Man City vs Liverpool: Who makes a combined XI between the Premier League's top two - Duration: 4:25.
Manchester City host Liverpool at the Etihad Stadium on Thursday in a match which will have a huge bearing on the Premier League title race
City boss Pep Guardiola has already admitted their defence will be over if they lose to Liverpool, who are seven points clear at the top
Ahead of the game, Press Association Sport looks at the combined XI of both sides
Goalkeeper Alisson beats Brazil team-mate Ederson to the number one jersey based on this season's performances
He has conceded just eight goals in the Premier League so far and has adapted to English football exceptionally well since a £66million switch from Roma in the summer
Ederson is a title winner and has excelled at City but Alisson just edges him in this case
Defence Virgil Van Dijk is an automatic pick given his outstanding form this season
He has been imperious and looks every inch a £75million player. He is joined by Aymeric Laporte in central defence
The French defender – who is surprisingly yet to earn a senior international cap – has been central to City's title challenge this season
Andrew Robertson takes the left-back berth. The Scotland international has been an £8million bargain and with Benjamin Mendy always injured and Oleksandr Zinchenko yet to establish himself at City, it is an obvious choice
Kyle Walker takes the right-back slot just ahead of England team-mate Trent Alexander-Arnold owing to his added experience in a title race with little to pick between the pair
Midfield Perhaps the hardest selection, but it is an all Manchester City midfield
If Fabinho had played more rather than being eased in to life in England he may have edged Fernandinho but the Manchester City man gets the nod to provide the steel and defensive cover
They both average the same amount of interceptions per game but Fernandinho makes more tackles
Kevin De Bruyne's injury-hit season does not erase his quality and a fully-fit De Bruyne would make any team in the world
It may be a deeper role for Raheem Sterling but the England international also needs to be in the team
He has taken his game to a new level under Pep Guardiola, scoring nine top-flight goals and claiming six assists – with an average of 4
2 dribbles per game. Forwards At one time it would have seemed improbable to omit Sergio Aguero but Manchester City's all-time top scorer misses the cut as Liverpool dominate the front line
The trio of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino cannot be ignored. Firmino's hat-trick in the 5-1 win over Arsenal were his first league goals at Anfield this season as he adapts to a deeper role but his work rate has been outstanding
Salah's inclusion is obvious, he is the Premier League's joint 13-goal top scorer and his form since the start of last season has been phenomenal
Nine-goal Mane continues to raise his game with the 26-year-old providing an excellent foil and supply line for his striking colleagues

Ski Snowboard with an Airstream caravan in the French Alps [CC] - Duration: 15:38.
[wind noise]
Hello and welcome to Les Arcs in the French Alps
[music]
(I'm) trying to hold this camera steady while we're going up a chairlift and
it's not always easy. Currently on my first snowboarding
for many years since my knee injury that I did kite surfing. So a little bit
nervous but to to get up-to-date with how we got here let's go back and bring
you up to speed
[mellow music]
[light-hearted guitar music]
So there you have it. We're staying at the Huttopia campsite in Bourg Saint Maurice
and we got the funicular up the mountain. It's a free bus ride from the
campsite; that is if you're organised enough to put your name on the list the
night before. Most of you who know me will know that I am NOT organized and I
walked it - it was about 20 minutes to the funicular to get up the mountain and I'm
just a little bit nervous about kiting today...kiting???...snowboarding today
because it's the first time since my kitesurfing injury on my knee so let's
see how it goes but the one thing I love about snowboarding, it's not so much the
charging down the mountain, it's the mountains themselves. Look at that...
It's just... I love, I love it! Look! Oh, just amazing.
[sound of board cutting over the snow and wind whistling past the camera]
Well so far so good, I haven't killed myself yet! The knee has taken a bit of a
battering already, but you can see this is certainly the time to come because
the snow's great, there's nobody on the slopes! It's so quiet it's lovely, and I
just can't get enough of the views I really can't...
Anyway, let's charge down the mountain that way!
[sound of board cutting over the snow and wind whistling past the camera]
Just taking it easy!
[sound of board cutting over the snow]
Mind you, that bit wasn't meant to happen. Erm...oof... I kind of...um... yes, well, you see
it was like this; I was just... You see I was just... um... er... yes...
trying to get out of the way.
I think I just sit here for a minute
You know there are times...One of the timesI love most about this kind of thing is
when you stop halfway down the mountain and there's nobody around and there is
just total and utter silence
[whoosh of passing skier]
Until some flash skier comes past.
[music]
It's no good, I cannot vlog and snowboard at the same time.
Sorry! I'm a man, I cannot multitask
[ambient noise of lift machinery and people chatting]
Oh well that was really good. Really enjoyed that. Just heading back now to
the campsite...that camera's really wobbly....
Good morning! Well, that was a nice session's snowboarding two days ago.
Yesterday I wasn't too stiff either, so I was really pleased about that. But the
weather wasn't great, and the great thing is buying these half-day tickets (or four
hour tickets) as you go, you can just go as you please. So that's what we're going to
do, we're going to go up again today. Quick breakfast of porridge with nuts
and yummy stuff and then I'm going to head up for a few hours and see if we
can get to the top of the mountain, to the Aiguille Rouge, but we'll see.
But in the meantime breakfast
[cheerful music]
Well here we are again, and today with a clear sky the views are even more stunning!
I mean just look at that
[wind noise]
You know, I am not sure that I could ever get tired of this. To me, this is what
it's all about. So there's me.... HELLOOO!
and there is Mont Blanc. [Del boy accent] Mont Blanc Rodney, Mont Blanc!
Right then onwards and upwards!
Well, onwards and downwards I suppose. That's my snowboard that is.
[cheerful music]
Mont Blanc Rodney, Mont Blanc! This is the life!
[cheerful music]
Right, well that's me back at the van and just cleaning off the snowboarding kit
after another fantastic day up on the mountain. Unfortunately that's the last
full day of our trip. I've got to take Dougal to the vets now for his worming
treatment so he can get his passport stamped, as tomorrow we're heading back
to the UK and we get the Shuttle on the following day. We're gonna take two days
to get up to Calais. I have to say these past few days here in Bourg Saint Maurice in
the Alps have for me actually been the most enjoyable of the entire trip. I love
the mountains, I love the snow, it feels like a proper winter. As enjoyable as
Spain and Portugal were and I love the sunshine, and everything was half the
price than it is here, this to me feels like a proper winter and I've just...
for me personally I've just really enjoyed this and I love bringing my Caravan away
in the winter, it just feels so good to be doing something in this... in this
beautiful beautiful area. So I hope you enjoyed our little spot of winter
caravanning and our snowboarding. As ever, if you did enjoy it, please give it a
thumbs up, subscribe if you don't already and it just leaves me to say from Dougal
and from me...
Thanks for tuning in!
Right Dougal, you ready to go to the vets?
Go to the V-E-T? Going home? You're going home to the UK. Do you want to go home?
He doesn't look impressed.
He never smiles
[stomp music]
SEVENTY ONE EURO SIXTY??? HOW MUCH???? Seventy one Euro!

All right. Welcome to Speaking Louder Than Words.
Let's see what we're doing here today.
We're putting some stuff down on this.
Smoosh it all around, spread it all out.
That's a pretty nice, even coat.
All right. What do we got here?
Stencils, all kinds of letters.
Push it down nice and tight.
I would have used the roller thingy,
but apparently the hands work better.
Got most of that ink off, yay.
All right. Let's use the hands again.
No need to use the fancy roller.
All right. Couldn't really see much of that.
We'll put some more ink down.
Different ink, different spots.
Put something white on it.
A little bit too much. Nope, get it off.
Oh, hey, there's that kitchen spatula I was looking for.
She can keep it now.
Splot it all over. Splot it all over.
Roll, roll, roll, roll.
Hey, red white and blue. That's kind of patriotic.
Well, now it's purple.
We're gonna put this back down.
All right. Smooth it out.
That roller woulda worked way better, I think, but...
All right.
We have some definitely different looking paper.
A little bit of white.
That white wasn't good enough.
We'll put more white.
Gonna mix this up, spread it out, and splot it down.
Roll it out.
All right. We're gonna use a different stencil now maybe.
Possibly. All right.
All right. Tap it down.
Now we're gonna use our hands again.
Smooth it out, pat, pat, pat.
Oh, I see.
We're making a pretty design on the paper
so that she can do something with it later for art.
She's making the background with the stencils on this.
Oh not wasting any paper. That looks cool.
All right now. Now what else are we doing?
Red, yellow, blue.
Some more of that big bottle of white stuff.
Mix it all up with the spatula.
Get all the blue off.
You don't want to mix that in with there
and get green before you get the blue, you know.
Gotta have two different colors.
We're gonna have some green now, a lot of green.
Heavy green at the bottom.
I know that's from our game Catan.
Battle for Catan.
We're battling for a design.
Smooth it out with the hands.
Pretty little hands.

The Ridge Wallet: An HONEST Review On It's Better Alternative (Brain Farm BrainWallet) - Duration: 2:43.
I think this is an INCREDIBLE option. The fact that it's 35% less than an aluminum
version of the competitors (Ridge Wallet) and you know it's carbon fiber and looks badass.
this is the type of wallet that if there was ever a competition of dudes pulling
out the wallets and comparing I think I would take the cake with something like
this. If this the first time you're seeing this type of wallet and wondering how you
would use it, because it does seem weird that you have all the cards in one hole
I've been using this type of wallet for a while now so I can tell you with
confidence that this is not a ridiculous design it does work if you give it some
time to figure it out, but first off the way you access a front or back card is
you go into that little notch and you lift up that one card you pull it out
and then just slide it back in you literally just insert it into that edge
and push it through to access a middle card you push all of the cards up
squeeze the back of it and then pull out one of those middle cards super super
simple I've literally never had an issue getting a card or actually accessing a
middle card as you can see next to in a traditional regular wallet it is
absolutely tiny I've seen some reviews online about how once the cards go in
it's just as big as regular wallet... I'm like I don't know what planet you live
in or how many freakin cards you have once I've gotten my cards in there you
can see that the thickness is still thinner than a standard wallet.
This is the style that I wanted from Ridge wallet but it was far more expensive. ($115 vs $74)
let's go ahead and pop this thing open it's a really cool box really nicely
packaged essentially it's just in there in some foam. The options are limited
which in my opinion isn't a huge deal depending on what you want. They have
just the money clip and then they only have the carbon fibers there's no other
material, and there's no other colors, but I mean come on carbon fiber is freaking
badass as you can see it's basically the same exact design I think the one thing
that I noticed is this band is slightly smaller and I'm not sure if that does
anything to the function or not and then the
other thing that I noticed right off the bat is it was tighter on the ridge while
I mentioned in the video that I couldn't really burst the cards out well after a
little bit of use that thing launches the cards out every once in a while.
The next thing I like about this wallet from brain farm is
that their branding is super subtle the carbon fiber is black and their logo on
there is black as well so you don't have this like sore thumb of a logo sticking
out

Why You Need an Abundance Mindset | How to THINK Abundance 💰 - Duration: 6:29.
- Today, I'm gonna talk to you about something different,
what most people don't actually talk about,
and it's creating an abundant mindset.
♪ Working on a Wednesday, then up again the next day ♪
♪ So my so is poppin' man, I skippin' lanky leg day ♪
- See I think one of the big things in business is mindset.
Most people don't talk about it
because they have a broken mindset.
Now, you're probably watching a lot of other people's
YouTube videos, and good for you, that's great stuff.
The thing is, you're seeing all these people have all
these tactics, and that's great if you wanna build a
five-figure business, maybe a six-figure business, and you
can probably scooch your way into a seven-figure business.
For us personally, I'm trying to build a
multi-eight-figure business, I'm trying to really scale.
I have a lot of things that I want to achieve,
and inside of business, inside of
all these things, it comes from mindset.
First off, not having a scarcity mindset.
See, a lot of people won't put content out like this,
won't give the content that we give, through ads
and all that kinda stuff, just 'cause they feel that
they can charge, and sell that content.
And while sure, that's true, I have an abundant mindset.
I'll give you guys everything because one,
I know that only like five percent of you are gonna do it.
Two, I know that if I really help you,
you'll come work with us in different capacity,
you'll join our coaching program, you'll hire us for
consulting, you'll introduce us to a friend that'll help.
And so I have a more abundant mindset,
and I challenge you guys to have a more
abundant mindset in everything that you do.
Two, to have an abundant mindset, you need to be grateful.
See, a lot of people are always upset of where they are,
upset that they're not hitting the next level,
but too many times, if you ask the people that are
extremely successful, they're not upset, they're grateful.
I'm always grateful, I write, every single day,
things that I'm grateful for, and I know that sounds cheesy.
I used to think it was cheesy, too.
But it really helps me, when I hit a milestone,
or where I'm not where I wanna be,
I really sit back, and I go back into how grateful I am
that I'm able to do these things, that I'm able to work
with the people that I'm able to work with, that I'm able to
eat the way I eat, and hang out the way I hang out.
Four or five years ago, I had no business,
I didn't know what to do next, I was kinda lost and broken,
and now, you know, we have a thriving business,
we're working to build a multiple eight-figure business,
we've got a lot of things going on, and it's all great.
But I'm grateful for the times that sucked,
because I do not think that I would be here
if those times had not taught me certain lessons.
Always be grateful for where you are.
And number three, as you build your business
and you build your mindset, think bigger.
It's gonna create a bigger abundance
mindset inside of yourself, okay.
So for us, so in mindset, I used to think smaller.
When I first started, I wanted 3,000 dollars a month,
and I didn't think about groceries and food, 'cause I was
like hey, I'm gonna go to my parents house and eat.
I like could not compute making more than 3,000 dollars
a month, I was like, I don't know how that would even
happen, I can go to my parents and eat,
I just can pay for my house and cars and stuff,
with this and have some other money.
Then, it was 10,000 dollars, and then it was
100,000 dollars, and then it was a million dollars,
and now it's like multiple million dollars.
As I really noticed what's changed is my adaptation
of thinking that things are acceptable
and non-acceptable, and what do I mean by that?
A lot of entrepreneurs that are hitting five and six figures
they're stuck there, because their mind is stuck there.
I never knew that I could hit a million dollars a month
until I hit it, but once I hit a million dollars a month,
doing 100,000 dollars a month on something is just
irrelevant to me, it's just like the beginning,
it's like how people are like hey, I make 1,000
or 10,000, that's like my baseline.
My baseline's 100 grand, and I'm not saying that to
be some sort of way, or to like make you feel like I'm doing
good, no, it's like my mindset changed, and it shifted.
And so now if I start something, it has to hit 100,000
dollars within 30 to 60 to 90 days, or else it's like not
working for me, because this is just normal to me.
And, I can hit it, I've always managed to hit it,
because I see the numbers now, and it's just basic math.
But I broke out of that mindset, I shifted my mind
from being scarcity, and being like, oh well like,
what if I could hit 100, to like, alright well,
we have to do this, this is the plan.
Right, my plans are bigger, my thought process is bigger.
It's because I'm more abundant in my mindset.
And because I am more abundant in my mindset,
my strategies are bigger, and I've been able to do
these things because I've been able to
think of business in a bigger, broader scope.
Like before, I just wanted to make money.
Then, I just wanted to make money for me
and the people that were here to do okay.
Now, I have a mission, and I have a vision, and I wanna
build the largest influencer management company
in the world, work with influencers,
own brands with influencers, scale that to be like a huge
Procter and Gamble, and be the biggest one in the world.
And then I wanna have a coaching and accelerator company
that helps entrepreneurs and business people learn
how to do these things, and have one of the best
coaching and consulting companies in the planet.
Those are my two missions, that is it,
and that's all I care about, that's what I wake up to do,
that's what I wake up to like focus on, that's the videos
that I shoot, everything has a purpose now.
I'm extremely purpose-driven because I built a mission
and a vision inside of my life, and my business.
Now I'm able to show everybody hey,
are you aligned with this, is this what you wanna do?
And everyone that works here is aligned with the mission,
and the vision, and then that creates core values,
and that creates a culture, and it's just
expanded everything, and then we realized, well, if we
wanna do this, a million bucks a month just isn't enough.
We've gotta scale to a crazy amount of scale,
and that's gonna take us maybe a decade, and that's fine,
because we can hit all these goals,
because we're mission-driven, and we're
abundance mindset-driven, and we're not held by scarcity,
or other people's thought processes.
I don't care, when I go to parties and events,
and I tell people my dreams and where I am,
and people like talk negatively or tell me that I can't,
I just understand that their mindset's broken, and they
can't see the things that I can see, and that is it.
That is the difference between me and other people.
I can see the things that I want to achieve, as achievable.
And they can see the things that
they want to achieve, as dreams.
I don't dream, I have goals, and that's the huge difference.
When you shift the way you think, you shift the way you act.
And when you shift the way you act,
the shift happens on everything that you focus on,
and everything that you create.
And when you do these things, results start to happen,
and you build consistency inside of your business,
inside of your life, and every single thing that you do.
So I hope that you guys understand that and can apply
serious abundance mindset, mission-driven,
and core value-based concepts inside of your business.

How To Get A Flat Stomach When You're An Older Man - Workouts For Older Men LIVE - Duration: 29:34.
Hello, Hello Hello guys! Welcome to this live broadcast, welcome to workouts for
older men live. I am so glad you are here joining me. Happy New Year! It's good to
have you here and I am looking forward to our continuing journey just two men
you and me a little bit older we have busy lives we put a high priority on
fitness I really look forward to going on this journey with you throughout 2019
and I really appreciate you joining me for our show, Workouts for Older Men Live.
In the past year and all the time have you been with me. Some of these guys have
been with me for 20 years we've been doing this! Right, following my career as
a six-time national champion but I tell you this I'm really so excited there's
so many men being introduced to this passion this energy my message had to be
effective and efficient when you're a little bit older was busy productive
life... so many men: winners! I'm so thankful that you found me we found each other
you're winners in life you have a great family life that you work hard for great
business life you have your own business maybe you're in a management
leadership position and maybe you used to really take care of yourself really
spend that time in the gym before you took on all the responsibility and now
you're back! Welcome back! Some of you guys you took
care of all that while I was you know stop and training, eating, sleeping,
winning contests for so many years you were taking care of a business and now
you're here putting fitness as a very high priority hey I am now here with you.
And I want to share with you what I learned the most effective inefficient
strategies you know not going overboard I mean there's so much information out
there you know you I know that you know that when it comes to fitness, so much
overwhelm, so much confusion... if you could just get the right answers! All
right well I just have to be so complicated? Especially you, you know
you're a winner, you're successful in life, why does this fitness thing have to
be so complicated? Well,l I want to help you from our perspective...the 80/20 rule
I mean there's out there preaching on the Internet
"Do these 100 things!" And the younger passionate fitness experts I mean it's
their life! It's everything they think about it's
their identity, good for them... man I remember what that was like all right
and they're telling you all 100 things so to speak are so important, you have to
do them all, and you know what, if you're like most men you look in the mirror and
you know you're putting in the work, you're dedicated, watching your training
eating. I mean guys your age they don't even work out, right they don't put in
the effort you're a lot better than that but you want to look a lot better you
look in the mirror and think you know I should be getting a lot more than this. A
lot more more muscle, less body fat you know for all this after that I'm putting
in and you know with the younger passionate fitness experts telling you
you gotta do all 100 things, so to speak and they're all important your wonder
well is it maybe because I didn't do this maybe it's my training routine
maybe I'm overtraining maybe I under training maybe it's that my carbs at
night or whatever it may be you're confused well just like in most things
in life there's 20 things so to speak out of those 100 that make the biggest
impact that you need you need to double down triple down cross every I dot every
t totally follow through with those 20 things and that will have the biggest
impact a lot of those things you know 21 through 100 so to speak you really don't
have to do and that's what I've learned and that's what I want to share with
this 80/20 rule when you're a busy man productive life you're a little bit
older trying to make sense out of all this information that's why I come to
you that's what this is all about welcome to workouts for older men life
hey if you are watching this live go ahead and post your comments or
questions or suggestions down below maybe at the end of this broadcast I'm
gonna acknowledge you for being here hello Mike Basile Happy New Year Robby
mark Zama Tim I've been Seth Samir Yosef Evandro Sean Dale could have you're Pete
Robert good to have you here musashi all right I'm gonna acknowledge you what
I do it at the end of the slide broadcast during this live broadcast
when I log off all throughout the day all throughout the week I want to make
this interactive all right so if you're watching me on Facebook at
skip look or page or if you're watching me on youtube I love you guys on YouTube
YouTube community is growing very quickly very passionately so glad you
guys are here I'm so glad we found each other go ahead and post your comments
questions and suggestions down below in this video I want to talk about how to
get a flat stomach when you're an older man alright so in this video I want to
talk about how to get a flat stomach many of the men who watch workouts for
older than enliven and follow this message you know they're working out in
the gym I mean they like they look pretty good definitely better than the
other men their age right but those guys aren't really working out they got the
arms you know their lean legs looking good but the stubborn fat around the
midsection right so there's so many things to consider you see me doing some
crunches with the weights there I'm gonna do another set here while other
driven ambitious men come on to this live broadcast right so you know about
the exercise what's the right exercise routine you're about so much about diet
right diet to show those ABS and there's so much to think about when it comes to
your diet right so much confusing so much over them a lot of you guys you
know I know it's like maybe it's you you got the training down you're
passionate you're willing to put in the work it's just that diet don't know
where to start it's overwhelming right but all that is
going to contribute have that flat stomach and in this video I could
probably talk about it for two hours right so I talked to my one-on-one
coaching students all about how to make sense of all this but I want to give you
some nonda negotiables all right absolutely must do out of all those
strategies if you're a little bit older you have a busy productive life and you
want to earn a flat stomach I'm going to talk about that you know I'm going to
give you some organizing principles non-negotiable must do if you want to
have that flat stomach when you're a little
bit older and you have that busy productive life so I'm gonna do another
set I'm gonna come back make sure you post your comments your questions and
suggestions down below
alright guys the new year is here I am fired up I haven't fired up I have so
many men who have already joined my 12-week Fitness transformation journey
it's gonna be starting a little bit later this month but we had a lot of
ambitious men already start I know I saw Bobby's here right and so this is 12
weeks but it's not just some generic posted 12-week transformation contest
some cookie cutter that everybody follows the same thing you know I want
real lasting change and you know how I do things I love the personal connection
so I can kind of talk you through what you know
build upon what you know dispel all these things that are confusing you and
get you straight it starts with three one-hour private one-on-one coaching
sessions with me on the phone first we get our goal-setting session one hour
that's recorded and then the second session is all about training right get
all these things at what's going to take for you to feel certain in confident
with your training routine the third week and the third call all these calls
are recorded so you have them for our gonna learn from over and over and over
again months from now even a year from now when you hear about our conversation
when you grow and expand the third conversation or third coaching session
is about nutrition all right we're gonna get that down I'm gonna give you the
organizing principles what you need to know create a diet that is specifically
designed for you right then I stay in contact with you every week up until
when we start our 12-week journey but you get so many bonuses in addition to
my courses I'm starting an online daily journal that I'm going to show you guys
but it's just gonna be for all the men who joined this 12-week transformation
going to see all my training routines my particularly diet my ups and downs and
all around all documented in this daily training room that's an added bonus to
my guys who sign up for this 12-week Fitness transformation journey for older
guys with a busy productive life go to skip liqueur calm France
transformation so later on this month we saw a 12-week journey three months with
me three months every week we have a conference where we're all joined I'm
gonna break it down you'll know that 80/20 how it applies to you by the time
we're done and I'm gonna pace you guide you you know there's a saying that says
a mine once expand it can never go back to its original form meaning once you
understand a concept right once you've lived a life you'll never want to go
back to how it used to be you know I say a body once expanded once you know how
to train and eat and you know how it feels to be in control of your body and
be certain in confidence you'll never go back to the way you are and that's the
real lasting change in this 12-week fitness transformation journey for older
men with busy productive life 12 conference calls you get the recordings
if you can't make alive but the best thing about it we talk 10 or 20 minutes
every single week throughout the journey it's real connection alright real
lasting change go to scoop of Cour calm frontslash transformation there's still
time we can start our coaching calls right away right if you're at all
interested fill out that form I'll talk to you I'll call you on the phone see if
it's a good fit for you but you really want this new year let's make this
happen all right in this video I want to talk
about how to get a flat stomach when you're an older man with a busy
productive life right the men who I deal with all right the men who I deal with
right maybe they're just getting into the fitness but they're serious about it
you know they they're taking it seriously they're successful in business
and life they're winners and they're trying to speed up the process to
understand this Fitness and that's where they come to me right so I have talked
about hundreds and hundreds I've talked to you on the phone you know I go ahead
and just post it down below right I live and breathe and I don't I love the
internet I love these live broadcasts as you can see but how I learn I put in my
10,000 hours if you Malcolm Gladwell right if you heard his book to become a
true master you got to put in your 10,000 hours of mastery I put that in
over these 30 years their fitness but I talk to you guys a lot of times guys
just sign up for my mailing list for older men
I'll just welcome phone call and we get into conversations that's how I know the
information that you need right I put in my time as your coach and as your friend
all right so I know the struggle so you're you're doing better than most
right everybody you appreciate what you're doing you're a lot better off
than the men your age but you're putting in the work and you just want to see
more the biggest challenge is that midsection just how to get a flat summit
you know I produced videos there on social media about how to get a six-pack
right but what I've realized is some of us just want to get that flat stomach
everything else is looking good we can just get that flat stomach what are the
challenges there right so you see me doing some ab exercises right those
weighted crunches and a lot of guys think you know that - sit-ups every
single day what's the right ab routine in the gym to get that flat stomach no
let me just tell you something you do exercise like I've done before you know
I've got all kinds of routines for you and when you join my 12-week Fitness
transformation and you have plenty of routines for the rest you're alive right
that I'll give you but it's not going to be in the training routine that's gonna
give you the flat abs you're gonna build that muscle where you train it three
times a week twice a week once a week every single day you know those crunches
that you do all the weight at work even all your training when you you tighten
your core right that's gonna build that muscle but if you have that body fat
you're never gonna get that flat stomach and I know many guys say skip I know
it's nutrition right I've learned at this level that you know those exercises
help but it's my nutrition a 80% nutrition 20% training right I know what
it takes but I do watch what I eat right but I still can't get that flat stomach
right there are some questions that really smart guys really dedicated guys
there's some things that they're missing so I want to tell you three things if
you really want that flat stomach if you want to earn it there are some
non-negotiables right absolute must that you must know and you must execute right
now I talk a lot about the extreme strategies
you know where the younger fitness experts who that's all they think about
it's their identity they talk about all 100 things that you have to do and some
aren't important some are and you're just confused you're trying to do
everything can't fit it all in maybe you're not even getting yourself going
right so I am NOT talking to have that flat stomach you got to have a meal prep
Sunday where every single Sunday you're preparing your meals for the entire week
I'm not saying got to have plastic containers and pack your food everywhere
you go even when you go to a restaurant even with your friends I'm not saying
any of that extreme behavior right I'm not even saying you got to stop and eat
in strategically two to three hour increments like you know what I was I
was taught and what I was what I did in the past all those extreme measures oh
that's what it takes you know it doesn't I'm not even telling you you don't even
have to break them in smaller more frequent meals six meals right I am not
telling you those extreme things that you have to do to have that flat stomach
that you may hear isn't that maybe overwhelming but there are some things
you definitely have to again they're not negotiable if you want to be you're
already in the top probably twenty percent of men your age but you want to
get in that elite status you want to get closer to me okay so these are some
things that you're just gonna have to do it's just the price you're gonna pay the
right of passage the right of admission to have the body that you want if you
just can't get that flat stomach can you think you're training hard and watch
your diet the first thing is you got to know how many calories that you eat you
just have to write I know that you hear these things like oh you can't worry
about calories just eat right right that's that's for people most of the
nutrition information is for people really overweight they're not that
determined they're not that focus yet the Chinese just ease them in give them
simple strategies that maybe they'll stick to you're not at that point that's
where most of the information is so when you hear that you don't have to you
don't have to care about how many calories that you eat it's just not true
you have to have a starting point Here I am in the Sanford
Gobert if I want to get into New York City I got anymore I'm starting from to
get there all right when we want to eat the right foods and we want to eat in
the most efficient manner for our body to lose that fat to get that flat
stomach we have to have a starting point you have to know how many calories you
and again I know the you know you can count your macros but counting your
macros and counting your calories just to let you know if you're confused it's
really the same thing if you count your macros all you're just not doing is
you're not extending their arithmetic you know times four for the protein
times four for the carbohydrates times nine for the fats equal in calories so
you know you're counting your calories when you're counting your macros just a
few steps less than that and the arithmetic right but it's the same thing
we got to get a measure of where we are right you know that you have to eat in a
caloric deficit you know finding what your metabolic rate that's just
something that you just can't get from a computer right or an app it can just
guesstimate it's always going to guesstimate low so we get those people
who just need to lose weight they're 30 pounds overweight it's not gonna work
for you right but we have to have a starting point right who knows you might
start at 2,000 calories 2500 calories 2700 calories a man like you who's
dedicated to training and eating right to have that body that's in the top 10
percent even though you're in a little bit older this is what you're gonna have
to do we got to get that baseline all right so you got to know how many
calories you're eating at least for a period of time right that's not
negotiable so if you called me and said skip I can't get this flat stomach right
I do this exercise I watch what I eat here's my diet and all and if I ask you
how many calories are you D and you don't know you're not in the game yet
it's non-negotiable you have to know this all right
regardless of whatever you've heard that's the starting point and we have to
build upon they're not saying you have to weigh food every single day measure
out food in portions not saying you have to do all that right not the extreme
measures but you have to know how many calories that you eat here's one other
thing that if you if you don't have the flat stomach the everyone if you
don't have the body you want if you're not lean enough and you know what to do
you're just maybe not doing it enough a lot of times what I what I get from guys
is that they believe that their standards are high enough and what I
mean within not necessarily quality food you know they stick to their diet but
it's just they don't stick to their diet as often as they need to
alright so by that what I mean is like seven days out of the week right I don't
know whatever it is you want right are you gonna eat in the way you know you
should to have that body all seven days six days five days four days three days
right if you're not getting what you want you have to raise your standard so
if it's three days right now where you eat perfect you execute a properly you
gotta raise your standards it's all about standards right but the thing is
we have to eat those calories that you come up with at least at this point we
got to eat them consistently right we can't go up and down like three three
hunt for no calories more sometimes three or four hundred calories under
sometimes we can't weigh around we got to be consistent again those standards
where we eat the quality foods we stick to our diet we have that caloric intake
so our body gets used to what we're doing we have to have those higher
standards and one other point as we you know I could break this down for three
hours but one other non-negotiable point is that what I found the most successful
men the most successful men they eat the same foods probably good 60 to 70
percent of the time of all those meals that they just if they 5 meals a day
seven days a week right there's a lot of meals right about seven see 70% are the
same foods the ones that work right you know what I eat in the morning all the
time I probably eat it for I don't even know a couple years is all eat scrambled
eggs white rice and guacamole right I don't look at food and most of the men
who really do this they don't look at every single meal as this entertainment
source of inner Internet five days or five times a day you know what I want to
might taste like right they really settle down in the
foods the meals that work alright at least 60 to 70% done that's just the
right of passage right they don't spend so much time creating a different menu
all the time all right so I don't know where you are if that's you know when
you get in this habit you look forward to those meals even though the same
things and then they save those in whatever 40 30 % of the meals at night
one with their family to connect on business lunches or business meetings or
the weekends with their families right I'm not talking about extreme measures
if you really want to have that flat stomach the meals that work that you
know that work that fit in your macronutrient ratio within your caloric
intake for the day right sixty percent or so 60 70 percent are the same old
meals that's just what I've learned from the most successful people so I can go
on we can you know nutrition as you know is a complex topic those things but I'll
tell you if you are putting the effort into the gym you are watching what you
you look better than most your a little bit or this is a high priority for you
those are the three things that are not negotiable they are basic organizing
principles that you absolutely must do you have to know how many calories
you're eating you have to have high standards if you're not doing it of
eating those calories on a consistent basis eating that way on a consistent
basis if you're doing it for five days at a seven and that's not making it you
gotta raise your stamps it may be six and maybe seven
it may be 13 out of 14 days you got to have those high standards and the vast
majority of your meals maybe 60 to 70 percent are the meals that work they're
not some source of entertainment or just tasty tasty tasty meal so the meals that
work and you save those enjoyable meals the creativity the entertainment for
nights of her weekends for business trips those times with their families
alright so those are just some organizing principles when it comes to
earning that flat stomach yeah and you're not gonna get it from your
training routine that's gonna build that muscle even if you do it every day even
if you have five plates when you're doing the weight all right it's just
gonna build that muscle underneath it's not going to show it's still gonna be
covered with that fat and those are some things you just got
to know right I guys like I said if you're at all interested I've got so

An Artistic Journey # 6 MY 2019 ART GOALS! - Duration: 15:08.
we are gonna talk about the goals that I had set for 2018 and the goals that I
want to set for 2019 the goals that I set for 2018 I feel were a little bit
ambitious but I think that it's good to set goals so that you can get your goals
achieved so yeah let's get into it we're gonna go and I'll show you a painting
that I've been working on and just maybe in my sketchbook or whatever I got a new
sketchbook the hahnemuhle so if you want a review on that then that will
certainly come I feel like I just want to sit down and do this video and get it
out of the way I know that I said that I was gonna bring better videos to you
guys and I feel like this is a good video but it's not the kind of video
that I was thinking in my mind but you won't know the difference because you
haven't really seen the better videos but in 2019 I am definitely gonna make
better video because I'm actually planning and producing those right now
2018 goals my first goal was to make more ambitious videos editing recording
and set up that kind of got put on hold because I got chucked at my house and
then live in hotels for two weeks and I got put in temporary accommodation and
now I'm here so I did get a six months kind of juggle of me not being able to
be comfortable in my environment and I think that's why I didn't really achieve
this goal as much as I wanted to but I think I have upped my game a little bit
I feel like I didn't fail that but it still needs a little bit of work my
second goal was to open an online store and I actually did to do that in fact I
opened three officially really I started working on my red bubble a lot more I
started working on iINPRNT as well and I also decided to open an Etsy very before
the time that I wanted to because I just feel like my Etsy is kind of sitting
there unused and not I'm not promoting it as much because I'm not as proud of
it and I do feel that if you are not ready to do something then
you shouldn't do it but you should really think about doing it soon because
I have been wanting to open an online store for three years now and I haven't
done it yet until now and the reason was because I
was like oh I'm not ready I haven't got enough products my products aren't good
enough like all those things if that's the case then open it and just try it
and see like if you have enough product to sell just do it but I don't have
enough product to sell in my eyes. Mira and Tor and Katy were just like go
for it open it open it I did number three was to make more original art
rather than references a lot I could still use references but the references
were not to be recognizable in my artwork and I think I've done that I
have made a lot of original artwork that I am proud of and I'm happy to say that
is mine and it's a lot more than what I did last year and I'm really happy and
super excited for the coming years for original artwork number four is study
Anatomy more and I did do that but I've stopped kind of drawing people I don't
draw people as much it just doesn't make me happy anymore and the reason it
doesn't make me happy is because I can't do it in the New Year I don't know if I
want to try and continue to draw Anatomy one of my Big main focuses for last
year was to draw myself and animated characters and people and stories and
stuff like that but I'm not sure if that's gonna be my focus next year or
not I really want to do that still but I just think that it's too disheartening
and I've been struggling with that for so long that I just want to take a break
from it and work on more objects that don't move objects that move but or not
humans or people or whatever so then backgrounds and environment no I
didn't work on that and the reason it I didn't work on most of these is because
I stripped back my art a lot I said right I don't know how to do most stuff
that I want to do what can I do to change it how can I improve and the way
to do that was just to go back to basics and I think that that was the best
decision rather than trying to meet all these unrealistic goals that I had for
myself so the next one it was create two characters no I didn't create two I only
created one and that was salad and he's still not down like he's still not I'm
still not comfortable drawing him as much as I would like to be I'm
struggling really bad with that and I don't know how to help
myself get it better like I don't know how to draw him I don't know how I want
him to be I kinda have a vision in my mind like I wish somebody would just
draw him for me and then I could just copy it but that's not how it works
you're supposed to come up with these ideas yourself but I'm really happy with
the way that salad looks sometimes and some things I'm not a salad is my mouse
by the way and I think that a lot of the times I feel like I just made a mouse as
a character just because Tor and Katy have one and I'm like well they're my
little art group I won't want as well but I think that I should make a
character that I like but I did like salad, salad was em, salad is good I
just need to kind of tweak him to be my own kind of character and I don't know
whether I want to make it more human and have clothes or weather I want to make him
more Tor style just be a little tiny mouse so I don't know yet but at
least I did try a number seven kinda slash six like it's kinda part of six is
to stylize myself and draw myself as a character I actually did do that I don't think I shared it with
you oh it's on my tablet I'm looking around for it and it's actually here. I stylised
myself to the point where I felt comfortable with it but I don't know how
to draw any other way I think that this is kind of the style that I was going for
sort it is on my reflective bubbly iPad but I did stylise myself so I can say
that I had that goal but I just don't know how to draw myself over and over
again in different situations the next one was to complete six sketchbooks and
I definitely did not do that I have posted my annual sketchbook tour
already if you want to go and check that out it will be in the cards but I don't
feel disheartened by that because I think sketchbooks six sketchbooks
especially since I've switched to watercolor sketch books is a lot so I
think I'm gonna cut that in half maybe even just do two although two sketch
books in a year since not enough to me I want to do more but we'll see anyway
bring out merch no I didn't do that and I don't think I really want to do that
number nine was finished the Strathmore portrait book and no because I stopped
doing portraits and colored pencil I still want to finish that book and
I just don't think that I want to do portraits in colored pencil anymore I'm
having a bit of a me over that I don't know what to do about that
I want to finish that book but I don't want to do color pencils I don't know
even why I set myself that cool because I don't think I was doing colored pencil
that much back then number 10 was challenges to do meet the artist 50
things mermay inktober I did meet the artist and I did do some other
challenges but not the 30 day challenge like sketchbook summer as
well I didn't do that and the reason I didn't do that was because I decided to
focus on developing my sketching more and my watercolour more didn't do
inktober didn't do mermay didn't do 50 things cuz I just couldn't draw it but
this year I do think that I want to at least focus on doing inktober because I
thought I felt left out this year when I wasn't doing that so I think I'm gonna
do Inktober this year and I'm gonna plan it in advance and then number 11 do
Christmas sketchmas no I didn't do
that Christmas art I really wanted to make an
illustration to do with art this year and I ended up not doing that because I
just couldn't draw you know what it's okay it doesn't matter I still could do it
there's still time but I just don't feel confident enough to be able to draw that
kind of thing yet number 12 was to do more collabs and yes I did do more
collabs in fact I think I went a little bit crazy especially in October
and I'm really happy that I did them that was one of the best times very
stressful because they did them all in October but I think I was stressing out
because I've seen that goal and I was like oh my god I made a goal to do more
collabs and I've only had two so I need to do more and I just shoved them all in
in one month it's just a case of approaching people more planning ahead
and making sure that you ask people because if you don't ask people you will
never receive but I'm really happy and really appreciative to all the people
that decided to collab with me this year and I definitely want to do more next
year so number 13 was just numbers related
it's always the last thing on the list was 3,000 subs and no I didn't do that I
am about 700 off maybe 630 odd off but that's alright it's cool we'll get 300
next year I'm sorry 3000 next year a fact we'll get 5000 next year I
think now on to the good bit the 2019 goals now before I went through a
kind of like self-indulgent change in my life this is when I wrote these goals so
some of them might be wrong I'm gonna try and narrow it down as much as
possible while I'm talking to you but I will be going over and posting them
somewhere to show you like what goals I want to focus on exactly so the first
one that I wrote is 5,000 Arty fam members because
I know that I want to keep on growing this channel and I feel like that's a
realistic goal for me and then do two to three art videos a week that is
probably not gonna happen because I don't want to overload myself and I want
to be able to make good quality content for you and the favourites art video
that I just posted recently it took me like three or four days to edit and that
wasn't even as good as I want the videos to be so yeah I don't think I'm gonna do
two to three art videos I think I will do weekly vlogs art vlogs on just my
normal Friday post Instagram post daily question mark and now the reason I put a
question mark on that is because I just can't do it like I've I just can't but
if I do more art I post more art so the goal for that would be probably better
written as post on Instagram every time you finish I don't wait for videos
don't wait for that don't wait for that just post on Instagram like treat it as a
separate platform basically I've put open an art shop on there because I actually
wrote these before I opened my art shop so we can just skip that one. Create
original character I don't think I'm actually that bothered about creating an
origianl character this year so no do one sweet treat food illustration per
month probably not either we're going to come back to that watercolour sketch
and sketchbook everyday that's what I want to do I do want to watercolour in my
sketchbook every single day at least a little bit and I want to draw
inspiration from this to make into actual art prints and art products so to
watercolor sketch in my sketchbook every single day and instead of doing one
sweet treat illustration per month I'm gonna do whatever illustration I
want whenever I want as long as it's consistent digital
sticker sets I do want to create digital sticker sets and I did set a goal for
myself to make a 2019 digital bullet journal planner thing and have
sticker sets come along with that but I think my goals and my aspirations
have changed slightly from that and I want to focus on doing stickers but not
cater to anybody else just cater to stickers that I would like and then sell
them on Etsy printing them myself and all that stuff so I do need a little bit
of extra supplies to do that Learn Anatomy is always gonna be a goal of
mine and I will keep that there and probably never achieve it should be
going to goals thinking that but honestly I've just been trying to learn
Anatomy for so long has just been rubbish but I think that I am gonna
definitely instead of having this sketchbook all the time like I'm gonna
work in that everyday as well but I want to also work in a sketchbook like this I
don't care about that I can just sketch in and practice with
that as well plan art better ie thumbnails so rather than just going
straight and thinking about the thing and drawing it I want to actually do some
thumbnailing on my art and come up with different concepts and ideas to see what
one's best and then obviously go with the better
one learn to draw self yes I want to draw myself but it's not on the top of
my priority list participate in more challenges don't really care about that and
use inktense pencils more I do want to use my supplies a little bit more than I
have been so that is a valid point so what I think instead of having all these
goals here we're gonna we're gonna break it down to a few so we're gonna have a
practice art ever day whether that be watercolor or Anatomy an-at-omy I
always have to think how to spell that sketches okay so that's goal number
one practice art everyday goal number two be better at social
media and networking and I'm gonna put in brackets there as well
promotion because I'm rubbish upon my things I always feel really cheeky when
I'm from one my stuff number three is use all fave art supplies
number four build art shop and then I'll put slash brand because I want to build my brand up as well
my next goal put 5,000 arty fam members number six is plan Better art, videos, life in general and I
think that'll do so from those practice art every day whether it be watercolour or
Anatomy sketching and stuff better at social media and networking and
promotion use all favourite art supplies so all the art supplies I have
keep on using them build our shop up slash brand continue to grow
my youtube channel and plan better IE art videos and life I think there will be
more that I'll add to that sub categorizing those goals I just want to
really focus on finding what works for me and what I want to do in the future
and all that stuff before I start making big life decisions and goals because I
just feel like I'm getting my life together right now like my brain is so
scattered most of the time that I do not know where I'm coming and where I'm
going so I think little tiny baby steps will be the best to start with and
obviously I'm gonna maybe make a little thing about making goals more accessible
and easy to see because I've already lost them I don't know where they went there we go I found them
okay this video is long so I'm gonna end it here thank you so much for watching
guys I hope that you guys are excited for 2019 and I hope that you have an
amazing safe new year and I love you guys and I'll talk to you in 2019
WOOOO bye!

My Plans For The Channel In 2019 & A Few Announcements!!! - Happy New Year - Duration: 12:01.
hey guys happy new year it's 2019 I cannot believe it oh wow it's 2019 we're
officially there happy new year everyone this video is to give you guys a little
bit of an update as to where the channels headed in 2019 and I'm signed
on day one with gained out this little video there's gonna explain to you
what's gonna be happening because I've always wanted to do certain things with
this channel and I've always want to do things that I've not done because I'm
afraid of what people say think new and that's always been my fear and I don't
want to be like I think I've got I think you guys have earned enough respect for
me and I got enough respect for you guys that we can I can do things that I've
been dying to do so it's all additional content the reviews are staying that's
no problem look at all the content behind me I have so much to do that's
going nowhere you like at Christmastime and earlier in maybe our November time I
started pumping out two videos a day both review videos and you guys might
subscribe account jumped and you guys seemed to really enjoy having more
content from me that's gonna continue throughout 2019 not we've just reviews
though I've got other bigger plans for this channel and certain weekly videos
that I want to put out there now I know I've made it a staple on this channel
where I do the toy hunt every single week and that's staying
I love the weekly talking on video and show you guys what's out there in the
stores but I've got a better idea and another way that I can update you as to
what's in the shops and give you guys an update on the toy industry how I'm
feeling my thoughts and feelings movies and stuff like that and it's gonna be a
weekly show I'm gonna put out every Saturdays in a video podcast style where
I can invite all the people on to talk to me and we can have a chat and I'm
also looking for a co-anchor so if anybody out there wants to get involved
please let me know and I am looking for a co-anchor for this and you know what
it's gonna be a weekly podcast it's gonna go out every single Saturday at 3
p.m. haven't got a name for yet so if anybody
wants to suggest the name in the comments below it's gonna go out every
Saturday it's gonna update you guys on what things are like in B&M what's in
home bargains right now where are the best deals
whatever in demand toy Khepera toys and all that kind of why
they got on offer and I've got good relationships would be with all these
like websites and all these suppliers and toy reviews and I get on well with
other people in the community and I want to invite them people on not just other
youtubers but you guys too might be able to call in on skype and talk to me I'd
love that so that's gonna start happening I haven't got a start date for
it's probably gonna be February but we are looking to start that ASAP so
comment below if you've got a name for it now other things I've got planned
we've got the the London toy fair 2019 that's happening in January really
excited I'm going down and I think we're gonna be checking out YouTube ad cause
you know the YouTube space London well I'm in London and we're also gonna be
staying overnight and then going to London Toy Fair the following day now
I'd like to arrange a supersorrell London meetup on the Saturday this
around me on the Monday night and so if anybody is interested let me know in the
comments or if anyone can recommend a place for the me up as well cuz I'm not
a Londoner I don't know but I'd love to a range of London me up so if anyone's
interested you know please comment below that's definitely something I wanted to
saw how and as well we've got the we've got the Disney World vlogs in March
that's gonna be a big thing this year cuz I'm gonna be checking out avatar one
Star Wars there's a lot of them gonna see what Marvel stuff they've got going
on in Disney World nowadays like merchandise wise and we're also gonna be
doing vlogs on the new Toy Story land and as well as toy hunts well some in
America and hopefully I'm gonna try and meet up with some American youtubers
vloggers toy reviews so hopefully I can saw all that kind of stuff out really
excited that's in March I've got to stop animation that I've been working on for
some time now that I've been telling you guys about a little bit here in there
and I want to definitely bring it to fruition in 2019 the first one of the
two that I want to do the first one is a stop animation which I'm calling the
Disney's Disney Guardians and it features rocket racoon Yoda
stitch and spider-ham each of them defending their own universes come
together to fight the greater evil the villain for the piece is gonna be a poor
mind as well as a bunch of other disney villains spider-man in a villains from
Marvel Star Wars it's gonna be a lot of fun and it's gonna be is comedy based
it's not meant to be taken seriously it's just a little bit of a laugh so
there'll be some skits and things thrown in man that should go out and about
twice a month so I'll be doing that as well at 2019 and there's a secondary
show that we're working on I'm working on I've been trying to work on it with a
friend now for some time and I think it's gonna be a great thing to try and
work on in 2019 to get it out to you guys it's about little green army men
you know when you're a kid and used to play with a little green plastic man
well what happens when you leave them they come to life Toy Story style right
and they're funny they think they're the biggest action heroes on the planet and
they're two inches tall and they're their little problems are our our life's
biggest problems so I'm really looking forward to doing that as well and it's
called plastic author something I'm definitely looking at making in 2019
there's a lot going on guys and I've got a lot of plans and a lot of ideas the
weekly shows are gonna be awesome so the podcast on a Saturday and then on a
Sunday we're gonna be doing I'm gonna be doing something called showcase someday
it's something that we've been going on in a couple of my groups that I'm a
member of where people show off their collections every single Sunday so I
plan on doing that but in a different way each Sunday it will be a different
theme it might be symbiotes Sunday where I show up all the symbiote characters I
have from the spider-man universe it might be bounty hunter Sunday where I
show of all the bounty hunters and either way I'll show off something from
my collection every week as a way of showcasing what I've got in my
collection because I've got so many boxes and bins full of figures now where
are there there yeah there's some bins over there there's all this behind me
there's all the display and there's this even on my desk about two bins and I've
got a bit of a side of the desk all the figures so it's gonna be great
way of showcasing them to you guys so supersorrell showcase Sunday's will be
coming out weekly every Sunday whoa that's a lot of stuff pod casts
weekly shows don't forget live streams live streams every time I get something
to unbox now going forward in 2019 basically when I get deliveries from
Kapow or ID toys or whoever I'm gonna open them alive on camera because I
think that's more fun and it's interactive and I can explain to you
guys better when their reviews are coming what I'm gonna do what my plans
are what you guys want to see from those reviews it's a more interactive way of
doing things so that's definitely happening in 2019 two more live streams
so hit that note gnarrk I speak the notification bell because that's the
only way you're gonna find out guys as well in 2019 there's something I need to
do as well for myself and my well-being I've ignored my body now for three years
trying to do this YouTube thing and trying to act I've let things go pretty
badly around me to be honest I've kind of ignore the world around me to focus
on doing this YouTube thing and put content out and I need to take
responsibility for what I've done in my body and what I've done to myself I need
to drastically lose some weight drastically I've got high blood pressure
my little my I've got a prosthetic leg as you know it's not fitting properly
I've got a colostomy as you know and I'm having trouble with that I've damaged my
body a lot over the years with my weight and I need to sort this out now I need
to do this and this isn't like a new year new me thing this is me being real
if I don't sort it I'm probably going to die so I need to sort this out I need to
fix my health problems and so that's gonna be happening as well this year
you'll probably see me losing bigger quite a bit of weight needs down he
needs them I can't I can't stand for more than five minutes I'm you know I'm
not happy so needs salt that out and that's just me being real who weight has
been lifted I've talking about that tell you that much and there's a lot going on
guys as you know as you can see I've got all some stuff happening we've got deals
left right and centre and coming into it we've got companies wanting to get
involved I'm living it right now it's a great time doing what I do and I'm
always open and honest with you guys and real with you and I'll always talk to
you open nicely that's what I've done from day one like and I don't hide the
fact that we get stuff I always tell you straight away off the
bat this has been sent to me by blah they did this for me blah just because I
want to be open and honest with you and I don't want to be one of these online
select light youtubers that like the four that push products upon an audience
and don't explain to them fully aware the guarding from if they paid for it
you know what I mean I always say to if I've paid for products or ever been sent
a product I think that's just open honest communication and I hope you guys
you see that and you don't mind the brand deals and things that we get
because it is a lot of fun to get some of these bigger figures bigger toys that
I couldn't possibly afford like we we have there where the Star Wars helmets
we had the Finney gauntlet I couldn't have bought them on my own so big thanks
to people at Hasbro they're able to send those through to us and I'm am being
real when I say things like Kapow toys haven't paid me to say this day Jen we
haven't like Kapow an idea I've got much respect for those guys and time-travel
toys as well Toys in the Attic these are all people
that I use to pre-order my figures and I love the relationship I have with them
so I wouldn't pass that over the world I'm bubbling a bit now so I'm gonna go
but guys I hope you're excited for 2019 like I am I hope you're looking forward
to all these new stuff that's gonna be happening on the channel I'm very giddy
about it make sure you follow it as an Instagram cuz a lot of stuffs gonna be
going down there as well we have YouTube stories here on YouTube some people have
been mentioning that I have stories here on YouTube and I have the community page
on YouTube but it doesn't yeah I don't have the interact ability that I want
from it Instagram does so I'm gonna be posting up on Instagram quite a lot as
well plus that's where I'm action photography lies and a lot of behind the
scenes stuff is gonna be so make sure you follow along on my insta I use no x2
the beginning of the video I've changed from a snap code the insta code so you
guys can follow on there's gonna be more day like vlog stuff style stuff I'm
gonna try and pump out as many videos as I come this year I'm gonna try and smash
those goals and see where we could take the channel in 2019 cuz it came a long
way in 2018 we went from like 9,000 to almost 19,000 in the space of like eight
nine months things just went out crazy towards the mid part of last year and I
want that to continue I want to see where we can go with this
now I'm on board for the ride I wasn't originally if you guys remember I create
this channel as a bit of fun never thought anything that happened with it
and then there's just these big comings own beast now and I love it I think it's
great but yeah we'll see what things hold this year hey guys wishing you and
your family the bestest of New Year's I hope you guys have a very very awesome
New Year's I hope you're all recovering from last night's partying at New Year's
Eve parties or whatever you ended up doing let me know what what you're doing
today in the comments down below also don't forget to give us a name for
the podcast down below and I hope you're excited for everything we've got planned
thank you very much for watching as always I'm your host supersorrell and
I'll see you in the next video may the force be with you bye
