why drink two Duggars Instagram post about an empty movie theater is being

criticized Jinger Duggar and her husband Jeremy viola were surprised to find that

they had an entire theater to themselves during a recent afternoon outing jinked

had decided that a photo of their date destination was instagram-worthy but

some of her followers were turned off by the caption she chose for the snapshot

on Monday Jinger Duggar took to Instagram to share a photo of Jeremy

view Ollo standing in a theater full of empty seats in the image the Texas

pastor who is dressed casually in a t-shirt and sweatpants is looking around

the deserted cinema like he's completely shocked by the absence of an audience

apparently the theater is not the place to be on a Monday afternoon dot good

thing we got here early Jinger captioned the image a handful of

the Duggar daughters Instagram followers responded to her observation by pointing

out that unlike Jinger and Jeremy most people have to work on Mondays Jeremy is

a pastor and ginger doesn't have a job other than appearing on her family's TLC

series so they probably have most Monday afternoons free to do as they please and

perhaps 95 percent of people are working read one response to gingers caption

most people have jobs not TV shows that make them money another commenter wrote

not all of ginger Duggars followers responded to her post by mocking her for

being ignorant of most Americans work schedules a few fans defended her by

suggesting that her comment was meant to be a joke and others expressed surprise

that she and Jeremy view Ola were possibly watching a sinful movie I'm

surprised too Duggar is going to a movie theatre one commenter remarked I read

that the Duggars weren't allowed to watch TV glad you see you being your

person and loved in your life they way you want another road it's true that the

Duggars have talked about how they avoid most mainstream movies and TV

series due to content that they find morally objectionable but some of

gingers followers pointed out that the conservative Christian family has said

that they watched certain religious films a few of the Duggars even made

cameos in courageous a 2011 Christian movie Jacob Duggar didn't respond to her

Instagram followers who asked her what movie she and Jeremy went to go see on

Monday afternoon but it's unlikely that the counting on Starz checked out IT

Bladerunner 2049 or happy deathday a member of the free ginger web forum

noted that a question of faith is currently playing at the Cinemark

theatres in the couple's hometown of Laredo so this is probably what they

watched according to The Hollywood Reporter a question of faith is about a

group of Christian strangers whose lives coincidentally intersect when they fall

from grace and are tested by tragedy so far neither Jinger Duggar nor Jeremy

View Ola has shared their thoughts on the movie

just a chance to improve her dance skills it's given her the opportunity to

change her life it really has been an incredible experience and you can't

really describe it unless you're doing it it's been amazing for my soul for me

Justin Hartley Reads The Saddest Tweets About "This Is Us" - Duration: 2:42.

I finally know how Jack died, and I am not ok!

I am not...ok!

Ok!

Do you know how he died?

Or do you have a clue how he died?

Is that just a clue?

I'm just saying, I'm throwing it out there, I don't know.

Or maybe I do know...

Crying emoji, crying emoji, crying emoji...

When I watch Kevin and Randall fight, I want to cry.

#ThisIsUs Yea me too, I don't get it.

Like Kevin, why so much angst, why so much? Like relax bro...like calm down a little bit.

But also Randall, I don't know maybe just...you calm down too, I'm just saying.

Throwing it out there.

In a few months everything will be fine, *cut to a few months when everything is most certainly

not fine.*

You're also paying attention, this is great.

#ThisIsUs.

Randall's breakdown broke me.

It broke me too.

I was literally screaming, "Kevinnnnnn!!"

Insanely beautiful brotherly moment.

Overwhelmed with feels.

#ThisIsUs Why are people saying feels now instead of

feelings?

Is it a...I mean I like it, it's fine but overwhelmed with feels...is that different

than overwhelmed with feelings?

Is feels more specific?

Maybe it's more specific...I'm getting old I guess.

I knew it was going to be an emotional night, but starting with a William voiceover...it's

too much!

*crying emoji* That man's voice is like velvet, and when

he's sad you feel it, and when he's happy you feel it.

Another episode of 'This Is Us' down, another fresh batch of tears.

Oh my God, Randall and Kevin, *sad face* I'm not ready for the next ep, William.

*crying emoji* A lot of crying emoji's!

Whenever people ask me what 'This Is Us' is about, I say emotions.

Just emotions...and it is, but that's what life is about right?

Some good, some bad, some sad, some fun...is fun an emotion?

There are emotional episodes, and then there are those ones that leave us curled up in the

corner sobbing.

Waiting for Kevin.

And I will hold you like a baby!

But Oh my God, in the other episode....it's actually just OMG, but it sounds better this

way.

But Oh my God, in the other episode, when Kevin comforts Randall, he didn't want

to ignore him, like he did when they were teenagers.

I *crying emoji, crying emoji, crying emoji*.

That's great, I'm going to put that one in my pocket.

Kevin holding Randall, on that office floor just punched me right in the chest.

Yea, I got a double punch right in the chest.

That was intense, and being there was just as intense...so thank you for watching.

Couchland: A Show About Shows | Episode #2 | Featuring Nicole Byer, Mamrie Hart, and MatPat - Duration: 6:22.

Let's get you into a beautiful new series, shall we?

Welcome to WTF Do I Watch? from Amazon Fire TV.

Sit back, relax and

actually you might want to take notes.

I'm Mamrie Hart and this stuff is really good.

Mindhunter.

Did the title alone not sell it?

Okay. Well, based on the book Mindhunter

inside FBI's elite serial crime unit

this is a new true crime series from

from House of Cards creator

and genius

director David Fincher.

What people won't do to each other.

There's nothing people won't do.

How can we help?

The man is so dependable

that Netflix renewed the new original series

for a second season

before it even dropped.

Elsewhere in crime

Netflix's Ozark

proved to be one of the best series of the summer.

Suburban family wants to get away from it all

and restart in coastal Missouri.

To money launder.

For a murdering drug dealer.

We made a choice

to move our family to a more peaceful place.

Relax!

Jason Bateman produced, directed, starred

and was terrifyingly awesome in it.

If I were to tell you

a modern day interpretation of the Archie comics

is one of the best new network shows

would you believe me?

Well, it's true.

And I would not lie to you this early in our relationship.

If you move

it is quietly.

And with my blessing.

People have called this show

the lovechild of Gossip Girl and Twin Peaks

which is totally insane and completely accurate.

You can catch up on

the complete first season of Riverdale

right now on Netflix

and watch season 2 on The CW app.

Excuse you, Archie.

You are looking

okay.

Well, I will be back next week

with some more shows and movies.

Probably less comic books but you never know.

Happy couching!

I'm MatPat and my sole purpose in life

is to put more research into pop culture

than a college student working on their senior thesis

and I gotta admit

I'm feeling pretty good today

because the crash course we're going through is Curb Your Enthusiasm

which is back after a six year hiatus.

Six years!

So before you start watching Season 9 on HBO,

let's have a little stop and chat

to remind you of everything you probably forgot from back in 2011.

Back in Season 7, worlds collided

as we followed Larry putting together a reunion special for the cast of Seinfeld.

And it's here that we got the most meta joke of Larry David,

co-creator of Seinfeld and creator of Curb Your Enthusiasm,

playing the character Larry David,

playing the role of George Costanza in Seinfeld,

a character that was originally inspired by

Larry David!

Play Curb Your Enthusiasm.

I will play George Costanza!

I can do it!

I know I can! I wrote it!

Do you understand what this is?

This is iconic television here!

Icon!

Nocon!

Pause.

That was Larry's big attempt to win back his wife, Cheryl

after they had a falling out in Season 6.

Needless to say, they don't end up together.

So, George and Amanda? They're not gonna end up together?

No.

Oh, c'mon! Are you kidding? - Oh, my god!

No, it was so lame. Who's gonna buy that?

They get together and - I mean, we don't do endings like that!

Leaving Larry alone and grumpier than ever in Los Angeles.

Enter Season 8, which offers him the exact change of pace that he needs,

being alone and grumpy in New York.

To escape spending a field day with sick children,

Larry flies off to New York with his manager Jeff in tow

and from there it is three months in the Big Apple filled with teaching children about Hitler.

What's a Hitler?

Teaching Japanese people how to bow.

A bow is a bow.

No. This is not a bow. You were short of the authentic bow.

Teaching everyone else about dating.

You know what? A date is an experience you have with another person that makes you appreciate being alone.

And coming to terms with his own trauma,

at the hands of Mister Softee.

What the hell are you doing with my daughter?!

Come here! Come here!

What the fu-

But in true Curb fashion,

Larry's New York journey ends just like it began

with him going to insane (even for Larry David) lengths

to escape yet another obligation to spend time with sick children.

This time he's flying off

to Pari.

That's French for Paris.

Tracy and I are doing this event for the children's hospital.

Oh... - And we're having this event,

if you wanted to, you could come and spend the day with us.

Uh, when is it?

This Saturday.

Err, that's unbelieveable!

Can you make it?

I, uh, have to be out of town on Saturday.

Where you going?

Uh...

I'm Nicole Byer

and I watch every show ever to help you find the ones you'll love.

Find Billions.

It's power politics plus Wall Street

with a game of predator vs. prey.

Rich people problems are very entertaining.

Find Homeland.

Carrie Mathison is bipolar, bugged and wearing a burqa.

Which helps 'cause someone is pretty much always trying to kill her.

Find Shameless.

One drunk dad, six self-sufficient kids.

It's like a typical family sitcom

with no moral compass whatsoever.

Find Ray Donovan.

It's a series for every person

Brandi Redmond Insists That Cary Deuber Commented About Her Plastic Surgeon; "So Over" Kameron Westc - Duration: 5:19.

Brandi Redmond insists that Kari dooba commented about her plastic surgeon so

over Cameron Westcott in a pretty surprising turn of events Real

Housewives of Dallas has turned into the gift that keeps on giving the entire

cast actually shows up to group functions the storylines don't drag on

longer than they should and everyone has relationships that exist outside of the

show they even have the perfect balance of arguing and turning up basically the

Texans are giving us everything that the Orange County housewives forgot how to

do one person who is constantly delivering the entertainment is Brandi

Redmond some people find her to be hilarious and others are not on board

with her brand of humor COFF COFF Cameron's ticket nevertheless Brandi

someone that always keeps things interesting Brandi opened up about the

last episode in her Bravo blog of course she had to address the cause of the

argument she ignited between Kerry Juba and Leeanne Locken based on comments

that Kerry allegedly made about Brandis plastic surgeon brandi wrote first let

me start by saying that as an adult I am by no means in charge of holding anyone

but myself accountable for their actions so the fact that Kerry expected me to

hold Leanne accountable is ridiculous the fact that carried denied criticizing

Brandis doctor backpedaled on her comments and seemed to have no remorse

was ridiculous Brandi insisted I don't care if Kerry

can't look at me in the face but I will look straight at her and

confirm that I'm not lying about the doctor comment I had Kerry on Bluetooth

with my mom in the car as we were leaving the doctor's appointment after

booking surgery when she said what she said the fact that Kerry went from

denying this all together to clarifying what she actually said is a pretty

strong indication that brandi is on the right side of history with this one

brandi explained sharing the anecdote and once again me telling Leanne was an

attempt to blow off the vagina doctor comment I was wrong for repeating it and

I'm sorry for making the situation worse but it was said and then brandy had to

get to her obligatory Cameron comments since these two have had issues during

every episode this season even so brandy rarely mentioned the Elle Woods wannabe

by name she referred to her as Big Bird throughout most of the blog post brandy

theorized I think that she has a double standard because to her it's okay to

talk about washing your vagina at a beach picnic since it's medically

necessary it would have been a different story had I said that I can hear her in

my head saying well brandy if you need to do that go do it but we don't need to

know about your lady parts we all know that is how that

conversation would go down sure brandy doesn't have a sophisticated

sense of humor but Cameron needs to lighten up a little bit and stop judging

her so harshly brandy declared so whatever I'm so over Big Bird

surprisingly enough she did say however I do need to apologize to Cameron

because she isn't totally full of Sh brandy continued did I make fun of

Leanne and her compact yes but Hallel knows I would do and have

done so to her face second did I say things about Leanne with the other

ladies yes I did but we were talking about the hands not knives situation

pretty much nothing could ever top Leanne's instantly infamous rant at the

plastic surgeon's office she wrote again I said Leanne comes off as mentally

unstable in my opinion because of how she acts when she breaks and lashes out

so there I said it I own not only that I said it but that I meant it too it can

be scary for the person on the receiving end so big bird let's hope you don't

cross her one day I actually hope for the opposite Leanne unleashing on

Cameron would be epic better yet Dondre Simmons seems to be

the only one who can check Leanne and get away with it

so maybe she should apply that skills set

conversation with Cameron if anyone can use a reality check from Dondre it's

Cameron brandy wrote LeAnn and I have some

serious history and you know what I do love to hate her and hate to love her I

can't say the same for Cameron a sentiment echoed by many tonight is an

all-new episode of The Real Housewives of Dallas

it's Brandis annual holiday party and she finds herself center of the drama

when Leeanne reveals that Kerry can't be friends with her and Stephanie any more

because of their behaviour in Mexico and when Brandi challenges her for an

explanation Kerry sides with Cameron infuriating Brandi so much she blurts

out a humiliating secret about Kerry and mark

Decoding the Social World: Data Science and the Unintended Consequences of Communication - Duration: 5:09.

In this book I tell two stories: one is a story of change and progress and the other

is a story of recurrence.

The story of progress is about how our current communication technologies improve our understanding

of social life and help us decode its logic -- including the many paradoxes that we create,

unaware, as we interact with each other.

For instance: our individual actions often lead to unintended consequences on a societal

level that we can only uncover when we analyze the way in which those actions are interrelated.

The story of recurrence, on the other hand, is a story of how we have been using the same

metaphors, over and over, to react to different waves of technological development.

For instance, both the telegraph and the internet have been described by commentators and observers

as the lifeblood of nations.

These two stories come together in the book.

On the one hand, we continue to use those same metaphors.

It's actually interesting to see how little they have changed over the years.

But on the other hand, we are now, for the first time, in a position to understand what's

going on behind the analogies.

And we can do that because of the large amounts of data and computational tools that digital

technologies have made available.

One of the metaphors that we have used and abused over the centuries encourages us to

think about communication networks - like the telegraph two centuries ago, or the internet

today - as a global nervous system.

And this of course suggests that societies are like living organisms, with a brain or

an operations room where all these signals are being processed.

But this metaphor also suggests that societies are susceptible to processes of contagion,

much as living organisms are.

When social scientists, back in the 19th century, first thought about phenomena like fads, or

riots, or the spread of rumors they usually employed this metaphor of contagion to get

a sense of why things could diffuse or scale up so quickly.

And yet that's all they were: they were just metaphors or very impressionistic depictions

of a reality that social scientists could observe but not decode.

Today we are much better at understanding how communication networks mediate those contagion

processes.

Networks are the reason why our actions are interrelated.

And networks help us understand the chain reactions that result in, say, massive mobilizations

or that turn unknown hashtags into trending topics in a matter of hours.

Another prominent metaphor that I discuss in the book is this idea of an invisible hand

aligning individual motives with collective outcomes that are beneficial for all involved

even when individuals are not necessarily pursuing those outcomes.

And this is an interesting metaphor because it relates to the puzzle of unintended consequences

– that is, the fact that we often trigger events with our actions that we did not intend

or even envision.

This paradox, or the lack of correspondence between intentions and outcomes, that has

captured the imagination of social scientists for decades.

And it's important because it often challenges the success of many policy interventions,

for example strategies to stop the spread of fake news, or to encourage collective action.

Communication networks hold the key to understanding why unintended effects are so pervasive, and,

often, so perverse.

One example that I discuss in the book, inspired by my past research on protest mobilization

and social media, is the emergence of hierarchies in online visibility.

Even though digital social movements tend to be leaderless and horizontal, the communication

structures that they form online as they try to coordinate their actions are very hierarchical,

with a minority of actors generating most of the information.

This inequality is both good and bad: it is good because hierarchical networks are more

efficient; but it is bad because they create inequality in the distribution of visibility,

even if no single actor is responsible for the emergence of that inequality.

So, overall, what the book argues is that digital technologies, and the range of data

sources and tools that they make available, are helping us tame the power of unintended

consequences – if only because we can now understand the mechanisms that underlie this

paradox so much better that we could ever do before.

At the same time, it is also true that digital technologies are creating new challenges that

have no clear precedent in previous technological revolutions, and the book also pays attention

to those, hopefully triggering as many questions in the mind of the reader as it tries to answer,

because in the end, we are just getting started in our attempts to decode social life through

the lens of digital data.

32. Protoceratops. Protoceratops walk on 4 feet instead of 2 feet like a pterodactyl.

Protoceratops has 0 horns that's how I know it's a Protoceratops. We have like a Styracosaurus.

And they have 1 horn. I'm gonna be Peter Pan for halloween. Can you remember that? These

dinosaurs are really cool. See those horns? Sometimes my baby and I

like to play with these dinosaurs. Ankylosaurus is my mom's favorite. And they have a club

on their tail. They're so cute. See it on my hand? They like to get the T-Rex and velociraptor

and they turn their tail like this. And look at this. Look at that. It's a stegosaurus.

Stegosaurus have plates on their back. I know their name because.... plates.

Pachycephalosaurus

they are my favorite FAVORITE dinosaurs. So they bonk heads with another pachycephalosaurus.

Go talk with Dale.

Level 3. Dimetrodon. Dimetrodons walk and they have this little thing on their

back and they think, the dinosaurs died. [Is dimetrodon a dinosaur?] No.

I know brachiosaurus

because Arlow is. And I know diplodocus because that's Arlow's mom. [No, Arlow's mom is a

brachiosaurus, too.]

[Bless you!]

pterodactyl goes and says that's a long dinosaur I think

I'll go peck on it. And that one says and that one goes and leaves.

They like to they have, see that hammer on the back of their head? So they like to slibble

slibble slibble or slibble slibble slibble. Velociraptors eat other dinosaurs like this:

yum yum yum yum. [And how do you know that's a velociraptor and not a T-Rex?] Because it

has a claw on it's toe. [Do you have a T-Rex on here?] I thought I did. I grabbed one...

T-Rex do not have claws but they look like a velocirapt o r . . . hmmm.. 30. 10. These

ones don't fly only Pterodactyl and pteranodon but this is a allosaurus. [How do you know

that's an allosaurus?] Because it has 3 fingers. 35. T-Rex. T-Rex's stomp really loud at the

dinosaurs which shook all the dinosaurs down. [Wo, how do you know that's a T-Rex, honey?]

Because it has 2 fingers. This is a Hadrosaur. [What is a hadrosaur?] A hadrosaur is a duck-billed

dinosaur. Sauropods. These are sauropods. [What is a sauropod?] This is a sauropod and

this is a sauropod. [How do you know that they're sauropods?] Because they have long

necks and they walk on 4 feet. This is a Theropod, this is a Theropod and this is a Theropod.

[How do you know?] They walk on 2 feet and they eat other animals. [You did good!] Do

you see this Pachycephalosaurus bump? [I love you!] I love you. [I love you so much.]

I was teasin' ya.

Bonk! Bonk! Bonk!

Go talk with Dale.
