going to take you through several high intensity workouts that will help you

shed weight in no time these moves will help you lose weight and tone your body

jump exercise first stand with your feet hip-width apart

now push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat explosively

imagine that you're pushing the floor away from you as you leave you can use

your arms to help you jump higher do as many squat jumps as possible for one

minute next we're going to do some breeches lie face up on the floor with

your feet directly below your knees keep your hands by your sides and engage your

glutes to lift your hips off the ground slowly lower back to the floor keep your

neck and back relaxed as you use your glutes and hamstrings to lift up and

down ten times our next exercise is burpees start off with a standing

position with hands on the side drop down to a squat position but with your

palms on the ground kick your legs back while keeping your arms extended you

will be now in a high plank position from high plank position immediately

return to squat position jump from this position to finish next we're going to

do mountain climbers come into a straight arm plank position with your

hands directly below your shoulders bring right foot forward just near to

your right hand so that you are in a low lunge position now step right foot back

and quickly step left but forward try to keep your hips level

and your shoulders directly above your wrists do as many as possible for one

different size caps

I will be using a size H 5 millimeter crochet hook the yard is 4 ply yarn this

will be similar to the pumpkin cap on my main channel only it will be without the

stem I'm attaching a slipknot to the crochet hook we are working a chain 3

join with the beginning chain we will work 9 single crochet right through the

center of the loop 1 2 3 4 5 6

seven eight

nine round two will be two single crochet in each stitch around for a

total of 18 we are working the continual round one two three four five six seven

eight nine 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 round three will be one single crochet

in each stitch around for a total of 18 one two three four five six seven eight

nine ten eleven twelve

13 14 15 16 17 18 and that completes round 3 I am going to even the round off

with a slip stitch we are going to round 7 where we work the chain 1 and then we

work two double crochet in each stitch around there will be a total of 36

double crochet on round 7

I am at the end of round seven I'm putting my hook below the two loops at

the top of the stitch this is the first stitch wrap the yarn over pull through

pull through the loop on the hook we have joined the round securely together

we will end with 36 double crochet on round seven

you around 8:00 we will be working a series

of front post double crochet I am going to work the chain one this is the step

up to the next round now I'm starting out as I would work a regular double

crochet I'm putting my hook between the stitch wrapping it around to the back up

to the front I am wrapping it around the chain one on the previous round wrap the

yarn over your hook pull through and then complete your double crochet the

next stitch will be a front post double crochet work the same way this segment

will be in slow motion

were worked around the same stitch you will want to pull it up a little bit

like this it may be hidden to the back so you'll need to be careful and count

three the next stitch will be our increase which is two half double

crochet in the same stitch work one front post double crochet in each of the

next three stitches there's one two

three work 2 half-double crochet in the next stitch and I'm putting my hook

right below the two loops at the top of the stitch wrap the yarn over there is

my first half double crochet and I'm putting my hook right through the same

stitch below the two loops at the top of the stitch working the second half

double crochet work one front post double crochet in each of the next three

stitches one two three an increase working two half double crochet in the

same stitch we are working in the half double crochet on the previous round

work one front post double crochet in each of the next three stitches one two

three two half double crochet in the next stitch one two you will continue

around to the beginning working one front post double crochet in each of the

next three stitches an increase working two half double crochet in the next

stitch there will be a total of sixty stitches on round eleven I am finishing

slip knot to my crochet hook I am going to skip over the half double crochet the

front post double crochet the half double crochet skip the front post

double crochet skip the half double crochet attach the yarn right through

the top of the front post double crochet

we have two segments here we have skipped over theirs half double crochet

on each side this will be the back section I'm working a chain one now I'm

going to work one front post double crochet in each of the next four

stitches the chain one did not count as a stitch it is the step up

work a half double crochet in each of the next two stitches one to work a

front post double crochet in each of the next four stitches one two

three for work a half double crochet in each of the next two stitches one to

place now we will turn and you can see how the back post double crochet now

and they all look the same then we'll chain one working for front

post double crochet and the stitches on the side I kind of like to go through

the stitches and this is to hold it in place so it does not slide around one

I'm working the last stitch which is number four and then we flip it around

crochet in the next stitch and then a single crochet decrease and that's

putting your hook through the top of the stitch wrap the yarn over pull it

through leave the two loops on the hook put your hook through the next stitch

wrap the yarn over pull it through there are three loops on the hook wrap the

yarn over pull through all three loops and I'm going to continue across working

one single crochet and then a single crochet decrease one single crochet and

then a single crochet decrease and we do not have to be exact with numbers at

this point one single crochet a single crochet decrease

and then we'll end with one single crochet on the end and so if you end

with a decrease that's okay it's still going to work we're going to wrap the

yarn over pull it through and I'm pulling through a little bit of an extra

length and then cut the yarn pull it through give it a tug I have threaded my

needle with the tail and I am going to weave it between the stitches on the end

like this and I'm pulling it weaving the needle between the stitches and you can

see how I've picked them up I'll show that again leaving the needle between

the stitches just like this and then I'm giving it a tug like that pulling them

together I've got them all pulled together like this what I wanted to do

is make a knot here at the end like that

and I'm going to run it back through just to make it a little bit more secure

like that and then give it another little tug and then make another knot

here at the end like that now my yarn is right here and I'm going

to run my needle through this side and then pull it over like that and join the

two ends together and I want to make sure it's nice and secure

you know we're going to make a knot just like that and I'm going to make another

knot you can make as many knots as you'd like to make that's probably pretty good

and I'm going to go ahead and sew the tail end on the inside of the cap here

working on the inside of the ear flap just hiding the tail between the

stitches like this

I like to skip over or go through a strand of yarn work back in the opposite

direction between the stitches

then cut off the yarn when the cap is complete we have two segments of post

stitches on the backside we have one two three four on the front side between the

ear flaps and this is what it looks like and the remaining tails will be sewn in

the same way there will be tails at the beginning and you will want to pull that

shut to make sure it's nice and snug this is going to show how to make the

braid I am working with strands of yarn they are approximately 40 inches 102

centimeters you can make them as long as you want to I am working with six

strands altogether I want to fold them in half and the ends

will meet at the beginning I'm going to find a center down here on the ear

section and put my crochet hook through like this and they all may not go

through at once so you may have to do them individually pull the halfway point

through and then just pull through one side like this you will want to even

them up and make sure the ends are matching the ends do not have to be

perfect you can cut them off even at a later time you will divide the strands

of yarn into sections of four there's the first section there's the second and

this is the third and then we will start braiding them

now I'm down here at the end what I'm going to do is make a knot and I'm just

holding the ends over and putting them through like this and then making a knot

like that then pulling it snug

and then you can cut all the ends off even some of mine aren't even but that's

alright just like that

They're afflicted by severe joint and muscle pains.

Fevers.

Rashes.

Headaches.

Many of them die.

There is a long history of trying to control mosquitoes

by draining wetlands, using bednets, spraying them

with insecticides.

All of these measures are imperfect,

and some can be hazardous.

Scott O'Neill, a microbiologist at Monash University

in Australia, had a new idea for how to protect

the world from dengue fever.

SCOTT O'NEILL: When you explain that you're working on dengue,

everybody's got a personal story about, you know,

being sick themselves, or a child,

or knowing somebody that's sick.

So, you've spent

--years and years and years

trying to find ways of stopping Aedes aegypti from spreading

the viruses behind diseases like dengue fever.

And your big idea is to inject them

with a bacterium from the group Wolbachia.

SCOTT: Yeah, so Wolbachia I've been

fascinated with for many years, ever since I

learned about Wolbachia.

Hey me too!

In fact, if I had to pick my favorite group of bacteria,

it would probably be Wolbachia.

These things live inside the cells of insects,

and something like forty percent of arthropod species

carry Wolbachia, which means it's

arguably one of the most successful groups of microbes

on the planet.

But, Wolbachia only passes down the female line.

Males are a dead end to it, and it has

many ways of dealing with them.

In some species like the beautiful blue moon butterfly,

it kills male embryos outright so that the adult population

can have a hundred females for every male.

In others, like wood lice or pill bugs

it actually transforms males into females.

And this thing is so good at manipulating

the sexual lives of its hosts that it spreads like wildfire.

Which incidentally is why Scott O'Neill is so interested in it.

So how could we harness that ability of Wolbachia

to spread into insects to do something good for us?

ED: So Scott set out in search of a way of using Wolbachia

to keep Aedes mosquitoes from spreading dengue viruses.

He started when the first George Bush was still President,

and he tried a dozen tricks including genetic engineering,

but nothing seemed to work.

But then you had a lucky break.

Yeah, something dropped out of the blue

from Seymour Benzer's lab in Caltech.

ED: Now most people haven't heard of Seymour Benzer,

but he was a titan of 20th century science.

He was one of the first to look at the link between genetics

and behavior and his animal of choice was the fruit fly.

SCOTT: He found a strain of Wolbachia in the fruit fly...

ED: It causes the neurons in the insects head to explode -

[Flies buzzing, corn popping]

SCOTT: Like a bag of microwave popcorn.

[Mosquito buzzing, corn popping]

ED: So they named the strain "popcorn".

SCOTT: It was one of those rare light bulb moments.

We could stop disease transmission

without needing to genetically engineer Wolbachia,

without needing to do any fancy tricks.

ED: If the mosquitoes were infected with popcorn

they would die before getting a chance

to spread the viruses into people.

But remember: Wolbachia only transmits

from mothers to offspring.

Which means that if you want to infect Aedes with Wolbachia,

you need to inject the bacteria directly

into a mosquitos embryo.

You know, a young embryo is a very delicate thing.

So a way to think about this is to imagine

a balloon full of water that you need

to insert a knitting needle into that

and then pull the knitting needle out

and the balloon can't break.

[Stretching rubber, water balloon popping]

That's a difficult thing to do.

Very few people in the world can do it, uh, reliably,

and I think we've gotten better over time,

but it's a certain skill.

You need dexterity, patience, obsession.

It's like the art of science.

But after all that work the team discovered

that their plan had a fatal flaw:

popcorn was just too virulent.

It was killing mosquitoes before they had a chance to reproduce,

so if ever unleashed into the wild it just wouldn't spread.

And that was a crushing blow.

You know I think we were all ready to give up.

But then you finally had a spot of good luck?

Yeah the sequence of events were quite incredible for us.

Some of his colleagues made a really surprising discovery

about Wolbachia.

They found that the bacteria can actually

prevent the growth of viruses in the insects that it infects.

Now they found that in fruit flies-- so the question was,

would it also do the same in mosquitoes?

SCOTT: And so we took these mosquitoes

that, that had popcorn in them and we infected them

with dengue virus to see what would happen.

And we actually found Wolbachia would prevent the viruses

from growing, and if these viruses

can't grow in the mosquito then it can't be transmitted.

It meant that the team didn't need popcorn at all.

Almost any strain of Wolbachia would stop Aedes

from spreading dengue virus.

It was that sort of feeling.

You know when you've been working on something

that doesn't work and then suddenly you

get a big breakthrough.

Finally, after decades of effort it

was time to release those mosquitos and their microbes

into the world.

So, Scott.

This plan involves asking people to release mosquitoes

that you've loaded with a microbe that's

really good at spreading rapidly,

and those mosquitoes will probably bite them,

and no one has ever done anything like this before.

Was it hard to convince people to do this?

People are frightened of dengue and they're

frightened of the impact it might have on their children,

they're frightened that they can't

control transmission of it.

Everybody knows people that have been terribly sick from dengue.

People are desperate for a solution.

I think that helps facilitate them

coming on the journey with us.

ED: Since 2011 Scott's team have set up trial tests

in Australia, Vietnam, Indonesia,

Columbia, and Brazil.

Their mosquitos have spread Wolbachia as they predicted,

but the big question remains.

Has the number of dengue cases actually gone down?

Those experiments are long.

Probably we will get the results in two or three years.

But, in every location that we've

put it out now even though all these locations are relatively

small, we're not seeing any disease transmission

occurring in those communities.

Scientists are still figuring out

the details of how Wolbachia blocks

the transmission of viruses.

But they know that it's not just Dengue.

It's also the viruses behind Zika, yellow fever,

and chikungunya.

And they're trying to use bacteria

to control other insect pests--

like the tsetse flies that spread sleeping sickness,

and bedbugs.

I hate bedbugs.

This is just part of a whole new approach

to thinking about microbes, and realizing that they not

only kill, they can also save.

Go for Filter > Filter Gallery

From Artistic choose Dry Brush

Put the values Size:10, Detail:10 & Texture:1

Double-click here to edit filter blending options

Leave it normal and reduce opacity to 50%

Again from Filter Gallery choose Cutout filter

Levels: 7, Simplicity: 2 & Fidelity: 2

Again, Double-click here to edit the cutout filter blending options

Change to Screen with 30% Opacity

Repeat again

Go for Stylize and choose Glowing Edges filter

Put Width:1, Brightness:9 & Smoothness:5

Change Blend Mode to Screen and Opacity to 30%

Now, Go for Image > Adjustments and choose Posterize

Set Levels to 12

Change Blend Mode to Hard Light

and Opacity to 50%

Now, select the layer and click on Create a Layer Mask icon

Select the mask that you've created now, press CTL+I to invert its color. Then, CTRL+J to to Duplicate the Layer 3 times

Now, Pick your Brush Tool and Import the water color brushes

Now, it's time to play

Select the top layer's Mask

Choose a proper brush

Go ahead to set it up through Window> Brush

Check Shape Dynamics. Change Size Jitter: 30% and Angle Jitter: 70%.

Before painting make sure that: -You've selected the Layer Mask -The Foreground Color is White

Size Jitter randomizes brush size & Angle Jitter randomizes brush angle every click

Note: We're painting now over our Layer Mask

Recall: In Masks, White color reveals & Black takes

Switch between brushes

Use more than one brush to give you a better result

Choose another brush

Press CTRL+Z to undo if you want

Let's speed things a little bit up

Now, Let's import the second brushes

Reduce Brush Size using [ & ] keys

Reduce Brush Opacity to 40~50%

Select the 2nd Layer Mask again

Select a suitable brush & Control its size with [ & ]

Make sure that you've selected the Layer Mask..

Also make sure that the Foreground Color is White.

Then, start painting.

Choose another brush

Right-click to change the Brush angle

CTRL+Z to Undo

Now, it's time to add some splatters

Import the splatter brushes

Brush Opacity: 40%

Select the 3rd bottom Layer Mask

Pick up that brush

Reduce its Size

Start Painting

Choose another one and REPEAT again & again till you get a good result

Now, Add the "Watercolor" pattern that comes with Photoshop to the bottom

Select the pattern layer first

Create a New Layer over the pattern layer

Start adding some white color splatters on it

Maybe you can't see the white splatters over the white pattern in the video

But it's there, and it gives a good effect

Let's add some Adjustment Layers

Start with Brightness/ Contrast

Then, Vibrance

After that, Color Balance

Enter values similar to mine to give you the best effect

Let's see the result

Let's test it. Double-click any Smart Layer thumbnail to open it

Import the image you want. Adjust it. Then, CTRL+S to save

How to Keep Your Meal Prep Interesting - Duration: 7:03.

How do you stay interested and on track with your meal prepping when you're trying to lose

weight?

Let's get into it.

Hey everybody and welcome to another episode of 'Walk With Me', this is Josh here and today

we're talking all about how to keep your meal prep interesting.

Now this was actually a question coming from you guys, more specifically my father in-law,

he put a comment with a question I though would be a big interest to all of you in the

video the other week, so we are going to jump right into it.

So cool to have you on here, I'm glad you've been liking the videos Kevin.

But this is something I think a lot of us struggle with in the early stages when we're

still learning what foods we want to eat, what fits best into our diet.

Some of us haven't really cooked before so there's a whole level of learning how to actually

cook for yourself.

So I've seen versions of this come up here and there since the channel has started.

So I first want to cover the issue of staying interested in the meals that you prep.

I think there's a lot of misconceptions out there about good food versus bad food and

a lot of people thinking just because they're on a diet they can't eat a certain food or

a certain meal.

Most meals out there, no matter how unhealthy, can usually be adapted to save calories.

So take a burger and fries for instance from a restaurant.

You're probably looking at 1500 calories for that meal.

But if you're making that burger at home, you can use a leaner ground beef, you can

cook it with nonstick spray instead of oil, you can take off the cheese, you can use one

of the billion low-calorie bun and bread options at the grocery store.

And with the fries, you can bake them instead of fry them, you can dip them in mustard which

has pretty much no calories versus ketchup which is mostly just sugar.

You know, there are a lot of options to make a meal like that fit into your diet.

That 1500 calorie burger suddenly becomes 600 calories.

So what you originally thought was just an impossible option in your diet really can

work just as well as a chicken salad.

A burger and fries was an exaggerated and single example to this, but any meal that

you're used to eating can be adapted to fit into your day.

All of those foods are okay but it puts the responsibility on you to learn how to fit

them into your life.

The easy way out is to have that arbitrary set of rules with your diet and not to take

the time to learn how to do it yourself.

But these methods and strategies to change the way you eat are necessary to be able to

maintain, that's why I really don't usually recommend lower-carb diets or some of the

other things I had tried in the past to lose weight.

Even though I lost weight when I was doing them it was not setting me up for success

in the long-term.

So if you're not enjoying the meals you prep or if you're not sure of what to eat on your

diet it's completely okay and encouraged for you to eat food that you actually enjoy and

learn how to adapt it to save calories.

The more you learn the easier it gets to adapt those recipes, and the more you learn about

lower calorie foods you like or don't like, and that's where the other half of this comes

in.

The only way to keep it interesting beyond eating those foods that you already know you

enjoy is to experiment in the kitchen and learn and try new things.

So if you don't like the food that you prepped this week, no big deal.

Try and make something different next week or try and evaluate the foods that you enjoy

and brainstorm ways to lower the calories.

I've talked about a few resources I use for meal prepping, I'll be sure to link that video,

but if you're in need of meal ideas I have I think almost 20 different recipes on the

channel now, and that is literally all the food I eat every day, you guys know pretty

much everything I know how to cook.

I've really been doing a lot of research and testing since I've upped the amount of recipe

videos on the channel to try and come up with more ideas for everybody.

So feel free to look through and go through those if you need some ideas, when you're

going to the grocery store before you prep.

But the other thing i wanted to mention when it comes to meal prep and variety.

Be honest with yourself, if you weren't dieting, how many different meals would you really

be cycling through for your lunches.

Even if you were going out to eat, how many different meals would you be getting every

week.

There's something to be said for a lack of variety in our eating sometimes, I like to

keep usually my breakfast and lunch really repetitive and basic and I have my dinner

meals a little bit different or experimental, or when I go out to eat.

If you really think about it you're probably only cycling through a handful of meals in

your normal day-to-day life regardless of dieting so it's a little bit of a non-answer

but something to consider.

Beyond that there are other ways--- there are other ways to change it up.

Different spices, different sauces, slightly different ingredients, lots of different things

you can do to give them a whole different flavor.

And as far as having difficulty fitting it into one evening to prep for the whole week,

a really good way for those of us that are busy to have multiple options without any

extra work start using your crockpot.

I've been trying to brainstorm with some good crockpot recipes for the channel for a while

now, I only know the real basic obvious ones.

You know, just dumping meat and spices and vegetables and letting it cook.

As I come up with new ideas though, I will definitely be sharing them with everybody.

But utilize something like a crock pot, make sure you're making big enough batches, and

above all else you have to prioritize your health and your weight loss if you really

want to be able to get through it and stay on track and reach your goals.

So it's a matter of priority, I guarantee everyone has a couple of hours out of an entire

week that probably gets wasted watching TV or playing games on our phones or something

else.

And the prepping gets quicker and easier the more you practice so it will take a little

bit longer in the early stages but your learning so it won't take as long for the future.

So in summary, the best way to keep it interesting and make the time for your meal prepping:

1, Learn to adapt your favorite meals and the food that you already eat to be a lower

calorie version so you can fit it into your day.

2, Take time and experiment in the kitchen, it's an essential tool that you'll need to

know if you want to actually keep the weight off once you lose it.

And 3, if you don't have the time to prep your meals, you have to make time if you want

to actually reach your goals.

How To Set Up Stealth 600 & Stealth 700 for PS4 - Duration: 12:57.

- Hi, everyone.

I'm Jason with Turtle Beach.

And in this video, I'm gonna show you how to set up and use

the new Stealth 600 and 700 Gaming Headsets

with your PlayStation 4 Pro and PlayStation 4.

First, let's open the Stealth 600 and 700 headsets.

On the stickers, you'll notice,

it says that we should download

and install the new Turtle Beach Audio Hub.

It's always a good idea to check

and make sure you have the latest firmware

so that your headset provides optimal performance.

Turtle Beach makes this really easy,

simply by downloading and installing

their Turtle Beach Audio Hum program.

Which is available for PCs running Windows 7 and higher,

and on a Mac running OS 10.12 or higher.

In addition to PC and Mac,

there's an app based version of the Turtle Beach Audio Hub

for compatible iOS and Android devices

that works with the Stealth 700 via Bluetooth.

But the reason I'm pointing this out now

is to let you know that you can't update

the Stealth 700's firmware from the app.

You have to use the PC or Mac version

to perform firmware updates.

Since we're on a PC, we'll click the Windows button.

Which will automatically start

downloading the program to your computer.

Once downloaded, find the file.

Probably in your downloads folder.

And double click to install.

Then click Run to start the installation.

Click Next, and follow all the on-screen prompts.

Once the Turtle Beach Audio Hub

program is installed, launch it.

When the screen pops up,

you'll be prompted to connect your headset.

Take the included USB cable

and connect the USB micro end of it, the smaller end,

to the jack on the bottom of your

Stealth 600 and 700's left ear cup.

The one with the mic.

Next, connect the standard USB end of the cable

to an available USB port on your PC

and also connect the USB transmitter.

Once you connect the USB cable,

the Audio Hub will automatically detect your headset

and will ask you if you want to

update your firmware to the latest version.

Click yes to begin the update.

Once the update process is done,

click okay to complete the firmware update.

And at this point, you can close

the Turtle Beach Audio Hub on your PC or Mac.

Okay.

Now that your headset has been updated

to the latest firmware and has a full battery,

let's get connect to your PS4 Pro or your PS4.

First, let's turn on your headset by pressing

and holding down the power button for a few seconds.

On the Stealth 600, you'll hear a tone inside the headset

indicating that the headset is on.

On the Stealth 700, you'll hear

a voice prompt inside the headset.

Also, make sure your PS4 console is powered on.

Using the included wireless USB transmitter,

go ahead and connect the transmitter

to an available USB port on your PS4 console.

If you have a Stealth 700

and are using it with an original PS4 or a newer PS4 Pro,

both of which have the optical audio jack,

you'll also need to connect the included

digital optical cable from the back of your PS4

into the port on the wireless USB transmitter.

If you're using a PS4 Slim,

then there's no need for the digital optical cable.

Once the wireless USB transmitter

is connected to the console,

go ahead and power on your headset.

Your headset should come pre-paired

with the transmitter out of the box.

And when paired correctly,

the little LED light will be lit solid and not blinking.

Next, we need to update some settings on your PS4.

For the Stealth 600, in your PS4 menu system,

click Settings,

then Devices,

then Audio Devices.

Set the Output to Headphones option to All Audio,

then set the Volume Control (Headphones)

to the maximum setting.

Finally, select Adjust Microphone Levels

and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your mic.

For the Stealth 700 being used with an original PS4

or a newer PS4 Pro,

both of which have the optical audio jack,

in your PS4 menu systems, click Settings,

then Sound and Screen,

then Audio Output Settings,

then Primary Output Port,

then Digital Out and select Dolby Digital 5.1ch.

Then back up in the menu to change the audio format.

Priority to Bitstream (Dolby).

Lastly, navigate in the menu back to Settings,

then Devices, then Audio Devices,

then select USB Headset (Turtle Beach Stealth 700)

for input and output device,

set Output to Headphones to Chat Audio,

Set Volume Control (Headphones) to the maximum setting,

and finally, select Adjust Microphone level

and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate your mic.

For the Stealth 700 being used with a PS4 Slim

with no optical jack,

in your PS4 menu system, click Settings,

then devices,

then Audio Devices,

Select USB Device (Turtle Beach Stealth 700)

for input and output devices,

set the Output to Headphones option to All Audio,

then set the Volume Controls (Headphones)

to the maximum setting.

Finally, select the Adjust Microphone Levels

and follow the on screen instructions to calibrate your mic.

At this point, your Stealth 600 and stealth 700 Headsets

should be connected to your PS4.

So let's get them on your head and sized appropriately.

First, make sure you have the headset on the right way.

The microphone is on the left ear cup.

If you happen to find on the right ear cup,

you're wearing the headset backwards.

You can adjust the size and fit of the headset

by pulling down on each ear cup.

Also, for those of you with glasses,

the Stealth 600 and Stealth 700 both feature

Turtle Beach's Glasses Friendly Technology.

Where sections of the foam cushioning in the ear cups

are softer so they don't press as hard

on your glasses when you play.

Now I'm gonna walk you through

a couple of the additional features

and functionality, starting with the Stealth 600.

There are a handful of differences

between the Stealth 600 and Stealth 700 for PS4.

First, while they're definitely in the same family,

the frames are slightly different.

And the 600 has breathable fabric wrapped ear cushions,

while the 700 has synthetic leather.

For surround sound, the Stealth 700 uses

DTS Headphone:X 7.1 Surround Sound.

While the Stealth 600 uses Turtle Beach's own

Virtual Surround Sound processing.

Additionally, the Stealth 600 doesn't include

active noise cancellation

and Bluetooth connectivity like the 700.

Lastly, Stealth 700's Bluetooth capability

allows it to connect to the app version

of the Turtle Beach Audio Hub,

where you can customize a variety

of Stealth 700's specific settings.

Let's focus on the Stealth 600 settings first,

and then we'll take a look at the Stealth 700.

All the controls for the Stealth 600

are located on the left ear cup.

Again, the one with the mic.

Speaking of the microphone, let's start there.

This is a new flip up version

of Turtle Beach's High-Sensitivity Mic.

There are three positions.

First, the mic is on when it is all the way down.

If you wanna mute the mic,

you simply rotate it up to the first stop,

and if you don't wanna use the mic at all,

you put it all the way back one last time.

Next are the features controlled by the Stealth 600's

Power and Mode buttons.

The Power button has a secondary function

beyond turning the Stealth 600 on and off.

When the headset is on,

a quick press of the Power button will toggle

Turtle Beach's exclusive Super Human Hearing audio setting.

Which provides a competitive advantage

that can help you win more.

The Mode button also has a dual functionality.

Repeatedly pressing the mode button

lets you cycle through the Stealth 600's audio presets.

Which include Signature Sound, Bass Boost,

Bass and Treble Boost, and Vocal Boost.

Pressing and holding the Stealth 600's mode button

will cycle on and off Turtle Beach's

Virtual Surround Sound setting.

On the back of the ear cup,

the top dial controls your master volume.

Meaning game and chat audio together.

While the bottom dial controls your mic monitoring volume.

Which is how loud your own voice sounds inside the headset.

Which helps you avoid shouting at other players.

That's it for the Stealth 600's specific features.

With a fully charged battery

you should be able to get up to 15 hours of powerful

and immersive surround sound game audio,

crystal clear chat, and unmatched glasses friendly comfort.

Now let's jump into the Stealth 700's specific features.

The Stealth 700 is the big brother

or big sister to the Stealth 600,

offering additional premium features

on top of what the Stealth 600 does.

As discussed earlier, the Stealth 700 adds

leather wrapped ear cushions, active noise cancellation,

Bluetooth connectivity with app based settings,

and a selection of additional features

that can be controlled via the new

Turtle Beach Audio Bub app.

Let's start with the Stealth 700's on-board controls,

and then we'll get into the app based controls.

Just like the Stealth 600,

the Stealth 700 shares the same great flip of version

of Turtle Beach's High Sensitivity Microphone.

With down being on, up being mute,

or you go all the way back.

Next are the features controlled

by the Stealth 700's Power, Bluetooth

and Super Human Hearing Buttons, located here.

The Stealth 700's Power button also has

a secondary function beyond turning the headset on and off.

But this time when the headset is on,

a quick press of the Power button

will turn on and off the Stealth 700's

Active Noise Cancellation functionality.

Then there's the Super Human Hearing button.

Which can activate Turtle Beach's exclusive audio setting,

which provides a competitive advantage to help you win more.

Lastly is the Bluetooth button,

which allows you to pair the Stealth 700

with other Bluetooth enabled devices

like your mobile phone or tablet.

Where you can adjust other settings

via the Turtle Beach Audio Hub app.

On the back of the ear cup there are two dials

that control different functions,

depending on which PS4 console you have.

If you're using your Stealth 700 headset

with an original PS4 or newer PS4 Pro,

both of which have the optical jack,

then with the optical cable

connected to the USB transmitter,

the upper dial will control game volume,

and the lower dial will control chat volume.

If you're using a PS4 slim with no optical cable,

then the upper dial will control master volume,

both game and chat volume at the same time,

and the lower dial will control

For this demo, we're going to use an Apple iPad Pro.

To pair the headset with your device over Bluetooth,

press and hold down the Bluetooth button

until you hear the Bluetooth pairing voice prompt.

Then find and pair the headset in the Bluetooth settings

of your mobile phone or tablet.

Once connected, there are a variety of different controls

offered by the Bluetooth button on the headset,

launch the Turtle Beach Audio Hub app.

From the app, there are a variety of settings

you can toggle on or off, depending on your preference.

These include Super Human Hearing,

Dynamic Chat Boost, and active Noise Cancellation.

And you can also select from four audio presents,

including Signature Sound, Bass Boost,

Bass and Treble Boost, and Vocal Boost.

You'll also be able to adjust your mic monitoring level.

Which means you can adjust the volume level

for how loud you hear your own voice inside the headset.

Which helps you to avoid shouting at other players.

If you click the menu drop down,

you'll be able to personalize a few additional settings,

like the volume of the voice

and tone prompts inside the headset.

As well as check what version

of firmware you are using and more.

With a fully charged battery,

if you're using the Active Noise Cancellation

and Bluetooth features frequently,

you should be able to get up to 10 hours

of powerful and immersive surround sound game audio,

what's up guys today's video is going to be all about how to stay healthy while

you're traveling or more specifically just how to not get sick while you're

traveling

ready most people associate travel with

sickness they think just because you're exposed to different people from

different areas that you're bound to get sick more than usual in my experience

that's not necessarily true now don't get me wrong you're definitely exposed

to a lot more people and they may be carrying sicknesses that you haven't

encountered before but with the world as connected as it is now

odds are you would encounter many of the same viruses if you were in a stationary

home just think about how many people you know that are constantly traveling

to see family or friends or just to explore everything they encounter on

those trips comes back home with them don't you find it odd that many of the

people who go to work every day and then go straight home are sick more than the

average person so let's talk about how to combat sickness so you never have to

spend a day inside when you should be out exploring trust me I know how much

that sucks luckily for all of you I know the secret to staying happy and healthy

on the road I know it may sound a little bit silly but the answer is actually

extremely simple it's actually so simple that it can be summed up in literally

one word that word is move that means whenever you don't have to be stagnant

you aren't stagnant that means you work harder you experience life more and you

don't ever stop there's a quote that I heard and I don't remember who wrote it

I don't remember where I heard it all I remember is the second I heard it I ran

over to my fridge and I wrote it down actually it's right here it says you get

sick when you forget how good normal feels I've been obsessed with that quote

ever since I heard it now every time I'm feeling a little bit under the weather I

doubled down I doubled down on work I doubled down on

exercise and I double down on the rest what that means is the worse I feel the

less downtime there is in my day and trust me there's already very little

downtime in my day just to give you an example I exercise between one and three

hours a day I work on my YouTube between eight and twelve hours a day and then on

top of that I work my normal job to keep me going financially that is every

single day seven days a week I don't do traditional fun I barely ever

drink I don't go out to bars I try to be in bed by 11:00 every single night

although that doesn't always happen and I'm up between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

every single morning since I really doubled down on my goals I haven't had

time to be sick therefore I haven't been sick if you're doing what you love and

you're in a constant state of motion then nothing can stop you

not even sickness so that is the key to fighting sickness and in my experience

it's also the key to staying happy and positive every single day thanks for

how to attach the neck strap on a DSLR

First of all take one end

and remove this cap from the strap

and put it aside

we're gonna need that later

Now, we have to remove this strap from the buckle

It's kind of tricky

so do it just like this

just pull it up

and then remove the strap from the buckle

thi little trick makes it easy to remove the strap

so please follow this trick

And then, put the cap back on

just like this

And now let the strap

through the buckle of the camera

From outside, not from inside as I mentioned from outside only

it's a lil' bit tricky

Slide it through the camera buckle

and then through this lil' thing

and now, we're almost done

and now you only have to follow the

reverse procedure

just how we removed it, we have to

follow it in reverse order

just pull it up a little

and now it is done

Just make a few adjustments

and it's done

so one side,

of the strap is attached

Now, we have to follow the same procedure on the other side

Just follow the same process on other side

and

Your neck strap is attached

This is how it is done

Hey guys welcome back to my channel I am all decked out in my Christmas gear because Christmas is so soon

Can you believe that Thanksgiving is already over with like what where did this time go?

But I have a video if you could tell by the title it's how you can support a Spoony or someone with chronic illness throughout

the holidays the holidays can be the most anxious and

Depressing time for someone with chronic illness at least for me

I do struggle in the holidays

But that's just me so I have a couple tips to help those suffering with

Chronic illness the first thing you can do is ask them. How you can help ask them

if there's something you need that they could do for you just

Understand that spoonie's can't do everything all the time and sometimes during the holidays

they're a lot busier with having to go shopping for everyone and

just ask them what you can do to help I

Hate asking for help it's one of my personal phobias. I just I don't do it I am

Even if I like I'm super super struggling I hate asking for help like I act like it

I hate it so if you offer your help, then yes, I will ask you for help

But I hate to bother people

So if you are open and honest and ask them how you can help that will definitely definitely help them

The second thing you can do and I encourage you to do this no matter

What if it's the holidays you should do this every single day?

and that is to believe them when they say they're hurting not everyone understands chronic pain or chronic migraines or

IBS or

fibromyalgia or any other chronic illness but

Their pain is real my pain is real. I know that because I feel it

I do not make this up for attention

I do not make this up to get your sympathy my pain is real

And I want you to understand that and just be supportive that I'm not lying

I'm not seeking attention

and I don't do this because I think it's fun I

am hurting

and I want you to believe me and the last tip I have for you guys is do not push spoonie's to do something I

Know in my family. They like to go sledding. They like to go Black Friday shopping

They like to go grocery shopping like the week before and sometimes that's overwhelming

I know my anxiety is up here

I have social anxiety and it puts me into a panic attack and

Going out and spending all that energy on things that I don't really care to do

Makes me not be able to do things that I want to do so

Don't push them to do things that they don't want to do

Believe them and ask them how you can

Be there for them

And those are a couple tips on how you can support a Spoony throughout the holidays
