if you're intermittent fasting do you have to limit carbs let's talk about it
so this question has been coming up a lot in the comment section and I just
wanted to answer it the question is do I limit carbs and the answer to that is no
I don't first of all remember I'm not a doctor or a scientist or a nutritionist
I'm just somebody who has done intermittent fasting for several years
and at this point I've lost 72 pounds and I've been able to keep it off with
what feels like very little effort so I just want to share with you my
experiences if you ask 10 different intermittent fasting experts which I do
not consider myself one about this question can you eat as many
carbohydrates as you want on this plan they're gonna give you 10 different
answers when I was first researching intermittent fasting it was making my
head spin you know there there were so many different opinions and I finally
just used the Tim Ferriss question which is what would this look like if it were
easy what would intermittent fasting look
like if it were really easy and to me the answer was if I could just eat
whatever I wanted at my meals and just limit the the time window that I could
eat in if that would be really really easy if I could still eat whatever I
wanted and truthfully at the time I thought maybe I can lose 5 pounds doing
it that way and then I'm gonna have to change it around and change it up but I
really just wanted to see how far can that plan take me but the thing is I
never had to change the plan I just continued to eat whatever I wanted to
eat at my meal and I still have seen the weight come off even today and my diet
is you know if I had to classify it it's probably higher carb it's not that I
don't like protein I love protein but I've got three kids and you know we're a
family of five and I had to think about the budget and really that was another
consideration when I was figuring out like what my eating plan was and man
especially at the beginning of this journey money was tight and the grocery
budget is one of those areas where like you know carbs are cheap and so it
continues to be you know a lot of in my diet in the past week let's say there's
a lot of pasta and white rice it's not even like but you know healthy you know
brown rice or the wild rice or whatever like I just
the things like I just I just do now I have tried low-carb like back when I was
like 14 so us like 20 years ago but I did do the Zone diet and I had success I
lost some weight but the thing is is I didn't keep it off and I went back to
not eating the zone way there have been times where I've been really tempted to
try you know cutting out carbs completely seeing how quickly I could
lose the weight but again I've always held off because I really just want to
see where this plan takes me so let me know in the comments below like are you
doing intermittent fasting and eating whatever you want and how have your
results been or you know if you have experience with you know low carb plus
intermittent fasting let me know or maybe just you know low carb in general
what have your experience has been okay thank you for watching be sure to LIKE

How To Prepare For NYC's Biggest Festival || Do It Right: Governor's Ball - Duration: 3:51.
- New York is the city that never sleeps,
and it gets even less sleep every June
when it plays host to Governors Ball,
which is basically New York's biggest party.
Gov Ball's a three-day, Randall's Island-based
entertainment smorgasbord built for fun,
and if you have a ticket, you'll wanna soak up
as much fun as humanly possible.
I'm Wil from Thrillist, and this is "Do It Right,"
Governors Ball Edition.
You show up to Randall's Island with nothing but a ticket
and a healthy sense of adventure, you might not last long.
First off, you can and probably should bring a bag.
Gov Ball suggests you bring something
light that's easily opened, as all bags
will be 100% thoroughly searched.
I don't mean to sound like your mom or my mom,
but sunburns suck.
Bring sunscreen -- I cannot stress this enough.
Also bring sunglasses, a hat, or even a bandanna
if you wanna look like a bad (bleep) Labrador.
If it might even possibly rain, bring an emergency poncho.
Umbrellas and concerts don't mix; it's a visibility thing.
And if you don't have boots,
you can get a garbage bag and some duct tape to slap it on.
No matter what, when you're going to a festival,
you're gonna need these three essential items,
no matter what.
Portable phone charger.
The only thing worse than an empty beer glass
is a dead phone, and hot weather will kill your battery.
Make sure your phone is fully charged
so you can hit up your friends,
and also keep up on the dankest memes of the internet,
'cause that's what's really important.
Water and a water bottle.
Gov Ball is pretty great about having readily available
water stations all over the lawn.
But, you still need something to fill up.
You can bring in a sealed water bottle
and refill it once you're done,
or you can obviously bring in a reusable water bottle, too.
Just make sure it isn't filled up
when you go through security, or they will dump it out.
I promise you.
Your ID.
Remember what I said about an empty beer glass?
You won't get served, period, without an ID,
and that would suck.
Bonus hack: Rent a locker.
You can rent a locker for $50 for the entire weekend
to stow extra clothes, a blanket, sunscreen --
basically anything you want
aside from your store- bought hot dog collection.
If you're going to be going all three days to the festival,
this is a steal, if only to stow away a few extra shirts
and a stick of deodorant.
Trust me: Your friends and cab driver will thank you later.
And if you forgot anything at home, like sunscreen, water,
or even one of those little portable fans,
you can always stop by the info tent
to pick up a free swag bag loaded with essentials,
and free is always good, right?
Listen up, campers:
You're gonna have to leave the tent at home,
because Gov Ball isn't one of those festivals.
When the last artist plays, you don't have to go home,
but you can't stay on Randall's Island.
So, you're gonna need a place to crash.
Luckily, New York has some hotels in town --
like thousands and thousands and thousands of hotels --
and Hotels.com, an official sponsor of Gov Ball,
can help you filter the top of the heap
from the bottom of the barrel.
Now that we've covered the logistics,
let's get to the fun stuff.
Part of the fun of festivals is catching up and coming acts
before they were cool.
Try to see rising indie star Maggie Rogers
play her hit single "Alaska" on Friday evening.
Or, catch 19-year-old wunderkind Cuco
play his dreamy psychedelic set on Saturday afternoon
so you can brag about it years from now.
Scattered throughout the grounds will be classic lawn games:
bocce ball, cornhole, and mini-golf.
And last but certainly not least,
there is a giant adult-sized ball pit to bring you back
to those idyllic childhood birthday parties.
It almost brings a tear to my eye.
As you can tell, Governors Ball is basically a playground
for adults, so remember, stay safe, keep hydrated,
and above all, don't forget to wear sunscreen.
Sunburns may fade, but shame and photos last forever.
That's it for me.
Look for us at Gov Ball 2018.
I'll be the dude in the Statue of Liberty man romper.
Maybe not, but also maybe.
I don't know.
We'll see you there.
"Do It Right" was brought to you by Hotels.com,
book your festival stay today.

YANNY or LAUREL: What do you hear? | Indians React to Viral Trends | The Reaction Project - Duration: 4:59.
So we are going to play you an Audio that's gone Viral
Okay
What do you have to say about that?
That kinda keeps me excited
I really don't know what to expect out of this
So. Let's see how it goes
*AUDIO*
That's it?
*AUDIO*
(sighs!)
*AUDIO*
No
*AUDIO*
What?
*AUDIO*
One minute
*AUDIO*
Laurel
*AUDIO*
Yanny
It comes
*AUDIO*
*AUDIO*
L@#$da
Can you tell us what you hear?
Soooooo
Yanny
It comes
Laurel
I did not understand
Laurel. . .yeah!
(chuckles)
Laurel
Laurel
Laurel
Laurel
It's all Laurel
Laurel
Laurel
*AUDIO*
So for the past week the Internet has been on a debate
Where one group is hearing "YANNY"
whereas the other
LAUREL
Okay
So now that you know what the debate is about
we're going to play it again.
Okay
But that sounds crazy
(chuckles)
Do tell us what you hear now
*AUDIO*
Laurel
*AUDIO*
(chuckles)
*AUDIO*
*AUDIO*
*AUDIO*
No matter how many times I hear it
It's Laurel
It's Yanny
It's Yanny, yet again!
I still hear Laurel
(chuckles)
It's It's still Laurel
It doesn't change.
We researched and found out
that depending on the frequency that you pick up
Oh. is it?
It decides what you actually hear
Like if you pickup a higher frequency
You hear Yanny!
Whereas the lower frequency
has you hearing the Laurel sound!
huh!
So the main factors are your reception levels
and the medium you're listening to it on
It actually determines what you hear.
Do you think it's possible
that other people are hearing something completely different
after they're done listeining to this?
Alright. Maybe.
Maybe.
It is possible?
Yeah!
It would be crazy if somebody is hearing Yanny out of this though.
Yeah I think it's completely possible
People are listing Laurel and People are listening Yanny
Some people might be, you know
might be hearing "Mandakini" (Bold Bollywood Actress)
No!
It is obvious.
Now we are going to plat it at 2 different pitches
Back and Forth
Do tell us if it's making any difference now
*LOW-PITCH AUDIO*
*HIGH-PITCH AUDIO*
*LOW-PITCH AUDIO*
Ohhhhhhh
Yeah! It is different.
But I don't hear Yanny, I hear "Yaery"
I heard Laurel in between
Like In between I heard Laurel
But most of it was Yanny
Yaery and Laurel?
(shattered)
(agrees)
It does.
I'm mostly hearing Laurel on repeat.
Yanny is a completely different pronunciation.
Do you think something like should be going viral?
Why?
I don't really think
uh...It would really go viral.
Yeah I think so definitely
Maybe
I mean...Yeah!
Something as surreal as this. I mean things like that in the past
have gone Viral
Like the Blue dress. The Blue Black and the White Gold thing
That was something that was really popular.
for the longest.
It'very
It's not common
Everyone wants to know what exactly it is
And they will have a
Like..what do you think? what do you think?
what's your reaction
So it should go
It should go Viral
Does something like this fascinate you
Kinda
neh
Yeah
umm
Yeah. Now that yo've pointed it out
to some extent it did
But now I am back to the level where I was.
Initially
Uh.. Not Really
I have the same thoughts
it is very stupid
And I don't know why people have time to
comment on such a thing so much.
I mean come on guys
GO! GET A JOB!
Thankyou for watching The Reaction Project
Do tell us what we should React on next!
See you next time!
Bye! Bye!

DIY # 44 - Pipes and Joints for Dioramas - Tutorial - How to do - Duration: 9:15.
What´s up guys!
Let´s go to another DIY here
Today a have a help from a little one
Her mother is busy, so I take the job
Today we gonna do pipe joints
Right Lara? As she is playing with Mario and his pipe, this is fair
I know that in USA have a lot that straws that they use on theirs dioramas
We don´t have it here in Brazil.. I bougth a few from Aliexpress
and I made a review video
But the materials to do this one, are straws, crepe tape and sealing tape
that withe tape use in pipes to put taps and others stuffs
So, let´s see how to do them! Let´s go Lara?
DIY: Pipes and Joint for Dioramas
To do these pipes is very simple. We will need basicly
three materials: Straws
one of them have to fold
and the other one have to fit inside this one
We´ll need sealing tape too (I don´t now if this is the name in english)
and we use it to sealing the pipes quem we put taps and other pipes
and a few crepe tape
First we have to fold this part in position of the joint knee
an cut it
and we take the other straw, fit inside
something like this
now we take the sealing tape and rounded it on folded straw
so we can hide the straw shape
Do this until hude the straw shape
something like this
now we take the crepe tape, cut in half (horizontally)
and we take it and wrapped in the tip of the folded straw
something like this
and this is it
now we just have to paint it
to do the "t" joint
use a firm straw
cut it
and make a little rounded cut in the midlle
and fit it
I ´ll use cold silicone glue
I think it is better, besides take an eternity to dry
and let it dry
now we take more crepe tape stripes
and do the same thing
like this... just have to do in the others sides
So here they are
they are done, now we just have to paint them
first i pass a black acriclic paint
ok, the basis is read now i´ll take the
silver acrilic paint and make a little dry brush on it
not too much ink
spread weel... you lan left a few black parts. It helps on the weathering
well, it will be something like this
like i said, there is no problem show a few black parts
now, to finish it , I´ll take a few of copper acrilic paint to put some age on the look
make a dry brush cleaning the ink excess ink of the brush
So here they are, done
The " T" and the "Knee" joints
very easy to do them
So, I Hope that u enjoyed this DIY
Don´t forget to like this video, share with your friends and subscribe
And you may make suggestions on coments to others DIY that you want to see here
Thanks! Bye Bye!

Do some credit cards build credit faster than others? - Duration: 5:25.
hey I'm Adam Jusko from ProudMoney.com and in this video we're gonna
talk about whether some credit cards are better than other credit cards for
building credit. But before we do that I would ask you to please subscribe to our
YouTube channel if you have not already and if you have already I thank you for
doing so. So, are some credit cards better for building credit? Is it better to have
a bank credit card versus a store credit card, or a secured credit card versus
unsecured credit card? Or maybe vice versa? Is it better to have
certain types of credit cards when you are trying to build credit? That is the
question for this video, and the answer is sort of yes and no, or no and yes, and
I will tell you what I mean by that. Iin terms of the types of credit cards
that exist out on the market, none of them is necessarily better for building
your credit. If you are using store credit cards to try to build your
credit, that doesn't mean that those are somehow worse than having a
card from a major bank like a Visa, MasterCard from Chase or Citibank
or whatever. So there's nothing intrinsically worse about having those
cards. Some people would tell you that that they they are worse, that
somehow they're reported differently and they're looked at
differently. I've never seen any proof that that is true. In the same sort of
light, Ive never seen anything that says that having a secured credit card is somehow
really different from an unsecured credit card in terms of building your
credit, so if you had to put a deposit down to get a secured credit
card versus an unsecured card that didn't require a deposit, doesn't mean
that somehow you're building credit at a slower pace than someone
that has an unsecured credit card. So that is the good news, right? Now, that
said, in practice it's not always necessarily true and so this is where we
get into the "no" part of the equation. So in terms of... are they
all the same? Yes, in a way they are. But the way they are different is in the fact
that bank credit cards generally are going to give you higher credit lines
than a store credit card or a secured credit card that requires you to
put a deposit down and you get a credit line that's equal to that deposit --- generally
you're going to get a much smaller credit line from that store or secured
card than you are from an unsecured card. And the reason that matters is because
if you have higher credit limits, when you make purchases, you are using a
smaller percentage of the total available credit you have, right? So if
you have a bank credit card that generally is going to have a higher
credit limit, when you make a purchase you're going to be using a smaller
percentage than when you have a store credit card or a secured credit card
that has much smaller limit... you're going to be using more of that.
For example, say you have a Visa from Chase or Bank of America or whoever,
and it has a $10,000 credit limit. If you go out this month and you spend
$500 on that credit card you're only using 5% of your
available credit. So your debt ratio in comparison to your
available credit is very low. Now think about a store credit card or a secured
credit card. They might only give you a $1000 credit limit. So say you
go out and you use that card and you spend $500 on it. Well, what have you done?
You've used 50% of your available credit. So in terms of how these things get
reported to the credit agencies, if you're... when your score is being
calculated, even if you pay your credit cards off every month, there is
a component that looks at how much of your credit is being used. Even if
it's being paid off. So if you have lower credit lines and you're using more of
them, even if it's the same amount in terms of actual dollars
in comparison to someone else that has higher credit lines, it's going to look
worse for you. So in that way having bank cards can help you build
credit faster. But it's not because they are bank credit cards, it's because they
generally are giving you higher credit limits and so you are using
less of your credit when you use them, assuming everything is equal in
terms of how you would spend with one versus the other. And so that means that
it looks better on your credit report, but there's nothing so intrinsically
different about the two. They're both being issued by banks and they're
both being reported to the credit reporting agencies in almost all cases ---
if you have a very small store credit card and you're not sure you can
even call the credit agencies or call the credit card itself to find out if
it's being reported --- but in general they are on equal footing. But with those
higher credit limits from the major bank cards, that means you're
gonna be using less of your overall credit. So that is it. Thanks for watching.
Please go to ProudMoney.com where we offer other personal finance news and
tips and we do credit card reviews and all sorts of other fun stuff too. Thanks
for watching again. Bye.
