Vadim please explain

Is it possible to gain muscle mass by

training calisthenics

of course, it is possible, but only with

the right approach because it

takes a little longer because

you use your own body weight

literally for all exercises,

and there are hundreds and thousands of these exercises

aaaaaaa

when you train with the weight of your body you

develop a little bit more

because your muscles must understand that

you use your own weight. for majority of

people this takes little... for

most people who never

practiced sports it takes

some time because the body

must adapt to

the load you gave it. in the gym you

take the weight you rip muscles,

of course you grow more

here originally you need to develop

some strength and endurance for you

to begin feeling control of your own

body, after you add weight

for training

calisthenics. adding weight you

rip muscles just like in

the gym. it is just here you tear much

more muscle fibers because

in each exercise you involve as

much as possible, basically a lot

more muscle. but the difference in muscle

mass in training with the weight of your body and

difference in physique of

the person who trains in the gym is

tremendous. Now if you put

the man who has been training for 10 years

in the gym and the man who

has been practicing calisthenics for 10 years you

will see the difference because a person

who trains with the weight of his own body, will

not have such a big physique

like the one who trains in the gym, but

he will have more strength, and endurance and

functionality many times more than that of the

the person who train in the

gym, because here you have

I switched said earlier very

many muscle groups and you develop control

over your own body and if you can

control your body - this is the best

that could be

because thousands of people dream of having

control of their own body but they can not

and so they go to the gym in order to

look better, but in this

volume there is no strength, endurance

and functionality, understand, that is why

here you will have may be slightly

less muscle mass, but this muscle mass

will be much more effective,

impressive, and you can use muscle

mass use it in different

directions, because it will

be built on the strength, functional and

endurance exercises. if

you are the man that trains in the

gym and want to try

yourself in calisthenics - Again, this is possible

and, again, this is a plus for you because you

want to try yourself in something new

and I have many friends that

combine exercise in the gym

and calisthenics,

so There is nothing wrong in it, but

for some people gym is a gym,

calisthenics is calisthenics

and they do notmix it. I I never have trained

in the gym, the only is

that at the moment I train legs with weight

such as squats, leg press, lunges,

and so forth,

etc., but training for the upper

body are related only only with

calisthenics and people say that the

muscle mass I built

is not thanks to practicing

calisthenics - it is thanks to steroids,

due to the fact that I take steroids

and so on, but I never took steroids,

that is, the concept of steroids

for some people it is protein or bcaa

or glutamine or different vitamins and minerals.

because they never took anything

from sports nutrition

and they do not know for what

it serves. that is, I never

trained in the gym

to gain what I have, I did basics

I did sets, at this moment also do

basics, sets, different elements combine

calisthenics with strength calisthenics, that is

strength calisthenics is training with extra weight,

Basic exercises with weight, -

It gives you growth of muscle mass, but you

should know that calisthenics consists of

various directions and you

must be a complete

athlete, that is the athlete that works on

static elements and dynamic

elements, that is strong in basics,

different sets in training with extra weights, then

you have to be complete. to be

a complete athletes is the most

difficult, because you have to

work on various directions and you

cannot focus on

one thing. but most important on which

you must focus

is basics. basics builds your body, basis

builds endurance and basics builds strength

thanks to this foundation you

you can start working on other

directions in calisthenics and be

as successful in these directions.

Thank you so much for the answer

Firefighter Rescues Pup But Can'T Stand Leaving Him Behind, So He Saves His Life Once

More

The young pit bull was discovered by a firefighter tied up in the rain.

The puppy was sick and there was no one around to claim her, no one making sure she was safe.

The dog was left alone outside in the harsh elements.

The dog's rescuer was a firefighter named Mike Thawley from Fire Station 14 in Sacramento,

California.

Mike cleaned her up and took her to Front Street Animal Shelter for some much needed

medical attention.

The great staff at this shelter began treating her mange and wrapped her in warm clothing

to protect her skin.

They named the pup "Chunkie."

There was no doubt that Chunkie was grateful to be rescued from neglect and abuse, but

the shelter workers noticed that she was still sad.

When Mike Thawley, Chunkie's hero, came back to visit, their reunion was absolutely

incredible.

Chunkie came alive and showed Mike the kind of love he deserved as the man who saved her

life.

Now Mike is speaking to his family about becoming a foster family for Chunkie.

Soon we hope that he will be taking this precious pup to his home so the two can deepen their

already loving relationship.

Share this story if you are grateful for local heroes like Mike Thawley and if you care about

neglected pups like Chunkie.

Focus. You Can Do This - Study Motivation - Duration: 10:09.

I was playing a game against the 49 it was a Monday night game and I had to

sacks that game and I had ten sacks on the year which is great by football terms

and I was on my way going to another Pro Bowl which mean I've won the

best in the NFL but I felt horrible I felt like I was one of the worst players

didn't feel good about myself and and I went to somebody in Arizona who you

know just reinforced that you have to speak kindly to yourself you have to

talk nicely to yourself treat yourself and say to yourself what you would say

to somebody else to encourage them and that's what I started to do and the next

week had a big game against the Cardinals and it was in my opinion in 15 years in

the NFL the best and greatest football game I've ever played and I think it was

because I truly told myself you can do this you know how to play this game you

belong in this game and I've had to use that to do live I had to do you do use

it to do Fox because I wasn't so sure I could be a sports commentator which a

lot of people think is natural for an athlete to be able to do but it's not

and then come to morning television I've had to tell myself that to do GMA

I've had to tell myself that because I'm as scared and as fearful as anybody else

to tackle something new but I've learned that sometimes I got to get over the

fear of not doing it because I'm scared instead of not doing it because I can't

do it and I found that I was more just worried about being scared and what with

the repercussions were actually more than really feeling like I couldn't do

something and now by taking these chances I feel like I can do anything I

think once you get to the point of where you don't really care about anyone elses

opinion and you really truly trust in yourself and you're willing to put

yourself in an uncomfortable position you'll find that you'll get comfortable

real quick and you can do things that you never in a million years thought

that you'd be able to accomplish and I'm a true believer that it's all what you

think of it it's all what you think of yourself it's

all what you apply to it it's all about the work that you put into it

and if you put all those things and you apply and you really

interested in something then you can do it I have no doubt in anybody every

thing is possible people say you you have to have a lot of passion for what

you're doing and it's totally true and the reason is is because it's so hard

that if you don't any rational person would give up it's really hard and you

have to do it over a sustained period of time so if you don't love it if you're

not having fun doing it you don't really love it you're gonna give up and that's

what happens to most people actually if you really look at that the ones that

ended up you know being successful unquote the eyes of society and the ones

that didn't oftentimes it's the ones that are successful loved what they did

so they could persevere well you know when it got really tough and and the

ones that didn't love it quit because they're saying right who would want to

put up with this stuff if you don't love it so it's a lot of hard work and and

it's a lot of worrying constantly and if you don't love it you're gonna fail so

you got to love it you got to have passion keep trying different things

it's okay to not know a hundred percent what you're passionate about it's not a

crime to being a job that you're not a hundred percent in love with but there

are things that you can do alright don't be a victim that's the thing that drives

me crazy when I talk to people and they like you but like yo if you really want

if you get to the point where it's more uncomfortable being where you are you

will figure it out but a lot of times we get stuck in these ruts we let other

people's perception of what they think we should do for ourselves sort of

decide what we do and this is crazy it's absolutely nuts guys life is way too

short to be living without passion and for a career if you're in the place

where your does not 100% happy there is absolutely no better time than

right now to try and figure it out because you're amazing and you deserve

it the fifth one is about mindset and the mindset shift is to appreciation

because the truth is oftentimes everything what we're trying to get get

get we're focused on what we don't have and if you can shift your mindset simply

from not focusing on what I lack but what I

and shift it from not focusing on the bottom of that ladder of the stuff but

to the connection and the growth that is the shift that will lead to the most

lasting happiness we have access to this at all times of our life even in the

annoying moments when we're standing in line it's 20 minutes to get out of the

food store you can focus on the fact that you're 20 minutes late what you

don't have is your time or you can focus on the fact that you have food

surrounding you from all kinds of the world and you live literally better than

Kings did 100 years ago because they couldn't get grapes right if you were on

the other side of the planet so depending on what you compare yourself

to if you're alive today if you're watching YouTube if you're on the

internet you literally live better then Kings did not very long ago you are in

the top point one percent of lucky people who have ever lived so no matter

what's going on in your life I know that there will be things that knock you down

things that suck reasons to be unhappy or there's always a reason to bounce

back if you shift your focus to what you have compared to what you don't so I

hope you find that helpful I hope that you can focus on what you appreciate and

if you take one thing from this right now write down or say in your head one

thing that is common to your life that is little that maybe you don't notice

all the time that you appreciate right now and I think that that I'll make you

have a much better day and if you can keep it up that habit will give you a

much happier life

your destiny your

future is not predicated on the decision of someone else you've wasted too much

of your life trying to change other people's mind about you

it doesn't matter what they think about you

God is not going to bless you by their opinion God is going to bless you on how you see yourself

touch somebody and say I believe I'm coming out

I don't know how long it's going to take

I don't know what I'm going to have to go through

I don't know what I'm going to lose along the way but I still believe that I'm coming out

I've been broke I've been busted and disgusted but I still believe that I'm coming out I'm locked up

in prison they say I'll never get out

but I still believe that I'm coming out

I'm coming out if I don't have nowhere to stay I'm coming out if my husband marries somebody else

I'm coming out if I don't have no job I'm coming out

and I want you really right now once again start thinking about your goals

and about your dreams and as you begin to envision them one of the things that

I think that's very important that we have to always go back to as you look at

your goals and dreams and and I want you to expand them and it's very important

to realize that I found that most people fail in life not because they aim too

high and miss most people fail in life because it did just like I did for so

many years they aim too low and hit they didn't believe in themselves

so I want you right now as we begin to think about the lessons and all the

things that you've experienced and all of the comments and stories and

strategies and lessons that you've had I think it's time to revisit and look at

your goals and dreams and let's raise the bar I remember as a kid we would be

in the backyard and we would play jumpin somebody would

get on one side of the stick my sister and then my brother

we were running we'd jump over it and then they'd say raise it a little bit

higher we have to back up if we run a wig jump over to get it and then we say

raise it up a little higher and higher it got we have to begin to change our

approach and how are we going to get over the bar and that's the same thing

in life and so right now I want you to think about your goals and dreams as you

begin to raise them a little higher and I want you to stay with me it's possible

it's possible you know the easiest thing that I do is speak and trade people how

to speak go into prisons and juvenile detention centers into high schools and

colleges speak before thousands of people I can do that in my sleep

let me share with you that the most difficult thing I've ever done in my

life it took me years to do and that was to believe that it was possible to

believe that I can do it given my circumstances born and abandoned

building on a floor being adopted being labeled educable mentally retarded

failing twice and school no college training never worked for major

corporation to believe that I had something of value to say

somebody would want to listen to me to believe that that somebody would pay me

to talk to them have you ever thought about something you wanted to do and you

talked yourself out of it I remember going to see Zig Ziglar who I consider

the number one motivational speaker in the planet and dr. norman vincent peale

when he was alive in robert schuller i used to see them and i would be so pumped up

and inspired after hearing Jim Ron who recently passed one of the great

motivational speakers of all time and and Charlie tremendous Jones it and I

would go to my car pumped up saying yes yes yes I can and then after a While my

mental conditioning would kick in unless a less fun you can't do that you don't

have a college education that's wrong you can't do that

sir do you know your parents are this from you can't do that you failed twice in school

good ever thought about something you wanted to do and you talked yourself out

of it there's a proverb that says if there's no enemy within the enemy

outside can do us no harm

Euphoria In Egypt: How Far Can The Pharaohs Go At The World Cup? |Football Reports| - Duration: 3:57.

After Egypt's qualification for the World Cup in Russia, the first one after almost

30 years, the whole country is in a state of euphoria and celebration.

Mohamed Salah and his colleagues are now national heroes and are worshipped by a hundred million

Egyptians.

But what can the Pharaohs really achieve in Russia?

Is participating enough or will Egypt surprise us all?

Welcome to another Report From The Romantic World Of Football.

In case you missed it, a few days ago Egyptian football history was written in Alexandria.

Egypt played against Congo and a win would secure the Pharaoh's first qualification

for a World Cup since 1990.

Mohamed Salah, the absolute superstar in Egypt's team, secured this win with a penalty in the

95th minute and send his country into ecstasy.

It will be Egypt's third participation, the first one was back in 1934 in Mexico where

Egypt became the first African country at the World Cup.

After the 1990 World Cup, where Egypt was eliminated in the group stage, the Pharaohs

became the dominant team in Africa with four Africa Cup titles, three of those consecutively

between 2006 and 2010.

But, the World Cup qualifiers were an entirely different story and Egypt regularly disappointed

its fans.

Now in Russia they will have their chance for making amends.

The football-mad country is going through difficult political and economic times and

people have been longing for an opportunity to forget their sorrows at least for a short

time.

Almost 90,000 people witnesses the deciding game against Congo.

In Russia, Mohamed Salah will lead his country against much tougher opposition however and

the question is if Egypt has enough quality in their team to compete against those teams.

The 25-year-old Liverpool player Salah is surely the team's superstar.

Known for his agility and speed, he will pose the biggest danger to the opposition.

His transfer from AS Roma to Liverpool was estimated at around 50 million euros.

Argentinian coach Hector Cuper however, also has some other great players at his disposal.

20-year-old striker Ramadan Sobhi from Stoke City is one of the biggest talents, while

Mahmoud Hassan and Mahmoud Abdel-Moneim also, along with the well-known Arsenal player Mohamed

Elneny, delivered some great performances recently.

In general, Egypt has a very young team, with the exception of 44-year-old goalkeeper and

captain Essam El Hadary who appeared 151 times for Egypt and currently plays in Saudi Arabia.

Egypt's mix of young talent and experienced players, together with a proven and well-known

coach, really seems kind of impressive on paper.

But as always, on the pitch is all that counts.

But this is surely one of the best Egyptian teams of all-time and I am convinced that

this squad will deliver a few surprises in Russia.

Prepare yourselves Egypt-fans!

Bricked - Jack Marshall Can't Do This - Episode 7 - Duration: 4:08.

Sorry about the melodramatic ending last time

but this little guy made quite the entrance.

I think I'll keep him.

After that brick came sailing through my kitchen window last night,

I heroically sprang to action

and apprehended the brick-throwing villain.

Don't believe me?

[footsteps running]

Oh! Ugh! [female laughter]

Or I ran out the front door and tripped over some bushes.

That girl you heard had to've been on a bike

or maybe she was a track star.

Or maybe she just lives nearby.

What is certain, is that somebody's trying to send me a message

and my mental map of the front yard is completely inaccurate.

So, here to help us unpack what happened...

You have to come...

House, people can't see if you're standing all the way over there.

I didn't know you were ready for me, Mr. Marshall.

Right, but I was giving you the cue. I was like...

Okay, so, we are two-thirds of the way to

winning this game of Clue.

We have the weapon,

we know it came through the kitchen window,

now we just need the who.

As I've said already, I don't know the people from town very well.

Okay, but I don't know them at all, so this is a good start.

Yes, of course.

Have you noticed anybody suspicious lurking around?

Anybody that shouldn't be here? Day? Night?

I, uh, no, no I haven't.

Who knows I'm here? Let's start with that.

Practically everyone. News travels fast.

You think there's anybody that wants to search the house?

Search?

Like for a safe or, you know,

thinking there's valuables for the taking after my aunt's death.

I don't pretend to know what others think may or may not be here.

Well, what do you think?

Your aunt was a woman of many secrets.

At this point, nothing would surprise me.

Hmm, how long have you worked for her?

Several years.

Several?

Mm-hmm. -Several like two? Or several like six?

4 years, 11 months, 3 days, 8 hours and- -

Right, okay, got...we got it. Yep.

It was a joke.

Aah, accessing your synthetic humor package I see.

I'm not a robot.

Well, I wouldn't go that far.

At the the very least, House, you're not...

Uh, who was that?

That was Mr. Morgan.

Mr. Morgan?

The Marshall House handyman.

Okay, did you know he was gonna be here?

Yes, I asked him to replace screens in several second-floor windows.

Mm, is that right?

Is something wrong?

Ah, gee, I don't know House, somebody threw a brick through my window last night.

I would love to know when people are gonna be here.

Yes, of course.

Mr. Pickering brought him on to

oversee all of the house repairs.

Arthur hired him? -Yes.

Are there any cameras on the property?

None, Mr. Marshall.

Well, thank you, House for your valuable time.

You've been extremely...helpful.

Or have you been questionable?

Oh, come on, I have to suspect him. He's a butler.

He hasn't exactly been forthcoming, either.

In any case, we are no closer to figuring

out who threw this little gem through my kitchen window

and this town hasn't exactly been welcoming.

What is clear, though?

Is that my theory about something being hidden in this house is not that far-fetched.

I have a feeling this is gonna be a very long year.

30: What is the PRS, what does it do and how can you register? - Duration: 14:56.

Hey there and welcome to another video from your band is a business. Today I'm

going to talk about the PRS, what they do how to join them and how to register

your songs and then how to register the performances of those songs so that you

can earn some money. Now everything in this video is not meant to advise you to

join PRS. I'm not saying you should or that it's a good idea or anything like

that and the reason I'm saying that is because it's when you register your

songs and things like that it starts to stray into legal advice and I don't want

to give any legal advice to you regarding your music career. Because I

could get into trouble or perhaps one day you'll sue me for loads of money

that I don't have or something like that. I'm kidding but look I just want to be

very clear I'm not advising you to do anything. Personally I have registered

with the PRS and I know musicians have. I also believe there are other agencies

that do similar work to PRS so I will explore that in the future but today's

video is to show you, if you choose to, if you choose to off your own back to join

the PRS this is how you do it. Now what the PRS does, the Performance Rights

Society they issue licenses to venues so that they can perform or have

performers at their venues or they can play music at their venue and then they

collect the money from those licenses and they then distribute it to the

people that have written the songs or the music publishers. So even if you are

an independent artist so you have not signed to a label you literally just

sat at home and wrote some songs and now they aren't even recorded yet but you

start performing them live then you can already start to earn you can already

start to get money for that. So in order to get this process started to go to PRS

for music dot com and this is the website that you'll arrive at and of course you

can read about what they do, royalties all of that kind of stuff. Once

you've done that and you're satisfied with that you click here at the top

'start here want to join' now there's a lot of scrolling down on this on the PRS

website so I'll be doing that a lot but make sure to read everything before you

make the decision to join the PRS. Now in this video I'm speaking to people,

these videos are aimed at people that are in a band or solo performers are

producers, songwriters that kind of stuff. So you need to join as a writer because

you are making original music and you want to register that and make money

from it. So click 'join as a writer' it will say, it will ask you is it for you?

And it says as a songwriter composer you can earn money when your music is used

and that means, that includes when you perform it yourself and you don't need

to be signed to a record label or publisher. But you do need to be

identified as the copyright owner of a musical work. Now I'm just going to

assume that you are the sole creator of a song so we're not discussing songs

that you've co-written with people that's another story which I'll go to

into in the future. But for now it's just about songs that you've written yourself

and you are performing yourself so again scroll down, as I said lots of scrolling

down. Click there 'When is it best to join' and then it says should

you join because it cost 100 pounds to join. That's a one-off fee, one time and

then it gives examples of how quickly you could earn that money back. So if it

plays on on BBC 1 on a primetime show then you'll, they'll pay you a fee that

is more than 100 pounds and you have earned everything back. If

you're not at that stage yet but you're just performing and open mic

nights and stuff like that then it will take you a couple of performances. So it

says here twelve small-scale venues that are registered in our gigs and club

scheme. So a local pub. So if you perform 12 gigs at a local pub then you'll have

earned that money back. And I think this example talks about a full gig so maybe

25 to half an hour gig. If you're just doing two or three songs at an open mic

night it's gonna take a little bit longer to earn that money back. But look

after that it's all it's you know it's just easy money if you're just if you're

out there performing then you might as well be claiming this money because that

money is is going is being collected by the PRS anyway and it's just sitting

there and if you perform then you are entitled to that money so might as well

do it. Sorry caveat again, look out I said you

might as well I'm not advising you to join the PRS specifically if you read

all the information and if you decide to do that then this is how you do it. So if

you do want to do that click join PRS as a writer and then it says that you need to

have a debit or credit card ready and some ID. Make sure to read these

documents as it tells you to. If there's anything you don't understand then

please look for help, please ask people because you should not be signing things

that you don't understand. And if that means that you need to find a lawyer to

help you with that, then do that because you don't want to do anything

that you'll regret later. So make sure you read all of that it's fairly

straightforward so don't be afraid of just reading that yourself read the

terms and conditions and if you're happy with those click 'accept' and then you'll

have to fill in your details. Now from what I remember

I don't think, when I first registered the website was different and it's been

updated but I think the process is still the same where they will then send you a

form or you have to print out a form and then fill that in and then send that in

the normal post. And then it will take a couple of weeks for them to get back to

you to confirm that you are registered with the PRS and then you will have,

you'll be provided login details so that you can log in to the website. Ok so I'm

logged into the PRS now and I scroll down there's a lot of scrolling down as

I said and here you can see two options register or amend works and report live

performances. Those are the two that we're focusing on out of these other

ones so register or amend works means you can register your song. So let's do

that. Let's go over here and then you see option register and you work amend an

existing work or view your previous work registrations. So let's

quickly look here you can see I recently registered two new songs passion is

aggression and adrenaline overdose. And you can look back in history at all the

other ones that you've done. And here I'm going to show you how to register a new

work. Now it's really easy you don't even need a recording all you need to do is

write down the title of the song. You can have an alternative title if you want

, you don't need to. Then you put in the time that it is so as a 4-minute song maybe.

Like I said you don't even need a recording so just play the song and see

roughly how long it is and it doesn't matter if it's if you're not accurate

and I'm just type in how long the song is and if you don't if you don't put in

a duration then it will default I believe to 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Don't need to worry about any of these tick boxes just leave that alone and

then all you have to do is click 'Save' and then your

song is registered and that's really it.

Because we're not talking about anything more complicated than a song

you've written now if there's a situation where you are signed, you have

a publishing deal or a record label or you've co-written the song then things

get a bit more complicated and you need to you know you need to make sure that

the other person that wrote the song with you is properly credited or if the

publisher owned or the label owns rights to your songs that they have that

registered as well and that's all a bit more complicated and I won't go into

that in this video. I'm just going to obviously this is just for people that have

written their own songs and are performing them. So once you've

registered those songs, you'll receive an email that will say that that

that's been done correctly and then you can report those songs, and what you need

to do is click here 'Report Live Performances' scroll down again as usual.

Then you're in the the live performances section let's click on 'submitted'. You can

see previous gigs that I've done I still have to do a few more there's a few that

happened between the 30th of September the 10th of October. I make sure that

I'm always keeping the track of where I perform and which songs I do so that I

don't forget. So let's go back report a live performance, so let's do that let's

pretend that I performed well I did perform on Monday but I can't where just

now but I'll just make something up for now I won't save it. So you

choose the date, which country so it was UK, was it the festival no, where

was it. So here you type in the venue so say it was at Belushi's in Camden. So you just

type in the name of the venue and sometimes there's venues that obviously

exist in different places. Sorry, have the same name so Belushi's in

Camden there's only one, but maybe King William

See there's loads so make sure that you know the the exact address of the of the

venue so I'm just gonna click one I'm not gonna save it now. Then who performed

the setlist so put your band or your name. Which works did you perform well you can

either add an existing setlist if you constantly play the same set setlist at

different venues then you can just go here and these are previous setlist

that I maid but if not it will, I cancelled there if not it will just choose the

date and the venue and all that will be a unique set list. So let's pretend that

was the case and then you can add works. So click add works and that's which

songs I play so for example 'Look Back And Laugh'' there you go. Now make sure

that you choose the one that you wrote so here Cornelis Blokland that's

the one i wrote but some other people wrote songs called 'Look Back And

Laugh' this one and this one so don't click those because otherwise

you know that means you've covered somebody else's song but no it's

a song I did myself. Done and scroll down again and as you can see 'Look Back And

Laugh' has been added there and you can add as many songs as you want and once

you're satisfied that you've done that all correctly you

click 'Submit' or you can save for later. But I won't do that now because this is

I didn't perform at King William Four on Monday I performed somewhere else.

But that's it and you'll receive a notification

that it has been submitted it will be listed here under your submitted

performances and then you wait because the payments happen four times a year I

believe. And that will be a direct deposit into your bank account that you've that

you've submitted when you registered with the PRS. So that's it, that is all

there is to registering with the PRS and some registering your songs and

submitting live performances. And I'll say it again, I said it at the start of

the video this is not advice for you. I'm not advising you to join the PRS like I

said I believe there are other societies that do similar work so they

collect royalties on your behalf. I will investigate that and make another video

in the future if that is the case. I'm not advising you to do this. If you

want to do it though then this is how you do it.

Okay that's it for this video if you have any questions then leave them in

the comments I'll speak to you guys soon!

Hello everyone. This is GoToe

Today We will do funny game together

That is guess the KPOP game

and the songs are

gathering songs with lyrics 'OH OH'

when you listen only that 'OH OH'

You need to recognize them

For example

What I am thinking now is

That song of SNSD

and also

BLACKPINK song

like that

after you hear that

you need to say the title of the song

Also today

to increase the concentration of this game

I prepare

a gift to you

We have total 15 questions

and you will listen each question 2 times

you will get 2 points when you guess at 1st time

and 1point at 2nd listen

So total point is 30

and after we will do that

if my score will be less than 20/30

Among my subscribers

I will select 1 person that leave a 'special comment'

because it is first time

and I will give a chicken gift to him or her

If I will let you leave any comment,

I think you will leave a comment without see my video

So I put a special comment

somewhere in my video

if my score will be less than 20

I will give her a chicken

to the first person leave that comment

I swear

I didn't see the video before

I will do challenge with you

and let's do this!!!

As you can see

you have 2 chances

2 point for 1st listen

1 point for 2nd listen

(1st is always easy)

Plz' Don't Be sad of HIGHLIGHT

That was easy

(I think everyone konw this)

They use easy one in the front

Before I

Typical songs with OH! is SNSD's OH!

I need to concentrate

(WTF with his rhythm..?)

Is that right...?

(despair)

(concentrate for chicken)

I need to focus on...

OMG.....

Hold on tight!

(Feel better because of the 2 points)

I think 20 point will be possible

I know it!!!!

Damn!!

20 point.....

(Too sad to watch..)

Ready to but chicken..

I can't listen

I know this song!!

(Fantastic humming)

It will be hard to get 20 points

(I...will give you chicken)

I know it!!!

That is 4 minute song right?

I said I know it...!

Much harder than I expected..

Impossible to get 20

...?

I couldn't hear it

(That is the 1st case to get a right answer after change it)

(I will give you chicken if you leave a comment with 'XYLITOL WHITE' at first)

I am not sure about my score

I don't know my score right now

I think less than 20 point...

So we finished

GUESS THE KPOP WITH LYRICS OHOH

So while I am editing

I will check my final score

if less than 20

(My score is 14/30)

I will give you a chicken with joy

unlike other KPOP quiz ,

with some gift, It makes me more concentrate

Much more funny to me

I think I will do it

everytime when we do the KPOP quiz

It is really good to you

and to me also

That is good to me cuz I can give you sth

and also good to you that you can get something

This is the end of this video

besides this game there are

so many KPOP games like inst verstion

Eating comes first!Even Red Velvet can't resist Tteok-bokki's Red Flavor![Happy Together/2017.10.12] - Duration: 10:18.

He took a look outside.

He took a look and closed the door tight.

It was too loud.

(This thing won't close)

(They need better soundproofing here)

(Who's being so loud?)

It was too loud.

See that? They slammed the door shut.

They closed the door. This isn't good.

It was too loud for them.

(Funny yet sad...)

They closed the door shut.

But they sure are good at singing.

(They have no idea what's going on)

(He tries to open the door...)

(But it doesn't work...)

(Starts singing out of frustration)

He's belting out the notes.

Oh, no...

None of the rooms are reacting!

(Giving up)

(Look at these great singers in this room...)

What's the point of singing well?

This isn't a singing contest.

- They have to sing your song. / - Right.

They have to sing it normally.

They'd win first if this was a singing contest.

(How unfortunate...)

This chance didn't work out so well today.

Can they sing one more song?

It's over.

We'll let them sing another song.

Will singing another song

really help Fly to the Sky?

It's still daytime.

This reminds me of Kim Kyungho.

Let them sing one more, since they're in there.

I think we'll get to see a funny moment.

I don't think being loud will help them.

(They pick "You You You" for their second song)

More like "Sigh Sigh Sigh."

It's not looking good.

It really isn't.

(The ballad duo sings a second song!)

(Showing off his explosive vocals again)

(He gives his all for the second song)

(Please sing my song)

Sing it!

(Sing my song!)

Why is he trying so hard?

(Thank you for the amazing show)

(Fly to the Sky fail at their chance)

That was the best performance you've ever put on.

Hwanhee tried harder than on "I am a Singer."

Their greatest performance was at karaoke.

He has a powerful voice.

I wasn't going to try that hard...

I kept telling him to sing louder.

I never sing loud when I'm not performing.

But I gave it my all today.

In our previous episodes,

someone always sang a Fly to the Sky song.

A lot of people did.

We thought Fly to the Sky would be

the second to go, right after Red Velvet.

How strange...

It's past 4 p.m. now.

You never know. They could still sing your song.

Let's eat some snacks.

Is the food here?

(It's snack time!)

We'll eat some snacks for some energy.

We should eat.

Yeah. Spicy rice cakes!

This is like a picnic.

(Everyone chows down)

We have to keep watching, though.

- Keep watching. / - Stay focused.

It's okay. Just relax today.

Should we do the next chance as we eat?

Let's see it.

Now g.o.d. will pick.

One, two, three.

Right here.

Which one do you want?

Giving out coffee.

- I made that one work. / - Really?

(Will g.o.d. get what they want?)

One, two, three.

Putting your own song in their counter.

This is a good one.

This might be a better one now.

This chance hurt Kim Kyungho's feelings.

This one is better today.

I feel like I'll get my feelings hurt.

What is this one? What is it?

We'll put one of our songs

into their counter.

The song you pick is important.

A slow one or a fast one?

"The Place You Should Be" or "Friday Night."

"To My Mother."

- "To My Mother." / - That's the best bet.

Red Velvet!

The last room picked Red Velvet.

(Focused)

They're singing our song!

That's our song!

Where? Where?

Here! Here!

Next to that.

Wow! Right while we were talking!

(They must enter the room before the song ends!)

- Where do we go? / - Room 4.

(Room 4 loves "Red Flavor")

Finally!

(It's a celebration here)

Congratulations.

(Some relief after two hours and 20 minutes!)

(They sing and do the dance moves)

(They head towards their song!)

Where is it?

Where is it? Where is it?

(We're coming to meet you)

(Surprise)

(It's Red Velvet, the singers of "Red Flavor"!)

(What's going on?)

Hello.

(They try to accept the reality)

(Is Red Velvet really next to me?)

It's really Red Velvet!

Wow!

(She still doesn't want to accept reality)

(Oh, whatever!)

Everyone!

(She sings for Red Velvet)

(Thank you for saving us)

We were eating something red...

Right! "Red Flavor."

So that's how it tastes.

I feel so much better that one team made it.

Let's keep lying. They might start singing "Lie."

(Sure...)

They won't sing "Lie" if you lie.

(This place has united through "Red Flavor")

(A nice meeting between singers and fans)

(So cute)

How cute.

(Congratulations)

Red Velvet!

(They return to home base to see Jaeseok)

Wow!

Hi!

(More surprised at seeing Shinhwa)

Come this way.

Hello, hello.

Yes, it's Shinhwa.

Sit over here.

This is "Sing My Song."

These two girls sang "Red Flavor" by Red Velvet!

(Yu Jihye, 22 / Tak Ayeong, 22)

This is a rare case.

You sang "Red Flavor" as soon as you came in.

What song should we sing?

Nucksal's song.

(They went straight to "Red Flavor")

Why is that?

We like Red Velvet.

We've always liked them a lot.

This is a segment on "Happy Together."

Have you seen it yet?

I have. With Lee Hongki.

That was the first episode.

That's what we're doing now. "Sing My Song."

Far out!

You actually said that out loud.

You just sang Red Velvet's song.

Did you plan on singing any songs by Shinhwa,

Fly to the Sky, or g.o.d.?

I really love Shinhwa's songs.

You're a Shinhwa fan?

My older sister is in the fan club.

Minwoo is my favorite.

(I love you, Shinhwa fans - from Minwoo)

If your sister is a Shinhwa fan...

She would've sung their song right away.

My sister will cry, since I got to meet them.

For real...

They sang "Red Flavor."

Thank you.

(Thank you for joining us)

Suyong always gets to leave early.

He gets to go home first again today.

Yeri and Joy get to go home!

See you again.

Get going.

Bye, Suyong.

As expected of Red Velvet.

Let's keep it rolling.

Red Velvet's departure has gotten me pumped up.

So g.o.d., let's put your song in.

We should put in "One Candle."

Because people can sing it easily.

When the title comes up, "What's this?"

They have to want to sing it.

If we put in "Lie,"

they'll be disappointed it's not the Big Bang song.

Because they're younger.

So avoid "Lie."

Taewoo got this to work, so it'll work for us, too.

We'll force your song in now.

We're all in this together!

I can't believe it's coming to this!

(They have no idea)

(Singing "1,000-Year Love")

They put in "One Candle."

- Where? / - "One Candle" has been added.

Room 4. Please, please.

(Forcing a song on their playlist from the counter)

(Enter!)

(What will happen?)

I didn't cancel it. I was holding this part.

Then what happened?

I don't know.

I'll just sing a different one.

What is this?

("One Candle")

(If we hope for it enough, they'll sing it)

(For those who are anxious)

(Sing my song!)

Can Trump Shut NBC Down? - Duration: 5:53.

>>AFTER IT WAS REVEALED THAT DONALD TRUMP WANTS TO BUILD

ABOUT 32,000 ADDITIONAL NUCLEAR WEAPONS AT THE COST OF COUNTLESS

TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS, HE DIDN'T LIKE THAT THAT REPORTING CAME

OUT, HE DIDN'T LIKE THE REACTION IT HAD, SO HE RESPONDED BY

THREATENING TO SHUT DOWN MEDIA OUTLETS THAT WERE CRITICAL OF

HIM.

HE TWEETED THIS --

>>DIDN'T HE COME UP WITH THAT WORD, FAKE?

>>THAT'S OUR PRESIDENT, KIDS.

CHALLENGE THEIR LICENSE, AS IN

HIS BELIEF IS THAT HE CAN AS PRESIDENT TAKE AWAY THE ABILITY

OF PLACES LIKE NBC TO BROADCAST, BECAUSE OF COURSE THE GOVERNMENT

HAS A ROLE IN THE LICENSING OF THE PUBLIC AIRWAVES TO ALLOW

INFORMATION TO GET OUT THERE, FOR SHOWS TO GET OUT THERE.

WHAT

HE DOESN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT THE FCC IS NOT INVOLVED IN

NETWORKS IN THAT WAY, IT WOULD HAVE NO ABILITY TO STOP NBC AS A

WHOLE FROM BROADCASTING, IT HAS TO DO WITH PARTICULAR LOCAL

THINGS.

HE DOESN'T GET THAT.

HE TWEETED ANOTHER THING --

>>THAT IS SOMETHING MANY OF OUR

VIEWERS WOULD PROBABLY AGREE

WITH, THE LAST PART.

MSNBC, ANYWAY.

SO PURE FICTION.

WHEN A

REPORT LIKE THE NBC NEWS REPORT COMES OUT YOU CAN'T BE SURE THAT

IT'S TRUE, THEY CHECK THINGS BUT YOU CAN'T BE SURE, BUT WHEN HE

RESPONDS IN THIS WAY YOU KNOW IT'S TRUE.

THAT'S THE PATTERN

WITH TRUMP.

WE WILL HAVE SOME VIDEO IN A SECOND BUT I KNOW

THERE'S A BIG DEBATE BETWEEN PEOPLE WHO THINK THIS IS JUST

BLUSTER TO TAKE US OFF THE REAL ISSUE VERSUS THOSE WHO ARE

WORRIED THAT THIS IS A GUY WHO WILL DO WHAT HE CAN TO SHUT DOWN

MEDIA OUTLETS LIKE A TINPOT DICTATOR, AND THAT WE SHOULD

TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.

>>THERE'S A LEGITIMATE ISSUE AND OF COURSE THERE IS DONALD TRUMP.

THE LEGITIMATE ISSUE IS THESE FOLKS WERE GIVEN THE PUBLIC

AIRWAVES AND NOT CHARGED ANYTHING, IN RETURN THEY WERE

SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE PUBLIC INFORMATION AND NEWS.

AND AT

SOME POINT THEY WERE LIKE, JUST KIDDING, WE WILL TURN NEWS INTO

A PROFIT CENTER, SO THEY TWISTED NEWS INTO SOMETHING IT WAS NEVER

MEANT TO BE.

I DON'T WANT TO GET INTO A LONG HISTORY OF THAT, BUT

THE BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOU WERE TO SAY I'M GOING TO TREAT ALL

THE TV STATIONS FAIRLY, EQUALLY, BUT NOW THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR THE

PUBLIC AIRWAVES, THAT WOULD BE AN INTERESTING CONVERSATION.

OR

PROVIDE SOME SORT OF PUBLIC SERVICE, BECAUSE ARE THEY

REALLY PROVIDING A PUBLIC SERVICE?

>>THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE ONES HE HAS A PROBLEM WITH OUR CABLE,

THEY ARE ALREADY DOING THAT.

>>THAT'S AN INTERESTING INTELLECTUAL CONVERSATION PEOPLE

HAVE FROM TIME TO TIME, THAT'S NOT THE CONVERSATION TRUMP IS

HAVING.

A GUY WHO SAYS "BAD FOR COUNTRY" IS NOT HAVING AN

INTELLECTUAL CONVERSATION.

AND RANDOM LETTERS EQUALS RANDOM

LETTERS.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

HE SAYS I WANT TO PUNISH PEOPLE WHO

ARE SPEAKING AGAINST ME.

THAT WOULD BE THE MOST

UNCONSTITUTIONAL THING YOU CAN DO, BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T

IMPEDE YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH OR THE FREEDOM OF THE PRESS, THAT'S

CLEARLY LINED OUT, IT CAN'T BE ANY CLEARER THAN IT IS IN THE

FIRST AMENDMENT.

SO WHEN HE SAYS ME KNOW LIKE WHAT YOU SAY, NBC

BAD LIKE CNN BAD -- I DON'T WANT TO PUNISH THE OTHER GUYS, FOX

NEWS IS AWESOME --

>>I READ TODAY HE CALLS SEAN HANNITY AFTER MOST OF SEAN

HANNITY'S SHOWS.

>>BUT ME NO LIKE YOU, ME SHUT YOUR SPEECH DOWN.

THEN OKAY,

THEN YOU DON'T BELIEVE IN AMERICA.

ALL THE RIGHT-WINGERS

WHO CRY ABOUT MILO OR SHAPIRO --

>>WHERE ARE THEY?

>>IT

DOESN'T GET ANY MORE FREEDOM OF SPEECH THAN THE GOVERNMENT --

>>WHERE ARE THE CLASSIC LIBERALS?

>>THE GOVERNMENT SAYING IF YOU SAY SOMETHING WRONG ABOUT THE

GOVERNMENT WE WILL SHUT YOU DOWN.

THE GUY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND

AMERICA OR DEMOCRACY, HE JUST WANTS TO BE KING.

WHY WON'T THEY

JUST DO WHAT I TELL THEM?

WHY DO I HAVE TO WORK WITH A CONGRESS

OR A COURT SYSTEM?

I WON.

HE THINKS I'M THE PRESIDENT MEANS

I'M THE KING, THE DICTATOR.

YOU NOW HAVE TO DO WHAT I TELL YOU.

THAT'S NOT HOW OUR SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT WORKS.

>>WE HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL AUDIENCE, I'M SURE PEOPLE

WATCHING THE SHOW RIGHT NOW LIVE IN COUNTRIES THAT AT ONE POINT

HAD A FREE PRESS AND THEN FOUND IT WAS TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM BY

PEOPLE LIKE DONALD TRUMP IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY, SO FEEL FREE

TO COMMENT ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE, HOPEFULLY WE WILL

NEVER EXPERIENCE IT BUT WE CAN STILL LEARN FROM YOUR

EXPERIENCE.

FINALLY IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE PEOPLE ATTENDING TO

MAINTAIN YOUR MENTAL HEALTH BY ONLY OCCASIONALLY CHECKING IN

WITH DONALD TRUMP, LET ALONE HIS TWEETS, YOU MIGHT THINK THIS IS

ANOTHER ONE OF HIS RANDOM BLUSTERS, IT'S A THREAT, HE

COMES UP WITH STUFF LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME, THIS IS NOT A

RANDOM, NEW THING FROM TRUMP.

THESE THREATS TO TIGHTEN UP OUR

LIBEL LAWS AND LOOK INTO MEDIA OUTLETS, THAT'S A PATTERN HE HAS

GONE TO A NUMBER OF TIMES SINCE THE CAMPAIGN, DURING THE

CAMPAIGN, AND IN HIS PRIVATE LIFE LONG BEFORE THE CAMPAIGN.

THIS IS A MAN WHO HAS BEEN ATTEMPTING TO SUE OUT OF

EXISTENCE ANYONE WHO CRITICIZES HIM FOR LITERALLY DECADES, SO

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE PERHAPS FATAL MISTAKE OF ASSUMING THIS

IS JUST A THREAT, THAT HE WOULD NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH ON THIS.

HE

HAS ALREADY IN HIS PRIVATE LIFE DONE WHAT HE CAN TO SHUT DOWN

CRITICISM OF HIM, AND THERE IS NO REASON TO BELIEVE HE

WOULDN'T DO IT AS PRESIDENT.
