My name is Gabe Nudel and I'm here to show you how to fold your bike -- beginner's style!
I'm in beautiful, sunny San Francisco and it's a great day to learn, so listen up!
First step: Come onto the left side of the bike.
Second step: Activate the folding lever by pulling up on the stainless steel button.
Step 3: You want your left pedal to be at its highest point.
Note that when the left pedal is at its highest point, the right pedal is always at its lowest
point.
Forth step: Put your right hand on the right handlebar, left hand on the left handlebar.
Tilt the handlebar slightly to the right.
Fifth step: Clench the front break (or the left break), keeping the handlebar slightly
tilted to the right.
Sixth step: Move the bike forward.
You'll note that since I'm clenched on the left break, the front wheel stays in place.
Seventh step: Once you reach here, you're gonna let go of the left break.
Engage the right break, pull backwards.
There it is, your bike is folded, but remember to tuck in the folding lever so that you can
lock your bike and walk away.

How the Dallas Cowboys Started | Stealing the Redskin's Fight Song - Duration: 2:00.
In the late 1950s, American sportsman and promoter Lamar Hunt was trying to
acquire an NFL team for the city of Dallas. So, he and a group of other sports
advocates just decided to start their own league.
They started The American Football League, and franchised Dallas' first team
called "The Texans". The AFL just never took off, and people in Dallas wanted a
real NFL team. But the formation of an NFL expansion team in Texas was always
met with strong opposition by Washington Redskin's owner, George Preston Marshall.
Marshall had a monopoly since his team was the only team in the NFL to
represent the American South. Clint Murchison jr. and Bedford then bought
the rights to the Washington Redskins fight song and refused to let Marshall
play it at their home games. The song was a staple in the Redskins identity, so
Marshall quickly changed his mind and in 1960 Dallas was awarded its first NFL
team. This helped trigger the heated rivalry between the Washington Redskins
and the Dallas Cowboys as we know it today. And originally the Dallas team was
named the Dallas Steers, then the Rangers, and finally the Dallas Cowboys. The first
game was against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dallas at the Cotton Bowl. The rest of
the season resulted in all losses and one tie. But they gradually improved, and in
1966 the Dallas Cowboys had their first winning season!
Also in this year, the AFL and the NFL merged, and the Dallas Texans became the
Kansas City Chiefs. Then, Dallas became a powerhouse. They go
on to win two Super Bowls in the 70s and three in the 90s. Today, the Cowboys are
known as "America's Team", and is the number one most valuable sports
franchise in the world at 4.2 billion dollars. And that's how The Dallas

here's the tip I'm gonna give you first you want to let those emotions flow
through you let them happen if you're feeling nervous about something let it
let it happen second understand that there's an underlying cause that's why
you're having this emotion there's an underlying cause and you're gonna want
to deal with that third and this is the the really important part of this
technique you want to start to focus on what you want to have happen so your
your feelings are telling you that you're afraid of an outcome that might
happen so you got to switch your focus now to focusing on what you want to have
happen instead of worrying about the worst thing that could happen start
focusing on what if everything works out what if this really works out for me and
this is what I want to have happen now the other thing is you got to realize
that it's okay to have emotions it doesn't mean that you're not using
the law of attraction properly or you're not harmonious enough or they're not
spiritual enough or any of those things that people put labels on to say whether
they're really good at Law of Attraction or not
all the emotions are telling you is that there's something that bothers you more
that more likely subconsciously you're not even really aware of it but you need
to deal with it you need to start getting positive so you got to realize
that it's okay to have emotions it's okay to have feelings it's okay to
sometimes feel sad disappointed to fill down it's okay that just means that
you're human everybody has different feelings and emotions when they're going
through things it doesn't mean that you're not a positive person doesn't
mean that you're not using a lot of Attraction properly all it means is that
you have feelings sometimes things bother you
sometimes things bother you on a subconscious level but how do we deal
with that what can we do to make it really work what we got to do is the
technique that we always do start building that gratitude list you can do
a mental list so to think about all the things that are working out for you all
the things that make you happy that are positive parts of your life so when
you're dealing with these emotions you can let those emotions happen because
you are starting to focus on all the things that are working and start to
really make those work better but the key to staying positive is to always
allow these emotions to happen don't fight them don't feel bad because you're
having emotions that are negative it's okay to have these so-called negative
emotions there's really no such thing as positive or negative what it is is ones
that make you feel happy and then ones that are kind of pulling your energy
down sometimes you need to acknowledge that before you can fix it if you never
if you try to pretend that it's not there it's always going to be there it's
always going to be an issue it's always going to be a problem for you so instead
of pretending that you're positive all the time and behind the scenes you're
sad and you're nervous let those emotions happen and deal with them the
way that we work with emotions to stay positive is to allow them to run their
course and then always stay positive with your gratitude journal with your
gratitude attitude and you'll start to see that you're happy 90% of the time I
need any of these rollercoaster times that you have
these emotions that you have you're able to allow them to happen and to get rid
of them pretty quickly and to find positive solutions because now you're
really focused on bringing yourself back to that positive and not fighting
against anything negative letting it happen so if you read our book you're
gonna have the tools that are gonna let you experience negative emotions and
learn how to not only process them but to turn it into a positive outcome
positive experience so go by our book and you'll start to really be able to

Hello everybody!
This video will show you how to learn and change the password to Wi-Fi network shared
by your router or modem.
After a router
or modem is
set up, installer personnel don't usually show users how to change the default password
to Wi-Fi.
When you finally want to do it, you may face some difficulties.
The same happens when you forget the password to your Wi-Fi network.
How can you change the password?
• To learn or change the password to Wi-Fi you should go to the router settings menu.
• You can get to this menu through the computer or smartphone connected to such router by
cable or Wi-Fi.
• Open any browser and type in the router's IP address.
Usually you can find the address on a sticker put on the bottom or side panel of the device.
If there is no such information there, you can have a look into the user's manual.
• By default, the IP address is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
If you cannot enter the settings by using the default IP address, contact your Internet
provider or the specialist who installed and set up the router.
They may have changed the address.
Such operation is possible.
• After you have typed the address, hit Enter.
• The system will ask you for your login and password.
By default, these are "admin" and "admin."
This information is usually printed on the same sticker next to the IP address.
• For my router, the login and password have been changed.
I enter my data.
• Go to the menu Wireless / Wireless Security • Find Wireless Password.
This is actually your Wi-Fi password.
• You can try memorizing it again, if you forgot it, or change it, if necessary.
If you decide to change it, don't forget to save changes.
• You can change the network name in the Wireless root menu.
In some cases, changes will only take effect after the router is restarted.
In this particular video, I'm showing the router menu with the example of my TP-Link
device.
In other routers or modems, the menu may look different.
However, the point is the same.
Here are several examples of Wi-Fi settings menu for other popular routers:

You can see that knowing where a certain setting can be located, you can find it instinctively.
By the way, you can set up a router not only from a computer, but also from a smartphone
or tablet PC through Wi-Fi.
In this case, the router menu will look the same.
