Związek Anety (Zofia Zborowska) i Marka (Marcin Perchuć) to jeszcze nic straconego!

W 1989 odcinku "Barw szczęścia" Kasia (Katarzyna Glinka) namówi Dylską

by spotkała się z niedoszłym mężem.

W 1989 odcinku "Barw szczęścia" Marka czeka przykre rozczarowanie...

- Najpierw ja chcę ci coś powiedzieć - wtrąci Aneta i doda

Upokorzona Dylska wybiegnie z kancelarii.

- Tak by zrobiła Maria? - Tak. Na tym polegało moje pierwsze małżeństwo.

Na miłości i zaufaniu. To przeważy szalę żalu i goryczy.

A w 1973 odcinku "Barw szczęścia" Aneta będzie świętować swój wieczór panieński z facetem

z przyjaciółkami Marek uprzedzi przyszłą żonę, by nie rozmawiała z nieznajomymi.

Nagle jednym, sprawnym ruchem zedrze z siebie spodnie.

Caso o contrário, perderá a validade.

A medida provisória exige comprovação documental.

Bolsonaroinssmedidaspente fino

5 things YOU need to do as a serious Youtube video creator. Live Pewdie pie sub count - Duration: 7:56.

hello my name is Stephen I am the man with a hat. This channel is dedicated

to sharing with you how I grew my subscribers by 3000 in just 10 days by doing what

the big boys do and I'm going to show you five things that they do that you

don't - right after this!

One of the first things you have to do of course is decide as a creator what is

important to you, is it just creating and publishing or would you like to do

more than just that perhaps even making a living and getting sponsorship and

brand deals and make a really good income. Once you've decided which way you want

to go (and for the moment we'll just put the hobbyist to one side) you then need

to have a plan and a focus if you don't know where your focus is or where you're

going you'll never know the route to take to get there

the most important tip by far is your content. All the top youtubers do it

because they love what they create we all started off as very poor creators

some people actually delete their earlier videos because they're so

ashamed of them I think there's a good idea to leave them so you can monitor

your progress and how good you are. Every top YouTube video creator will tell you

they love their subject they're passionate about what they do they have

a focus and if they put themselves in front of a camera, their real identity

who they are rather than pretending to be someone else, that is what makes great

content. Natural delivery, natural focus, natural enthusiasm and sincerity towards

the subject also remember not to compare yourself with other people other people

are not your competition whether they be better than you or worse than you you

are your competition are you getting better at your presentation though the

way you deliver the flowing the editing and don't forget you don't need to have

expensive equipment to become a good youtuber there are one or two really big

youtubers who still use a phone. There's a company called Flare TV who are very

new to YouTube just a few months old already they've got well over a million

subscribers and it's happened with one video with only one piece of content

nobody talks on it nobody appears on it. How the heck did they do that?

Well unless you've been under a rock for the last few months you will probably have

heard the two names PewDiePie which is the biggest youtuber and has

for years on this platform and he was being chased by T-series which has been

threatening to take his crown away for him as the largest youtuber this battle

has been going on and on for weeks and months and Flare TV, all they've done is

they've taken the stats the numbers our subscriber numbers from each of those

people and put them on screen, that's all they've done. But nobody can beat

being original so they were the first ones to spot this potential battle

between two creators and launched a constant live stream which would go on

for months, no interruptions the same song just in a loop all the time in the

background, and they have so many hundreds of thousands of watch time

minutes every day. Now this next tip has the potential, huge potential to bring

you lots of watch time, audience retention, and new subscribers and of

course we all want new subscribers who are these people? Let's break them down

the death or partial hearing, those who choose to watch with the sound turned

off because they're in an environment with other people, all those in a social

situation where they cannot have the sound on and if they do they couldn't

hear you, they like to watch. There's 480 million people that

fit just that category, and there's several millions more those English isn't first

language. But they may well be interested in your type of creative work so why

wouldn't you turn on subtitles the answer really is because there is some

work involved and it's okay for the really big boys who have got staff who

can do all the work like that for them but you need to be able to tap in to

that big audience by doing something yourself. Now subtitles are

auto-generated by the YouTube software then rather like Siri on the iOS

platform or Google, who all have voice recognition software but we've all got

different accents and different twangs to our voices and they do make mistakes

especially if you stutter like I just did

so what you do is you're going to this subtitles transcript and you put the

corrections in, making sure it's 99% correct and publish the fact you've got

subtitles, there's a whole new audience for you and it could take off - yes there

is some effort involved but that's what all the big boys do and that's why

you're watching this video isn't it? So so far we've ascertained that really

your creative content is about things that you enjoy you're passionate about

it shows that you don't need to have all the best equipment in the world and be

spending money and you need to be original and people will find you and

enjoy the content with you not only that you need to reach these people who can't

be reached by using subtitles and helping people to engage in your content

without the need for sound. Oonce you've done that and you've got these

subscribers in, they are expecting to see content from you that's why they've

subscribed so you need to be regular with your posting of new content you

need to do it at a regular time a regular day whether it be every day, once

a week once, every two weeks, twice a month it doesn't really matter what your

schedule is as long as it becomes a regular schedule. Now I post at just gone

midnight on Saturday mornings every week I'm also now doing something similar

with this channel but only once a month Hey so you might as well subscribe to this

channel because you know every month you're going to get a brand new video to

watch and it's not going to be too much that you can't afford to spend the time

watching them is just once a month. Anyway, moving on to an additional FREE

tip number six for you and that is engagement it's about taking the time to

show your subscribers you do care it's not just about how much you can suck at

them to give you some reward but it's showing them you appreciate this

subscription if they leave your comment then reply to it leave a thumbs up to

their comment give them a like the heart-shaped button if possible ask them

another question to get them to engage with you even further you'll find so

many youtubers do not engage hardly at all and some - never.

But don't forget I've got other videos before this one which will show

you how to make highly clickable effective and eye catching thumbnails

the things that people see and they decide should I click that video or not

also how to create really good titles and descriptions with the use of a free

piece of software called tubebuddy it's a browser extension which saves you

so much time and gives you all the right keywords people are actually searching

for right now and you can fit those into your video tags and descriptions it's

free so why wouldn't you do it anyway if you did enjoy that video all you got to

do is take a look over there and if you want any of my shirts like this I've

been showing off and I've got a couple of others that also you can click the

link at the bottom there and buy some of my merchandise thank you very much for

joining me don't be a stranger in your cake hole, catch you later

What to do if you have an Accident | DTC Driving Test UK - Duration: 4:13.

Hello, there my name is Shaq. Nobody expects to involved an accident but

unfortunately accidents will happen. It's very important to know what to do

if you're ever caught up in one. The first and most important thing is you

must stop. No matter how small the accident, it's very important that you do

stop as soon as possible. Once you've stopped, switch off your engine and put

on the hazard warning lights. Check yourself and passengers for injuries.

After you've checked for injuries, take photographs of the scene especially the

number plate. It's very important that you stay calm as possible. It is normal

to feel stressed and upset after an accident. Whatever you do, do not lose

your temper. However at the same time do not admit liability. Even if you know

it's your fault!! It could invalidate your insurance. The

UK law states that you must provide your name and contact details to anyone

involved in an accident. However, you should collect as much information as

you possibly can including witness details. If you feel that the third party

is under the influence of drink drugs or they have deliberately hit you, you

should call the police immediately. You should also call the police if there

are any injuries or the road is blocked. In minor instance you may wish to get

the car repaired privately. However, please be aware that there may be hidden

damage. Always get the car inspected by a garage before you decide.

If you do decide to get the car repaired privately

you should still inform your insurance company of the incident. Mark the

application for information purposes only. Because the third party can still

make a claim against you, even a year after incident. A few years ago I had a

very small accident in which there was no damage to any of the vehicles. Me and

the third party just called it quits and went on on our ways.

However, eight months later the passenger in the third party made a claim for

personal injuries. As I had not even told my insurance company, they thought

that it was my fault. So any accidents you have, any incidents

even if you are not going to claim on the insurance you should still inform

them. Well that's all for today. I hope you found this video beneficial. if so,

please give it a thumbs up and if you're a subscriber thank you very much. If you

not a subscriber to our Channel, now's the time to subscribe. thank you for

watching!!

plan with yourself so make a plan with yourself not with anybody else make

a plan with yourself what do you want and how are you going to do it right

let's goes back to goal setting one of the most crucial things you'll do in life is

write your goals down and I keep going on and on about this but that's how

important they really are and again this is discussed in a lot more detail in my

video how to set goals in life and achieve them six important ways so don't

miss that I miss out on that but plan with yourself so write down in detail

everything you want so if you want a nice big house write down what you want

and how that house is going to look every single detail of it imagine it

right write it down because the idea and exercise of taking something from

here and putting it on paper is powerful extremely powerful and extremely

important for this process of self belief for this process of success and

achievement so write down your goals your strategies and how you're gonna do

it you know someone once said that life is hard and we just have to get through

it every step of the way and that's what it is so you have to be ready that you

know you might have the most brilliant plan that things might not go your way

it's okay it's okay you just get up and you do it again step number three push

yourself be better than yourself right you have to get the mindset of scarcity

and competitiveness out of your head all right you are a non-competitive

plane this is what you need to think like so you're not competing with Joe

down the road Mary up the road or whatever the case might be create a

mindset that you need to be better than yourself so push yourself drive yourself

to be better each day than you were the last improve on yourself invest time in

yourself learn and grow progress as an individual before you start trying to be

better than anybody else be better than yourself each and every day you need to

evolve and improve and be better than the person you were yesterday so that is

step number three step number four build an unbreakable will the man who thinks

he can and will nobody can break him down and guess what he will do it he can

do it because he will never give up people want to conquer the world

conquer nations conquer villages and towns and cities but the most important

conquest of anyone's life is to be able to conquer yourself first and foremost

so be that person conquer yourself because that will be the biggest

greatest achievement of your life in ways you would not even realize now you

can do it five keys how motivational video step number five don't waste time

you know you know I've ever heard a statement that where you are today is the

result of what you did yesterday or the day before or the day before well it is

true so don't waste any more time because what you do now will be what

you'll be living and appreciating or enjoying or not enjoying in the future

so don't waste time do whatever we need to do now in order to create a better

future for yourself and don't take this lightly because what

you do now is a reflection of what's going to be like tomorrow but you can do

it you can do it you can do it just believe that you can do it and you can

do it don't waste time remember you can do it

you are the master of your own fate and despite all odds you will triumph and

conquer life you can do it you have the power within you everyone has this

power within him all we have to do is just break those chains and be free and

know in our hearts in every possible way that we can do it we can do it ah we

can do it you know I'm sure you all know the story about the poor farmer his land

is not fertile so now he goes miles and miles away to different lands for

years and years to find more fertile fields

in order to grow his crop and succeed in life only to discover years later that

that he can't really find these fertile fields so what is left to do comes back

to his own place and he starts digging his own place and what happens he hits

on diamonds he discovers loads and loads of diamonds so the point I'm trying to

make with the stories don't be that farmer who's running off for something

that you think might be better out there work with where you are because where

you are is your acres of diamond work with what you have believe what you

have because you can do it you can create an incredible life you can and

you know that belief cannot be more represented by any individual human

being on this earth in my opinion than Oprah she is absolutely epitome of the

slogan you can do it and actually going to all this a lot more detail in my

video how to live like Oprah three vital must do's so don't miss out on that one

I want you repeat after me I can do it repeat it I know it sounds a

bit silly but repeat it and if you're in sitting in a public space well repeat in

your mind or whispered whatever I can do it I can do it I can do it and I want

you to say this to yourself a thousand times if you want to every day or ten

times or twenty times but keep saying this to yourself on a regular basis and

guess what I can do it will become a reality so in summary you can do it five

Keys have motivational video step number one decide with yourself that you

want success because if you don't want the success and you ever decided with

yourself it's not gonna happen step number two plan with yourself have

goals create a detailed plan so you know what you want and how you're going to

get it step number three push yourself to be better than yourself each and

every day step number four create an unbreakable will a will that nobody or

nothing can possibly destroy in any way step number five don't waste

time don't waste time and don't take this last step as yeah okay whatever we

get it that is probably one of the most crucial points of this whole thing

don't waste time thank you for watching now if you've enjoyed that video I'd

18 Things Great Parents Do Differently - Duration: 12:11.

Brainy Dose Presents:

18 Things Great Parents Do Differently

Parents are the first human beings we meet once we arrive in this world - and they are

the most important guidance we have in life.

Everything we ever become later in life, is pretty much built on the foundation made by

our parents.

Parenting is a complicated endeavor and a big responsibility.

And while no parent is perfect in carrying out their responsibilities, generally they

all strive to be good.

With that in mind, there are certain things that great parents do differently.

Let's find out what some of these things are!

Number 1 - They Get Along With Each Other

One of the most important things that differentiate great parents is how they interact with each

other.

Children who are subjected to parents who don't get along with each other (whether

married or divorced) aren't as well adjusted as those from families where there isn't

parental conflict.

Researchers also note that kids from a single parent family may actually fare better than

those who come from a two-parent home where the parents fight often.

Good parents know, that no matter what happens between them, if they want their kids to grow

up happy and well adjusted, they've got to figure out a way to get along.

Number 2 - They Show Physical Affection

Countless studies show that children thrive on warmth and affection.

A child who feels loved, will have greater self-esteem.

A warm touch or a caring hug can let a child know how much a parent cares.

Physical affection lessens the chances of children becoming aggressive, anti-social

and having other behavioral problems.

While adolescents may be embarrassed by physical affection, there should always be words of

support and empathy to take its place - and great parents know that.

Number 3 - They Spend Quality Time With Their Children

Great parents spend quality one-on-one time with each of their kids.

Children have different personalities, and some may seem to need less time than others

- but they'll all benefit from quality time with their parents.

It can be anything from playing sports, to cooking, or helping with chores.

There is no better way for parents to show their children how much they love and cherish

them.

On busy work days, when they may not have a lot of one-on-one time with their children,

great parents make sure to have longer interactions with them.

Number 4 - They Listen And Understand

Parents often spend a lot of their time talking to their kids, rather than with them.

But, we all want to be heard.

We all want to know that we matter.

When a child feels hurt, parents have an opportunity to show them that it's okay, and talk through

it.

Regardless of how old their children are, great parents make sure that they take the

time to listen to their kids, and to understand their thoughts, fears and concerns.

Acknowledging children's thoughts will help them develop the confidence they need later

on, to take risks and challenge themselves.

Number 5 - They Guide And Support

Parents naturally want their kids to succeed and may push, prod, bribe, demand, or even

threaten kids with punishment to get them to practice an instrument, excel at a sport,

achieve top grades, and so on.

But good parents know that being a Tiger Mom (or Dad) isn't likely to get children further

than providing them with guidance and support, and gently nudging - if, and when they need

it.

Number 6 - They Don't Make Their Children The Center Of The Universe

Some parents allow their lives to revolve around their children.

But kids who dictate what the family is going to eat for dinner, or those who orchestrate

how to spend their weekends, have too much power.

Children who think they're the center of the universe grow up to be self-absorbed and

entitled.

Great parents empower their kids to make appropriate choices while maintaining a clear hierarchy,

and teach their children to focus on what they have to offer the world - rather than

what they're owed.

Number 7 - They Don't Confuse Discipline With Punishment

Punishment is about making kids suffer for their wrongdoing.

Discipline is about teaching them how to do better in the future.

And while great parents do give out consequences, their ultimate goal is to teach kids to develop

the self-discipline they'll need to make better choices down the road.

Number 8 - They Encourage Their Kids To Try New Things

Some children have no problem trying a new activity, while others are just never quite

up for it.

Many children avoid the unfamiliar.

They prefer NOT to risk attempting something new, leading to missed opportunities and setting

a negative pattern that can persist into adult life.

Great parents encourage their kids to try things that can push them out of their comfort

zones.

But, they make sure that they're pushing their kids for the right reason - simply to try

something, and not because they want their children to be something they're not.

Number 9 - They Protect, Preserve And Develop Their Children's Unique Gifts

Identifying talents in children is very important and it's equally important to nurture them.

This goes hand in hand with the previous point.

Parents can best recognize their children's talents by giving them opportunities to explore

many realms of expression and noting their interests and abilities.

Children are like sponges that soak up the reactions and actions of people around them

- when they sense genuine interest in their abilities, there's no limit to what they

can do to become even better.

Great parents encourage and inspire their children to build their self-esteem and confidence

in their gifts and talents, and they create a suitable environment for their kids to express

themselves freely and openly.

Number 10 - They Teach How To Interact With Others

One of the most important skill sets parents can pass on to their children is social skills.

This affects everything they'll go on to do - from their friendships and romantic relationships

to their career.

Social kids grow up to be happy, successful, and smart adults!

A 20-year study found that parents who teach their children how to interact with others,

are helping them develop the skills they need to be highly capable adults.

In fact, the study noted that socially competent children are 4 times more likely to earn a

college degree by the time they're 25.

Number 11 - They Acknowledge Their Mistakes And Apologize

Parents teach their kids to own up to things they did wrong and apologize and try to make

up for what they did.

This is just as (if not more) important for parents to do themselves.

Good parents know that they too sometimes make mistakes - and they learn from them,

and show their kids how to take responsibility for their actions.

Number 12 - They Give Responsibilities

Giving responsibilities to children increases their worth.

They know if they do these things, they get rewarded.

And, it's not about monetary payments.

It's about showing them that they need to care for their things.

They need to cherish what they have, and home is the first place to start.

Giving kids responsibilities and having them follow through is an effective way to teach

them accountability.

Number 13 - They Strive To Be A Role Model

Children learn more from what their parents do rather than what they say.

Sometimes, parents unknowingly role model a few unhealthy behaviors for their kids.

For example, a father spends his evenings watching TV but tells his 14-year-old daughter

she should read more.

Great parents strive to be great role models - not only through direct interactions with

their children, but through the examples they set with their attitude and behavior within

the family and in the outside world.

They take the opportunities every day to provide their kids with learning experiences so they

can see how to behave appropriately.

Number 14 - They Have A Growth Mindset

A growth mindset is based on the idea that intelligence and personality are not fixed

traits you are born with - but can be developed and grown into something more over time, with

effort.

No one's potential is a foregone conclusion, because you don't know what may be achieved

with passion and years of dedication and hard work.

For parents, maintaining a growth mindset when it comes to their children means that

they give them support and opportunity to succeed.

Great parents encourage their children's development, allow them to fail so that they

may learn from it, and never subscribe to the idea that their children lack potential.

Number 15 - They Participate In Their Children's Education

Great parents are fully invested in their children's education.

A child who knows that his parents are part of his education, tends to work harder.

Positive reinforcement comes when parents help their children learn - this also becomes

a time to spend together as a family.

Children need to know and feel that their parents care about their education and their

future.

Number 16 - They Teach The Foundation For Success

Success is founded by the trials and errors of challenges.

Good parents know that it's vital to teach their children that they can work hard and

have success, and they also understand the importance to reward their children when they

accomplish things in school or at home.

Kids' self-confidence increases to higher levels when they know that their parents are

in full support of what they do.

Raising a confident child with healthy self-worth, means being realistic, and understanding their

strengths and weaknesses.

Children have to learn that not everything turns out great all the time, and they're

not always going to be a "winner" - but in trying and persevering, they can reach

any goal they want.

Number 17 - They Encourage Their Children To Walk Their Own Path

Great parents don't try to impose unrealistic and unsuitable expectations on their children.

They encourage their kids to always follow their hearts - even if it makes little or

no sense to others.

Good parents constantly remind their children that each and every one of us is meant to

walk on a unique path in life, and that only by walking on their own path will they always

remember who they really are, where they come from, and where they're going.

Number 18 - They Practice Self-Care

Great parents understand that prioritizing self-care is a huge protective factor when

it comes to raising healthy children.

Parents who appropriately manage their own stress, will in turn, be more relaxed and

thoughtful as parents, while at the same time teaching their children how to regulate their

own emotions in a healthy way.

Parenting is a journey that takes plenty of patience and understanding.

Some parents follow textbook parenting techniques, others rely on their own instincts to make

decisions and handle the behavior of their kids.

While much of the parenting journey varies depending on the children's actions, cultivating

these qualities can certainly go a long way.

What do you think?

Is there anything else you would add?
