Secretary Tillerson Meets OAS Secretary General Almagro - Duration: 0:56.
SECRETARY TILLERSON: Good afternoon, all.
I want to welcome Secretary General Luis Almagro to the State Department.
A pleasure to have you here, sir, and thank you for coming.
SECRETARY GENERAL ALMAGRO: Thank you.
QUESTION: Secretary Tillerson, are you confident that you can get the Europeans to renegotiate
the Iran deal?
SECRETARY TILLERSON: Well, I think – to our friends and allies in Europe, I think
we have a real opportunity to address all the threats that are posed by Iran.
I think the plan the President's laid out has been quite clear in terms of articulating
those threats; that really, it's in all of our interests to work together.
And I fully expect that our allies and friends in Europe and in the region are going to be
very supportive in efforts undertaken to deal with Iran's threats.
Thank you.

North Korea threatens 'total DESTRUCTION' at ANY MOMENT as US kills Kim in WW3 dry run - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 3:27.
North Korea threatens 'total DESTRUCTION' at ANY MOMENT as US kills Kim in World War
3 dry run NORTH Korea has threatened a "nuclear disaster"
and the "total destruction" of the US as the country steps up military drills on
the peninsula.
A strike force of US warships have arrived near the hermit kingdom as fears escalate
over World War 3.
The Navy Seal "decapitation unit" has joined the US and South Korean troops in the
drills.
The Maritime Counter Special Operations Exercise will also simulate an attack on North Korea.
But tubby tyrant Kim Jong-un has lashed out at the military exercises and stepped up his
warmongering.
A statement from the Korean Central News Agency today reads: "The Korean Peninsula is on
the threshold of a nuclear disaster and no one knows at what time a thermonuclear war
will break out.
"The Trump group should think twice about what terrible consequences the US will face
due to its scheme for a nuclear attack on the DPRK."
The North is desperately trying to develop a missile capable of reaching the US after
a series of reckless nuclear tests.
Its scientists believe they may already be able to strike the west coast.
The statement adds: "The US reckless military gambling agains the DPRK may lead to its total
destruction.
"As the US denies even the existence of the DPRK and tries to topple it by force,
the latter's counteractions will be inevitable."
The regime has recently released a raft of horrifying propaganda to stoke up hatred against
the US.
One flyer smuggled into Seoul shows Trump being decapitated by North Korean troops,
while another has nukes pointing at Capitol Hill.
The North has previously released photos of a US bomber being shot down.
The regime may conduct another major weapons test today in a show of force against its
old-ally China.
Beijing has taken a firmer stance on Pyongyang this year, and experts believe Kim could be
looking to send a message to Chinese premier Xi Jinping.
Spy satellites have detected at least 30 Scud missiles being moved to North Korea's western
coast with the East China Sea.
The weapons have been moved to Nampo, believed to be a key base in North Korea's nuke programme.
October 18 (from 4.30pm in the UK) is the is the beginning of China's 19th Party Congress
– the most important political event in years for the superpower.

North Korea to 'intensify' anti-US brainwashing as Kim prepares for WW3 clash - Duration: 3:02.
North Korea to 'intensify' anti-US brainwashing as Kim prepares for WW3 clash
Rodong Sinmun pressed for the secretive nation to escalate their brainwashing efforts to keep North Koreans hating the US, which it sees as the "eternal enemy".
The newspaper is closely controlled by Kim Jong-un's regime and has previously revealed upcoming policy changes months before they become law.
It said: "In the decades-long standoff with the US imperialists, the army and people of North Korea could win one victory after another as they have been equipped with anti-US class consciousness.
"If anti-US class consciousness is paralysed among the younger generations, the revolution would be left unfinished and the whole nation would be a slave of the US imperialists.
"It is the indomitable spirit and heroic stamina of all service personnel and people of the North to react to the homicidal US imperialists' rifle with an artillery piece and their psychological warfare with the revolutionary offensive.".
EVIL: Kim Jong-un continues to train North Koreans to hate the US.
THE DONALD: North Korea has slammed Trump since he was elected last year.
It added: "The US are, among other things, afraid of the ideological and moral strength of the army and people of North Korea equipped with transparent class consciousness against them." The call is the latest in a series of pleas by the newspaper to step up the Norths efforts against Donald Trump.
It previously branded the US as a "threat to global peace and security".
EYES ON THE PRIZE: Kim has long wanted to bomb the US.
Tensions between the two arch-enemies reached a new high over the summer following a rapid series of missile and nuke tests on the Korean Peninsula.
Kim has since been dealt a heavy blow after the tests and earthquakes potentially put the Punggye-ri weapons lab out of use. The move may be behind Kim's recent decision to move missiles to locations near Pyongyang.

U.S. 'most interested' in having talks with North Korea at right time: State Dept. - Duration: 0:38.
The United States is "most interested" in pursuing talks with North Korea at the right
time, according to U.S. State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert.
In an interview with Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency on Monday,... Nauert said the U.S.
would push for talks when the regime is serious about giving up its nuclear weapons.
The North does not appear to show any interest at present.
Regarding Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan's visit to South Korea and Japan this week,...
Nauert said Sullivan will push for a peaceful pressure campaign with his counterparts to
lead North Korea toward denuclearization.

Justin Hartley Reads The Saddest Tweets About "This Is Us" - Duration: 2:42.
I finally know how Jack died, and I am not ok!
I am not...ok!
Ok!
Do you know how he died?
Or do you have a clue how he died?
Is that just a clue?
I'm just saying, I'm throwing it out there, I don't know.
Or maybe I do know...
Crying emoji, crying emoji, crying emoji...
When I watch Kevin and Randall fight, I want to cry.
#ThisIsUs Yea me too, I don't get it.
Like Kevin, why so much angst, why so much? Like relax bro...like calm down a little bit.
But also Randall, I don't know maybe just...you calm down too, I'm just saying.
Throwing it out there.
In a few months everything will be fine, *cut to a few months when everything is most certainly
not fine.*
You're also paying attention, this is great.
#ThisIsUs.
Randall's breakdown broke me.
It broke me too.
I was literally screaming, "Kevinnnnnn!!"
Insanely beautiful brotherly moment.
Overwhelmed with feels.
#ThisIsUs Why are people saying feels now instead of
feelings?
Is it a...I mean I like it, it's fine but overwhelmed with feels...is that different
than overwhelmed with feelings?
Is feels more specific?
Maybe it's more specific...I'm getting old I guess.
I knew it was going to be an emotional night, but starting with a William voiceover...it's
too much!
*crying emoji* That man's voice is like velvet, and when
he's sad you feel it, and when he's happy you feel it.
Another episode of 'This Is Us' down, another fresh batch of tears.
Oh my God, Randall and Kevin, *sad face* I'm not ready for the next ep, William.
*crying emoji* A lot of crying emoji's!
Whenever people ask me what 'This Is Us' is about, I say emotions.
Just emotions...and it is, but that's what life is about right?
Some good, some bad, some sad, some fun...is fun an emotion?
There are emotional episodes, and then there are those ones that leave us curled up in the
corner sobbing.
Waiting for Kevin.
And I will hold you like a baby!
But Oh my God, in the other episode....it's actually just OMG, but it sounds better this
way.
But Oh my God, in the other episode, when Kevin comforts Randall, he didn't want
to ignore him, like he did when they were teenagers.
I *crying emoji, crying emoji, crying emoji*.
That's great, I'm going to put that one in my pocket.
Kevin holding Randall, on that office floor just punched me right in the chest.
Yea, I got a double punch right in the chest.
That was intense, and being there was just as intense...so thank you for watching.
These are sad tweets, we will try to keep more coming.

LEGO Toys R Us Bricktober City Jungle minifigure pack reviewed - Duration: 3:47.
everyone this is another of the Toys R Us exclusive brick Tober event 2017
figure packs this one is for LEGO City as one of the more plain packaging
designs of the series of four and as with the others this is available in
multiple countries exclusively at Toys R Us and different places handle it
different ways with the promotion in the US for the most part I've seen these
being sold for twenty dollars at the register or in the Lego section or you
can get them for free with a purchase of $50 or more worth of other Lego stuff
now though this is an exclusive pack as far as I can tell it only has one
exclusive element in it out of all the pieces of those fingers now these all go
with the summer 2017 city jungle or jungle exploration theme so it's kind of
a booster pack for that theme and they've just given us a selection of
figures that fit right in with that and mostly just combine different parts from
different figures that we've already gotten I like the orienteering compass
of the one on the far left that's just a nice little printed tile piece there if
it's not new to this set and I also personally very much like the I guess
sign just general scientists torso here because it's just a useful piece we
don't get you know scientists I feel that don't have some sort of themes
specific logo on them but the exclusive piece here I believe I don't think I've
seen it anywhere else is the torso for this mechanic lady here so that's kind
of the female counterpart to the male mechanic that they put into a couple of
the sets from this series and I think that's that's cool you may have heard me
many times complaining about unnecessarily gender specific torsos
with the key word there is unnecessarily here I think that both of these kind of
make sense and they kind of need to be gender specific just because of how the
clothes fittin everything and it's nice to have
that counterpart to show especially young kids might not know any better
that women can do you know dirty jobs too can work on cars and vehicles and
can do welding and stuff you know it's it's just it's cool just to have a
little more variation the magnifying glass works all those do the woman with
the exclusive torso print does have an Arctic exploration headpiece which has
that Arctic orange goggle set none of these have alternate faces on them but
nice prints on the backs of all of these torsos kind of too bad that the print
for the scientist here doesn't go well I guess just isn't set up better to to
show whatever device that is you know whether that's like a just some sort of
phone or it's a PDA or something whatever it's supposed to be a be nice
to see more of that but overall not a bad little collection but probably will
be one of the less desirable of them just because this wasn't a really
high-profile theme you know I think it was a good theme but doesn't have a
whole lot of desirability relative to some of the other things I like getting
these parts but that's just it for this set so I will move on thank you for
watching I hope that I showed you everything you want to see here I'll
talk to you in soon

Teen SELLS Her Virginity For iPhone 8 - Duration: 2:43.
A 17 year old offered to sell her virginity online so that she could by an iphone 8.
I know right…its like..Yeah, I want an iphone 8, but I don't want it that bad.
Welcome back to IO, I'm charlotte dobre.
Don't forget to smash the like and subscribe for more.
A teenage girl named Xiao Chen really wanted an iphone 8.
All of her friends have one.
So she decided to make a post in an online forum where she agreed to sell her virginity
for a cash payment of 2300 english pounds.
She intended to use the money to buy an iphone 8.
So I don't even need to explain how dangerous this is, but luckily this story has somewhat
of a happy ending, ok maybe not happy, but Xiao Chen definitely learned a valuable lesson.
A vlogger named Nana came across the post, and decided to meet Xiao Chen and film their
encounter.
Nana's videos focus on exposing poor social behaviour.
During their conversation, Xiao talks about a girl at her school who earned easy money
because slept with a wealthy stranger.
She tries to talk Xiao Chen out of the deal, but Xiao insists, saying that shes already
thought about it…and she just has to lie there right?
Her words, not mine.
Nana ends up giving her deposit and they set up a time and place for the deal to go down.
Xiao has no idea that she's about to learn a very serious life lesson.
Fast forward to the hotel room, where we see Xiao with a stranger who hands her a brand
new iphone 8 to gain her trust.
That's when things get a little scary.
2 more men enter the hotel room, and one of them has a camera.
Xiao is then pinned to the bed by the 3 men.
Definitely terrifying, but this was completely staged.
Nana bursts into the room to reveal that this entire thing was just a prank.
A brutal prank but a prank nonetheless.
By this time, the xiao is crying on the bed, realizing whats happening.
I mean, yeah shes crying because shes embarrassed, but at least shes not crying because she was
assaulted by 3 men.
Nana then kicks the 3 men out of the room so she can talk to Xiao privately.
I'm just glad a real predator didn't see xiao's post and respond to it.

"Look at us now!" OW Caster Jamerson on OWL haters and obstacles - Duration: 3:21.
So, one of the biggest obstacles that a lot of different esports leagues and titles have
seen has been developing that amateur talent, right?
League of Legends, it was very difficult because, well, when was it?
Season Two.
They tried that whole, "Hey get your ranked fives group.
If you guys end up first, then you guys can compete and try to get in LCS"
All this other stuff.
But it's not the same kind of environment when you're running ranked 5s or ranked 6s
and so Overwatch can't do that.
Counter-Strike - you had ESEA, right, and you can find your pug stars.
But it's... you really do need that amateur league that like minor league to really develop
it.
And so while Contenders is in place for Overwatch League to develop the talent, there needs
to be a lot more incentive I would say.
I imagine, you know, as this continues to ramp up, Contenders is going to see a lot
more money... a lot more production value.
And, well, the prize money alone will entice endemic orgs to stay within it even if they're
not signed or partnered with an Overwatch League franchise.
So, hopefully they continue to develop Contenders. You know, maybe bump it up to 2-300K per season
if there's two seasons a year and continue to broadcast it.
Also I would also like to see with Open division to build up a framework where developing talent
in terms of broadcast talent can actually you know sign up to cast these games.
They follow whatever Blizzard guidelines. Do that themselves because you need to develop
both the player talent and the broadcast talent.
I think one of the biggest gripes I've had... one of the biggest chips on my shoulder for
the last year or so since the announcement of Overwatch League was just how impatient
everyone with the Overwatch League.
And, you know, for the most part - rightly so.
But their heart... you know their heart was always in the right place.
It's Blizzard.
They love their title.
Team 4 loves Overwatch.
They love their title.
And so you have to understand that if there was some radio silence it was for a good reason.
And that was like the hardest thing to try and like tell everyone and not get frustrated
about.
Right, like sure, I have like some tidbits of information here or there but nothing really
where I can confirm.
Like, "Oh yeah we're going to get this information or this information there," but they just
had to have faith.
I'm immensely surprised by what Blizzard has accomplished especially with this arena here
in the short amount of time that they've actually had it.
And it goes to show once again what passion can really do. Can really create.
And so I hope that a lot of those naysayers out there, you know, a lot of people like
in Twitch chat, "Ohh. Overwatch is a dead game!"
Whatever.
Look at us now!
Look at us now.
So, there you go.

U.S. Officials Alarmed At What Experts Just Discovered North Korea Could Do To America In 1 Year!! - Duration: 9:43.
U.S. Officials Alarmed At What Experts Just Discovered North Korea Could Do To America In 1 Year
there are worries about what North Korea could do with a nuclear weapon of course
one of them sounds like science fiction but many people say the threat is real
tonight correspondent Doug mackelway looks at both sides of the EMP debate
today the old Duck and Cover films from Cold War days seem campy and quaint to
many a nuclear blast and its resultant electromagnetic pulse or EMP seems so
unimaginable so unlikely that you worry about it and fewer still take any
precautions it's not real and it's something out of a James Bond movie the
general consensus is that it's not a real threat it's not imminent by any
stretch of the imagination tell that to dr. Peter Vincent Prai who heads
Congress's EMP Commission we have information for example the data from
actual high altitude nuclear detonations that were conducted by us and the
Russians back in the 1961-62 type timeframe that not did things like knock
the lights out in Hawaii an EMP is a short burst of
electromagnetic energy that all nuclear explosions produce to varying degrees a
large EMP triggered over the United States from an orbiting nuke at the
right altitude could fry the circuitry of cellphones rendering electronic
banking automobile computers railways air traffic control and airplanes
themselves useless food would rot in refrigerators and in farm fields with no
means of transporting Agri products to population centers in the following
weeks and months a truly mad max' world would evolve
dr. Prai believes that naivete about EMP pervades the Western democracies where
nukes are kept mostly out of sight and out of mind but for totalitarian and
authoritarian stages in the case of Iran and possibly North Korea news of nuclear
weapons is not only thinkable but in their open source military doctrine you
know they've written for years about being able to win a nuclear war that you
can fight a nuclear war adding to EMP worries North Korea's
recent successful test of a solid-fuel ballistic missile the solid fuel needs
less preparation meaning warning time for those targeted in
addition North Korea also has at least two observation satellites that orbit
over the u.s. at an altitude ideal for an EMP attack for years Congress has
struggled with many bills designed to harden the nation's electric grid
against an EMP attack but none have made it out of committee special interests
often intervened fearful of the cost of upgrades when the effects of an EMP
attack are still being disputed right Doug thank you
all right North Korea claiming its hydrogen bomb is five times more
powerful than the one dropped on Nagasaki that helped end World War two
joining us now to break down the differences and their threats is
director of defense studies at the Center for national interest Harry
because you pronounced informa sir because I have has the oddest I want to
get it right you know I want to do well by your you're an expert you deserve
that respect Harry if you would give us a sense do you think this was a hydrogen
bomb and if so was it tell us well you know Pete it's tough to tell if this is
a hydrogen bomb or not my own sources at the Pentagon which I actually wrote a
piece for Fox opinion just a couple weeks ago on this they were thinking
actually the North Koreans were anywhere from 6 to 18 months away when it came to
a hydrogen bomb so what we might be actually seeing late last night is that
the North Koreans could be testing sort of the conceptual design of a hydrogen
bomb and keep in mind for a hydrogen bomb we're usually talking in the
millions of tons of TNT the test that was last night was a hundred kilotons or
roughly a hundred thousand tons of TNT so that would be a very small hydrogen
bomb but I think the intent is very clear the North Koreans are rapidly
building up their nuclear weapons capabilities we have to be concerned and
I think the president is going to take some bold actions the graphic on your
screen right now shows how much larger this test was last night 120 kilotons
than even just the previous one a year ago ten kilotons so no matter what David
they've advanced their technology substantially do you believe they have
the ability yet to couple it with an ICBM a missile that could reach us well
that's the trick here usually a hydrogen bomb to take that design and basically
scale it down and make it small enough to put it on the nose cone of a warhead
and then be able to deliver that on a target thousands of miles away that's a
hard thing to do so where I would argue here P is the North Koreans are probably
at the very start of this design process for a hydrogen bomb but I still think
the North Koreans have the capability to still take a standard atomic bomb and
hit the United States that's just dangerous in and of itself Harry we're
talking about sanctions toughen tougher on China trying to use all the
diplomatic and economic leverage that we can but you're saying there may be at
the start of the process of getting be could have in their mind the ultimate
weapon wouldn't if we were to take pre-emptive military action in any size
or scope would now not be a better time than waiting until they are further down
the process or potentially habbit here's the problem with military action options
let's face it North Korea is the land of lousy options
the challenge is this if we launched a tremendous military strike on North
Korea first of all it would take us a couple weeks to get that together
the North Koreans would see that coming probably strike first but even if we're
able to do that let's suppose the North Koreans have I don't know 30 nuclear
weapons and we get 28 of them that still would leave to nuclear weapons left I
guarantee you Kim jong-un is gonna fire one of those at Seoul Tokyo or Los
Angeles that's why a military option at this point unless the North Koreans
attack us first is not a good one you got it if you do it you got to do it all
in and doing it doing so is a pretty difficult proposition Harry thanks a lot
for joining us this morning Korea now a nuclear war could break out at any
moment it's claiming the u.s. is moving the needle toward a nuclear crisis quote
unless the hostile policy and the nuclear threat of the u.s. is thoroughly
eradicated we will never put our nuclear weapons and ballistic rockets on the
Rockets rather on the negotiation table under any circumstance now these latest
threats as Vice President Mike Pence says the u.s. is looking for a peaceful
resolution to be clear the United States of America will continue to bring the
full range of American power to bear on the regime in Pyongyang as we hope to
achieve through diplomatic and economic means a peaceable solution and the
achievement of the long-sought goal of a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula john
bolton for me as ambassador the UN senior fellow American Enterprise
Institute Ernie Fox News contributor and Sarah good morning to on you
so the rhetorics hot does it look a facts
this is propaganda from the North Koreans they're trying to intimidate
those Americans who are capable of being intimidated and unfortunately there are
a large number of them the threat in the region is North Korea's nuclear weapons
program that's what we've been grappling with unsuccessfully for 25 years and the
idea that somehow we're responsible for it really is ludicrous except to those
who buy that kind of North Korean pop propaganda now you used to work at the
UN you know this stuff very well apparently the prepared marks had that
comment nuclear war may break out at any moment but it was not read out loud what
do you make of that well you know they they're very good at at getting what
they want out without actually having it on the record that way so that this is
the very fact we're talking about it shows that they're successful I think
what it means for American policy though we've just got to keep our eye on the
ball they are definitely getting close to the
capacity to hit targets all over the continental United States they said the
other day though they wouldn't negotiate until they already had that capability
so time is running out it has been running out and it's landed in the Trump
administration's lap but nobody should be under any illusions that after 25
years in getting this close to the finish line North Korea is going to be
talked out of its nuclear weapons program that is not going to have not
gonna happen right I think the only the only
diplomatic possibility here is with China to put either enough pressure on
the regime in North Korea that it collapses or to acknowledge we need to
reunite the two Koreas otherwise the options look a lot grimmer and I think
we have to acknowledge that otherwise look there's an easy answer here we can
just stop all this and let North Korea get nuclear weapons and live with it
that's what Susan Rice the national security and the Obama administration
wants to do mistake of take care that last week said it's developing a pretty
good nuclear reentry vehicle so the program continues to advance as you
point out there they think we want to take their leader out our leader goes
there in November president Trump will visit South Korea he may go to the DMZ
how significant should we view that trip sir well this trip to Asia is
very significant in a number of respects he'll be in Japan South Korea than China
than Southeast Asia I definitely think it's important for the president to go
to South Korea I know he's been there before I don't know if he's been to the
Demilitarized Zone it's something that which every American could see and
confront the North Koreans but I think this is very important to show them that
we are determined as the president said in his speech to the United Nations a
few weeks ago that as far as North Korea goes the nuclearization is the only way
forward meaning they are not left with nuclear weapons period thank you sir we
will talk again about this too
