today you're gonna find out how to store your bitcoins or any other

cryptocurrencies and we're starting right now

fun fact bitcoins aren't actually coins they're bundles of information and a

Bitcoin wallet is just simply a place to store your private keys so that you can

access them to send or receive your funds so they come in different forms

designed for different types of devices you can also get a paper storage to

avoid having them on a computer at all you know because some people are afraid

of hackers which you know sometimes your accounts can get hacked so I will

recommend in this video I will recommend some wallets that I use and some wallets

that are just safe like you you can create a paper wallet it's very easy to

do I can show you in a video it'll take me like five minutes to show that to you

if you're interested in that let me know in the comments and I'll do a video

about how to set up your paper wallet but for now I'm just gonna show you a

bunch of options that you have for storing your Bitcoin alright so first

you have your desktop your desktop wallets and basically what that is is

you download a software onto your desktop another way is mobile wallets

you know you you have those apps on the phone they're a bunch of them on here

there's coinbase I'll link that down below if you hold your Bitcoin there you

can also purchase Bitcoin there there's coinbase blockchain dot info right here

there is there are places like bit bay and sap oh those are also mobile wallets

and they allow you to have a a card to go with them

and this one also like a SAPO card and that allows you to spend your Bitcoin at

feasts on merchants places so those are some good options out of those I don't

really recommend bitpay I've done a video about this earlier I

just got my bit Bay last week the card isn't working yet I've been using SAPO

for that but mostly I use for the mobile wallets the online wallets I use

blockchain and coinbase and SAPO for that so those are your online wallets

you also have the hardware wallets I will link those below as well it's just

a little bit more secure so you have your treasure hardware wallets and your

ledger or nano ledger wallet it's it's a it's like a pendrive USB

that's what it looks like I'll put a picture up here somewhere but it looks

like a pendrive and you can just plug it into the computer it's all very

plug-and-play it's very simple to do but it keeps your your private Keys more

secure plus in the event of a heart Fork when you have your own private keys then

most of them will split like the like how it happened with Bitcoin cash you

know you get an equivalent amount of Bitcoin cash for the amount of Bitcoin

that you held in your your wallets your your hardware wallets or your paper

wallets which brings me to the next point is paper wallets again I can do a

video on that soon if you if you guys like comment below if you do then I'll

make a video about how to set that up it literally takes about five or ten

minutes if you're on the slower side one thing you really gotta understand with

these wallets like a paper wallet you know it has two QR codes one for

sweeping and one for receiving Bitcoin one thing that is really important when

you're looking at a place to store your Bitcoin is this if you have your paper

wallets make sure you keep it in a safe place and make sure you have a copy of

it because if you lose it it's gone those paper wallets you can also set

with a password but if you lose that then it's gone and if you have a bunch

of Bitcoin on there and the prize does end up rising to the moon you know to a

million per coin or a hundred thousand per coin then it's really a shame if

you'd lose that because of you know bad printer that you know you know you can't

scan the QR code anymore you can find the the private key or you just lost the

paper or whatever just make sure you keep it in a safe place and then you can

pretty much look at paper wallets or hardware wallets as a legitimate wallet

to hold your cash in and then Bitcoin becomes literally digital cash if you

lose it you lose it there's no way to get it back but if you keep it you know

as a normal person keeps thar wallet then you're fine you're good to go so

How to Remove Black Spots on Your Face 8 Home Remedies !

Many black spots or dark patches can be easily lightened or eliminated to restore a glowing

facial complexion. Dark spots, patches and other marks on the face may be due to excess

secretion of melanin on the skin. Some factors that can lead to this condition

include over exposure to the sun, hormone imbalance, pregnancy, certain medications,

vitamin deficiencies, lack of sleep and too much stress.

Lemon Juice! A quick and easy solution can be found in

your kitchen or your nearest grocery store – lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that

can lighten dark spots on your face. It's easy to apply.

Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area.

Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water.

Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired

result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you

can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rose water, or honey. You can also use lime

juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

Note: Don't use lemon juice if you have got open sores or lesions on the skin. Also,

avoid going out in the sun after using the lemon juice as it can make your skin photosensitive.

Potato ! Your vegetable drawer is another source of

home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes have natural bleaching properties

that help fade spots, scars as well as blemishes. The starch in potato helps reduce pigmentation,

while the enzymes in it promote healthy skin.

Potatoes can be applied in one of the three ways:

Method 1 ! Slice up a potato.

Place one slice directly on the black spots. Leave it on for a few minutes and then wash

your face with lukewarm water. Method 2 !

Peel and grate a potato. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in the grated potato.

Apply the mask on your face and allow it to dry for 15 minutes.

Rinse it off using lukewarm water. Method 3 !

Extract the juice of 1 potato. Add a little lemon juice and a pinch of turmeric

powder to it. Apply this mixture on your black spots.

Allow it to dry, then rinse it off. Some people have also had success using tomatoes

to get rid of dark black spots within a few weeks.

Buttermilk ! Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid

of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without

causing burning sensation. The lactic acid in it will gradually reduce skin pigmentation

and brighten your overall skin complexion. Take 4 teaspoons of buttermilk.

Add 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. Mix the two ingredients and then apply.

Wash it off after 15 minutes. If you do not have buttermilk, simply soak

a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. 10 minutes twice daily 4-5

weaks Aloe Vera !

Aloe vera has many healing properties and is a great natural dark spot corrector. Its

gel has polysaccharides that stimulate the growth of new skin cells to help reduce dark

spots and heal scars. Extract fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf.

Apply it directly on dark patches and black spots.

Gently massage the area with your fingertips for a few minutes.

Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse your face.

Repeat this once or twice daily for a few weeks to fade skin discolorations.

If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this

treatment once or twice a week. Vitamin E oil and castor oil, too, are useful

in getting rid of black spots. Sandalwood !

Sandalwood is another effective option. The natural oils in it can help clear black spots

naturally. It even adds a healthy glow to your skin. Make a thick paste of 1 tablespoon

of sandalwood powder, 1 tablespoon of glycerin and 3 tablespoons of rose water. (If you don't

have rose water, you can use milk or honey.) Apply the thick paste to the affected skin

area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water.

Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely.

Turmeric ! Turmeric is another popular skin-lightening

agent that can be used to get rid of black spots on your face. It repairs free radical

damage and reduces skin pigmentation and discoloration. It is also effective for quickly removing

sun spots and age spots. Make a thick paste of 2 teaspoons of turmeric

and a little milk and lemon juice. Apply it to the skin where there are black

spots. Leave it on for a few minutes and then wash

it off with lukewarm water. Almonds !

Almonds help lighten and brighten your skin as well as reduce black spots and scars. Being

rich in vitamin E, antioxidants and healthy fats, almonds help maintain clear and flawless

skin. Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight.

Peel off the skin and grind the almonds in the morning.

Now, add 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder and ½ teaspoon honey in it.

Mix them to make a fine paste. Apply it on your face.

Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash it off.

Use this face mask once or twice a week. A massage with almond oil can also improve

your complexion, reduce the intensity of sun damage from skin, and fade dark spots and

scars. You can massage twice daily. Onion Juice !

Onion juice – made using a juicer, blender or grater – can be applied in a couple of

ways. Dip a clean cotton swab into fresh onion juice

and dab it directly on the affected skin area and allow it to

dry naturally.

How to Set Achievable Goals: Part 1 - Duration: 12:22.

Have you ever tried to lose weight or start a fitness training program and not

really followed through on what you wanted to achieve?

Today I'm going to help with you how to set goals

based on what you really want.

That's about getting clear

about the desire

that's in your heart——

not just what you think you should do.

And, specifically what you can do—

like visualization—

to make those dreams a reality.

Because everything has to happen

first in your mind. And, then,

when it's motivated by the passion in your heart

you will find the power you need to breathe life into the physical steps—

the process that you need to observe—

to make those dreams a reality.

I'm Shirley Archer and

I'm the author of 15 books on fitness and health that have

been translated into multiple languages and sold worldwide.

I worked 15 years at Stanford University in the

Health Improvement Program, which is part of the Stanford Prevention Research Center.

Let's begin by talking about how to know what it is

you really want.

So many of us are influenced by the images we see in the media, by

what our family and friends tell us we should look like, should weigh,

what we ought to do.

What is important is that you really identify what's going to

be different about your life when you achieve the goal that you wan.

Because (knowing that) is how to get in touch

with the motivation that's really in your heart.

When you align the power of your thoughts, with your desire, then you're

talking about power and energy behind that goal that can bring it into reality.

We also use the power of visualization, not only to see what it is

you're going to achieve, but actually feel it as if it were real.

What does that (your perfect health)feel like in your body?

What does it sound like?

What does it taste like?

How is it to live in this healthy body that you want to achieve?

Let's start by just doing a quick meditation together.

It's only going to be three minutes long.

It's very important to start out by sitting nice and tall.

Relax and soften your shoulders and lengthen your spine.

We'll do a couple of deep breaths to let go of tension.

Inhale, tighten everything.

Exhale, let it all go.

Do that two more times.

Inhale,

Everything tight tight tight tight tight.

and exhale let all the tension go.

One last time inhale and exhale let it all go.

Lengthen your spine. If you'd like to

close your eyes you may do so.

if you're more comfortable keeping your eyes open, soften your gaze.

If you close your eyes, relax the muscles around the eyes and

soften the muscles around the face. Inhale deeply and exhale completely.

Taking two more intentional breaths, inhaling through the nose exhaling

either through the nose or mouth.

Sensing the body expand with the inhalation, feeling the gentle

contraction with the exhalation.

In your mind's eye, visualize a time when you are at your healthiest and happiest.

Imagine that you have the weight and the body that you want.

Choose a specific setting (for your visualization).

It can be an outdoor event with friends

and family or it can be at home.

But choose a very specific setting.

Notice what it is you're wearing—the colors, the way the clothes fit on your body.

Observe the people that you're with.

Who is surrounding you when you're feeling

healthy, happy and fit, in the healthy body that you want to accomplish?

Who are you with?

And what are you doing?

Are you at a social event?

What kind of activity are you engaged in?

What's the energy of the mood around you?

How do you feel when you're healthy, fit, strong?

How are you interacting with others?

What is the weather like? The temperature

around you?

Are there any noticeable scents in the air?

What is this occasion like?

Feel the energy here—the sounds of people or nature or humanity around you.

Notice the scents in the air...the temperature.

Observe how you feel. Happy?

Do you feel proud? self-confident? energetic? What are the feelings

associated with being in the fit healthy body that you want?

And, how are people acting toward you?

Take a few more moments to really feel the wholeness of this setting.

And bring your attention back to your breath—

observing the inhalation and observing the exhalation.

Feeling the gentle expansion and contraction.

Then, gently start to move your fingers, roll your shoulders,

bring your energy back into the room.

If your eyes have been closed, go ahead and open them wide.

And give yourself a nice smile.

Congratulations for accomplishing this exercise so successfully!

Take a moment to jot down on a paper with you some of the impressions

that first came to your awareness.

I want you to really identify what it is specifically that's different about your life,

when you're enjoying the full fitness and health

at the weight that you want from how your life is today.

Because everything has to happen first in your mind and then when it's

motivated by the passion in your heart you will find the motivation,

the inspiration, the power, you need to breathe life into the steps—

the physical steps or the process that you need to observe

to make those dreams a reality.

A key take away from the exercise today is that you should

identify the TRUE reason why you want to lose weight or why you want to do more exercise.

Is it because you want to have more energy?

Is it because you feel that you will look more attractive?

Is it that you feel like you want to have fewer aches and pains?

What are the specific outcomes that you want to achieve?

Once you have identified those outcomes, then let's think about what are the

specific steps you need to take each week and just set your goals on a weekly basis.

And, revise each week based on your accomplishments.

So, if you're going to add a few more steps, if you're going to integrate one exercise session or two exercise

sessions, do that on a week when you accomplish your week's goal.

Then, build on your success the following week by doing a little bit more.

But every week, you're taking specific steps,

one by one, toward the direction of what it is you want to achieve.

Knowing in your heart, there it is exactly that you want to go.

And, then check in with that ideal self.

Write it down (your visualization).

Put a date on it—this event.

whatever it is you visualize.

For me for some reason it's

always a picnic outdoors where everyone's around and I'm wearing

something I love. So, start wearing more of what you love. Bring in those colors.

Buy yourself more fitted clothing.

Work toward that visualized setting that really inspired you

to say, "That is my perfect day!"

See if you can, each week,

bring more of that perfect day into your life.

And, before you know it,

that perfect day will be in your life! (I will make a Part 2 Video to go over setting the weekly specific steps)

How To - Change Boot Order in BIOS - Duration: 1:31.

Sometimes it is necessary to change the boot order in BIOS to allow a computer to boot

from a secondary source.

Enter into the BIOS and search for a menu entry labeled Boot or Startup.

When attempting to boot from a USB drive, connect the USB drive to the system before

entering the BIOS, or it may not show up in the boot order.

Inside the Boot or Startup menu, there may be a Boot or Startup Sequence sub-menu.

Alternately, the boot order may simply be located at the bottom of the main Boot or

Startup menu.

The order of priority for available boot devices can be changed by following the directions

on the BIOS setup utility screen.

In this example, if USB HDD is above ATA HDD0, the computer will try to boot from USB HDD

and then move on to ATA HDD0 if no operating system is present on the first device.

In this version of BIOS, the plus and minus keys are used to move a device up and down

the boot order.

A device can be removed completely from the list or added back onto the list by pressing

the Shift key combined with the 1 key.

Once the preferred device is at the top of the boot order, press F10 to save the changes

and exit the BIOS.

Keep in mind, other versions of BIOS may use different keys to perform these actions.

How to Lose Weight and not give up Alcohol - 3 Hacks + 3 Challenges - Duration: 7:11.

so how do you lose weight and drink alcohol I got three hacks for that

coming up as well as three challenges that you should be ready for when going

out and if you're ready for them it's really going to help you actually

succeed at this and really increase your chances so I got that for you

coming up what is up 4 Faith nation thank you again for tuning in a video if

is to help you reach yours and to finally help you get over that hump and

to start losing weight so let's hop right into the tips tip number one is to

pre log your alcohol yes you can log alcohol some people don't know that you

can go into my Fitness Pal and log alcohol and a lot of times you know if

I'm drinking beer or something like that then I'll just log a logger you know in

16 ounces I'll just make sure to get the appropriate ounces I multiply that by

three and that's what you have there now the problem is alcohol is a high number

of calories per gram it's second only to fat it's seven calories a gram so you

are gonna see a huge dip in the calories that you have available for the day if

you pre log like this but it's better to know than to not know and get caught and

feel guilty so pre log your alcohol tip number two and this one is awesome super

helpful you've heard this before but just make sure to do it and that is have

a rule where you drink a glass of water in between every drink it will help you

span it out you'll realize that you don't need to be slamin' alcohol left

and right that you can just span out your alcohol a little bit and I'm guilty

of this more than anyone drinking too fast and so that will really help slow

you down and it'll help keep you sober increase your judgement tip number three

now this personally I actually don't follow this tip because I'm a beer

enthusiast a craft beer enthusiast I just love those heavy IPA stuff like

that and trying new things but if you can you want to stick to mixed drinks

diet soda and some type of alcohol or just straight hard alcohol now if you're

a hard alcohol drinker and you just really love drinking you know whiskey or

something like that then you might want to be careful with that I caution

you on that because the point of just drinking straight hard alcohol is that

you're gonna sip on it it's going to slow you down so if it doesn't slow you

down and that defeats the purpose you might want to go the mixed drink route

but the reason that I'm saying this a lot of hard alcohol has antioxidants at

the very least you're getting a little bit of health benefit from it and then

also it's gonna slow you down a little bit more than beer the beer comes with a

whole lot of carbs with it at the same time it makes you feel bloated makes you

feel more guilty but then the hard alcohol can sneak up on you and so you

want to be careful you just want to be cautious if that sounds like a good plan

to you that is a good tip I would go with that and a "hack" for you on that one

so let's jump into the challenges these things I want you to be the reason this

is going to be in the video is because if you're ready for this if you go into

the night ready for these challenges your chances of success go way up

because you're prepared it's like going into battle knowing your enemy you want

to know your enemy if you're not going in there knowing then you could be

caught off guard you might be defeated you might feel guilty and then the cycle

starts and so you want to prevent that challenge number one and the most

obvious I mentioned this earlier is that alcohol impairs your judgment so be

ready to be impaired set resolve resolve with yourself I am NOT going to let

alcohol dictate what I do I have a plan here I'm gonna stick to that now it

might not always go according to plan but if you know that heading in you have

a better chance at success and that segues into challenge number two

challenge number two is knowing that you are going to fail and you have to

overcome the challenge of feeling that guilt and so I guess the challenge is

the guilt is overcoming alcohol to begin with

but just know that you're gonna fail you're probably gonna fail many more

times than one at sticking to your plan but I bet you did better than if you

just went in there saying screw it I'm gonna drink whatever I want right and so

your goal here is to get better and better not to be perfect especially not

within those first three to four times you're attempting to resolve yourself to

be a better alcohol drinker while losing weight challenge number three is

the comments be ready for those comments of people saying that you're no fun and

they're just kind of joking but there's a little bit of truth to it because

there's always truth behind every joke and so just be ready for people just to

poke fun and it's fit shaming sort of even if you're not extremely fit and

you're trying to become fit it's still a sense of fit shaming it's like man guys

I'm trying to make this change it's good for myself and you're you're making it

even harder on me just know people don't mean anything bad by it especially your

friends they don't mean anything bad by it just let them know have prepared

responses something along the lines of this is something that makes me feel

really good I want to keep doing this and I love this you should join me but

at least I'm out with you guys I could have stayed home you know and usually

they're like oh yeah I guess you know at least in my experience with my friends

they're like yeah glad that you're here with us and they just kind of drop it

and you have to remember with alcohol if you give it enough time they're gonna

forget they even brought it up in the first place so just have your water in

between each drink follow these tips and resolve with yourself have responses

ready be ready to fail on your plan all these

things are really gonna help you continue to lose weight even while

drinking alcohol which don't get me wrong it is still a challenge because

like I said earlier in the video alcohol is the second highest calories per gram

next to fat so if you're a big alcohol drinker it is gonna be a challenge and

you have to find a way to reduce your consumption this video doesn't mean that

you can drink any amount and anything you want and still lose weight this

video is hacks on how to drink less on how to control yourself

and that is what's gonna lead to your weight loss if any video out there tells

you hey you can drink anything you want if you go out and drink 16 beers you

will not lose weight if you do that once a weekend you're not gonna be losing

weight most likely I mean I can't guarantee that but you're probably not

going to be losing weight so this video is to teach you how to do better and

drink less but you can drink you can go out and enjoy yourself with your friends

just be careful drive safely try not to get drunk and

just stick to your plan well that is all for today's video guys thank you again

How To | DIY Microlocs Installation - Duration: 11:59.

Hi guys.

In this video I will be showing you how I installed microlocs on my mom.

Now just a quick disclaimer, I am not a professional or a loctician.

I just did months of research and I felt confident enough to do the locs how my mom wanted.

Okay so the day before, we washed my mom's hair, we trimmed, and then we did African

threading to stretch it out.

So here you can just see me unthreading her hair.

One thing to mention is that after washing, we did not add any more products to my mom's

hair, so her hair here is completely product free and that is important for this type of

loc.

While I was doing my research on microlocs, I found a lot of videos and information on

interlocking but I didn't really find anything on how to part or section the hair, so I focused

a bit more on that in this video.

I began sectioning by making a part from ear to ear through the top of the crown area of

the head and that left me with a top section and a back section.

Working with the front section only, I went ahead and I parted it down the middle.

I took each half of the front section and further divided it into two.

I followed the line from the corner of my mom's nose, through the arch of her eyebrow.

Using a tape measurer, I am parting an inch towards the middle instead of following the

line straight back.

Now I use the tape measure because I wanted to make sure that whatever I did on one side

was equal and even on the other side, but you are more than welcome to skip this step

if you find it unnecessary.

Here I am making another part from ear to ear and I'm sectioning out the lower third

of the hair.

Alright so I have the major sections of the hair done.

Here we have an ear to ear part going across the top of the head.

I also have another ear to ear part going head and then the 2 lines going straight back

towards the night after the bottom part across the bottom section of the head, and the two

lines going straight back towards the nape.

For the bottom part there are three sections, another three sections in the middle part,

and then for the top part of the head there are four sections.

I made a sizing tool that is a quarter of an inch and I got that idea from another YouTuber

whose info will be in the description box.

I used the sizing tool to section out each of my lines and for each of the individual

squares for the locs in the front and back sections only.

The middle section of locs were a little bigger than a quarter of an inch.

My pre-parted lines in the bottom and middle sections run horizontal and the lines in the

top section are vertical, they are running straight toward the nape.

Okay here I am at the end with two locs left to establish.

I begin by twisting the hair and as I'm doing that I keep my finger at the top of

the twist to prevent it from traveling up the hair and I borrow sections as much as

I can to keep the ends from unraveling so easily.

I installed the locs by interlocking and I used a 4-point rotation method.

This basically means that I make a pass going through the hair in four different directions.

I make a pass pulling the ends downward through the hair, then I pull it to the left, and

then I pull it through going upwards, and then I pull it through going to the right

and that right there completes a full 4-point rotation.

And I just keep doing rotation after rotation.

There are also 2-point and 3-point rotations.

Now whichever one you use depends on your hair type.

There are charts online that can help you determine what would work best for your hair

texture.

You also want to make sure that you are not passing in the same direction more than once

in a row.

Doing this will create holes which can lead to weak and breakable locs.

Once I get to a point where my fingers can no longer easily go through the hair, I switch

to using a tool.

There are lots of interlocking tools for you to purchase on the market.

Now the one that I'm using here is one I made myself using a metal yarn needle.

I make a little loop with the hair and then I pass that through the eye of the needle

and then I just continue my rotations like I was using my fingers.

It's important that as you get to the root of the hair, you are not making it too tight.

Ideally you would want to leave enough space at the root where you can make one more pass.

Another important thing to mention is that as you are interlocking, you want to pass

the hair as close through the center as possible, you don't want 2 to 3 strands on one side

and all the rest of the hair on the other.

My mom's locs were established in May.

It took me a week to complete and we ended up with 549 locs.

For this look you'll need 5 pins. So grab them, grab your shawl, and we'll get started!

First, take the edge of the shawl in front of you and bring both sides back around your head,

Using a pin to secure them together

Take the rest of the shawl and flip it over your head making sure it falls nicely around you

Use two pins to secure it on both sides of your face

Now take the hanging piece and slightly twist it and bring it back onto your shoulder

Do the same thing with the other side, adjusting as you go, and pin it in place.

And that's it you're done!
