because it brings you into present time. Yeah.

As far as

being aware of what I don't want I found, for me ...

Years ago it was easier for me to identify

what I didn't want in my life. Kind of like the process of elimination and it wasn't a focusing

on "No I really don't want this to happen". It was just

identifying it. It just helped kind of.

The process of elimination. If I know what I don't want then ahhh, I can look at what I do want. It wasn't a negative thing.

No - that's a strategy. That's a "I don't want these things and I do want these things."

You begin to sort through this. But what we do is we have these unconscious habits and beliefs and thoughts that

basically say "I don't like." "I don't want." "I wish to be disengaged from." So we

separate ourselves out from life in a lot of ways. We

make that an unconscious behavior pattern. If you listen to conversations

between people, the conversation is about other people doing things that they "didn't do it

right" or "I don't like what they did." It's predominant in the conversations.

So again, that's not what I do want.

That's what I don't want. The habit of just engaging with the No.

No, I don't want. No, I don't like. They're bad. They're not okay. That

becomes a very

consuming energetic pattern in the body that ages you, So going into this next year

the question of What do I want? How do I wish to engage in my life? What would I like to experience?

Where would I like to experience myself is a conscious

intentional set of choices

that we each are being asked to make.

Because the noise is going to get a lot louder. The distractions and the

fears in the external world are going to get a lot louder.

And they have very very little to do with you. So getting clear about Who am I?

How do I wish experience myself? What do I want by choice and by intentions?

is really going to become something that is

necessary to create a sanity in and an evolution of your experience.

Yeah important. It's going to be a very interesting year with lots of opportunities.

Starting it from "How would I like to experience this?

What what I like in my life? "is

something that is going to be a very good starting point. I think very good. So happy New Year and life

(Laughter)

What to do on a date? Second, third and following dates - what is the right behaviour on them? - Duration: 6:36.

Hello, dear subscribers and dear man, clients!

I am Elena Vyganyuk. and today we talk about second and following

dates and how to understand that your first date was very good

and that you can continue and how you should act after a good

first date.

Why did I choose this topic?

Just because again many of our clients asked questions about this and in this video

I want to share with you our experience and what we noticed in our

practice.

So, let's start from the first date and discussing it and how to

understand that it was well.

I think that these the signs are quite obvious for many people but still I can I

should tell you about them.

So, the first sign is that your meeting was for a while and meeting was

more than one hour and no one of them, no one of you, not neither

you, no woman was in a hurry for some other business or for the other

meetings.

So at this date you really you usually feel at ease, you feel relaxed and

your lady asks many questions about you, about your family, about

your childhood, you discuss many topics and you don't feel that you

want to stop.

Even if you have translator next to you.

if even your lady doesn't speak good English, still you have this type of

connection and you want to continue talking, you have interest to her

and she has much interest to you and you get plenty of questions of her.

And usually during such meetings ladies don't eat so much as in other

cases.

and the science that show you she's not interested - she's using

her phone quite often, she looks at her watched and she leaves you

during that time that is less than one hour and usually such girls they

don't ask you so many questions - they just eat, just drink and listening

to you.

And, as I told, it's quite obvious science and probably you can

easily understand that something goes wrong yourself and now we

continue talking about the case when you had a good first date and you

want to continue.

There were several cases in my practice when after the good first date

woman was waiting for message or phone call from a man who she

liked.

And at the same time this man was waiting this message from

her.

And they couldn't meet until we started to talk to them and we solved

the situation.

So in our culture it's good when man is initiative and

initiator.

So if you really liked woman you should contact her, don't

hesitate to write her and ask about the next meeting, especially if you

like, if you match her first time and you liked her - it's better to write

here at this evening even that you like her a lot and you hope for

continuation.

Because after the first date and if lady liked you, if lady liked men she

expects you to write something warm to her and she would look at her

phone quite often.

Then what is the other advice to do - it's to plan your second meeting,

third meeting in during the first two or three days.

So I mean in the nearest time because this way again this lady

will understand you are really interested in her and especially she's

ready for continuation too - she will be just happy to get your invitation.

Sometimes if your first date was just perfect and lady also feels it and

understands for sure, she can even text you message first in first and

suggest you going out.

But in our culture it happens not so often, many

ladies they just expect the man to be the first, so if you want

continuation just reversed and be active and don't be shy.

And as for the second date, third date, fourth date when you come to

Ukraine, to Odessa, for example, it's better to make these dates

emotional.

For example, on the second date you can go to another cafe

and have a talk.

On the third date you can go to any excursions interesting excursions because even not all

the local ladies visited them before or you can ask us and we can arrange

a very romantic date.

Because it's well known that to have a better connection people need

to experience emotions together.

that's why sometimes people in love

they go to attractions together to have strong emotions or they go to

the cinema and even if they watch very sad film, they got closer

because at the same time, at the same place they had common

emotions and make it makes people closer.

So I hope this video was useful for you.

Please like it, if you really liked it, leave your write your comments, ask your

questions, if you have them and I will see you soon in our new videos.

bye bye.

Why Do You Lose Your Voice? - Duration: 2:20.

At it's simplest, your voice is the result of air causing vibration of the vocal cords,

resulting in sound.

Here's how it works.

The lungs pump air through your windpipe, towards your voice box (also called the larynx)

and then out of your mouth.

In the larynx, there are these two folds of tissue called the vocal cords.

When you speak, the vocal cords come together and vibrate as wind passes through them.

This vibration makes sound which passes through your throat and out of your mouth.

Ready to see it in real life?

So what happens when you lose your voice?

The most common cause is a viral infection of the larynx, also called laryngitis.

This infection causes your vocal cords to swell up and become stiff so that they can't

vibrate freely.

Your lungs push air through the vocal cords, but they don't virbrate.

So you puff out air but no voice comes out.

So what can you do to get your voice back?

If you've got laryngitis, your voice will come back in about 10 to 14 days once your

body has cleared off the infection and the swelling has settled down.

To help the swelling resolve, the best treatment is to rest your voice as much as possible.

Trying to force air through your vocal cords will just make them more inflamed and take

longer to get better.

To help soothe the irritation in your throat, you can try drinking warm fluids like a hot

lemon drink.

Humidity seems to help so you can try using a steam inhaler or taking a hot shower.

If you have a sore throat, then simple pain killers like paracetamol can help you feel

a bit better.

Since laryngitis is most commonly a viral infection, taking antibiotics won't help

speed up your recovery but you can get unnecessary side effects like diarrhea.

You should see your family doctor if you get high fevers and chills, if you have a lot

of pain or if your voice isn't getting better even after 3 or 4 weeks.

Some causes of persisting hoarseness are things like acid reflux, vocal cord nodules and even

hypothyroidism.

As always if you have any questions, pop them down below and I'll see you in the next

one.

Chelsea transfer news: Chelsea do not expect Eden Hazard to do this soon amid transfer fear - Duration: 3:54.

Real Madrid are eager to lure the Belgian away from Stamford Bridge as a belated replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Hazard - out of contract at the end of next season - has admitted it is his "dream" to play for the Spanish giants.

He is stalling on an extension at Chelsea, which has club chiefs panicking over his future.

According to Bleacher Report, Blues boss are convinced Hazard wants out.. And it is claimed they believe there is a high chance he will be off next summer.

However, Chelsea are not expecting Hazard to inform them of a decision on his future soon.

Hazard's international boss Roberto Martinez believes Hazard should stick at Stamford Bridge.

Eden Hazard will never let you down," Martinez told Belgian publication HLN.. He honestly cares about the people around him.

I don't know if a new challenge would be good for him.. "He knows how much they love him at Chelsea

And there's chemistry between Sarri and him.. "Eden enjoys himself at Chelsea. He has reached an exceptional level at that club.

Then it's uncertain if a new project would be good for him.. "I'm convinced that he can reinvent himself at Chelsea

Look at him now – even as a [No.] 9.". Former Arsenal star Paul Merson believes Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley should look to replace Hazard if Real Madrid do secure his signature.

He's a good player and Chelsea have a lot of games coming up in the new year," Merson told Sky Sports.

I don't see Eden Hazard being there next season, and Barkley may be one of those that has to step up

I think the older he gets, the better he'll get.. "He's definitely improved as a player, and I think he'll improve again

I've always been a fan of his, but didn't think he understood the game as much as he does now.

He took too many touches, but now knows when to release the ball. He has learned very quickly."
