-------------------------------------------
5+1 Turkish words that can become useful for you in Turkey (This video is not edited sincerely) - Duration: 8:44.
guys it's Lara here again after a long while and I'm so happy to be reunited
with you guys and at the moment I'm in a Cafe it's my
most favorite coffeeshop in Turkey and today I will be talking about five
words that we use most in Turkey and I thought it would be a nice come back video
after a lot of you guys suggest me to shoot something about language I decided to do
this and as always I have my notes here and everything s set I have my coffee and
of course I don't drink from that and
yeah let's begin with the first word I will also write the writings how do
how do they write these words in Turkish in the description place
and my first word is "Tamam" which means okay in Turkish and a lot of people use this
word to say it's okay or let someone know that they're angry
for example your friend or your girlfriend or your boyfriend texted you
something very very long and they said you do this you do that
you know I will do this and that and then you just answer and say "Tamam" it's
also the same same thing as the same okay with just a "K"
yeah this was the first word try to repeat after me "Tamam" awesome and the
second word the second word is "Çay" which means tea' if you watched my previous
videos you will see why this word is very important and why do we use it a
lot for example I'm going to give you an example sentence in Turkish it is when
you came to a Cafe like this and then you say "İki Çay Lütfen"
Two cup of tea please I directly translated it from Turkish
though it's not very awesome I know and yeah our second word is "Çay" because we
need it a lot
and let's keep on with the third word is...
let me check my notes I'm sorry
let's go on with the third word the third word is "Lan", Lan means something
rude in turkish and if you get angry with someone you you say not "Napıyorsun Lan"
it means what are you doing man something like that it's the same thing
in Korean as (speaks a bit korean ) and koreans understood
me now, probably maybe they don't because of my bad accent but it means
something like man in a rude way and you can see a lot of people just because of
the heavy traffic in Istanbul and a lot of stress
they use the Word "Lan" a lot they say what are you doing man and they're saying what
are you doing man I don't want to say the whole of it because it's probably ending
with swearing or beginning with the swearing because you get really angry I
don't blame Turkish people for this because they can get really angry
because it's really heavy the traffic and everybody s stressed out after a
long day of their job and stuff yeah let me check my notes again and
another word is actually I have two words left and again it's five five
words i said like that and it's gonna be six words but still just forgive me and
another word is "Bakarız" it means we will see and actually the word
"Bakarız" is not something that we use a lot but it's something that we
have to use a lot because in istanbul sometimes you're late for something you
promised a friend but it seems like that you're not gonna make it in a time
you're not sure if you're gonna make it so you say we'll see anything that you
ask us is probably "we ll see" because if you told us this from three days or four
days ago from the actual thing
(Being depressed because of the abilty to speak of hers was just gone)
okay focus focus
I will just bring some coffee and pretend that you're not here
I'm serious and additional knowledge is if you were wondering what coffee means in
Turkish it is "Kahve" it's not very far from the Word coffee right? and wanna try it with me repeat
after me "Kahve" it is "Kahve" awesome :) and again back to the we will see word
Its called "Bakarız" and its our fifth word
and we use it
because we have to use it in İstanbul when we're promising some friends you do
something at the weekend and when we can't do it then we say I told you we'll
see I didn't say I will come yeah because of the heavy traffic and
the crowded in İstanbul again sometimes you're being late to some places and
it's very awful for that person who waits for you and it's nearly impossible
for both of you to be in the same place at the same time so
when you're gonna promise for something you probably say we will see and for the
last and extra word it is something like to represent that you are being bored or
being sad it's actually a sound that we make and it's a gesture and when you
are being sad you're saying "of" when you're being angry you say "of!" and when
you're being like depressed and "ooooff" is a word that we use a lot even though it's
not word preciely yeah that's all for today thank you for joining me here and
sorry for forgetting to speak sometimes but it was really awesome to meet you
and if you want to keep seeing a lot of videos from me you should like this
video subscribe my channel do everything you can because I love you guys a lot
and my next video will be about your questions and I hope you will be excited
about it and I'm so sorry that I couldn't shoot a video a lot of months
now it's because I was in an internship and I was actually working in a company
which I will talk about in another video and about my summer time actually I
wanted to have a little a little break you know it doesn't mean that I don't
love you guys but you know I had a lot to do so I didn't have really time for
anything and editing keep a lot a lot of time so let's see you guys on the other
(kisess)

Keith Abraham - Can Passion Keep You Away From Distractions and Focused on Your Purpose? - Duration: 8:43.
hello everyone and welcome back to passion Sunday's the best way to end the
week and start another our guest today is phenomenally passionate about the
topic of passion so much that he decided to talk about focus in passion Keith
Abraham multi award-winning actor and a fellow passion guys thank you very much
David great to meet you pleasure I mean it zero they call you the passion guy in
Australia they call me the passion guys in one place double you're right it's
Oliver said right so what I'm interested in is is a very phenomenal thing that
you talk about which is how to stay focused on passion because people in
passion go wide and you go back into yeah and look I believe it's a line you
know passion purpose plain progress okay that's the purpose behind progress so
you've got a you know if you said to me you could never use the word passion
ever again I'd use the word energy yes you want to hang around they were got
good energy of course but you have to turn that into something you have to
turn that into your Y which is your purpose and then you have to do the
white which is the plan and then the how is how do you make progress so all the
blind up and you're right to do that you have to focus you have to
just you have to starve your distractions and feed your focus starve
your distractions and feed your focus I love life yeah because at the end of the
day there are so many objects isn't it you know any how many of you your
viewers suffer from NYX shiny object syndrome I own anything yeah and we want
to be in everything and so it's about stopping and saying okay tell me the one
thing yes the one thing because I believe that once you know what your
passion is then you need a channel and into a goal
or a set of goals in four key areas of your life personal professional
profitable physical and once you've done that then you can say this is my key
goal and now let's focus on that I could do 10 goals in each of those areas but
what's the one what's the one at least as a first next step absolutely and and
just to be out channel your energy I don't know about you personally but
most of the audience's I speak to I say what's their greatest frustration not
not feeling like they're making progress yeah and you've got to feel like you're
making pretty good a fee as you talk about you're gonna be heading towards
what you want and away from what you don't want
I love the analogy news about starving your distractions because what happens
to most people is actually feed their distractions more and more it becomes
harder and harder to focus on what you're passionate about they become busy
being busy and and here's what I think that if I'm doing something there and
I'm doing something there and I'm doing something I know I know I aren't
productive and and what our sight of people is and let me use the analogy my
father-in-law owns a boat it's a lovely boat I have limited knowledge about
boating but I know this if I'm in a boat and I am one degree of course for 10
minutes in a boat it's no big deal I adjust the sail adjust the rudder and
bring it back on course simple easy if I'm in a boat and I own
one degree of course for 30 days I am lost at sea correct because the
challenge that most people have is they're focused on the horizon not on
the destination okay and this is where a goal comes into it passion is the fuel
for the goal the plan is what you need to do and making progress is the rituals
and the routines that you put in place to feel like I'm ticking that off I'm
moving forward I'm moving towards what I want so it's about focusing on the
destination not on the horizon and this is the Rings people get too broad of a
horizon if I want to help the world I want to make an impact I'm passionate
about this it's so big of a word that it makes us feel good because it feels big
enough where are you go and most of their friends were all that's so
wonderful that's a that's great but what what does that really look like in
reality this thing is it building a school is a becoming a CEO of your
company is it you know being a millionaire or you know having a million
dollars in the bank or or writing a book of presenting to a group what let's
distill it down to what does that really mean because what I do know
is with clarity comes confidence with confidence comes certainty with certain
Devi comes consistency and how many people do you know are consistently
inconsistent I love your analogy I use the same exact words because clarity
means certainties certain serious movies actions yeah and then that feed itself
absolutely and then that being said it's all good we're talking about it but
sometimes life beats hard don't you so much sure you get the passion when times
are tough good re-energize yourself you know there
are four things everyone's life is made up of four parts there are things in
your life that you love to do things in your life that you like to do things in
your life that you have to do and things in your life you'd hate to do and all
too often for lots of people the reason why they lose their energy and their
passion for life is because they're doing the things that have to do and
hate today and what I say to people is I live in the real world the real world is
you cannot have everything in the things you love to do it like to do but when
you're doing the things you love to do in like to do and you give yourself
permission to do those things it re-energizes so you can go into the
uncomfortable the inconvenient nice so it's about accepting that yin and yang
balance of doing what you have to think get what you want to life is life is
perfect because it's imperfect and end on often say to people I have to remind
myself of this is that everything is perfect so when it is not going right I
I have to take a step back and say okay this isn't right this is not perfect but
what's the message what's the tap on the shoulder that I'm
getting here what's the message I'm getting that I need to change just
evolve and do things differently beautiful so let's change and adjust so
we can do things more passionately yeah exactly exactly well well at least do
the things that reenergize so you know if you like going out having a game of
golf go out and have a game of golf because that gives you recharges the
battery so you can go through the crud so you can go through the tough that do
the inconvenient do the do the things that are tough I think for a lot not I
think I know for a lot of people and you know this
his passion fits into two categories you either go and do the things you'd love
to do and you make an income from it or you go and make an income so you can do
the things you love to do and I don't know what it's like exactly in your part
of the world but I do know is that for a lot of people in Australia it's neither
either that they exist and they enjoy they don't enjoy yeah and that's
majority of the people because they've given up on themselves correct and I
believe passion is about consistency yes because you can love what you love and
you can get good at it and then it can be a value to the world but if you're
not consistent yeah you're out of the game because you can be taken out
correct and I think along the way most offer one of the things that we were
challenged with is that we love what we do but we fall out of love with what we
do yes so we love what we do but we're not in love with what we do now now the
pop culture will say or you should go and do something different and my advice
is do not do something fall back in love with it if you're so good at it fall
back in love with it Oh correct focus focus fall back in love
with it I think in a lot of cases as well as that as we get older or we have
kids or whatever it is we get sick we get too serious and we go I'll do that
later I'll do that later I'll do that later and we have to give ourselves
permission to stand the front of the line and do the things we love to do so
we have so our tanks topped up again awesome so take the front line with your
passion yeah I don't also stand at stand of the front away in that front keep the
passion living absolutely Keith thank you very much this July a lot to tell
you thank you very much that is thank you Pastor Dan what do you think I
hope you found this as Double Trouble passion as much as I did and if so leave
your comments on the blog below and share it with your friends and if you'd
like more tools tips techniques and exclusive interviews that I only share
my website go to Mustafa calm until next episode live passionately

Am I afraid of NORTH KOREA? What's my job? How can you find a job in Korea? [50K SPECIAL] - Duration: 17:25.
Hello everyone
welcome to this new video
Today it's special!
50.000 people!
...I mean "followers", not "people"
Is a lot of people!
If you think about it, what could you do with 50.000 people?
You could do...
...just stuff. A lot of stuff
...I mean, where could you put them?
...I don't know.
I thought I'd get to your questions who you ask me more often, for both of us, because I always answer at the same questions
under comments, on Instagram and so on.
okay?
And so, nothing, I say we start... I understood nothing about this intro
Did you ever understand anything about my intro in general?
Alright! Let's get it started!
So, the questions you ask me the most
in this period is
and also justifiably
"Aren't you even scared of North Korea?" "But no way!" "But yes" "But maybe"
"But why?" The answer is...
I got a text message.
After I'll check it. The answer is : absolutely not!
Or better, "no and yes" *(Nì-> in Italian is a merger between Sì and NO)*
To mean that, 5 years ago, when I come here in Korea
I've got a crazy funk, this way, that way, up and down, right and left
That's because, basically, when I arrived
that psycho was already furious and frustrated
...and gne gne gne, and he kept threaten South Korea. Back then, I didn't know enough the situation
That scared the shit out of me... incredibly incredible.
I mean, he not only threatened,
but also specified precise dates, like : "On 23 September I'll bomb and you'll all die". And me, according to you,
how could I not be so scared? How could I know if he said nonsense?
I had anxiety like this... just an enormous anxiety
So all my friends said "What are you worried about?"
"He always talk too much" "He talk gne gne gne"
It's easy to say
but if you live that on first person, and he always talk too much like "gne gne gne"
this f*****g, I mean, how should I know? I don't know!
And then, I remember that my first period in Korea I was just like
extremely scared
because the days before dates he said he would have burned down Seoul
I couldn't sleep.
I have anxiety... every noise... I mean
I heard a cricket about 600 miles away
and.. that scared the shit out of me!
Fortunately, as time passed I got used
and actually now I am well aware that
He can't do anything that poor bigboy there
What can he do? Objectively.
If he will bomb Seoul, it will be a suicide for him, do you understand?
That doesn't make much sense if he will bomb Seoul
So, after 5 years that he keep said "gna gna gna gna gna"
at the end
anybody doesn't care anymore. If you will come in Seoul
you'll just see
that it's the quiet most quieter that you will see
that you could see
Subjunctives... is that a subjunctive? Alright.
That's just because everyone here is used to
decades and decades of post-war
and North Korea keep to talk, to talk
and it never doesn't do nothing, in short.
Even if I know that it's obviously difficult just totally check out on this
because of Italian newspapers
and television
for spread news they pump news... pump pump pump
pump
so much that... in comparison Cicciolina was a Saint
Trust me though. I'm still alive, I'm still here. I'm cool. I'm beautiful.
And I'm always a fashion model
let's just say that, he need
to keep mess it up... because
since they live under a dictatorship, I mean he is a dictator
he need to show that he's hung, basically
if he keep to threaten Seoul
and play it cool and to show off
people of North Korea will think that
is actually cool and so...
Sorry, out here they're doing a horns competition, but it's okay
if he keep to threaten
his citizens think he's actually cool
and they stand under him... I mean they are under... I mean... submissive... you know... You got it!
Plus, don't worry. Because in case...
Touch wood... let's touch us... balls... booty
and everything touchable
but in the event that there was a coming war
the embassy of your country would call you
and they make you...
...go away.
You are trusting that in my first period in Korea
I was in so much panic that I called the embassy like:
"Oh God, I need to run away! What should I do?"
And they like:
Like... just like this. All by way of saying how much the situation is...
...impregnanting... Impregnanting?
Gravita...tional.
I don't know.
The whole point of this is : don't trust the news
Stay quiet and... enough.
Come see me, in short.
We can move on the second question
the second question is
What's the job that I'm doing in Korea?!
to tell you the truth, I don't know either.. I mean
the fact is that I do
some top activities, top activities.. really on top
but also a huge amount of activities.. I do lots of things
here and there, back and forth, tric e trac that I don't even know
what's the actual job that I do
I can say that I did many jobs
When I arrived the first time in Korea
I used to work at Korean's Kindergartens
like most of you guys already know about it
I go crazy over children, I love them so much
I was fine with that, It was a wonderful job
(expressions which can't be translated, unknown words)
(he doesn't even know which words he was trying to use ahah)
It was an amazing job, Korean children are
something really cute and adorable, that you want to eat them all
they are so adorable, completely different from Italian ones that are a pain in the a**
these Italian Children
So I was actually enjoying my time teaching in Kindergartens
but it was really tiring, cause the task that I had
It was to teach about Italian Culture
As I said also in one of my videos
So I wasn't working in only one Kindergarten, but in many of them and
all of them were far away
in Korea, I mean actually in Korea
I wanted to say in Seoul and
Wonju, Daejeon.. in other towns
in other cities, so It wasn't easy at all
for the price of.. the thing..
(having hard times to express himself)
(after struggling a bit..) for the wage that I used to earn.. exactly that one, the wage that I used to earn, but we can say It was a moment
where I wasn't able to do much more than that so
I was fine with what I was doing
but slowly If we give a look to the period where I was a Trainee
to become a singer where I was in my agency where accommodation and meals were provided, I started to do
the "modeling", for "modeling" I mean
an actor, a model,
I don't know either, like for ads
for some events, for some ads cause I'm not an actual model
I'm not even tall 1m85
so we can assume like.. an actor.. I don't know either
I don't know sincerely talking, but trust me guys
I was doing some ads
some tv shows, something like that
gnic e gnac (marco's way of saying) up and down, and to say the truth everything was
fine for this way cause
it's a job that, frankly speaking,
for the hours that you are working
you earn a lot
more than you can earn with many other jobs
the real problem is that
now there are lots of
foreigners who
want to do this job.. when I arrived at the beginning in Korea, 5 or 6 years ago, I don't remember exactly, there were only few of foreigners
relatively few, I mean If you had a good appearance and bit of talent
more or less you were able to make it
like a model or an actor
these kind of jobs, but now
there are a huge amount of
foreigners who come here, especially because Kpop
because of the hallyu wave that is expanding
all over the world, It's full of
foreigners, and the job opportunities that we have it's not that much
cause always remember that we are foreigners,
in Korean TV shows and programs or in Korean Ads
so obviously lots of spots will be given to Koreans
and not for us.. so this fact what caused..
has caused that prices for
foreigner models has..
those prices has been dropped out of any
imagination
so this lowering of prices what has caused
It's caused the difficulty or almost the impossibility
to make living with Ads, TV shows and programs and on
Remember that when I first arrived in Korea to do
an extra appearance in an Ad or in a drama
I used to earn around 400,000 ₩ per day
which is more or less around 300/350euro
well my earnings weren't that bad
obviously It wasn't something that I used to do everyday but if you sum up
with auditions and many other things, to send CVs, at the end you can consider it as a real job that you do
it's not that much but that's okay, between looking for a job,
to pass different auditions and many other things
you take your time.. per month if,
hypothetically you did
5 or 6 filmings you were able to make your living
nowadays, prices they have set for an extra appearance have dropped around
4/5 times less than before, It's became 50,000₩
35€-45€ you got at the most 100,000₩
that are almost 80€.
Now you can understand that
obviously also everything else has dropped
which means that also if you are the main model, the main actor .. and so on
Everything has dropped and
obviously if you do 4 shooting per month
do your own math, but it is not enough for a living at this point.
The fact is that the new people that comes in
they do not know how much they value in reality
the fact that they receive less money
doesn't mean that the shooting costs less money
easily
other people receive the money that you used to receive
This is the thing that drive me crazy
Simply the actor receive a small change
while the agent, the director and all the other involved receive
more money than before, because they pay the actors less.
This situation is making me...
..mmh.. loose interest in ..
pursuing doing ...
..not doing..
I've already quitted my agency
a few months back
And I have not joined another one, for the moment
I am in a state of uncerainty
here and there..
mostly because, guys, the agreements are a bit shitty,
mostly in the entertainment field
if you know the kpop world you can already guess it
to make you an example:
the contract with singer works in the way that
The singer receive the 30% of the income and the agecy the 70% left
It works in the same way for the models. Not every agency works in the same way obv, but this is the reality for the majority of them.
If it goes well to you, at the most you can get the 50%.
You and the agency are going to split everytime.
This means that for example:
If I find a job by myself
and this is a thing that happens most of the time
I will give 50% of the reward to mine agency
What is the result of this situation?
The result is that nowadays the majority of the agency for foreign models
has this type of contracts.
They made contracts with foreign because they need the visa
How much with his horns again! *bip bip bip*
They made contracts with foreign because they know that they need the visa
What do this big sly wise guys do?
Nothing, they wait for the model to get a job by themselves
and then they got the money. In this passive way.
Ok, such a wonderful life this way
But certainly I'm not ok with this.
Finding jobs by myself and giving the money to the agency that doesn't do anything for me
No, honestly, doesn't work for me.
And so I'm in the search for a new agency
and I have pherhaps already founded, but I haven't signed any paper
Now I don't know me either what I am doing
In this period of extreme limbo
I am doing this and that,
and I am managing to get a living
I manage to survive
But it is obviosly a transition period
Great. The camera turned off and I do not know if the light has changed
but if it's the case, I'll be ok
The last question I want to answer is:
How to work in show business in Korea?
And the truth is that there is no
a sure answer that it's a real answer
The only certain thing is that outside they are making works
or they are brutally beating themselves
And I am sorry if you're hearing noise
What I suggest always is to learn the language before.
In every scenario
wether you want to wark in the entertainment industry
or in the architecture geometric field
or whatever
The language is the most important thing
Come here as students and go to the 어악당 (korean language school)
That are the school academy for the languages of the university
Learn the language and in the meanwhile
you get to stay in Korea. You can understand if you like it
or not. Because if you watch dramas
It is not the same thing as living here.
I'm telling you!
Although Korea is a wonderful country
The meaning is that basically
there are no answers. You have to be bloody lucky
and you have to get a lot of acquaintances
Because knowing people is the biggest part for every jobs
Because if you come here alone, you don't know anything.
You have to know people, going out,
making things, doing stuff, up, down
Today I say "up and down" a lot.
I don't know why, I like to say "up and down".
Anyway, I can't give an answer to this question.
I am very sorry. The only thing I can say to you is
come to Korea as students. Learn the language,
the culture and meanwhile you need to know people
a lot of people. I mean get to know
(having trouble with Italian xD)
In short : you have to go out and get fun.
and this will help you. It depends where you go of course,

*Music playing*

Wengie: Today, we're doing edible candy slime, I wanted to do this for a long time, eating throughout this whole year!
Wengie: Right now, I'm doing a Mac-Book Air giveaway, if you guys haven't joined the fam or subscribed, don't forget to click the subscribe button down below, and the only other thing you guys need to do is to find the ReactiCorns channel, and subscribe to that as well, we do daily reactions there, and we have so much fun!
Wengie: And I have a super cool announcement, I am the fourth PowerPuff Girl for Australia, and New Zealand!
Wengie: I was given a super cool opportunity to voice the fourth PowerPuff Girl Bliss, and the episodes are now linked down below for you guys if you guys want to check out the Cartoon Network Australian YouTube page, to watch all the episodes that I voiced, this was so much fun, and also I have a vlog out if you want to check the scenes, and what actually happened, and how I got this opportunity, that is also linked down below!
Wengie: And today, we have another like challenge, let's do a hundred, and forty-nine thousand likes, so I'm going to give you guys three seconds to go, find that like button, and click it, ready, 3,2,1; have you guys done it yet?
Wengie: Without further ado, let's get on with the video! Let's go!
*Music playing*
Wengie: So, in order to make the marshmallow slime, you gonna need marshmallow, obviously, coconut oil, and corn flour! Yep, these three ingredients!
Wengie: So, just start ahead, and pour all your marshmallows in the bowl, and I actually used two packs of marshmallows for this!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Next, put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds until they all melted, and it'll look something like this!
Wengie: Now, give your melted marshmallows a good mix, and slowly start to add your corn-flour; you can add some food colouring if you want at this point, but my marshmallows were a bit pastel, and I kinda liked this cute pink colour!
Wengie: Just a word of warning, whenever you melt something in the microwave, don't touch it with your hands because it's really hot, so let it cool down a bit before you touch it!
Wengie: You want to mix the corn-flour gradually, so you don't end up with huge heaps of unmixed corn-flour; as you mix it, you can see it kind of already looks like slime with the stringy bits, sticking to the sides of the bowl!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Next, add in a small amount of coconut oil, and this will make the slime less sticky, and a bit easier to handle!
Wengie: Next, you can actually take your slime out of the bowl, and start kneading it like an actual dough!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Now, you're done, this slime is actually pretty easy to handle once you get the amount of corn-flour right, it almost feels like a stretchy dough!
*Music playing*
Wengie: The best thing about this slime is that you can make a poop, and look, it even holds its shape really well!
*Music playing*
Wengie: And, of course, you can eat it after you're done playing it!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Starburst slime is actually super easy to make!
Wengie: All you need are some Starburst, and icing sugar!
Wengie: The hardest part of this recipe was actually peeling off the wrappers of all the Starburst!
(Wengie's speaking inaudibly)
(2,000 years later)
*Music playing*
Wengie: When you're finally done with that, just pop them all in a bowl, and melt them in the microwave!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Mmmm!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Next, add in your icing sugar, and slowly mix them together!
*Music playing*
Wengie: When you're ready, you can take the slime out of the bowl, and start kneading it with additional icing sugar!
Wengie: Honestly, this slime felt pretty amazing, and it was super stretchy as well; this slime felt so good - you could even make a poop with it!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Oh my gosh, it tasted so yummy, I mean 'Who doesn't love Starburst?' anyway, but yeah, definitely try this one if you can!
*Music playing*
Wengie: The only thing about this slime is that it's only good when it's warm; if you leave it out, and it gets cold, it actually becomes pretty solid, and you won't be able to play with it, but all you need to do is just microwave it again to ten to fifteen seconds, and it softens up again!
*Music playing*
Wengie: To make Nutella slime, and yes, I only recently realized how I said it; you'll need some Nutella, some marshmallows, corn-flour, coconut oil, which I didn't end up using, and you'll see why, icing sugar, and chocolate syrup!
Wengie: The first step is to pour out your marshmallows, and melt them in a microwave!
*Music playing*
Wengie: I ran out of white ones, so I used these coloured ones, but look, how cool they look melted?
Wengie: Give it a mix, and then, add in your Nutella!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Oh my gosh, guys, at this point, everything smells so good; I just wanted to eat it immediately!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Mix your Nutella, and you'll resemble a cookie dough!
Wengie: Next, add in some chocolate syrup to give it back the dark colour; then, just add roughly equal portions of icing, and corn-flour until you can pick the slime!
*Music playing*
Wengie: This slime definitely was not as stretchy as regular slime; it was more like a cookie dough, and oh my gosh, there was so much oil, that came out of the Nutella, as I mixed it more, and more - alright, it's definitely not as slimy as the other slimes, more like a dough, like, like cookie dough, and one thing I noticed, you guys can see is like so oily guys, or you squeeze it, the more oil comes out, it's kind of disgusting; I don't even want to eat this, I can't even make like a poop, hmmm, it smells like Nutella, though that's literally the only saving grace!
Wengie: It's so really oily, er, yuck, it's like a bit of oil coming down the back of my hand!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Honestly, the taste was a bit awkward, at first, and I think the amount of oil kind of put me off because it was so, ah, yuck, definitely not the best kind of slime to play with, but let me know if you guys have a better recipe for this one, check it over the initial like coating of oil!
(Wengie's speaking inaudibly)
Wengie: Oh, my gosh, did you see my hand, what is this? What you're eating guys, this is what's in Nutella! Oh!
(Faint laughing)
Wengie: Oh guys, looks literally like a real poop, ah, check this out! Oh my gosh, this is so weird!
Wengie: Okay, this is a fail!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Next up, we're gonna make some gummy slime with this giant gummy worm; honestly, this thing was very heavy!
Wengie: The only other thing you'll need is corn-flour!
Wengie: So, just pop your worm into a bowl, and stick it into microwave until it melts; this one will take about four minutes in total with me, checking on it every minute, also be very careful as the bowl will be super hot when you take it out, so it should look something like this, which was pretty cool, but then I mixed it up, and the colour ended up being this like horrible brown colour almost like Cola, which wasn't very appetizing!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Next, mix in your cornflour; now, I'm not gonna lie, this part took so long because I underestimated how much corn-flour I would need, but basically, I ended up using about a whole pack of it, which was crazy, but at least, my arms got a good work-out!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Also, I didn't realize, but I bought a sour gummy worm, so this slime was super sour, so as you can see, the slime is still really sticky, and I pretty much ran out of corn-flour to unstick, but that didn't stop me from playing with it, I know proper slime isn't meant to stick to your hands like this, but honestly, it was pretty fun, anyways, kind of felt like a slime monster ate my hand!
Wengie: Look like I'm cleaning with just like toffee; how much slime there? If you ever decide to melt a gummy worm, buy like three packs of corn-flour!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Okay, guys, even though it's not like solid, it's pretty satsifying to play with, I feel like I'm one of those like creatures, they just come out like the slime!
(Noise)
Wengie: Monster!
*Music playing*
Wengie: Alright, guys, here, we go, here, we go, there!
(Noise)
Wengie: We're done!
Wengie: How disgusting was that, guys? I can't believe I ate it, but actually, it tastes better than it looks because it's just really, really, really sweet, I actually did a vlog, tasting this candy, don't forget to check it out, and also let's have a look at what happened on ReactiCorns, this week!
(Silent movement)
Wengie: So, today, we're looking at pictures of people! One joke! Max: Yeah! Wengie: One job to do! Max: You had one job to do!
Wengie: I know, it feels, I'm sorry!
Wengie: Okay, guys, that's it for this week, don't forget to follow me on my social medias to catch up with me, I pretty much Snapchat every day, so you guys can see what I'm doing there, don't forget to tell me which one is your favourite candy slime down below, and until next week, I'm gonna miss you guys, so, so, so, so much, and I'll see you guys soon, bye guys, love you!

Puerto Rico Can't Rebuild Under Debt and Austerity - Duration: 8:36.
AARON MATÉ: It's the Real News, I'm Arron Maté.
More than a week after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico vital aid is still failing to
reach those in need.
President Trump and other top U.S. officials have touted their response but the stories
coming out of the island tell a much different story.
Joining me to discuss what the U.S. government could do to help Puerto Rico is Mark Weisbrot,
co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research.
Welcome, Mark.
The picture coming out of the island is still very dire nine days later.
It's widely known that this island needs desperate aid but let's talk about the economic aspect.
Your group has called for economic help to Puerto Rico on top of the aid that it needs.
Can you explain what you think the U.S. government should be doing?
MARK WEISBROT: Well, most immediately they do have to do something.
There's very urgent needs, there's 40% of the people don't have electricity, the majority
of the people actually don't have electricity while 40% don't have access to clean water.
Those are the most urgent needs.
There's, on Wednesday, 45 members of the House of Representatives sent a letter to the administration
saying that they should employ the military, the Department of Defense resources, especially
aircraft and helicopters because a lot of areas can only be reached by that.
They also have engineering capabilities to basically get these most urgent needs.
You have hospitals that are closed, operating rooms that can't be used for lack of access
of medical supplies and so it's a very desperate situation that they have to fix.
I think that's the most urgent thing right now.
As you mentioned on the economic aspect, the problem is that it was already a terrible
mess before these hurricanes hit.
That's I think what people don't know as much about.
By the way, Puerto Rico is entitled to ... It's really treated very badly in a lot of ways,
and we can get into that but it does have under U.S. law, it is eligible for the same
disaster relief that Texas or Florida or Louisiana or anybody else would get.
They are supposed to do this, they are supposed to provide the same kind of disaster relief
and they've moving way too slow and it's been really inadequate and that's the most urgent
thing right now.
Getting back to the economy and the underlying problems that have lead to this mess, why
did they lose their electricity?
When the first hurricane came through it didn't even hit the island, the first one just brushed
it and all their power went out.
That's because their infrastructure's been decaying for 10 years and now you have, in
the last year or so, the U.S. government, the Congress and the President, it was under
Obama, they created this financial oversight board which is going to push ... Their austerity
is guaranteeing that this economy can't recover.
Even if they recover from the hurricane they're not going to recover.
They've had a lost decade, they've had negative growth for more than 10 years already.
If they actually implement the plan that they oversight board appointed by the President
and the U.S. Congress, the U.S. President, the U.S. Congress appointed, that's going
to guarantee another decade beyond that.
You're talking about 25 years, which is very unusual in the world, of a country having
no growth, increasing unemployment, increasing poverty, and increasing of migration which
they've lost 10% of their population over the last decade and it's been accelerating.
The rate has gone twice as fast in the last couple years and you can imagine what it's
going to be like after the hurricane.
AARON MATÉ: Right, Mark, so just to explain.
This control board was appointed to deal with Puerto Rico's $72 billion in debt and the
connection there to the infrastructure is that instead of investing in its infrastructure
like the grid Puerto Rico has been forced to pay off its bond holders.
Let me ask you one question.
Do we even know what the $72 billion in debt that Puerto Rico is said to owe actually is?
How there been a proper audit of it?
MARK WEISBROT: Yeah, we know what the debt is and it's a little complicated because it's
owed to all different creditors and from different government entities inside Puerto Rico but
they're not even going to be able to pay that.
Even if they followed the whole oversight plan, which the creditors rejected by the
way, they didn't accept it because they wanted actually more.
They were only going to get, even squeezing the country, cutting healthcare, cutting pensions
and forcing a permanent depression, I'm not even exaggerating on the economy, they were
still only going to get $7.9 billion out of the $74 billion so it's unpayable.
That's the first thing that's going to have to happen is the oversight board and the U.S.
government and the creditors are going to have to recommend is that debt cannot be paid.
Now, what combination of debt cancellation versus restructuring and postponement, that
can be debated but they can't pay this and they can't go through interminable recession
in order to try and do something that's impossible.
By the way, they already have 11.7% unemployment, which is twice, two and a half times the rate
of the United States and they've got three times the child poverty rate.
They're already suffering pretty badly, again, with the cuts of pensions and healthcare and
education.
AARON MATÉ: Right, and the response so far from these creditors, some of the major bondholders,
has been to offer more debt.
Just this week a major bondholder group offered to Puerto Rico, to the oversight board, we'll
take a haircut of 15% if you pay us back quicker than the older bondholders, which the oversight
board apparently rejected.
MARK WEISBROT: Yes, and they can't pay it and it's already ... As I said, the oversight
board's plan has been rejected by the bondholder so currently Puerto Rico is in court with
the creditors who are trying to get more and that's going to ... That of course injects
more uncertainty into the outcome.
Again, even aside from the hurricane reconstruction, we're looking at probably 25 years or more
or an economy that is set to worsen and it's already pretty bad.
These problems have to be resolved and part of the problem is that Puerto Rico is essentially
a colony.
They have, the residents are U.S. citizens and they have a lot of the obligations of
U.S. citizens, they can be drafted, for example.
They pay certain taxes like for Medicare and they don't have any representation, voting
representation in the U.S. Congress.
That's the problem, they are just ... The U.S. government can do, they're really at
the mercy of whatever the U.S. government does to them.
Most of the things, and I know we probably won't have time to talk about it, most of
the things that lead to this debt crisis were really decisions that were made by the United
States, many with international treaties, that affected their economy and that they
can't really deal with given their dysfunctional political status.
AARON MATÉ: Mark Weisbrot, co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research.
Thank you.
MARK WEISBROT: Thank you.
AARON MATÉ: Thank you for joining us on The Real News.

15 Things You Probably Can't Do - Duration: 9:23.
• People are all different, and that means some people can do weird stuff with their
body that most others can't.
Some of these things you can try yourself.
Many of them you probably shouldn't.
But at any rate, here are 15 things most of you probably can't do.
15 – Tickling Yourself • Most people can't tickle themselves.
And if you can't, that's actually a good thing.
• The ability to tickle yourself means you're able to disassociate your own actions from
your brain's expectations.
• And that, friends, is a sign of schizophrenia.
So… this isn't medical advice or anything, but if you're able to tickle yourself, maybe
talk to somebody about it?
14 – Dying by Holding Your Breath • Your body has a sort of failsafe against
holding your breath.
• Have you ever noticed how the longer you hold your breath, the harder it is to not
gasp for air?
• That's because you're hardwired to breathe after a certain point, no matter what.
Of course, if you hold your breath while underwater, or somewhere else where you can't get oxygen,
that's a different story.
And anyway, don't try this, just in case.
13 – Finger Rotation • Here's something you can try without
trying to kill yourself.
• Take the index fingers of both your hands, and draw a clockwise circle with them.
• Now go faster.
Faster!
Now one of your hands is now moving counter-clockwise, and you probably didn't even notice.
Your brain sort of kicks into autopilot at a certain point to cause this.
• Incidentally, if you try to move your arms in circles in opposite directions, you'll
have similar difficulty.
12 – Nose Wiggling • The nose wiggle, made popular in the 1960s
by the television show Bewitched, is a pretty tough thing to do, actually.
• You can learn to do it with some practice, but it doesn't come naturally for most people.
• However, when Nicole Kidman took the leading role for the Bewitched remake movie, she reportedly
needed no special training or practice at all.
11 – Sneezing with your Eyes Open • We're not exactly sure why it's impossible
to sneeze while keeping your eyes open.
But it totally is.
• Biologists suspect it might be a physical reaction to help keep your eyes protected
from all the crap coming out of your nose.
The sneeze activates the same set of nerves in your nose and eyes.
• There are, however, a few people who can keep their eyes open while sneezing – and
no, your eyes won't pop out of your head when you do it.
That's an urban legend.
• 10 – Hear Perfect Pitch
• Perfect pitch is a gift shared by only one in 10 thousand people.
• This is the ability to identify a note just by hearing it, like if you heard a car
horn and knew it was honking in F sharp.
• Many more people have something called "relative pitch," which is the ability
to identify a tone relative to other tones.
9 – Lifting your Ring Finger Alone • Put your hand down on a table.
Now fold your middle finger under your hand, like it's the only finger you're curling
into a fist.
• You should now be able to lift your index finger and your pinky finger, but not your
ring finger.
• This is because the two fingers on the end have separate tendons controlling them.
But most people have their middle and ring finger tendons connected, making it almost
impossible to move one without the other.
8 – Touching Your Chin or Nose with your Tongue
• It's not all that complicated.
Most people just don't have long enough tongues to reach the tip of the nose or the
chin.
• It's about 10 percent of people who can do it overall.
But among people who suffer from Ehlers–Danlos syndrome, a genetic condition related to stretchy
skin and flexible joints, the percentage goes up to about 50 percent.
7 – Splits • If most of us attempted to do a total
180-degree leg-split right now, we'd probably end up unable to walk normally for a while.
• However, it's actually possible for most people to do with training and practice.
• But just like it's a bad idea to try lifting a car without any weight training,
you don't just go into splits cold without working out your hip joints.
6 – Wiggling your Ears • Ear-wiggling is a weird thing that seems
linked to genetics, but then also… doesn't?
• We don't exactly know why some people can move their ears and some can't, but
it's definitely a diminishing trait.
• Recent studies have shown only about 15% percent of people can.
5 – Breathing and Swallowing • The processes in our bodies that process
breathing and swallowing are very closely related.
• They're related in a neural sense, as in the same portion of the brain and nervous
system sort of oversees both of them.
• But also, many of the muscles in your throat pull double-duty working on both of
these processes.
And they can't do them both at once, so you're stuck choosing between breathing
and swallowing at any given time.
• But hey, don't try to prove this one wrong, okay?
Bad things happen when you try to swallow when you should be breathing.
4 – Raising one Eyebrow • This isn't quite as rare as some of
the items on this list – about one in four people can raise eyebrow without moving the
other one at all.
• This is not a genetic thing – people can train their muscles to coordinate well
enough to raise one eyebrow instead of both…
IF it's so important to you that you'd sit around practicing it for months on end.
3 - Putting a Fist in Your Mouth • Not very many people can fit an entire
fist into their mouth once they reach adulthood, but there are exceptions – like actress
Mila Kunis.
• But this is actually tried out a lot more often by babies.
Usually while teething, babies will stick their whole hands in their mouths for no apparent
reason.
• Which kind of makes it weird, given how many people seem to put sexual connotations
on this.
2 – Licking Your Elbow • There are two things at work here.
• One, your tongue isn't long enough to reach your elbow.
And two, your shoulder are arm aren't flexible enough to bring your arm close enough to your
mouth.
• You've probably heard about this one before, but there are some people who actually
can pull this off.
Many of them are the same ones who can lick the tips of their noses.
• In fact, Adrianne Lewis has a tongue so long, she can lick her nose, chin, elbow,
and EYEBALL.
1 –Autofellatio • That's right, guys, it isn't just
a dream.
It's real… albeit for only about one in every thousand people.
• It's also not really safe.
It requires a great deal of flexibility, and a sufficiently long penis.
Even then there are considerable risks to your ribs.
• But it's possible for a select few people, and has been since ancient times.
In fact, Ancient Egyptian texts talk about how the sun god Ra created two other gods,
Shu and Tefnut, via autofellatio, and that's just one of several other references
to it.

Man Takes Pic Of Family In Restaurant-When They Looked Closer, They Can'T Hold Back
Tears
A Filipino named Ryan Arebuabo has two precious daughters, Rose Ann, 8 and Rose May, 6.
He took them out for a special dinner at a place called Jollibee, a fried chicken outlet
in the Philippines.
Even though Ryan barely makes enough to support himself and his two daughter's, he wanted
to do something special to acknowledge one of his daughter's graduation from school.
The only problem…he had only enough money to cover the girl's meals but not enough
for him to join in on the celebration.
He could only watch as they ate their food.
Jhunnel Sarajan, who was in the restaurant when this was taking place was able to capture
a photo of the selfless father watching his daughters eat a delicious chicken dinner.
It has now captured the attention of many all around the world.
Ryan and his daughters live in Tondo, Manila in a small 4 x 4 hut made of sheet metal and
plywood.
Even with the little he has to offer for these girls, he works very hard to keep a roof over
their head, an education for their minds, and food in their bellies.
He gets up at 5 a.m. to help the girls get ready for school.
He then puts in long days working at a small food vendor where he brings in $2-$4 per day
selling snacks.
He is able to also collect around $44 from admission.
All of that combined is barely enough to live off of for him and the girls.
Several years ago, he had suffered a stroke that left him unable to work and care for
his family.
It had been that way for a number of years.
His wife at the time had left him not long after that and took his two girls with her.
He tried convincing them to come back, and while she did not return, Ryan was able to
gain custody of his daughters and since then is doing everything he can to care for them.
It is not easy being a single parent, caring for little ones.
But clearly, through this picture, Ryan is determined to see his girls enjoy a scrumptious
meal when well deserved!
His obvious love and devotion to his girls seems to be paying off and well, let's just
say an enormous crowd is not letting this go unnoticed!
Jhunnel Sarajan, who captured the photo, has created a Facebook page for Ryan because of
the amount of response he was receiving over this story.
Now Ryan will be able to let the world know how he and his daughters are doing!
People have even been reaching out to him, letting him know that they are there to support
him and his girls.
And it has meant so much to him.

How Chips Can Help Running Performance | The Tech Race - Duration: 4:50.
Welcome to the Tech Race.
Shoes that are able to take care of your health -
let's see what makes them so smart.
(PRECISION, POWER, PERFORMANCE, TRAINING, DATA, SPEED)
(ENDURANCE, GADGET, SMART SHOES FOR RUNNERS)
Watching an athlete running seems as natural as breathing -
however, if the posture or force of impact is wrong,
there can be severe consequences.
Most of the injuries occur when the runner was fatigued.
Bio-mechanics becomes erratic -
I mean, when you have high variability
on the measurements, we know that you are fatigued.
We thought of making some sensors in the shoe,
you know, to measure the biomechanics of the runner
and try to reduce the risk of injuries.
(SPAIN)
(VALENCIA)
In Valencia, a team of researchers
from the Biomechanics Institute
have been working for years to make smart shoes a reality.
The project is called RUNSAFER.
The sensors give information about which is
the pattern of running,
which is the biomechanics of when you hit the ground,
which is the impact and which is the movement of the foot.
This could be like the safety systems of the car.
The sensor is located in the heel of the shoe,
recording movements and then sending data to
the smartphone of the runner.
Data is synced to an online platform,
where the user can see and compare results after exercise.
If the system detects anomalies in running pattern,
the device sounds an audible warning over the headphones.
Your biomechanical pattern is changing.
You should stop training.
Data from the smart shoes can also be combined with
motion analysis of the whole body.
First, the sports scientists place the tracking device.
Then reflective markers, that are detected by
the infrared cameras installed around the treadmill
where the athlete trains.
As soon as the athlete starts running,
the computer shows a detailed visualisation
of how the runner moves.
(A SPRAINED ANKLE CAN BE DETECTED BY)
(ANALYSING A RUNNING PATTERN)
This is the biomechanical analysis of your training.
This here is your heel movement.
One moves higher, which can be corrected
by improving running techniques and doing specific exercises
that we give you.
(RUNNING PHASES)
(INITIAL CONTACT, LOADING RESPONSE)
(MIDSTANCE, TERMINAL STANCE)
In the laboratory, we saw the different angles
of my body when I'm running.
It's called cinematics.
It can be complemented with feedback from the app
which is biomechanic information.
It's our inner system, how we really run.
The advantage is that we have information
from a real running session.
If the session was too demanding for me,
the app readjusts me to a lighter, less intense session.
Athletics have been part of every Olympic Games
since the birth of the Modern Olympic Movement in 1896.
This discipline traces its earliest roots to
events practised in the ancient Greek Olympics.
Today, no other discipline offers more medals.
Paavo Nurmi is the top medallist,
winning a total of 12 medals throughout his Olympic career.
It is hard to imagine modern-day sport
without technology.
Knowing how far and fast you run
is just as important as knowing if your posture is correct.
Small details make a big difference at an elite level.
This device aids in the constant development
of an athlete, providing real-time feedback that
helps to customise training,
which is key to taking home an Olympic medal.

Harrison Ford can't remember Ryan Gosling's name — and it's hilarious
In Blade Runner 2049, Harrison Ford passes the torch to someone whose name he thinks might be Ryan Gosling.
The duo appeared together on the latest episode of The Graham Norton Show, where Ford briefly blanked on his costars name.
They both played it off well, turning it into a fun recurring gag throughout the segment.
Brian Brosling Gosling steps into the lead role for Denis Villeneuves ravishing visual feast sequel to Ridley Scotts sci-fi classic.
In her A- review, EWs Leah Greenblatt opines, Even when its emotions risk running as cool as its palette, 2049 reaches for, and finds, something remarkable: the elevation of mainstream moviemaking to high art..
Blade Runner 2049, which also stars Jared Leto and Robin Wright, sprints into theaters on Oct.

Q&A – How can I keep mealy bugs from coming back next year? - Duration: 1:42.
"I have mealy bugs on my hostas and coleus.
"Is there anything I can do at the end of the season
to keep mealy bugs from coming back next year?"
This is from Miss Kathleen right here in Memphis.
So mealy bugs.
She wants to try to get rid of them for next season.
Practice good sanitation is gonna be one of them,
because they're gonna overwinter in crop residue.
That's one thing you need to do.
But here's the second thing, Mr. D.
You know about this.
How about late winter, early spring,
dormant oil application?
That way you can help get rid of the eggs
or any of those clumps that might be there.
That's the route I would go with that.
Of course you have to read the label
to make sure you have the right proportions
for the oil mix.
I think that'll do the trick.
- That's about all that I know.
The systemic insecticides don't do very well
with mealy bugs.
That, and then there are contact killers you can use.
You have to use them early.
- Insecticidal soap would be one.
Oil is another you could use.
They are kind of tight, but I would use those other.
I would, late winter, early spring,
I would do the oil application.
Just follow the label on that,
and that should keep you
covered, Miss Kathleen.
