It's ok if the first security policies are WRONG - Duration: 1:38.

Hi!I wanted to talk a little more about setting a controls baseline.

Almost immediately when you start talking about that, about having mandates, about having

rules that you need to follow in the organization or else there will be consequences, the discussion

immediately jumps to finding the right policies.

Finding the right rules, making them perfect.

That really doesn't matter!

It's the wrong thing to focus on.

They don't have to be correct, the rules.

The thing that you want to be building, the capability that you want to be creating in

the organization is all of the stuff around there.

That you can decide some rules, that you can communicate those rules, that you can detect

when people aren't following the rules, that you can enforce consequences when the rules

aren't followed, and most importantly that you figure out a way to revise the rules.

A process, a dignified way, an orderly way, to take feedback.

To understand where they are not working, where they are not having the effect that

you want, and to revise them.

That is the most critical part that most small organizations don't have yet, and most big

organizations aren't very good at it either.

The process around having rules and revising rules is way more important that the content

of the rules themselves.

Of course, getting good rules is important too, and we'll talk about that later.

The place to start is with having some good sustainable human-friendly processes around

your initial rules.

News24 - Arsenal 1-3 Man Utd AS IT HAPPENED: Sanchez, Lingard and Martial secure FA Cup progress - Duration: 15:58.

ARSENAL VS MAN UTD LIVEA quick double from Alexis Sanchez and Jesse Lingard put Man Utd into a 2-0 leadPierre-Emerick Aubameyang pulled one back for Arsenal before the breakAnthony Martial's late strike sealed it for the Red DevilsOle Gunnar Solskjaer has won his first eight games as Manchester United boss

The two most successful teams in FA Cup history went head-to-head at the Emirates for a place in the last-16

And it was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side that will be taking their place in the next round after a convincing win

Alexis Sanchez scored the opener against his former club, rounding Petr Cech before slotting home

Jesse Lingard doubled the lead moments later, finishing neatly from Romelu Lukaku's pass

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang reduced the deficits before the break but Anthony Martial sealed it for United

The win came 20 years on from a famous semi-final victory, where Ryan Giggs netted a stunning solo winner

Manchester United will now be looking to win their 13th FA Cup crown to draw them level with Arsenal

Arsenal 1-3 Man Utd Happy Ole Solskjaer reckons United have finally got their identity back

"Today we looked more like a proper team," he said. "We looked more structured. We'd worked hard at defending and counter-attacking

"Counter-attacking is classic Manchester United - Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ji Sung-park - we've scored so many at Arsenal over the years

"Today was a big step forward. It was a massive improvement from the Tottenham game

"It's easy to get excited and talk about the future but we need to just keep working and think about the next game

"We had to dig deep. The attitude and work-rate was important. Towards the end it was comfortable but not during the 90 minutes

" Neville praises United Phil Neville has hailed United's performance tonight as 'brilliant'

The former Red Devils star was working as a pundit on BBC. He said: "It was a brilliant performance from United

"I think what we have seen from Ole is that it's more than just giving people love it is about tactical awareness

"The two substitutions at the end there sealed the game, brilliant performance from United

" FT: ARSENAL 1-3 MANCHESTER UNITED That's it, Manchester United beat Arsenal. That's eight in a row for Solskjaer and a step closer to FA Cup glory

90+5: Plenty of niggly fouls going on but the ball is in Arsenal's half. United looking comfortable

90: There will be TEN minutes of stoppage time after the earlier injury to Laurent Koscielny

88: Jesse Lingard is taken off before he's sent off. Phil Jones replaces him. Manchester United are closing in on the last-16 of the FA Cup

And Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is nearing his eighth win in a row as boss. 86: Handbags! It flares up between Marcus Rashford and Kolasinac, both are booked

Then Jesse Lingard gets involved. Hes already been booked and there's no more action taken

83: GOAL - ANTHONY MARTIAL For all of Arsenal's possession and pressing, it's United that score

Paul Pogba is given the freedom of the Gunners' half to run clear. His shot is saved by Cech but falls to Martial who slots home

It's 3-1! 79: Manchester United are taking the sting out of this game. But remember there will be at least eight minutes of stoppage time once the 90 are up

73: Chance for Arsenal. Neat footwork from Lacazette opens up the opportunity but Romero makes a smart save

Then Xhaka blasts over from 30-yards or more. 71: Now United make a double change

Sanchez and Lukaku leave the pitch with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial coming on

Pace. Plenty of it. 69: Ashley Young is booked for a handball but the free kick leads to nothing for Arsenal

They have 20 minutes plus a hefty chunk of stoppage time to take this game to a replay

63: After a seven minute stoppage Koscielny is substituted off. Matteo Guendouzi replaces the defender

And Ozil is on too for Alex Iwobi. 60: Koscielny is still receiving treatment with blood around the ear

He's sitting up though. 56: It's another defensive injury for Arsenal. Laurent Koscielny tangles with Lukaku, who appears to accidentally step on the side of the Frenchman's head

It's not malicious whatsoever. Mesut Ozil is ready to come on for the Gunners. 52: Is it too early to suggest this game is getting stretched? United happy to play on the counter attack but both teams are going forward with pace

46: We are back underway and straightaway Arsenal are on the attack but Romero tips Aubameyang's header onto and over the bar

HT: And breathe! After three minutes are added on, the referee blows his whistle and it's half time

Arsenal have impressed since going two down, but may have given themselves too much to do

Join us again in 15 minutes or so to find out. 43: GOAL - PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMEYANG Arsenal are back in it! A lovely rrun from Aaron Ramsey, who pulls the ball across

And Aubameyang can't miss. Game on. 37: Arsenal are shook from that quick double, but they're trying to fight back

Manchester United have shown they've got the pace to hurt Arsenal though and will be happy to soak up the pressure

33: GOAL - JESSE LINGARD It's two and it's another neat bit of work from Lukaku. The Belgian is free on the right and spots Jesse Lingard in the box

And he makes no mistake. 2-0!  31: GOAL - ALEXIS SANCHEZ Alexis Sanchez has scored against his former club and celebrated too! Romelu Lukaku plays a very neat reverse ball and the Chilean is onside

He rounds Petr Cech and slots home from a tight angle. 1-0! 25: Arsenal pressure leads to an Iwobi shot, when he arguably could have passed, and his effort is straight at Romero

At the other end, Lukaku is inches away from connecting with a header. Any connection and it would surely have been 1-0

20: Sokratis can't continue and is replaced by Shkodran Mustafi. Arsenal's defensive issues continue

18: A worry for Arsenal as Sokratis is down after a challenge with Lingard and the medics are attending to him

It looks like the defender has jarred his knee as landing but he's a tough cookie and is going to try and battle on

15: A quarter of an hour gone and both teams still trying to work each other out

Neither team has taken control. You get the feeling that a goal will open things up

We pray we get one. 12: Pogba does come into the game as he picks the ball up on the edge of the area

A neat one-two with Sanchez plays the Frenchman in but Petr Cech is quick to come and smother

10: It's Jesse Lingard and Ashley Young defending down that side for Manchester United but Unai Emery obviously thinks that's the way to go

Alexis Sanchez is being roundly booed by his former fans but the Chilean is starting to come into the game for a bit more

United will be hoping he and Pogba can have more of an impact. The Frenchman has been very quiet in the opening ten minutes

6: Arsenal are finding early joy down United's right and a poor Lacazette touch lets the Frenchman down

Early stages but still no clear cut chances as yet. 3: United had an early corner following an Ainsley Maitland-Niles mistake but it was comfortably cleared

Sead Kolasinac then burst down the left but his cross was cut out. 1: And after a moment to pay respects following the disappearance of Emiliano Sala, we are underway in this FA Cup tie

Players on their way The teams of both Arsenal and Manchester United are in the tunnel and we are just moments away from kick off

This is a big game for both teams and the big guns are out. Will it be glory for Lacazette and Aubameyang or will Sanchez, Pogba and Lukaku head back to Manchester happy? We are just about to find out

Fifteen minutes to go We are just 15 minutes from kick-off. Lose tonight and it's season over for either team in terms of winning a trophy

Earn victory and you've knocked a competitor out so it's all to play for. Of course, if it's a draw, it's off to Old Trafford for a replay

Best option for Arsenal Gunners legend Martin Keown believes that Laurent Koscielny's partnership with Sokratis at the back is the best Arsenal have got

He said: "The team is very flexible but i think they are a bit concerned about Maitland-Niles

"The defensive partnership has been unsure. Shkodran Mustafi is in and out of form, Laurent Koscielny coming back is key

"Sokratis doesn't get the respect he deserves. Those two look the best Arsenal partnership

" Solskjaer reveals game plan With Romelu Lukaku in the starting line-up, United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted at what type of style his team may adopt

"Rom gives us a physical presence up front, we might get more crosses into him," Solskjaer said

"Alexis [Sanchez] is champing at the bit. We need to get him going again, he's been out for a few weeks

" Sanchez special? Alexis Sanchez is somewhat of an FA Cup specialist. The Chilean twice won the competition with Arsenal and helped United to last season's final

Indeed, in his 19 appearances in the FA Cup, he has been involved in 18 goals. Sanchez has netted nine times in the competition and also has nine assists

And now Arsenal's XI Mesut Ozil is on the bench for the Gunners having last played for the club on Boxing Day

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette both start though. Arsenal: Cech, Maitland-Niles, Sokratis, Koscielny, Kolasinac, Torreira, Xhaka, Iwobi, Ramsey, Aubameyang, Lacazette

Subs: Leno, Mustafi, Monreal, Lichtsteiner, Elneny, Guendouzi, Ozil. Man Utd team news The United team is out with Paul Pogba and Alexis Sanchez BOTH starting at the Emirates

There's also a place in the XI for Romelu Lukaku, with Marcus Rashford on the bench

Man Utd: Romero, Young, Lindelof, Bailly, Shaw, Herrera, Matic, Pogba, Lingard, Lukaku, Sanchez

Subs: Grant, Dalot, Jones, Fred, Mata, Martial, Rashford Team news shortly We still have over an hour until kick-off and questions surround who will start for both teams

Will Mesut Ozil return for Arsenal? Does Alexis Sanchez make the cut to face his former team? We will know shortly

Welcome Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Arsenal vs Manchester United. The Gunners are seeking a fourth FA Cup win this decade, while United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to maintain his 100 per cent start to the season

THE MADNESS THAT IS SCOOTER STORAGE PICKUP | NS4L.TV | E130 - Duration: 4:41.

(upbeat music)

- Just another, crazy ass back to school season.

Always hits us like this the first couple days,

then it just slowly dies off.

This year the winter storage was

not quite doubled but way more than it was last year so.

I quit givin' it a number man.

(upbeat music)

- It's going pretty good. - it's going good.

This is a lot, it's a lot.

- Slammed, pretty busy,

it's fine it makes the day go by fast, and I don't know.

- [Ryan] So what are you guys doing in here?

- Today ...

- [Ryan] Selling scooters?

- Yeah, we're only selling scooters.

we don't do any of the storage pick up.

So if anything, we're just like,

okay head on right through there, and that's the end of it.

(upbeat music)

[Ryan] Dude, I feel like we just filmed

the drop off vlog.

- The drop off vlog, yeah.

- [Ryan] Yeah.

- Yeah, it's crazy,

I mean it flies by really quick through winter.

It's only three, like three and a half weeks or so,

and I was expecting a bigger pick up on Saturday.

But I think weather played a little bit of a role,

there was an accident on 75, that played a role.

So today is really slammed,

I think most of this stuff is gonna get picked up,

the whole yard is almost gone already.

But we still have some scooters in the bays so,

it would make clean up a lot easier if

they don't all get picked up today.

So hopefully it'll get out of here in the next few.

(upbeat music)

- Staying pretty steady.

Wasn't too horrible this morning

but we had plenty of people recruited.

It's only bad whenever you've got

the stuff we had this morning with only two guys.

Then it takes forever.

- [Ryan] Everybody's wearing

multiple hats today though.

- Yeah, you have to. (laugh)

it's like a small little taste of summer

but, same concept.

(upbeat music)

- My name's Sarah Byers.

So, I dropped my scooter off

for storage a little while ago

and then I went to pick it up today.

It only took like 10 to 15 minutes for them to get

it out here, which is really quick,

really awesome, especially with the amount

of students they have coming in today.

So yeah, it's been a real great experience

and I love them here.

- [Ryan] You're excited to get your scooter back?

- I'm so excited to get my scooter back.

(upbeat music)

- [Ryan] How's the team doing Mike?

- The team, good one.

I mean I don't know how really sales are going

or anything but ...

'cause I haven't been in there.

I feel like they're doing okay.

- [Ryan] I've seen a few sales.

- Yeah?

I know they were looking for people to prep things,

Which means, good thing to prep.

- [Ryan] Everybody's wearing multiple hats today.

- Yeah, that's the best thing about chaos,

if you remember back from August vlogs,

it's always kinda the theme,

it's like everybody has to kinda step in

and do what's necessary.

There's not enough time to react.

You've gotta go with the flow, you know?

(upbeat music)

- So I think the best part about days like this,

the crazy time,

is really seeing the team get together, work together.

I think just being able to kinda venture out

of my mainstream work day and kinda help in service,

help wherever I'm needed is fun,

you know a little more flexible.

Thank you guys for watching us through this craziness

and we'll see you next time.

- Thank you NS4L! - Thank you NS4L!

Werner would love it at Liverpool - even if he's on the bench - Duration: 5:27.

He is the gifted young forward long linked with a move to Liverpool.   But while the Reds have previously distanced themselves from such reports, and while it remains highly unlikely they would swoop in the final six days of the current transfer window, could Timo Werner end up at Anfield in the summer? After all, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will surely be looking for striking additions by then

Dominic Solanke has already gone, Divock Origi could join him, while Daniel Sturridge is set to be out of contract

And while there are high hopes for Rhian Brewster, it seems unrealistic to think the teenager would start the 2019-20 campaign as the sole back-up to Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane

But would Werner be happy to play a supporting role?  After all, the 22-year-old has bounced back from an underwhelming first World Cup to score 14 goals in 21 appearances for Champions League-chasing RB Leipzig so far this season

However, the guest of our latest Blood Red podcast believes Werner would be tempted to join his compatriot Klopp, and his former Leipzig team-mate Naby Keita, at Liverpool, if the club do follow up their reported interest

Steve Dawson is a Singapore-based television presenter for Fox Sports Asia who anchors the station's Bundesliga coverage and is an expert on the German top flight

And he said on the podcast: "He's good – and he scores goals. He's played 23 times for Germany already, and he's only 22, and he's scored nine goals for the national team, and I actually said on television when we were previewing the World Cup that I thought he was a good bet for the Golden Boot, and while that didn't come to pass, I think that was more about the Germany squad and side rather than Timo Werner as an individual

"He's come back after the World Cup and in all competitions he's scored 14 goals in 21 games, which is a good return, and especially now that Naby Keita has gone, he doesn't get the service he would get in a Liverpool starting line-up

"He reminds me very much of Sadio Mane in the way he can pick up the ball and just run toward goal at pace and maybe encourage a foul in the box

But he's probably a better finisher than Sadio Mane.  "And maybe because he is young, he may well be content to sit on the outskirts of the side if he signed

I think it's a bit of a leap to suggest he would replace one of Mane, Salah or Firmino, but he'd certainly be more of a Xherdan Shaqiri in terms of the amount of times he would play, and the occasions on which he'd find himself in and around the starting line-up, rather than say a Daniel Sturridge or a Divock Origi

"I think he'd be a super squad player and because of his age, hopefully he'd be there for the long term, and before long he could be an automatic name on the starting line-up

I'd be a big fan of him joining." Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now  Werner has also been linked with Bayern Munich and Juventus and this week reports have emerged suggesting that Leipzig have offered to double his £5

2m-per-year salary.  Werner, who has scored 58 Bundesliga goals for Leipzig and Stuttgart, has 18 months left on his contract

"He's playing every week for RB Leipzig, who are a good side, and who are challenging for Champions League football," said Dawson, who also talks Keita, Klopp and Liverpool's forthcoming clashes with Bayern Munich on the podcast

"He could have that, or he could come and be in and around an elite squad at Liverpool that these days is almost a shoe-in for Champions League football, if not lifting the trophy itself

"As a young footballer, who has a good habit of scoring goals, that's the kind of environment you want to be in, and a German player for a German manager, it seems like the perfect mix

"We haven't heard anything concrete linking him to Liverpool, but it seems like an automatic fit, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if come the summer the stories get stronger and stronger, and perhaps a move will be made

"It's only in the last 48 hours or so that the top brass at RB Leipzig have said he's not going anywhere for a few years, but we all know very well that doesn't have to mean very much

"

What is the Minimum Amount of Joystick Inputs Required to Beat Super Mario Odyssey? - Duration: 18:49.

When I started to route Super Mario Odyssey without the left joystick I had a goal.

I wanted to find out if it is possible to beat Odyssey with no more than two instances

where the left joystick is needed.

The thing is the following.

There is one joystick input required during the frog tutorial, and there is another one

definitely required during the outro of the game.

The we have to use it during the final chase sequence, there is just no way around it.

However, if the only joystick uses, are during the intro and the outro of the game, that

would mean that the left joystick is optional from the second we uncapture this frog up

until after we defeated bowser during the final showdown.

That's basically the whole game, and this is what I was hoping to pull off.

In the last video we already took a look at all kingdoms, up until the lost kingdom, and

were only forced to use the joystick during the frog tutorial, and today, we will finally

find out if it is possible to beat Super Mario Odyssey with only those two joystick uses,

or not?

So are you ready?

Let's do this!

Okay, so the first challenge we face today is the metro kingdom, and stuff immediately

starts pretty complicated.

The busy metro kingdom is in trouble.

A huge and gigantic mecha wiggler is attacking the city, and we are the only ones able to

stop it.The wiggler is on top of the city hall building, and the only way to make it

up there is by going through this section.

That's the huge first problem of the day, because the first person view is disabled

here, which is very unfortunate because the first person view is our best way to perform

the important task, of turning around.

This means we are left with only two ways of re-orientating.

Sledge grabbing, and taking damage.

Whenever Mario is hit by an evil enemy, he decides to turn towards the source of damage.

So our brother in spirit, Icay took a look at this section, and he actually found an

insanely complicated way to make it to the top of this tower, just by grabbing ledges

at the right times, getting hit by enemies in perfect ways, and about five minutes of

backflipping along a wall at the end.

It's pretty bonkers.

The clip is over at his wonderful channel and I highly recommend checking it out, because

the way he did it, isn't the way we are going to do it.

Huge thanks to all you wonderful ladies and gentleman who left me comments below the first

video telling me about the cappy ground pound trick!

So as it turns out, we have another option to turn around, an option I missed while doing

the first half of the routing.

We are actually able to re-orientate our plumber, by ground pounding as cappy close to mario

in the two player mode!

This is incredibly helpful, because it gives us an easy option to change direction even

when the first person view is locked.

This allows us to grab tons of moons I previously believed to be impossible, and this allows

us to make it to the top of the city hall building without too many problems.

Hooray!

The mecha wiggler boss isn't too difficult, since taking aim with the tanks is done by

using motion controls, which means that we now only have to find a way to grab the 17

missing moons in metro, and we are good to go.

Luckily we have tons of different moon options as soon as the evil machine wiggler is trashed.

The only moons here, that are remotely challenging are the ones obtained by beating the swing

pole challenges.

We can't get momentum while we grab one of the swing poles, because getting momentum

requires us to use the joystick.

Luckily, however we are still able to swing off the poles, if we hit the jump button immediately

after grabbing them.

This makes those challenges a bit harder, but they are still very much possible.

Other than that there aren't many more problems in the metro kingdom, which means that this

kingdom can be beaten without the left joystick.

Hooray.

Next it's time for the snow kingdom.

So the snow kingdom, sigh … , is a big problem.

We need to get 10 moons here in order to leave it again, and we have very very very few options.

We can't get rid of the snow here, which makes most of the power moons in this level

unavailable.

So the easy moons first: We can get one by speaking with the toad behind the snow, one

just floats in shiveria town, one can be obtained by just buying it, there are two moons at

the top of the town which we can reach by platforming over this little wall decor thingy.

We can get the first moon in the wind chill cavern with ease, one in the snowy mountain

section and another one in the ice cave.

That's eight easy moons, and then we are out of easy moon options.

A couple of moons are just straight up impossible to reach for us.

We can't get the one that requires us to move as a goomba stack onto this switch for

example, neither are we able to platform to this treasure chest and so on.

So the dumb two missing moons.

The first moon we are able to grab is the one in the Hollow Crevasse area.

Here we first have to grab 5 moon shards that are spread over this whole area, and afterwards

we have to platform to the top of this platform, where the moon spawns.

The problem here is once again, that the first person view is disabled.

Because of this our best option to turn around is by cappy ground pounding ourselves.

Sadly this is extremely difficult to do, because the cave is the natural habitat of an extremely

dangerous foe.

The cave is inhabited by dangerous biting ice snakes, whose favorite meal .. is plumber.

Those snakes relentlessly try to take a good bite of our favorite italian hero.

Whenever we get bitten, we change orientation, which is extremely annoying.

Since the snakes always raise us into the air, before they try to devour us, cappy likes

to glitch out.

Our second best cap ever featured in a video game always gets stuck inside the stupid snakes.

Getting the five moon shards isn't that complicated, the challenge is to orientate

mario in such a way that he faces exactly towards the platform where the moon sits.

Pulling this off took me several hours, but I was able to do it.

So after I got this moon, I was chatting with icay a bit, and told him what a struggle getting

up there was.

It took Icay literally 22 minutes to make it up there.

So why was Icay able to make it up there so fast?

Well, mainly because I'm an idiot.

I completely forgot that we are able to orientate mario by wall jumping.

The whole cappy, reorienting fiasco is unnecessary.

Woops.

Anyway, now we need to get one last moon.

And this moon is guarded by an evil more horrific foe.

It's guarded by the worst wedding planning bunny rabbit I ever encountered.

We have to defeat Rango on ice.

This fight is really hard to pull off for several reasons, first we are only able to

enter first person view when we are standing perfectly still, something that's really

hard to do on ice.

Second and even more problematic, the timing window to give ringo the headbutt he objectively

deserves is way smaller during this fight, compared to our first encounter.

It took me many many attempts until I finally won the fight against this dumb bunny.

But it is possible, which means that the dorky snow kingdom can be beaten without ever using

the left joystick.

We are still on track, Hooray!

Our next stop is the beautiful lake kingdom.

The lake kingdom is a very welcome change in pace after snow, there really isn't much

going on here.

We have tons and tons of different moon options, and there is no major roadblock.

It's a really relaxing break in between all the difficult challenges.

I really don't know what to say about lake, it's just a place to breath a bit, and to

recharge energy for the upcoming kingdoms.

So let's just take a look at relaxing landscape scenes while listening to relaxing music for

a second before we go on.

Haah, that was relaxing.

So no left stick uses in Lake, I hope everyone is feeling relaxed now, because stuff is only

going to get more complicated from here on.

Next the delicious luncheon kingdom.

Luncheon is a problem.

Our first objective here is to grab the multi moon on top of the vulcano.

Only if we reach this moon, enough moons become available to repair the odyssey.

This section is why this is so troublesome.

Here we are supposed to mind control a dumb pan bros, because as it is known only pan

bros are able to remove cheese, and cheese is blocking this switch.

This switch raises the path towards the volcano.

Sadly we aren't able to move as a pan bros.

We can't reach the cheese, nor are we able to throw our pans far enough.

We aren't able to get this silly pan bros close enough to the switch without the left

joystick.

Luckily there is a way to solve this little problem, there is a way to move as a nasty

pan bros without actually moving.

So check this out: Did you notice it?

Here we capture one of the stupid pan swinging turtles, and uncaptured it immediately again.

This makes the ugly turtle move a tiny bit.

That's all we need!

All that we have to do here, is to capture and to uncapture the behavioural problems

displaying turtle over and over again, to make it move slowly into the direction of

the cheesed switch.

Pulling this off is kinda tricky, because not only is it tempting to kill the pan bros,

once and for all on purpose, but it's really easy to commit turtle homicide by accident

here.

However it allows us to activate the switch joystickless.

This opens up the path to the multi moon, and gives us access to the 18 moons required

to leave the kingdom again.

Another kingdom down.

We are making insanely good progress here, we are still on track to hit our 2 input goal,

and there are only 3 kingdoms left.

Hooray!

The ancient kingdom is the next one.

The question here is quite simple.

The question is: Are we able to slay the dragon.

So the dragon fight is troublesome, for two reasons.

First it requires really precise movement to rip out all the dragons nose piercings

in time, and second, the camera can't be manipulated during this fight.

The first person view is still enabled, just normal camera controls are locked.

Because of this turning around takes way longer than usually here.

So Mario and I lost many many lives, while grinding this fight, but it is possible to

defeat the dragon without the joystick, which means that the ancient kingdom isn't stopping

us either.

So at this point I got really, really excited.

Only bowser's kingdom, and the moon kingdom are left, and there wasn't a single unplanned

unenjoyable joystick accident so far.

All that we have to do is to make it through bowsers, and to the church and we proved that

there is no joystick use required in Odyssey outside of the intro and the outro.

Sadly, this is the point where everything starts to become insanely complicated.

So everything is fine, until we defeat the two broodals in bowsers, but immediately after

those bosses, the pokio fiasko begins.

Holy Fuzzy!

The game now stupidly wants us to proceed as a dumb bird.

We first have to climb this wall as a bird, until we hit this checkpoint, then we have

to climb this wall as a bird until we are at the top of the kingdom and finally the

game forces us to defeat the terrifying mecha broodal, once again making heavy use of stupid

pokios.

Pokios are the worst.

We can't move pokios in any way.

We are able to flick upwards as a bird, by using motion controls, but we aren't able

to reach the walls we have to climb.

Theoretically the pokios chase us, and theoretically we are able to lure them towards the spots

we want them to be, but this doesn't work either.

The problem is that the dumb birds, always spawn on a different layer than the wall.

It's hilariously stupid, but the pokio can't make it over this little ledge, and because

of this little ledge we aren't able to lure him to the wall.

We could capture it, jump up, and uncapture again, but if we do this then the silly bird

just shakes its head in confusion afterwards, and refuses to chase us again.

Sadly I wasn't able to solve this problem.

…. but luckily, just because I'm not able to solve a problem, doesn't mean that no

solution exists.

Once again our joystick avoiding hero Icay, came out of nowhere and saved the day!

He made two huge discoveries.

The first one is, that, while we aren't able to move as a pokio, we are still able

to change orientation.

If we do a motion control spin attack and then command the mind controlled pokio to

grow it's ugly beak, then bird immediately stops to spin.

That's huge.

It' all we need to reach the first wall.

We are able to lure it to this corner, then to capture it, and then to do a very precise

beak spin stop, so that the bird hits this ledge close to the wall we want to climb.

Now all that's left to do for us is to jump up, and to turn around again, so that we face

the wall, and suddenly we are able to climb upwards.

that's the first pokio problem solved, next the outer wall section.

Here we need to find a way to get the pokio up to this area without capturing it.

Luckily Icay managed to find a way to do exactly this.

All that we have to do is to position ourselves close to the pokio, and to throw our second

best cap behind him, then wait until it attacks and then counter-attack it at the same time

by shaking our joycons.

If everything worked out then the hit pushes the pokio over the ledge.

All that's left to do now is to lure it towards the wall and hooray!

The second stupid pokio problem is solved, next the broodal battle.

So here we are actually able to hit the bosses feets with the dangerous bomb balls.

All we have to do is to lure the mech away from the birds, then to capture the disgusting

pokio and to do a spin attack to throw the balls back.

Pulling this off is honestly one of the most tedious things I ever attempted in a video

game, it's sooo annoying.

But it doesn't matter how ridiculously straining this is, as long as it allows us to avoid

the left joystick.

The real problem here is something different.

See, in order to kill this machine, we have to hit the four broodals that control it.

After hitting the legs the boss always falls down, which allows us to climb towards the

mech controlling rabbits, and to actually deal damage.

The intended way to make it up there is once again as a pokio, but if we are fast, we don't

need it.

Until the very last phase of the battle, because for the final hit, the boss doesn't fall

down, but stupidly kneels.

We can't climb the boss when it kneels.

Because of this, and because of how stupidly tedious the whole fight is, I came to the

conclusion that it is impossible.

Aaaand then Icay once again proved me wrong.

I think we should give Icay a short jingle, considering how often he saved us during this

routing.

Yeah, let this be the Icay saved us jingle!

So what did Icay do?

*jingle* Well he found an incredibly smart way to solve the kneeling problem.

The thing is the following, the boss always kneels when the game wants us to hit hariet,

the last bunny.

But only because the game intends us to hit this rabbit last, doesn't necessarily mean

that we have to listen!

What Icay did, was just to hit Hariet during the first phase, instead of hitting it last.

This solves the kneeling problem, and makes the boss beatable, the whole clip of how he

did it is over at his wonderful channel.

Alright, ladies and gentlemen we made it to the moon.

We are almost done here!

We don't have to worry about collecting moons anymore, we are able to defeat bowser

during the final showdown, using the same tricks we used in cloud.

We almost pulled it off.

All that's left to do for us is to reach the church where the wedding takes place,

which we plan to crash.

And this is the point, where the whole run sadly falls apart.

So there are two ways to make it to the church.

The first and intended way is to go through the cave.

This is sadly not going to happen without the left joystick.

In the cave we first are forced to fly over a gigantic lava pit as a dry bone.

Which requires us to use the joystick, and then the game wants us to fly over an even

more gigantic lava pit as a bullet bill.

The bullet bills here sadly fly into the wrong direction, which means flying over here requires

another joystick input.

The madame broodal fight at the end is theoretically possible, we are able to throw the chain chomp

into her dumb face by using motion controls, but reaching her without the left joystick

is sadly not going to happen.

This path is obviously locked for us.

Luckily we at least have the option to do the cave skip.

For those not familiar, it is possible to skip the whole cave section in its entirety

by doing a pretty precise wall jump trick at this wall.

The odyssey speedrun uses this neat little oversight, to save a couple of minutes, and

we are able to use it to save at least one joystick input.

Sadly however, it still adds one joystick input to our total, there is no way to do

the trick without . Yeah, uhm, that's it.

That's how dreams die, it's sadly over.

The literal last obstacle before the outro kills this run.

That's so frustrating, we came so incredibly far.

We found a way to collect 125 moons without the joystick.

We defeated each and every boss without walking, we hit mario's head against heads more times

than anyone would consider to be healthy, we even found a way to route around the dumbest

species of birds ever featured in a video game.

Yet this run dies at the very end.

There is nothing we can do about it, there are three places in the game where the joystick

is required.

*icayjingleplays*

Wait what?

*icayjingleplays* Yuuuuup.

Icay, the madman, actually found a way to save the last joystick input.

He didn't find a way to skip the cave without the joystick.

believe it or not .. he actually found a way .. to make it through the cave .. joystickless.

Hooray, Icay!

Here's what he did!

So first this lava pit, here it's possible to make it to this pillar with a very precise

momentum saving triple jump, but then stuff becomes

problematic.

We can't reach the other pillar from here, and there is no way to damage boost through

the lava.

Or at least I thought that there is no way to damage boost through lava.

If we first throw cappy, keep him in position, and then belly dive directly below the spot

where cappy is floating, then we take damage, bounce up to cappy, bounce off of cappy, and

regain control over mario. This makes this procedure repeatable.

Yup.

As long as we grab three extra hearts we are able to damage boost over this gap this way.

Now there is only this lava lake standing between us, and a perfect 2 left stick route.

Just watch how icay solved this problem.

First he manipulated the position of the huge bullet bill in such a way, that it faces into

the direction we want to fly, then he did a really precise jump to capture it and flew

it over to this platform.

Here he positioned our heroic plumber in this spot, because then the second bullet-bill

flies towards mario in such a way, that he faces directly to the end of this section.

Once we capture it we are able to triumphantly fly over the obstacle.

That's it.

The cave can be done without the left joystick.

Only the first and the final area require us to use the left-stick.

Every other area in Super Mario Odyssey can be done without walking.

Hooray!

I'm so glad this is possible.

Huge, gigantic, enormous and tremendous thanks to icay, he has been an insane help during

the whole routing of the game, as you probably noticed by now.

I highly recommend to head over to his channel and to take a look at all the amazing things

he has done to odyssey.

So yeah here we have it.

The minimum amount of joystick inputs required to beat Odyssey is 2.

That was by far the most complicated thing I looked into so far.

With that being said, thanks for watching this little video, I hope you enjoyed it.

If you enjoyed it, don't forget to leave me a thumbs up, and maybe you feel especially

pokio today, and want to hit the subscribe button as well.

I hope that all of you have a wonderful day and to see you soon.

Goodbye!

The Holographic Manifestation Process that will Turn Your Reality INSIDE OUT - Duration: 15:54.

This video I'm going to be sharing with you the hollow graphical manifestation process

that will turn your reality inside out.

Welcome back to another video.

My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness.

Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you that of the holograph brickell manifestation

process that will turn your reality inside out because this is a new way for looking

at reality in general.

Now what I'm going to be doing is guiding your attention to certain ideas to show you

how literally the macrocosm and the microcosm have an intimate correlation and how you can

more easily guide through your life by first off, making the change within yourself to

then see the change on the outside.

Because the main idea is understanding that when you change on the inside, then you're

outside changes.

But if you try to change everything on the outside, it's not like you have actually changed

and it's going about it the wrong way.

It's like going over to a mirror and trying to change the reflection with your hands versus

just changing the reflection on your face.

So it's about understanding this correlation of how reality works, but also understanding

that there's many different layers to this process.

Now, the first thing I want to guide your attention to is understanding that of the

earth, which is over 70 percent water, which has the land masses on it, and that is a symbol

and also correlated with the body of us because we are over 70 percent water and we are made

of carbon and many of the same materials that the earth is made out of.

And when you look at that, you can see that right there, there is a macrocosm, microcosm

type relationship.

Now, in the same way, if you were to expand it out even more and look at the solar system,

you'd see that there's certain planets that revolve around the moons that revolve around

planets.

You have planets that revolve around different, um, different areas as the solar system is

moving.

And that in a similar way would look like that of an electron.

So if you have electrons and you have the nucleus and you have different movements going

on, it's very similar to that.

Now, when you look at that, have the body, for example, if you've ever seen reflexology,

like if you've ever gone and gotten a massage and you see that on the, they always, sometimes

they'll have the charts up there to show you the charts will show you how on your hand

and on your face and even on your lips.

There are certain parts of your body that are connected through a nervous system that

then connects to each and every part.

So sometimes, for example, somebody may be having a headache and they may tell you to

like this because when you go like this right here, this is correlated.

This spot right here is correlated with your head and it can relieve some pressure of overthinking

or whatever might be going on and the same way.

There's different meridians of the body that correlate with other parts.

And this awareness shows us that even though yes, our body, yes, my intestines are over

here, my heart is right here.

This is my brain.

There is this woven information that flows through our body that shows us the microcosm

and the macrocosm, and just simply looking at this, we can begin to see that everything

in our life is enhanced.

This form of pattern to it, thinking about Hologram, like a something you might see like

a pokemon card or something, and you'll look at that hologram.

Every individual squared has within it the whole as well.

Now in the same type of way, you are not just a drop in the ocean.

You are also the ocean in the drop.

This is why a lot of times people get stuck in their egos because they think that they're

separate from everyone else, when in fact they are connected and they aren't just the

ego self.

There is also this connection to a larger source of energy, which is who they naturally

are.

So the more you become aware of these different ideas, the more it kind of loosens up your

grip for the way reality works, but also understanding there's something much more divine happening

here.

There's something we can feel much more deeply connected to.

When you look at that of the planets of astrology, there's different influences on the planets

to our body depending on when we were born, numerology, many different things and these

all correlate with patterns of energy.

These all correlate and we can then see that once again, this is the macrocosm, the microcosm,

so when it comes to this process, how can you begin to see things more clearly in your

life and other part of this is understanding your purpose on earth and we are here right

now to have an experience of transformation.

We are here right now to experience becoming more of who we really are, knowing that we

aren't just these individual separate fragments.

We're so much more than those fragments and the more we become aware of it is the more

we start to take our power back.

Now, there are a few powerful ways that I found we can look at this and one of them

is understanding this inner and outer relationship.

This inner and outer relationship is about awareness because the more aware you become

of something, the more that you can then dissolve negative energy.

The more that you can then dissolve the beliefs that may no longer be serving you, but you

have to first off, be aware of them, and it's as simply as sometimes being aware of it.

The moment you become aware of it is the moment you can let go of it, but if you're not aware

of it, it remains on autopilot.

It's similar to a habit you've ever had.

A habit that's not serving you.

You keep filling resistance.

You keep filling resistance.

The moment you become aware that you're doing this habit is the moment you can choose not

to do it again because from that point forward, if you do it again, you're making a choice

to do it again.

You're not doing it because it's the autopilot mind,

so you see, this is where the power is.

It's in the choice.

It's in the understanding of the inner and the outer.

So how would you go about manifesting what you want holographically will.

You would understand that this microcosm, macrocosm, relationship, and this inner outer

relationship is about.

It has everything to do with you, has everything to do with you and how you feel about you.

So for example, if you want to create more abundance in your life, one thing you could

do is focus on how you already have abundance within you.

Abundance of breath, abundance of friends, abundance of different level things in your

life, and by focusing on that abundance, you begin to feel more abundant because you also

get in life that which you feel

so focus more on that and you begin to see that.

Then that begins to grow within you.

If you find that you want a relationship, instead of going looking for love somewhere

else, look for the love within yourself.

What is your relationship with you?

And as you pay attention to your relationship with you, you will find that you then fill

up your own cup and then that leaks onto other people and other people want to be around

you because of the energy flow of that.

But see yourself as worthy of loving yourself because everyone else that you experienced

in your life you think is separate from you, but they're actually connected and when you

think that you are experiencing someone else's energy, many times you're just experiencing

your own energy.

It's just that you give yourself permission to feel certain energy.

When in certain states

it's like there's this meaning inner mind of someone else and we assume that they're

the only thing making us feel a certain way, but that depends on the meaning we give it

because if we change that meaning than a lot of times that relationship will change, but

you see that's come.

That's not coming from unconditional love.

That's coming from a very codependent type, love of meaning and intellectual wisdom.

This is about letting go of that and having an unconditional love for yourself because

as you have unconditional love for yourself, that will manifest in your reality in amazing

ways.

Same with abundance.

If we don't feel abundance within ourselves just for being an abundance of the different

areas of our life, then we will continue to experience some sort of lack, but abundance

is around us at all times.

It just takes the perception of the focus to be able to notice it.

So what are you currently focused on?

How do you feel about yourself and do you know that when you see, when you see someone

else outside of you, you assume they are over there and you were over here, but in actuality

there is light hitting that person's body that is being reflected back to you and inside

of your eyes you are interpreting that person that is over there.

That person that is over there is actually within you and everything that you think you

are touching in your life.

If I touch a piece of paper right now, I think I've taught you the paper, but there are electrical

impulses coming through my fingers that are then being transmitted to my brain that says

this is sensation.

So this is where things start to get a little bit more flexible because then we see that

reality is a little bit different than we probably thought and a lot of what we experience

in our reality will have to do with our beliefs about it.

Do you believe that your reality is fixed and hard to change and very solid because

if so, that will be a self fulfilling prophecy and is there power in putting your power outside

of you and into something else?

I want to change that over there.

The outside there is no outside.

The outside is a reflection of the inside.

So for everything in your life, focus on wholeness, completeness, and feeling connected to you,

your relationship with you, how abundant you feel about you and as you start to generate

these states from within your life will begin to change and think about it.

Anything in our mind, any goal we have that we say, once I accomplish x, y, or Z, then

I can be happy.

We are externalizing our happiness

and thinking that some other future point in time.

Once X, Y, and z happens, then we can be happy with these.

If then type statements, these if then type statements will hold us back from feeling

happy right now in the present moment.

Understand right now is all there is.

This is the present moment right now.

It's just that we work, we work, we work, and then we say once I get here, then I'll

feel happy, but then when we get there, what happens is we've already primed ourselves

to not be happy, so therefore we then extend the goal.

I've experienced this before with even for example, certain goals with youtube.

Oh, once I hit 100,000 subs, then I'll feel a certain way into $100,000 in the mind.

Pre creeps in and goes, how about $200,000?

How about 300,000?

How about 400,000?

How about 500,000?

It always wants more, but you see that's the ego.

Who you really are, is beyond the ego and your alignment to that part of you is what's

going to determine your relationship with reality.

So instead of focusing on changing the outside, change your relationship with the higher self

version of you that exists right now.

Everything in your life is a reflection of your alignment with you.

Have alignment with your higher self, the guidance of your higher self,

and that alignment many times depends on your connection to passion.

Are you passionate about what you're doing?

Because if you are passionate about what you do and you feel like you're in a high vibe

state, and when you were in this high vibe state, you find an experience, a reality that

is equal to that high vibration and your vibration is a combination of what you think, how you

feel and how you act.

So begin to see how you can align to your passion.

Ask yourself the question, what am I passionate about?

I intend to find my passion and then just be aware of what comes up for you.

Because that's threat of passion is like the carrot on the stick from your higher self

saying, Hey, go in this direction.

And the more you go in that direction, the more you will find a reflection of who you

really are.

If you find that there's negative emotions in your life, instead of changing things on

the outside, ask yourself new questions, but what I have to believe is true to be having

this negative emotion.

Ask herself the question of why do I feel this way?

And then I'll open up the space within you to see what kind of answers come through because

your higher self will begin to guide you right now in this reality.

When we come here, we have this ego structure that we experience our life from.

However, this ego structure is not just who we are.

We are so much more.

The key is to be aware that we are more and to wake up to this dream of separation and

into this more unconditional love, which is who we naturally are.

Now, when you start to go through this process of awakening, which you probably already are,

if you're going through my few watching my videos right now, as you can not perceive

that which you are not the vibration of either it's been planted or you're going through

it.

It's about being aware that there's more to life than the five senses than the ego structure,

than trying to change things on the outside.

It's about instead going within and understanding your connection to this higher vibrational

version of you and how you can stay in alignment with it.

And when you wake up to that, you are more than you.

Then see some type of guiding posts that can help you in that direction.

So begin to understand that if you want to change anything on the outside, change on

the inside first and the way you do that is through understanding that you are.

Everything that you see sounds deep,

but you only experienced things through your own energy.

Even when you think it's someone else, it is part of your own energy and the meaning

you're giving it and the emotion that you have.

So it's about understanding that if you change your relationship with you, you then change

your vibrational resonance and as you change that, you change the reality that you experience.

So be aware of that and go within yourself.

Give yourself unconditional love, give yourself abundance, give yourself vitality.

Simply make these choices and if any negative emotion comes up, be aware of it, look at

it and then let it go.

And a lot of that has to do with completing the past because if you do not complete the

past, you will repeat the past.

So if you want to complete the past, one of the most powerful meditations I've ever made

is in the top of the description box below.

And if you listen to it for 21 days, I think it will transform your life.

Read the comments and that Youtube video to see what I mean about what is possible.

Also, something else I'll be doing is more live q and a's on instagram.

I do the moments every single day, so if you want to interact with me on instagram and

I also post daily content there as well.

You'll see my instagram right here.

Other than that, I hope you enjoyed this video.

Can the national grid cope with every car going electric! can it cope now? 🔌🔋🚗 - Duration: 9:54.

one of the arguments that people come up with every single day when I'm telling

them electric cars of the future is the grid can't cope can the grid cope and

today we're going to be exploring can it can the UK National Grid or any grid in

anywhere in the world cope with the influx of every single driver having an

electric car

the short answer is yes obviously they can and the National Grid

have already made it very clear that they can cope already now with a massive

influx of electric vehicles and that is the first sort of reply i'd have to that

argument is the National Grid have already said they can cope with a

massive influx of electric vehicles today now there is a long answer to

why it can happen and there's a few alternatives that make this possible but

first of all I'd like to ask you to click the subscribe button down below for my

channel and if you already subscribe and if you're not already click the little

notification bell and every time I make a new video which is every single week

currently you'll get a notification when that video is uploaded now one of the

reasons is we don't all get home exactly the same time and plug in it exactly the

same time now to explain what I mean is if we all leave work at five o'clock

let's just say we all work have a five hour working day so we've just finished

at five or four you're finished at six we don't all get home at exactly the

same time and plug the car in it exactly the same time thing that the grid

struggles with two things one is peak the grids National Grid is built for

peak so sometimes power stations are basically not running because the grid

is built for when the highest peak we could possibly get is to stop power

blackouts they don't build the grid for the running of every single day it's

built the highest amount of peak the other thing that the grid struggles with

apart from peak demand is they also struggle with frequency response now to

put that mildly if everyone got home at exactly the same time and plug the car

in exactly the same time and turn the kettle's on exactly at the same time that

demands a really high response off the grid to quickly turn on those power

plants as quick as possible and power plants aren't really meant to respond

that quick there's very very few which can most of them are water storage

battery storage and stuff like that but now you're gonna say Nick you just said

that we don't all plug in the same time some of those cars are still going to be

charging when the other people get home at seven o'clock because obviously most

22 kilowatt or 30 or 40 kilowatt batteries will take three full five

hours to charge yes yes they will and some of those cars will will still be

charging which is why the National Grid and energy companies will come up with

more inventive tariffs now for example am with octopus energy if you want to

use a link down description below to join there's 50 pound credit they have

what they call an EV go tariff they also have one called agile octopus and

the way these two clever tariff's work will start with agile because it's

probably the most inventive you get half an hour pricing and your pricing changes

every single half an hour now they pre publish what these rates will roughly be

and what they're going to be and you can basically choose to charge your electric

car when the tariff is at the cheapest now occasionally there is oversupply on

the grid and prices go what we call negative negative means that agile

octopus's tariffs will pay you money to charge your car so they've been

basically incentivised tariffs like this with smart meters because smart meters

take half an hour readings and the National Grid and pricing structure of

the grid is half an hour pricing so smart tariffs fit in perfectly for that

and that is why smart tariffs are being rolled out even more to get better sort

of customized tariffs like this now the other one is octopus Go which encourages

you charge at night between 12:30 and 4:30 you pay 5p per kilowatt hour

now there's also eco 7 Tariffs which do similar to this and eco 5 etc

like that now there's lots of companies that do economy tariffs for cheap

charging at night and there's also going to be some tariffs that will discourage

you from charging at peak times peak loads and if you're being incentivized

by monetary value you're not going to want to charge your car at 6 o'clock

unless you absolutely have to and this is how the National Grid and energy

companies will work towards balancing this peak now the important part about

this to learn which is amazing sort of thing that no one

really realizes when the grid drip drops you know basically drops at night and

there's no use and it's low demand if you start filling up what they national grid

call the bathtub basically rising that low peak and bringing it closer towards

the medium or peak level then prices will actually fall in general for

every single customer because the grid is built for the lowest (highest) point if that

energy is now being used during the middle of the night but basically the

power tariffs will start to sort of flex and sort of bring down the overall peak

price because you're not paying for these power plants to be turned off

because they're actually being used hello the rest of the people who are now

saying yes I want to plug in at home when I get home and I don't want to be

told when I can charge not charge so what if everyone's like me

how will the grid cope well the other thing is not a lot of people will be

like that a lot of people will want to incentivize to charge at night and

because there's going to be quite a few of these people even though everyone

won't do it personally out I'm more open to charging at night because I don't

really need the car during the day but if it did need it during the day yes I'd

like to boost some electricity and what if everyone wants a boost of electricity

at the same time now they're not going to all want it but let's say there's a

high demand during peak football's on half time just happen and everyone's

turn the kettle's on how will the grid cope with an influx of electric cars and

that extra peak well amazingly electric cars will probably be the solution of

their own making and that is vehicle-to-grid vehicle to home or v2g

and V2h vehicle to grid and vehicle to home is basically using the battery of

your electric car if you're in a saying you've got a 60 kilowatt battery your

average commute per day is 25 miles each way so you're doing 50 miles a day and

your battery is full now you've got capacity there that you can sell back to

the grid the way it's going to work is the National Grid will pay you to dump

electricity back into the grid during peak so if you're like me prefer to

charge at night I'm charging at 5p during the night and I leave my car

plugged in during peak but not charging just plug with a full battery

I can choose to dump that electricity back to the grid now if I

dump that electricity back to the grid the National Grid will pay me say

10 P per kilowatt for the power I put back into the grid so I'm making 5 pence

per kilowatt hour by just leaving my car plugged in fully charged and not using

it now on top of vehicle to grid and vehicle to home there's other ways that

the grid can deal and cope with the extra demand of ev's and one of them is

already being enforced in new Olev rules soon and that'll be all charges will

have to be smart connected now the advantage of this for the National Grid

is if there was a massive influence of peak demand at the grid we're really

struggling to deal with and they know where all the charges are in a

particular area let's just say London is is completely under supplied then they

have enough electricity to charge all the cars there everyone's turned the

kettles on them really struggling smart devices like smart charges will allow

them to turn off your electric car charger maybe even for just a brief 25

30 seconds 1 minute 2 minutes just while the grid deals with everyone turn the

kettle's on and then when it dips again they can re turn your charger back on and

one of the charges that can do this was the talk i went to which was the zappi

charger they've got one way of doing it which is basically they're gonna be able

to turn on turn off you charge it depending on what peak load is and

off peak load so in theory the zappi charger could be set to charge your car

when electricity is very cheap and then turn it off completely when peak

demand is very high and the way that will be paid for is they'll incentivize

you to do both incentivize you to charge when it's cheap and incentivize you to

allow them to turn it off when you need it and that is gonna open some massive

avenues and a lot of electric charge car their point installers and stuff like

that charge point makers will be in sort of coming up with their own ways of

dealing with this some of them will go to vehicle to home vehicle to grid

solutions and some of them will go over ways now the other way that Ev's will

help is secondhand EV batteries obviously as many people will know with

ev batteries are in what they call the closed-circuit loop their recycling

etc is all closed loop which means that the batteries

not go to landfill they get reused in other purposes one of these is they do

350 kilowatt charging stations all have batteries onboard which charge during

low supply off peak demand so the National Grid not forcing 350 kilowatts

down your charger at one point they're basically dumping those battery loads

plus a bit of grid backup as well for the same dumping in now there's also

grid batteries that you can get at home like the tesla powerwall moxia and some

other batteries that you can basically having at home charge up from either off

peak grid sources or from solar if you have solar energy thank you very much

Cybersecurity And The AI Arms Race ( w/ Arthur Keleti) | Interview | Real Vision™ - Duration: 30:00.

Hey, everyone.

Just wanted to let you know about our new video on cybersecurity.

We got to check out a cybersecurity control center, so that's where they screen for massive

worldwide cyber attacks.

We also got to speak to a bunch of hackers, and actually see a hack happen live.

But before we get into that, we wanted to share some of our previous videos on cybersecurity

from some experts in the field.

So this episode originally aired on October 11, 2017.

Hope you enjoy, and remember to also check at RealVision.com to watch the new season

of Discoveries, where we dive into the implications of the internet of things.

That's everything from smart thermostats to internet connected cars and Wi-Fi coffee makers.

It's definitely something you don't want to miss.

So make sure to sign up for your 14 day free trial.

I'm really excited about the next interview.

Arthur Keleti is a cyber-secret futurist.

It sounds very confusing and complicated because it is.

But the point being is Arthur is a true expert on what's going on in cybersecurity,

what's going on with our secrets, and what's going on in the battle of the machines,

artificial intelligence, and the role that that's

going to play in society overall, not just in the business world.

And I think these kind of topics are really important for us to flesh

out, not because they're immediately actionable, but because they're going to affect all of

our futures.

They're going to affect the future of the businesses we're involved in, the costs

of doing business, and just of society as a whole.

So I think it's a broad think around a topic that's really important for everybody to get

a grasp on.

Arthur also has a book called The Imperfect Secret where he talks about the secret society

and how we try and hold onto our secrets and the war that we're in.

I think these things are going to be super fascinating.

Let's see what Arthur's got to say.

Arthur, great to meet you here in the rainy Cayman Islands.

Thanks for having me.

So talk to me how you are looking-- what's the big picture you are looking in the

cybersecurity issues?

Is it the people level?

Where is your particular angle and fascination right now?

It's hard to say.

I mean, there's a big hype around cybersecurity now, especially

because nobody has the faintest idea what to do with it.

And that's a problem.

I mean we all understand that our systems need protection.

But the thing is-- and I can say it since I'm

an engineer also-- we have managed to make them so complicated that sometimes we

cannot protect them properly.

But this is something we are not really talking about,

especially not in cybersecurity conferences.

There everything is like a rose garden, like super nice and smelly and beautiful.

But in reality, the problem here is that we've got so many challenges in cybersecurity, yes,

from the human side, but also we got a lot of problem from vulnerabilities in software,

what is there all the time.

So we've got a lot of challenges, a very wide spectrum of challenges.

And we need to come up with solutions to all of these challenges.

So I'm interested in both the vendor side of the problem, how to solve these things

from the engineering point of view, because that's

also very interesting.

Like for example a DDoS attack, a denial-of-service attack, is really

hard.

And it's really hard to protect your environment against it.

But, literally, you have seconds to come up with something.

So for that, you need to build a brilliant machine and we just have that.

I mean we have very good applications against denial-of-service

attack.

So from the engineering point of view, it's a brilliant solution.

But I also have to take into account of all the human aspects.

Since at the end of a day, it all boils down to people because we are using the systems.

And that's why I'm more interested in the human side, because I think it's a bit more--

I think it's tricky.

It's really tricky.

It's not like bits and bytes.

It's more like feelings and thoughts.

So before we go a bit more into the human side of things.

What is the threat out there?

I don't think even people understand, even people watching this, I think the view of

where it is of a few kids in Eastern Europe trying

to steal a few things offline-- online-- is not where

the industry really is.

We kind of hear about state involvement.

Nobody really knows what that mean.

Give us the scope of how big an issue this is, what's really going on.

Yeah.

Well, it's not easy.

The biggest problem is that people believe that hackers in

cyberspace got like a very strange motivation.

It's hard to imagine be the hacker.

And they kind of believe that a hacker is a bad guy

who tries to hack into the system just for maybe

for fun or for profit.

But I think we have left that behind really, really long ago.

Today, state sponsored attacks are really dangerous.

Only China has 30,000 to 40,000 hackers.

As part of the government payroll.

Of course, employed by the government.

And all the other countries are trying to catch

up.

The US is trying to get as many people as they can board.

Of course, there's a little bit of problem here, because recruiting people

for the government is not easy especially in an

area of cybersecurity where you can get a lot of money from private companies.

So like why would I join the government?

I think it's a little bit easier in China.

I'm not familiar with their methods, but I can imagine.

So, but on the other hand, I mean there are state sponsored attacks.

And also the cyber criminals, actually like real criminals, move

to the cyberspace because it gives them the kind of anonymity that they require.

And they can also make a lot of money.

Like just take ransomware.

When they can hold your computer for ransom.

And if you're not paying that $10, $100, whatever you name it, then, you

know, all data is going to be deleted or worse sent to the dark web.

Maybe they are just selling your data.

Or maybe you're paying and they're selling your data, you never know.

And so through these campaigns, the people behind the campaign can get somewhere

between $10 million to $30 million, if they are doing it right.

So it's big business.

When there's business, they are doing source.

So there's two branches here-- we've got the state guys, what are they trying to do?

What was the point of what they're doing?

Why 40,000 hackers?

What is China trying to want to get out of this?

Because information is power.

After we went from paper to computers, now we are

putting everything into data servers.

And we are hosting a lot of very vulnerable, sensitive

information everywhere.

So let's say, you're going to have a negotiation, maybe state level

or maybe a mixture of state, private level.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a lot of information about the company that you're willing to buy,

for example, or acquire?

That's nice.

And that's something that China is probably actively

doing.

So they need a lot of resources.

But I wouldn't say that these countries are the bad guys.

Everybody's doing that.

Yeah.

But, there's always an impression that it's Russia and China that are doing it and

maybe Iran and possibly Israel, but nobody else.

We don't do any of this stuff.

Yeah.

Of course, everybody else is innocent.

Yeah.

And it's not like that.

You know, it's a war.

There's a cyberwar going on.

Maybe it's not visible, just as the Cold War, maybe you remember that.

But it's going on.

And I believe that whatever nation gets enough resources to get more information from the

other is winning the game.

So it's going on all the time and everywhere.

Smaller nations, they complain.

But not because they want to be the good guys, because they don't have

the money and they don't have the resources.

So what else they can do?

They complain.

Like, you know, the big governments are doing-- you know, they're spying on us.

Yeah, because if you got the resource, you would

do the same.

And then they're using it on their own people, as well, I presume.

Well it depends.

But if I was government, I would do it.

Because, it's like you just simply need to know what's going on.

And before it was different.

You got all that information from, let's say, financial data, maybe some

reports, But today if you really want to know what's

going on and what's going to happen like maybe during the next elections, the best

is if you have that information from your own

citizens.

And it raises a lot of questions, because obviously citizens would not really be

happy about that.

They wouldn't authorize spying on them.

They don't want that.

But they also want security.

And it's a very interesting situation.

It's controversial, because how would you expect that someone's going

to protect you if they cannot look into your data?

But in the same time, if that government or if that organization is looking into your

data, do you really want them not to realize if something is going on?

Like if there's a terrorist activity or if something going on

that would kind of endanger the whole state or

maybe your family?

So it's like who's going to decide what part of that information can be

used and for what?

And I think that that is the kind of dilemma nobody can solve.

So I just find it interesting how much of our data we've willingly given away to the

private sector.

We're worried about the government, yet we've just given it away to the

private sector.

And who's to know that they can't do terrible things with it, too.

Oh, well, they can't because there are laws and regulations in place.

Do they follow them?

Well, we don't know.

Let's hope that.

The actual problem is that it's really hard to

classify data today.

I mean it's hard to say what information is sensitive and what is not

sensitive, because it's context related.

And today, what we do is that we dump all that data

into these social systems and software and whatever you name it.

But we don't really have like any help on our side, on the human side,

because I wouldn't really call these cybersecurity solutions help on the client

side or the customer side.

Because they are more aware of fraud and maybe IP addresses that

you shouldn't visit, maybe anti-phishing, those

kind of things.

But none of these applications are actually protecting you from giving out

too much of yourself.

And the reason is that computers today simply don't know you.

Probably they know some things about your habits, some things about

your emails, maybe the content is giving you away.

But, generally, they don't know you.

So like you got a new phone, it will start asking you questions about sensitive stuff

and where are you located and what's your name

and all these kind of things.

But it wouldn't ask you about your profession or your family,

not like a friend or someone that you just know.

So that way, even if technology is available for better protection, software today

and phones don't know that much about you.

Now if you get all these things together at a company, a private company, if you combine

all that information, even metadata, so proud of not collecting the actual content, only

metadata.

That doesn't matter.

The reason that you in the middle of the night you made a

call to a penis enlargement center, that's pretty telling.

Yeah.

All right.

So they know a lot about you.

And just by collecting all that information, they

can kind of outline your profile.

Or worse, they can tell who you are going to vote for.

And if you look around, there are emerging number

of companies who are actually doing that kind of profiling for you or for politicians.

And this is where things are getting tricky, I guess, because I think a politician today,

if you really want to get good votes and if you want

to win the election, you better turn to the social media.

You better turn to companies that are collecting information.

And you better start profiling your voters, which is pretty

scary.

There was evidence that Trump, the Trump team, had done this.

They did some pretty clever stuff.

You know there's some big data analytics going on, some huge number

crunching, some profiling, multi messaging through different channels.

So they've changed the face of politics, now.

Are we OK with this?

That's the question.

Are we OK with this?

Because you know what--

Well, you see, individually you think you are, because you are being fed the message

you want to hear.

But collectively as a society, realize that you voted for that person for this

and that person voted for that And there two almost opposing things, but you got different

messaging.

Yeah, but who's going to speak for society?

Right?

Well maybe that doesn't exist anymore.

Yeah, probably.

As privacy is fading, too.

Yeah.

Because if society was the collective and now you not because you're profiling,

everything comes down to micro-groups.

Exactly.

Different micro-groups.

And at the same time, you belong to this group and

that group and the other group too.

And that's why I think all the emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, makes

the whole thing really scary.

Because with artificial intelligence, you would give that power over

to humans-- over to machines instead of humans.

Now humans can decide what to do with the data.

Right?

Whether they're going to feed you with extra information and use

whatever you need that you would like to consume.

But with artificial intelligence, you are simply giving that thing away.

And it's going to be a decision of a machine in the future.

That's why Stephen Hawking says that in the future,

like maybe 100 years from now, everything is going to be controlled by machines.

So what we need to make sure is that machines believe

in the same things as humans, if we just simply want to stay there a little bit longer.

Is that not a naive human belief that machines will believe in the same things?

A, they don't believe, and, B, they don't act with

the same emotional drivers, of course, psychology of humans that are so different.

Well, you can argue that they can be reprogrammed to do that.

But the question is whether they want to use that or not.

And also, I don't believe that that is the way things work, because there is an arbitrage.

So if you know if some person is programming machines that try and make emotional

decisions like humans, somebody else is going to do the opposite because there's is a bit

of business opportunity doing that.

Absolutely.

You're absolutely right.

The question here, I think, is when we build machines, what are we building them for?

Even now, today, we got a lot of machines that

are stronger than us.

That's why we can make buildings like this, right?

But we are never really giving the control over.

You never get rid of that part of a story.

So the equation always has at least one human decision in it.

That's why these artificial intelligence controlled weapons, and all the

other things that an artificial intelligence do is

really scary and scares people.

And to be honest, even great thinkers, businessmen, they

don't have the idea what's going to happen.

They don't know.

Elon Musk is saying that the doomsday is coming.

Like we are summoning the demon.

And I think that's what he likes to say.

While, Mark Zuckerberg says that, hey, people there's

no problem here.

We are going to have a lot of fun.

It's convenient and you know it's comfortable.

And yeah, we will just walk around the beach and our kids are being taken

care of by machines and that's fine.

So, you never know.

You never know what's going to happen.

And especially in cybersecurity, which is my field, this is the kind of thing that we

cannot avoid using because we've got a lot of data.

In 2020, there will be 44 zettabytes of information circling around the internet.

Right?

It's an immense number.

And the next one-- How many zeroes is a zettabyte.

It's like-- I don't know.

I don't even know.

It wouldn't fit on your screen for sure.

And the next one is yottabyte.

And then we're done.

You know, that's the max we can have in SI unit system.

So we need to come up with new ones, right?

I think they were introduced in 1991.

So they are fairly new additions to the whole system.

So the other thing is that-- you can check it on YouTube-- that Anonymous group, recently,

exfiltrated 55 million voters' data from the Philippine's election system in two minutes.

Two minutes.

It's 80 something gigabytes of data, under two minutes.

So we got like 44 zettabytes, two minutes hack stunts.

A lot of information just circling around.

And for that to analyze, we need better infrastructures.

We need artificial intelligence and machine learning.

So is this an arms race against the machines themselves?

That's true in one way.

And on the other hand, hackers are going to use machines,

too.

Now they're still relying on their instincts, because it works.

The top 10 vulnerabilities in most systems are still SQL injections.

And, you know, they have been around for the last

10 years.

But I think in the future, they will use machines against machines.

Which is funny because will we be just staying there looking

at machines fighting with each other over our

data?

And at the same time, another thing is that we would not understand what they're doing.

I just heard recently that a hedge fund came up with the idea, and they also developed.

that, an AI that would do trading.

And they had to shut it down because it was producing

money, but they didn't understand how.

Because it was using the kind of algorithms nobody

actually programmed into the machine.

That's why it's an artificial intelligence and not just

learning.

So nobody understood it.

And it was scary.

The way the guy put it, I think, it was that you felt like you had to wash your hands

every time you touch that machine, you know.

It's interesting, but I think it's something we can't avoid, because it feels comfortable.

It feels convenient that machines are doing this stuff

for us.

But at the same time, we are giving more and more control out.

And eventually, probably, we'll lose the battle, I don't know,

or the war.

So all I'm thinking about when I listen to this, when you think about enormous war, of

which there's going to be multiple attempts at solutions, I just think there's trillions

of dollars that has to flow into this, the whole cybersecurity

industry.

And the artificial intelligence industry.

And the artificial intelligence.

And if there's the next phase of where Silicon Valley goes

and the developments within Russia and China, this whole thing is almost another huge

phase to come of development that's going to suck capital in all around the world.

I mean we're seeing it, you see the essence of it

for, example, in blockchains technologies.

People are starting to throw money into it and become

exciting.

Everyone knows is coming.

When it comes, it's going to be huge.

Exactly.

And there's another there's another thing here, transhumanism.

It's been around from the '50s or '60s, I think.

It's a movement that believes that we should fuse with machines instead of waging war against

machines.

By fusing machines, I mean that machines do a lot of things better--

pattern recognition, remembering things, learning things faster, doing things faster.

They are never tired.

They don't want to go to vacation, right?

That's why a lot of decision makers in the financials where think that probably it

would be a good idea to pay taxes for robots, right?

So if you're like using robots to manufacture stuff, somebody needs to pay for

that people staying home.

So, anyway, coming back to transhumanism, I think it's a pretty good idea.

I mean whatever we have and is good in humans, we can kind

of put that into a machine.

And maybe together, we can have a more efficient life.

And maybe that would just solve the problem of whether machines are going to be taking

over or not, because we will be we one race.

I know it's a very-- it's not really a humanist idea.

I understand that.

No, but it maybe a realist idea.

Yeah.

It's about, let's say, it's about survival, I think, and wise decisions.

And so if we're talking about the accelerated phase of AI, because it solves many

problems and may create its own issues in its own way.

But it solves many problems right now that we need to solve, whether it's in

the cybersecurity world or whether it's in a

number of different issues.

How far are we away from the accelerated part of the AI curve

where suddenly everybody cracks AI and things are learning fast and we're making

quantum leaps?

It's exponential.

And people are very bad in sensing exponentially.

You know they are just simply very-- we are linear.

Yeah.

We're very linear.

So I believe that in the next few years, we are going to see a lot of changes in that

field.

I think more and more money is going to flow into Artificial Intelligence development

in every field, because it's very interesting.

It's exciting, really exciting, what machines can

do.

And then I think about, let's say, five years from now, I think we will get to a point

where we will have to make serious decisions.

We're going to be there facing dilemmas, the kind of dilemmas we have never seen before.

And the biggest problem will be that if we use machines, if we give them the right to

decide for us, we can achieve more.

Or let's just stop here and don't evolve or don't, let's say,

you know go further.

And I think humanity, in those situations, never stop, never ever.

Yeah.

Interesting.

And this is the kind of thing we have never faced before.

With AI, I think we are actually creating a new race, something,

a machine, something.

It's probably-- yeah, it's a machine you know as a mechanism.

But the way it thinks, the way it communicates, will be completely new to us.

Facebook and Google they made those experiments and it turned out that if you

let machines work out their own communication, they start inventing new things, maybe a new

language.

So they had to shut them down because they didn't understand them what they

were talking about.

So with this, I think we're going to create something.

It's going to be strong, equally strong, or even stronger than us.

And that's a new situation.

We have never faced that before.

And it's not just stronger, but different.

It's not like a monkey or a dog, because that's coming from the same roots.

It's kind of like biological heritage.

So we know how to handle that.

But with this thing, we don't know.

And that's the interesting part.

And I think we'll have-- we got the time to work that out.

But it requires a lot more attention.

Today, everybody's focusing on how to make more money with computers and computing

capacity and artificial intelligence and how to replace like costly people with robots

and everything.

And probably in the UK.

Throughout the next few years, there will be probably

a million jobs will be replaced by AI in the government sector.

And that's a big deal.

But I think there's another thing we need to think about.

And it's the financial model.

For the times when machines will be doing the

work and not us.

We don't have a model for that.

You have to have a smaller population.

OK.

And how would you solve that?

Well it's already happening, right?

As technologies gone and longevity of life is

occurring, people stop having kids.

Population of the world's going to shrink dramatically

starting in the Western world.

You know whether it's in Hungary, whether it's in

Switzerland, or whether it's in Germany or the US or the UK, they're all going to shrink.

And by the time India peaks out, then Asia's shrinking and will do for probably 100 years.

We will see that.

I think it makes sense if you don't need people, why make them?

Just make machines instead.

So you see machines, or-- whatever for want of a better word-- technology as an evolution

of human beings.

I don't know.

But usually every time they ask me this question, I say that I'm with the

machines.

I think it's going to be good later that I've said that now.

They'll spare your life.

Arthur, thank you very much.

That was fascinating.

Thank you very much.

I think it's a really, really interesting and scary thing, but exciting, too.

Yeah.

We don't know what the world leads to.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Well, that was remarkable.

There's so much to take in.

And that was just scratching the surface of what is a huge deal.

And some of the concepts Arthur was talking about-- transhumanization, how man and machines

fit together, the future of artificial intelligence, the war that we have to fight,

the ongoing war, how much of our data we have lost, some of the solutions that may

or may not be present.

I mean Arthur is pretty clear that he has no idea where this is going.

But it is going somewhere and it is a very, very different world than the one we live

in.

Elon Musk thinks one thing.

Mark Zuckerberg thinks another.

And they're probably both wrong.

All we do know is that is going to be different.

But what I know-- if I want to relate it back to the investment world-- is there is billions

and billions and billions of dollars, if not trillions,

coming into this space, both in cybersecurity to protect profits.

It becomes the insurance industry of choice.

I think that's fascinating.

In addition, I think the scaling up of the artificial intelligence arms race is going

to be the source of one of the next trillion dollar

companies or maybe even the first trillion dollar

company.

That whole investment area is, I think, a long-term, multi-decade thing that is only

just started.

We have no idea where it's going to go.

But we do know that it is the future of everything.

After Birth: Is It Selfish to Care About Your Body? | Op-Docs - Duration: 11:57.

[baby fussing]

Sorry, guys.

That's all right.

Honestly, don't worry.

It's O.K.

The whole process, you're led to believe, as a woman,

that it's the most natural thing that

can happen to you, sort of the purpose of your body.

Except it felt incredibly unnatural and alien to me.

I hated the bit at the beginning

where you don't really look pregnant.

You just look like you've let yourself go.

You look like you've had too many Greggs or something.

I liked that bit where I looked discernibly pregnant,

and, like, my tits went really massive

and I was a bit, like, that felt like quite sexy.

I was like, "Hey, yeah.

I'm just carrying a child."

It was really nice having nice hair.

It was wavy and long.

And there was more of it.

And I had beautiful nails.

That was really nice.

The come down from that, not so nice.

But I'd say, the middle of the pregnancy

is a really great time, because you're still

feeling really comfortable and you get all the benefits

of the hormones kicking in.

So that was awesome.

The first time I was pregnant,

I didn't get stretch marks until the last month.

With him it was way more challenging on my body.

I put on more weight.

Funny enough, the stretch marks are not the thing

that bothered me the most. It's the breasts.

Because my boobs are huge, way bigger than it was with Bebe.

And they fell a bit.

It's life.

You know, it's gravity.

And in the beginning, I was really upset about it

and I was telling my husband, you know,

"I'm going to get a boob job when I stop breastfeeding."

The funny thing is is that it took so long

to accept that this is my body and I should be happy

and it's not good or bad, it's just me.

And then you get pregnant.

And then you slowly start seeing it

change, which is fine, because you're growing a human being.

But when you finally give birth

and then you're left with this new body

that you took — it took you 30 years to accept and to love

and to figure out and figure out

what works and doesn't work and all of a sudden,

it's a completely different body.

I think that's where my issues with giving birth came from.

Not being able to wear your own clothes sounds trivial.

But actually, just is another thing

that really makes you not feel like yourself.

And it's one of the things that makes your life

legible to you.

Feeling my boyfriend slightly recoil from me,

like on a sexual level.

Like he would probably object to that word,

but feeling that shift of his perception of me

as no longer a sexual being, he was like,

"I don't want to cover you in spunk,

I want to look after you."

I expected lots of negative things

from pregnancy and from giving birth.

And I was prepared that it's going

to be hard and everything.

But I wasn't expecting so much love.

I really didn't even know that I'm

capable of so much love, which dwarfs everything

else in comparison.

But I was never really too much in tune with myself

as a woman to know how I looked down there or can't

even define how I felt down there.

But the minute I gave birth, I knew that everything changed.

For me, it wasn't really bouncing back

into my normal intimate life with my husband.

That took long, long time and I think two bottles of wine.

But I mean, I'm talking about like seven months I think.

The last couple of weeks of being pregnant,

I lost all sensation in my hands.

So one after another, all 10 fingertips went numb.

It's some syndrome where your wrists swell

up so much that the nerves that go through your wrist

stop sending the impulses through from your fingertips.

I think it took probably more than two to three months

for sensation to come back in my hands.

If you can't feel what you're doing,

it's a very weird thing to be taking

care of a very little child.

I never had a serious or real injury before in my life

until C-section.

So that was a big thing.

I had no idea what's going to happen there

or how it's going to look like after the surgery.

I had a scar.

I had stretch marks.

I don't have flat belly at all.

But all that physical changes comes together

with the everyday work of being a mom.

Even the tension you put on your muscles,

you should hold her tight, because like you shouldn't

drop her, and things like that.

You know what I mean?

Yeah.

The C-section, I think it was hard on my body.

And yeah, it made me dislike my body even more.

You know, obviously, even things like now, you know,

we're thinking of going on holiday and I'm like,

I always liked wearing bikinis.

I'm Brazilian.

I grew up on the beach.

Now I'm like: swimsuit.

I don't want to show my belly.

I don't want to show my scar.

Although I don't think I should

be ashamed of it, of course, but I

do have to look at myself sometimes and admit,

I don't like it.

I don't love it.

I love to send the message to people, yes, show it.

Be proud of it.

But I'm still working on it, let's say.

You just keep looking at yourself and you're just,

what is that?

And it, actually, it affected me bonding with my baby,

because you're meant to love and protect automatically,

which I did,

I protected my baby, but I just didn't like him

for what he did to me.

It took me like eight weeks to get into, "Oh, O.K.,

you're my son.

I love you."

I had some tears and I was showering six times a day,

because that was the only time I could

pee without feeling pain.

And half my digestive system was hanging out of my butt.

It was really disgusting.

How do I go to the bathroom, you know?

How do I take a shit?

These were the kind of things that I

was apprehensive about.

So I had, like a two for one deal.

I had like a full labor, like 36 hours of that.

And then, an emergency C-section.

I definitely had no idea what level of pain

you can be in without being dead.

It would have been really nice to just be told,

it's going to be almost as if you were going to die.

Post-surgery recovery, that was a lot longer than I thought.

And there were a lot more unexpected things

that happened.

Like the vaginal walls were really

irritated, which nobody could really explain.

I was forever bleeding, like every day for half a year.

And nobody could tell me why or whether it

was going to stop.

Just before I got pregnant, I'd finished my master's.

So I'd gone from this being very

stimulated intellectually to those first stages of looking

after an infant, which are boring.

There's a lot of monotony.

And you're very, very tired.

And so it's a bit like, well, if no one fancies me,

my brain's not involved in the same kind of activity

it used to do, then who am I?

I started working out six weeks after having a baby.

And I did it because I wanted to go back

to how I looked as quick as possible.

It's such a weird balance of trying to diet,

but at the same time, worrying about

are you giving enough nutrients to your kid

through your breast milk?

Am I being selfish by compromising his food supply,

because I'm trying to lose weight and look

good, which is such a superficial thing to want?

And what a selfish thing to want, you know?

It felt really important to me

that I wanted to breastfeed.

And I think also I would have felt like,

I had really failed Wolfie if I hadn't.

But afterwards, my breasts, they were quite empty.

They were quite haunted, basically.

The skin never kind of went back.

When Wolfie was a year old, I had a breast augmentation

and breast lift.

For me, it felt like it was just

taking ownership back of my own body.

No, yeah.

Breasts are only for my daughter now, definitely.

Like nobody else can touch them.

It is.

It is.

It's different.

Yeah.

It's a different feeling.

But it's generally after giving birth and being

so preoccupied with keeping her alive and everything,

that I put all that part of myself

aside for a long, long time.

Something that made me self-conscious about having

sex in both pregnancies is milk,

because I don't want anyone near my boobs

while I'm breastfeeding.

And it's really weird, because you

have to change how you do things a bit, basically.

It's not about a sex thing, but like it's

about feeling of my boobs only belong to Luna

kind of thing, which was so silly.

But like, you only have that tolerance and patience

just for your baby and nothing else.

Sex used to be natural and fun and spontaneous and

beautiful and you can't wait for it

or sometimes you want it.

Sometimes you don't.

Now, it's like this psychological thing.

And I never thought that would be the problem

with having a baby.

The amount of pressure and the amount of responsibility

that's placed on our shoulder the moment we give birth

and they give us this baby and they're like here you go,

good luck.

The anxiety.

I was overwhelmed with anxiety constantly.

And even when Wolfie was asleep,

I couldn't sleep, because it was

like having a tiny bomb that could go off at any moment.

I mean, I can't look back at the aftermath

of pregnancy and birth with anything other

than, I feel traumatized by that really, still.

Yeah.

I plan to have another one as well.

And all these changes doesn't have any effect

on it, because apart from everything, each second I

share with her is just amazing, just like heaven.

Right.

I mean, I oscillate wildly between thinking,

I really want to have another baby

and to I don't want to have any children.

I don't want to have any family.

I want to be on my own, just on my own on Tinder.

I guess after having two children,

I basically don't give a fuck to, like, anything else anymore.

Do you know what I mean?

I feel like, look, my body's not, yeah, it's

not how I want it to be, but you know,

who cares, basically?

Resident Evil 2 is not the remake you think it is - Duration: 4:09.

The Resident Evil 2 HD remake seems a lot like the original - from the typewriter save

points to Leon's dreamy boy-band hairstyle.

But there are three big design changes.

And they make it a different game.

The fixed camera angles are gone!

Like most early horror games, Resident Evil 2 framed its shots with cinematic flair.

When the player reached a certain point, the perspective changed, showing them something

new.

And usually horrible.

Fixed angles cut down on the processing needed to render backgrounds, which is why RE2 looks

so damn good.

Look at all those polygons!

The fixed cameras defined the style of horror for these games, because a scene could be

perfectly staged.

With a sudden zombie!

Essentially these were just jumpscares, but they could happen any time the camera POV

changed, which was often.

You couldn't just look around a corner to see what's coming.

So you always had to be ready for an attack.

Tension came from needing to master your fear to keep exploring, and that was a near-constant

pressure.

The original game also used tank controls, which based the directional movement on the

character's POV, rather than the player's.

In modern 3rd-person games, the player sees over the character's shoulder, so forward

is always forward.

With tank controls, forward is whatever direction the character is facing.

So using the joystick doesn't move the camera – it only moves the character.

The combination of the fixed angles and tank controls meant maneuvering wasn't just difficult

– it was an essential gameplay skill.

The so-called remake doesn't rely on camera angles or janky controls to stage scares.

The player has control of the camera and can usually see what's coming.

The trade off is – there's no default auto-aim.

The original games featured auto-aim in the normal difficulty because, well, it basically

had to.

Just moving was hard enough; aiming would have been a gameplay nightmare.

So combat became this cat-and-mouse game of figuring out when to stand your ground, and

when to break and run.

In the new Resident Evil 2, normal mode is all manual shooting by default.

There's still an auto-aim option, but if you turn it on … what are you left with?

While the original focused on exploration and fight-or-flight strategy, this version

is about aiming well without panicking and wasting ammo.

Basically, it's a shooter.

As a result, the tension isn't quite as persistent as it was in the original – it's

more bold spikes of adrenaline and panic.

That, more than anything, makes it feel like its own entry in the Resident Evil franchise.

If the new Resident Evil 2 were a movie, I'd say sure, same general characters, setting,

plot – it's a remake.

But games are more complicated than that.

Is every Zelda game a remake of the first one just because it's the same characters

in the same setting playing the same plot?

No, and that's in large part because the feel of the gameplay is unique.

Resident Evil 2 plays like a fundamentally different game.

And … It looks and feels great.

But instead of being a remake, it's more like a reboot.

It's "fixing" the original game for modern audiences, correcting those frustrating

tank controls, outdated graphics, and stilted cutscenes.

sorry.... but.... it looks like your party....

has been canceled

Resident Evil 2 reflects the franchise's overall evolution from pure survival-horror

to more action-adventure… while still delivering plenty of scares along the way.

The Warriors and Barack Obama meeting sends message, even if it wasn't intended - Duration: 3:54.

Here's what we know: The Golden State Warriors met with Barack Obama yesterday while they were in Washington, D

C., in town for a Wizards game.  We know this happened. First, the team's security posted an Instagram photo of the meeting taking place

Then, numerous reliable reporters confirmed it happened.  Then, it felt like the Warriors didn't want us to know it happened

The Instagram post was deleted. When asked about it, the players reiterated that it was a "private meeting

" None of the players posted about the meeting on social media. RelatedSteph Curry and the Warriors met with Barack Obama before game with Wizards  The Warriors don't want you to know that they met with Barack Obama yesterday

Or, if you're cynical, maybe they do want you to know. Or – and this hurts to even write because it's all so bleak – maybe they want it to appear that they don't want you to know, so they can defend themselves against people who will say that they do want you to know

You know?  It's all a bit confusing, isn't it? AP  What is clear is that the defending NBA Champions came to Washington, D

C. and did not meet with the current president, but rather with the former president

They can frame it as a private meeting, they can say (honestly, probably!) that many of the players on the team have developed personal friendships with Obama and this was just some time to catch up

Unfortunately, this is politics, and this is America in 2019. No meeting of this sort can be innocuous

A private meeting between some basketball players and a man they admire can't happen

Instead, this will be construed as a statement about the current administration, a reflection of several of the Warriors' very public rebuking of President Donald Trump and his policies

And here's the thing: The Warriors know this. And they know Donald Trump knows this

And, I'm guessing, they don't want to be used.  The Warriors trying to keep this meeting quiet, ultimately I believe, is because they don't want to allow Donald Trump to use them as a political prop, to bellow to his followers that the Warriors won't visit him but will visit Obama, and isn't it all so unfair

The thing is: There was no way the Warriors could win. Meet Donald Trump, they however tacitly endorse his administration and policies they disagree with

Meet Barack Obama publicly, it will be used by the Trump administration as a way to score political points with their base

Is your head spinning yet?  When people yell "stick to sports" it's always naive and stupid, because sports and politics will always be inevitably linked, but moments like these are the times I get closest to understanding it

The Warriors beat the Wizards last night 126-118 in a game that was entertaining and fun, with the Wizards playing perhaps outside themselves to keep the game close

That won't be what we remember about this trip to Washington, D.C. We will remember a secret, maybe-not-secret meeting and how Warriors players were forced to hide a meeting with a man they admire so that they (maybe) wouldn't be used as political props

"We've seen [Robin] Van Persie, [Henrikh] Mkhitaryan, [Alexis] Sanchez, so I wouldn't say no

"I think with Bailly, I look at him, I feel sorry for him at times. It was just the inconsistency with how he played

"He had some outstanding games when you're watching him the next time, he'd be really poor

Matthew McConaughey Reveals Which of His Rom-Coms Is His Least Favorite — and It's Shocking - Duration: 2:44.

Matthew McConaughey has a long history of romantic comedies under his belt. But if he had to rate them, there's one that he'd leave at the bottom of the list.

The 49-year-old actor swung by Thursday's where he addressed his rom-com past.

Asked to rank three of his movies — 2001's , 2003's and 2006's from best to worst during a tough round of the Bravo talk show's famous Plead the Fifth game, McConaughey didn't flinch.

"So that film has been my greatest mailbox money of any film," McConaughey said of the film, which co-starred Kate Hudson (and, as Cohen boasted, often plays on Bravo). "It is always on and there's always this great little check that shows up in the mail from . I did that however many years ago!"

That left , his vehicle with Jennifer Lopezand , which he starred in alongside Sarah Jessica Parker.

So which got the bottom pick?

"Let's go How to Lose a Guy…then let's go then ," he said.

Putting at the bottom of the list was shocking, considering the movie was a box office smash — landing at No.upon its release.

Those three choices are, of course, just a trio of rom-coms in which McConaughey has starred. Other films include 2008's and 2009's

Despite winning the hearts of rom-com fans everywhere, McConaughey walked away from the genre after in an effort to find more serious roles.

"My agent did a good job saying no, no, no," he told in January 2017 of turning down other rom-com scripts. "Then the studios got the message and quit sending them."

With those roles goneMcConaughey admitted that the work dried up. "There was an impasse of nothing. And there was nothing for about eight months. The anxiety was in how long will it be dry, how long will we get nothing," he said, adding that he remembered thinking, "This shakes my floor a bit."

Eventually, his patience paid off when he landed roles in the lower-budget films and , among others. By 2014, he took the Academy Awards stage as an Oscar winner for Best Actor for his portrayal of AIDS activist Ron Woodroof in

Meanwhile, elsewhere on McConaughey recalled his audition for .

"The audition went really well!" he said. "Well enough where when I left I was being glad handed and slapped on the back. 'This is what we were looking for.' Well enough where you get outside, you call your agent and you go, 'Oh, I nailed it.' "

Of course, he didn't end up getting the part — with the role of Jack eventually going to Leonardo DiCaprio. "It worked out for the best," McConaughey joked.

Werner would love it at Liverpool - even if he's on the bench - Duration: 5:11.

International sports events: who is it a test for?(Valeriy Pyakin 15.08.2018) - Duration: 17:08.

Presenter: One more question from Andrew: "You say that professional sport is the political tool, it can't be ignored.

You also say that Olympic games and FIFA Cup are some kind of management solvency tests held by the GP.

So, therefore, arise several questions: How do the US and Canada live without professional soccer?

How do Brazil, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Iran live without professional hockey and India, where there is neither soccer nor hockey?

Are these states out of politics?

Winter and summer Olympic Games and World Soccer Cup take place every four years.

It looks like that almost every year someone is tested.

For example, the OG 2014 and the FIFA Cup in Russia were acknowledged as the best games ever held, so it seems that we have passed the test.

And here is a news: Russia may apply for hosting the Olympic Games 2028. Why?

Can you explain who and why is tested, by whom and how is this tool used by the example of a few nearest OG and FIFA Cups in the past and future?"

Valeriy Pyakin: This question shows that Andrew doesn't understand the professional sport as a significant part of the world politics.

Let him look for examples himself.

I'll explain only the primary principles which the existence of the sport in the world is based on.

First of all, administrative structures are tested for the adequacy of solving the tasks.

Sport and the results of contests by themselves are not the test, they only determine the position of the state in the next world management combinations.

I told about it on the seminar in Altay. As far as I know, the video clip on sport in global politics is either published or about to come out.

Presenter: The video clip "Political results of the World Cup" is already published.

Valeriy Pyakin: Yes, that's what I'm talking about.

The question was about how do India and Saudi Arabia do without football or hockey and so on?

Firstly we live in the Eurocentric civilization.

It means that interests of Europe and the US are global.

Europe, whether we like or not, has held its policy all over the world, and it manifested itself in colonial system.

The collapse of the colonial system didn't bring the former colonies their own statehood

(obtaining their own statehood and especially – own state is still vital question for them).

Some of them possess statehood, but have no own state: for example, the British Dominion.

Some of them have neither statehood, nor state (like in Africa), both are substituted by the supranational governance.

Consequently, there is an injustice against certain states: some of them possess more rights than others.

Thus, Europe steals resources from Africa despite the numerical advantage of Africa over Europe.

Why? Because Africa is administratively inconsistent.

So, we can say that Europe is independent to choose goals, tasks and means of its governance.

Among those means there are different kinds of sport tournaments and their results.

The destruction of the USSR entailed the disappearance of fair sport.

It's not correct to say that the big sport is not relevant to other states: how about the World football championship in Quatar,

or the football championship in the US (where soccer is not popular at all) playing 3 countries (Mexico, the US and Canada).

As for our application for hosting any event: even our participation in the tender itself gives Russia an opportunity for development.

The World Cup allowed us to improve the infrastructure in 30 Russian cities.

So don't ask me why we need all this.

First of all, they wouldn't have let us develop, because we don't possess full sovereignty;

we wouldn't have been allowed to develop the infrastructure of our cities, build roads between cities, new airports

by our government which is externally controlled.

IMF orders are much more important for them than interests of Russia and our Gosudar's orders.

And the second: even if there had been any financing, all money would have been stolen fast and furious.

Everybody knows how corrupt and thievish our pro-western officials are. Their sun rises in Washington.

Even mere participation in tenders allows Gosudar of Russia to direct financing to development of Russia,

repairing and creating a new modern infrastructure in cities, sewage, road surface, gasification and so on.

That's what it's all about.

Participating in all these tournaments (with the permission of the supranational governance) allows to finance the development of Russia

and to stop the mayhem of corrupted officials who steal funds.

They ask why we need to take part in all these tournaments.

Look how Sochi is prospering, it brings real profit.

There all infrastructure is aimed at development… there was built even a children's educational center "Sirius".

There would have been nothing of the kind without Olympic Games, remember Sochi before and after the Games.

Remember cities where the World Cup took place, not only 11 cities with stadiums, other cities where teams lived.

Remember what all these cities had looked like before the World Cup and now.

Financing of such kind of projects (including state funding) allows to support even regions of Russia that were not involved in tournaments.

I mean some places are priority and GP is helping with them.

Others can be financed when with the help of priority funding we can redistribute our budget in such a way

that other regions (like Syberia, etc) get stronger financing to develop than they were supposed to if the financing was equal to everyone.

The funds are accumulated, consequently, they are distributed where necessary.

And some places can get a full-scale funding.

All these things are so easy to understand…

It has become an ordinary demand of our days to know how social supersystems are governed.

There were times when it was enough for a man to be able to read, count and write in order to take place as a person, but now it's not.

Knowing traffic laws is no longer enough even for mere walking in the street.

Everyone should know how social supersystems are governed in order to keep himself and his family safe.

Such knowledge there is only in one source - Conception of Social Safety and its main part – Sufficiently General Theory of Governance.

If you possess this knowledge all these things become clear.

We begin to understand the purpose and meaning of Army Games, their influence on governance.

It is all because, let me quote our defense minister: «Tens of millions of spectators all over the world watch them».

But they are not merely ordinar viewers, among them, there are some who are responsible for certain planning of state governance in global unions

and who execute supranational governance.

So, they watch this «remarkable game, they see these remarkable guys, who demonstrate their mastery

and they realize that they should better not mess with these fellows,

they watch and realize that the military equipment they have got is perfect, and they master this equipment perfectly.»

Thus, a peaceful sky is secured through this tournament.

Thus, we show our allies. Those, with whom we shall defend the global future as we see it.

We show our model of the whole world. We show that we are not alone!

Thus we also ask: "What can you oppose us?"

See what we have. Are you up to the challenge?

If not - just relax and let's begin solving our problems with the help of negotiations and trade, but not using a sword.

Alexander Nevski said: "Whoever comes to us with sword, will perish by the sword!"

Olimpic Games as well as all these tournaments in general achieve the same goal as Army Games.

With the help of this infrastructure Putin develops the country.

But in Greece holding the Olympic Games nearly killed the economic, this is also a certain management task, and now Greece can be talked to quite differently.

Depending on correct understanding of management processes and correct achieving of goals

an event like Olympic Games may become a great development incentive for some and economic suicide for other countries.

Look how Putin is reconstructing and improving our infrastructure with the help of all these World Cups, Olympic Games, Universiades.

And we really need it.

What examples can be given?

Considering what I have said analyze yourself all FIFA Cups, Olympic Games, what decisions, how and who they had been made by.

Analyze yourselves based on what I've told you. For example, look at how Greece was dumped and how Russia is rising.

Then watch how each state will be inscribed in global policy according to the results of the FIFA Cup 2018.

The fact is that there is one month and a half to solve a very complex task, and one of the key points in solving of it is France.

That's why it had won the FIFA cup and Macron was so strongly supported. But the US establishment began to dump Macron.

Russia needs to make at least some positive circumstances which will push others to cooperate with her.

Remember the Westworld didn't acknowledge the new socialist Russia at all, but it became partner to soviet state against a common enemy – Germany.

After the defeating Hitler's Germany and its allies a new cold war against the Soviet Union broke out, right from the 1946.

The FIFA Cup 2018 allowed to solve a task of getting into a similar partnership as we had during the World War II.

All this is so evident if you know how social supersystems are governed.

Knowledge is power!

So take this power in your hands: study books of Internal Predictor and become conceptually powerful and defend the interests of yours and your family.

Thus, let it be the end of today's programme. Are there any more questions?

As a matter of fact my question was logical.

In order to understand governance processes that are pretty much open to our eyes, we do need knowledge.

That knowledge can only be studied - no one can do this work for you.

You have to grasp and study it, and make it become yours.

There's no other way. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

If you don't do self-education, nobody will protect the interests of yourself and your family.

So I repeat once again: knowledge is power! Take that power with your own hands, protect the interests of yourself and your family.

Peaceful sky to you! See you soon!
