Good morning, central inland regions received a mix of rain and snow overnight, here in

the capital we are also waking up to wet roads, but those in Gangwon-do and parts of Chungcheong-do

Provinces could see some icy conditions, so drive with extra care.

But despite a bit of precipitation, we'll continue to suffer from dry conditions with

dry weather advisories in place for most areas.

Meanwhile, an advisory has upgraded to a warning in south-eastern areas including Daegu and

Busan.

Also yellow dust will blow in once the precipitation lets up, and we'll be seeing moderately bad

air across the entire nation.

Now, let's talk about today's temperatures...morning lows are kicking off a lot higher than yesterday,

but highs will go down a few notches and biting winds will make it feel a bit colder than

the actual temperatures so dress up warm and have your face mask ready on your way out.

Tomorrow morning, we'll have brief cold snap.

Taking a closer look at today's temperatures...Seoul, Daegu are kicking off the day at minus 1 degree

Celsius, Gyeongju and Chuncheon at minus 2.

Daily highs in Seoul will be at 3 degrees this afternoon, southern areas will enjoy

upper single to double digits afternoon highs.

That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.

Maria Borrallo trained at the prestigious Norland College and was hired by the Cambridges in 2014 when George was eight months old

She lives in Kensington Palace and travels with the family on visits and royal tours as a discrete presence

Maria is believed to be very strict with the royal children and like all Norland Nannies has a "no nonsense" approach

There are a number of rules nannies at the Bath college are taught to impose on the children in their care, so it's likely that George, Charlotte and Louis have to follow them

Warm Up Follow Along for Pole Dancers - Tutorial - Duration: 14:37.

Hello pole friends

This video is a general warm-up for you to follow along before your pole dance practices

if you don't know me, I'm Julie Frota and

Every week we post new videos here in the channel

So if you like pole dancing or if you're a dancer or if you just like flexibility in general

Subscribe to the channel and ring the bell for you not to miss the cool tips that we have to share with you

It's a good to dedicate around 20 minutes for warm-ups before starting practices and

Some movement may require some specific warm-ups in certain areas

So if you're not really sure ask a teacher first

Or ask me here in the comments below and then maybe I can help you with warm-up for some specific

Movement that you wanna do

Now let's get started

Let's start by warming up wrists with up and down movements repeat it 30 times fast

Now turn your arms and repeat the movement another 30 times

Now open and close fingers also 30 times fast

Moving on to the elbows rotate ten times for each side

Now let's rotate shoulders also 10 times for each side

With our arms open

Spin your shoulders in short and fast movements

20 times to one direction and 20 times to the other direction

And now 20 times just back and forth movements try to keep them short and fast

Moving on to the abs

It's very important to activate abs because they are the source of most of the strength we use on the pole practice

Lay down on the floor and bring your knees to your chest. Let's repeat it 20 times

Do not let your lower back off the floor

Keep your body in a flat position and bring your knees to your chest alternating them. Try to keep your body in your plank

Do it 10 times to the front 10 times to the sides and then times cross

Obliques - with our elbow on floor try to keep your body aligned and then bring your hips to the floor and back

Repeat it 20 times for each side

Moving on to push-ups to better activate arms, let's do five normal push-ups

You can do it on your knees if you feel more comfortable

Try to keep your body aligned in the plank position

And now five times with your arms more open

Do not let your body miss the alignment

Warming up legs and feet. Let's do ten elevés in the first position

Moving on to ten relevés now you bend your knees to do that

That is a good warmup for knees and ankles keep in mind that many times when we do dismounts

From a position we may fall heavily on our feet. So that's why it's so important to keep them prepared

Now alternate your feet up and down

Now let's do some stretching

With your legs closed try to get as close to your legs as possible. That's to stretch hamstrings

Remember to breathe

Stay there for ten seconds then

Try to go a little bit deeper and stay for another ten seconds

Flex your feet for deeper stretch

Straddle position open your legs and slide your body as much as possible

Let the gravity work and bring your body down

Stay for ten seconds and after that take a deep breath and try to move further

Obliques

Still sitting down on the straddle position try to keep your hips on the floor

Bring the body to the side and feel the stretching along the side of your abs and thorax

Stay for 10 seconds and try to reach further for another 10 seconds

Repeat to the other side

Do not let your hips off the floor like this

Now turn your body to face your leg and feel another stretching on the side of your body

Hip flexors

Stay in this position for ten seconds

try to find what region feels stiffer and then stay there for longer

Now we can get into the split

If it's too easy for you to do this split on the floor you can add yoga blocks to a deeper stretch

cobra position to warm up the back

With your belly to the floor take a deep breath and exhale while you bring your boy up

Try to keep your shoulders low and try to look back and stay there for 10 seconds

Let's repeat these three times

And

Finally, let's do three spins on the pole for each side to test the weight on your shoulders

Just try a simple spins like boomerang or attitude

Choose your favorite and do three of them for each side

That's another way to warm up your shoulder and prepared for the weight that's going to carry on

Now you're ready for your practice

thanks for following along our warm-up video and I see you next week

Variably cloudy with snow showers. High 21F. Winds N at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of snow 60 percent . Snowfall around one inch..

Partly cloudy early followed by cloudy skies overnight. Low near 5F. Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph.

Updated: January 28, 2019 @ 7:25 am

What may go down as one of the most historic weeks in Wisconsin weather history started off with heavy snow on Sunday night and will continue with incredible and potentially record setting cold, according to forecasters.

A winter storm warning is in effect for southern Wisconsin until 6 p.m. Monday, with 6 to 13 inches predicted to fall, tapering off from west to east, the National Weather Service said.

The most snow will fall to the north of Madison and the least to the south and west.

The snow started Sunday night and fell at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour overnight. The worst of the snow was over in Madison by daybreak, with only another inch or two predicted during the day.

But strong winds will make for treacherous travel conditions even after the powdery snow ends. For the latest travel conditions, call 511 or go to the .

Winds are forecast to gust to 30 mph in southern Wisconsin on Monday, and gusts of 50 mph or more are possible from eastern Montana to Nebraska and Kansas through Monday, AccuWeather senior meteorologist Kristina Pydynowski said in a news release.

And then the bigger story begins as the first powerful polar vortex to hit the area in five winters sends temperatures tumbling below zero overnight, not to climb back above zero until Friday perhaps, which would be rare for Madison: In records dating back to 1869 there have been just 13 times that Madison went three straight days staying below zero, according to data from the Midwestern Regional Climate Center. The last time was February 1996, when the low bottomed out at 29 below.

Wind chill values are expected to plunge to 20 below to 33 below overnight, and bottom out at 40 below to 55 below at times from Tuesday night through Thursday night, when actual temperatures are predicted to range from 20 below to 30 below.

This will be one of the coldest stretches of temperatures and wind chills we have ever seen, the Weather Service warned.

Frostbite can occur in minutes for exposed skin in such cold.

, and the worst wind chill ever was 54.3 below on Jan. 20, 1985. The former record should be safe, but the latter could be broken.

But it could be worse: On Sunday morning, International Falls, Minn, set a record for the date for actual temperature at 45 below, shattering the prior record of 36 below from 1966.

And on Tuesday night, widespread lows under 30 below will grip much of North Dakota, eastern South Dakota and Minnesota, while Chicago may reach 25 below for the first time since the mid 1980s. And Wednesday night may be just as cold, if not colder than, Tuesday night in many areas, AccuWeather said.

"Some locations in the Midwest will be below zero continuously for 48 72 hours," AccuWeather senior meteorologist Mike Doll said in a news release. I cannot stress how dangerously cold it will be. An entire generation has gone by without experiencing this type of cold in the Chicago area."

In Madison on Monday, the snow should end by 4 p.m., with temperatures falling from 17 just before 7 a.m. to around 12 by 5 p.m., east winds at 15 to 20 mph turning out of the north in the afternoon, the Weather Service said.

The overnight low should be around 6 below, with west winds of 10 to 15 mph producing wind chill values of 10 below to 20 below.

Tuesdays high should only reach near 3 below under partly sunny skies, with west winds at 15 to 20 mph and gusting to 30 mph producing wind chill values of 20 below to 30 below.

Overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, the low should plunge to 23 below, with west winds at 15 mph and gusting to 30 mph producing horrendous wind chill values of 40 below to 50 below.

Wednesdays high is expected near 13 below under mostly sunny skies, followed by a low overnight Wednesday into Thursday around 27 below, with west winds at 10 to 15 mph.

Madisons all time lowest high is 19 below on Dec. 21, 1872, so that record appears safe this week.

After a high near 3 below Thursday and low Thursday night around 6 below, the deep freeze eases, with highs expected Friday through Sunday near 19, 37 and 40, and lows Friday night and Saturday night and Sunday night around 12 and 32.

Theres a 20 percent chance for snow Thursday night, a 20 percent chance for rains and snow Saturday, 40 percent Saturday night, and 50 percent Sunday.

27 Storm Track meteorologist Branden Borremans forecasts 1 to 3 inches of snow in Madison during the day Monday, ending by mid afternoon, with a high near 19 before temperatures starting falling.

Borremans expects lows Monday night through Thursday night around 7 below, 25 below, 29 below and 7 below, and highs Tuesday through Thursday around 2 below 13 below and 4 below.

The warming trend will push highs to 17, 36, 38 and 27, Friday through next Monday, with overnight lows around 13, 32, 25 and 12, a light mix possible Saturday into Sunday, and snow possible next Monday.

Sundays high in Madison was 4 at 4:03 p.m., 23 degrees below the normal high and 51 degrees below the record high of 55 for Jan. 27, set in 2002.

Sundays low in Madison was 12 below at 7:08 a.m., 23 degrees below the normal low and 7 degrees above the record low of 19 below for Jan. 27, set in 1915.

Officially, 0.06 inches of precipitation was recorded at the Dane County Regional Airport on Sunday, boosting Madisons January and 2019 precipitation total rain plus snow converted to liquid to 2.12 inches, 1.05 inches above normal. The meteorological winter December through February total rose to 4.22 inches, 1.41 inches above normal.

Madisons record precipitation for Jan. 27 is 1.14 inches, set in 1944.

Officially, 1.2 inches of snow was recorded at the Dane County Regional Airport on Sunday, boosting Madisons January and 2019 snow total to 13.6 inches, 2.4 inches above normal. For meteorological winter, Madison has received 19.5 inches, 5.2 inches below normal. For the snow season since July 1 , Madison has received 22.9 inches, 5.9 inches below normal.

Madisons record snowfall for Jan. 27 is 5.4 inches, set in 1949.

Madisons official snow depth is 7 inches.

Royal Az - The strict, bizarre rules George and Charlotte must follow under nanny - Duration: 2:36.

The strange rules Prince George and Princess Charlotte must follow under their 'no nonsense' nanny have been revealed

The two children, whose mum and dad are the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge, are looked after by hard-as-nails nanny Maria Borrallo

The nanny, who is a self-defence expert trained in stunt-car driving, has been with Prince William and Kate Middleton for five years

Madrid-born Maria was trained at the prestigious Norland College in Bath.  The college has educated over 10,000 nannies since it launched in 1892

It has catered for all sorts of high profile families - from Arab royalty to Hollywood A-listers

Norland expert Louise Heren told the  Sun  : "There will be no messing.  "That's because Maria will be aware that as they step off planes, holding mum's hands, smiling and waving to the crowds, there can't be any crying or terrible twos or tantrums

"  According to the report, bedtime takes place at 7pm, and the strict curfew must be stuck to

Elsewhere, the children can expect new foods and flavours to be introduced "every few days"

Apparently, playtime takes place outside WHATEVER the weather, too.  Louise said: "Lots of bike rides, playing with their dogs, potentially some gardening

"Norland are very into teaching children through play.  "If it is tipping down, they will still go out

Chelsea transfer news: Blues could follow Gonzalo Higuain deal by signing Mauro Icardi - Duration: 3:04.

Chelsea made snaring a striker a priority this month due to Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud's struggles in front of goal

And last week they added the prolific Higuain to their ranks, with the Argentine joining on loan until at least the end of the season, with scope to extend his stay

Higuain looked bright during his Chelsea debut on Sunday, making plenty of smart runs as they knocked Sheffield Wednesday out of the FA Cup

It seems he could be joined at Stamford Bridge by Icardi this summer, with an overhaul apparently on the cards

Italian outlet Tutto Mercato Web report Morata, Giroud and forgotten man Michy Batshuayi will all leave Chelsea

And that would have the way for Maurizio Sarri to sign at least one new attacker, with Icardi an option

Icardi has netted 121 goals in 207 appearances since joining Inter Milan from Sampdoria in 2013

And he could form a deadly partnership with Higuain if Chelsea opt to keep hold of the 31-year-old

Inter, though, are determined not to lose their talismanic captain and want him to sign a new deal

Icardi is said to be holding out for a salary of £6.5m (€7.5m) a year to put pen to paper

But Inter are currently £433,000 (€500,000) short of that figure with talks dragging on

A bigger issue, however, concerns the potential release clause which would be inserted in the contract

Icardi is reported to be pushing for Inter to include an expensive one. Inter, though, are eager for him not to effectively have a price tag on his head

The current clause in Icardi's contract values the 25-year-old at £95.3m (€110m)

And it remains to be seen whether Chelsea will look to activate it if they wave goodbye to Morata, Giroud and Batshuayi

Morata moved closer to leaving Chelsea at the weekend, as he arrived in Spain to undergo a medical with Atletico Madrid

The misfiring forward is expected to link up with Atletico on loan, with a permanent deal to follow if he finds form

Prince George and Princess Charlotte 'must follow STRICT rules under posh nanny' - Duration: 3:40.

Maria Borrallo was hired by Wills and Kate to look after little George when he was just eight months old in 2014

And Borrallo, who was trained at the prestigious Norland College, was kept on by Cambridges to continue taking care of their growing brood, which now includes Princess Charlotte and baby Louis

But her blue-blooded young charges reportedly receive the same treatment from the discreet and professional nanny as any other young child in her care would

According to the Sun, Borrallo takes a "no nonsense" Norland approach to her work

Students at the Bath-based childcare school are taught the youngsters they take care of should follow some very strict rules – so it's likely George and Charlotte follow them too

Louise Heren, a Norland College expert and author of Nanny in a Book, said: "There will be no messing

That's because Maria will be aware that as they step off planes, holding mum's hands, smiling and waving to the crowds, there can't be any crying or terrible twos or tantrums

" The youngsters will be expected to go to bed at 7pm on the dot every night and they always play outside – even in the pouring rain

Louise continued: "There will be lots and lots of outdoor play, that's the one thing you could say Norland are old-fashioned about

Loads of fresh air. "Lots of bike rides, playing with their dogs, potentially some gardening

Norland are very into teaching children through play. "Yes you are getting mucky with your hands in the soil but you are learning how to plant

"If it is tipping it down, they will still go out. Wet weather is just inappropriate clothing, you have to put the right stuff on

"  Louise also said that George and Charlotte are unlikely to be fussy eaters as they will be encouraged not to turn their nose up at anything

And Borrallo is also key to preparing the royal kids for big public engagements with their parents

Louise explained: "She'll say: 'This is your opportunity to show Mummy and Daddy just how wonderful you are, and you are to smile and be really good for them and then we can go inside and play

' "Maria will know their schedule. She will be doing a lot of explaining to them, what is happening

"If the children have travelled on royal engagements, it will be jolly difficult getting the kids to bed because of the excitement and the timetable of events

"When you see William and Kate go off to a function and the children aren't with them, they will be having naptime

"
