Hi!

This video is a tutorial

on this hairstyle

These are jumbo box braids

with triangle parts

So

to make this hairstyle

I used about 3 packs of kanekalon hair

I have about 33 or 34 braids on my head

So if you want to try this hairstyle

You'll need 3 or 4 packs

If you're like me and you braid your hair by yourself,

the difficulty here will be

the triangles at the back

because we don't have eyes in the back of our head

So we don't see anything

What I do is that, i'll grab a medium size mirror

and stand in front of a large one to check if the triangles are well done

But it is a little bit hard

and tiring

It took me 6 hours to do the hairstyle

And i left the hair in the front to film the next day

If you get this hairstyle done by someone else

It won't take more than 3 hours

Just 3 or 4hours and it's done. It's not the kind of hairstyle

where you sit for hours and hours

The hairstyle seems to be super tight but it is definitely not

I hate tighted haistyles!

Even in the front

I avoid to braid my baby hair

because I don't want to break them

I don't want to have alopecia

How to turn your Minecraft Server IP into a Domain / Custom IP - Duration: 4:01.

hey guys it's primescore and today I'm gonna show you how to redirect your

domain name to your minecraft server for example you have this minecraft server

with an IP at like one four two point four four point one seven eight point

six five that's mine for example that's hard to remember so you want your

friends to connect to your server with something more memorable like um

theblockade.net or whatever you want it to be so after purchasing your domain name

which is the letters like theblockade.net you are able to redirect that to

your minecraft server so after opening up your server panel to set it off to

the side and go to your domain website provider we like to use Namecheap

they're easy to use and that's what this tutorial is gonna be based around

so first under Namecheap you want to go to account and click dashboard then you

want to find your domain list right here I have one theblockade.net that's mine

and you want to click manage on that after clicking manage you want to go in

this top bar right here and click advanced to DNS this will bring up a

list you might not have anything in here in the beginning except for this of your

current redirections so since we're creating a new one we want to click add

a new record after doing that select a record and under this host section right

here you want to type in the prefix you want to for players to type in for your

domain name for example this host right here that connects to find faction

server is factions and so this will for the people that are going to

take this in it'll be factions dot your domain name so people will type in

factions dot and then theblockade.net and then it'll be redirected to this IP

which is my server so you want to type whatever you want in here mine's gonna

be tutorial then you go over to IP address so we're gonna go back to your

server panel you want to highlight your IP address do not highlight server

address that's something print and then you're gonna paste the IP

address and make sure this is set to automatic

okay then you're gonna click the checkmark and everything should be set up

now you want to go back to your minecraft server and you want to look at

your port if it's 25565 you can skip this step entirely but if

it's not then you're gonna have to include that when typing in your domain

name so if we go to minecraft okay so once you get into your minecraft what

you're gonna type under server address if you do not have the 25565 port

is your prefix you specified mine was tutorial then your domain name

mines theblockade.net on it and then you want to do : two five five seven three

or whatever your port is right if it's not 25565 if you do not

specify a port minecraft already uses 25565 as the default

port therefore if you have a 25565 port that is why you do not need to enter

this in now if you do have a different port than two five five six five and you

fail to make sure they specify a port under their server address then it's

going to redirect them to the server that has the 25565 port under that IP so

that is very important if you're having issues with people connecting to your

server otherwise everything should work and

How to customize Windows start menu/button FREE 2017/2018 - Duration: 7:43.

Ever wanted to change your windows taskbar, start menu, start button, file explorer, etc.?

Go to the download link in the description to download Classic Shell AKA Classic Start Menu

It will likely do a virus scan on the file inside of google drive itself but the file is safe

Now, proceed through the installation as your normally would.

Now, open Cortana and search "Classic Start Menu Settings" and click it

This window should pop up

To change or "replace" your Start button, check the box and click "pick image"

Now select your .png or .bmp file you will use as your start button

It instantly changes after your selection. I've never run into an issue but if you do, apply your changes and log off/on and the changes should occur.

Notice, it also changes your start menu upon opening the application.

You can change it to your liking, mess around with more settings around the app and can even download more skins online.

There are a ton of settings to change around just be sure to create a backup incase something fails.

A cool feature they have added is the ability to change and move around the items in the start menu. I show you an example here.

This is how the backup feature works. It gives you the ability to import, export and reset your settings.

We are making vegan cheese today!

Hello

Today we have Yuka-san who is teaching how to make gluten free bread using rice flour

She started this class because she wants everyone to enjoy delicious meals

so that even someone with or without allergy can enjoy great meals together

We only need 6 ingredients!

20g of shiratama flour (a kind of glutinous rice flour), soy milk 100g, tbsp of olive oil, tbsp of white miso, tsp of vinegar and pinch of salt

If you are ready then let's start cooking!

Pour 100g of soymilk

Putting in 20g of shiratama flour (a kind of glutinous rice flour)

Put in tbsp of white miso

Putting tbsp of olive oil

Put them all in

Putting tsp of vinegar

and then finally putting a pinch of salt

ok so we are going to mix them together with stick blender (or any blender)

mix them well until it gets smooth

Now we're gonna stir them the pan with low to medium heat

We can put them all in

It's pretty runny but as it gets cooked it hardens

so we heat them until it gets thicker

It's pretty thick now

It's gonna get better texture when it's cooled down

It does not stretch much like real cheese but it's pretty nice

Once we let it cool, we are done!

We decided to eat them with grilled veges

it kinda looks like real cheese

it was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was easy to make so please try this if you are interested!

I was planning to do some voice over but I could't since I got a really bad sore throat ;(

[ENG SUB] [RECIPE] 🌮how to make Bulgogi Panini Sandwich [이제이레시피/EJ recipe] - Duration: 4:14.

I made the sauce for bulgogi first.

Chop the white part of scallions and mix it with the sauce.

Chop the onions before cooking it with bulgogi.

Mix it with beef and rest it for about 20 minutes.

Add a little bit of oil on heated pan and fry the bulgogi.

Add mushroom and onion together and fry.

Cut the ciabatta bread into two pieces

and put whole grain mustard and basil pesto on them.

Put stir fried bulgogi on the bread and add cheese on top of it.

The bread might get burned if you put too much of ingredients.

Cover the top part with another piece of bread and cook it in the grill.

I used double side grill so I did not put additional pressure to grill the panini.

Cut the panini so that you can easily eat.

Bulgogi panini with sweet and salty bulgogi is done.

I had it at cafe in the past and thought it was great, so I usually made it. But this is my first time uploading the recipe of it!

The bulgogi and the bread go well together! And the cheese also blended into the panini!!!

I made really simple bulgogi sauce, but you can also use any other kind of bulgogi if you have it at your home!

HOW INTENTIONAL DREAMING CAN ASSIST YOUR WAKING LIFE

Every single night when we go to sleep, we dream.

Sometimes we remember our dreams and sometimes we don�t, yet we have them nevertheless.

But what is the purpose of dreaming, if there is one?

Where do we go when we dream?

Can we control them, and is there insight to be gained from them?

There�s no doubt about it: The world of dreaming is shrouded in mystery.

Some people are able to analyze dreams and interpret the messages being offered, and

many people, myself included, believe dreams hold significant meaning and can offer insights

and guidance even during our waking life.

Ever since I stopped drinking, over a year ago now, I�ve had a recurring dream where

I decide to have a drink and then, still within the dream, take things too far and feel all

the emotions that I would feel if this were to actually happen � the shame, the guilt,

the embarrassment� and then I wake up, overwhelmed with relief to discover it was just a dream.

So, why do I have these dreams?

Are there still lessons I need to learn from these experiences?

Are they serving as a reminder to stay strong and continue on the path of sobriety, or are

they all random imprints and memories in my brain coming together to form a story?

I�m inclined to believe the former.

Whether it�s true or not doesn�t really matter, since it still serves as a powerful

reminder to stay strong and continue on my chosen path.

�Don�t Worry, Honey, It Was Just a Dream.�

Did you hear this as a child?

Do you tell this to your own children?

What we may not realize about this statement is that it instills the idea that dreams aren�t

real or have nothing of value to offer us.

By dismissing dream messages as �just dreams,� we may be limiting the amount of insight we

can gain from listening to them.

If, as children, we are told to pay attention to our dreams and perhaps to keep a dream

journal, we might learn to decode valuable pieces of information that can assist us in

our lives.

Fortunately, it�s never too late; this is something anyone can start doing, at any time.

How Can We Use Our Dreams to Our Advantage?

Are we missing out on a whole other dimension in which we can learn, grow, explore, and

play?

It�s very possible that, by brushing off our dreams, we are denying ourselves access

to an amazing world of discovery, expansion, and exploration!

Imagine having an extra eight hours during the day in which to explore the deepest depths

of yourself and this existence.

Well, you do, in dream land, but we often take this opportunity for granted.

We can, however, use our dreams to our advantage if we have the intention to do so.

Lucid Dreaming

By now, you may have heard of lucid dreaming � a technique whereby you become aware that

you�re dreaming while it�s happening and respond accordingly.

By learning to do this, you can literally control your dreams and create whatever you

like, exploring everything you always wanted to your heart�s content.

This is an amazing practice, and if you�d like to learn more about it, you can check

out some previous CE articles here.

Intentional Dreaming

Another powerful tool you can use while sleeping is a practice known as intentional dreaming.

This involves setting an intention before going to sleep to find clarity on something

you need help with in your waking life.

You can also use your dreams to further your spiritual growth and progression.

The more aware you are of the power of dreams, the more likely you are to recognize their

messages, no matter how subtle.

The dream may not seem to make sense to you at first, but this is where I stress the importance

of keeping a dream journal, especially if you are looking to gain insight into your

dreams.

Keep a notebook right by your bed, and as soon as you wake up, write down every single

thing you can remember.

It may not be much at first, but you�ll soon be surprised by how much you can recall.

This is a practice, and, like any other, does take some time to develop.

But, What If I Don�t Dream?

This is a common question, but it is important to understand that we always dream, even if

we don�t remember it.

This is where intentional dreaming could really come in handy.

You can try listening to a binaural beat before bed to get you into a meditative state and

then setting your intention.

If you still can�t remember your dream the next morning, don�t sweat it; you are not

broken and nothing is wrong with you!

Your dream messages may show up in more subtle ways.

If you are setting the intention to have more clarity about, say, why your partner doesn�t

feel appreciated, you might gain a new understanding while having a discussion and be able to see

a new perspective.

Even if you do not remember your dreams, they still have something to offer you.

�Your future depends on your dreams, so go to sleep.�

In October 2008, an unknown person or group of people under the pseudonym

"Satoshi Nakamoto" released public white papers titled "Bitcoin a Peer-to-Peer

Electronic Cash System". The paper was published through a cryptography mailing

list, and an outline the foundation of how Bitcoin would operate. And in January

of 2009, the first version of Bitcoin was released, and people begin mining for

Bitcoin. The digital payment system caught on quickly with the cryptography

community. But they had so many questions, and there was just one problem. No one

knew who to ask because no one knew who Satoshi Nakamoto was and no one can

trace him. The accounts that created Bitcoin were no longer active and the

virtual wallet with over 1 million bitcoins has never been touched. But

despite not being owned by anything or anyone, Bitcoin still gained traction. The

first purchase of Bitcoin was on May 22nd 2010 when a programmer from Florida

posted on a Bitcoin talk forum offering to pay 10,000 bitcoins for two large

pizzas. Someone in the UK accepted his offer for 10,000 bitcoins, and as of

today November 11 2017, those two pizzas are worth more than $64 million dollars

making it the most expensive pizza purchase ever. Bitcoin started to

skyrocket, and many people became millionaires overnight. In the past two

years, Bitcoin has risen nearly 900% and companies like Overstock,

Microsoft, Dish Network, and PayPal are using it as a payment. And many big tech

figures are saying the technology behind Bitcoin called the "Blockchain" is the

most important invention since the internet. That's how big it is! I strongly

And today we are going to talk about how we can resurrect a bad round.We've all done it.

You've gone out full of expectations from the day and we start badly.

Is there anything we can do to help that?

Hello, I'm Brian Fitzgerald The Golf Doctor.

If this is your first time to this channel.

This channel is all about helping you play better golf.

And today we are going to try to help you resurrect a bad round.

We know we have done it.

We have started double bogey, double bogey, double bogey.

Which is very different to the plan we had when we started the round.

We were after par, par, par.

So today I have Rod and Ashley.

Come in here guys.

So Ashley is a performance psychologist and is a specialist in helping us think better.

And Rod.

The bad news for you is you have just started the day double, double, double.

How are you feeling at the moment?

Very frustrated.

Yep.

And of course you would be thinking about changing your swing wouldn't you.

Because your swing is to blame.

You have lost your swing.Yeah.

So.

Is that the right thought process Ash?

Look.

It's not.

Because changing your swing mid round is a very difficult thing to do.

Uum and it's like we can't change our equipment.

We can't change our swing.

We are not going to get physically any better during the mid round.

So but we can actually think better.

And that's what we are going to work on today.

Ok.

So what should Rod be thinking?

He started double, double, double.

He's playing the 4th hole which is a par 3 about 135 yards.

What can he do?

So, first of is to take stock of what he is thinking.

Where his thoughts are at.

And what are your thoughts?

What would be the toughts that are going through your mind at this stage Rod?

Well unfortunately at the moment they are in the past.

They are not looking forward they are looking back at the mistakes that I've made.

Right.

And experiencing the frustration as a result of that.

Yes.

So what we actually need to I heard a great saying the other day.

Which is.

We actually our mind needs to be where our feet are.

Which is actually a way of saying we need to stay in the present.

Yep.

Forget about the past.

Don't think about the future.

We are here right now.

Our mind needs to there right now.And there will still be a level of frustration.

And we actually need to acknowledge that.

We actually need to go I'm actually frustrated at the moment And maybe if you have got a

caddy or a mate who you are playing with maybe let them know.

Gee this is frustrating.

To actually verbalize that and acknowledge that is actually a way of actually releasing

that a little bit.

The second thing I think would be to see at as an opportunity.

So see this moment it started badly it's gone to it's been a bit of a bomb.

The first couple of holes.

But to see it as an opportunity to actually think about maybe think a little bit forward.

Imagine if I was actually able to resurrect this round.

How good would that be.

It would be a great story.

It would be a terrific story.

So to see this as an opportunity.

To restart things.

The third thing is to actually and I have written about this is that we have to change

our physiology.

That we are actually with frustration comes tension.

Yep.

And our our our heart rate is probably increased a little bit but for a reason that isn't real

I suppose.

And we actually need to umm.

Change our physiology a little bit.

To actually find a way to calm and that's where sometimes our pre shot routine can help

us with that.

But Jordan Speith this year in the British Open did an amazing job in turning around

a bad round in his last round.

It's one of the best examples I have seen.

Yep.

And I believe him actually hitting that shot.

Way right on the 14th hole I think it was.

And actually it took him a long time to hit the next shot.

And he was trapesing up and down the dunes and things.

He actually changed his physiology, ah which actually led to him going on a great last

couple of holes.

Probably the best last couple of holes in British Open golf.And I think that change

in physiology enabled him to change his mind set.

And I believe that as golfers we don't do enough of that.

We actually start badly and we start dropping the shoulders and we get into this sort of

this really bad mind set.

Where as if we were able to actually do something a bit physical.

Maybe do some stretches, maybe a couple of lunges on the next tee it would look very

strange to your fellow playing partners but would actually change or physiology which

can then change our mind set.

We will actually go into a better phase of golf.

I've seen golfers trying to change there physiology after they've hit the bad shot they use the

axe method they get the club and they bury it {laughter} is that the sort of physiological

change you are thinking?

No well that's probably increasing the tension a little bit further.

Damn.

So by actually doing a couple of physical things um it actually might give us a reason

to have a higher blood pressure and then we need to just calm down with some deeper breathing.

So if we are breathing into our diaphragm.

Which is deep into our stomach.

The our breathing will actually slow our heart rate down.

Ok.

So can you coach Rod in getting that happening.

And we will see Rod hit a shot and we see if we can resurrect that round.

Sure.

Yep Over to you.

Ok so Rod.

We are standing behind the ball here.

We have had a bad round.

Or a bad start to the round.

And um we're fairly frustrated.

So um what I want you to do is to stand behind the ball and maybe just do a couple of ah

stretches to help limber you know to re set your physiology.

So what would be a stretch that you would be comfortable in doing at this stage.

Um I think it is mostly in the shoulders as I think when ah and I have had bad starts

to rounds and the tension starts to build in the shoulders I think and then across the

back of the neck so I'd like to make sure I can release those shoulders and maybe take

a few slow deep breaths and just let those shoulders fall and try and get rid of that

tension there so it might not necessarily be a stretch but it's about trying to make

sure I am releasing the tension in the shoulders and with the arms.

And sometimes it can be actually good to put a number on it.

So um with your tension levels.

You know if we were to normally operate at a tension level of around a 6 or a 7.

Um when we get frustrated we might reach up to around a 9 but we are actually wanting

to bring that back down.

So actually say to yourself Ok I am at a tension level of an 8 or a 9.

Ok how can I put a number on it ok lets get it back down to a number that I am comfortable

with.

I understand that.

It's about identifying where are you at on the scale.

And you are in the process of bringing that back down.

Yeah.

Yep Cool.

And the deep breaths.

Another thing to do would be to put your hands on your stomach.

And to actually see your hands go out as you actually breathe in.

And then hold it for a couple of seconds.

And then, and then umm breathe out.

Let you breathe in deeply into your diaphragm which will slow your physiology down.

Yep Ok.

And now we just go through our pre shot routine.

Where we are doing our thinking behind the ball.

Yep.

You're testing the conditions.

Going in maybe have a couple of swings to release that tension a bit more.

Are you feeling a bit more relaxed in the shoulders?

Yeah.

That's settling down a little bit.

At least I am focused on going forward instead of what's been happening in the past 3 holes.

So you are staying in the present.

Hit.

Great.

Yeah.

Very good shot.

Well done.

This is as important as learning a new grip or learning a new take away or learning a

new swing thought.

Yet most people don't even think of it.

When you think you are out there playing.

You spend most of your time thinking.

Yet people spend a lot of money on golf lessons.

Yep.

They should be spending more money with Ash. [laughter] You can do a lot more good from

there.

I'm not saying don't get golf lessons but you really need to work on the mental aspect.

How to build "Hello World" Application with Visual studio 2012 - Duration: 7:36.

Hello everyone! Welcome to first step to learning C#.NET.

After installing Visual studio, Now I am going start this program.

We can start a new project in Start Page. On the other hand, we can start a new project from the menu.

We will create a new project with Window forms Application. I think this is the best way to learn about a programming language - in this case C#.net.

I will set name for our project is EAP97_Demo

That is what Visual Studio gives us

List of controls in the left of the window and control's event & control's properties on the right of the window.

You can easy to adjust the size of the window

Now I will add a button to the window of the application.

You see that? It is really easy to do.

And now I want to change the text of the button.

we can easy to change the size of the button

We also can change the forecolor of the text on the button.
